how life works. So the first thing everybody used to
do is walk around your home with a notepad and

either fix, improve update carefully for the maximum ROI Because
the market that we're in, Brian, is really kind of
going back to that beauty contest in a price war.

The homes that are selling the best for the most
amount of money are the ones where buyers walk in
it feels good, it looks like there's not a lot
of projects and it's perfectly priced, and.

Yes, many people do the wrong things. Before you start
spending a lot of money, you need to call me,
before you find a long term contract that that buyer
