You have to have that formula right in what I
would call a normal market, which is what we're in.
We're not in the post COVID market anymore. That is gone, thankfully,
But right now we've got to get the formula, which
was the right marketing, the perfect price, and obviously the

catalyst like the election, how long does it usually take
for things to kind of shake out to have a
better understanding of where we're going.

also is a quieter time. But we'll start to see
the results of what's happening today. Really about sixty days later,
we'll start to see, you know, whether the buyers are
actually going to contract, what they're willing to pay, what
they're closing at. So we're really looking at more of

a sixty to ninety day cycle to see if the
optimism of today goes forward in the pocketbooks of the
sellers of the future.
