I was running a hair behind.If you're a visual person, I

of John, John and Friends.This is what we were talking about earlier
this morning. And if you're like, I'm dying to see this boom posted,
can you give me like maybe twominutes of your time to tell this

good story that I experienced days agoand it's still sticking with me. Have
you ever had that happen to you. Maybe it's something that's stayed with you
weeks later, months. I'd beso curious if you've ever witnessed something that's
stayed with you your whole life.I don't know if we'll get a story
like that here in Cincinnati this morning, but maybe I always like to float
it off there just in case.I met Trader Joe's on Friday, and

if you've ever shopped there, youknow it's magical. If you're in a
bad mood this morning, go geta nice coffee on your lunch break.
There's a Trader Joe's right down thestreet from me here in ken Wood.
Go shopping in there. It's likethere's something in the air. It's like
target, right, there's magic inthe air. So on Friday, as
my groceries are being scanned out orchecked out, rather they ring the two

bells. And if you don't shopat Trader Joe's two bells from what I've
learned after decades of shopping there,is hey, I need help. So
they go. This person comes overand says, hey, what do you
need, and she says, getme flowers. A couple of minutes later,
they come back with like a threedollars bouquet of flowers. Right,
And as she's scanning my groceries out, she stops, turns around to the
person that's in the position, thesame position I am like behind her.

She hands the flowers to this womanand says something, here you go,
here are the flowers. And thiswoman starts immediately crying immediately, and she's
like, oh my god, I'mjust so touched, like thank you,
so so so much. And sowhen she turns back and starts scanning on
my groceries, now I'm curious.I want the tea of what's going on

in TJ's. She said, Ihad overheard that that woman's dog had been
sick or had passed away, andI just felt so bad for her because
you could clearly tell she was justnot well. So the only thing I
could think of was a bouquet offlowers. And I was like, oh
my God, like I'm just witnessingthis domino effect happen right in front of

my eyes. And as the womanleft the grocery store, this was like,
I don't know, a couple minuteprocess. She was crying. So
then as my groceries finished, Igo into the parking lot and I then
find that woman who received the flowersputting away all the Trader Joe's carts.
You know how sometimes grocery carts getlittered, like in the parking lot,
and then when they get put back, they get kind of put back all
chanky. She was fixing them rightand making them neat so that when the

employee came out to take the cartsback in, they would have an easier
time. And I just thought tomyself, like how special that is,
Like one you really never know what'sgoing on in someone's life, right,
We never know what's happening inside whenthey're alone in their homes, you know,
or with their families. We neverknow what's going on with someone.

And it ultimately one small three dollarbouquet of flowers then went on to start
this chain reaction of kindness and onething led to another and to another and
to another. And this sounds likevery pandemic y, right, but it
was just so sweet and I reallyhope that I don't know, it inspires

you to maybe do the same forsomeone else today in your life. All
right, how about we uplifted alittle bit. We're not far off from
the three things you need to knowto get your day started in sin Z.
I appreciate this is the second timethis week that I've cried on Tisuano
