it is. And you also haveto think about health insurance. You know,

you will report your taxes differently andso you have to save money for
your taxes. So there's a lotof let's just call up that administrative kind
of background stuff that when you havea full time job, your employer takes
care of that. Okay. Thechallenge is that you have to decide there's
no perfect secure situation doesn't exist anymore. And all the waves of layoffs we've

seen in the last I don't know, last year or so was when they've
really picked up and they don't seemto be cutting back has really made people
say, you know, why don'tI depend on myself instead of depending on
an employer, which is great intheory, it doesn't work for every job
and it comes with some challenges andso it's pick your poison. The truth

is tip there is no one solutionthat's one hundred percent secure. So I
don't exist anymore. I'm hearing thatoutside of the administrative stuff, Yeah,
you absolutely can quit your job.It's technically to be a freelancer. I
called it a TikToker if you wantit to be more in the creative space,
Are there any positives to actually doingthat outside of having your own schedule?

And what we think is this likedream fantasyland, war world? You
know. One of the things thatI hear people say that do this is
man. What I love the bestis that I can say yes or no
to projects and opportunities. I canpick and choose who I work with,
and so if I come across someonewho wants to do I was just talking,
in fact recently to a young socialmedia manager who was telling me that

she had an opportunity to do somework for someone and she just got the
icks, just got the X.She said, I don't you know,
this is not a person I wantto work with, And so she was
able to walk away because what shedoes is in demand, and so she
does have that opportunity to work withother people. So it's that freedom and

flexibuilding not only of your time,but also what you say yes to and
who you say yes to, andwhat and who you say no to is
