(00:00):
Glynn. You need to know she'sgot you. It's three things with tip
on Well, good morning. We'rejust before seven o'clock and a reminder at
seven oh five ish is when Igo commercial free, so hopefully some good
music to put you in a goodmood. We're going to start off with
the story that you're super familiar withby now. It happened over the holiday
weekend. You and I just haven'thad a chance to chat about it.

(00:22):
Plus I have some new updates onthe victims. Twenty one year old Chase
Garvey from Florence opened fire at aparty, killing four and then turning the
gun on himself. We have somenew updates on the other victims that were
once listed as critical condition. LaurencePolice, in an update Monday afternoon,
said the three injured when a twentyone year old man opened fire on a
twenty first birthday party this past weekend, killing four others have been upgraded to

(00:46):
stable after initially being listed in criticalbut stable condition. Among the wounded,
forty four year old Melissa Parrett's nineteenyear old daughter Parrot, the mother who
held the birthday party for her son, was killed in the shooting. The
suspect is dead after sustaining a selfinflicted on shot wound, and it's said
to have an extensive criminal background, including a twenty twenty two guilty plea to
a lawful transaction with the minor. So before I even get before we even

(01:08):
get there to that part of it, I can't imagine what it's like to
live in Florence right now and passthrough a neighborhood, or even if you
just passed through it in general, and just put yourself in that situation.
We lost four people at a twentyfirst birthday party where your guard is completely
let down. Now, the recordcame out yesterday and I'm sitting here the

(01:29):
same as you, wondering how thehell did we miss this. He had
two prior felony convictions, one forrape in the first degree. Was a
vigil held I believe at Crossroads tonight. If you need a place to process
your grief, you know you're morethan welcome to always call my show.
I'm here for you anytime you needa friend. But my thoughts are truly
with our community on this one. We'll have more on that as we progress

(01:51):
through the show. But that's thelatest. Second and three things you need
to know. This morning some upliftingnews. Margot Robbie announ said she is
pregnant. Now you might have alreadyseen these pictures or come across them in
the last twenty four hours or so, but our Queen Barbie is going to
be expecting her first child. Andthen finally, in three Things bb Rexa,
she's been going off on Twitter overthe last couple of weeks or X

(02:15):
I should rather, I should sayrather just about the industry and such,
And she really let it rip intoa fan the other night, saying,
if you throw something at me,I will come for everything you have.
If you with something on the stage, I will take you for everything.
Got nothing right now, yahoo?Bb Rexa also a super famous writer,

(02:37):
writing the song Monster by eminem andRihanna. If you didn't know that,
all right, that's three things forthe ninth of July. I'm happy to
be back with you. In fact, I ran have you ever run into
somebody in the airport? I wentto Amsterdam over the holiday and to break
all that down and talk about theperson that I ran into in the airport
coming up at seven twenty, don'tgo far. Best way to keep listening
is on the iHeartRadio app. You'rewaking up with fifth in the morning.

(03:00):
Well, good morning, Wow,it's been a couple of days since you
and I have connected. How areyeah? Have you ever run into someone
that you know at the airport? You have like face blindness? What's going
on? Even if it's at ourown airport, you run into somebody at
CVG, you're like whoa. Butrunning into someone that you know in an

(03:22):
airport that's nowhere near where you liveeven more of a wild experience. So
if you have one, you're morethan welcome to share with me. That's
where're going to start this morning. It's almost as if we're starting backwards from
the European trip. I went toAmsterdam over the weekend, which I'll break
down for you in a second. But on our way home last night,
I went with my best friend Allison. By the way we flew, the
flight itself was probably like nine ishhours. We sat on the tarmac for

(03:44):
a little while for some mechanical things. No complaints on the travel at all,
but it was about ten or elevenhours inside that airplane. We landed
at atl and we go through customsand hanging around and I'm just catching up
on, you know, having cellservice back in America again. I text
my brother first thing I land.I said, hey, I'm back,
you know, safe in the US, doing a little check in. I
wish I could see you. Helives in Atlanta. I felt like,

(04:06):
we're so close yet so far haha ha. And he says, wait
a minute. You just touched downat atl So did I. I was
at a coming back from a worktrip. By the way. He was
in Dallas, which is getting hammeredfrom that hurricane. It's on its way
to us. We'll get some rainthis afternoon from it. But I'm like,
no way. He's like, yeah, he's in the terminal next to

(04:27):
me. So you had. TheAtlanta airport's huge. You got to take
the tram to meet one another. But we kind of like ran through the
airport to see one another, likea romantic movie, except it was my
little brother and it was great.I was like, oh my god,
it's just like so weird to seesomeone you know, so far from home
unexpectedly. So we had an hourto chill at my gate before you know,

(04:49):
before I took off, I said, the universe, what a special
treat, what a gift. Soif that's ever happened to you, you'll
have to hit me up. I'mcurious to see if I'm the only one
that's experienced that. I doubt it. That's something I've about this show.
If it's happened once, it's happenedagain. So Europe, guys, here's
some things you need to know aboutAmsterdam, which by the way, is
in the Netherlands. If your geographyis subpar like mine, I got you.

(05:13):
We were there for three a totalof four days, originally for a
wedding, although Taylor and Travis werethere at the same time. I'll have
updates on that in a hot second. But here's some things you need to
know about Europe. One, timedoesn't exist. You have absolutely no idea
what time it is at any pointin the day. Their money feels like
monopoly money, doesn't feel real, feels like you're playing with the house money.
Third, I think Amsterdam for youmight be a really, really good

(05:38):
trip to dip your toe in thewater of solo travel, especially if you're
curious about doing Europe by yourself.Go to Amsterdam. Super easy to navigate
via train and it's very walkable.I learned that it had the most bikes
per capita. I could probably pullup some clips from the guided tour I
went on. There's like a millionbikes. There's more bike than people in

(06:00):
Amsterdam. What else is there? It's English speaking, so I think if
you're curious about doing a European tripby yourself, go to that one.
And if you haven't seen some ofthe scenery, it's just beautiful. Follow
my check out the stories I postedat the TIF two F's Potter like the
Wizard. You also see my brotherthere as well. So spend one day

(06:20):
in city center and get caught upand the you know, walking around and
joining that. The next two dayswe're at this area called the Hague.
Now the Hague you can access bytrain, but we were there for a
wedding. I didn't know this, but Amsterdam touches the North Sea. And
if you're like, what's the NorthSea? The North Sea is where all
of those TikTok videos come from thatyou watched one time on your for you

(06:44):
page, And now it's the onlything that you see the boats where they're
in the North Sea and it's likeall these wild conditions. This song is
always playing in the background. Yes, that's the north Sea. The weather
in Europe's really temperamental. We wentthere and it was like sixty degrees guys.

(07:08):
I mean, coming from ninety fivein Cincinnati to Europe, we were
freezing for a hot second. Butthe area, I don't know if it's
just Europe in general or the areathat we were in. You experience all
four seasons every day at various points. So we stayed on the ocean and
it was sunny. At one pointI go inside to put my bathing suit
on, which was, by theway, I brought like a Miami beach

(07:30):
bathing suit to Europe. I didn'tget to put it on once I would.
I'd go to put it on,leave the hotel and it would start
raining. An hour later, thesun would come out and then it'd be
really windy. But that itself wascool. The wedding itself was fun.
The people were really great. TheTaylor and Travis things. So Taylor had

(07:51):
for a city that had Taylor Swift, and it almost felt like Taylor Swift
wasn't there. If you weren't payingattention to the amount of merch that people
were wearing as you were walking aroundthe city, wasn't really that overwhelmed by
swifties. Whereas if I reflect backto when she was here a year ago,
I felt like that was the onlything happening in Cincinnati that weekend.

(08:13):
Is when Taylor was here wasn't quitethe same. The arena wasn't in the
city center, so maybe that hadsomething to do with it. But even
with all of those people there, everything went off without a hitch as far
as like move maneuvering the city.Taylor was there with Travis. Obviously,
he was in the same areas thatwe were, just at different times,
so I never came across him personally, So I don't have any updates as

(08:35):
far as Taylor and Travis and Ihanging out at a bar. They're known
for their stroop waffles. They eata lot of French fries with mayo,
and it's like served at every meal. You'll find unlimited fries with mayo.
And obviously the narcotics, which youknow, we participated in a little bit
and that was a good time too. So if you're like curious about this
a little bit more, he canalways check out my stories at the tiff

(08:58):
two F's Potterlight the Wizard. Thelast thing I'll say on this before we
get back to the music a littleis. We decided to travel Premium plus
on the way home, which wasby far one of the best travel experiences
I've ever had. Paying a littlebit more or even a lot more to
sit in a better seat just getsyou really good service. If you're coming
from Europe paying for first class ticketsto like JFK is eh, you have

(09:20):
not necessary. But coming back fromEurope, our seats reclined a little bit
more. We had a white tablecloth. They put a white tablecloth on my
airplane tray, food, beverages, snacks. It was just such a good
experience, and I can confirm thatmen really do raw dog it on flights.

(09:41):
I have a video of this guynext to me just sitting there staring
at the airplane map, raw dogin it. WHNN. You need to
know she's got you. It's threethings with tip good morning, we're just
before eight o'clock, and a remindereight thirty is your first chance of the
morning to and genuine tickets. He'sgoing to be here this weekend. Also

(10:03):
on a touch base about the weather, that hurricane that was hitting the Texas
area is going to be coming ourway today. With some stronger rings and
winds moving in midday to around thetime that you'll drive home this afternoon.
So just know that that's going tohappen, especially if you've been out of
the loop with holiday travel over thelast couple of days. All Right.
Joe Burrow has done tons of interviewssince the Paris Fashion Show. I feel

(10:28):
like I see him popping up everywhere. The latest one I have for you
is from Complex and they asked himabout his certain fashions and I just love
quintessential Joe. This one was readbefore the Super Bowl. I was feeling
Assassin Ninja mindset. That didn't exactlyend up playing out that way unfortunately.
Yeah, the old cut off, that one was a little out of my

(10:48):
comfort zone. I would say, like I pulled it off. I feel
myself that day. I think thisis one of my favorite fits of all
time, the chain and the jacket, and one of my best friends little
brother from high school, made thatjacket for I mean who brand kind of
grew up after that. I wasexcited. We've known that though. That
was the that was the whole, that was the Micah comments, this was
all free. The The sweatshirt wasmade by my friend Micah that I went

(11:15):
to high school with, and theshoes are from my friend Scott. As
most people know of kid cutting. So I just love the Joe Burrow Get
Ready with Me videos. Hey guys, get ready with me for a hot
summer day. I'm just chilling inmy splotchy jeans and button Get dressed with

(11:39):
me to go out in Paris. My friend all my friends put this outfit
together for me, So I gotgreat friends. That's funny. You know,
we're not far off from football andyou guys, I'll hang on to
summer for dear life. But someonehad brought that up to me yesterday the

(12:00):
day before that We're not like,we're just a couple sundays away from getting
back into paycorep anyway, so thatmade me giggle. I'm sure you'll see
that video circulating second. In ThreeThings you Need to Know this morning,
the Alec Baldwin trial starts to them. AB's charged with involuntary manslaughter in the
death of the Rust Cinema photographer EileenaHutchins. This happened back in October of

(12:24):
twenty twenty one. Alex said,Hey, I'm not guilty. Hannah Gudieras
has already been convicted on manslaughter andher role in this incident, and she's
going to appeal her sentence. Butthe big thing for Alec that we need
to know today, I believe juryselection is beginning now. The judge ruled
that prosecutors cannot introduce evidence of Baldwin'srole as a producer in the film.

(12:46):
I guess this was going to bea critical part of the state's argument that
Baldwin's alleged recklessness led to the deathof Heilena. The end of the day,
someone died from this. Do Ithink it's Alec Baldwin's fault. I
don't think that Heilena Hutchinson lost herlife tragically because the person that was in
charge of the guns wasn't paying attention. And how did the live rounds at

(13:07):
Dumpot set? Right? We've askedthe same question now for almost four years.
All right? And then finally inthree things you need to know?
Have you seen this video of EltonJohn yet, or at least this headline
that while shopping for sneakers in Francehe was out and about looking for a
bathroom. I know what it's liketo be in Europe. And try to

(13:28):
find a bathroom. I was justthere a couple of days ago. It's
a challenge. But while he steppedinto this store and he couldn't find one,
he said, give me a gatoradebottle. I'm gonna pee in it.
I am assuming it's a gatorade bottle, because that's just what comes to
mind when I think of a guypeeing in a bottle. Elton John,
come on, you are a famouscelebrity. That is three things you need
to know over the ninth of July. Coming up next for commercial Free with

(13:50):
your chance to win genuine tickets Ateight thirty one, it's time to make
a date or break on TIF inthe morning. This is where a therapy
relationships come together on my show withLori Sharpage. She's our licensed clinical counselor
and answers your questions and Lourie,I feel like the person that I'm talking

(14:11):
to right now has a wife andfour kids. You know that spidey sense
that you get that's just something elseis going on. Has this come up
in your office? Am I alonein this well? First? Of all?
Four kids is quite a specific spinysense, so I would be really
paying attention to that I think anytime, I mean, you've got your intuitions

(14:31):
up, and I think your intuition'sreally important to listen to in relationships.
Unfortunately, most of the time, when your intuition is kind of triggered like
that, usually there's something going on. So I think it's really important to
pay attention to. But here's thething. If somebody can present themselves to
you in one way and completely shieldoff another area of their life like that,

(14:56):
that person's emotionally unavailable. Regardless ifthat's a good fit for you or
not. They're emotionally unavailable because they'reable to completely close a part of themselves
off to you, and you reallyneed to think about how that's going to
impact you and if that's a healthydynamic for you to be around. Well,
we'd like to think that if anyonerealized that the person they were talking

(15:18):
to had a completely double life, which you think is kind of crazy.
In fact, I'm going to puton our phone number five win three seven
four nine one oh seven one ifthis has actually happened to you. I
just have a little bit of aspidey sense that the guy that I met
a couple of weeks ago, wholives in Indianapolis. Is weird when it
comes to texting, I feel likehe only hits me up on certain times.
Now again, I could be readinginto this, but a spidey sense

(15:39):
in me is like, wait aminute, Wait a minute. Does this
man have a completely separate life?Is he living two lives right now?
Which I'm not emotionally invested in enoughto call him out on it, Like
I'd rather just kind of like letit fizzle out. I don't feel like
we owe each other anything in thatsense. I don't think it's like a
ghosting situation. But if somebody issensing that right now, would you recommend

(16:02):
them trying to get to the bottomof it or how would you navigate that?
Well, I think you're doing itperfectly. I think you need to
assess how much of your own emotionalavailability is wrapped up in this. If
it isn't a big engagement to you, I think that you don't need to
dig into it, because ultimately thisis about them and what they're doing with

(16:23):
their life, and it's not foryou to kind of do anybody else's work
for them. Also, there's nopoint in really you getting involved if you
are not interested to do so.So I think this is an important thing
to pay attention to your intuition. But no, I would. I would.
I would skip out of that ifif it were if it were me,

(16:44):
okay, and just for anyone that'slistening in their car right now at
home and they're like, okay, but I am kind of invested in this
person, and it's just a suspicionthat I have. Should they get to
the bottom of it, and ifso, what would you tell them?
So? I would tell them tocautiously try and get more information, some
more data in a way that feelsgood to them to do. But I

(17:07):
would be leary about how much timeand energy I was investing into this,
because again, I'm not sure thatthe outcome is what is what we had
hoped. If someone is trying tohide a big part of their lives like
that, well you know what MeganFox always says on this situation, just
learn a skill or develop a hobby, and do not waste your energy on

(17:27):
boys. LORI sharp page, makea date or break where you decide if
you're going to make your next dateor break it off. I appreciate your
stopping buy you know, we havethese genuine tickets too, write and what's
the keyword, lorio, make adate or break awesome. We'll talk to
you next week. I appreciate it, girl, I have a question to

(17:48):
get up at. Just you're wakingup with Siff in the morning on seven
one. Good morning, you're onthe air. I have a feeling.
I know why you're calling, butjust remind me what do you call them
before? Again? Congratulations you arecaller number ten. Oh my gosh,
that's awesome. You're going to seegenuine girl. Thank you, you're welcome.

(18:15):
That awesome. Oh my husband's gonnabe I love that well. I
love that for you too. Thankyou for waking up with Tim in the
morning every day. Yes, Van, I love it. I appreciate it.
What's your name? What neighborhood youcalling me from? My name is
Summers and I am in a Hamilton. Well great, if you took the

(18:37):
l on these tickets, I'm probablygonna hook you up again tomorrow around eight
thirty ish if you want to seta reminder. In the meantime' still commercial
free for hair longer and then we'regoing to dive into the three things you
need to know to get your daystarted in Cincy Justin Bieber. Have you
seen these video circulating? Do youknow how much money he made for those
videos? Are you look? Whatare you talking about? You know I'll
get into it two songs from now, and you need to know she's got

(19:02):
you. It's three things with tipon. Hey, good morning. We're
just before nine o'clock. A reminder, we're gonna get some rain. If
it hasn't started already. It lookskind of on my window now, but
the heavier stuff is flowing later onthis afternoon. I guess for your ride
home. Before I tell you aboutJustin Bieber, I need you to do
me a favor and disassociate from thelife that you know right now. Take
yourself out of it for a hotsecond. You're in the tri state,

(19:26):
leave the try state mentally for ahot sec to try to put yourself in
the shoes of what it is liketo have the amount of money it would
take to get Justin Bieber to performat your rehearsal dinner. Essentially, just
think about this money that exists inthe world that we have nothing to do
with. It's nowhere near where youand I are. It's just a world

(19:48):
we'll probably never know that's how muchmoney it is. This isn't the first
time I talked about this. Doyou remember a billionaire era an not Ambannie
and Rodica merchants their pre wedding ceremony, or at least they're their nuptials like
their engagement ceremony was back in March, and Rihanna performed for them for eight
billion dollars. Here's a little clip. If you forgot in honor, I

(20:15):
thank you for having me here.God bless your union. We can't get
Rihanna to perform anywhere, well,I guess she did the Super Bowl,
but they were able to get herfor like an engagement party. Then Justin
Bieber performed at what I would believeis they're like rehearsal dinner over the weekend,
and that was two billion more dollarsthan what Rihanna got. Justin performed

(20:37):
for ten billion. Think about it. The man's got a baby on the
way to get him to go allthe way over to that side of the
world ten billion dollars crazy. Ialso don't think we've seen him perform live

(21:03):
in quite a bit of time.Their parents the dad's the richest man in
the world over there, so onehundred is net worth from what I'm reading
on Google, one hundred and fifteenbillion dollars. Crazy. All right,
come back to this world, now, come back to Cincinnati. Let's talk
about Let's talk about Joe Burrow. So he's been popping up in interviews recently.
I played one earlier from Complex ofhim talking about his clothes. This

(21:27):
is on if the NFL were togo to an eighteen game series. This
is how he would play it.Eighteen eighteen. Gotta have two bi weeks,
and I think it'd be cool todo a normal bi week schedule that
it is now, like, haveit spread out, but then like week
thirteen, do like the Pro Bowlbreak, Okay, and you're like,

(21:48):
cool, I don't care about that. Here's what we do care about,
though, When the Super Bowl happensin February, it would fall on which
day? Then if they moved toeighteen games, A little trivia for you,
and then you get the Presidence DayMonday. After Super Bowl off happened,
I was going to ask when wouldthat Super will then fall because that
would be a challenge, but thatwould be perfect. That would be perfect

(22:10):
because the entire United States is like, can we please have the Monday off
after the Super Bowl. All right. Finally, in three things you need
to know this morning, in thesame vein as people who have so much
money that we will never put ourhands on. Serena Williams, which we
know and love from coming to thetournament up here, tried to deposit a
one million dollar check at an ATM. I got my check and it was

(22:32):
a million dollars, Like, okay, I'm gonna go deposit it. I
never really spent a lot of money. I was like, you know,
so I was just so so serious. I don't know what happened to me.
So I just went through to drivethrough and the guy was like,
uh, I think you need tocome inside for this again. The life
I'll never know. That was herHot Ones interview and by the way,
I saw Sabrina Carpenter I believe asa hot Ones interview coming out on Thursday.

(22:55):
All Right, that is three thingsyou need to know for the ninth
of July. Have you ever runinto someone at the airport. It's like
you get face blindness, right, especially even if it's at our own If
you're at CVG and you see someoneyou know, You're like, oh my
god, imagine running into someone youknow nowhere near home. It happened to
me in Atlanta yesterday. I'll breakit down for you around nine twenty.
Don't go far.
