which is amazing. You know,I spent four days there and I
had already talked about this at lengthon the show, so we don't need
to run through everything in debrief thatsituation. But Sarah and I were talking
about solo travel because I had mentionedI think Amsterdam for anyone that's interested in
solo travel, could be a goodoption. English speaking cities, easy to
navigate, so you would do itby yourself. You don't need a friend

to go. I would have funall by yourself. Yeah, I think
I would consider doing Amsterdam solo ifI were to go back. And if
anyone's needs a recommendation on a solotrip, especially if you want to get
your feet wet in Europe, Iwould recommend I would do Amsterdam solo.
Yeah, you and my sister bothare into these solo trips. I've never
done one. I think i'd bekind of scared. I'm not gonna lie.

but these trips you guys are doinglike you're leaving the country. My

to Mexico. He's going to likean all inclusive SPA thing. She just
wants to do some self care,some self reflecting, some reading. She
just wants to get away like that. I get. I just feel like
I couldn't do it by myself though. Well, you could get your feet
wet at Hawking Hills or go upto Columbus. To make it clear,

I did not go to Amsterdam solo. I went with my best friend,
but after now going, I couldsee myself going back by myself. Yeah,
And I guess I could do somethingsolo if it was close, if
I didn't have to leave the country. I feel like that's totally different.
Like once you're out of the country, you're on your own, you're venturing
out. But she's done this beforeand she loves it. I mean,

the girl has gone to Jamaica byherself. She's gone to Africa, not
yourself. She did that with achurch group, but she went a couple
days ahead of time, so shewas there for a few days by herself
before the whole group got there andstayed for some extra time. She was
there for about two weeks. Talkabout the difference between you and your sister,

it's you have no idea think ofeverything I am. She is everything
I'm not like. She is theexact opposite of me. It's insane.
And if you're like, who isthis again? Sarah a leash, she's

right and we look opposite. Butthe thing is is. She's my
best friend and I respect her aton. I mean, she's a nurse,

things solo here in Cincy, evenlocally. I have traveled by myself before
my friend Luke came up to me. It's like I did my first solo
opera trip the other night. Ihad thought of you. It was great.

friends like you're crazy? No,I think everyone thinks she's a little crazy,
because again, she's not doing likeyou are going to the movies by
yourself. I do do that.She's going to Africa by herself, like
it's wild, right, like Safaris. She's just out there in the wild

do it, but obviously she survived. She's thriving and loves this kind of
stuff. So now that she's married, she hasn't really done any of the
solo stuff. She's been married forabout two years. So she told her
husband the other day, she goes, look, I used to do this
stuff all the time. I thinkI'm ready to go do another one.

what I did. My lease wasup on my apartment. I have a

remote job. I can live anywherein the States, but I couldn't decide
where I want to go. Iwas kind of sick of that job,
and I was like, you knowwhat, I need some me time.
I need something new. So Ipacked all my stuff into a storage unit
and bought a one way ticket toLondon and spent three months kind of bouncing
around Europe. I spent a weekto ten days in various countries. I

had a friend in Switzerland, shewas in a graduate program there. I
went and saw her. So itwas amazing. And I really cannot recommend
solo travel enough. It. Maybedon't start three months by yourself in Europe,
you know, maybe start like Cincinnatior you know sometime to kind of
get your feet wet a little bit. But it really is life changing and

I really wish that more people woulddo it, so I really can't recommend
