off some pretty staggering numbers as far as dollars go
for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We're talking ten billion
for Friday and fifteen billion for Cyber Monday. And now

just asking for whatever it is that you can help with.

Today is a theme too, and it's a little different.
It's more about the generous spirit part of the holidays.
It's called Giving Tuesday, and last year it reportedly helped
raise more than three billion dollars for nonprofits and organizations
around the world. Giving Tuesday was started twelve years ago
at the famous ninety second Street Why in New York
City and has since become its own nonprofit. Every year
on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, organizations we'll ask folks to

I hadn't known that fun fact about it. That was

in Cincinnati, a few of my favorites that we've had
as partners on the show. Saint Vincent de Paul is
one of them, Neighbors Helping Neighbors, the Ronald McDonald House,
