Although Michael Wacha didn't have a great start last night, Carney believes Wacha has the most upside of all the new pitchers the Rays obtained this offseason. Steve also discusses the patience the Rays have to have regarding the slow start of Yoshi Tsutsugo and provides an update on Kevin Kiermaier.
