Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time to catch a cheater.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Only on the Jubile Show.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
Col Is on the phone today for a War of
the Roses to catch a cheater, and he thinks that
his girlfriend Mackenzie might be cheating. They've been together for
three years, so we're gonna see if we can help
him out cool with some man. Hey, Hi guys, doing
not too bad man?

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Thanks for asking? What's going on.

Speaker 4 (00:21):
My girlfriend and I McKenzie. We've been, like I said,
for like three we've been together for three years, okay,
and I think she's probably cheating on me. She takes
work trips to Miami, and she's always travels for.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Work, and but not this much.

Speaker 4 (00:40):
And the trips that she used to take would be
for like cheating three days, and now sometimes she's there
for as long.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
As like a week, sometimes longer.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Right on her last trip, I was like, I'm a
surpriser and send a charkullery board and some champagne up.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
To her room.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
That's nice. A love shark cutie. I do too.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
And the hotel so I you know, I com and
the costierge or whoever asks, you know, what's the name
they wanted on the delivery.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
McKenzie or Jesse, and I have no idea who Jesse is.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
So I tried calling McKenzie but I can get a
hold of her, and she didn't end up calling.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Me back until late the next day.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Wow, And so you know, I was like, what's up,
and she's like, oh, no, my phone died. And then
you know, she went out with coworkers after closing a deal,
and so she said that this Jesse must have been
a mistake and she doesn't know what he's talking and
she doesn't know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
The phone died thing is always always seems to be
very convenient, right when the phone dies in those situations.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
Meanwhile, you know that there's always somebody around you that
has like eight chargers in their pocket.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
Yeah, so precisely, and every bar in every restaurant and everybody,
you know what I mean, Like everybody's.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Got to charge her as well. So you know, it's
just sketch.

Speaker 5 (02:05):
Super sketchy, unless she just really wanted to detach from
the moment, especially after closing a deal. But the part
that I can't get over, really, the susy part, is
the hotel.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Who's Jesse.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
Yeah, there's no Jesse in our lives. Or that I'm
aware of at work. I believe you know that she
would have like told me about.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
And when you asked her about it, how did she
what was her mood, how she'd looked. I mean, you know,
you can kind of tell when somebody's flustered.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Yeah, she definitely seemed like she was thrown in some ways.
Uh and so h.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
Yeah, it's just one more boxed chit check in terms
of like it seeming like she's you know, she's with
somebody else, and Okay.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
What's she like when she's home? Is she kind of
just distant too? Is it just these trips?

Speaker 4 (02:57):
Yeah, it's it's kind of tough to say in the
sense that light once I started suspecting it, I'm not
sure if I'm just like more attuned to it. I
guess on some level, she does seem a little bit
more uh detached, and yeah, just not as present. But
I don't know if that's just my head and just

(03:18):
me being suspicious and you.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Know, like starting to see see things.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Yeah, exactly exactly.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
So yeah, we'll try to figure it out for you know,
you said a good idea to try to catch her.
What would be to call from that hotel? In Miami
and offer a free couples Sweet VAK package for staying
with us.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Okay, we'll do that.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
Then well play us come back, call her, pretend to
be from that hotel and and say thanks for staying here.
We you're such a valued customer that we're going to
give you a package Miami. Yeah, Miami Lover's Package Weekend
Sweet part.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
It'll sound efficient. We'll figure it out.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
We'll play a song, comeback and call her and see
if she is cheating. With War the Roses to Catch Cheater. Next,
right in the middle of war The Roses to Catch
a Cheater. If you're just joining us, Cole is on
the phone. He's been with his girlfriend for three years.
Her name's McKenzie, and now he thinks she might be cheating.
Before we call her to try to catch her and
see if she is cheating, I'll let Cole break it down.

(04:22):
Cole remind everybody what's going on.

Speaker 4 (04:25):
Uh yeah, So my girlfriend, McKenzie, she's been taking business
trips down to Miami and before they were you know,
two to three days.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Now they're a lot longer.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
I called to surprise her with a charcuity board in
champagne to her room, and they asked me, you know,
what's the name, Mackenzie or Jesse.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
I have no idea who Jesse is. You know.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
When I asked her about it, well, first off, I
couldn't get a hold of her, and she ended up
calling me back the next day. She said her phone
died and like she was out with coworkers the closing
a deal, and that this Jesse must have been a
mistake and she just doesn't know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
All right, So we're gonna call from that same hotel
she was at in Miami Cole Is this one where
she stayed out a lot?

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Yeah, yeah, that's pretty much the one that she stays
in all the time.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Okay, and we'll say that, you know, for being such
a valued customer, we'd love to offer her a free
couple suite for the weekend, and we'll see if she
believes that.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
And if she does, we'll ask for both.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Names on the reservation and we'll see if it's yours
or somebody else's.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Okay, All right, here we go and call it right now.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
Hello, Hi, is this Mackenzie? Yes, Hi, Mackenzie. How are
you I'm calling from? Do you stay with us quite often? Yeah,
what brings you to Miami so much? If you don't
mind me asking, I have to go for work. I'm
calling today because every month we choose somebody who's been

(06:04):
a very loyal customer who gets to win a free
weekend stay with us.

Speaker 6 (06:11):
Oh awesome, Okay.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
What you've won is a free weekend stay in our
couples suite, and the package does include some champagne, charcuterie boards,
a couple's massage.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
Oh my gosh, yeah, congratulations.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
That that's great, and you know you did that.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
I will lock it in. Do you know who you
would want to take with you? I need to put
them on the reservation as well, a name.

Speaker 6 (06:38):
Oh like a reserve like now, okay, yeah.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
We'll put it in there, just so we it' said.
The thing I gotta do is kind of keep it
like a placeholder thing. If something changes, we can change it.

Speaker 6 (06:48):
But okay, yeah, so obviously me. Yeah, and then I
would put Jesse just the same one that's been on
the reservation before.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
Oh that's right, Yeah, I saw that.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
What the are you serious? Who waits Jesse? Wait is Cole?
Who's Jesse Cole?

Speaker 1 (07:09):
Wait a minute, what Mackenzie, This is the Double Show.
It's a radio show. My name is Jubal, I'm Nina
Hi Victorian. Yeah, and that's your boyfriend, Cole.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
We do a segment called War the Roses to catch
a Cheater, where if you think your significant other might
be cheating, we help you catch him.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
And that's what was going on right there. Who's Jesse Mackenzie?

Speaker 6 (07:26):
Awesome cold still there?

Speaker 2 (07:30):
Yeah, and I also want to know who Jesse is.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
Oh my god, Cole, this is crazy. I can't believe.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Called a radio say.

Speaker 6 (07:36):
I don't even I don't know.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
I didn't even want anything.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Thanks.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
You can't about you can't you hold about a second?
You told me Jesse was No, you can't even know
who Jesse was. And with a mistake and now this.

Speaker 6 (07:50):
Like what if you called me, well, I'm away from
work and you're just like marbally assaulting me about something
that I didn't even I wasn't responsible.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
For the hotel told you something, Okay, verbal assaulting me.

Speaker 4 (08:03):
That's a hyperbolic bullsh Okay, I asked you about it
and you didn't know what the hell you were that
you didn't you lied to me and said, oh, I
don't know who Jesse is. Are you serious, Like, oh
you verbally like that. Okay, well well hold on, hold on,
put your stopping my shoes, okay. And imagine that you
heard that as if you wouldn't like be a little
bit uh suspicious at all.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
You're just like blotty daddy.

Speaker 6 (08:26):
Dad like that you should have been suspicious about. But
the fact that you like jumped to suspicion so.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
Fast is what threw me off.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
And I didn't even know.

Speaker 6 (08:34):
How to answer you.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
And I was like, this doesn't even.

Speaker 6 (08:36):
Deserve a full answer because you're just jumping to conclusions immediately.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
I did not I didn't do it.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
There's another name on the room with you, Jesse. Are
you like, yeah, yeah, you're a girl.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
Okay, Oh oh oh okay, Oh what's going on with Jesse?

Speaker 6 (08:57):
She is my friend that I have Miami, that we
met for work and everything, and she and I have
gotten like super close and I've just been having so
much fun with her and it has been so nice
to get away and not have to think about anything
else that's been going on up here.

Speaker 3 (09:14):
And are you seeing Jesse now romantically?

Speaker 6 (09:20):
No?

Speaker 1 (09:21):
I'm not, Okay, So she's just a friend.

Speaker 6 (09:23):
Yeah, She's just a friend. And it was just nice
to have like a little thing that like was just
mine that we could just like.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
We were going out and.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
Like we go to beach and.

Speaker 6 (09:32):
We'd like play volleyball and we just like pretend to
other people and just go and so we've just gotten
along so while that we've just been splaying hotel rooms,
and you know, it's just nice to be able to
like have that thing that's just fine and feel like
somebody else for a little bit.

Speaker 5 (09:51):
I think it's great, Mackenzie that you have a girlfriend,
like a good friend, you know. I think that's important
for all women to have somebody to lean on in
that space.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
But why do you think you couldn't tell Cole.

Speaker 6 (10:01):
I haven't really been feeling the best lately, and who
knows that is the problem. And I just wanted something
that was just kind of my little life that I
wasn't sharing one hundred percent right then, and it was
just so nice to just have my little like Miami
friendship and we could just go and be different people

(10:23):
for a while.

Speaker 7 (10:23):
And maybe, look, I want you to have your own
thing in your own life and stuff like that, but
you have to understand, like my reaction, I think is
actually pretty standard and pretty normal.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Like you know, for you and I want you to
be happy. Obviously I would like me to be involved
in that happiness.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
And I'm not saying that like I've got to be
a part of every moment of every minute of your life.
But it's somewhat confounding when you try to do something
nice for someone and then like you have something like
that to happen. How do I, honestly, how do you
think I was sun stay react? And yes, I realized
I wasn't supposed to find out, but I did on
some level, and that level made it seem very suspicious because.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Jesse could totally be a guy. Yeah, definitely, it makes sense.

Speaker 6 (11:08):
But at the same time, it's like, you know, like
when he came in like all accusatory and everything the
first time, I just didn't feel like explaining it at
that point.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
Maybe like, look, we obviously need to work on our
communication and that goes both ways, and I know I
haven't been.

Speaker 2 (11:22):
You know, the best in that department as well.

Speaker 4 (11:24):
I'm actually very relieved knowing that this isn't some dude
by all means like have having the time with Jesse
that I'd love to go down to Miami sometime with you,
whether he's involved or not. You know that it turns
out I like beaches, who knew? You know?

Speaker 2 (11:47):
I love you.

Speaker 6 (11:48):
I love you too, I mean me just like go
to like Tampa.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
To Miami, Miami. But at least you know she's not cheating.
So congratulations on that.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
All right, I will I'll see you now.

Speaker 6 (12:05):
Okay the Jewbile shows to catch a cheater
