The popularity of the original Karate Kid movie nineteen eighty
four helped make the spinoff series Cobra Kai a runway hit,
which in turn has led to an all new Karate
Kid film being developed, which has just found its next star.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Ben Wang, best known for
American born Chinese, will be the next karate Kid, but
it's worth mentioning the original crank Kicker will be in
the film as well. Ralph Maccio will reprise his role

of Daniel LaRusso, and Jackie Chan will also return as
mister Han That's from the twenty ten installment. How much
is known about the story, but it will take place
on the East Coast and Ben will play a Chinese
immigrant who gets mentored by a martial arts expert. Expect
