Speaker 1 (00:00):
From Hollywood to you.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Thank you for listening to us on air with a
Ryan Seacrest. It's m good morning, Hi guys, high back
Room morning, Donya, Mikayla, Ruby, Sophia Outnumbered. Hi. I'm Ryan.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Hi.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
So we have a lot going on today. First of all,
I want you to know I, Yeah, I'm solutions oriented.
If I were stuck on the island on wild and
naked or naked and afraid, whatever it is, okay, I
might survive. Well. Remember I had the herni surgery. Yes,
remember the guys, said the guy, the doctor, He said,

(00:42):
you need to put some compression on there afterwards. Right,
We're some spanks. They weren't so comfortable to those spanks
for me, and so I started thinking I got it.
I ordered them. They came on Amazon. I got to
figure out how to use them. Cut a hole, took
the scissors, cut a hole in the middle of the spanks.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Nice relaxed tile, innovative, good for you.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Cut out a hole in the middle of spanks.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
So why do they have to go down that low
on you? Anyways? Can it just be like a compression
that goes around your waist area?

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Yep, have one of those. But it's hard. Those things
are hurt after a while.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
It came like the and he probably needs it on
his upper thighs too.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
No, no, but the belco is a little uncomfortable when
you're working and dressing and putting clothes on at night.
I put that band on. But I was very proud
of myself, boy, scouting a hole in my spanks to
create comfort.

Speaker 5 (01:30):
Year.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
There we are on. I might be one of those
home deepot doers who get more done.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
I feel like your voice is a little bit lower
today because of it.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Oh well, that's right, relax, got a wide open morning.
Here's the December eleventh, sunny and still warm. Highs in
the upper seventies, mid eighties inland, cooling off for the weekend.
It's Christmas Giving today. We're gonna have mister Fantasy's coming on.
We'll talk about that in a sec. Mister Fantasy, we've
been telling you about our encounter with him.

Speaker 6 (02:00):
Got Ryan Seacrest, and the thing about about him is.

Speaker 7 (02:03):
That there's something about the way that he talks to
you that makes you feel like you're the only person
in the room.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
When I was looking, now, the guy I don't know,
I don't know him I don't know what his dealis,
but he's either got a very interesting spirit and energy, huh.
Or he's got a very interesting spirit and energy. This
is his music rights, so it's real music.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
It's a vibe.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
People like the music. Yeah, I like it. I've not
heard all the music. Here's another mister Fantasy song. But
he's like a flashback British rock guy, like that Catapult. Anyway,
we're bringing him back on after this.

Speaker 7 (02:45):
People in the world, do you know what I mean?
There's so many, but there's only one. Ryan Seacrest, Am
I right?

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Ryan?

Speaker 6 (02:53):
I just want to let you know that when I
become obsessed with things, I fair there is no end,
and right now you are my current.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Anyways, Ryan, at my own risk, we're bringing this guy
on ing Ball. He's an up and comer who is
a jingle ball and I'm fascinated by his whole vibe.
So beware he's coming up. Audrey Luna, one of the
singing voice of Hunters on the show today too, also
great at our jingle ball, Swernda Carpenter. It's one of
two point seven kiss I m and I been quite

(03:23):
a year, Sysney and tany what would you choose as
you think back to this year, I honestly will tell
you it went fast. But you think back this year,
what would you choose as your definitive pop culture moment
of twenty twenty five? Do you even? I don't even.
I'd have to be reminded of them.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
I don't have to be reminded of them.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
What was your definitive moment of the year in terms
of pop culture?

Speaker 8 (03:45):
It was K pop Demon Hunters coming out on Netflix
and the top of July, and it just blew up
so quickly. I did not see that coming. I don't
think any of us saw that coming. It just took
over the world.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Tanya, do you have a moment that stands out? Can
you think back? What was the big pop culture moment
for you? Taylor Swift's album?

Speaker 9 (04:11):
Well, yes, But like the one that really stands out
to me weirdly is the Coldplay kiss Cam.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Yeah, I don't know what that was such a good one. Yeah,
that really because it was unplanned. I mean obviously the
K Pump thing unplanned, and the Taylor Swift well of
the success unplanned but planned, right, This thing just happened
out of thin air with normal people.

Speaker 8 (04:32):
Correct and everyone obsessed over it obsessed, didn't TikTok actually
vanished for almost a half day.

Speaker 4 (04:38):
Yeah, twelve year, twelve hours?

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Oh yeah, remember it was twelve hours. Yeah, TikTok. I
might have been January. It might have been right out
of the gate to twenty twenty five. TikTok went away
for twelve hours. People lost their minds. Arms were up everywhere,
people were you know what they were just you know,
wedding they were. They were freaking out because it and away.

(05:00):
Now that's telling. Then it came back and everything seems
to be all right. The thing is, all these things
you don't know that they're going to happen in the year.
What will twenty twenty six bring? What things do we
not know about that we're gonna go Wait that that
wouldn't even happen in a scripted movie are going to happen?

Speaker 4 (05:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (05:20):
Or what about Kendrick Lamar's Selene flared pants that he
wore at the halftime show and everybody was talking about,
I can't remember these things?

Speaker 2 (05:28):
You remind me? Eagles be the chiefs, right, and it
is probably an I'm going to make a prediction that
I get close to locking it down next year. Locking
it down?

Speaker 1 (05:49):
Like, what definition of locking it down? What does it mean?

Speaker 2 (05:52):
Locking it down?

Speaker 10 (05:53):
Cy?

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Was locking it down mean to you?

Speaker 4 (05:56):
Means getting married?

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Maybe it being in a committed relationship.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
I think it's that you've done that before. How'm gonna
do it again?

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Okay, Yeah, here we go.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
I'm predicting twenty twenty six. Right now, Mark Mark the show.
Mark got it.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
I can't wait too, neither.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
I can't to meet her. When I meet her, I'll
meet her first, then I'll introduce her. Now, tell me
any predictions for twenty six? Cisany for you?

Speaker 10 (06:21):
For me?

Speaker 1 (06:23):
I just want to be free?

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Oh great, I love it.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
I feel free.

Speaker 8 (06:28):
I don't want to feel so like tied down at times.
I want to like just be more free.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Well, I'm gonna lock it down, all right, Tanya? I
had that for a long time, Tanya.

Speaker 4 (06:40):
In twenty twenty six, I want to become a mom.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
That's you there, Let's say right down, put it in
the time capsule. Let's see if it comes true. What's up,
La and Orange County. It's Ryan Seacrest, Sisney and Tanya.
We love what we do. We're happy to be here,
but we would not like it if you weren't here.
I guess it would be a totally different thing if
we weren't here. We appreciate you being here, Tony, what
do you got? Where'd you go? You said that for.

Speaker 5 (07:07):
All right?

Speaker 2 (07:07):
Well this is an audio platform, so let's get to it.

Speaker 4 (07:10):
Well, I can only go so fast. I have them
hiding under.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
The okay, or ryanidayts, this is such.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
A long time.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
Yeah, no, read just what I wrote.

Speaker 8 (07:23):
You spend a few minutes each morning cleaning your desk.
It leaves you feeling a bit grotesque. Prep and pencils,
scratch paper for match game. Hopefully now you can keep
it on one frame.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
No, I should have actually, to be honest, it's cute.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
I like it. You didn't, that's sweet.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Oh this is cute, Tanya.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
Thank you. Exchange time here.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
It is a desk organizer.

Speaker 9 (07:46):
Desk organizer because every morning when we come in here,
she's always like frazzled because she has like papers and
she like doesn't have like all her stuff, and you know,
because we like move spaces.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
It's very practical.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
It's very practical. It's super good.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
Is that exciting?

Speaker 1 (08:00):
It is very exciting for my type a personality.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
Yeah, I'm not a closet organizer.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
I love that, Bryan.

Speaker 4 (08:08):
Okay, Ryan, right, fine, here's yours.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Okay, here's fine.

Speaker 11 (08:12):
Ryan.

Speaker 9 (08:13):
You always stub your toe at night when you pee,
but hopefully not anymore after this gift from me. Number
one in our hearts, always and forever. You're in a
league of your own. No one is better.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
You're sweet.

Speaker 12 (08:26):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
I guess it's a night light.

Speaker 9 (08:28):
Yeah, okay, so one of them is. It's like a
night light that you can put. You can like stick
it on the wall and it lights up. It's like
motion censored pass so when you pass by, the light up,
so you don't stub your toe when you pee.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
At the d of the night.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
First of all, the fact that you remembered that is
very very kind and thoughtful and sweet.

Speaker 9 (08:46):
And then this is sexiest radio show host for twenty
twenty five Internal win game show host but you won
radio host.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
Yeah, nobody knew you were nominated, but you went anyways.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
Thank you so much. It doesn't matter what I lost,
it's what we have.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Yeah, this award.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Thank you. I want to tell you that your gifts
I have and they are personalized and you will receive them.
Off the air. We can talk about them after you
got them, after Christmas or whatever, but very thoughtful. I'm
very excited about them, very excited. It's not just all
of it. I'm very excited about them. Okay, that's it.
Isn't any gifts for us, No, not the moment. But

(09:33):
Tany's just plung that on.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
I wasn't ready.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
She loved it, so she did December eleventh. She's like, Okay,
I'm gonna do it for.

Speaker 9 (09:40):
They're just little little things. But I love you, guys,
and especially this time of year, I get really emo
and I just love you, guys.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
I love you too, love you.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Thanks for the sweet cards and the nice, thoughtful gifts.
It's because, all right, Tanya, a stress free way that
you can enjoy the good stuff for the holiday eating
without going too far. I mean, it's all there, and
people are like, it's I always say, it's the holidays,
come on cut back in January. Who cares go overboard?
But you won't if you follow the rule of one,

(10:15):
the rule of one for the holidays. Do you know
what the rule of one is?

Speaker 4 (10:18):
One serving?

Speaker 1 (10:19):
No?

Speaker 2 (10:19):
No, I don't know, one of each yeah, one of
each one or derv one plate of food, one drink
one dessert. What's the flaw on that one?

Speaker 1 (10:29):
Or derve is the flaw?

Speaker 2 (10:30):
There's no way one drinks the flaw? Well that too.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
I even missed that part because I was so thrown off.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
By the one. I'm good by the one or derv
I'm good by the one dessert. I'm fine with the
one plate of food. But yes, dark early, you're off.
It's dark at four o'clock. One drink the whole time.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
And we need multiple drinks, and you need a few
or dirs. You can just have one little one shrimp.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
Yeah, that's weird. Each slowly enjoy that one shrimp, right,
they say it works. Today's quote December, This is a
good one. December is basically the universe saying, take a
breath after this, we'll sprint again. Take a breather after this.
We're running full speed. You're on one of two point

(11:11):
seven KISSFM. Ah, it's one of two point seven KISSFM.
Let's get to the headlines this what do you have?
Kiss FM? Headlines with siciny well.

Speaker 13 (11:19):
A federal judge has ordered the federal government to end
the deployment of California National Guard troops in Los Angeles,
LA could soon be the first US city to ban
single use ink cartridges after the city council voted to
start writing an ordinance to outlaw them. Saturday's Powerball jackpot

(11:40):
is well on its way to one billion dollars after
no one hit all six numbers in last night's.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
Drine, and the new met Gala co chairs have been announced.

Speaker 8 (11:51):
It's Beyonce, Vennis Williams and Nicole Kidman and they'll host
the event next May.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
One of two point seven Kiss FM. It's the holidays
and we love to do these Christmas Giving calls, so
I'm going to bring up Emily. Emily is in Wittier
and she's nominating Chris, her husband. So Emily, good morning
and welcome to Christmas Giving. Thank you for reaching out
to us. How are you hi, I'm doing great good.

(12:18):
We are going to get your husband. Let's do it
like this, and I'm gonna get Chris, your husband, on
the line, and then we'll explain to him what's happening.
And thank you for this very thoughtful email. We're gonna
dial him now and then I'll tell him what you
told us, and then we've got some I think got
some good stuff for him. Yeah, so good all right,

(12:39):
here we go. This is Chris in Wittier, married to Emily.
Not in the same place obviously, right now, two separate phones. Hello,
hi's Chris there.

Speaker 14 (12:54):
Yeah, this is Chris.

Speaker 2 (12:56):
Hey, Chris. Ryan Seacrest calling on one of two point
seven Kiss FM. How are you? Oh?

Speaker 5 (13:01):
Oh good?

Speaker 2 (13:02):
How are you doing well?

Speaker 15 (13:03):
Bro?

Speaker 2 (13:04):
Thank you for asking. It's sistany Tanya with me as
we are on the area in the show right now.
Hi there you guys say hi, yeah, yeah. So here's
what happened. We got this email from your wife Emily.

Speaker 5 (13:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Is that the voice that you married?

Speaker 14 (13:26):
That is the voice I married?

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Okay, just checking. So she said, right before Thanksgiving, you
guys experienced an unexpected hardship in your garage door breaking
down suddenly and collapsing, and it damaged the car. Yeah
that's right, that's right, and you got trapped underneath.

Speaker 14 (13:43):
Yeah it was.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
It was.

Speaker 14 (13:45):
Yeah, a little bit of a scary situation.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
But yeah, I'm okay, wow that you don't think about
that happening when you're at home in your garage and
you were not seriously injured though, you're okay.

Speaker 10 (13:58):
No, no, thankfully, I was a car took a little
damage but I think, yeah, door fixed.

Speaker 16 (14:07):
No, we we still haven't been able to fix it.
We're trying to find the right price and you know
what works.

Speaker 5 (14:15):
In our budget.

Speaker 14 (14:16):
It's a little yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Yeah, no, it's a big deal. And that also is
a security issue, isn't it. Yeah, so.

Speaker 16 (14:26):
Yeah, I don't know how much my wife told you,
but we put furniture to cover the to try to
prevent people from coming in, and there's like a security camera.

Speaker 14 (14:34):
But it's a yeah, it's a it's a big deal.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Wow, you have the barricade of lazy boys up there
and not the ideal. So it's a little, a little hand.
I'm just happy to hear that you're doing all right.
So here's what we're gonna do, Chris. Thank you Emily
for reaching out and sharing the story. What we're gonna do,
first of all, is we are fixing the garage door.
I found out the cost. It's gonna be three thousand
dollars or so we're going to take care of that

(14:57):
garage door for you and fix that.

Speaker 12 (14:59):
Oh my goods, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (15:01):
Oh wow, So that's done. Now. Stress is not a
good thing, Emily, Chris is not good We all handle
it in different ways, but I think the two of
you can lock that garage door and head out on
a little break. We're gonna send you to Resorts World
Las Vegas for two nights, and we will not ask
any questions when you come back. My goodness, so cool.

(15:30):
Resorts World, You're very welcome. Merry Christmas, christ and Christmas.

Speaker 14 (15:35):
Oh my goodness, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
Give me kids.

Speaker 14 (15:40):
Yeah, we have a time.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Two months old. My gosh, what are two months old?
Baby's like, Oh, we're not going to send food, but
I'll send diapers and stuff like toys, diapers. Yeah.

Speaker 14 (16:01):
Yeah, that's that's all he does now, toys and diapers.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Yeah. Okay, let me just make it easy. Five hundred
bucks at Walmart.

Speaker 14 (16:08):
Oh my goodness, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (16:12):
Thank you guys very much. Emily is so sweet of
you to reach out. Chris, I'm sorry that happened. Someone's
watching over you to make sure you didn't get hurt. Yeah,
that's a blessing.

Speaker 16 (16:22):
Wow, my goodness, thank you guys so much. That's yeah,
so yeah, I don't know what to say.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
Well, nothing, you don't have to say a thing. One
last thought. Emily did mention that the garage door collapsing
damage the antenna on your car, which I deduced means
you can't listen to Kiss FM, which.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
Is that is a big problem.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
That is a problem. Yeah, we can't have that. That's
just not okay, tacking on two thousand dollars to fix
the antenna and Kiss FM is broadcasting crystal clear.

Speaker 14 (16:56):
All right, Oh, thank you, I figure so much.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
Happy Christmas, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Holidays. Thank
you very much for listening to Kiss FM. You guys
enjoy yourselves in Vegas.

Speaker 14 (17:10):
Okay, Oh, thank you. Merry Christmas too.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
I'm glad you didn't get hurt because I don't know
how going to pay to fix you. You know I
didn't that. Yeah, it's one of two point seven KISFM
in Los Angeles, a seacrest with you. So you never
know what is going to happen at jingle Ball, and
that's sort of the beauty of these live shows that
we do. And I was backstage and there's a lot
of excitement and enthusiasm backstage, but I met someone that's

(17:41):
on the rise, and I was not aware of who
this person was, and then I it was you. It
was mister Fantasy, and I just you just you do.
I know that you've got I got some of your
music here, which is really nice. And I know that
your your overnight success is sort of happened fast for you.
But I will say we talked about you the next day.

(18:03):
You made an impression. I can see why people are
following you well.

Speaker 17 (18:07):
First of all, Ryan, it's absolutely brilliant to see you
and everyone else too.

Speaker 6 (18:11):
But my eyes are on Ryan.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
Your obsession is for Ryan.

Speaker 17 (18:15):
They are locked and you are pinned to my screen.
And I thank you very much for all the kind
of wonder the words and seeing you the other night
was the highlight of my evening and I've just been
a big fan of yours.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
Do you know what I mean?

Speaker 17 (18:25):
The light that you had brought with all of your
your words, your brilliant words on camera, do you I mean?
And that bright shining face. I think you're a brilliant man.
And basically, yeah, I loved to get the opportunity to
shake your hand.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
I felt the authenticity in that, and it's not it
doesn't happen that much, So thank you for that. I
just want to give some people some background because now
I'm intrigued I'm interested. I've seen you in some of
your videos you posted online, You've released some music. Tell
me how you got into this. Your grandma's involved somehow?

Speaker 17 (18:55):
Oh yeah, you know everyone's grandma is involved, do you
know what I mean? But but my Nan, my Nan,
she passed away last year, and she was my biggest supporter,
and she always believed in me when it came to
the things that I create, especially music. And I sort
of moved over to Los Angeles much like a lot

(19:15):
of people when they when they want to pursue a dream,
and and she was my number one supporter and she
encouraged me. And it's I think it's very important to have,
you know, without her, do you I mean, I might
have not had the courage to do it, to have
just one person that believes in you. And I sort
of came to Los Angeles because that's a big place,
do you know, I mean to pursue that.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
Yeah. And you've let me play a little mister fantasies
at music like this mine.

Speaker 12 (19:40):
Yeah, that's my.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Favorite Canapault and stuff. He's kind of drawback five to it,
doesn't it? Fantasy?

Speaker 6 (19:54):
Funky? Yeah, it's groovy, it's funky.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
Or some of your inspirations. And you have nice tongue.
I have noticed a couple of times here you have
good to work there he tongue works himself. Yeah, you were.
It must have inspired by some of the what the
UK rock pop.

Speaker 17 (20:12):
I was very very inspired by bands like Cooling the Gang,
who I got to meet at the at the Macy
Day paray, which was absolutely brilliant.

Speaker 6 (20:20):
And also Michael Jackson, very very big of Michael.

Speaker 17 (20:23):
I love Michael Jackson, I love Prince, I love Confunction
Joe I mean the Brothers of Johnson, those types of bands, Joe,
I mean funk groove. They get you off your bottom
and they get you wiggling you I mean immediately.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
Yeah. But you bring a good positive energy to the room.
Exactly do you like do you look at what you
you're here in La? Do you look at what it
could be? I mean, are you wanting to go on tour?
Do you want to be at the Grammy? He's like,
how do you envision this journey for you, mister fantasy?

Speaker 6 (20:54):
One moment at a time, that's good, that's good advice. Yeah,
do you know what I mean? One moment at a time.

Speaker 17 (20:59):
You know a lot of you ask her what what's
the goal, what's what's the future look like?

Speaker 6 (21:03):
I have absolutely no idea, and I'm glad that I don't.

Speaker 17 (21:06):
I think not knowing it's one of the greatest things
about life, you know what I mean, That's what.

Speaker 6 (21:09):
Makes it so joyful.

Speaker 17 (21:10):
And I think joy is really the portal to a
to a life full of wonder Do you know what
I mean? If we could be joyful, then everything is
just wonderful. Like children, you know what I mean, they're
constantly curious. Then they're constantly sort of just engaged.

Speaker 6 (21:22):
In whatever is in front of them.

Speaker 17 (21:23):
They're not worried about what's happening in ten minutes, not
worried about what's happening next year, if they're.

Speaker 6 (21:27):
Going to drop an album. So I really don't know,
do you know what I mean?

Speaker 5 (21:31):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
Well, I think that's a good way to look at it.
You're an artist, mister. Fantasy is with us. And one
of the things that happened after I met you at
Jingle Bar is I got home and I got into
my most comfortable clothes and there I am putting the
air conditioning down because I like to sleep at sixty
nine degrees. So it's good for sleep and in my
bed and brilliant. Yeah, it's good, it's good for sleep
and siciny Antina send me a text and in that

(21:53):
text was a post mortem post that you did in
your closet. I think is that after the jingle bar.

Speaker 17 (22:00):
Yes, I didn't get any sleep that night, Ryan, And
then after that the next day I went to the
Los Angeles King's hockey game and brilliant thing.

Speaker 6 (22:08):
I had no idea that hog.

Speaker 17 (22:09):
Even egitted and that people did that kind of thing,
and that's brilliant. But yes, I didn't get any sleep.
I got home very late and you were on the mind.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Well, I play a little clip of that.

Speaker 7 (22:19):
There's a lot of people in the world, do you
know what I mean? There's so many, but there's only one.
Ryan Seacrest.

Speaker 5 (22:25):
Am I right?

Speaker 6 (22:26):
But Ryan, Yes, when I become obsessed with things, I
fear there.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
Is no end, and right now you are my current as.

Speaker 6 (22:37):
Anyways, Ryan, if you want to come over, welcome. You
are more welcome to come over whenever you please.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
Well, I think we're on with some of you and
I I'm I'm a fan. I'd like to see you
perform live if we wanted to read about it. Are
there options in the.

Speaker 17 (22:52):
Future, Absolutely, Yeah, there are options everywhere, I believe. I mean,
I've performed live in New York City at the Washington
gug Gone, I've performed line at venice A Beach, which
is one of my favorite places.

Speaker 5 (23:04):
Jo.

Speaker 17 (23:04):
I mean, I sort of just take my live rig
down there and sort of sing and people start showing
up or not. I mean, I just really enjoy singing
my songs and right now, that's sort of just the
way that I've been doing it.

Speaker 6 (23:14):
And if you're there, then cool. If you're not, then
don't worry about it.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
Yeah, No, I got it. Mister Fantasy is the best
outlook on life for the holiday season. Take a look
at his song Catapult. It's out look him up on
social and you'll see. You'll see why I'm an emorate.
You will get it when you see it. You will.
I'm not making it up, mister Fantasy. Thank you for
making time today. Really appreciate you being so kind at

(23:40):
jingle Ball and spending time with us, and I look
forward to seeing you again.

Speaker 6 (23:43):
Love you so much, Ryan, and the best of best
of luck to everyone. The best kind wish is Merry Christmas.

Speaker 2 (23:49):
Christmas Happy Christmas, Happy Christmas. Thanks again. Yeah, you have
to go look at videos off him on social you
will understand, he says, his obsession. I think I'm becoming
a lit obsessed with this guy.

Speaker 1 (24:02):
I'm right there with you.

Speaker 8 (24:04):
I went down his Instagram and his TikTok yesternight, like
all the way to the very beginning.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
All right, coming back here Kiss FM. Ryan's Roses next
one of two point seven Kiss FM. It's time for
Ryan's Roses. We have Yolanda on the bone. Yolanda, good morning.

Speaker 18 (24:25):
Morning.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
I'm okay, all right, well I want to help, That's
why we are here. You say you're starting to get
very suspicious of your husband. What is happening to make
you so clearly suspicious?

Speaker 19 (24:38):
Well, every time I get into his car, the seats moved,
and I always have to readjust it, and you know,
I do it without even thinking about it. But then
I noticed the other night we were cuddling on the
couch We're watching TV. I felt his phone buzz and

(24:59):
he purposely, he like moved over to the chair where
I couldn't see his phone.

Speaker 18 (25:04):
You know, I couldn't see.

Speaker 19 (25:05):
What he was texting, and it just you know, this
all just started bugging me. I've just been thinking about it.
And because he only drives to work and home, you know,
And so I casually brought it up. I was like,
do you ever give anyone rides in your car because
it's filthy, which is true, and he said, no, never

(25:27):
can be as filthy as I want.

Speaker 20 (25:28):
It's just me and there.

Speaker 18 (25:30):
So I'm thinking that that's for sure a lie.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
Right, I don't know. I'm listening. We're making my nose.
It could be. It could be, and that's nice if
you believe something's having to keep going.

Speaker 21 (25:44):
Okay.

Speaker 18 (25:44):
So, and then we were watching Stranger Things and he
got that text that I mentioned, and he waited a minute,
he got up to get himself something to drink.

Speaker 21 (25:53):
He came back, he sat in that other chair which
I just told you about, angled away from me, and
I could tell he was texting someone he wants me
to see.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
Yeah, that's not good. I mean, look, you're not gonna
be I don't think you're gonna be wrong on this.
There's something up, you're feeling it. It's it's hard to
cover it up, right, if it's really happening in your sense,
So what we're gonna do is take a quick break.
We'll come back. We'll call him. How many years Mary?

Speaker 18 (26:21):
Sixteen?

Speaker 2 (26:22):
One second kiss? Righten's roses right now? Sixteen years have
been married. She thinks he's cheating, very suspicious. It's in
the car. The seat of the car is in the
wrong place. Who's he carrying around?

Speaker 20 (26:35):
Right?

Speaker 2 (26:36):
The other night they were cuttling on the couch watching
TV and the phone kept buzzing. Somebody's you know when
someone's like going off on the buzz trying to get
in touch or playing of a little volley back and forth.
Is he voluying with this other woman? He moved over
to the chair actually so he could hide like they
were together the couch. He moves to the chair. Yeah,
hide the text. So we got a problem, Yolanda, I

(26:56):
need you to say round. You have my permission to call,
and then his.

Speaker 18 (26:58):
Name go ahead, Ryan used my permission to call.

Speaker 2 (27:05):
We're going to make this call. Now, here's what we're
going to do, Yolanda, Systney is going to offer him roses.
We're gonna find out who he's thinking about, like red roses.
Is he sending him to another woman or you? It's
very interesting to hear all this goes sometimes, so be

(27:26):
very quiet. She's gonna make the call now. Good luck, Yolanda, Okay,
thank you.

Speaker 5 (27:41):
Hello.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
Hi is this Jimmy speaking.

Speaker 1 (27:46):

of them and a cute note or something sweet and
we can have them out by lunchtime today or if
you want to send them out tomorrow, that works as well.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
We're just trying to promote our business.

Speaker 5 (28:27):
Oh.

Speaker 11 (28:27):
Is it like a charitable thing you guys are doing,
like around this time of year.

Speaker 8 (28:31):
No, this is a promotion that we do but once
a month, and it's just so that we can get
the word out about our business. Hopefully you like our
arrangements or receives them likes our arrangements and you come

Speaker 5 (28:44):
Oh yeah, okay, yeah, I guess that would work.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
Amazing. So what's their name?

Speaker 5 (28:52):
My wife's name is Yolanda.

Speaker 1 (28:54):
Okay, Yolanda. And what would you like to put on
the card?

Speaker 5 (28:58):
Oh gosh, oh something like.

Speaker 11 (29:03):
You make this magical season even more magical every single day.

Speaker 8 (29:09):
You make this magical season even more magical every single day.

Speaker 2 (29:13):
Jimmy, that is sweet. Thank you. My name is Ryan.
Your voice is being broadcast on the radio, and I've
got you Landa on the line. What a wonderful thing
to say about you, Yolanda. Don't you think.

Speaker 6 (29:26):
It is?

Speaker 18 (29:27):
I just I don't understand, Jimmy, are you yeah?

Speaker 20 (29:38):
I'm just I just are you? Are you cheating on me?

Speaker 5 (29:45):
What? No? What is going on?

Speaker 18 (29:51):
Because because I know you have to be lying, because
your car seat is moved every time I'm in there,
and you're being very secretive with your text.

Speaker 5 (30:04):
What I mean, I might have given a ride here
or there, but no, what is this all about?

Speaker 18 (30:15):
Just come on, just tell me, just tell me, just
tell me the truth.

Speaker 20 (30:19):
Come on?

Speaker 18 (30:21):
Are you are you cheating on me?

Speaker 20 (30:23):
Please?

Speaker 5 (30:24):
No?

Speaker 2 (30:25):
No, never, Jimmy, here's the thing, Just Joland, I want
to get to what you told us. The car seats
in the wrong place, like who's in the car? You're
on a couch cuddling. Then you walk away to get
on your phone. Then the phone buzzes again. It's like
you're communicating with somebody in secret. What is happening with
these two things?

Speaker 11 (30:48):
I mean, I'm definitely not cheating. I don't know why
you would ever think of that. I mean, look, fine,
I'm really sorry. I never meant for it to get
to this point. I am so sorry.

Speaker 18 (31:06):
You're cheating on me? Are you cheating on me?

Speaker 20 (31:08):
No?

Speaker 5 (31:09):
No, no, no, no, no, I'm not, I swear. Listen,
I'll explain all right. Hold on. I've been working on
a Christmas gift for.

Speaker 11 (31:20):
You that I knew you would really love, and I
was really hoping it could be a surprise, but I
guess that's really now. Look, I've been going to see Lois.
I'm making a video where I interview her and I
just do a little bit every day because she gets
really tired, really easily. And I was going to put

(31:42):
the whole thing together with old photos and old music,
and I was going to make it into a video.
Of her whole amazing life and that was going to
be your Christmas gift?

Speaker 12 (32:00):
Really, who is loving?

Speaker 20 (32:03):
Ye? What was this.

Speaker 18 (32:09):
My grandma?

Speaker 5 (32:11):
Ni?

Speaker 1 (32:12):
Oh, my goodness.

Speaker 11 (32:16):
And before we record, I drive her through her old
neighborhood because it really it just sparks a lot of
her old memories.

Speaker 5 (32:25):
Then we go out for.

Speaker 11 (32:26):
A chocolate shake and I bring her back to the
facility and we record there and and that's why the
seat was moved because she's so tiny. And I hid
the camera and the tripod in my golf bag in
the trunk, and I'm you know, and I'm really sorry
you doubted me.

Speaker 5 (32:43):
I would never cheat on you ever.

Speaker 18 (32:47):
So who were you testing the other night when you
were trying to hide.

Speaker 12 (32:50):
It from me?

Speaker 11 (32:53):
I'm so sorry. That was That was her nurse's aide
at the center. She was confirming when I was going
to come the next day.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
It's all related, So Jimmy, wow, uh what a lovely
thing that you're doing. And uh, so sorry. We called
sisiny Hey.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
Got the email.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
Yeah, we're just here to make things seem clear, and
it seems like they are Loanda. Are we good?

Speaker 20 (33:28):
Yeah, we're good.

Speaker 18 (33:29):
Thank you so much for helping me get to the
bottom of it.

Speaker 5 (33:33):
I really.

Speaker 2 (33:35):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (33:38):
Do you want it on Christmas?

Speaker 8 (33:41):
Well, you know you're still going to be just as
emotional when you see the finished product.

Speaker 20 (33:46):
I'm sure. I know you.

Speaker 2 (33:50):
Telling the truth. He's got a big project to get
done in a short amount of time.

Speaker 1 (33:54):
I think he's telling the truth.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
What are you saying?

Speaker 5 (33:59):
All right?

Speaker 2 (33:59):
Well, good luck guys, Merry Christmas.

Speaker 1 (34:01):
Merry Christmas?

Speaker 2 (34:03):
Awkward? Now, oh I don't, I mean, why do you
want to push that? Call? Kiss it.

Speaker 15 (34:09):
On air with Ryan Seacrest that is golden, but you've
known that.

Speaker 2 (34:17):
Performing live at our jingle Bawl last Friday night, Audrey
Nona is with us. Now, Audrey, good morning, Hi, good
morning is Oh we heard it, we saw it, we
felt it live Audrey Nona, the singing voice of Mirra
from Hunters kpop Dwan Hunters on our stage at jingleble
Friday night, and everybody was talking about just seeing you

(34:38):
do it, And also, can I tell you behind the
scenes what they said about you?

Speaker 20 (34:43):
Please?

Speaker 12 (34:44):
I would love to know.

Speaker 2 (34:46):
It was like as if they weren't expecting you to
be nice or something sistey and tell you are like
she's so nice.

Speaker 12 (34:52):
That's so cute. I get that a lot.

Speaker 2 (34:54):
Actually, you people expect you not to be nice.

Speaker 20 (34:58):
I guess so.

Speaker 3 (35:00):
I don't know. People expect me to be so cold,
but I'm actually such a lover.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
Yeah, that's what we heard. Reports were true backstage.

Speaker 8 (35:08):
You met my kids backstage, and you and REAMI were
so sweet with them, and you guys stating character, which
I thought was so amazing, introducing yourselves as Mira and Zoe.

Speaker 20 (35:19):
That's so cute. Yeah, that was.

Speaker 3 (35:21):
It was so lovely to see all the kids and
the families, like that's where our hearts are out, honestly
with especially with the film. Like obviously the film for everyone,
but the kids have really driven such a like crusade
I feel like for this film, and we're just so
grateful what.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
We wanted to celebrate and salute and point out to
everybody listening right now, this is Adrey Nuna. You just
heard the song Golden, so you heard her voice there.
Golden nominated for Best Pop Duo Group Performance. You're personally nominated.

Speaker 3 (35:54):
Congratulations, Yah, oh my god, thank you guys.

Speaker 12 (35:58):
This applause right now is felling me. That's so sweet.

Speaker 20 (36:01):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (36:04):
Wild Yeah, tell us about just what that feels like,
especially since it's such a unique moment in music with.

Speaker 3 (36:11):
This absolutely, I mean when I found out, I almost
threw up. I'm very emotionally constipated, so it takes me
a very long time to process my emotions.

Speaker 12 (36:23):
But probably some sort.

Speaker 3 (36:24):
Of you know, defense mechanism I've figured out in terms
of just growing up and feeling a bit outcasted, you know.
But I feel like with this nomination, you know, we
were all zoom together, aj Ray and I and I mean,
it's not just this moment.

Speaker 12 (36:40):
It's not just this film.

Speaker 3 (36:41):
Obviously, this film is so like setting a new precedent
for so much in not just animation, but like media
and art and music. So I think it was that
plus just all of the years that we've individually been
in this industry. It's such a tough industry, man Like,
I feel like this industry has chewed me up and

(37:03):
spit me out multiple times, you know, regurgitated me onto
the floor, and.

Speaker 12 (37:08):
Has done all that.

Speaker 3 (37:09):
I think that this moment signifies just our journey as kids,
you know, feeling outcasted, and our journeys as musicians feeling
like we have to kind of walk these lines and
finally to this point where all of a sudden, this
project that's polled through the lens of Korean culture is
actually not just doing pretty well, but also really like

(37:32):
breaking records.

Speaker 12 (37:33):
It's really insane.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
Yeah. I mentioned that Golden Apt Roses Apt made history
as the first K pop songs ever nominated for Song
of the Year. So there is a special moment. And
you've got your own music, you're independent artists, music that
you're working on a third album, right indeed, So what's
the vibe? I sense your vibe here, I get you

(37:56):
about your emotional whatever you have. I understand what's music?
What's the music?

Speaker 3 (38:02):
I would say the music right now, I'm so inspired
by I think this project especially has really put me
back and touched my love for just songwriting and like
storytelling through music. So much of this last project that
I did, it's called Trench, my second album was very
aesthetically sonically driven and very much electronic as well. And

(38:25):
I think what I'm interested in now is just the
human voice in all of its imperfections. I'm really inspired
by nature. I'm inspired by Elliott Smith, inspired by daft punk,
inspired by a lot of the nineties grage. Honestly, so
just focusing on songwriting and storytelling with this next one.

Speaker 2 (38:45):
So this is Audrey and you know you saw a
jingle ball, You've heard her on the track we just
played there. Golden grew up in Jersey, taught yourself to
record music in high school, and then you dropped out
of that famous school at NYU. Huh.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
Indeed, I could not have or that.

Speaker 2 (39:04):
Is expensive too.

Speaker 3 (39:05):
Yeah, yeah, I mean I feel like I feel like, yeah,
the the experience I had there was incredible.

Speaker 12 (39:13):
I met so many I met so many musicians.

Speaker 3 (39:16):
And artists and fellow peers, and I really discovered myself
in New York and I owe so much to the
city of New York. But ultimately it was a choice
between just financial financially, you know, tying myself down and
or just being able to try and do it, you know.
And at that point, to be honest, I've been commuting
into the studio. I took the A train uptown every

(39:38):
single night after doing my you know, essays homework, and
I'd be in the studio t like four in the
morning and come back at six in the morning, you know.
And sometimes I I was really just like halfway in school,
halfway out. So I felt like, I'm not really, I
don't really like to do that. I like to just
be very immersed in what I'm doing, So yeah, it

(39:59):
was kind of just a choice of focus.

Speaker 2 (40:03):
I really love that you're getting to celebrate this big
pop moment with the Grammys, and you're also doing what
you are true tune you love to do. And so
when it's time you come on, bye, we'll get a
little taste of that music. Audrey Nuna, thank you for
coming on.

Speaker 3 (40:17):
Thank you so much. You're such an icon. I grew
up watching you and seeing you know the number to
text to vote, so I'm.

Speaker 12 (40:27):
Very very honored.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
You're so sweet. That's awesome. I remember giving out those
text numbers. What no one knows it. That is times changed.
Awesome to connect with you. We'll see you real soon.
Do you take care?

Speaker 12 (40:40):
Thank you?

Speaker 2 (40:41):
Bye bye. Kind of need her around because she mellows
me al. Her vibe is like I'm not trying hard
at all, Like it's me. I have a cool, not
trying too hard vibe. I'm Audrey Nuna. Who are you?

Speaker 4 (40:53):
She kept saying. Indeed, I'm like I'm gonna start using that.

Speaker 2 (40:56):
Well, she's super smart. Yeah, and you can tell she's
super smart. Yeah, indeed, you're never using it.

Speaker 1 (41:04):
I've never used it.

Speaker 4 (41:05):
Now I'm gonna it's.

Speaker 2 (41:05):
Gonna be used. The problem we need to give you
some synonyms because I don't want to hear every time.

Speaker 1 (41:09):
I know that's gonna be her twenty twenty six crutch.

Speaker 2 (41:11):
That's right, there's Megan Trainer. You can see you tonight
on Celebrity Wheel of Fortune. Actually, I don't know if
you have plans or not, but it's a Sebastially man
a skull coll Megan Trainer and Tay Diggs are awesome
on your Fortune tonight. It's a celebrity version. So we
have a little bit fun and Sebastian he does great.
I don't want to give it away, but the guy
does phenomenonal.

Speaker 5 (41:31):
You know.

Speaker 2 (41:31):
I've got a crush on him too, right, so he
you know, I kind of like buddy Buddy broke crush.
So I dressed up. I did the holiday turtlenet look
with a blazer, a blazer nice, and I was ready
for him to be like, that's tight, and instead he

(41:51):
did not think it was a little bit more of
a roast. Well, yeah, he roasted the turtleneck. He did
not think it was a good look on me, agree
or anyone?

Speaker 4 (42:02):
I agree?

Speaker 2 (42:04):
Well, you see what I said to him right out
of that.

Speaker 1 (42:06):
Yeah, you having for yourself?

Speaker 2 (42:08):
Oh I know it was good, but I wasn't taking it. Yeah,
not taking it? Uh you take us not in my
unfortunate house. No, I wasn't taken that, you dish, I
don't take I got you know what's coming your way
for Christmas? Turtle neckt Sebastian Wait, I can't read to watch. Yeah,
you gotta check it out tonight on ABC. Susan. Neither's

(42:31):
something you're saying is going to be a trend in
twenty twenty six. I think, well I'm in and let's
start it now.

Speaker 8 (42:38):
Yes, well it has started now only one time, but
I'm thinking this needs to be a repeat. So it
was an event that I got put together by this
girl named cat Getsy. She hosted a full on no Phone,
why two K? Themed party, So picture yourself back in
the early two thousands when not many people had cell phones,

(42:59):
and if they did, it wasn't like they were there
was no Internet on them, right, They're like flip phones.
So she basically threw this throwback party where you had
to lock your phones away the minute you were there,
and more than seven hundred people showed up and willingly
unplugged for the night. This happened in silver Lake, and
what really struck me was that it wasn't just like

(43:21):
the cute theme party. It felt like a real shift,
like people were craving a break from the technology, from
the screens and just looking to connect again how it
used to be years ago. And so I'm wondering if
this might be a trend, if it happened things again.

Speaker 2 (43:38):
I think there's a backlash coming. I believe it. I
do believe there's a backlash coming. And this is what
we're gonna see more of. And I cannot get to
five fourth th et two one Happy New Year soon
enough for it exactly?

Speaker 4 (43:51):
Do you think it's coming in the new year?

Speaker 2 (43:53):
Oh yeah, this is happening, guys. This is everything cyclical,
and this is gonna be part of the cycle. There's

Speaker 2 (49:25):
Kiss. Ryan's Rose is here in a second, So what
is your New Year's resolution for next year? Sisiny?

Speaker 8 (49:30):
You know it's still in the works, but like I
said earlier, I want it. I just want to feel
more free and not so overwhelmed at times. So I
think just kind of being a little bit more relaxed
while still being responsible and professional and things like that.

Speaker 1 (49:44):
Whatever, But I just want to feel free.

Speaker 2 (49:45):
Free at the top of the list exactly. Professtina response
with this one, Yeah, but put free up top.

Speaker 1 (49:51):
I just want to feel free, ay.

Speaker 2 (49:53):
Tania, What was your twenty twenty six resolution going to be?

Speaker 3 (49:56):
So?

Speaker 4 (49:56):
I don't do resolutions. I do kind of like work.

Speaker 2 (49:58):
Oh my gosh, I just play the game.

Speaker 1 (50:00):
No, I'm not gonna play the game.

Speaker 2 (50:04):
Like how uncomfortable have you made? Sistey? And I? Now,
what do you mean?

Speaker 17 (50:07):
I do it?

Speaker 2 (50:08):
Word of the year. Let me playing a conversation about resolution.

Speaker 1 (50:12):
I'm used to it.

Speaker 4 (50:13):
Thank you Sisney for accepting me as I am.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
Oh my gosh, you made it so un fun?

Speaker 5 (50:19):
Now?

Speaker 2 (50:20):
Yes, what what? What is your speech?

Speaker 9 (50:24):
My word of twenty twenty six is going to be mom,
but it's going to be manifest, optimize, and multiply.

Speaker 2 (50:32):
Do you know.

Speaker 1 (50:34):
The's three words yeah, what, No, you broke him.

Speaker 2 (50:41):
I'm holding out all the thoughts back he's broken.

Speaker 9 (50:44):
I love doing this. It's my New Year's tradition. I
do it every single year. What's your gripe?

Speaker 2 (50:52):
I don't remember you being so rigid about it in
New Year's past, Like I feel like last year you
said that I don't know woman in fuller vescence or something.

Speaker 9 (51:01):
Yeah, it's for woman in full efflorescence, efflorescencecence fluorescence.

Speaker 2 (51:08):
I don't know the difference in the definitions.

Speaker 1 (51:10):
Yeah, did you know what the work meant for?

Speaker 4 (51:12):
I had really search for E.

Speaker 2 (51:15):
Fluorescence. I thought it was effervescence efflorescence. Did you do it?

Speaker 20 (51:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (51:20):
I feel like I really lived that word this year fully.

Speaker 2 (51:24):
All Right, well then, Ryan, what's your resolution? Thanks for asking?
So mine is going to be something like this. I
remember what I said. I'm going to like everything that
happens to us, every action, everything happens. We get to
decide how we handle it. We do have a moment
where we choose somehow, whether it's knee jerk or whether

(51:44):
it's thoughtful. We get to decide. Do you upset me,
do you make me fall in love? Do you get
under my skin? Do you make me frustrate? Like we
do actually get to decide that I Am going to
take that choice more seriously and think about the fact
that it is a controlled choice. Yeah, you get to

(52:05):
control every single action in the world, but yet we don't.
Now I don't know if I'll be able to do it,
but I kind of like the simple concept of I'm
not gonna let that that I'm gonna choose that that
doesn't get to me. I'm gonna choose that, that's not issue.
I'm gonna choose. I'm gonna try it.

Speaker 9 (52:20):
And like a lot of people do things because they
feel guilty, which is like, so not the way, you
know what I mean, Like, you shouldn't have to feel
guilty and do something.

Speaker 2 (52:28):
You should choose not to feel bad or choose not
to feel guilty and see how it goes. We'll see
what happens. So there we are. Let's let's play it
all out. And if asked next year, what's your resolution, Tanya,
we will ask not that, we'll ask what do you
have a way of saying it?

Speaker 1 (52:42):
Word of the year?

Speaker 2 (52:43):
What's your word of the year? Got it?

Speaker 4 (52:45):
Thank you?

Speaker 2 (52:45):
Please? Mark remind me in one year about the word
of the year. You got it?

Speaker 5 (52:50):
And what is.

Speaker 2 (52:52):
That fluorescence means?

Speaker 4 (52:54):
It means like it means like in full bloom.

Speaker 2 (52:58):
Never used it in a sentence neither a bye, excuse
FM do it for us friends. Thank you Tania for
my night light so that I don't stub my toe
when I pee in the darkness of night. Yeah, very useful.
It's very useful. And the sound that I make when
I do ah, no more, no more of that, neighbors

(53:19):
will be happy. Thank you. Thank you for the very
thoughtful and lovely card. It's nice to have friends like you, guys,
and this time of year, we should really acknowledge that.

Speaker 4 (53:30):
Oh we love you.

Speaker 12 (53:31):
You're right.

Speaker 2 (53:33):
