Speaker 1 (00:00):
From Hollywood to you on air with the Ryan Seacrest.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
I just you know, we need the rain. I wonder
without the rain, would you appreciate the weekend that's coming
so much? Because event probably not?
Speaker 1 (00:16):
Oh exactly.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
You know the thing about storms?
Speaker 2 (00:22):
Do we have to start with that right now?
Speaker 1 (00:24):
It's nice, but I'll just say it.
Speaker 3 (00:27):
They don't last forever.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
I never thought about things like that with storms.
Speaker 4 (00:33):
Yeah, like storms like this, this too shall pass. Yeah,
I love that. Every time it stops raining, I'm.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
Like, wow, you know what they say. The only about
getting out of it? The only way out is through.
Speaker 1 (00:45):
The only way out is out.
Speaker 2 (00:46):
You know, the only way out is inside.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
I think through it.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
Well, the only way to handle things outside is it
from the inside.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
This is confusing me.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
Yes, why do we start?
Speaker 4 (00:57):
Because these are wonderful life lessons?
Speaker 5 (01:02):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:03):
And good morning?
Speaker 1 (01:04):
Yeah, Happy Friday.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Hey, yeah, we'll pee this morning. There's an into it
all this morning mostly Sunday later with highs in the
low seventies. I'm loving it. So it is Friday, November twenty,
first six days until Thanksgiving. Wicked is out. Wicked for
(01:27):
Good is in theaters today, excent around that.
Speaker 6 (01:29):
It's major so many people that already bought their tickets
weeks in advance, and seas You've got a.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
Great way to deal with all the Thanksgiving leftovers, right, Yes, it.
Speaker 6 (01:37):
Is such a fun way for you and the family
to share the wealth with everybody after and then not
have a mess in your kitchen.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
Oh, she told me this, and I did it.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
Okay, how did you do it? Thanksgiving hasn't happened, I know,
but okay.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
God, the one thing I need with my leftovers. There's
one condiment I need with my leftovers. Do you know
what it is?
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Crimeberry sauce or gravy.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Mustard? No, like an extra The mustard thing threw me off. Mustard, No,
because I like all that stuff. He's a left over.
I need to add mustard to things afterwards. Does everybody
do that?
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Or does that?
Speaker 2 (02:13):
Is a mustard guy?
Speaker 3 (02:14):
Always?
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Oh my gosh. Really such mustard on egg sandwiches, mustard
on fries, mustard on a burger, must it on the beat.
Speaker 4 (02:24):
He'll put mustard on his chicken like he puts mustard
on everything.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Right. Well, here we go, kiss FM paying a bill.
Speaker 7 (02:31):
Next.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Hillary Duff is coming in, guys. She's doing this new
song everybody's talk about. He's been playing these shows, like
small shows around the world. Yes, lining cueueing, she'll.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Be here in January with her show.
Speaker 2 (02:43):
I don't wait to talk to her. Jingle Ball tickets
also about a half hour. Let's play a bill, hang on,
take it to the max, Shinisa, Molly Skill, a bang,
silent Addy altogether on that now. Jingle Boss coming up
December fifth. We have your tickets in just a few minutes.
Hillary rough Mark, what time Hilary Duf come on. She'll
be eight o'clock, eight o'clock. I's got some time for that.
(03:04):
Hillaryduf's news song Mature is out. She's been playing these shows.
I've seen like lines around the block for people wanting
to go see her again.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
Because the venues are not that big. Yeah, very intimate.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
I think I'd be more again when I'm on tour.
I think I'd be more nervous about a small venue
than a big one. There's just something about that quietness
and that intimacy that's great, but a little nerve wracking maybe.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
But I feel like you're closer to your fans that way.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
That part's good, but there's also just being in a
big place I don't know why that is, like big, big,
small conversations freaking me out one on one. I'm like,
I can't one on one. I can't. Ten thousand people
much easier for me.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
I think you're so wrong about yourself.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Okay, what do you think about me?
Speaker 4 (03:52):
I think you're excellent one on one. Everybody at my
wedding said that they were so impressed at how much
you engaged with everybody one on one at my wedding.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
Mm see, I would give myself a poor review.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
I heard rave reviews.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
Yeah, you were a social little butterfly. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
By specifically you got good reviews.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
From Yeah, the Girl in the Yellow Dress and others.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
Fat if you want to get remarried or renewed.
Speaker 6 (04:19):
Yeah, Tony would be someone that renews revowls every year.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Well you didn't know that when you signed up for
the gig.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
In perpetuity, right, an annual event?
Speaker 4 (04:31):
Yeah, we did say for one year anniversary. Were going
back and we're like, who.
Speaker 3 (04:33):
Everyone's to come on?
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Come small prints of the deal with all right, it's
the season of celebration. We got six days until Thanksgiving.
Honkakha's three weeks out of her.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
One Yeah, look at that shopping done.
Speaker 2 (04:45):
Christmas about a month over a month away and then
the ball will drop. I was just looking at, Oh
my gosh, the New Year's Eve show we're doing this year.
Oh my gosh. First of all, I don't want to
say too much. I don't know what's pressed.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
Can you tell?
Speaker 2 (05:00):
I don't even know what's been out and what's not.
But I may or may not have someone that I
have spent time with my personal life as a host
or co host on the show.
Speaker 6 (05:09):
Oh that says a lot, and I would love that
she is.
Speaker 1 (05:15):
I was gonna say, she currently already hosting other things
right now?
Speaker 2 (05:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (05:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (05:20):
And what else? Can I tell you? So many performances,
Oh my.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
God, it's crazy. Yeah, you guys should do a dance together.
Speaker 4 (05:27):
No, no, go on this one respectfully, respectful.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Years will be here. It's gonna be I'll tell you
more about that. We're closer. It's on New Year's Eve.
But let's get to the zodiac sign thing. So I
do want to hear this. Generally I tune this out,
but I do want to hear this time. What is it, Tanya?
Speaker 6 (05:46):
This is the best way to celebrate according to your
zodiac sign.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
And you're just really cute. Celebrate the holidays.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Can I just say to you read between the lines.
I need the holidays more than anything this year. There's
something warm and cozy about them that does provide.
Speaker 6 (06:06):
Comfort, Yes, a little comfort, Yes, being disconnected with your
family that's the best.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
Okay, We're gonna start with aries and they should do
a game night.
Speaker 1 (06:16):
That checks out for me.
Speaker 6 (06:17):
I love game situations for this.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
Okay, we'll get to yours in the second Taurus movie night,
Gemini t TV Marathon, Cancer cookie decorating night.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
See, that's not for me. The mess stresses me out.
And we do this every Christmas Eve.
Speaker 4 (06:35):
I'm not making this up. Okay, uh leo karaoke party
in tells is intrigued, Virgo distillery tour, what Libra concert date, Scorpio,
Tarot card reading, run Us, friends giving, Capricorn, gingerbread house decorating.
Speaker 2 (07:04):
Yes, a gingerbread house decoration.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
I think you would love that.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
I just love the smell of the gingerbread house and
I nibble it the roof. Yeah, every day, I chip
off the roof every day from the corner.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
Next is Aquarius card writing Gala.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
What is that like?
Speaker 3 (07:22):
Write cards?
Speaker 7 (07:23):
Like?
Speaker 2 (07:23):
Just change your birthday. That is awful.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
It's like writing cards everybody in your life. It's so nice.
Speaker 1 (07:34):
What I mean, I don't even address my Christmas cards.
Speaker 6 (07:37):
I have them printed like my sho There's one more
Pisces spa day.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
If you're a Taurus or or Pisces. Let's hang now
that's the things you should do to celebrate the season. Well,
Sisney will be having a game night on Thanksgiving. Tanya
will be decorating cookies on Christmas Eve. Yes, I will be.
This is Thanksgiving. I will be doing a little hybrid
of a family and friends. And Sophia, our intern, is
(08:08):
going to attempt to do something that one should not
try to do on Thanksgiving, and that is make something fancy.
Now why why are you going to try and make
beef Wellington for the first time on Thanksgiving Day? Intern, Sophia.
Speaker 8 (08:22):
I love to cook in general, and I usually like
bake and cook for my family.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
And I just threw it out there.
Speaker 8 (08:27):
I was like, oh, my gosh, like beef Wellington and
how cool would that be?
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Do you know what beef wellington is? Sycany Antonia?
Speaker 6 (08:33):
I do not, but now that I'm seeing a picture
of this, it's beautiful.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
I don't even understand is the outside.
Speaker 1 (08:40):
What is the outside of a beef?
Speaker 2 (08:43):
It's steak wrapped up in puff pastry and what's in
the middle, some greeny stuff.
Speaker 8 (08:46):
It's like an olive mushroom.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
It sounds delicious.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
It's a burger. Basically, it's a fancy hamburger.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Right, It's a pastry hamburger.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
It's complicated. It just to me, Sophia, that thing, which
I very rarely see anywhere, even onus, seems really hard
to make. It seems like a lot of pressure.
Speaker 8 (09:09):
Yeah, I think I've bit off a little more than
I can chew because they canceled the Thanksgiving ham. We
always do a turkey and ham. But now they're like,
we're so excited for your beef Wellington and they keep
talking about it. They're like, we're not doing a ham
this year because we have your beef Wellington.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
I mean it does. Look if you the pictures of
beef Wellington, are you having a stressful morning? Look at
a picture of beef Wellington.
Speaker 1 (09:32):
But why don't you why don't you do this picture
stresses me out more.
Speaker 4 (09:35):
Pig in a blanket, Pigs and the blankets essentially the
same thing.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
But it's literally this.
Speaker 2 (09:44):
Is beef French buttery pastry perfectly with a mushroom alive
top of not is a layer and the right sort
of beating.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
Yeah, the beef tenderline compared to a hot dog.
Speaker 3 (09:55):
A pig in a blanket hits.
Speaker 4 (09:57):
And you're gonna be the star of the show frozen
you Mike Way exactly, Sophia.
Speaker 8 (10:02):
Yeah, and I feel like beef Wellington is like the
final exam for culinary students. So I have no idea
that I'm gonna pull off.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
This is your master's in culinary school. If you can
pull this.
Speaker 1 (10:11):
Off, you can do it, Sophia.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
I'm just gonna back.
Speaker 6 (10:14):
Up plan, follow the recipe to a tea and you
can ask chat chub tea along the way, like, Hey,
is this looking good?
Speaker 1 (10:21):
What should I add? What should I not add?
Speaker 2 (10:23):
I'll make a deal with everybody here and you're gonna
find this shocking.
Speaker 3 (10:27):
You're gonna do this too, No deal.
Speaker 2 (10:32):
Here's the deal. If she pulls this off and it
is a success, then she'll make it again and I
will eat some with you.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
Going in a completely different direction.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
Yes, she'll make it twice for us. You're welcome and
we'll have some here because it's beautiful and I don't
even eat steak much often. Yes, let's go with a
quote of the day for Sysney Takeover. You got a
house full of Thanksgiving guests and you're often stuck with
too many leftover s heat.
Speaker 1 (11:03):
Yeah, isn't that the worst?
Speaker 6 (11:04):
And then they stay in your fridge for days weeks
and you're like how long has this been here in
the back because you forgot about it? So on Thanksgiving night,
when everyone's done eating the meal, you have little to
go boxes for everyone, and instead of just putting like
all the turkey in one box, you actually make individual
Thanksgiving meals. So you put a little bit of turkey,
a little bit of the ham, a little bit of
(11:24):
the mashed potatoes, a little bit of prep we all
do in the kitchen, yeah, or like oh yeah, you
can do yourself, or like me and my mom my
sister are usually just you know, banging out and like the.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
Dish in the fridge, like the whole thing exactly.
Speaker 6 (11:34):
You make these to go boxes so we you'll have
like twenty of them, you know, and then as everyone's leaving,
like how many do you want?
Speaker 1 (11:40):
Here's three, here's two, here's whatever.
Speaker 6 (11:42):
We can keep a few so then the next day
you just heat that up and it's already it's.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
The best thing ever.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
I already ordered the to.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
Go box days. How many days can you have that
to go box?
Speaker 7 (11:53):
Like?
Speaker 2 (11:53):
Is it thirty thirty six hours? Twenty four to forty eight?
How many days? Is it good?
Speaker 6 (11:57):
I can't imagine that would last longer than three days,
just in general, because you'll want to eat it.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
But I feel like maybe even.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Long Jaffik Turkey's dry day three.
Speaker 6 (12:07):
Yeah, but I'm saying it's just it's so delicious you'll
eat it the next day.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
It's my point.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
Well, that's a great idea. Thanks today's quote. You don't
detract what you want, You attract what you believe you deserve.
Come on, we can actually do it ourselves. Oh yes,
Kiss Kiss FM after seven o'clock, jingle Bow tickets after
seven o'clock, we're paying your bills after seven o'clock, tonya?
What else?
Speaker 4 (12:28):
After seven o'clock we are gonna talk about a really
cool trending report.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
No, you want to talk about your perfect day off?
Speaker 7 (12:35):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (12:36):
Oh it's the same thing. Yeah, I thought you were
saying it's your perfect day off.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
Well, No, so it's a there's a celebrity who's talking
about his perfect day off, and I thought it would
be like, we'll talk about his and then we can
all talk about ours.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
Oh, it's a group lessons. Yes, that's out the way
for Sisney with your headlines is Friday morning.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
Kiss FM Headlines with Sisney.
Speaker 6 (12:54):
Well, the overnight rain has really flooded several streets across
the south Land. Laguna Noguel has received the most rain
with two point three inches. Ventura Boulevard was closed in
both directions and receive a boulevard this morning due to
a sheer fire hydrant sending a huge gush of water
into the air. Metro's Mobility Wallet riders can now get
(13:16):
discounted Waimo rides throughout La and Arina Grande tested positive
for COVID, cutting short her promotional tour for Wicket for Good,
which is out now.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
Cata Gabriella, this is a Kiss FM, Tanya, you're trying
to report on the way what.
Speaker 3 (13:32):
Does your perfect day off consist of?
Speaker 4 (13:34):
We're talking about actor Simoulu and sharing his but I
want you to really think about yours.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
Okay, jingle ball tickets too, as well as about to
pay a bill now with jingle Ball. A lot of
times we've got new artists. One of the for me,
one of the most fun things to do in this
role is to meet people before they make it huge,
make it big, that are very, very talented. So the
Right Seacrest Foundation, which we have talked about here, builds
(14:00):
these media centers and pediatric hospitals around the country, and
we're putting a new one that's opening up in a
couple of weeks in Miami at the Nicholas Pediatric Hospital.
And I met an artists who's going to help us
with a performance for the kids there. Her name is
i Is Escobar. I met her last night. I started
to listen to her. I'd seen her on TikTok and Instagram. Yeah,
(14:21):
And what caught my eye about is the Escobar was
that she does these improvisational performances where she just starts
throwing out words and singing a song. She doesn't know
where she's going with the song. That's fine, a freestyle est,
right exactly. She's Italian and Cuban. What a fun about
that kind of a meal? At least can you bring
(14:44):
some food? Is he for the kids? Too. Listen. This
is one of her songs. It got a little viral
pick up called Vendettas.
Speaker 1 (14:59):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
It was an Amy Winehouse texture, a deeble texture.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
Olivia Dean almost two, right, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
So she started playing the violin at four. She was
telling me last night, She's like, look, I play everything live.
I do everything live. I do my music, I write
my songs, I sing. Everything is live. Here's one of
the songs Tanya Sisney from Izzy Escobar that stood out
to me. It's called Jackie, Oh jack. She was telling
(15:42):
me that she donates her time to teach kids music
for free as well. Obviously just has something to do
for her. I love that around the country and I
just fell in love with the vibe and the music
and this improv skill, Yeah, is what really struck me. Yeah,
to be able to freestyle a song. This was on TikTok.
This is she doesn't know what lyric is gonna be
(16:02):
next when she sings this right here, listen. We made
out of Boston and that in the com.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
The so of the time, Holly, how was the band
in a sense, and its all about why.
Speaker 9 (16:19):
Talking about piano and you grab my hands say come on,
let's go.
Speaker 2 (16:28):
Would it be great to have a talent that's a talent,
that's a real talent. It would be awesome have like
a real talent.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
Yeah, thinging it would be dope or playing the piano.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
How about if you like you just threw out a
word and she sings a song out here.
Speaker 1 (16:41):
Yeah, that's really cool.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
That is impressive. So I think she's gonna be big.
I think she's gonna be big. Is the i z
Y Escobar here is a gangster's wife. This is another improblem.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
You know you're gonna get in the fact. This is.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
The night on a Friday you meet something to chill,
so check it out. I do want to thank is
he for donating her time and playing her music for
and teaching these kids. I mean, you know, what we're
trying to do is when when your kids, anybody's kids
are going through some in the hospital, it's not fun
and there's very little to look forward to. We're trying
to create this, this space inside the center of every
(17:26):
pediatric hospital where they can go and have fun and
sing like that and meet somebody like that. So very
excited about is yes, right? But I put this on
your radar Systey.
Speaker 1 (17:35):
Love it so much, and she graduated from the UCLA.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
She went to school right here. You know, I moved
out from the East Coast and tried to make it
and I think there's gonna be a big break real soon.
Up in Seacrest movie Sisty and Tanya. All Right, Tanya
has a trending report here. What do you got?
Speaker 4 (17:52):
So see Mulu from the Barbie Movie and the Marvel Universe.
He's been doing press for his latest movie, In Your Dreams,
and was talking about his perfect day off and what
it needs to incorporate. He says, it's definitely spent with
friends doing something not even remotely related to movies or
movie making. I'm getting into a lot of racket sports.
So he's been filming the past few years and everyone
(18:15):
that he's worked with, whether it's Woody Harrelson, James Marsden says,
have you heard of paddle? You've got to play paddles
like a blend of tennis and squash played in an
enclosed court. But basically that's kind of like his perfect
day You know, some people like to go to the
movies on his day off. He wants nothing to do
with movies, so I thought it'd be interesting.
Speaker 2 (18:33):
I could say I don't know him or his day.
But I think when I read those sometimes that people
don't tell the truth about the perfet day. They make
it seem like it's so active and balanced.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
I really just sit on the couch all day.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
Yeah, come on, really, that's your perfect day. My perfect
day is like, y'all, we don't have to do anything
kind of thing. But I do my perfect day too.
I want to make it seem like, oh, first I exercised,
then I do this, then I go to this phrase.
It's like, no, that's not the perfect that's too much.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
So tell us your real truth.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
Did you finish that one?
Speaker 3 (19:04):
Yes, that's his perfect day.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
Off, that's it. Yeah, my real truth, perfect day. I
throw my phone in the pool. I throw my phone
in the ocean. It's my perfect morning, all right. Then
I don't know what time. It is my perfect morning.
I have loads of coffee without getting any acid reflux.
My perfect morning. Then I have this like almost shakiness
(19:29):
from all the coffee. And I go have a pizza
for lunch outside. That's my perfect midday. And it's a
Margherita pizza with crunchy almost burnt crust. I don't know
if I'm alone, I don't know if y'all are there.
I don't care. I next, guys, this is a perfect day.
I want to wait there.
Speaker 1 (19:48):
This sounds great. Perfect day.
Speaker 2 (19:51):
It's your day off, that's right. Yes, And the perfectness
is that I don't know what's next. I always know
what's next. We always know what's next. No deadlines, yea next,
humming up, humming up, none of it. And I don't
know what happens at night. That's my That's the thing.
(20:12):
People are lying about their perfect day. The perfect day
is they don't know what it is yet.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
Mine's fairly similar to yours.
Speaker 6 (20:18):
But and if money wasn't involved, I would check myself
into a five star hotel.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
Oh look at you.
Speaker 6 (20:24):
Yeah, I'm fancy, but again, no agenda. I eat when
I want to eat. I'm by the pool. I'm sipping
on something delicious. Maybe my kids are there, maybe they're not.
But if they are, they're being But if they are there,
they're being perfect kids as well. Right, they're not like
annoying me, So that would be like my perfect day again, Like,
who knows what time dinner is?
Speaker 2 (20:43):
I think you'd rather be alone.
Speaker 1 (20:44):
I probably would Barney be.
Speaker 2 (20:48):
I know you. I think it's nice to say, and
I love that, but I think you'd rather be by yourself.
Speaker 1 (20:52):
I'm actually doing that this weekend.
Speaker 6 (20:54):
Okay, there you all, not by myself, Michael and Ira
getting away for one night just because we need a break.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
You need to bring and you I'm going to do.
I'm gonna watch land Man on Friday night. I'll buy
myself excited. Oh wow, man, I'm tiny. What's your perfect day? Quickly?
Speaker 4 (21:08):
Mine would be cuddling no alarm, playing cards with my
husband all day, drinking wine. If I'm drinking, drinking wine, drinking,
I'm drinking, having wine, and then getting in bed super
early and going to bed early, watching something really good.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
That's pretty honest.
Speaker 4 (21:26):
Yeah, no, that is. That's like truly my favorite.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
The day off.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
But this is boring when you're doing an article for
a print outlet.
Speaker 4 (21:35):
Oh and getting a flying Dutchman from in and out.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
Yes, anyway, let's come back. This is I think you
get it. Kiss ifm hang on for him in a
mix this morning, put chaperone in. There so many great
artists Rihanna inside that mix. Chaperone. I was just looking
at chaperone. She was saying that she put her Spanish
to the test at the twenty twenty five Corona Capitol Festival.
(21:59):
Share quote, I'm on day fifty five of my due lingo.
You guys, you do due lingo?
Speaker 7 (22:05):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (22:05):
I did it from when I went to Japan, and
I just learned to keep up. Yeah, and then like
beating the beeps that you and it text you, and
it's like, come on, it is.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
A fun game. You just have to sort of keep
up with it. Yeah, let's play the match game, y'all
for some jingle ball tickets. Here. I got Angel on
the line and I got Romel on the line. Hi, Angel, Romel,
good morning.
Speaker 7 (22:26):
Good morning, good morning.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
We are about to get to know each other and
play the match game for jingle ball ticket. It's really easy.
Got the panel, you got a match with them. Whoever
gets the most matches will win. I'll start with you, Angel,
You'll be contested number one. Okay, all right, tight Romel.
Speaker 10 (22:43):
So Angel, what.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
We're gonna do is give you a phrase with a
blank in it. You don't say it out loud, just
think of what you would guess. The most common thing
is to go in the blank, because that's most likely
to be with the panel. We'll say, all right, so
I'm gonna give you yours. Yours is blank cloud. Now
what do you think? Don't say? Just think? What do
you think the most common word to go in that
blank would be next to cloud. That's what the panel
(23:07):
is trying to figure out. If you guys match it up,
it's good news. Okay, all right, let's see what you say, Angel,
rain rain Cloud for the match, isn't he?
Speaker 1 (23:17):
I said Fluffy?
Speaker 2 (23:21):
Tanya?
Speaker 3 (23:21):
I said dark cloud?
Speaker 1 (23:24):
I said rain Cloud?
Speaker 2 (23:28):
So if you are you in on this?
Speaker 1 (23:29):
I said rain Cloud.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
Oh my goodness, oh my gosh. Yeah, well done. Angel,
Now it got your work cut out for you. Romelt,
you see how it works. Yours is gonna be blank story.
Think about that blank story, so think about it. Don't
say anything. The panel is here, Romeult, what'd you say?
Speaker 7 (23:53):
True story, true.
Speaker 6 (23:54):
Story, bedtime story?
Speaker 2 (23:58):
You said love story? Right?
Speaker 3 (23:59):
I said story?
Speaker 1 (24:00):
How about that?
Speaker 2 (24:01):
I just know you Ruby?
Speaker 9 (24:04):
I also said love story, Sophia toy story.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
Sorry about that?
Speaker 7 (24:12):
Oh no, my girls are going to be so upset.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
Wait wait, wait, hold on one second, Romel, hold on,
I just heard you say something. Struck me. Let me
go to Angel. Angel. Congratulations you officially won the game.
Speaker 7 (24:30):
Angel.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
Yes, you're going to our jingle Bowl.
Speaker 11 (24:33):
Will see you there, Bro, Thank you so much.
Speaker 7 (24:36):
Can't wait for it.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
Okay, thank you for being our winner, our only winner.
Speaker 7 (24:41):
Thank you.
Speaker 10 (24:43):
Hey Romel, Yes, sir.
Speaker 2 (24:49):
Everybody, it's right right do you? Uh you said you
have some kids.
Speaker 7 (24:56):
I have a twin, eleven year old twins and an
eight year old girl. They're all girls. I have four
girls in the house and they're also.
Speaker 1 (25:09):
He's a twin dead.
Speaker 7 (25:11):
So how many Yeah, I'm gonna stay home dead too.
Speaker 2 (25:14):
If your tickets how many would you need to get
tickets for?
Speaker 7 (25:19):
Uh? Well, I gotta take them there, so five, I
get it.
Speaker 1 (25:28):
I'm a family of five too.
Speaker 2 (25:30):
You're staying home dead.
Speaker 7 (25:32):
Yes, sir, I'm a veteran and I'm disabled.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
So well, I'm gonna give you six tickets to jingle
Ball presented by Capital One to get those girls out there.
Take care of that, you know, to.
Speaker 7 (25:48):
Be like they're superhero now.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
We want past to be kids superheroes. That's what we
do now here. Romel. Just don't tell Angel from Glendale.
Speaker 7 (26:01):
My lips are su.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
All right, We'll see out there, Ramel and thank you
for your service, thank you for reaching out to us,
and thanks for sharing your story. Bro.
Speaker 1 (26:10):
Yeah, thank you so much.
Speaker 7 (26:12):
Guys, thank you.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
You're very welcome. We're coming back. That is mature. It
is the new song from Hillary Duff. Love that she's
got that new music. So does the planet. Everybody buzzing
about that. Hillary Duff is on the phone right now.
Hi Hillary, Hi Ryan. It is the voice that I
(26:39):
recognize as the first voice I heard when I started
this show. Do you remember the alarm clock you gave me?
Speaker 11 (26:46):
Of course I do.
Speaker 2 (26:48):
Boys, before technology was technology like this.
Speaker 11 (26:52):
That was so ahead of its time.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
I know, thank you for that. Well, there's so much
to always talk about with you, but loving this new music.
Tell us about why you decided to do it now?
Speaker 11 (27:05):
Oh my gosh. Well, first of all, thank you. That
is so nice. And I'm having the most fun too.
I mean last week and the week before it was
just like the craziest, warmest welcome after being gone for
such a long time. So so excited to you know,
see everybody responding and like loving it. And you know,
(27:29):
I took a big long break. I had a bunch
of kids, and I think that you know, ten fifteen
years of not like tapping into that part of your life. Like,
I had a whole bunch of stuff to say and
things that I wanted to sing about, and I was
ready to connect with people and on that level again
(27:50):
and in this stage of my life. So it came up,
you know, it came together really organically. I did it
with my husband, and it was just, you know, it
just felt like the right moment, which I don't know.
You know, I'm a big believer in like timing, and
this just happened to work for me.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
So I'm thinking about the time that's gone by, as
you mentioned, and then you're about to put this out
into the world. There's going to be all kinds of
different emotions that you feel. Obviously, I saw people lining up,
like a lot of people lining up to I get
tickets or to see you at some of these shows,
these small shows you've been doing. But you never know,
you should never know.
Speaker 11 (28:29):
Right, well, you never know no exactly. That's why I
keep saying, it was like the warmest welcome ever. I mean,
it's really scary, you know. I think that for the
longest time, you know, I kind of chose acting as
my primary job because it's so vulnerable. Like, you know,
music and singing is such a forward facing thing and
(28:52):
there's really no way for me to do it and
like sing other people's songs, you know, like it's it's
really from your experiences in your heart and and it's
hard to put yourself out there like that, especially where
you know, like the whole world is able to like
comment so fast and easy and everybody can see it.
And that's a whole different you know, beast that I'm
not as used to on the singing front, you know,
(29:13):
from when I was coming up. So it's all very scary.
But I think there's a lot of pride and joy
in doing things that scare you, you know, And and
I think that just being like thirty eight and being here,
I mean, I'm I'm run one of the super lucky
ones where you know, I've I've grown up in this business.
So people have watched me grow up and grown up
(29:35):
alongside of me, and I'm like super ready to connect
with them again at this age and you know what
we're all going through.
Speaker 2 (29:43):
So yeah, terrifying. Yeah, I got it. I understand. Reading
of your lyrics the other.
Speaker 4 (29:52):
Day, Okay, Hillary, I'm obsessed with the song like, so
I was doing it running report because there was speculation
about the lyrics to the song very Leo of you
with your scorpio touch, okay, And I brought it to
the show and everybody was like, no, you know, doesn't
matter who it's about, blah blah. But then your husband
(30:13):
posted this meme of Leonardo from Titanic holding your album
cover and I was like, is he confirming the speculation
or is he trolling us?
Speaker 11 (30:25):
First of all, we're getting the biggest kick out of
the speculations. Honestly, it's thrilling. It's it's one thrilling and
the internet is such a funny place. I'm upset than
everyone and I'm seeing all the videos. No, you can't
take anything that Matthew posts seriously on the planet Earth,
and he will lead everybody down all the roads and
(30:46):
have the most fun doing it. So so yeah, no,
not confirming, not denying anything here.
Speaker 3 (30:52):
The fact that he posted that was so iconic. I
was laughing for two days straight over it.
Speaker 1 (30:57):
So I appreciate.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
I didn't know what happened. I thought I thought a
lot of things, And because came and you're so excited,
like bouncing off the walls and this was why, this
was the reason why.
Speaker 11 (31:08):
He's honestly one of the funniest people to follow, but
like sometimes it gets a little too niche for me
and I'm like, yeah, that one's over my head. I
don't get that one. But it's definitely fun being married
to that guy.
Speaker 2 (31:20):
Hillary Duff is with us and you're going on a
little mini tour smaller venues, right.
Speaker 11 (31:25):
Yes, yes, definitely, like emphasis on the word mini. They
you know, they're just like little, tiny, little super fun performances.
And the response was so massive. I was in tears.
Like it takes a lot to get me to cry
these days, but like to see hundreds of thousands of
(31:49):
people like trying to get tickets and like waiting for
tickets to drop was like such an insane feeling. I
was like, oh my god, wait because people still care.
Of course, honestly, it was just like crazy. So you know,
there's definitely going to be more to come, but these
these are just to like get the the wiggles out,
(32:09):
you know, and to be on stage again and sing
some new songs and all my old songs, and it's
going to be a really fun victory lap, you know.
But definitely more to come.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
Well, I'm so happy that you're ga in this response,
which you deserve and it sounds great.
Speaker 1 (32:28):
Yeah, when will we hear hear more the album? Another single?
Speaker 11 (32:35):
I'm like, oh my god, wait, I have so many
times bouncing around.
Speaker 2 (32:39):
In my head right now that after Jamanji three is
going to be released next.
Speaker 11 (32:42):
Year, I think you're going to hear something before that.
Speaker 2 (32:48):
Okay, guys, that's a big deal. We got, we got
a specific time of year. Uh just look at Jami
three release date and there you go. It always so
nice to hear from you. Thank you for calling to
keep us posted.
Speaker 11 (33:04):
These guys are the best. Thank you and it's really
good to talk to you again. It's been a long
long time.
Speaker 1 (33:08):
Yes, we love you.
Speaker 11 (33:09):
Thanks for having me on you. Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 5 (33:12):
By I.
Speaker 2 (33:15):
I just I come off these conversations like that glowing.
I know who we are. Tom Cruise said, movies, that's
who I am. Pop stars that who we are.
Speaker 1 (33:27):
Yes, pop music, that's who we are.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
That's who we are. Kiss FM who we are? All right,
If you're thinking about it time, y'all, maybe you're gonna
listen to this report from Sistan. I don't know yah,
thinking about it, or maybe you're expecting. We've got what
just over a month until the year is over, and
it's interesting this time of year to look at what
(33:51):
the trend of new names is in the world. You know,
new humans on the planet, new babies on the planet,
what's trended names. You're saying that this year was Liam's and.
Speaker 6 (34:00):
Yeah, whenever you get these lists, it's always Liam Olivia.
Those are always the top of the list. It's evolved
a little bit. BabyCenter dot com, which is like a
website that I used all the time when I was pregnant,
says a lot of people are leading into nature inspired
names like Sage, Ivy, Rowan, Wren, Parsley.
Speaker 1 (34:25):
Okay, we can add them.
Speaker 6 (34:28):
Also heritage or vintage names like eleanor Theodore, Matilda Matilda. Okay,
so see like mixed Tanya likes Matilda.
Speaker 2 (34:38):
Ryan's not feeling that.
Speaker 6 (34:40):
They're also seeing parents move away from names tied to big,
flashy pop culture moments and instead choosing ones that feel calm,
grounded and gender neutral, like Avery, Quinn and River.
Speaker 2 (34:51):
I can't recommend that.
Speaker 1 (34:53):
Why okay?
Speaker 2 (34:54):
Why? And just so I don't know, you're asking my
opinion or you're not, but I'm giving it to you.
But I can't recommend pop culture.
Speaker 4 (35:00):
Oh okay, got it, I thought going away from pop
culture moments. Yes, that's the way they're not like they're right, yeah, right,
like no one's name naming their kid la boobooy.
Speaker 1 (35:12):
Another big trend is this mix of old meets new.
Speaker 6 (35:15):
Classic revival names like Arthur, Florence, Jasper and are coming back,
while multicultural names like Kai and Matteo, Luna, Santiago continue
to climb as well. So I love all of these.
Also another great name, Eldi and Juniper are having a
moment right now. Actually know an Eldi.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
A lot of these I know you don't like or
you do like I do not like a lot of these.
Speaker 1 (35:39):
But this is the trend for twenty twenty six.
Speaker 6 (35:41):
But the whole vibe is that parents want names that
feel good in ten years that kind of just don't
scream to a specific trend maybe in twenty twenty five,
like Wednesday or Kelsey, which right, like the show Wednesday,
or like Travis Kelcey, you know, or like Ophelia right
like people might think that like they don't want to
(36:03):
name their kids Ophelia because The Fate of Ophelia came
out this year, and it's like, is that going to
be something that's like.
Speaker 1 (36:08):
Well two extreme In ten years.
Speaker 2 (36:10):
This may be on your horizon. Do you like this
list as a whole?
Speaker 3 (36:13):
No?
Speaker 2 (36:14):
Do I not as a whole.
Speaker 3 (36:16):
I am with you, all right.
Speaker 2 (36:18):
But it's important that we share. So now you know.
Speaker 1 (36:20):
Great, So there you go.
Speaker 6 (36:21):
So you don't want to name your daughter eleanor your
future daughter Theodore.
Speaker 1 (36:27):
No, but.
Speaker 3 (36:29):
She likes Matilda.
Speaker 4 (36:31):
No, not really. We just kind of always like float
things around. Yeah, you always have a list. You kind
of just like daydream but nothing's like set.
Speaker 1 (36:42):
You know what I mean, Like you haven't written anything
like in your notes.
Speaker 2 (36:44):
No, no, really, keep us at breast of this, please
keep us surprised. Ray, Oh my gosh, how much fun
was she when she came in meeting array? Where is
my husband?
Speaker 1 (36:55):
She's a delight super talented love Ray.
Speaker 2 (36:59):
Listen to our weekend watch list. Oh, I'm so happy
this is on your list's name.
Speaker 1 (37:03):
The weekend watch list?
Speaker 10 (37:05):
Just jo.
Speaker 2 (37:07):
Everybody keeps asking if I seen Eddie Murphy documentary.
Speaker 1 (37:10):
Yeah, I know this really.
Speaker 6 (37:12):
This came up on my feet on Netflix and I
watched it the other night with Michael and we loved it.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
It was such a good documentary.
Speaker 6 (37:19):
You didn't realize how much he has accomplished in his career,
how young he was when he started SNL.
Speaker 1 (37:25):
He was right out of high school. And it's just incredible.
Speaker 6 (37:28):
His whole career is incredible, and he's just a really
genuine great man.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
Everybody's talking about the new being Eddie Eddie Murphy documentary
on Netflix, and Eddie was saying that his superpower as
a dad to ten kids is that he's always always
present with that. Jania, what's on your watch list?
Speaker 4 (37:47):
Okay, this show is so good. I just finished it yesterday.
No spoilers here, but it's called All Her Fault. It's
on Peacock. This is the premise. It says a mom
goes to pick up her kid from a playdate and
finds out there never was a playdate, so where is
her kid? Within the first two minutes of the first episode,
You're so hooked into the show. It's phenomenal. It's twists,
(38:09):
it's turns. The main actress is the girl from Succession,
the main guy is the guy from White Lotus season one.
Speaker 3 (38:16):
It's such good TV.
Speaker 1 (38:18):
Could Robbie, watch this with you. No, So Michael couldn't
watch this with me either.
Speaker 4 (38:22):
He watched the first episode and he was like, I'm
out terrifies.
Speaker 6 (38:25):
Yeah, it's like you're it's so suspenseful and like you're
just on edge the entire time.
Speaker 1 (38:30):
But I think for females it's different. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (38:32):
It's interesting Ruby quickly, what's in her weekend? One?
Speaker 1 (38:35):
Mine is The Beast in Me on Netflix.
Speaker 9 (38:37):
So Clara Danes plays a grieving author who gets obsessed
with her new very rich neighbor who is allegedly killed
his wife. So she's like very obsessed with potentially writing
a store.
Speaker 2 (38:50):
His story is the reality show. No, it is like
a series.
Speaker 1 (38:53):
It's scripted.
Speaker 2 (38:55):
It's scripted, got it? So you have to ask these
questions these days, like is it scripted? Docuse scripted? Not scripted?
A movie? A series? When did I start watching Lamb Man?
I like Lamb Man, Lamn Thornton. Have you seen it?
It's Texas Oil World, It's Great Land Man. It's on
Paramounts Plus. Can't tell you much more because I've only
seen one episode. It's season two. It's a Taylor Sheridan show.
(39:20):
It's one of those he did Yellowstone, Taylor Sheridan.
Speaker 1 (39:26):
Guys, he's huge Yellowstone.
Speaker 2 (39:29):
Yes, I get it huge all right anyway, So I'll
watch it without.
Speaker 11 (39:32):
You on air with Ryan Seacrest.
Speaker 2 (39:39):
This Kiss FM, LA's number one at music station. Big
Boy in La stapas for a moment. Always great to
have your energy. You're stealing our STAFFI here? Is that right? No?
Speaker 10 (39:54):
No, no, we didn't steal your staff.
Speaker 5 (39:56):
We Marianna came aboard. Yeah, we we just snatched her
up in hallway.
Speaker 2 (40:01):
The doors are in there, Big Boy roams and halls.
He just they don't come back. You know what.
Speaker 10 (40:05):
It is too man like.
Speaker 5 (40:07):
It's just one of those things where it's she has
great energy, yeah, great energy, man, and you have such
great energy over here that she was like, she was
so jealous of the staff here and all the other girls.
Speaker 10 (40:17):
And the ladies here.
Speaker 2 (40:18):
So she was just like, how do I get out
of here? And how do I become?
Speaker 10 (40:21):
She wanted to be like one of one. So that's
you know, it was hurt. It was hurt not us.
Speaker 2 (40:27):
Yeah, yeah, big Boy, before you dik the business of
why you're here, Big Boy. Course from Big Boy's neighborhood
on a real. Are you I read or maybe someone
told me here that you're cold plunging?
Speaker 6 (40:37):
Now?
Speaker 7 (40:37):
Is that?
Speaker 10 (40:37):
Oh dude, you're yeah, yeah cold?
Speaker 2 (40:40):
I love this is something that I don't like cold water,
I don't like cold showers. I don't like cold. But
you're getting into like an ice tub. Oh yeah, right,
to help you. But what I do?
Speaker 5 (40:50):
I go at forty five or forty seven degrees right,
and I'm a knemi so I'm cold all the time.
Speaker 10 (40:56):
Yeah, but that cold man something about cold plunging?
Speaker 5 (40:59):
Bro that you get in there and I feel amazing
after how long can you run? I do three minutes?
I do three minutes. Some people go a little long
with three minutes, like your average. So I do three minutes.
And I got a plunge to the Beg's How Deep
Is Your Love?
Speaker 2 (41:15):
That's it.
Speaker 10 (41:16):
That's the only song I'll plunge to.
Speaker 7 (41:18):
It.
Speaker 5 (41:18):
Literally, if you look at my playlist right now, it's
just Beg's How Deep.
Speaker 2 (41:22):
Is Your Love? That's the only song over three minutes.
Speaker 10 (41:24):
All right, Nana and I get in. I'm good to go.
Speaker 2 (41:27):
You never tried it, Ryan, I did. Matter of fact,
I did it with Tanya's husband's uncle named Cookie.
Speaker 5 (41:33):
And well, you don't want to cold plunge with Cookie.
Speaker 2 (41:36):
But what you don't know is the Cookie. I didn't
know he was naked until he got out of the
cold plunge and stepped over me on the steps. Cool.
Speaker 5 (41:44):
Yeah, I don't want to get out naked. And plus
if it's forty five degree weather and.
Speaker 2 (41:49):
Gotta lie listen, Cookie doesn't even naked in the warm water.
This guy and I'm at.
Speaker 10 (41:56):
The house, and sometimes I'm wondering. I'm like, damn, I'm
at the house, gonna have plunge.
Speaker 5 (42:00):
But then we're like, nah, I don't want my wife
to see me, and then she divorced.
Speaker 2 (42:04):
Says that image exactly your head.
Speaker 10 (42:07):
Yah.
Speaker 5 (42:08):
Yeah, So I'm good to go, but try it again, bro,
And you got to control your breathing.
Speaker 10 (42:12):
You control your breathing, and don't don't.
Speaker 2 (42:15):
You got to go right in, No, got to go
right in. Well, you want some viral video big Boy
and I cold plunging together, So would be a good one.
Speaker 10 (42:21):
All right, Well, remember you said that. Yeah, I'm gonna
hold you do that.
Speaker 7 (42:27):
All right?
Speaker 2 (42:27):
Tell me about Big Boys Comedy Kings. Come on man,
December thirteens.
Speaker 5 (42:31):
We're taking over our Yamavav Resort and Casino once again,
and this year we have Gabielid Glaciers, the Fluffy one himself,
