Speaker 1 (00:00):
From Hollywood to you.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Thank you for listening to us. Ryan Air on Air
with a Ryan Seacrest, Good morning. Tonight is the night
our annual jingle Ball presented by Capital One. So we
will get through the show today.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Got some stuff to do during the day today, and
then we'll be out into it Dome. Sunny Sky's gonna
be a nice evening Sunday's guys. Today, all we can
long Actually high's in the low to mid seventies. Pretty perfect,
Pretty nice to get out there and catch a nice
sunset on your way into jingle Ball. We are planning
to start on sched on time. So if you go

(00:40):
and we don't start on time, something's up, something's up,
Totam's up. But we're going to start on time. I'm
saying this on the air, Sysney, you talk to the
production powers that be. You better stick to it. We
can't now, we can't deviate.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
No, We're starting on time, and it will be very
sad if you miss Alex Warren and the whole Cape.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Demon Hunter's moment, because that's going to be major.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
So that's what we're going to start with and then
we just roll on from there. We've got nine days
until Honkkah, twenty days until Christmas. Tony, how's the schedule
going to roll in for you guys, because you're gonna
observe both, right, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
So we have plans like the first night like going
into Hanukkah to celebrate that, and.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Then we celebrate Christmas.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
Isn't it beautiful?

Speaker 1 (01:23):
Yeah? It is really nice.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Does everybody's family both sides of the family, do you
guys merge or do you do it separate?

Speaker 5 (01:29):
So last year we merged because Hankah actually fell on
Christmas Day, so we merged both families and just kind
of did a big thing at our house. But this year,
I think we're going to do separate since they're like
a week apart.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
I had a good time with both your Robbie's family
and your family. Both of the families had a good time.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Oh, thank you, They love you.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
They're a lot of fun. Your dad's are riot. Your
dad is just he's comedic gold. Both the dads are
actually oh your dad is your father needs a sitcom sysanty?

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Your daddads.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
Yeah, yes, my dad. I know your ninety episodes are
I mean, your mother just must wake up every day
so excited to see what He's gonna do exactly how
she feels. I'm sure after all, here Disneyland tickets, next
tickets A that jingle ball that we're talking about, presented
by Capital One all morning long. And do you have

(02:28):
a first date this weekend? If you do, this is
the right show for you. I'll tell you why. If
you Ryan Seacrest here sistany Tanya having your coffee this morning?
Did you see Meghan Trainer She gave up coffee after
a surprising running with a psychic. I guess. She says
she stopped drinking coffee after her husband met with a
psychic who warned her about crashing out. Now, this is
the thing. Psychics do, amazing work for people. But I

(02:52):
don't know that I could want to hear what might
change my Like if Sega told me bad stuff's coming
because you're drinking coffee, I don't want to know. I
don't want to hear it. That's not for me to hear.

Speaker 5 (03:01):
Yeah, but I feel like you can crash out from
other things aside from coffee, like schedule.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
That's what I'm that I understand. I'm saying, no matter
what bad news comes with me having to stop coffee,
I don't want to know. I'd rather keep the coffee
going and see what happens. Roll the dice with the caffeine,
have your coffee in the morning, and roll the dice
with life.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
If I was a psychic, I would only share the
good news.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Well that doesn't give them validity.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Why not they keep them coming back as a customer?

Speaker 6 (03:26):
No?

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Well, yeah, I'm guessing, and I'm not one. But if
I were to predict what one might be like in
a session, they got to give a ratio of good
to bad. You can't just be all unicorns and honeybees. Honeybees,
don't honeybees butterflies, or you can be all of that
and then dead ends.

Speaker 6 (03:46):
You know.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
That's why I think the ratio has to be a
little bit of of everything. So we've been playing these
Christmas songs here on Kiss FM, and every time we
get to this time of year, it's fun to play them.
Do you know what the most popular ones of all
time are?

Speaker 7 (04:00):
No?

Speaker 3 (04:00):
I could guess all right, Well, Time Out magazine just
released the top five. This one number five, at least,
not as number five with any of these songs.

Speaker 6 (04:09):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
I wonder if you're gonna be surprised about number one.
Will you be shocked to see who takes number one?

Speaker 6 (04:16):
You might be.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
If it's not I think it is, then I will
be shocked.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
This one's good.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
Yeah, I forget about this one, and yes, I love
this one.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
It's a weird. This is a weird heartwarming song, isn't it.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Yeah, it's an home alone.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
Oh that's why mcaulay cul.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Alone not everyone.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
I don't know the answer to that. I mean, this
one's notes.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
She was even born.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
Do you know mcaulay Culkin's name, Simon, You might want
to come in on this one, Simon on our whatever
you call it, our zoom, it's mcaulay Culkin, mcaulay Culkin, Colchin, mcaulluchy,
I think it's I think.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
It's McCaulay mccaullay, Colin.

Speaker 8 (04:57):
Is that right, mcaulay cocin, col Can. Yes, what's his
last name Culkin? Middle name is McCully culkin, and what's
his first name, McCully.

Speaker 7 (05:08):
Why?

Speaker 6 (05:09):
What?

Speaker 1 (05:10):
Why do you know why?

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Yes, of course we know why.

Speaker 9 (05:13):
It was a bit on Jimmy Fallon in twenty eighteen,
where people the fans voted for the names that he
would adopt as his middle name, and he never bothered
to change it back.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
So it's the best part of his legal name is
that people are wondering, who is that morning voice?

Speaker 8 (05:28):
Right now?

Speaker 3 (05:29):
Who's that guy?

Speaker 9 (05:30):
Yes?

Speaker 8 (05:31):
Signing, signing another cup of coffee?

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Yes, you do? You and me both? All right?

Speaker 5 (05:35):
Here we go.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
What number are two? Number two most popular Christmas songs?
I love this one every year? Yeah you did.

Speaker 5 (05:44):
It's sad like I gave you my heart and then
the next day you gave it away.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
You need a little balance. It's like a psychic little
ratio here all right, Now, here's number one. You guessed it?
How could it not be? Ryan Seacrest, Sissy and Tanya. So, Sisney,
you had an interesting running you were saying with customer sales.
What happened?

Speaker 1 (06:08):
It threw me off.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
I'm in the middle of refinancing and I called the
lender to get a form that we needed for something.
So you know, you're on hold and then you get
transferred and then this that, and so they asked me
to confirm my name. I say it's Sisney via Clara,
and he goes, oh, that's beautiful.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
Can I call you Sissy?

Speaker 10 (06:28):
What?

Speaker 4 (06:31):
It really caught me off?

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Guards sissy, but it's like, no, no, it's not my name.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
I don't know you like I just customer. I know that.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
It is completely in my whole life.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
A lot of people call me Sis, and that's a
very natural nickname for me, but I've never gotten sissy since.
Like you know, it probably like triggered me because in
elementary school, when anybody did call me sissy, I didn't
like it, and so I immediately was like, no, you can't.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
Sorry was their awkwardness and did you get the service
you needed as a customer?

Speaker 9 (07:07):
Where was?

Speaker 4 (07:07):
I did get the service I needed, but there was
an awkwardness to the point where I still felt like
I needed to give.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Him a nickname, and so I said, you can call
me sis, and then he.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
Goes, okay, let's just let's just go through the psyche
of all that. But you don't know this person you're
calling customer service line. Their job is to service the customer.
Now you feel guilt that this person doesn't have a
comfortable nickname with you, so you have to provide this
person it's something you're almost uncomfortable with, so that you
can move on to get what you need out of
the customer service call. I don't like it at all.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
I didn't like it at all either.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
It'd be like you calling and you're saying it's Ryan,
and they go, can I call you ry Rye?

Speaker 1 (07:44):
You're like, whatever you want, you'll help me.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
I mean if I can get to the front of
the queue, yeah, and you can stop that music you
play while I'm holding you called me Rye Bone. I
don't care. Yeah, just kep Bone caught me off card.
It is a very I'm taking. I would be taken
aback by that as well. So I never have never

(08:09):
crossed my mind to call you sissy.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
That's like a term of endearment, even if your name
is not Sisney.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Anybody have on a first date tonight this weekend?

Speaker 1 (08:19):
I mean, I'm just looking at Mikayla and Phonsie. You
know Ryan doesn't.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
What if I'm bringing somebody?

Speaker 4 (08:27):
How do we know Ryan doesn't have a first day.
He always kind of brings sifting ball.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
I think you actually don't want me to meet someone.
I'm hearing it every now and then, are you Sisney?
It's like she doesn't really want to My gosh.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
I was saying, because we have jingle ball tonight and
then you have your hernia surgery tomorrow, so I know
you don't have a first date this weekend.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
We should have to explain it.

Speaker 6 (08:46):
It's not.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
No, It's like you know that friend that really supports you,
but they don't want you to find a significant other
because your time will be taken away from your time
with them. That might be Tanya. I don't know, but
I'm hearing signs of it reading between.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
Start writing them down and then you can look back.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Yeah, I'm gonna start keeping a what do you call
that thing with the daily log journal?

Speaker 6 (09:08):
Sure?

Speaker 3 (09:08):
All right? First date tonight, first dat ors in general?
How long do you wait to set up the second date? Tony?
And I think you do it right in the moment,
right while you're there, while you're feeling the vibe. I
sometimes have been like, hey, what do you know for
the next couple of weeks? Well, I feel like I
need to That's a very complicated thing.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
I understand it. I don't want it to end.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
I don't want to end, and I feel like I
don't know, Like I've got to figure this out. We gotta.
I gotta be with you guys.

Speaker 7 (09:37):
Some days.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
I gotta figure it out. I gotta get the days
to it, and I want to know, right, this is
going well, can we do three fridays? It's going great?

Speaker 6 (09:44):
What do you do?

Speaker 1 (09:44):
You like to stack them up?

Speaker 3 (09:46):
That's what. Well, if you get a good situation, I
kind of want to know that you got to run.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
You must slot you in for the next Thursday and
the next two fatdays.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Say that, but like, if this is good, what are
you doing on Christmas Eve? That's my birthday? I know
it's a lot. Come meet my mom? Do you like
fun doo? Who cares?

Speaker 6 (10:03):
Right?

Speaker 3 (10:03):
I mean, you gotta if you gotta be efficient in
these days. So that's what I'm saying. That can happen
in my world, but in yours if you want to
do it the right way. The consensus is don't wait
more than twenty four hours. They used to say the
three day rule was in effection. But I believe that
if you're feeling it that night date one, make the

(10:24):
commitment for number two. Let's do it again.

Speaker 6 (10:27):
Come on.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
Today's quote, don't be a thermometer, be a thermostat. I'm
gonna why, well, meaning don't just read the room, set.

Speaker 5 (10:37):
The room sure WHOA you're in controls it's going to
be live tonight on our Jingle Bowl stage.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Per cent of my capital want Sysney headlines, Kiss FM
headlines with Sisney Well.

Speaker 4 (10:51):
Netflix has agreed to buy Warner Brothers in an eighty
two billion dollar mega deal that promises to shake up
the entire innentertainment industry.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
A proposal to operate a.

Speaker 4 (11:02):
Water taxi between San Pedro and Long Beach during the
twenty twenty eight Olympics received a unanimous vote to move forward.
LAUSD enrollment continues to drop amid ongoing immigration rates, a
trend officials Warren could have long term consequences, and post
Malone will headline bud Lights super Bowl concert in San
Francisco the Friday before the game.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
All right, let me grab Jenna on the phone, then
a four pack to Disneyland. Tony's got a trending report
on deck, Jenna. So there's a guy that unmatched you
because of your taste in music. Can you give us
a little more on that?

Speaker 10 (11:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (11:36):
So I matched this guy on hinge and we were chatting.

Speaker 10 (11:39):
And he asked me, like, what kind of music I've
been listening too lately?

Speaker 1 (11:42):
And I had told him I.

Speaker 10 (11:43):
Had been listening to a lot of Sabrina Carpenter because
I had just gone to her.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
Show, and so it was like, you know, suck in
my head and all that, and then I.

Speaker 6 (11:52):
Told him some other music I was into.

Speaker 10 (11:53):
And then he responded that he just didn't get the
hype with Sabrina. So I was like, oh, well that's fine,
like what kind of music you like?

Speaker 1 (12:00):
And when I went back in like to see.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
If he brought me back, I just want to stop.
It strikes a chord with me. I don't. I really
think it's strange when someone says to me about somebody
that I like that they don't get it, Like I
almost find I almost get defensive.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
Yeah, it's so like a snarky way to say something,
But you have that nice.

Speaker 5 (12:28):
Because then you can tell them why you think that
this artist is amazing and then maybe.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
Change their perspective of I don't get like that. I
get defensive. I take it personally. I think they're judging
me for the way that I have said to you
that I like something, and the fact that you don't
get it makes me not get you. That's exactly what happens. So, Jenna,
I don't think this person is part of your future, right,
You're not meant to be with this person.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
I think good British, so definitely, definitely, even I just think.

Speaker 3 (12:57):
It's also rude, Like it's rude to say, hey, I
love this.

Speaker 7 (13:01):
You know what.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
I don't get it, Well, you're not nice.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
Yeah, I don't think it's as bad as you're saying.

Speaker 3 (13:07):
Well, you don't date. Jenna and I do.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
Yes, just a dating thing. People do this and just.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
Real life, but dating is our priority in this conversation,
I can't. Okay, Jenna, I'm sorry, I have to explain.
Sometimes said Tan News doesn't date.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
I used to date.

Speaker 7 (13:27):
Yeah, I'm not going down that whole path of you.
Back when my Space was popular dating apps, the backroom quiet.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
Actually, like never even went on a dating app.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
You know, the backroom covered their mouths while they laughed
at that. Fyi, Jenna, we love you. This guy's not
for you. Yeah, I don't even get me started unleashing
Sabrina on him, by the way.

Speaker 4 (13:56):
The way he hit a handle, that would have been like,
oh my gosh, I don't understand her. But like I
would love to hear more from music.

Speaker 3 (14:01):
Or what's his step? He doesn't want Sabrina Carpenter coming
after him Manchild exactly, Thank you, Jenna. All right, shall
we get to it. We shall ker on kissam La
Seacrest Here Tanya with a trending report in just a second.

(14:23):
Speaking of your reports, you've talked a lot about Ed
Sheeran before Taylor Swift before in your trending reports. Did
you see Ed Sheeran was sharing with fans his deep
friendship with Taylor is one that we can all relate to.
How so it says, quote, we've been friends for very,
very many many years. We're super close. I'm reading a quote. Okay, yeah,
I got it.

Speaker 6 (14:42):
This is what he said.

Speaker 3 (14:44):
We're super close, and when we see each other, we
look back into where we left off. That's his direct quote.
But it's basically you all, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
Have a good friendship.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
That's a good friendship. We need more friends like.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
That like yours.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
Can go by, yes, and you pick up right where
you left. I do have friends where we do that
and we say, oh, isn't it great? We can see
each other or not see each other, yet we still
lose no bond, no titaness, Tania, what is your trending
report about? What's the theme?

Speaker 5 (15:10):
It's the year of Zendeia twenty twenty six. I'm calling
it is going to be her year so aside from
her personal life, because I can only deduce that twenty
twenty six is going to be the year that she
will marry her fiance, Tom Holland. But let's take a
look at all the projects that Zendea will be dropping
next year. She has Euphoria season three coming out in
the spring. Okay, Her movie The Drama, which is a

(15:34):
Wrong Colm with Robert Pattinson, is coming April third. Christopher
Nolan's epic The Odyssey comes out July seventeenth, and she
plays the goddess Athena. Then Spider Man Brand New Day
is out July thirty first, and that is the movie
with her fiance possibly will be her husband at this point,
who knows, We don't know. And then Dune Part three

(15:56):
comes out December eighteenth of twenty twenty seven.

Speaker 7 (15:59):
Can we di?

Speaker 3 (16:00):
I didn't conquer on these. I call the drama. You guys,
what do you all want to see? First? Drama? I
get the drama. I want that one that's right up
my arm. What do y'all do?

Speaker 10 (16:08):
Do?

Speaker 1 (16:08):
Spider Man, you guys, I can take the kids.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
Good. I'll take you for a season three, Tony.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
When you got three, and I'm gonna do the Odyssey
and I'll cover the wedding.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
All right, you got it. This is a good design.

Speaker 3 (18:45):

you should go see and what you should not waste
your time going to see. So, for example, I should
have called it before I actually I don't know. I
don't I'm gonna ask him now, Juju, it's Ryan. How
are you, buddy?

Speaker 6 (20:35):
Hey, I'm good Ryan. How are you doing, bro?

Speaker 3 (20:38):
I am great? So Juju Green the movie on TikTok.
How did you get to be the guy that people
considered to be the guy?

Speaker 10 (20:45):
Ah?

Speaker 6 (20:45):
You know what, it's so funny. It's a lost story.
But you know, I'm gonna keep it nice and brief.
You know. I just started, like, you know, posting my
movie opinions to TikTok. Like I've always had this deep
love for movies when I was a kid. It was
just one of those talents that I have where I
can watch a movie once and then I could recite
you the whole thing back to you after the first viewing.
And I just kind of, you know, took that passion

(21:06):
to when I downloaded TikTok just for fun. And you know,
I just started putting those opinions out there. It's just
it's my whole life.

Speaker 3 (21:13):
So let me give you the real I loved I
was looking forward to it. I needed the moment. I
liked the spirit, I felt the vibe. I loved a
very Jonas Christmas movie on Disney Plus No Bro.

Speaker 6 (21:26):
I watched that one last week. I actually liked it.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
Okay, good, you don't say actually, like you're you and
I okay, you like it? Like I wanted to like it,
and I did.

Speaker 10 (21:35):
Well.

Speaker 6 (21:35):
I started it because, like you know, I'm trying to
watch more kind of like you know, Christmas movies like
of all ILKs and sizes, and I love the Jonas Brothers,
and you know, it was something like that. I feel
like people kind of underrate those movies a little bit.
I think when people watch movies, they want like the
the one battle after another's and those type of things.
But in all, honestly, I just like a nice, cozy

(21:58):
Christmas musical movie about friendship, brotherhood and family.

Speaker 7 (22:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (22:02):
I think we need more of those movies, like all
year round, not just for the Christmas season.

Speaker 3 (22:06):
You're right, Juju Green is here. He's the movie guy
on TikTok. Check him out, check out his reviews. I
want to get to the top movies that you think
are worth our time of twenty twenty five. If you
haven't seen these.

Speaker 7 (22:19):
Yeah, do it?

Speaker 3 (22:21):
What are they?

Speaker 6 (22:23):
Okay? So the first one I want to bring up
is a Predator Batlance Predator. I'm a huge Predator fair right,
Like I have this. I have like like a four
like fat Predator just in my living room right now.
That's how big of a fan I am. And I
feel that director Dan Trachenberg is completely changing the game
with how he's doing the Predator movies. This is his
third one, and it actually puts the Predator in the

(22:45):
protagonist's role. This is the first time that we got
the Predator as a main character. Actually is great visually,
it's stunning, and you actually care about an alien. There's
no humans, there's just synthetics and aliens in the movie.
So it's really impressive how they you to care about it. So,
Predator bad Lands, if you haven't seen it, please see it.

Speaker 3 (23:03):
It's it's absolutely incredible, Okay, making my notes Number two.

Speaker 6 (23:08):
Number two, number two. This is this one is actually
on Netflix or at least it's coming to Netflix. I
know it's in limited release in theaters right now, and
you have to see in theaters. I believe it's absolutely beautiful.
Train Dreams. This one looks like a big heavy Awards
contender if you love just soft stories about life, about
just the beauty of life, with great cinematography and awesome

(23:31):
performance from Joel Edgerton. It's directed by Clint Bentley, who
was also a producer on last year's sing Thing with
Coleman Domingo. That movie is just absolutely incredible. I was
just melting at every shot. It's so it's so beautiful
and in every sense of the word, the performance is.
It's just simply about a normal man's life and for

(23:52):
every you know, if you're an every man out there,
I think that's the movie for you that you will
definitely fall in love with.

Speaker 3 (23:56):
And Rotten Tomatoes, by the way, Number one you do Green,
Number one Sinners Listen, Man Center, good done yet.

Speaker 6 (24:05):
I agree you haven't seen Sinners yet.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
Ryan Judge, what I tell you when I saw this movie.

Speaker 4 (24:11):
When I tell you, when I saw this movie months ago,
I said, this is one of the best movies that
I've ever seen, like in my life.

Speaker 6 (24:17):
It is get on TikTok, truly a landmark movie. Ver
sures it's one of those like you have to see.
And I know if you if we start to hype
it up a little bit too much. I know there's
some people are like, oh, I don't want to see
it now, But I do believe that Sinners is one
of those movies that it has a scene Ryan, it
has a scene that will literally change your brain chemistry.
I think it's one of the best scenes. Put the

(24:37):
film and we'll have this conversation later, but when you
see it, you will know it and then come back
to me and say, I saw the scene. It is
an incredible movie.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
All right. Well that's great because those top three Predator,
bad Lands, Train Dreams, Sinners, if those are the three
I should see over the holiday season. I got it like,
I'll come back and we'll well rehash and look forward
to it. So thank you for that. I got the
You sift through all this stuff that we don't need
to waste our time on so we can focus on
the good ones. Juju Green on TikTok and Instagram. You

(25:07):
gotta look for him there. Thank you for coming on.

Speaker 6 (25:10):
Thank you guys. Thank you for having me. Can't wait
to do it a.

Speaker 3 (25:12):
Course, see you soon. Bye. Gotta have them on regularly
because I like that you do all the busy work.
Tell us what's the meat? Yeah, and you tell us
what we should see. Look, been waiting for this trend
to come around. Myself thought this whole summer, get married, spring,
get married thing, everybody does it, right. I want to
wait for a new trend before I consider things like marriage.

(25:35):
Finally it's come.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
I'm surprised at this because I really didn't see it coming.

Speaker 3 (25:39):
I'm not surprised im chance of rain. I don't know.
There's something about fall, there's something about autumn, something about
October that is romantic, that is charming. We look forward
to the season, if you I mean whatever we have
of this season. But if you think about it nationally,
October the leaves change, coziness sets in romance can be

(25:59):
a little bit warmer and cozier. Two. Now, I think
they're saying right that one of the most popular months
to get married of the year is October.

Speaker 1 (26:07):
Yeah, it has officially beat out June, which was curtly
holding the popular month. I think a lot of people
like June.

Speaker 4 (26:14):
Obviously, the start of summer, summer solstice, it's beautiful, not
too hot, but people are feeling that fall color vibe
that you're saying, Ryan, they want those cozy fallbybe vibes
for their big day. But the funny part is that now,
because October is becoming so competitive, it's actually one of
the most expensive months to get married because lots of

(26:35):
people are choosing at Vendors are booking out two years
in advance for popular places in cities that you'd want
to get married, and they're saying the average cost is
sitting around thirty three thousand dollars for the wedding. So
if someone's dreaming about that perfect fall wedding, you want
to save some money, you probably want to book everything ahead,
like two years in advance.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
If you can't, do you.

Speaker 3 (26:57):
Think this did this also start getting popular because there
were value buys.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
Their first yeah and now.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
And now they're seeing, hey, we can raise the rates
and people are still coming.

Speaker 10 (27:08):
Now.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
They want it right, and they're kind.

Speaker 4 (27:09):
Of limited in October because the closer you get to Halloween,
unless you're into like that Halloween vibe, you probably only
have like the first two weeks, maybe three weeks of
October to consider as wedding dates so that you're not
in the Halloween holiday dates.

Speaker 3 (27:26):
That leaves December and January is the most affordable months. Yeah,
get married.

Speaker 4 (27:31):
I got married January eighteenth, which is a really off
peak date, and I feel it saved us a lot
of money even back in the day by doing that
and not doing a summer wedding. They're saying the stay
away from October tenth of twenty twenty six. At this
point it is very popular on demand date for next year.
Why because it's in October.

Speaker 3 (27:52):
Specific ten ten Sysney. They're the good thing about what
you did, something to look forward to after New Year's universary.
I know, such a lull in January that you actually created.

Speaker 1 (28:02):
See you Ryan having like a snowfall wedding.

Speaker 4 (28:06):
We actually thought it would be a very like chilly
January wedding, and it was eighty degrees in downtown La.

Speaker 5 (28:12):
I got married that day, like you and your wife
on a snowy mountain with snow in the tree.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
I can picture him on the snow. You give me
beach vibes. I look who kind of romantic?

Speaker 3 (28:27):
I mean, I don't care. I could be a romantic
in the sand or romantic in the snow, But who's
there with me?

Speaker 1 (28:31):
You're right, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (28:32):
I just feel like sometimes you're so cold when you're
doing like the New Year's Rock and Eve. So I
don't want you to be cold on your wedding day.

Speaker 3 (28:38):
Broadcasting my wedding, I'm not going to be there with
the mic stick that says ABC on it.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
I mean, I've just seen you get snowed on and
rained off. Oh you'd be cozier for your wedding day.

Speaker 3 (28:52):
To see how it all unfolds and let the seasons
do their thing at the right exactly. Alex Warren opening
up the show tonight seven thirty, Alex starts doing a
song like that, if not that one, that'll probably be
the last song in the set. But Alex's gonna be
kicking off the show tonight. At the end of it,
Doma Kola, one of two gets floor seats bat to
Way Fiji Airways. Vanessa and Montabello is on with us.

(29:15):
Good morning, Vanessa, morning, How are we doing.

Speaker 6 (29:21):
So okay?

Speaker 10 (29:23):
So, my friend group has a tradition every year the
Saturday before Christmas, we get together at our local bar.
But the thing is my friend dated a guy in
the group for like eighty years and they came together
every year, but they broke up in May. So it

(29:43):
was a very bad breakup, and she is insisting ongoing
this year because she doesn't want him dictating her life.
But I think it's a terrible idea because what possibly
good could come out of the because okay, let's say
they get back together. Bad, he's with someone else. Bad,

(30:05):
She's distracted the whole night, you know, bad, bad. So
I don't know how I can stop her from going.
She literally like, hasn't missed it since high school.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
You just got to get through it. No, you must
stop her.

Speaker 3 (30:23):
I'm with Sysney on this, Yeah, like you gotta determine it.
When is it your place to intervene and not?

Speaker 11 (30:32):
You know.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
Vanessa, Yeah, I don't know. I guess I mean, well no,
when I asked that question, I think I lean towards
what Sysney is saying is like, just get through it.
Tany wants you to get involved. I'm not getting involved
in this. If i'm you, Yeah, it's not your place.

Speaker 5 (30:56):
You got your laying If it's your best friend and
this person a bad breakup, he broke her heart, and
you know he's going to be there, keep her a
w a way, But why does.

Speaker 4 (31:05):
She have to not go have fun with the other
friend group because he chooses to be there? Like, yeah,
she used to go and stand her ground.

Speaker 1 (31:13):
She can have a fabulous night elsewhere, and this is
the tradition.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
But she has just as much of a right to
be there then he does. She does it all of
a sudden.

Speaker 5 (31:23):
Yeah, that's no, it's not about a right to be there.
She has all the right in the world. But does
she want to be there?

Speaker 1 (31:28):
No, But does she want to be there?

Speaker 10 (31:31):
She might. She's like wants to basically, yeah, stand her
ground and be like this is my friend group and
you're not gonna yeah, good, my own friend group.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
You need to support her.

Speaker 10 (31:44):
Yeah, I know, but I guess now I'm thinking he's
going to ruin my night.

Speaker 3 (31:48):
No, you guys are going in aude always about your night, right.

Speaker 4 (31:55):
Because she's gonna be like holding, you know, holding her
while she's crying or something.

Speaker 3 (31:59):
Don't well you know, maybe all right, Well, thank you
and good luck with this. I think you've got some guidance,
you guys. What's interesting about that is she's like, I
don't know if I should get involved or not. But
I really don't want it to affect me. Well, hold
on for a second, like, where's your priority? You don't
want to affect you, then decide what's best to not
affect you. Right, If that's your number, if that's your

(32:21):
goal to not ruin your knight, then you pick a
path that's best to not ruding your knight.

Speaker 7 (32:25):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (32:25):
I don't think that was her goal.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
I just tell you what I heard from this Vanessa
on the phone and Montabello to us Kiss FM.

Speaker 1 (32:35):
On air with Ryan Secret.

Speaker 3 (32:39):
It's one of two point seven Kiss FM got a
four pack to Disneyland. Here in a second. The weekend
watch list just not Sydney. What's on your weekend watch list?

Speaker 4 (32:50):
I've really been into going to the movie theaters lately.
I went and saw Wicked too. I saw a Zutopia too,
And this is in theaters. It's called Eternity. MICHAELA actually
went and saw it and she was telling me about it,
and so I really want to see it. It's Elizabeth
Olsen playing a woman who dies and then she has
to choose between her husband, Miles Teller, or her long

(33:11):
lost first love Callum Turner. In the basically they're in
eternity and like she needs to decide, like who she's
going to spend eternity with.

Speaker 3 (33:20):
Yike, I don't if it's cooler stressful.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
It's like, is it like a rom com? Kayla, it's
a rom com? It's so funny. But then also I
cried hysterically. I like, that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (33:38):
The cast alone him, I'm in tean weekend watch This Mine.

Speaker 5 (33:42):
Is a very Jonas Christmas movie. It's on Disney Plus
and Hulu. To me, I expected this movie to be
almost like a Hallmark Christmas movie, and it was so
not that at all.

Speaker 1 (33:52):
It was so funny.

Speaker 5 (33:54):
The brothers really like dig into their character roles and
kind of like Riff and I don't know, it's just
it's it's a lot funnier than I expected. The cameos
are top tier, and I end up crying at the end,
which is so weak.

Speaker 3 (34:07):
I loved it. I loved it too, Ruby your weekend
watch This.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is back for season fifteen
on Bravo and Peacock.

Speaker 3 (34:15):
I am so excited.

Speaker 1 (34:16):
I love my girls. I feel like I know them,
even though I've done. I feel like I'm best friends
with all of them.

Speaker 3 (34:22):
Not all right, got a couple of things you might
want to watch. The late edition of Wheel of Fortune
tonight after college football. It's the Secret Santa Week wrapping
up to be college Football, then Jeopardy, then Wheel on
Hulu tomorrow. You can watch it now. The one that
I am obsessed with because Matthew Reese plays the most
amazing creep ever in the Beast in Me. This is

(34:43):
one worth seeing. People are buzzing about it. My mom's
watching it as well as matter of fact, that was
a great moment where I was telling my mom to
watch this new show and she's like, I'm already in
episode three. Yeah, So everybody's kind of into it. It's
a grieving author gets obsessed with her new neighbor who
might have killed his wife. All that fun stuff. The
Beast to Me on Netflix. All right, So guys, it's
about that time. I am going to get out of here,

(35:07):
shoot a few Wheel of Fortune episodes and then put
on my blue for tonight's Oh Blue, the.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
Loose Situation, love the Honica vibes.

Speaker 3 (35:16):
Your question is, do I do blue with a button
down shirt with a mock turtleneck or a full on turtleneck.
Oh would you do if you were me?

Speaker 1 (35:27):
I need pictures, but I'm kind of intrigued by the
mock turtleneck. What's a what's the difference?

Speaker 4 (35:32):
It's not a fool, So it's like it probably cuts
like right here, Probably that's better.

Speaker 3 (35:38):
Why is that better?

Speaker 1 (35:40):
If I'm being honest, I don't love you in a turtleneck?

Speaker 5 (35:42):
Wow, I'm just being honest. I like, I like you
in a deep V such as what you're wearing now, Like,
I think it's very nice.

Speaker 3 (35:52):
This is a button?

Speaker 5 (35:53):
Now?

Speaker 1 (35:53):
Oh what did I saying? I mean it might as
well be a deep V. You don't have a button. Yeah,
it's very deep deep in the V.

Speaker 3 (36:01):
All right, So we'll see anyway. But that's we're gonna do.
We're gonna be out there. We will arrive early, and
the show will start on time. Alex Warren starts at
seven thirty. This is at the end to it Dome,
so think about that. Manage your traffic accordingly.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
This is the four oh five, so think about that.

Speaker 3 (36:16):
And it is a Friday. Sorry about that. Not our fault,
but it is a Friday. It is at seven thirty.
We want you to get there on time to see Alex.
Then you got K Pop Demon Hunters, that moment feature
in the singing voice of Hunters. Then it's le On Thomas.
Now if we go on schedule at eight thirty four,
it's tough to hit this by the minute, but we're
scheduling eight thirty four for Fade. And then Audrey Hobert,

(36:37):
she came in here, she wowed us. She's got amazing
talent and a great sense of humor and an incredible
writer and singer, and so she's gonna be on just
before nine. Then we got Jackson Wang and as we
get later tonight, Sean Paul takes the stage. After ten,
we're looking at the kid LaRoy Renee Rap and Coning
Gray kind of closing out the show. So it's tight

(37:00):
and there's a lot of movement. That's what I like
about these shows. Why do you like jingle Ball? It's
a holiday season and there's just constant action. Conen Gray's
birthday is also today, so maybe we'll present him with
something backstage, some called some creamery. A BAZOOKI will decide
we'll get there early. That traffic's gonna be challenging.

Speaker 1 (37:19):
Yeah, well, the village opens early, so get there by three.

Speaker 3 (37:22):
And so if you our intern, you're going tonight. You
got a final in German cinema tomorrow morning at eleven.
I've got surgery on my hernia. But we're all gonna
make it the jingle ball, right, we will. There's a
lot of pressure. Don't forget door's open six thirty. That
traffic can be challenging. We'll see you a little bit,
all right, it's gonna wrap it up for us guys
on JFM. Just looking at Monday. I know we got

(37:44):
jingle Ball tonight, but on Monday Edge Sharon tickets every
hour and Ryan's roses, the Ryan's roses. Then we're gonna
do it on Monday. She caught her wife emotionally cheating
with a guy. Interesting, and that's where we come in.

Speaker 4 (38:01):
But like, why does she go to it's emotionally cheating
versus it's friendship.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
That's what we're going to find out. But now the
woman who got caught says, look, it'll never happen again,
But could you ever? I don't know where's the peace
of mind coming where that will never happen again? And
what's at the root of it too? Like how how
do we get there? That's at seven forty. We'll start
the week off right Monday morning on KISSFM. Have a gun,
one C a few if you're going to jingleball. Thanks
for listening to On Air with Ryan Seacrest. Make sure

to subscribe and we'll talk to you again Monday

Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today.
