So that is to say anything. It sounds so.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Dreadful, aggressive, but good for you. Do you feel good?
Speaker 2 (00:33):
No? No, no, I'm.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
Just like endorphins.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
Yeah, but this part's off. And now now I'm having
a lull. I mean I need one of your frittatis tubs.
You now, of all the days I wake up when
I go to the gym, I worked out before the show,
and you don't bring in your eggs, Benedict. It was
going on like you eat bread nothing, you want to
eat bread like you would eat bread. No, I would
eat the egg off things muff.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
Okay, well that's my I woant to.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
Oh boy, we were active textures last night. Good morning everybody.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
I know I love that you thirst trap us but
not the world.
Speaker 4 (01:12):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
What do you want me to do?
Speaker 3 (01:14):
I mean usually someone would just post that picture like
on embarrassed, but instead you just send it.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
To me and Tanya and Mark you.
Speaker 5 (01:23):
This is if you guys asked me, it should be
in the carousel, not like standalone.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
All right, well, David Albertz, if you're listening, that's coming
your way. You can posted uh in our social So
here's the thing. It's actually you need to understand. I
feel like this is something you should know about this
show and us. There is the show, and then there's
like real life, and in the evening there's the Golden Hour.
(01:50):
Last night, Tanya, she sent us a photo of her
boyfriend Robbie in workout. My work at the workout, my
brand new I'm very proud of my new workout shorts
because they're shorter than my old ones. And I've got
one pair and I keep wearing them. And she thought
they were so perfect for her boyfriend. She went and
got the same short workout shorts for him hours later.
(02:10):
Did you go to the store?
Speaker 1 (02:12):
Sure did?
Speaker 2 (02:13):
And why did you get gray versus the black ones?
Speaker 1 (02:14):
They were sold out of the black.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
Guess why I knew that I got the last. But
you don't must be the same size? He medium, No,
he's small, he wants you to say it.
Speaker 5 (02:26):
I bought them what are you talking about?
Speaker 2 (02:28):
I know, but like, let's leave that abstract imagination.
Speaker 5 (02:34):
No, they didn't have any black ones, even in MI.
I think the only size they had left was extra small.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
This cheerful guy came in the other day and he
bought the last pair of black short shorts small. Then
Tanya had him dress all off, jump in the air
dress stick and sent us a picture of him in
his new short short workouts, which are the same shorts
I have.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Yeah, first of all, I like your style.
Speaker 5 (02:59):
I think it's a complet and he really likes working
out in short shorts. And so I saw those and
I was like, I need to get them. Did you
tell him that Ryan had the same shorts? Yeah, they
don't work out together, so it doesn't matter.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
Oh, that's the next step there. Okay, So I'm looking
at this. We need to make something out that so
you can see it at home. Anyway, he's got him on.
They look great. I mean, this dance is a little bit.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
He's striking a posey.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
I'm sure he didn't think this was going to end
up anywhere, and I think this is a I don't
know that he would be.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
I'll take a difference. It might have been a private picture.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Well, then, anyway, I decide to take a photo of
my workout this morning in mine?
Speaker 3 (03:39):
Yeah, yours is like a thirst trap that was not
a goofy You're not trying to be goofy like Robbie
was trying to be goofy in his picture.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
And I didn't even know anybody took a picture. Well,
you're such a liar.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
You didn't know anybody. How many retakes did you?
Speaker 2 (03:55):
All of a sudden an air drop arrived? Whoa, hey,
guys in the gym hair drop if we're not near you?
Speaker 5 (04:02):
Also, do you put the biker shorts? Do you pull
them up so you can't see them underneath?
Speaker 2 (04:07):
I prefer that, Yeah? Is they're really just protective, those
bikers that are built up it? Yeah, I would hike
them up so you really see a more leg on
his I'm looking at the two shots. I like a
little for me right now? Now again, what is this
a conversation we're having?
Speaker 5 (04:24):
Also, the fact that you say you didn't know somebody
was taking a picture of.
Speaker 1 (04:27):
You a lie?
Speaker 2 (04:29):
Breaking news.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
Yeah, but your hair looks great too, Like you look
really healthy and good in this.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
Movie because he posed for it.
Speaker 5 (04:36):
It's fine, who cares doesn't lie that you didn't.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
That's my point.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
I felt fine. I mean, I feel worse now than
I did then because that was the hours ago.
Speaker 5 (04:47):
But I do think I think you have really good style,
and I think that you should do more like posting
of your clothes.
Speaker 2 (04:54):
Okay, let's make this a workshop. But I look forward
to working out with Robbie. We're both wearing the same thing.
And when I with him, I'm gonna find out when
he's going to propose? Is that too much to ask him?
Speaker 3 (05:09):
You can ask him by all, but then you're gonna
have to keep that secret to yourself. And let me
just tell you me knowing secrets, it really weighs on
you because I had to keep so I had to
keep so many secrets from my friends that were pregnant
for like weeks until finally they like to let the
world know.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
Don't need that burden. Yeah, No, Ryan's Roses. He's at
seven forty this morning. So she believes her son in
law is cheating on her daughter. Oh, he's getting involved.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
That's messy.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Howd she get this information? Should she get involved?
Speaker 1 (05:48):
That's the thing. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (05:50):
When we do these types of Ryan's roses. I always
get a pit in my stomach.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Well, let's not do it.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
I agree with you because it's we're not This is
like a third party mark.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
We need something for seven to forty this morning? What
do you got a play a game? Well, I still
think we can make this call. I knew you'd say that. Yeah,
all right, we will get let's get to it.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
I don't We'll hear her out. But I don't feel comfortable.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
If you don't feel comfortable, don't do it. She says
that her daughter gave her permission to do this. Okay, well,
beards seven forty, let's see what happens. I'm let's just
I need to learn more. All right, Let's just take
a look around. How's the back room this morning? Are
(06:36):
the phones alive or people chiming in? Are they calling
into the phone booth?
Speaker 1 (06:40):
They are, they're calling in.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Great, that's what I want to hear. It's Thursday, and
it is I guess it's going to be an emotional, sentimental,
significant weekend for Tanya. Is it true that your parents
are moving from the house you grew up in?
Speaker 5 (06:57):
Yeah, I was born in this high house and physically
in it. Not physically in it at the hospital down
the street, but I've that's where they've lived my entire life.
And it's very, very strange. So I'm going down this
weekend and I'm gonna like give Robbie a tour, because
I mean, he's been in my parents' house so many times,
but I've never really given him like a tour of
(07:18):
the neighborhood and stuff because I always thought that my
parents would just be there, you know.
Speaker 1 (07:23):
So I'm going to.
Speaker 5 (07:24):
Do what's on the tour, Nicks Burrito's, Paul's place, and
then I'm gon show him around kind of just like
different people that live in the neighborhood that I like,
you know, this guy I had my first kiss and
other things.
Speaker 1 (07:40):
What he does is high school innocent.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
I know, but still like that does not need to
be on the tour. Why is that even on the tour?
Speaker 5 (07:47):
Why we were all friends, We were all like friends
and we could like ride our bikes to each other's houses,
and I don't know, it's very it's very strange, and
I want to like go into each room of my
house and say goodbye to each room. That's fine, And
then I also am going to leave a signed copy
of my book, like I'm going to write like a
really nice letter in it, and I'm going to bury
it in the backyard for.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
The new owners.
Speaker 1 (08:07):
For the new owners.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
Time capsule. Yeah, great, well this happens. I mean, this
happened to me one time I went home for Christmas
and my bedroom was gone and there was pink carpet
and a new bedspread, and my trophies were like in
a little closet, and I said, well, well this is
(08:31):
what happened. Well, we needed a guest room and need
a room for your sister and if they ever have kids, kids,
like okay, little heads up, well heads up on that
be nice. But now I stay in that guest room
and I when I go, I pull the trophies out
of the closet and say them still look at them.
Speaker 5 (08:53):
I don't know why that when they did that, it
wasn't hard for me. Like when they converted my room,
like that wasn't.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
Such just like a little transparency here, you know, like
we're we're renovating or whatever.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Yeah, yeah, they didn't bug me.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
My parents put like bunk beds in my old room
for the for the kids, my brother, my sister's kids.
But they still had all my old pictures up, like
all my old cheer pictures and trophies and Assny.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
When you and Robbie go back, will you stay at
your parents' house.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
Yeah, we're gonna stay the weekend.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
And that's cool with them. What do you mean, yeah,
to sleep under the same Oh.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
Yeah, oh really yeah. My parents are like cool. Mine
were not. They were We could not sleep in the
same room at all.
Speaker 3 (09:33):
My dad as soon as he came in the house,
he'd be like, Migrito, I have the bonus room couch
bed set up for you, right, the most uncomfortable pull
out couch you could ever imagine.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
Actually, years old, I.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
Got a credit cunning Gary. They've evolved because they were
like that too, and now I've broken them in.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
Now it's like, as long as you're back.
Speaker 1 (09:53):
Right right, They're like, I'll take you whatever you want
to come.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Back, yeah, right. Your morning hack every day this time
and a quote of the day to get you through
your Thursday. This might be disturbing. It's not germ free.
Most people say, the next time you're at a bar
or a restaurant, do not order this because it could
(10:16):
make you sick. You want to guess.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
Water Tanya like tap water water with lemon.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Ice, so a version of that. But ice ice here.
Here's why they say almost no place cleans their ice
machine as regular as they should, and that means germs.
It can make you sick and end up in your beverage.
Even if restaurants are good about cleaning their ice machines,
if employees are sick and don't wash their hands correctly,
those germs could spread. So maybe you need to get
your bevers without ice. Now again, I've lived through a
(10:51):
lot of ice, so I don't know. Do I have
a strong immune system, a strong belly, or have I
been that lucky? But beware of ice. Just something thing
about if you feel sick after a night out or
at a restaurant and you don't know why because you
had like something food that didn't make you sick, maybe
it was the ice that made you sick. I've had
those mystery signals like wait, what did I eat?
Speaker 1 (11:10):
Totally who could have been ice?
Speaker 2 (11:13):
It could have been those little bugs on the ice. Yeah,
something to know your morning hack today's quote the real Glow.
This is your quote for Thursday. Every day some sort
of get you through the day quote and today's is
The real glow up is when you stop waiting to
turn into some perfect version of yourself and consciously enjoy
(11:35):
being who you are in the present.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
Oh that's such a good one.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
Looks very good on paper. It can be difficult in practice,
challenging in practice, but something to think about, right. Let
it beat the baseline. Just FM headlines with sin.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
Well, are we here?
Speaker 6 (11:51):
You already right?
Speaker 1 (11:52):
With a brush fire? Season?
Speaker 7 (11:54):
Well?
Speaker 3 (11:54):
A brush fire did erupt yesterday morning in a remote
area near Little Creek, sending a massive plume of smoke
into the air, while posing no immediate threat to communities,
Thank god. The knob fire was reported about ten am
in the area of Highway one thirty eight and Lone
Pine Canyon Road. The cause of the blaze was not
(12:14):
immediately known. A California Assemblyman who represents the South Bay
is proposing a bill that would give teachers get this
fifty percent rays by twenty thirty. The plan for Assembly
Bill nine thirty eight is to keep current teachers in
the profession that they're in right now.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
And attract younger people to the field.
Speaker 3 (12:37):
I love that Star Wars fans can watch Star Wars
films on select nights in May at the Disneyland Resort
hotels to celebrate Star Wars Month. The resort hasn't specified
which hotels or days the movies are going to be playing.
Star Wars Month, as we know, will include the return
(12:57):
of hyper Space Mountain, Epic Encounters, special Star Wars Month,
merch and themed food and beverage items over at Disneyland Resort.
It's gonna be awesome on.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Air with a Ryan Seacret.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
You want to stay for this Ryan's roses this hour
and by the way, good morning, good morning. We are ant.
I got my workout in early, got my coffee is
kicked in now, Tanya, what did you just do a
high kick for?
Speaker 1 (13:25):
To show you that I'm wearing shorts and my workout shoes.
Good for you.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Yeah, we're wearing the same exact outfit.
Speaker 5 (13:32):
No, I'm wearing like biker shorts.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
Yeah, because you're both wearing like black shorts and like.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
And you have cool porson socks like I have person socks.
So I pulled my socks up like soccer socks. Yeah,
all right, it's enough. It's actually I thought I.
Speaker 5 (13:45):
Was more flexible. That was really hard. Yeah, I just
oh long, socks. I know, I do want to do
the long socks, but I don't know.
Speaker 1 (13:53):
It's not for me. Yeah, my legs are short.
Speaker 2 (13:55):
Listen, if you want to be cool, fine, you don't
have to be cool. Yeah, okay, yeah, So anyway, we
got Ryan Joes. You want to hear it because there
is a mother that's getting involved because she thinks her
daughter's husband is cheating on her daughter. That's our son
in law. That's at seven forty yikes, I don't even know.
All right, let's go to Mia, Mia, Good morning. How
(14:17):
are you doing this morning?
Speaker 6 (14:18):
I'm good.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
How are you well? We're celebrating National Prime Rib Day today?
Are you celebrating?
Speaker 8 (14:25):
I'm actually a vegan, So no, I picked the wrong
person to share that with.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
That's all right. There are Prime rib lovers listening right now,
and maybe they're celebrating later, but me and so you are.
You're caught about a dude? Huh yeah, tell me what's
doing well?
Speaker 8 (14:42):
I can really tell if he's into me. I've been
talking to him for a little now and he's just
like an awful texture And we went out like the
other day and he wasn't really being like flirty and
didn't kiss me, but then he asked me again that
night to hang out the next weekend. So I just
don't understand the mixed signals he's giving me.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
What did he say last time you heard from him?
Speaker 8 (15:07):
Well, I mean the hangout was great, but it was
just a little dry. And then he texted me that
night saying I had such a great time, like li's
meet up again. And then I responded, I like, not immediately,
but like twenty minutes later, and then he responded like
the next morning, like way later. And so yeah, it's.
Speaker 1 (15:28):
Probably a bad Texter.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
I think it's okay. I almost think you got to
give him one more shot. If it's dry again, then
we've got a pattern here. But I don't know in
the initial stages, I'm a little forgiving of stuff like this, Yeah,
because there's no like real red flag here. And I
got to tell you, sometimes you're just in a funk
when you're meeting or a conversation doesn't just roll, But
(15:53):
it doesn't mean that's why it's going to be so
my vote here. And we've heard a lot of things
where like red flag do not open the door for
a second date. I think that, you know, maybe everybody's
a little dry in this situation, and we should try
it one more time and then see if you feel
any better. If you don't, then it's an easy walk away.
And if you do, that's good news. It's moving in
the right direction. What do you say?
Speaker 8 (16:15):
I mean, Yeah, I've hung up with him a few
times in a group too, and he seemed great in
the group settings, but when we're one on one, he's
just kind of dry. Maybe he should shy it though, maybe.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
Sh I would give a second shot, Give Hi a
second shot. Man. So funny to hear that, because I'm
like fine in a group and I don't want you
to laugh at this, but I might be too much solo,
Mark that I just said, don't laugh.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
Sorry too much, solo.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
I'm trying to sometimes. Maybe I'm just.
Speaker 3 (16:48):
Like, like, you feel the debt, you feel the space
because you don't like you don't.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
Like the debt questions like I'm interviewing.
Speaker 1 (16:56):
Yeah, I can see you doing that.
Speaker 2 (16:57):
I bet you. It's a huge turn off.
Speaker 1 (16:59):
I know, because obviously you've had some success.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
I've also had some not success. So I'm thinking, like,
but you keep.
Speaker 5 (17:05):
The you know, I think it's better to be your
way than the opposite, Yeah, awkward silence and nothing worse.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Meaning like the questions. Yeah, well, so what I what
I've done in the past, is I have in my
head all the questions. Oh yeah, yeah, And then if
there is a moment of awkwardness, I launch into two
or three try and fuel at least till we can
order something.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
It's better than just staring at them with big eyeballs.
Speaker 2 (17:33):
And at what point do you like start talking about
the menu? Oh, I've got some great salads here, you
like salads like? And what time you'd like to really
give the you sort of like critique the menu.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
You know, that's when it's going bad. No, I find
that we're talking about the weather.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
Or how is your day? What'd you do today? I mean,
but then you can, but you need to just like
icebreaker questions. You can get follow up.
Speaker 1 (17:58):
Questions out of sure, but that all comes naturally to you.
I think to the average person, it probably doesn't.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
You'd be surprised dating me maybe, I'm.
Speaker 5 (18:08):
Sure we'd be surprised by many things.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
Yeah, you'd be surprised dating me. It doesn't always Yeah, yeah,
because we're tired.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
I know, you mean, I'm I'm so tired at the
end of the day. I don't want to talk at all.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Who'd you talk to today? What'd y'all talk about today?
Speaker 1 (18:23):
All I want to do is talk at the end
of the day. You do.
Speaker 9 (18:28):
You?
Speaker 8 (18:28):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (18:29):
I don't have it because I didn't hear about him.
Speaker 5 (18:30):
I want to hear about his day and I didn't.
He'n't experienced my day. I want to tell him about
my day.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
And you tell him about your day. Yeah, And what
does he do?
Speaker 5 (18:38):
It depends on what time it is. But he's like,
do you want to talk more?
Speaker 2 (18:45):
I could? I could date him five minutes, seven minutes away,
ten minutes max away from Ryan's roses. A mother in
law is about to get involved, so siany a I. I.
I don't most get nervous when we talk about it
because I don't understand it. Yeah, and it's it's a
(19:06):
little It's kind of like I remember when I was
in third grade and my teacher said, Okay, guys, guess
what's gonna happen in your lifetime? What missus Saunders. They're
gonna have a phone. You won't use your house phone.
There will be a phone that fits in your pocket,
and you also listen to music on that phone, miss
are you talking about it?
Speaker 1 (19:25):
You'll be able to see, you'll be able to.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
Do video call, and you'll just like the Jetsons, you
know all this stuff. I'm like, ha ha ha, not
in my lifetime. Well here you have it.
Speaker 8 (19:34):
Right.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
She didn't say it was gonna be our flashlight, but
if she would have, I wouldn't have believed it.
Speaker 3 (19:38):
The flashlight is just an added bonus, right, Well here
we are.
Speaker 8 (19:42):
Now.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
AI's like the same thing, but it's happening much faster
because tech is exponentially, you know, making progress. So snapchats
my AI has the nation divided. It's the assistant Sisney
tell us what you know.
Speaker 10 (19:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (19:56):
So it's now available for regular Snapchat users origin. It
came out a few months ago for anybody that was
the subscriber paying for the service, so not anybody that
just kind of has Snapchat using it for free. It's
like it's kind of like chat GPT but on Snapchat.
So you can ask at things. It can help you
with your homework, it can comment on your pictures, it
(20:16):
can like it can show you a lot of a
lot of people like it because some are showing it
pictures and getting an opinion before they post, or just
chatting with it like a friend.
Speaker 4 (20:27):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (20:27):
Some teenagers say that it's helping them with their homework,
like I said, so uh, But you can actually turn it.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
Off, but it'll cost you.
Speaker 3 (20:34):
You can only delete my AI if you're a Snapchat
Plus member.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Otherwise it is there to stay.
Speaker 3 (20:42):
And I think that we can all agree that AI
is just getting a little out of hands.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
I don't personally care for it.
Speaker 3 (20:48):
Other users have accused my AI of lying, gas lining
and being all and just being an all around creepy feature,
like getting too personal, knowing the exact location, knowing exactly
where they live, just things like that, and it's just
freaking them out. A lot of people are just posting
on social media just like I don't like this thing.
I don't like that it knows what I'm doing at
(21:09):
all times and it just it communicates with you, and.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
So it's creepy. And where does it go? Like we
know what we know when we know? We don't know
now what we know? And what will happen as you
allow AI to come more and more into your life.
Now there is certain I guess we do use by default,
but I don't. I don't know, this is one that
(21:35):
I think is gonna get out of hand, and we're
going to be seeing all of these segments on sixty
minutes today about how AI is the.
Speaker 5 (21:42):
Oh, human interaction is being being lost entirely, Like we
are losing a sense of community. Instead of going to
your friends, you're going to this AI thing. Instead of
making a phone call to the hostess at a restaurant,
your AI is making your reservation for a therapist. You're
going to your AI therapist.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
It's like we're job ai.
Speaker 3 (22:02):
This was happening when Instagram started. Like this is already
a downward spiral.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
I mean, because I'm so naive with this, I'm actually
gonna wait to see what this AI program says. I
should think about this story, right, maybe, well, why don't
you ask it?
Speaker 1 (22:15):
I don't like that you can't.
Speaker 3 (22:17):
I don't like that you can't turn it off, Like
you should at least have the option to be able
to turn it off without having to pay for it.
Speaker 1 (22:21):
Like that's messed up that they're doing that.
Speaker 2 (22:25):
I was on Who was I? I was making a reservation? No,
I had I had a problem. I had a troubleshoot something.
Oh you know when you forget your password name. It's
with one of my apps. Anyway, I got like, oh,
do you need customer service? And I said yeah, and
I think it was an AI customer service. It was
(22:45):
like it was iaming me back. Yes.
Speaker 3 (22:47):
So usually are at first and then eventually you maybe
we're talking like this, this.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
Is too quick at least act like you're thinking.
Speaker 5 (22:57):
But actually they can't help you, and then they say
call this number right.
Speaker 2 (23:00):
Eventually they can't, but they kept but it was like
a template response yep, And it was so fast at
least fake me out, like there's somebody on the other
end about it. Give me a dot dot dot even
if it's an AI dot dot dot dot one of
two point seven kiss FM. Well, who is going to
make this call? It's time for Ryan's roses.
Speaker 3 (23:19):
I feel uncomfortableddy, but I'm reading this now that she
says she has given me permission to contact you. So
I guess if the daughter is saying it's okay, why
doesn't the daughter just contact us?
Speaker 2 (23:28):
Then well, Ruby just follow along on this. And because
if Sisney does want to back out of one or
isn't here, maybe you have to make these calls. Okay,
so just pay close attention. We might come back to
you and see how you how your auditing of the
class went. I'm gonna bring in Angie. Angie's in Downey.
(23:49):
Dear Ryan Sisney, I believe my son in law is
cheating on my daughter. She's giving me permission to contact you. Angie.
Why do you think your son law's cheating on your girl?
Speaker 7 (24:02):
Well, I've just really never trusted him. When he and
my daughter got together, he was married, like, not in
the process of a divorce.
Speaker 6 (24:12):
Married.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Yeah, so he did.
Speaker 7 (24:15):
It on his first wife with my daughter, and then
they had a son while he was still married to her,
and then yeah, I advised my daughter not to marry him,
but she didn't listen, and I put on a happy
face and I went to that wedding and acted like
everything was fine. But yeah, I just I just don't
(24:35):
feel like you can trust somebody like that again, do
you know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (24:39):
I agree with you that if he did this once
to meet your daughter, it's in his system.
Speaker 7 (24:48):
Yes, exactly, That's what I told her.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
What has their relationship been like now in the present time, Well, these.
Speaker 7 (24:56):
Weeks, these weeks, well, he he's flirting, he keeps his
phone really private. He stays out late of the time.
My daughter doesn't even know where he is.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
But I'm on your side on this. Do you think
it's smart to get involved?
Speaker 11 (25:16):
You know?
Speaker 7 (25:16):
She called me, uh, you know, this past weekend and
she said she's pretty sure there's somebody else and what
am I supposed to do? She said she didn't know
what to do. So I said I would call you,
Brian and reach out and try and do o Ryan's roses.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
I think we have to do this.
Speaker 7 (25:36):
I would love that.
Speaker 1 (25:37):
And you're one hundred percent sure that she wants you
to do this.
Speaker 7 (25:40):
Yes, yes, she gave me permission and everything. I'm not
lying to us, I promise I'm not lying to you.
Speaker 2 (25:50):
People have lied to us before, and ninety does not
sound like that person. Okay, if you're just getting here
for Ryan's roses, I think the thing is so we
have Angie on the phone. Angie's daughter is married to
this guy, and her daughter thinks that her husband is
cheating on her, and so called Angie mom and said,
(26:13):
I think something's going on. Can you help me? And
so here we are. But here's the thing, guys, this
guy Angie's.
Speaker 7 (26:20):
What's your daughter's name Jenny.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
All right. So Jenny's husband met Jenny while he was
married to already cheated. So it's it's a it's a lot,
it's a big red flag. And if he's hiding his
phone and he's acting sketchy and we know he's a
cheater and she thinks that he's doing it, there's a
lot of bad, bad that could be going on.
Speaker 7 (26:44):
Yeah, yeah, I mean she says, you know, they're never
intimate anymore, and he's sleeping with his phone under the
pillows so that she can't have access to it. Well,
that sounds super sketchy to me.
Speaker 2 (26:55):
That's weird. I mean, that's weird. Yes, okay, So let
me understand, Angie. I need you to say Ryan, you
have my permission to call, and then his name on
Kiss FM.
Speaker 7 (27:06):
Go ahead, Ryan, this is Angie and you have my
permission to call on kiss all right.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
So we're gonna call your son in law. Sisney is
going to offer him the roses. Let's find out if Jenny,
his wife, is top of mind or what else we
can find out. Be very quiet until we tell him
he's on the air, and good luck. Here we go.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
Hello, Hi is Jason?
Speaker 11 (27:42):
Yeah, Hi, Jason?
Speaker 1 (27:44):
My name is Lauren. I'm calling from Downy Blooms.
Speaker 3 (27:46):
Actually, we're promoting our delivery service and we're offering local
residents a promotion of a dozen free red roses that
you can send to anybody that you'd like today.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
They are free.
Speaker 3 (27:56):
I don't need a credit card or cash or anything
like that from you, just the name of the person
that you want to send them to.
Speaker 1 (28:01):
Is there anybody that you'd want to send three roses to?
Speaker 7 (28:04):
Well, you're offering me like three roses.
Speaker 1 (28:07):
It's a dozen red roses?
Speaker 12 (28:10):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (28:10):
Is that?
Speaker 4 (28:10):
Who's give me that phone?
Speaker 1 (28:12):
Give me this song? Hello?
Speaker 10 (28:16):
Oh? Is this really?
Speaker 1 (28:18):
Hello?
Speaker 10 (28:19):
Who is this really?
Speaker 2 (28:21):
Hello? Is this hi?
Speaker 1 (28:22):
My name is Lauren, Lauren?
Speaker 10 (28:26):
Yes, and you're and you're giving away three roses?
Speaker 13 (28:29):
Is that it?
Speaker 2 (28:30):
Hi?
Speaker 1 (28:30):
Who's this?
Speaker 5 (28:33):
This?
Speaker 10 (28:34):
I'm guessing is really Ryan's roses? Did my daughter in
law Jenny put my son on the radio?
Speaker 4 (28:41):
Is that?
Speaker 6 (28:41):
Who did this? Boy?
Speaker 10 (28:42):
I want to know who she thinks she is?
Speaker 2 (28:45):
Wait?
Speaker 7 (28:46):
Hold on, who do you think you are? I mean,
what else is Jenny supposed to do? She's married to
a cheater and she wants proof.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
Oh, what's excuse? What's who's you? Who are you what's
your name?
Speaker 2 (29:00):
How this is?
Speaker 7 (29:02):
This is ANGIEZ.
Speaker 10 (29:04):
This is Jill, this is Jason's mother. And he is
not a cheater. How dare you say that about my son?
Are you cheating me?
Speaker 7 (29:14):
He is a cheater. He cheated on his first wife
and now he's cheating on my daughter.
Speaker 10 (29:21):
You don't know, You don't know what you're talking about.
You do not know what happens between Kelly and him,
And besides, it's none of your business.
Speaker 7 (29:28):
So of course it's my business. What do you mean
it's not my business? My daughter is his latest victim
of his ring of cheatings.
Speaker 10 (29:38):
Yes, victim? Oh wow, wow, wow, My son's the best
thing that ever happened to her that he has made
the marrier.
Speaker 6 (29:47):
Yeah, are you kidding me?
Speaker 7 (29:48):
Are you kidding me? Here? I can only assume you're
joking because I told her from day one you do
not marry that guy. He's a cheater, he cheated on her,
he'll cheat on you. And reading about him is nod.
Speaker 10 (30:04):
No, that is rich because you know what I told him.
I said, Son, just because you got her pregnant doesn't
mean you have to marry her, because you could do
so much better.
Speaker 7 (30:15):
Oh really, does he believe that it's that why he's
cheating on her, because he.
Speaker 10 (30:24):
If anybody's cheating here, it's probably Jenny. Because I wouldn't
I wouldn't be a bit probably.
Speaker 7 (30:30):
Let me see your proof. Where's your proof? I want
you to prove it to me, because my daughter is
not cheating.
Speaker 10 (30:37):
I'm not the one who dragged us all off the radio.
You've got to be kidding me. I don't need I
didn't accuse anybody of anything. You're the one who's doing
the accusing here, lady. I think you have so hungry
because I'm right.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
Angie and Jason's mother. Your voices are on the radio. Uh,
just so we're clear, you're being broadcast on the air now.
Speaker 7 (31:02):
I'm glad we are.
Speaker 2 (31:03):
I'm Angie. Excuse me, ma'am. What is your name?
Speaker 10 (31:12):
I am Jill, I am Jason.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
I just want to I just want to try and
get some clarity here. Angie is Jenny's mom. Jill is
Jason's mom. We have the two mothers of the couple
on the line now, and Jill, Angie thinks your son
is cheating on her daughter and has done this before,
and so what is your reaction to that?
Speaker 10 (31:36):
My reaction is it's a bunch of craps. She has.
She has nothing unless she's living with them in their house,
which I hope she's not, because they are bigger problems there.
If she is, she doesn't know what she's talking about.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
Angie, Why tell Jill, Angie, clearly tell Jill why your
daughter thinks her husband and her son is cheating on her.
Speaker 7 (32:00):
My daughter called me this weekend and she said he
is distracted all the time. He goes places. He doesn't
tell her where he's going. She has no idea where
he is. He hides his phone from her. They have
not been intimate in forever. What is she supposed to
think someone who's cheated before in the past, What is
(32:21):
she supposed to say? My daughter is in tears.
Speaker 10 (32:25):
Wow. I guess she should run home to mommy and
live with mommy from now on, because she's clearly not
a grown woman who could handle things in her own
marriage and confront her own husband and say what's going on?
This is what I'm seeing, this is what I'm feeling.
Speaker 7 (32:40):
Can we talk about Are you telling me that my
daughters tried that already? He's not home long enough for
her to say that she has to communicate it in
my text message. She never sees him.
Speaker 2 (32:57):
Angie and Jill, I'm gonna have to hold us here
for a second. What is the next step in this?
The two of you are not communicating? Well, well, Jason's
there is.
Speaker 1 (33:07):
Can Jason say something like.
Speaker 2 (33:09):
I forgot he was even there?
Speaker 6 (33:10):
Jason?
Speaker 7 (33:11):
Could you say, are you not at home with your wife?
Speaker 2 (33:15):
Jason there? Jason?
Speaker 10 (33:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (33:18):
Yeah, are you cheating?
Speaker 2 (33:21):
Say something? What is going on here? Bro?
Speaker 14 (33:25):
Nothing's going on. I'm married, and I don't know why
two moms are getting in the middle of an adult.
Speaker 2 (33:29):
Room, but clearly there's a lot of emotion here. So
why do we have this stand off? Jason? It sounds
like there's a problem.
Speaker 7 (33:38):
It sounds like our arms have a problem, and that's
all it is.
Speaker 2 (33:42):
But Jenny, your wife, thanks for cheating on her, Jason.
That's why we're here, That's why we've endured listening to
that for the last couple of minutes.
Speaker 10 (33:50):
Well, I'm not and it's as simple as that.
Speaker 7 (33:53):
Then, can you explain to me why you hide your
phone and why you're never home? Why my daughter only.
Speaker 10 (34:00):
Under my pillows so my alarm wakes me up and
it doesn't wake her up. You let your daughter ask
him these questions instead of you. I do not understand
what the heck it is.
Speaker 11 (34:10):
You think you're doing.
Speaker 2 (34:11):
Jason, we're gonna wrap this. Could you get your wife
and download her on all of this and maybe get
all of you guys on the same page for a
conversation because there's too much heat here.
Speaker 7 (34:23):
Yeah, I think that sounds like a good idea.
Speaker 2 (34:25):
I'm gonna let Angie Jill and we're gonna let you
both go. Good luck. That's too much. Wow. Why didn't
you parents? Why are they digging in so deeply on this?
He stayed calm. I actually forgot the guy was on.
Speaker 3 (34:40):
I thought I was like, he's there, let's talk to him.
Speaker 2 (34:45):
I mean, yeah, that was the I mama. I've ever
heard parents like that of a couple.
Speaker 3 (34:52):
I haven't either, But getting after it, the mama bear
came out on both.
Speaker 2 (34:57):
I think it's safe to say Thanksgiving is a like
official holding pat.
Speaker 1 (35:00):
I don't think they get along.
Speaker 9 (35:01):
That is not this.
Speaker 2 (35:03):
Wow. Angie wanted us to call her daughter's husband because
her daughter thinks she's being cheated on. So we do.
He answers the phone, and then his name is Jason,
and then Jason's mom gets on the line and says,
why are you accusing my son of cheating? And the
(35:23):
two mothers argue for minutes. Yeah, I mean intense, like
that was some pent up frustration from the two mothers
defeating their kids. But there was no progress being made there.
That was not productive that argument, no none at all.
So Angie and Jill, the two mothers are arguing about
not cheating and cheating. Meanwhile the accused cheater, Jason, is
(35:45):
on the phone listening to all of it. We get
him on the line, he says, it wasn't me basically,
And I don't know, I don't know how I feel
about that. But how do you even deescalate what we
just heard? How do you de escalate that argument? Do
you tell the mothers get out of it? Both of
you get out of it. But Jenny invited her mom,
(36:07):
Angie into it to help.
Speaker 3 (36:10):
I don't know if anything, but I was just like,
we needed the wife to call, you know, we needed
the wife and the husband to talk, not the moms.
Speaker 2 (36:20):
Well we needed none of that, actually, like we needed
to We needed we needed a happy ending. Right, we
can get it. Denise in San Pedro. So, what was
going through your mind when you heard the two mothers,
Angie and Jill getting at it about their kids and
the cheating.
Speaker 12 (36:37):
Oh my gosh, it's absolutely ridiculous. First of all, but
I am totally on Angie's side. Like my I can
relate to this. My ex husband's mom was a monster
and she would never acknowledge that her son did anything wrong.
Speaker 7 (36:56):
Right, So I of course was always in.
Speaker 12 (36:59):
The wrong and she always took his side. And let
me tell you, he was not perfect, you know, far
from it. And I feel for them, and over protective
moms can be a real issue, and it's a it's
a struggle the balance. You know, you have to have
a good relationship the mother in law, daughter in law.
(37:20):
You know, it needs to be good and if it's not,
it can really really put a strain on your relationship.
And something is definitely going on with them.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
Well, here's the question. How far do you go to
defend your child in a cheating scenario?
Speaker 12 (37:40):
I mean the fact it's like.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
But ignorance might be bliss in that defense, right, because
if the mom knows it happened, how far do you
go with that? We don't know who knows really what
and what really happened exactly. But how far do you
go with the defense if maybe you know something because
they were in my standing.
Speaker 12 (37:58):
By it, but like in my situation, them like his
mom wouldn't even listen a second of you know, she
just she was always over protective of her son that
she wouldn't even dare trust anything I said. So I
feel like even if like they thought that maybe there
might be some cheating going on, they would just refuse
(38:19):
to believe it.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
That was a lot. All right, well, thank you, Denise.
We're gonna move on.
Speaker 12 (38:27):
Yeah, they all need help, we all they really really.
Speaker 2 (38:31):
No, but that was intense. That was intense, Thank you
very much.
Speaker 1 (38:35):
On air with Ryan said, there.
Speaker 2 (38:42):
Is Chris how I am in great? Oh cute, look
at that perfect is that Dodger?
Speaker 11 (38:50):
That's Dodger.
Speaker 2 (38:52):
Could just say, you know, and maybe you'll see this
video later, but Dodger, Chris Evans' dog is on Chris
Evans's lap, completely on dog back. Paul's ye like and
now stretching. Okay, this is narrate all of this.
Speaker 1 (39:12):
And that counch looks so comfortable, by the way.
Speaker 11 (39:15):
Yeah, this is is a dangerous catch.
Speaker 2 (39:18):
Chris Evan's showing us right now. Good to see you, buddy.
So much happening here, guys. I just want to I
want to warn you we have an over over zealous
Is that a bad term? We have an excited, enthusiastic
engineer named Easton who could run your fan club. He's
(39:38):
he might pitch you an idea in a second. Just
just go with it. And that's the kind of enthusiasm
you know we have for it. Uh. Now, there's a
there's a reason that you're like, is the reason you're
laying there with your What kind of dog is that, Chris?
Speaker 11 (39:56):
He's a mutt, He's a rescue you know.
Speaker 4 (39:58):
I was I was doing a movie and twenty fifteen
in Savannah, and one of the scenes was out of
shelter and there were all these dogs up for adoption,
and I was like, am I gonna adopt the dog today?
And I was just walking up and down the aisles
and I just round in the corner and saw him,
and I was just like, man, that's just so striking.
He just just didn't belong there and came with me.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
It's just life changing. If I have had so in
my life, I've had relationships where the dog comes in
and then the dog goes. And I now have had
my own dog for a long time, and I can't
It's just like, just like you're sitting there with Doors,
I can't stop sitting on my couch with Georgia. But
(40:42):
Georgia is like a ball fiend. If I throw, if
I hold a ball or anything there's she'll run in
front of a car dangerously.
Speaker 11 (40:54):
He doesn't want the balls, which is which is too bad.
That sounds strange. More of a tug of war kind
of guy. He likes. He likes keep away. That's a
big favorite of his, you know what I mean. But
he likes to you know, he likes to play a
little bit rougher.
Speaker 2 (41:09):
But you put together this limited edition it's called a
Dog the Dog Dream Box. It's all kinds of stuff.
Tell me about that for those dog members listening, listen
to this.
Speaker 11 (41:20):
That's right. Well.
Speaker 4 (41:20):
I partnered with Jenks a couple of years ago. It
was just a great company doing great things, making really
good dog food.
Speaker 11 (41:26):
At a price that people can afford.
Speaker 4 (41:28):
You know that there's great dog foods out there, but
not everyone can afford to feed their dogs meals that
cost more than the meals they feed themselves, and every
dog should be able to eat well, to eat healthily.
Speaker 11 (41:40):
So the partnership was a no brainer for me. But
then they were like, you know, what if what if
we put Dodge around one of the boxes.
Speaker 4 (41:46):
What if we put together a little bit of his favorites,
A toy treats food great great?
Speaker 11 (41:52):
And the beauty is he'll never know.
Speaker 4 (41:57):
That's the beauty of dogs and general that he has
no idea he's on a box.
Speaker 11 (42:02):
He has no idea that I'm on some things. I mean, are.
Speaker 2 (42:05):
There sedatives in the box because Dodger is, Yeah, he
is relaxed.
Speaker 11 (42:13):
We knew we had this today, so I I was
kind of warmed out this morning.
Speaker 2 (42:18):
That's that's so cool. So it's a limited edition the
Dog Dream Box. You get that from JINX, j I,
n Ax and Dude congrats on ghosted, which everyone is loving.
Thanks man.
Speaker 4 (42:30):
Yeah, we got some cool some cool numbers that I
think are going to be talked about later this week.
But yeah, it seemed like some some some people tuned in,
So that's that's good news.
Speaker 2 (42:41):
Is it's one that it's like, really it's really interesting
to see, you know when something goes up on a
streamer and your your friends are talking about or you
hear people talking about it, right, Like, you could probably
be somewhere and hear people talking about it. They don't
even know you're there. Do people think you can't like
you're a celebrity. Do people think you can't hear when
they say that's Chris Evans and they think I can't
hear them?
Speaker 11 (43:02):
Well, sometimes people will kind of.
Speaker 4 (43:06):
Kind of walk up to you and give you a
little knowing look like like.
Speaker 11 (43:10):
I see you, I know you, like like we're in
on a secret together.
Speaker 2 (43:17):
I got you and you're bothering you. That's nice.
Speaker 11 (43:21):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Well.
Speaker 2 (43:22):
This is less subtle. This is Easton, our engineer, and
Easton has been a lifelong fan of yours. Right, there's
Eastern Could you say, Chris Evans, why are you Easton
here to pitch Chris Evans?
Speaker 14 (43:38):
Chris, I'm such a big fan. Thank you for your time.
I just want to pitch something that's an idea I love.
I think all the fans are into it too.
Speaker 2 (43:46):
But hold on, why would you pitch last time this
idea or an idea like it?
Speaker 14 (43:51):
I fitched Vin Diese on a couple of ideas. He
was very you know, very responsive.
Speaker 9 (43:54):
He liked him.
Speaker 14 (43:56):
You know, I haven't heard a call back yet, but
we'll see how this goes. Chris, So, one of the
last times we see you as Steve Rogers, it's at
the end of Avengers endgame. You go back in time
to return the Infinity Stones to their original location, but
it all happens off screen. So I want to see
a like a Disney Plus series or something that follows
you going back and putting the stones back, but also
(44:17):
exploring like how our identities change as we get older,
when our roles in the world kind of evolve. Something
like that. I call it Captain America, Man out of Time.
I have made a.
Speaker 11 (44:35):
Now listen, this is actually this is a legitimate pitch.
I thought this was going to be like a joke.
Speaker 4 (44:40):
This is like, I'll say, you're not the first person
to reference that. That would be an interesting story to
see him returning the stones. Look, I mean specifically even
as a as a Disney Plus show, I love that character.
Speaker 11 (44:57):
I'm incredibly precious with it.
Speaker 4 (45:00):
It It's all about the timing for me, isn't it.
Speaker 12 (45:03):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 4 (45:04):
Because we had such a good run we landed on
such a good note to jump back on prematurelyer without
being precious with you know, the character itself.
Speaker 11 (45:15):
It could just it could feel like a cash grab
or something, you know what I mean. You want to
make sure that there's.
Speaker 4 (45:22):
I don't know, I'm just yeah, an interview recently, I
feel like I have this little shiny thing that I'm
just so you know, I love it so much.
Speaker 11 (45:32):
It's so dear to me to continue.
Speaker 4 (45:34):
Telling stories as Steve Rogers, which I think there are
plenty more to tell that one Eastern your idea of
being one of them, and I'll make sure you get
a writing creditor.
Speaker 5 (45:42):
To do it.
Speaker 11 (45:44):
But it would just have to be the right time.
It would have to it would have to honor what
came before, it would have to honor what's happening now.
And so for me, it's almost just kind of like
it's like double dutch. You got to make sure you
jump in at the right time, otherwise you get tangled up.
Speaker 2 (46:01):
East you get out of the room. You kind of
made the sale. I think if you push any further,
he shut it down.
Speaker 11 (46:05):
Yeah, you just got a writing credit.
Speaker 2 (46:07):
Get out.
Speaker 14 (46:07):
I have I have one line to pitch you you
see you come back, you come back. I've written a
script for it. You come back, you say Hi. I'm
Captain Steve Rogers and my best friend in the world
is Easton.
Speaker 11 (46:19):
Allen gotline on the post.
Speaker 2 (46:24):
Yes, thank you, sir, Thank you east I want to know.
Chris Dodger unimpressed of that pitch as well. I mean,
not a bunch. Great to see a pal. Thanks for
coming on again. If you want to check out the
dog dream Box, it's from Jenks Chris Evans, take your care,
We'll see soon.
Speaker 1 (46:38):
By That is the cutest thing I have ever seen.
Speaker 2 (46:44):
I think Easton actually just had a successful pitch.
Speaker 1 (46:48):
Yeah, that was incredible.
Speaker 2 (46:50):
I mean, did you see Chris Evans is this His
face was like kind of he was like that being nice, nice,
be nice. I'm gonna listen, and then it changed, yeah,
like he's like this is got graviss Yeah, and then
Easton went too far though with that last line. I mean,
get out of the room. You made the sale air
(47:10):
on air with a Ryan Seacrest. Tonya, what's coming up
in just the second here in the Trending.
Speaker 5 (47:17):
Report, Who would you like to see perform at the
twenty twenty four Super Bowl halftime show.
Speaker 2 (47:22):
Are we already thinking about that? I just finished that.
Speaker 1 (47:24):
We are babies, So put your thinking cap on.
Speaker 2 (47:27):
Oh boys, oh boys. Uh. Great weather, sunshine, partly sunny.
Highs in the upper seventies, around ninety Inland. It is
getting hot. It's getting summertime here.
Speaker 4 (47:37):
You know.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
You can use that talkback feature on the iHeartRadio app.
There's a little red microphone if you follow Kiss FM.
Let me just grab one here. This is Diana, Hi,
Kiss Infantine.
Speaker 13 (47:47):
This is Diana from Rialto California. I've been listening to
you guys over twenty years. I'm so grateful for this
app because I moved out to Real too a year
ago and I don't know why, but we get a
lot of interference in the radio. So I am so
grateful for this app. It's just amazing. You guys help
me grade my assignments for my students. You guys help
(48:07):
me clean my house, relax.
Speaker 1 (48:10):
I love this app.
Speaker 2 (48:11):
Thank you well. Shout out to Rialto and thank you Diana.
I don't know if we can add too much of
the grading of the papers, but we're happy to be
there in the background. Appreciate you can use that talkback button,
keep them coming in love, playing those back on the
iHeart Radio app. All right, Tania, let's get to it.
Speaker 1 (48:28):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (48:28):
So when I read this story, I actually couldn't believe
that he hasn't done the super Bowl yet because he
is so iconic and I'm talking about Usher. So he
did an interview with Access Hollywood and he was asked
if he would be interested in performing at the super
Bowl halftime show, and he said, quote, I'd be a
fool to say no. So he did go on the
stage before once. He did OMG with Will I Am,
(48:51):
but it was obviously like a very quick little stint,
like in and out. You know, people are a little
divided on the idea of Usher. Some people think he's
his music is a little too slow, it's not going
to be as upbeat. But I also feel like people
were divided on Rihanna for the same reason. So I
put together some of his most famous songs and wanted
(49:12):
to hear what you guys would think.
Speaker 2 (49:14):
Okay, so we're evaluating.
Speaker 1 (49:16):
Yeah, like, could you see this on the super Bowl
halftime show?
Speaker 2 (49:19):
Okay? Hit it?
Speaker 6 (49:22):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (49:24):
Okay, what about this one?
Speaker 2 (49:28):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (49:28):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (49:29):
Okay, this one? Oh yeah, I could seem starting with
this right, like not starting but like.
Speaker 2 (49:38):
Maybe yeah, of course, maybe you can't start without that.
Speaker 1 (49:45):
What about the next what about the next one?
Speaker 4 (49:47):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (49:48):
Yes, yes, and yes, oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 (49:50):
Confession questions, what is this?
Speaker 4 (49:54):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (49:56):
I where is this?
Speaker 4 (49:58):
In?
Speaker 2 (49:58):
Like reality? Now you have my head?
Speaker 5 (50:00):
Well, in reality, nobody's been picked. We don't know anything.
But I just did a little research of some artists
that also have never done the Super Bowl halftime show.
Kelly Clarkson, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Drake, Mariah Carey, Adele.
Speaker 1 (50:18):
This is my favorite songs.
Speaker 2 (50:20):
Yeah too.
Speaker 3 (50:22):
Kelly Clarkson, by the way, just celebrated her birthday on Monday,
and she performed her entire new album at the Belasco
in downtown.
Speaker 1 (50:31):
I got to go watch her.
Speaker 3 (50:33):
They took away our phones, could not record anything because
I think she's gonna be doing like a documentary in it,
but she filmed the whole thing.
Speaker 1 (50:39):
It's gonna come out somewhere.
Speaker 3 (50:41):
He It was no, I know, but you know what,
it was so special that they did that because this,
you know, this album is so emotional because it was
like her divorce album, and she was talking to us
about it and she came out and she the first
song that she did was she was it's called can
we skip this part? And and it's all about like
her trying to skip this part of like the pain
(51:03):
of like her going through her divorce, and she like
couldn't even get past the first thirty seconds of the
song and she had to stop down and she was like,
I don't know why I tried, Like I started with
a such sad song and she was like, Okay, let's
pick it up again. But like she stopped and talked
to us like the entire time, and like it was
such an emotional, cool, raw.
Speaker 1 (51:22):
Concert to see Kelly Clarkson like that.
Speaker 2 (51:23):
And I just want to tell her you said that
I'm going on her show.
Speaker 3 (51:27):
She is incredible, Like I think now she's the most
down to earth artist and I have so much respect
for her as an artist, as a human being, as
like she is so real and incredible.
Speaker 1 (51:39):
So I just want to shout he out and say,
happy belated birthday.
Speaker 2 (51:41):
I love that you told me that. I'm going to
tell her what an impact it had on you. And
You've seen it all, Yeah, I really have. You've seen
it all.
Speaker 5 (51:48):
She's also just so humble, like remember she used to
call and she would talk. I had to do interviews
with the producers, which was like me at the time.
She would talk to me for like twenty minutes. She
gave me the same respect that she would give anybody else,
and that was really rare.
Speaker 2 (52:00):
It's always been like that.
Speaker 1 (52:02):
Yeah, she's really cool.
Speaker 2 (52:03):
Thank you for listening to us. Thank you for using
the talkback feature on the iHeartRadio app Inside Kiss if
your fuckus, if in that red microphone like Kim here, listen.
Speaker 9 (52:11):
Good morning, Ryan, Sisney, and Tanya. This is Kim from
North Carolina. Just wanted to let you know I've been
listening to you for six years every morning when I'm
working in the barn feeding my horses and my miniature donkeys,
and you all bright my morning every day. Thanks for
what you do.
Speaker 8 (52:32):
See ya.
Speaker 2 (52:33):
Okay, here's where I need to talk back button. Let
me talk back. Miniature donkeys right obviously begs the question
what do you feed them while you listen?
Speaker 7 (52:41):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (52:43):
Like miniature goldfish?
Speaker 1 (52:45):
Oh no, don't they eat?
Speaker 5 (52:47):
Hey?
Speaker 2 (52:47):
Oh you know what all the sudden extperts grass yeah, hey, grass, hey, Well,
thank you for using the talkback button. We appreciate you.
On the Farm Having Us is the soundtrack. Chavonn Is
on the phone, Chavon good morning, good morning.
Speaker 7 (53:10):
Oh my god, Ryan, huge fan of yours.
Speaker 2 (53:13):
Thank you very much. I will try not to ruin
this then, No, never.
Speaker 6 (53:19):
I've been following your career for like twenty years.
Speaker 2 (53:21):
Oh my gosh. Well then I feel like we should
know each other by now. So you heard us talking
about it?
Speaker 6 (53:27):
I know you. Yes, yes, I heard you guys talking
about Thailand, and I'm surprised that you haven't gone there.
I used to actually work for thy always years ago
when I was younger.
Speaker 2 (53:41):
Well, it's because I.
Speaker 6 (53:42):
Read there a lot.
Speaker 2 (53:43):
This came up because Cystney said that the White Lotus
third installment, this series that we've all been watching on
HBO Max, I think that they may shoot it or
it may take place in Thailand, which would add to
be beautiful visually, and you know, it's the kind of
series that would be great there. And then I started
looking up the act like the amazing things to see
in Thailand, and I realized that beyond the food, which
(54:06):
I'm obsessed with, there are so many beautiful places to
go and things to see and the beaches.
Speaker 6 (54:13):
It's beautiful it's I am obsessed with the food too.
I can eat Thai food every day. It's delicious, it's spicy.
But the beeches are gorgeous. You have to go to Puquet, okay.
Speaker 2 (54:28):
And that's on the water, in the opulent royal palaces,
the ancient ruins, in the ornate temples.
Speaker 6 (54:37):
Yes, and you have to go to the mountains, which
is chang Mai.
Speaker 11 (54:43):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (54:43):
How do you spell that? Oh?
Speaker 6 (54:47):
My god, how do I? Yes, chang Mai. It's just beautiful.
Speaker 2 (54:51):
A n G new word m Ai.
Speaker 6 (54:54):
Yeah, it's like chiang my exactly.
Speaker 7 (54:59):
And then.
Speaker 6 (55:01):
And Pataya it's just stunning. And Bangkok is actually great
for shopping.
Speaker 11 (55:07):
You know.
Speaker 6 (55:07):
The traffic is horrible, but the shopping is great and
the food is spanned.
Speaker 2 (55:11):
The street food looks amazing. Okay, So you know, long,
we just need a sponsor. You no longer work for
Taie Air No, no.
Speaker 6 (55:19):
No, I'm I'm a respiratory therapist. I'm in the medical
field now, I have been for the last eighteen years.
Speaker 2 (55:27):
Would any of the doctors like to sponsor our trip?
Speaker 6 (55:32):
No, they won't even sponsor me.
Speaker 2 (55:37):
All right, well, this is good, this has us a focus.
If we thank you for calling, Thank you for listening
for so long. If we ever do. I think we're
talking to Patty about doing this world tour of on
air train Seacrest. We're broadcast from Mexico City and gett
a Bangkok to the list. We can make our little
wish list and one year maybe we'll do some of it.
(55:57):
If we don't visualize it, we won't do it.
Speaker 1 (55:59):
You got a man best, right, I mean, Tony, do
you remember.
Speaker 5 (56:02):
Saying this since I started working here, which is almost
thirteen years ago?
Speaker 2 (56:07):
But don't you remember we almost did it because ciciny.
Where'd you go?
Speaker 1 (56:12):
I went on maternity leave?
Speaker 2 (56:13):
No, I don't somewhere. Where did you go?
Speaker 13 (56:16):
No?
Speaker 2 (56:16):
You went somewhere.
Speaker 1 (56:17):
Oh I went to Saint Wait where'd I go? My honeymooner?
Speaker 2 (56:19):
Singapore? Where'd you go?
Speaker 1 (56:20):
Singapore?
Speaker 4 (56:21):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (56:21):
Yeah, she was Singapore. I went to Singapore.
Speaker 2 (56:23):
Right, Well, she took on air and you guys to Singapore.
But we didn't go.
Speaker 1 (56:27):
No, I just had to call in and do two
minute calling.
Speaker 2 (56:30):
Remember, so we were all we were on the precipice.
We're almost there, right, but we didn't get to go ahead.
They took Sicyony audience.
Speaker 5 (56:39):
Remember, and then they wanted us to go to Dubai.
I feel like at some point yeah, and then then but.
Speaker 2 (56:42):
Then that fell through a lot of fun, Mark, what's
going on? A lot of international fall through? I'm all
for this. Sounds like so much fun, and you think
there's a benefit to people who listen.
Speaker 3 (56:52):
I feel like it hits Mark Esk and then he's like,
you can't split up the show, guys, we.
Speaker 1 (56:56):
All need to stay here.
Speaker 5 (56:58):
I'm just gonna say, statistically, my podcasts when we're away,
if Beck and I go anywhere together, like if we
do it from Pump Springs or Big anywhere, those episodes
always our highest numbers.
Speaker 2 (57:10):
That's all the data we need them. On air on
Air with Ryan Seacrest, let's it RUSS, guys, thank you
for listening. Great show, everybody, Thank you for being here
