Speaker 1 (00:00):
From Hollywood to you, thank you for listening to us.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Air on Air with a Ryan Seacrest.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
I wish I could just live video of Tanya during
that song of Tan.

Speaker 4 (00:15):
How about March?

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Is that the d TikTok dance? That's a TikTok Yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:24):
Yeah, like we should do that at festival too.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
Okay, let's just host the festival.

Speaker 4 (00:31):
We didn't like that Apple challenge, the shot challenge.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
I like your shot challenge because I really was four people,
two shots of water to tequila. You got to guess
who's got the tequila. But nobody made a grimace, nobody
made like a reaction to the tequila, and I was
like so intrigued to know who won.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
I would crush it at this game, Yeah, would you?

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Because I think I would be a tell like I'm
not a good poker player, and what if I have
a shot of tequila like.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
I do the Yeah, I mean, if you're in it
to win it, yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
You know, figure it out. I don't know, we should
try let's try it it, Yeah, Morning show, you know whatever.
TikTok Instagram, We'll meet you. He was on Instagram, all right,
So we got a Monday, September ninth. Great news, Pay
your bills is back. That's right. I don't like it

(01:20):
when it's not here. I like it when it comes back.
So we start paying your bills one thousand dollars every hour.
Make sure you get to kiss UVM dot com keyword
bills and tell me about that bill. We will start
doing that in just one minute. How was your weekend, Assistant, Well, it.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Was a long weekend. We actually kicked it off with
a Friday little visit to the bowling alley. When was
the last time bowling?

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Every time I do it, which is never?

Speaker 4 (01:46):
I love that you forget how fun bowling is. We
had a playdate set with another family that actually has
identical twins. They've been friends with the twins since they
were three years old in preschool. So anyways, when she
said played it great, I was like, dude, it is
so hot, and like even if we're in our backyards
or even doing like a slip and slide of the
kids or whatever, it's still like, let's be indoors. And

(02:06):
so we did the bowling alley and it was perfect.
It's all air conditioning, and they.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Became so much more cooler, like I'm not cooler, like
in temperature. But they're like hip, like the music, the
bars exactly.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
It was a lot of fun.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
I wanted to do that. That's so much fun. Do
you forget I always struggle to get the right ball.
I can't figure. I always I get the ball and
my fingers get stuck in the little purple shiny ball.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
Yeah, it's hard to find a light ball with the
thicker hand bricks.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
And your fingers get and you can get out. Like
I throw the ball, it stays on my fingers.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
You put your fingers in those holes. I just roll
it underneath me.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
No, that's not.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Old.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
Whatever works for me.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Why are you surprised I got the shoes. I put
on the shoes. I put my fingers in the holes.
Commit My great grandmother Zolinger was a professional bowler. I
might have you now so in my back. Yeah, great
grandmother Zollinger. The year she was that I was alive
with her. She was a bowler. She bowled to her
late eighties.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
That is so cool. In fourth grade, there was like
an opportunity to join like a bowling league, and I
joined it and it was a lot of fun.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
It's fun. I love that you did that. It's so
unexpected step.

Speaker 5 (03:18):
It was my first weekend with my fiance, just really
obsessed with his fantasy league. So this is just kind
of what the next seventeen weeks are going to look
like for me.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
She sounds so excited.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
It's so fun He literally just he gets so into it.
And not get into it too. If you joined a league,
I know.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
I think I would like it because I love this
kind of stuff, but it's just not. I just I've
tried and it's just not for me. But it's really
funny because on Sundays it's just like you're on your own.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Kid.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
When did you try to join a leg? He tried
to have a.

Speaker 5 (03:49):
Team, and like, no, there's so many rules and I
don't know how to join.

Speaker 4 (03:53):
When did you try to join a league?

Speaker 5 (03:55):
Robbie downloaded the like app on my phone to to
do it, and it's just too many rules. I don't
know who these people are. I don't know their injuries
or how they play together. Like I just don't know enough.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
But that's the whole point. And then you watch all
the football games with him, and then you're like into it.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
You sound again so excited.

Speaker 5 (04:16):
I wanna let him do his thing with his boys,
and I'm gonna, you know, do my workout class.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
You're missing out.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
That's a lot of fun on it. How is your
Monday gonna shape up? It is the first day of
the week. Are you feeling the vibe like? Do you
feel good? You feel like it's going to be a
good one. Let's start with the horse copes.

Speaker 5 (04:31):
Aries, Feelings can be hard to put into words, even on.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
The best of days. Yeah, thanks, Taurus. Lead with compassion today.

Speaker 5 (04:41):
Gemini, you will be hit with a wave of creativity
Cancer today, work hard and make healthy choices. Leo, you
will be the center of action and attention.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
Virgo, new steps will appear continuously before you. Libra, today
you will challenge your understanding Scorpio, avoid negative people all
time together today.

Speaker 5 (05:01):
Sagittarius, give yourself credit for saying no because it's a
power move.

Speaker 4 (05:05):
Capricorn, focus on the larger picture and the positive change.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
Aquarius, most mistakes are not crimes. Don't beat yourself up.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
And Pisc's new steps appear continuously. That's the same one
from above. That's the same one as Virgo.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
The stars speak. When they speak, they don't know. They
don't listen to the other stars. They just know what
they're feeling.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
All right, Well, the new steps will appear continuously before
you as well, Pisces.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Well that there's something in the universe going on between
those two stars signs there. Put your laptop down. What's wrong?
What are you fighting about with Mark the producer? Isn't
it like we're trying to have a good day here?

Speaker 4 (05:44):
Sorry?

Speaker 5 (05:45):
I was saying, there's no way I put the same
two horoscopes as as I did, and she.

Speaker 3 (05:50):
Did, she absolutely did. But we just were here, we
heard the horoscopes and you did put the two and
Sistney and I put the number.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
She I did not call her out that I did
not say that, Tony.

Speaker 3 (06:01):
First of it's not email, it's not Mark, it's not Tinny.
The stars don't they do this? Isn't this the universe speaking?

Speaker 6 (06:08):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (06:08):
You like sit there watching the feud making it up?
Do you?

Speaker 4 (06:12):
No? No, No, I don't.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Don't. Don't take me behind the curtain and ruin it
for me.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
No, it's actually not like it's actually not yeah, okay.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
Okay, anyway, the two star signs had the same whatever
like reading for the day. It's fine, guy, it's fine.
Be positive negative for it. These two were like comparing notes.

Speaker 4 (06:34):
That's the wrong email, showing off.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Their laptop screens. See no, look look, look look at mine,
Look at mine, Look at mine.

Speaker 4 (06:40):
Literally we're showing receipts. It's like we're a family, you know.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
Well, you know the person they should be most frustrated
and short tempered this morning is Systney. Weren't you up
all night?

Speaker 4 (06:50):
Oh my gosh, I have been up since three, and
that is like the worst time to wake up when
you usually don't wake up like we wake up like
a five is like my go to like four forty five,
five I'm out of bed. So three is like one
of those times where I'm not going back to bed.
So this is like ruined my night. Yes, and it happened.

(07:11):
So we're I'm laying there and my my little Diego,
I just like, can you know when you're in between dreams?
So I didn't know if it was reality or dream
or whatever, but it was a dog that was barking
and wouldn't stop barking, and it was distant so that
dog I could hear, and then all of a sudden
I hear my Diego, who was like almost full grown dalmatian,
start to bark as well, and so now I'm up

(07:34):
and then so we're trying to figure out what's going on.
Michael's already up and he was investigating the situation. It
was a dog that was either across the street or
down the street, but like sometimes you can't tell with
like the way the echoes are, Like it felt like
this dog was across the street, but who knows, it
could have been down the street.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
So he goes outside, and I'm like, he gets took
the three in the morning, goes outside.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
He goes outside like he's gonna hop a fence.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
And try to say this dog, this is my dog
a treat.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
I argue with Michael this stuff all the time, like
don't involve yourself, stay in the back in the house.
And sure enough, he goes outside. He sees three coyotes
and so then he comes back.

Speaker 3 (08:09):
It's dangerous for the dogs, so.

Speaker 4 (08:11):
Yes, and so he comes back inside. But I'm like, well,
is this dog indoors? But it sounded like that dog
was outside barking like boop, and it was just consistent.
And this went on for twenty minutes, and all of
a sudden, there was no more bark. I thought it
was my neighbor's dog. But then I saw Angela's dog
this morning, and I know that that dog's fine.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
I'm on coyote patrol all the time it's dark with
Georgia because I have a friend. I want to say,
who who lost her dogs to coyotes? Yeah, you know
who it is.

Speaker 4 (08:44):
It's a very common thing here in Los Angeles.

Speaker 3 (08:46):
Lost two dogs to coyotes while she was traveling and
someone was watching over her dog.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
It's just a horrible, horrible I'm still not healed. No,
I remember when happened to her. I remember too. I
didn't realize she was out of town.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
Yeah, she way, someone's watching her dogs.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
Yeah, And it was one of those things where and
I don't really remember this story, but like I think
the person that was watching just like you let the
dog outs all the time, like it's no big dealer,
go in the backyard it's dark.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
I do not when it gets dark. You got to
be with your dog and make sure you're watching this
so they can be.

Speaker 4 (09:18):
Dangerous and they don't care about humans, Like they just
looked at Michael and were not scared of it by
him at all.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
First of all, Michael, I'm never getting up and going
outside at three in the morning to deal with anything.
I agree with you, you don't raccoons, coyotes.

Speaker 4 (09:34):
And this man is like barefoot, goes out.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
There with no weapon, nothing, nothing, no bats, nothing, just
walks out there like Michael. And to him, ever is
gonna be with me? Sorry, sorry, I'm not going out
to battle anything at three in the morning. Sorry. We're
gonna lock the doors and we're gonna deal with it inside.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
But I'm also concerned that nobody else in our neighborhood
heard this dog.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
Yapping, so nobody else wanted to go outside three in
the morning and handle it. That's what it is. Michael
on a mission out there.

Speaker 4 (10:03):
So the whisking is we get back inside and it's
three six and we can't. He's like, you want a coffee,
and I'm like, yep, might as well, and so.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
We prolbum with that is you have your coffee so early,
then you're done with it at five. You have to
have so many coffee.

Speaker 4 (10:18):
I'm definitely feeling away today, but I'm getting through it.
And on a Monday, I know, and actually we drink
a lot yesterday the Charger games, so like it's not
feeling great.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
She bounced back fast.

Speaker 4 (10:29):
You got a high tolerate you know, not these days
so much.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
Really, it catches up.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
It catches up to you.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
All right, coming up here. If you drink smoothies, maybe
you're on your way to get one this morning. I
gotta tell you what I read. It's one ingredient they say,
don't add, don't add to it. A California gaster enterologist,
it's the longest word I've ever said. A gastro entrologist,
gastro interlogist.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
Gastro Yeah, A gastro expert, Yeah, that's a gas man.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
Do not include this ingredient in you're smoothie? Do you
want to try and guess?

Speaker 4 (11:07):
Okay, is it a like? Is it a fruit?

Speaker 3 (11:11):
Or is it something they put in to make it thick?
And it's a fruit?

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Oh a plum, so obvious, plumb mom. I don't know
what the banana? A banana banana is an all my
smoothies banana sandwich?

Speaker 3 (11:28):
Is it flavonols? Is that what they go? Flavor dolls
found in blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, et cetera support heart and
brain health and decrease inflammation and lower blood pressure. Adding
a banana, adding a banana to a berry smoothie shrinks
the flavonols by eighty four percent, so it like takes
away the goodness, reducing the antioxidant benefits of the fruit.

(11:50):
So if you get banana plus your fruits, you're canceling
out all the antioxidant benefits of the fruits.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
Could you do the banana with some other fruits, not
those blueberries? I still get benefits of.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
The gastrian just report, but that's shocking to me. A
band I wouldn't think of banana combats the good stuff
from the other fruits. I wouldn't think that, and.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
I didn't think any fruits. Kind of battled it out.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
Like that today's quote. So many things are possible, just
as long as you don't know they're impossible.

Speaker 4 (12:16):
Ooh, I love that.

Speaker 3 (12:17):
That mind frame right is FM headlines with siciny well.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
A number of local school districts have made today a
minimum day because of this heat. Torrents Unified announced it
last night, and LAUSD will also have a minimum day
for some of its schools in the San Fernando Valley.
A power outage at the Hollywood Bowl forced officials to
cancel last night's concert featuring Vance Joy Group, Love and
Tiny Habits. They are hoping to reschedule that show sometime soon.

(12:44):
Rapper Kendrick Lamar will headline the Super Bowl halftime show
in February, the artists announced yesterday on YouTube, and Apple
is expected to unveil the iPhone sixteen at an event
today starting at ten am. The phones are said to
be built for generative artificial intelligence.

Speaker 1 (13:01):
On air with Ryan Seacret.

Speaker 3 (13:05):
Today's National Wiener Schnitzel Day or Wiener Schnitzel Day. It's
also my buddy Michael buble is birthday today, So happy birthday,
Michael Bublaz. September ninth is the most common birthday of
the year.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Is it?

Speaker 4 (13:21):
Now? I can guess why?

Speaker 3 (13:24):
Okay why?

Speaker 4 (13:25):
So everyone gets gets at it over the holidays and
New Year's and the wines are flowing.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
I don't think that's it.

Speaker 4 (13:35):
No, I think that's it. December is a very much
month full of love. Everyone's in a very good, happy mood.
There's probably more action happening justin.

Speaker 3 (13:46):
Do you find that there's more action for you in
the winter time? Don't answer that anyway. Thanks for coming
on justin in Pasadena. So the kids you nanny for
are addicted to their tablets. I mean this is a
common issue for parents. I know that my sister struggles because,
you know, when Flora gets her tablet, there's peace, but
you don't want to rely on the tablets all the time.

(14:07):
So what's your issue as the nanny for the kids?

Speaker 6 (14:10):
Justin Yeah, so the kids that a nanny for, it's
just really hard to get them to interact or you know,
like pay attention to me. I'm studying to be a teacher,
so I'm doing nannying on the side to really like
get some experience with kids. But all they want to
do is just be on their tablet. They don't want
to talk to me, they don't they don't want to

(14:31):
talk to each other. It's just it's hard to pull
them away.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
And but this is so common. I mean, this just
need do you have to battle with this.

Speaker 4 (14:40):
We have a rule in our house where our kids
are not allowed to use their tablets one without permission.
But then too, it's kind of more of a treat
if we are traveling, so or if we're going to
go to you know, Grandma and Grandpa's house or something
like that, it's like they can just have it with
them at all times, or a restaurant sometimes.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
Want so it's a reward in a way.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
Yeah, Like we'll get through the meal at the rest
and then the last twenty minutes they can be on
their tablet, so Michael and I can kind of finish
eating it and doing whatever. But I could I could
see it being a problem if I let them be
on their tablets every single day at home, right, because
when you do rip it out of their hands, they
are not very happy.

Speaker 3 (15:16):
And justin, how are the parents with you on this issue?

Speaker 6 (15:20):
They don't really seem to support me that much. I mean,
the parents, they just kind of give the kids unlimited
time on the tablets, and it's just I don't understand.
It's just hard.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
But the thing is you're not the parent, and you're
hired to do what the parents kind of want you
to do in terms of the way they want a parent.
So I don't know that this is your lane, no.

Speaker 4 (15:40):
But you could try to switch it up if you
wanted to, in a very non bossy type of way, justin, like,
come the next time, you're going to watch them with
a really cool activity that they just might be interested
in doing with you.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
Yeah, like bring a yo yo, not a yo yo.

Speaker 4 (15:54):
It needs to be cooler than that ping pong.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
Yeah, like bring a ping pong take.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
Yeah exactly, I mean not a ping pong table, but
like something fun and interactive game that they.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
Can call him they can do or yeah, bring bring
badmintont a horseshoes.

Speaker 4 (16:06):
An arts and crafts project or something like that. Painting boring,
It's not boring. My kids Lovelt crafts.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
But just we're fine. Your kids can love it. I'm
just saying I wouldn't want to do arts and crafts.
I'd want to watch the tablet he interestrain the bear.
Justin it's your job, it's your role. You kind of
got to follow the direction of the parents. I get
what you're saying. But when you have kids, then you
can parent them the way you want to, right. I
mean that's just you're hired to do the job they
want you to do. So a little bit of a

(16:34):
dilemma here. This is on Reddit. I need your feedback.
There's a guy posted on Reddit that he was very
disappointed by the gift his girlfriend and gave him for
his birthday. So they're both like in their twenties, have
been dating for a little bit. Her surprise gift to him.
To him was a new set of lingerie for her

(16:55):
to wear.

Speaker 4 (16:57):
Interesting.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
So just think about that for a second. That's he
opens his gift and it's her stuff. Okay, So he
posted that it seemed like a lazy excuse for a gift.
He put this up, everybody got like so heated about it,
and she really just you know, bought something for herself
and giving him laingerie and for her birthday he spent

(17:19):
two of bucks to take her out for dinner. So
the argument ensued, is that a gift, Like if you
get that gift for your guy, is that a gift
for your guy or is it a gift for you.

Speaker 4 (17:32):
I've done this and it's always a bonus gift, so
it's not like the main, main gift, but you know
it's just a little added bonus. Tanya, I think this
is totally a gift. You're literally I'm not getting this.
I'm getting this for you, for me, for you, for you,
for me.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
I have to agree with whatever you said, Tanya, because
I also agree that like if you if you put
long jerain in a box and give it to me,
then I'm guessing that there's a fashion show like yeah,
a little dance.

Speaker 4 (18:11):
And all that, but just for us, for you, right
right right right?

Speaker 3 (18:16):
It also like is for me for us, for we,
for us because it keeps the relationship spicy.

Speaker 4 (18:21):
Yeah, something new for you for me, for us. I
think it's great, but we get so upset about it.
It's it's a gift, is a gift. So that was
what she chose. He wanted more And.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
Get over yourself, bro, like she's trying to be cute
for you. You should accept the gift plus these because he
took her out for dinner for her.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
And also could that be considered not really a true
gift right, like.

Speaker 3 (18:45):
We all got to eat exactly. So I think I'm
with her on this.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
I'm totally amazing.

Speaker 3 (18:52):
It's amazing, like what little things. The internet goes nuts,
like you just keep reading about people get so feisty.

Speaker 4 (18:57):
Everybody has a strong opinion and they would like to
share their opinions. Yeah with no filter.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
Yeah one of two point seven kiss FM. I know
you've been waiting for this, and you probably on a schedule,
so I want to get to the Ryan's roses. Laura
is on the line, sisny time you listen to this,
So Laura writes us and says she was going through
her husband's phone and found he'd recently deleted ten text
messages from his ex wife, the mother of his daughter. Okay,

(19:25):
so you see these deleted messages and did you ask
him about them?

Speaker 4 (19:29):
Well?

Speaker 7 (19:30):
Yeah, yeah, so I So I've always I want to
preface this with like the fact that I've always felt
like my husband has been like too close to his
ex wife, and I've always hated that he left her
well like strictly because she cheated, so like if he
if she didn't cheat, like they'd still be together, you know. So,
like there's ten deleted messages, but you can't see what

(19:50):
they say unless like you restore them, and if you
restore them, they go back in the order that they
were sent. So it's it's super hard to figure out
anyway it was. It was at the top of like
his deleted messages, which means like it had to have
been done recently, right, So but then when I asked
him about it, he was like, Oh, it's something financially
related like to the divorce, and he didn't want it

(20:13):
on his phone, which is is a total lie because
like he can't be more specific than something financial, so like.

Speaker 8 (20:18):
That to me just says like it's a lie.

Speaker 7 (20:20):
And then he totally changed his story and said it
was a surprise for her birthday party, which he didn't
want her seeing it by accident is what he said,
which again is a straight up lie because like his
daughter is six, like she never goes through his phone,
and like her birthday's not even until January. So he
wasn't more specific than those two answers. So I'm super

(20:43):
worried that something's going on between him and his ex wife.

Speaker 3 (20:48):
I get it. I mean it seems like all the
signs are pointing in that direction.

Speaker 7 (20:53):
Yeah, yeah, And I want.

Speaker 4 (20:56):
How does she act around you and him?

Speaker 7 (21:00):
She's friendly, but like there's always I just some of
my guests telling me that something's off, like and he's
been he's been acting super weird, like he's never home anymore,
Like his location has always turned off, like he's being
super distant.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
I get it. I mean, Laura is on the air,
she's with us now. She's fired up because she found
these deleted text messages from her husband's ex wife, and
she asked him about it. He was clearly lying to her,
So you think, so I just want to for people
who just got here. You think he's back with his

(21:36):
ex wife having an affair.

Speaker 8 (21:38):
Yeah, he's been way too close to her.

Speaker 3 (21:41):
But you sound certain like it's rare that we hear
somebody with such certainty in their voice. So, Laura, we're
gonna call him now. Okay, I need you to say, Ryan,
you have my permission to call, and then his name.
Go ahead.

Speaker 7 (21:54):
Okay, Ryan, you have my permission to call.

Speaker 3 (21:59):
All right, we're going to do a right now. Let's
see we can find out stand by here we go,
good luck.

Speaker 6 (22:14):
Hello?

Speaker 4 (22:15):
Hi, is this Fernando.

Speaker 9 (22:17):
This is Fernando.

Speaker 3 (22:18):
Hi.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
My name is Noreen.

Speaker 4 (22:19):
I'm calling from Sweet Blooms. How you doing this morning?

Speaker 3 (22:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (22:23):
I'm fine. What's this about?

Speaker 4 (22:25):
Well, this is about an offer that we do about
once a month. It's a free promotion a three dozen
red roses that you can send to anybody that you'd like.
They're absolutely free.

Speaker 9 (22:34):
I'm okay, I don't want this.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
Are you sure there's.

Speaker 4 (22:37):
Nobody that you'd want to send free flowers to? I
don't need cash from you. I don't need any sort
of credit card info or anything like that.

Speaker 9 (22:44):
This makes me really uncomfortable.

Speaker 4 (22:46):
Goodbye, okay, well hang on one second. Don't hang up, Fernando.

Speaker 3 (22:51):
Fernando, your voice is being broadcast on the radio. I
need you to stay on the line. You do not
need to hang up right now. We have your wife,
Laura on the line. Need to know right now, Fernando,
what's going on with you and your ex wife? What
are you hiding?

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Ten?

Speaker 3 (23:09):
You deleted ten text messages from your ex wife? What
are you hiding from your wife?

Speaker 9 (23:14):
Fernando?

Speaker 4 (23:14):
I need to know?

Speaker 8 (23:15):
Are you Are you cheating on me with Don?

Speaker 9 (23:18):
I'm not I'm not cheating on you with Don. I'm
just I'm spending we're spending time as a family.

Speaker 7 (23:24):
What so wait, is that why you're hiding stuff on
your phone? See you can't even answer me. So is
something going on?

Speaker 9 (23:32):
Just say yes or no? No, No, We're not freeping
again or anything. We're just spending time together as a family.

Speaker 4 (23:40):
Do you have feelings again for your ex wife?

Speaker 9 (23:43):
Not like feelings, feelings.

Speaker 6 (23:45):
I like being with her.

Speaker 9 (23:47):
I'm raising our child together.

Speaker 7 (23:49):
So is that why you've been like you've turned your
location off and like you've.

Speaker 8 (23:53):
Been homeless, and like what this doesn't.

Speaker 7 (23:55):
It's not adding up, Like something's not right here, and
I feel really certain of my got that something's not right.

Speaker 9 (24:02):
I mean, I'm being totally honest with You're the one
who got a fake flower shop to call me through
Ryan Seacrest to have some games.

Speaker 3 (24:10):
On the radio. First of all, Fernando, No, no, and
and and we're here. And by the way, Fernando, there's
a lot on our plate today.

Speaker 8 (24:20):
So just justin, Fernando, clear honest, just be honest with me, Like,
I really don't feel like like you're telling.

Speaker 3 (24:29):
You what are you doing?

Speaker 6 (24:31):
Oh my god, I am.

Speaker 9 (24:33):
I am telling you the truth. This is why I
have such difficulty communicating with yours. If I tell her anything,
she just goes crazy to pieces like I want to
spend time with my daughter, separate from her, she goes crazy.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
Well, I don't think you're listening to her. So you're
telling us that you're you're the text messages have nothing
to do with you being back with your ex wife.
Listen to your current wife, Fernando. She knows you, she
doesn't trust you, she doesn't believe you. Are you cheating
on your wife?

Speaker 9 (25:06):
No, I'm just spending time with my ex wife.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
But okay, but what kind of time are you spending
with her.

Speaker 9 (25:13):
Right you know, you know no, I would call it
emotional time. I don't think it's cheating because we used
to be together and maybe it's cheating.

Speaker 3 (25:22):
Do you get that's emotional time? Oh my god, this
is exactly why we do Ryan's roses. Don't tell me
that something's not going on when you just told all
of us there's something emotional. I get that you were
with her, but you're married again. You can't emotionally give
yourself and it sounds like in a romantic way to

(25:43):
your ex wife and hide it from your current wife.
Do you get that?

Speaker 8 (25:48):
Like in the Fernando, the fact that you say that
you're spending time with your family, like I'm part of
your family, so why would you not include me in
that family? Like that hurts my feeling so much.

Speaker 6 (26:01):
She's right, you're doing this.

Speaker 8 (26:03):
To me like I just don't understand, and you call
me crazy on top of the Yeah, what the heck?

Speaker 3 (26:12):
I don't believe. I don't believe everything you're saying. Fernando, Laura,
thank you very much for calling I. I don't know you, Laura,
but I would go with your intuition on this. I
think Fernando's not giving you the full scope of the
true on Air.

Speaker 1 (26:32):
With Ryan Seas on Air with Ryan Sea.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
All right, let's go back to Ryan's roses. So you
know she's married and he is spending time with his
ex wife. He is a child with her, but he's
deleting texts between he and his ex wife. And then
he said something very telling, so we offered the roses.
He was so scared at it, he didn't want to
get into it at all. So something was going on there.

(27:04):
But he did say to us because we said, why
you if you're going to see your ex wife and
you're texting your ex wife, why are you deleting the
messages and hiding it from your current wife? Like why
if you're on the up and up and you're being honest,
she can know. Fine, we got it. You got a
child with your ex Wife's okay, you can communicate, right,

(27:27):
you didn't go see them.

Speaker 4 (27:28):
But it's the insecurity that his current wife has been carrying,
probably ever since they got together, because she mentioned that
his ex wife cheated on him, So it's almost like
he never got the closure or it wasn't his decision
to end the.

Speaker 3 (27:41):
Relationship, and she's she's hearing. I mean she was for me,
his current wife. She had great intuition, she's very certain
about what she felt, and she knows him well. But
he said he's having an emotional connection, which is with
his ex wife, and he's hiding it. Yeah, so those

(28:02):
two things, I think she's on the right track. We
do it every single Monday, every single Thursday right here
at Kisseptam. Let me grab Jordan. Jordan, good morning morning.
So you heard this Ryan's roses. He's definitely happening well.
He's keeping things from his current wife and he's having

(28:23):
an emotional connection with his ex wife. What's your take
on it?

Speaker 1 (28:28):
It was so messy.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
He was obviously like clinging to this idea of family,
like he kept talking about he was spending time with
his family.

Speaker 10 (28:37):
He was spending time with.

Speaker 2 (28:38):
His family, but like that's not his family anymore, you know.
So he was just I don't think he understands what
this new family is, and he's having a hard time
like putting these two separate things in two separate boxes,
because that's what they are. They're two separate things. And

(29:00):
he's not acknowledging his new family with his new wife,
and that's really hurtful, just.

Speaker 3 (29:06):
The behind the back, just the secretiveness of all of it.
It's heartbreaking.

Speaker 4 (29:13):
Right he should be working on the relationship with his
current wife and their daughter and her becoming a stepmom
to her and building new memories as that family for sure.

Speaker 3 (29:22):
So I'm over it. I'm Fernando is not telling us
the truth. Fernando's hiding something, and Fernando needs to just
be honest with his wife and stop hiding whatever emotional
connection he's having with his ex wife. Jordan, thanks for calling.
We appreciate it. Thank you for listening to us every
single Monday, when seven, Thursday when seven?

Speaker 4 (29:41):
For what Ryan's roses?

Speaker 3 (29:44):
That's it?

Speaker 1 (29:45):
Thank you?

Speaker 3 (29:46):
SICINYK, Sissy's in a sweatshirt after that hot record heat yesterday.
I can't get over it. What are two point seven
kiss FM? How you? I know it's a Charger sweatshirt,
but to be wearing a sweatshirt after that record breaking
heat over the weekend.

Speaker 4 (29:59):
It it is fifty eight degrees in the studio, Allan
K would sweatshirt in here?

Speaker 10 (30:04):
Oh well, Ryan, you stand corrected, because I'm wearing a
sweatshirt right now.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
Thank you, Lanka from our sister station, Coast, how are you?

Speaker 1 (30:14):
Hey, We're great, how are you?

Speaker 10 (30:16):
Thank you so much for the hookup. We're alive on
Kiss FM and coasts on three point five.

Speaker 3 (30:22):
You say those call letters both so.

Speaker 10 (30:23):
Well one or two point seven? Kiss at them, kisses
in my veins and coast is in my heart?

Speaker 4 (30:33):
Such a good one liner.

Speaker 10 (30:35):
Count down to your era, Ryan, how are you feeling well?

Speaker 3 (30:39):
Thank you for letting me check in with you because
you have been such a part of all of my
eras over you know the time that we knew each
other before we worked together, and Listney, you know she
was here during the midday show as we worked on
the morning show, and now to this day we remain
good friends. And I'm just excited, honestly. You know, this
is Wheel of Fortune tonight. You know, it's been a
show that's meant a lot to me as it has
a lot of people around the country and it's something

(31:00):
that we just love to watch for fun. There's nothing serious,
there's no news in it. It's really just an escape
from reality. Tonight at seven thirty on ABC.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Seven Love It.

Speaker 10 (31:10):
And I was just reading this report that Wheel of
Fortune actually makes your brain grow and it's not just
the learning. It's the just the stimulation.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
Yeah, exactly, So we all need I need a little
brain growth. So I will, oh see if every night
of hosting it pays off in.

Speaker 4 (31:25):
Any way for well, let's see if you become a
better speller because of it, because when you text message,
it's typo after typo.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
Oh oh man.

Speaker 10 (31:36):
And you know in the movie Beatle Juice, I just
thought yesterday they were twice.

Speaker 3 (31:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (31:41):
How it's amazing, right, it's so it's You're everywhere, it's everywhere.
We're so excited for you. I was wondering, do you
get to pick any of the puzzles because I have
one for you. This would be super fun.

Speaker 3 (31:52):
Okay, well, I can certainly go behind the puzzle board
and pitch it to the producers.

Speaker 10 (31:56):
Go Aheaday, I like this one. Feared Tuna with Crispy Rice.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
The category my favorite dish at the sushi restaurant Ellen
and I used to go to all the time. I
love it.

Speaker 4 (32:08):
Oh, that's so good.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
How's everything with you?

Speaker 10 (32:10):
Oh it's great. Everyone's great. Calvin graduating, he's a man.

Speaker 3 (32:15):
You did it, man, you did it. You did it.
He's in the universe as a man.

Speaker 10 (32:21):
And you know, Tanya's getting married, Sistany's having babies and
they're going and it's all so good. And Ryan, I
know that collectively, I can say this for Kiss FM
and for Coasting, for both of our shows. We're so
proud of you.

Speaker 3 (32:33):
Thank you, thank you. You mean the world to me
and I appreciate you having us on this morning. Keep
up the incredible success over there.

Speaker 1 (32:40):
And you too. We love you.

Speaker 10 (32:41):
I love you, Chanya, I love you, Sis love you, Okay, the.

Speaker 4 (32:46):
One and only.

Speaker 3 (32:48):
I mean, just her voice, it calms you, suits you.
I love I meant to tell you that.

Speaker 5 (32:53):
In Beetlejuice they mentioned they're watching Wheel of Fortune.

Speaker 3 (32:57):
But I'm not hosting it.

Speaker 4 (32:58):
No, I don't know that.

Speaker 3 (32:59):
You don't.

Speaker 4 (33:00):
You can't really get pretty quick and.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
It's pretty there, it's there, it's there for a second.

Speaker 4 (33:06):
Then kiss that's them. Thank you, Ginger. The heat continues
again today, so rito's a high of ninety nine Santa Monica. Wow,
you know it's gonna be hot one year in the
low nineties along the coast, and right now it's eighty
four in Hollywood.

Speaker 1 (34:12):

Speaker 3 (35:56):
I don't wanna be your.

Speaker 1 (36:00):
Miscave.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
Because of the heat. I'm not an ice coffee person.
I know s listening you like the ice coffee, yes,
but I could not have hot. I could not have
a hot beverage. You couldn't do it.

Speaker 2 (36:49):
Yep.

Speaker 8 (36:49):
No.

Speaker 3 (36:50):
Even Georgia, my dog, when I wanted to take her
outside for a number one and number two, rolled her
eyes and said, I'm not it's just too hot. I'm
not going out there. I get it. Dashboard temperature one
hundred and fifteen degrees.

Speaker 4 (37:04):
Yeah, we're almost out of it though, that's the good news.
Midweek normal tempts.

Speaker 3 (37:10):
I remember when I was a kid, these temperatures were
like absurd, like you, it didn't get this hot. No,
it's hot.

Speaker 4 (37:19):
Yeah, it was so hot yesterday at the Charger game.
I don't think I've ever experienced a game at so far.
That and that much heat.

Speaker 3 (37:25):
And because of the iHeart Studio air con, you can
wear a Charger sweatshirt this morning that it's cool in
here exactly. You literally have a sweatshirt on, which seems
so strange for outside.

Speaker 4 (37:35):
It does, but it's freezing in the studio all right.

Speaker 3 (37:37):
Well, speaking of the Chargers, speaking of football, some big
news over the weekend. The Super Bowl performance has been
announced by one of LA's.

Speaker 4 (37:44):
Own, Kendrick Lamar.

Speaker 3 (37:48):
Congratulations Kendrick Lamar.

Speaker 4 (37:50):
Yeah, so everyone saw yesterday morning that video pop up
on YouTube of Kendrick shooting footballs out of a passing
machine and he had this to say.

Speaker 6 (37:58):
What to do?

Speaker 3 (37:59):
And everybody I named Kendrick Lamar now be performing at
Super Bowl fifty nine.

Speaker 4 (38:05):
Will you be pulling up?

Speaker 3 (38:07):
I hope, So I gotta start saying that, will you
be pulling out? I'm gonna pull up this morning.

Speaker 4 (38:12):
Hey guys, gonna pull up. That's a good one.

Speaker 3 (38:15):
I you know this his voice, it's like it's so recognizable, yeah,
because of his music, but just when he says it
right there, I can hear his tracks in my head.

Speaker 9 (38:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (38:24):
It's gonna be super exciting to see him do that.
And February ninth New Orleans Compton Zone. Kendrick Lamar.

Speaker 3 (38:31):
He performed at the UH with Dray and Snoop at
the LA Super Bowl in twenty twenty two, but now
he's headlining the halftime show next. So there's also a
new rule. Do we understand this new rule in the NFL?
I'm trying to the landing zone.

Speaker 4 (38:44):
Yeah, And if you're watching, maybe you're a little confused
over the weekend seeing what this landing zone is. But
how it works is what I'm gaining or trying to
gather the information is that any kick landing in that
zone must be returned, and if the ball is kicked
short of the landing zone or out of bounds, then
it's put back.

Speaker 3 (39:04):
It's put on the forty yard line. Okay, but the
landing zone is the team's goal line to the twenty
yard line. That's the compartment they're talking about.

Speaker 4 (39:11):
Yeah, this is like essentially they're just alterining the kickoff
rule for this season, and it's already started. It started
on Thursday with Thursday Night's game. The problem is is like,
because there was when kickoff would happened, and you have
all this whole team running at one person and there's
just so many injuries that happened because they're.

Speaker 3 (39:28):
Trying to have every single time one of those you know,
kicking receivers is grabbing the ball, focus on the ball,
and you see a b line right of someone coming
to tackle them. It makes it freaks me out.

Speaker 4 (39:39):
It is kind of crazy. And then you're just maybe
waiting waiting for them to do the wave.

Speaker 3 (39:42):
Right, but you have the kurts to not flinch as
the receiver of that kickoff. It takes incredible courts. Did
you hear or see Tom Brady covering his first game
after that big deal he made me?

Speaker 4 (39:52):
No, I missed it.

Speaker 3 (39:53):
Yeah, Tom Brady, I missed it too, but he did.
I saw pictures of him on the side I saw,
I saw the news of it. I didn't actually hear
him call the game, but apparently did a pretty good job.

Speaker 4 (40:04):
That was all about my Chargers yesterday beating the Raiders,
which is a big one for us relations to the Chargers.

Speaker 3 (40:09):
Thank you, all right. So we've got sunning, very hot again,
highs in the upper nineties, one to ten Inland, one
hundred in Malibu today on this Monday. But relief is
coming soon.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
You know.

Speaker 3 (40:20):
I've been spending a lot of time with Vana White. Yeah,
and she said to me, you go to Vegas, right, said, yeah,
I'm going to Vegas in just a few days for
the Iheartrady Music Festival. She said, what you should do
is go up, because said the Wheel of Fortune, slot machines, everything, Yes,
she said, and she's on them, like her voice, her
pictures on them. She said, I should go up and
just sit next to somebody and play the slots and

(40:41):
how's it going, How's how's it going? I guess she
did that one time she was there, and she's obviously
on Wheel of Fortune, been on for a long time.
She's on the slot machines, and she tapped somebody on
the back and go, are you having any good luck?

Speaker 4 (40:52):
Os? I love that slot machine. That's probably one of
my favorite. That's the only one I play.

Speaker 3 (40:58):
It's a very popular one. I mean I've seen it.
I've seen it for years. All right, let's get to
Selena Gomez news in the Trending report, Tanya.

Speaker 4 (41:06):
So, according to.

Speaker 5 (41:07):
The Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Selena Gomez is worth a whopping
one point three billion.

Speaker 4 (41:16):
Yes, so obviously she does a lot of things.

Speaker 5 (41:18):
She's a singer, and actress, but her Rare Beauty brand
is allegedly where eighty percent of her money is involved in.
And she's officially become one of the youngest self made
billionaires in the United States.

Speaker 4 (41:30):
And here are the reasons why it's so.

Speaker 3 (41:32):
So cool to see, you know, she had such a
powerfully economic makeup brand. I mean, that's a that's a
big number you're talking about.

Speaker 5 (41:39):
It's huge, it's huge, And I mean I've been I
obviously I know Selena, So I remember when this concept
yet no not counting it, but when the concept was
coming to life for Rare Beauty, and it's just amazing
to see what it's done. But so, if you watch
her cooking show, she donates money to a different charity
with each episode. So her cooking show has donated over

(41:59):
five hundred thousand dollars to different organizations. She has a
nonprofit focused on mental health care, which she donates a
portion of all of her Rare Beauty proceeds to. And so,
and the biggest takeaway from this is that Selena really
came from nothing, no nepo baby like, she didn't was
not handed any of this, and she had a very
modest upbringing. So to me, this just shows you no

(42:20):
matter what you're born into, you can always change the
ending of your story. And also, I feel like she
gives back so much. And I think a lot of
times when people make money, you think you need to
save safe, save, but you can also give back. It
doesn't have to you know, it's not a one way street.
And I just I love everything about this story, Like
it just makes me so happy.

Speaker 3 (42:39):
Well, you know her, well, you know, to be a
good person. She's a hard worker. But it is a
great self made success story exactly. And it seems like
she's in the best phase of her life with Benny
Blanco too. Yeah, you know. I mean they're not shy
about posting the pictures of them just casually hanging out.
