Because I wasn't here.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
I don't have Oh why not? No?

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Your is that?
Speaker 3 (01:40):

Speaker 1 (02:28):
It was just a weird day. Yeah, it's fun for
my food.
Speaker 3 (02:32):
Look listen, I need in the morning. Families tease each
other and that's what we do.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
It's fun. Anyway. Why was the big head of Mark
calling you?
Speaker 1 (02:39):
Because it was five sixteen or five twenty and I'm
usually here at five, and so he was just kind
of pokey. First he had texts which I did not
reply to, obviously, because you were sleeping, because I was sleeping.
And turns out I just turned off both my alarms.
I did not snooze, I just turned them both off
when they went on.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
This is the point in the show where I thank
you forgetting it up in here that early, because I,
over the years have not gotten here at the same time.
I am a last minute Charlie arrival to this thing.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
And that's fine. I just have other things that I
do in the morning, so like, if I don't get
here early, then then I can't get that stuff done
before we start the show.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
And so I get it.
Speaker 3 (03:16):
I mean how I got anyway, Guys, that's why we
love each other. Here, we are here, we are getting
it done. It's Tuesday, the worst day of the Week June.
Feel it does right, it's already started. It's already started.
Like it too, Oh, it's already started like a Tuesday. Yes,
it's worn ordinary one of two point seven kidcept m
oh yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
You like it too.
Speaker 6 (03:38):
Yeah, I just because it's like this trend on social
media that that song and the videos are just so
sweet that I think about them every time I hear
the song.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
And what's the trend of videos.
Speaker 6 (03:50):
It's like, it's just like sweet videos of you and
your partner, like tell tell your younger self not to
settle because this is the love they're waiting for.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
I'm going to do that later today. Watch those.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
Yeah, it's really sweet.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
I like sweetness. What was I going to tell you?
Speaker 3 (04:10):
We have these Disneyland tickets a lot all day again
on Kiss A four pack. One of the most popular
things that we do give away, in addition to paint
your bills obviously the Disneyland tickets. So it's four pack,
one day, one park, seventieth celebration of the Disneyland resort.
(04:31):
All right, and those and those and thoseis and lose
shall we highs and lows? The last twenty hours go
around the breakfast table anything good? Any highs or lows?
Speaker 1 (04:42):
Assistanty, I got my favorite parking spot this morning. Even
I don't know what it is about this one, but
it's never available, and it was available, and it's like
there's nobody on one side, and so it just feels
like I have a lot more.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
Space if it's a getting here early to reverse my
car in. Alrighty, okay, you can get out fast. You
flip it around.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
I like that, but I always reverse it in. I
hate it.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
Why.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
It's just so annoying.
Speaker 3 (05:11):
Nobody looks so good, like like you could judge a
person by that. You know that person, she judges me.
I think it's like I see people, I like them.
I agree, I agree A tiny highs your lows, just
pick one.
Speaker 6 (05:27):
I'm gonna pick them my low because I forgot my
food at home.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
Oh that's a big bummer. Yeah, it's a big bummer.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
What did you What did you forget?
Speaker 1 (05:38):
I scrambled myself eggs and I left them. Is a
wind high?
Speaker 3 (05:43):
Yeah, exactly. We don't need that in digestion. How do
you scramble them and leave them? If you just scramble them?
Speaker 6 (05:48):
Because I put them in my little to go thing
and I just like left it there because I grabbed
my coffee and my water and I was out the door,
and I was so upset.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
Her breaking that seal open of that container, and she'd.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
Be like scramble as her heart boiled.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
I'm off cold like her hard boiled egg smell inside
the container are fivefold George's gas, my dog.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
It's crazy how potent it smells.
Speaker 6 (06:15):
First of all, you don't have to worry about that
all summer because I'm off cold food.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
So no more hard boiled egs for me.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
You're off cold that, yeah, exactly. And I ain't lettuce,
no just warm stuff.
Speaker 3 (06:27):
Why why in the summer it seems like the time
to eat cold food.
Speaker 6 (06:31):
Because I run my body temperature runs cold. And I like,
somebody told me this, and I'm like, no, it was
a hostess.
Speaker 7 (06:40):
At a restaurant and she told you, no, Tanya, So
where did she go to medical school?
Speaker 1 (06:47):
I have no idea.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
I do believe when people say things, though I do
believe them for a minute. Cat gpt that, but I
doubt it. And also for me, cold foods in the summer,
like like yogurt and popsicles and cor smoothies summertime.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
What about water room temp. I'm I feel for your insides.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
One of the high of my days just this conversation
quitch coldh because the PF Chang's postess told you to
quick cold.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
Overheard in LA. Now, I don't have to wear puffers
in here anymore like I might. Inside. Temperature is just
gonna be nice and warm. And I don't know what
to say. I'm actually speechless.
Speaker 3 (07:40):
I don't want to contribute to the segment because that
was so good. I don't really have a big high
news story. I love with another guy in a show.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
You told us that yesterday.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
I know it's a different guy who.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
One of the guys in the I have to have
subtitles for this show because I can't understand and always
the mom land.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Uh Tom Hardy?
Speaker 1 (08:03):
Is it Land?
Speaker 2 (08:04):
This Tom Hardy? This guy? Have you seen this guy?
Speaker 1 (08:07):
No? I mean, yes, I have, but I haven't seen
the show.
Speaker 2 (08:10):
Who Tom Hardy is the actor?
Speaker 8 (08:13):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (08:14):
He's famous, right, yes? Man, crush on this guy. Man,
there's a lot of dudes out there on shows now,
total yes, yes, I want to I want to emulate
and be I don't get a lot.
Speaker 1 (08:29):
Of women crushes when I watch shows.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
Well, there's no women on this show. Well that's not true.
Helen Mirren's on it.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
There has to be no.
Speaker 3 (08:36):
There are some, but there's a lot more, a lot
more dudes. But it is sort of a British welch
English and they're like bro Nico and I don't understand,
so I have to read it.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
What does John Hamm do for you when you watch
the Friends and Neighbors show.
Speaker 7 (08:52):
I I don't have like a thing for him. I
like him interesting, I don't have anything like this Tom
Hardy guy. I'm like, gosh, what if I were a man?
You know, I know, you mean, like a god?
Speaker 2 (09:08):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (09:08):
Like yeah, Like.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
People look at me like that's it?
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Like can you fix my car? And you're like, yes,
I can.
Speaker 3 (09:16):
Things like that. He kills people. So it's a little different,
but yes, just check it out. It's a it's it's
a TV series.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
I don't know that it's for me. It's definitely not
for me.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
Miss it out.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
It is Writan Seacrest and Sisany and Tanya. So I
know that Tanya's quit cold foods. Yeah for summer, which
I absolutely need to examine them.
Speaker 1 (09:41):
It's not just for summer. I'm just trying it out
now might be year round.
Speaker 3 (09:45):
Hey a Mikayla Ruby, could you chat GPT.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
No, there is a thing where you're supposed to eat
warm foods. It's good for your.
Speaker 2 (09:54):
Ruby just in general.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
And you're not supposed to drink cold water. It's not
good for digestion.
Speaker 8 (09:59):
It's actually first thing in the morning, Thank you, Ruby.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
No salads.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
What about sushi? You can't have it. It's just not
the best for you if you're always eating quest a
lunch later and I wanted to go have sushi.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
You're going to a wood burning oven place.
Speaker 4 (10:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
No, we're going to get some rotisserie chicken or something. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
Anyway, good morning, Thanks for putting up with us.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
Yeah, we have to this. I don't know what has
happened here?
Speaker 1 (10:35):
What happened?
Speaker 2 (10:36):
You literally want to be Noah.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
That took me a second.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Noah. She wants us to call her Noah.
Speaker 1 (10:44):
Oh a girl. Noah is actually a really cute.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Name because she's got Noah's Arc at her house. She's
got one of everything you want another one of these things?
Speaker 2 (10:53):
Another dog?
Speaker 1 (10:54):
Okay, this I feel like when it comes to all
of our dogs. If three, yes, I have three dogs
right now? Two of which are senior, not that I'm
like writing them off, but we have three dogs and
then our newest dog, which is Dalmatian. He's about a
year old. His name's Diego. So we adopted him from
(11:15):
Dogs Without Borders, which is like an agency here in LA.
And the reason they got Diego was because his parents
were not quite adults when they got when they had
the puppies, and so they couldn't They basically donated all
these domination puppies to the organization because they the breeder
what they couldn't like sell them. Essentially, one of Diego's
(11:38):
sisters was adopted by a family that no longer can
take care of her. So the agency reached out to
me and said take her. Would you want to adopt
her or help us find a home? Spread the word this.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
That way, spread the word I have.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Yes, I am spreading the word. But the conversation buzz
hat at home about should we have another, Sir Michael, surprisingly,
I thought for sure was going to say no, and
then he was the one considering it more and I was,
I'm like, you're the one that complains the most when
we have to walk Diggo three times a day, and
(12:17):
like because they have so much energy, like I don't.
I couldn't do it.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
I actually, look, I love the notion of it.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
But pretty soon, Tanya, you're gonna hear Cistiny doing commercials
for the sprinter or whatever that thing is. I drive
a sprinter, why because.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
I have ARC really does a lot of I.
Speaker 3 (12:41):
Look, I mean I could barely manage a plant and
a dog and a relationship two out of three I
have right now.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
But I think which two is that?
Speaker 3 (12:54):
I think it's a lot. It's a lot, a lot,
bigger traveling. I mean, I don't know, it's a lot.
I think we should we should put the word out
so if anybody wants to help, yes, provide a home
for this beautiful dalmatian.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
She's about a year old and she needs a home.
And you can look up dogs without borders. They have
an Instagram, website, all the things. But it's his sister,
I know, be friends with the I wanted one of
somebody in my family, like Michael's mom, to adopt us
and then we can like, oh yeah, she said, play dates.
She has three dogs too. What about sister in law?
(13:30):
I know, trust me, the word has been spread.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
A kind of family I got buddies.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
Okay, well, here we go.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
They got kids they might want to do.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
Maybe you want a dog.
Speaker 2 (13:41):
To be honest with you, I am, it's the thing
you have to do.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
You have to think about this.
Speaker 3 (13:48):
I'm thinking about it, and I think it'd be better
for us to find a home for the dog. I can't.
I can't barely manage having one dog. I had two,
I have one. And I also don't like loss, and
so I can't. I can't think about the heartbreak of
the loss, which is why I barely could get my
own dog.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
There's still many years from that though, thank you. Look,
I medas like Coda's like, I don't even know twenty
at this point.
Speaker 3 (14:16):
I I heard you guys have a pool. Who's gonna
go first? Me or the dog?
Speaker 1 (14:21):
Nobody has that pool. That's not a thing, all right?
Speaker 2 (14:25):
Coming up next here kiss FM.
Speaker 1 (14:26):
So dark.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
It's kind of funny. Dark, it's ironic, funny. Got us
not tell you about it?
Speaker 1 (14:34):
Think about hot, like, let's take a break.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
They're definitely tricks to saving money at the grocery store.
I thought this was interesting. You know, price are up
a lot of places. Always shop with the full stomach.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
That is true.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
You know you get in there, you're hungry, you buy stuff.
Stick to the perimeter, stick to the outside. Yes, dairy
eggs are all on the outside. The middle is the snacky.
Speaker 1 (15:00):
It's so true.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
The cheety, snacky stuff is the middle. And look high
and low, the most expensive stuff. They strategically put an
eye level for you.
Speaker 1 (15:10):
Oh interesting. I always thought they'd put on the top
shelf that.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
I guess. I can't reach it. I can't get there.
Speaker 1 (15:15):
I can't either. That is the worst. When you can,
you want to step on it, but you're like, I'm
going to collapse this entire shelf if I try to
climb this.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
It's so weird.
Speaker 3 (15:24):
When I walk into a grocery store with my step ladder,
They're like, oh, come on, I have to look.
Speaker 6 (15:31):
They have my peanut butter, the one that I use,
on the very top shelf, and I always have to
like keep looking who's coming down my aisle to find
the tallest person.
Speaker 1 (15:38):
I like pick my kids up, and I'm like, well, anyway,
there you have it.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
Three of them right there. Those tips today's quote. You
don't need closure from them, you need clarity for you.
One two point seven kidsm Tanya a trending report on
your plate here coming up about an actress or musician.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
What is it?
Speaker 6 (15:59):
Yes, it's a Renee Rapp who we know as we
know are from Ming Girls. She was on Mingirls on
Broadway and then she was in Sex Lives of College Girls.
But I mean I know her as singer songwriter. But
it's the name that her mom gave her and the
importance that naming your child can have.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
For since we headline on the headline good morning well
the while Disney Company launched another deep round of layoffs yesterday,
laying off several hundred employees in film, television, and corporate finance,
TikTok has banned the hashtag skinny talk worldwide, following mounting
pressure from European regulators concerned about the trend encouraging eating disorders.
(16:37):
The La County Assessor's Office is asking homeowners affected by
the wildfires to update their mailing addresses because important letters
about relief are getting returned, and forecasters say we could
expect a hotter summer compared to last year, with the
main difference being how late into summer that heat will last.
Speaker 2 (16:57):
Odd Air with Ryan's Secret Today is National World Bicycle day.
I'm a fan. Yeah, I'm a fan of biking. Wish
I could bike to work. Things dangerous?
Speaker 1 (17:17):
Yeah, it feels dangerous.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
You know if you lived in a big city where
everything's in the same, like New Yorker's bike to work
and like blazers and stuff. Yeah, they're wearing their suits
biking to work. Let's say last day of school, Brea
Linda Unified. Congratulations, you did it. Go Wildcats, you are
not awesome.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
You are awesome. Wild Cats at Paul.
Speaker 3 (17:44):
Mostly gloomy today. Sun Later hides in the mid sid Look,
it's free, this comedy. You're not buying it, So what
do you want?
Speaker 1 (17:53):
You said that I thought of a possum and I
was like.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
Yeah, Tony, I feel like it's turning.
Speaker 6 (18:00):
It is so Our girl, Renee Rap you may know
her from the movie Mean Girls. She was also in
Sex Lives of College Girls, but she also has an
amazing album. She is literally like the it girl of
the moment back and I've been trying to get on
our podcast for like two years.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
I thought Sydney Sweeney was the it girl the moment.
Speaker 6 (18:18):
Uh ooh, debatable, hard to say, depends on who you are.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
I write, I read she was happy being single.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
I read that, yes, yes, she is happy. She's enjoying
time with her friends. Back to Renee Rap.
Speaker 6 (18:32):
So, her mom basically manifested her stardom in an unexpected way.
During an episode of she was on Amy Poehler's podcast, Obviously,
but she revealed why her mom chose her name. She said,
my mom chose my first and last names to both
have two letter rs. She was like alliteration just in
case she wants to be a pop star before I
(18:55):
was born. So the fact that her mom gave her
the alliteration so that she could potentially be a pop star,
there is some serious manifestation that, And you know, I
like love manifestation.
Speaker 1 (19:05):
I just feel like.
Speaker 6 (19:08):
That is the coolest thing ever that her mom knew
that about her before she was born.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
So now I'm like really into the name game. Does
it need to be the same letter though? I don't
know that every famous person or pop star has I've
been saying I want. I mean, like I can't even
think of one.
Speaker 6 (19:28):
I like the letter why because our last name is Yadagar,
and so I always think like, oh why, like why
some name Yadagar, like Yolanda Yadagar.
Speaker 1 (19:38):
Yolanda yo Yo.
Speaker 6 (19:39):
I think Yoyo's cute renee Wraps mom manifested her career.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
When I named my kids, I thought of it with
their middle name. I thought they could always drop the
last name and they can go with their first and
middle name for their names. And I feel like that
could be a star name. But you know, you never know.
Speaker 2 (19:58):
I always Chapel rode into she took it.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
That would have been a great name for you. I
thought your name was was fake. Yeah, yours is a
superstarting name.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
Yeah, my name was fake?
Speaker 1 (20:08):
Yeah I did.
Speaker 2 (20:10):
When did I prove you the truth?
Speaker 6 (20:12):
When I started working here, I think I asked somebody
like my first day, so that's not his real name,
and I.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
Met his mom.
Speaker 2 (20:18):
That's Rerue.
Speaker 3 (20:19):
Because thanks for listening to us, Ryan Seacrest. Here's this
ny Tanya in the back room altogether. For a second
date update. Here's what we got, guys from Marisa.
Speaker 2 (20:30):
With one S.
Speaker 3 (20:33):
I remember for years, I I was spelling my dearest
friend Michelle's name wrong one or two l's one M.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
And you're spelling over two. Yeah, yeah, I mean the
common way.
Speaker 2 (20:45):
Is too well, I think, yeah. But finally she's like
you know you spelled my name wrong. Oh God, embarrassing.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
You spell my name wrong?
Speaker 2 (20:51):
For I still spell wrong.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Yeah, you're still spelt wrong. I don't understand how. I
think it's all corrected in his phone.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
Yeah, I think it's just the way I saved it
the first time.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
I E at the end and you just put E Susain.
Speaker 3 (21:04):
But I like this nickname for you. You are so Susain,
a Cusaine in the membrane. All right, let's get to this.
I've acid reflection from too much coffee.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
Okay, Marissa, good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 3 (21:22):
So you are out there in the dating world, Sherman Oaks.
You had a great first date with the guy. Then
he blocked you on his phone. I got a hard block.
Speaker 9 (21:30):
Yeah, and you think you know why?
Speaker 10 (21:32):
Yeah, yeah, I'm.
Speaker 9 (21:33):
Pretty sure I know why. Just a little backstory. We
actually met at the gym and I grabbed his water bottle.
We both have like a Stanley cup that looks exactly
the same, and I know it's pretty basic, right, but
like he ran out to me and he was like,
I think you have a water bottle, And sure enough
it had la King spike sticker on it. And anyway, yeah,
(21:58):
it was pretty funny and I liked him, but I
was like, I'm not going to rest. And then I
found him on bubble and I swept right and he
we matched, you know, so like we went to Sherman
Oaks and we went to this place called Local Peasant.
Have you been there?
Speaker 1 (22:16):
I have?
Speaker 9 (22:17):
Yeah, it's great and it was really romantic and we
had a great conversation and then we ended up holding
hands like on the walk and it was just like
really magical. And anyway, so we're walking and I see
the psychic and it's like when you know Sherman Oaks
psychic or something, and I just thought it'd be funny.
Speaker 10 (22:38):
So I was like, you know and he did the moment, I.
Speaker 9 (22:40):
Was like, let's do it, and he was like no,
resistant and like no, no, no, and I was like excited
about it, and he was just like kind of like
go with the flow, like first day, like you know what, Okay, fine,
So we were laughing and we go in there and
the psychic is like, you're gonna get me read and
(23:01):
we were all like what to the two of you? Yes,
And I thought it was funny. He was freaked out,
but like everything was different after that. We walked back
to my car, and we didn't We were not holding
hands and he did not give me good night, And
I don't.
Speaker 2 (23:19):
Need to call him.
Speaker 3 (23:20):
I would be the same, like, it's not it's a
psychic saying it, which would freak me out. No, it's
not cool. You don't want to hear that right away,
or do you?
Speaker 4 (23:34):
I don't know.
Speaker 9 (23:37):
Yeah, I didn't think it was that much of a
big deal.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
But why pursue this.
Speaker 3 (23:42):
If the psychic said that you're going to get married,
he doesn't want it, like kind of game over.
Speaker 4 (23:49):
I wish.
Speaker 1 (23:50):
I doesn't know if this is the reason exactly, it's for.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
Sure, guys, guys, please this is the reason. Also going
to a psychic that would freak me out to I mean, old,
move the restaurant to hey, let's stop in the psychic shop.
Speaker 1 (24:04):
But I like the spontaneity in it, like that is
almost romantic and fun in its way.
Speaker 2 (24:09):
I'm out.
Speaker 1 (24:12):
I'm just telling you, Like I get some frozen yogur
or anything, but this, well that's plus.
Speaker 9 (24:20):
But I just feel like like it's not a big deal,
like maybe we could get past it.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
Well, I can tell you how this is going to go,
but we're gonna call him. You'll listen in and he's
gonna say he was freaked out that you want to
go into a psychic store and then the whole marriage thing.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
That's my prediction.
Speaker 3 (24:35):
I have known to be wrong a lot, but as
a dude who does date in this place, this is
what I would think. All right, man, Mercy just hold
one said, we're gonna ge bottom of it. Okay, here
one of two point seven kiss FM. It is a
second date update. I'm predicting the outcome. I'm I'm Dallas
(24:58):
Rain's forecasting the outcome.
Speaker 2 (25:01):
Hold on one second. It's kisuff And I.
Speaker 3 (25:04):
Do want to say that, like I appreciate the talent
or gifts that psychics have.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
It's just not for me.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Oh I love it so much.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
You guys love it.
Speaker 3 (25:16):
I just don't really want to know, because if I'm told,
then it's in my head.
Speaker 1 (25:20):
A psychic, a medium, all of that give it to me.
Speaker 3 (25:23):
I'd rather just play out. So that's why we're here.
Marissa meets this dude. They go out in Sherman Oaks
to dinner. Everything's going well to dinner, and then she says, oh,
look there's a psychic shop.
Speaker 2 (25:36):
Let's go in and I'm guaranteeing. He's like, oh gosh, okay.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
So he goes in, and then the psychic with her
gift says, or his gift says, you guys are gonna
get married. He drops her off, he blocks her. What
do we need to ask? But she wants to know
if that's the.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
Reason I'm gonna on this one.
Speaker 3 (26:01):
So Marissa, be very quiet. We're gonna put him on
the phone and we're gonna hear what he has to say,
but you just be very quiet. Hold on one second. Adrian,
good morning, It's Ryan Seacrest. You're on KIDSFM with us.
Speaker 2 (26:13):
How are you?
Speaker 11 (26:16):
I'm okay, how are you?
Speaker 2 (26:18):
I'm actually great.
Speaker 3 (26:20):
I do have a bit of acid reflex from drinking
cold coffee, which is odd.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
I don't have ice coffee, but I did this morning.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
Yeah. I love ice coffee.
Speaker 3 (26:28):
So anyway, uh, we're calling about a woman that you
met named Marissa. I believe you guys water bottled and
then matched on Fumble, Bumble Humble, and then you went
out on a date.
Speaker 12 (26:42):
Okay, yeah, did do you know her?
Speaker 2 (26:46):
Do you remember?
Speaker 4 (26:48):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (26:48):
I mean yeah, we matched on Bumble.
Speaker 2 (26:52):
And that was a date.
Speaker 11 (26:55):
Well before I answered that Why am I on the
radio talking about this?
Speaker 3 (27:02):
That would be the question I would ask as well,
because we happen to know that you met her and
you guys went out and then you blocked her on
your phone, and we were just curious as might she
be as to why you blocked her on the phone?
Speaker 2 (27:15):
Is there a reason for that?
Speaker 9 (27:18):
Well?
Speaker 11 (27:18):
Is she listening right now?
Speaker 2 (27:20):
If I said no, I'd be lying. So there you
have it.
Speaker 1 (27:26):
I mean, she's here.
Speaker 2 (27:29):
I don't want to be mean or anything, but why
did you break it off?
Speaker 3 (27:35):
What happened on that one date that we heard about
that you blocked her after?
Speaker 2 (27:40):
For why?
Speaker 11 (27:43):
Well, you know, it's just a kind of like weird
to talk about marriage on a first date.
Speaker 4 (27:52):
You know, I do agree, really, I mean, she's great,
she's hot, she's super funny, but.
Speaker 2 (28:05):
He gets cut off by the marriage.
Speaker 3 (28:08):
Yeah, yeah, But did she talk about it or did
a third party suggest that?
Speaker 11 (28:12):
Well, we went on the day that there was a psychic.
We kind of went in there and and the psychic
kind of said, you know, about marriage, and it was
just just really weird to be talking about that all
on a first date.
Speaker 3 (28:26):
Okay, So Adrian, that was what I thought, and that
I understand. The only thing is, Marissa, before you respond
to this, Adrian, I think the harsh block is a
little a little aggressive, maybe just a whole like maybe
a whole like, you know, it's so nice to meet you,
but I think that this isn't going to end up anywhere.
(28:50):
And you're lovely and I hope you find the right
person you match with something like that.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
But Marissa, what's your response to this?
Speaker 9 (28:58):
Okay, look, I know, freak you out. I know that
was weird, and I agree. I just want to see
if that maybe we can move past it and pretend
like it never happened and just go out again.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
I mean, I don't know.
Speaker 11 (29:14):
I kind of appreciate that, you know, you're going through
all this effort and everything to get a hold of me,
but I mean, I really don't think that that that
this is going to work out, And I mean I
really kind of think like I should just go.
Speaker 9 (29:29):
I think it's just not a big deal, like, well,
well what if we do.
Speaker 12 (29:31):
I'm so sorry I did this, and I just wish
it's never happened, you know, Like I said, I think
you're great and everything, but it's just a little too
weird for me and and I just don't think that
this is something that's going to work out for us.
Speaker 3 (29:48):
Wait wait, wait, I don't like she just says you're
too weird for like that to cut it off. Don't don't.
Don't you don't want to convince somebody to date.
Speaker 1 (29:57):
Yeah, he's not your dude, all right? It just sucks.
Speaker 9 (30:01):
I wish I never like went into the psychic.
Speaker 5 (30:08):
I mean, I'm gonna be honest, I think I just
I really got this is all just really crazy and
just really weird for me. And it's just just to
be honest, like none of this is my cup of tea,
and having all this like air out on the radio,
it's just it's just weird for me. And I just
think it's a bit much. So I just I really
think I gotta go.
Speaker 3 (30:27):
So Also, this psychic doesn't have a lot of credibility
because she was wrong and you guys anymous marriage and
here we are, So what kind of psychic information is that?
Speaker 1 (30:40):
Well, well, we never know.
Speaker 12 (30:40):
You never know.
Speaker 1 (30:41):
You might find their way back to each other.
Speaker 2 (30:43):
Adrian, thank you for coming on.
Speaker 3 (30:44):
Marissa. This is great news. Closeure clarity. You will find
the person that you do not have to pitch yourself to.
That's true and that's what you want. Second date up day,
Thank you both for coming on with us.
Speaker 11 (30:59):
Thank you, thank you, and good luck.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
Okay, but I think.
Speaker 3 (31:03):
I don't think they need just heard that lineup for
twenty twenty five. iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas. Cannot
wait to do that once again.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
Is now?
Speaker 3 (31:15):
So I have to say that, you know, Tanya, you
being a part of this team is a bright light
because you do encourage us with positivity and with vision boarding, manifesting,
setting goals like you help out.
Speaker 1 (31:32):
You do so nice. Thank you.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
You're you're the opposite of cynical usually.
Speaker 6 (31:38):
You know you know what and you know what. Actually,
I've been doing that. I think you guys would love.
Actually Systney recommended it to us about two and a
half weeks ago. Is the the TikTok trend, the ten
ten ten or whatever?
Speaker 2 (31:49):
Right?
Speaker 6 (31:50):
The manifesting gratitude and affirmations. I've been doing them every
day since you did that rapport and I'm very happy
with it.
Speaker 3 (31:56):
Oh that is way too much work for me, but
I like the idea. So what is this you're doing now?
Speaker 2 (32:02):
You're what are you doing?
Speaker 3 (32:03):
Uh?
Speaker 6 (32:04):
Just like something that's kind of going around on social
media where you pick like your ins and outs for
the summer, like your own personal ins and your own
personal outs.
Speaker 2 (32:11):
For it meaning meaning goals or meaning what's an in?
What's an out?
Speaker 4 (32:14):
Like?
Speaker 6 (32:15):
So, an in for me is taking my dog everywhere.
In for me is homemade almond milk lattes, and out
is spending ten dollars for a coffee.
Speaker 2 (32:23):
How long is this list?
Speaker 6 (32:25):
I mean I don't know a couple ins couple outs? Okay, okay,
I can give you just kind of like a brief.
Speaker 1 (32:30):
Oh this is this is lengthy?
Speaker 2 (32:32):
But is the I'm looking at it too now written? Now?
Is this?
Speaker 3 (32:37):
Is this a step to self improvement or just changing
things up?
Speaker 2 (32:41):
Like what's the yeah, like the motive.
Speaker 1 (32:43):
Changing things up?
Speaker 6 (32:44):
Things that I am like looking forward to doing in
the summer, and then things that I no longer subscribe to.
Speaker 3 (32:51):
Okay, what else is on your in and out? I
might want to write something stuff for myself, so like I.
Speaker 1 (32:55):
Love so it's for summer.
Speaker 6 (32:57):
I want shorter hair, shorter nails, day, drinking all the way.
I'm done with drinking past eight pm.
Speaker 2 (33:02):
Uh, you're gonna drink in the middle of the day
and not at night.
Speaker 6 (33:06):
Yes, yes, I want to drink during the day in
the summer and not at night.
Speaker 2 (33:10):
What are you going to like Tuesday at two o'clock?
Speaker 1 (33:13):
No, like on the weekends.
Speaker 2 (33:14):
Okay, we didn't say.
Speaker 1 (33:17):
Saw me on blanc with halopeno? Did you try it?
Speaker 2 (33:20):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (33:20):
I tried it? This No, why Ryan this drink?
Speaker 2 (33:26):
You don't put spice in wine. It's so rude to the.
Speaker 1 (33:29):
Wine not to try it. It is so good.
Speaker 2 (33:34):
I can't eat halpenian. It's bad for my rash.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
You don't eat it. It's just there. You don't drink it.
It's like a dirty martini. But it is not the olive.
It's a halopeno in the wine, although I do eat
the olive. I guess you could, Okay. Grilled corn mustaches.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
For men, Grilled corn is in or out for you?
Speaker 1 (33:52):
Grilled corn is in. I've gone my whole life without corn,
and now it's bad.
Speaker 2 (33:56):
Why you know it doesn't break down in your system?
Speaker 1 (33:59):
Well, and I heard there's no nutritional value, and there's
like it's a high glycemic.
Speaker 2 (34:02):
A lot of it's gmo.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
Yeah, but I'm eating tons of summer.
Speaker 2 (34:08):
With it, all right? Okay? Good. What else?
Speaker 6 (34:11):
What else is in trashy reality TV shows? Because obviously
Love Island is going to be everything that I watched?
Speaker 1 (34:17):
Okay, what's out for you?
Speaker 2 (34:18):
Out?
Speaker 1 (34:19):
Long swim trunks for men?
Speaker 2 (34:21):
Oh my gosh, I got a great pair.
Speaker 1 (34:24):
Put them on Maxon.
Speaker 3 (34:25):
I'm going to show you that I got a really
great pair that Robbie would love. Short leopard tiny leopard print.
Speaker 2 (34:35):
Really really sure?
Speaker 1 (34:37):
Send me the link.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
I'm just I'll bring the shorts.
Speaker 1 (34:40):
Okay, great. Another out is cold salads, rose and or rings?
Done with them?
Speaker 6 (34:48):
Or I know it's like my assession for six months?
Speaker 2 (34:56):
Money?
Speaker 1 (34:56):
Can you resell it?
Speaker 2 (34:57):
You should post this because there's a lot to for
half of it, both of you. With the Aora ring,
I could. I don't want to know how much sleep
I'm getting in our guest.
Speaker 1 (35:06):
Yeah, I was becoming too obsessed with it.
Speaker 2 (35:09):
And mustaches for men are in for you?
Speaker 8 (35:11):
No?
Speaker 1 (35:11):
Yes, Robbie has one right now?
Speaker 2 (35:14):
Good? Should I try it? Yes?
Speaker 3 (35:19):
No?
Speaker 6 (35:21):
But here's ruby b kayla a mustache on this face,
but not a raw not a raw mustache. So you
have a mustache and then you have a little scruff
all over the face.
Speaker 2 (35:30):
No, that's like my least favorite seventies.
Speaker 1 (35:33):
You know what, if you're going to do the stash, the.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
Stash I'm doing the seventies.
Speaker 1 (35:38):
Can I send you an insbo pic.
Speaker 2 (35:40):
Uh If I said no? Would you know?
Speaker 1 (35:42):
Is it a Robbie? It's not you have the same
facial features to Robbie to have him as inspo.
Speaker 2 (35:51):
All right, said it to me while we take a
little break here. I like the idea. I think it's good.
Speaker 3 (35:54):

that Disney Ride music for Disney tickets.
Speaker 1 (36:25):
What this picture that Tanya just sent.
Speaker 3 (36:28):
Is so Tony said that ins and Outs for Summer
in is a mustache on her husband for men.
Speaker 1 (36:36):
This is the Insmo picture in it, He's like, you
can't get more seventies than that? Stash. Yeah, he was
in my workout class the other day and I and
you said, can I take a picture of you?
Speaker 6 (36:49):
No, my friend tagged him in a photo, and so
I went to his page.
Speaker 2 (36:52):
I did not like him at all. He's so good looking.
Speaker 3 (36:55):
Yeah, he's blue eyes and a mustache.
Speaker 1 (36:58):
And honestly, he looks better there. I think his eyes
are green.
Speaker 2 (37:04):
Whatever.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
Right, Well, that means maybe you could pull this off. Ryan,
You get green eyes, You gotta grow your hair a
little bit more. I feel like you got a little
curl in there. You look just like him.
Speaker 3 (37:13):
Why is it that I'm I don't like him because
he's so hot and tight and ripped ripped.
Speaker 1 (37:18):
It's the ripped that really.
Speaker 2 (37:20):
The tatoos on his legs are great. I really really
can't meet No.
Speaker 1 (37:24):
Robbie's like into it. He's like, yes, this is my mustache.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
He's not frustrated by how good that guy looks.
Speaker 1 (37:28):
No, he loves it. He's like, I want my mustache
to look like that.
Speaker 3 (37:31):
Wow, I want to meet no one ever oiled up
like that and shorts like that, looking like that, with
a mustache like that and pretty eyes like hi, okay,
lax easier, How what's going on.
Speaker 1 (37:43):
They're finally getting a proper metro connection, So starting this Friday,
the new nine hundred million dollar Lax Metro Transit Center
opens at Aviation in ninety sixth Street. It is a
game changer for anybody that's flying in or out of LA.
You can now hop on the metros k or Sea
Lions and ride straight to the airport area, skipping all
(38:05):
the lax traffic that you experience on the freeways surrounding
the airport. And it's all part of LA's big push
to get ready for the twenty twenty eight Olympics, make
public transit a little bit more accessible. I love that
we're doing these things in our city. I love that
this is going to be I mean, it's a step
in the right direction to make LA more transit scene.
Speaker 3 (38:26):
Which for Olympics in every city where you have them,
all these things happen and you benefit afterwards.
Speaker 1 (38:32):
Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 3 (38:33):
It's amazing what they do for just the two weeks,
right and the Paralympics as well. So it's a longer
it's it was it four weeks or however long it
is for both of those events, but then you get
to keep all this stuff that you're built for that
right in the city.
Speaker 1 (38:48):
And if you're already using Metro and you have the
cards and stuff, you can just reload it or rye.
A single ride will cost you like a dollar seventy five,
so it's very affordable.
Speaker 2 (38:58):
Exciting news.
Speaker 3 (39:00):
Any good news at an airport these days, it's really
really good.
Speaker 1 (39:04):
Don't get me started on the automated people mover that's
coming next year. That's going to be a game change.
Speaker 2 (39:08):
Don't take anymore.
Speaker 1 (39:10):
It's an automated people mover people.
Speaker 3 (39:12):
That moves without without the big big thing takes you
out to the plane, big leg truck. What I thought
it was a big the mobile, the big tractor truck
that takes people out to the plane.
Speaker 1 (39:24):
The car bus.
Speaker 3 (39:26):
No, no, no, there's a big, big, huge thing at some
airports called the people mover, and they take you out
to planes that don't have a DOC, don't have a
jetty jetway whatever.
Speaker 2 (39:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (39:36):
Well, I'm here for I'm here for all of it.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
All right, Well, good any other aviation shot from anyone.

famous but I don't know, but I know because I

Speaker 1 (41:48):
I don't know. But did you say Summer starts on
the twentieth? Can you believe that they thought?
Speaker 10 (41:53):
No?
Speaker 1 (41:54):
I literally thought Summer Solstice was the twenty first? Am
I wrong?
Speaker 2 (41:58):
Well?
Speaker 3 (41:58):
Everybody's wrong around here sometimes. Okay, let's get to name
that Disney ride music.
Speaker 2 (42:04):
Ride music. That's it.
Speaker 3 (42:07):
And I got Leanne Van Eyes ready to play for
some Disneyland tickets.
Speaker 1 (42:11):
I feel like this is gonna be easy.
Speaker 2 (42:14):
We'll find out. HI think you got this tickets? You
got four of him coming your way? Easy?
Speaker 7 (42:22):
What I do?
Speaker 3 (42:22):
I play a little song you tell me what it's
from Disney Ride? What Disney Ride is from? Okay, all right,
here we go. Got to get three right before you
get three wrong? And let us begin.
Speaker 2 (42:33):
No, so easy and got it? Mark got it? You
got it, You got it. Okay, that's one.
Speaker 3 (42:46):
Now next for Disneyland tickets for pack name the Disney Ride.
Speaker 2 (42:58):
You got it?
Speaker 1 (43:00):
Okay, Okay, don't play three, go to four.
Speaker 2 (43:05):
Why it's so easy?
Speaker 3 (43:06):
So yeah, alright for the win, I'm skipping number three.
I'm going to number four for the win. What's the
ride that's ben get you?
Speaker 2 (43:37):
It's a big thunder mountain to get that.
Speaker 1 (43:40):
You're not playing?
Speaker 2 (43:42):
Here we go for the wind name the Disney Ride.
Indiana Jones got.
Speaker 3 (44:00):
And here's the one Sisney wanted me to skip because
she was trying to I don't make it more challenging.
Speaker 1 (44:05):
Oh my gosh, okay, thank you, more fun. It was
a little bit more.
Speaker 3 (44:12):
We're in the business of trying to give away the tickets,
not not give away the tickets.
Speaker 1 (44:17):
I needed her to work for them a little bit more.
Speaker 3 (44:19):
Leanne, Wow, tough around here. You got him four packed
Disneylan a resort. Enjoy the appreciation.
Speaker 2 (44:26):
Thank you, guys, you got a super day.
Speaker 9 (44:28):
Okay, you here, Thank you, guys, Love you, guys, Love you.
Speaker 2 (44:39):
I think she's still on the line and excited for
coming back. That's what you want.
Speaker 3 (44:44):
That's what you want, that man, Ryan Seacrest, Ryan Seacrest
and Siciney and Tanya. Hey, yeah, first day of summers
not till June twentieth.
Speaker 1 (44:57):
Can you believe that? But what's the twenty f first?
I thought twenty first. Everyone's like, oh, this is Solstice,
that's the twenty first. Isn't that the longest day of
the year. Okay, the Memorial Day? I thought that was
the start of summer. That's unofficial.
Speaker 3 (45:10):
Oh it's like the jingle balls, the unofficial start of
Christmas and the holidays.
Speaker 1 (45:16):
I mean, in my opinion, I feel like it is.
Speaker 2 (45:19):
Well, is this uh, Griselda on the line here in Downy?
Speaker 10 (45:24):
Yes it is hi, Ryan or are you good morning?
Speaker 2 (45:27):
Good morning, and welcome back to the show. Nice to
hear your voice again.
Speaker 10 (45:31):
Thank you. Yes, I'm an avid listener if you guys.
Speaker 2 (45:33):
Love you, guys, we appreciate that. So tell me your daughter.
She want tickets, You guys want tickets to Taylor Swift.
Speaker 10 (45:41):
We want tickets to Tailor's with we want many tickets.
So we we have an amazing time calling, especially with
our long ride to take her to school every day.
But yeah, we won Taylor Swift tickets.
Speaker 3 (45:54):
Well, thank you for listening on that long riding. Congrats
on the tailor tickets. And then what happened after that?
Speaker 10 (46:00):
So what happened is she's a senior while she just
graduat her over the weekends, so graduated Saturday, you know.
So yes, you all know. And is part of the
the process of applying for college universities is they have
to write an admissions essay. So I don't know exactly
exactly what the prompt was for the essay for the
USC essay, but she wrote it about a kiss FM
(46:23):
and how her experience gifts and she actually got admitted to,
you know, to that was one of the many universities
she got admitted to. But she actually wrote it and
she read it to me, and it was all along
how she developed some strategy about striving for something that
she really wants it even though to take at that
time she was underage. But we did it together, and
I was the caller, but we did it together. She
(46:44):
would help me with the phone. If she did, she
just no, Mom, if I went, I'm gonna pass it
to you. But she's all, Okay, I'm gonna developed a strategy.
We're gonna know what time they're going to give out
the tickets. We're gonna call from two phones. Different things
that we would do that she applied in her essay
how she's going.
Speaker 1 (46:58):
To do it to life.
Speaker 3 (46:59):
You know, you should give those tips out to everybody
that wants to win tickets. So is the strategy of
two phones knowing the timing? Was there any other nuances?
Speaker 7 (47:10):
Uh?
Speaker 10 (47:11):
And I exactly know knowing the timing, knowing what they're
giving now, so I just kind of do a little
research before you know. I'm like, they're going to give
this out. They're going to give it a this time.
My god, I know you guys, a schedule, I know
a lot of things. So we're all like, okay, be prepared.
You have to wake up early, you have to do this,
you have to do that, you know, and oh and
also don't give up till to say the concience is over.
Speaker 1 (47:33):
Yes, And also for the Taylor Swift tickets, we were
doing trivia, we were doing games, we were doing oh
my god, Yes, I'm so.
Speaker 10 (47:40):
We were trying everything.
Speaker 3 (47:43):
I feel like a member of the family that she
wrote the essay about kiss and got into USC by
virtue of doing that, because we actually have a guy
that works here who did the same thing and he
got an f for writing his essay about kiss.
Speaker 2 (47:57):
Family. He failed, but he got a job here. It's
so much.
Speaker 8 (48:05):
It was.
Speaker 10 (48:06):
It was fun writing it. It's fun you and you know,
she's graduating and we took she she we took the
last ride home. But you know, we're not going to
stop listening to you guys, and she's going away. Even
though she got to USC, she committed to another college
because financially we couldn't, you know, unfortunately commit to USC.
But she's all like, I'm not. Now that I'm eighteen,
I'm for sure going to be listening and I'm winning
(48:27):
my own contest.
Speaker 2 (48:29):
I love that. I love that. Well, thank you, congratulations
on course. Daughter.
Speaker 10 (48:35):
I just want to yes, but I want to just
tell you, Ryan, aside from the winning the contest, you're
a great expiration inspiration, not only to the young adults
but to everybody listening to you. I mean, I myself
have been like I go all the week way back
to America and IOL even listening to way back, but
it's just so aspiring to listen to you on what
a kind person you are. And I even travel along
(48:58):
the route when you guys were doing your uh you celebrate.
Speaker 2 (49:02):
You are the reason.
Speaker 3 (49:07):
You're the reason that we do this every single day,
just to know that we can connect like that. And
I really, honestly, I really do appreciate you calling and
Sharon and I I kind of feel like so proud.
Speaker 10 (49:19):
I'm something like, yeah, definitely if we can send it
to you guys, oh my gosh, send it to us.
Speaker 3 (49:27):
We will read it, will do a reading like we
did Twilight, remember those readings. All right, this Griselda, thank you.
Congrats to your daughter.
Speaker 10 (49:34):
What it was her name, Sophia Rome.
Speaker 2 (49:37):
Sophia Romero will be running something soon. She is a boss.
All right, thank you. Okay, that's nice, that's incredible. I
do want to read it. Let's read it. Let's get it.
Read it one or two point seven kiss Lisa Fox.
Speaker 3 (49:58):
Uh, mid days over at one oh four three r
FM and my FM, My, you're so possessive, so possessive
my FM. It used to be K big, K big
back when we were doing afternoons at Star, which is
now all times have changed.
Speaker 2 (50:14):
So Lisa was my tany in siciny for seven years.
Speaker 1 (50:20):
So you two girls packed in one. Oh, I know,
I know the schedule.
Speaker 8 (50:23):
I like, how to go to American I don't to
even say hi to him, how to go to like
his work other workplaces. The guy.
Speaker 2 (50:30):
She came to the finale to say, I was great.
Speaker 3 (50:33):
But those were the days. Man, we did afternoons. What
a great schedule. I we came in or we came
in really early to start that show at three.
Speaker 1 (50:41):
I remember getting Yeah, we we did everything we did.
Speaker 2 (50:43):
We did work.
Speaker 1 (50:44):
Yeah, a lot of work after dinner afterwards.
Speaker 2 (50:47):

Speaker 1 (50:50):
Oh a lot of time together.
Speaker 2 (50:52):
It was it was fun and we had a great time.
Speaker 3 (50:55):
And it was my first real job in the radio
with a partner with the co host, and so we
look forward to it every day.
Speaker 2 (51:00):
Ment we have some laughs.
Speaker 1 (51:01):
We belly laughed hard, so hard, like we would be crying, crying.
Speaker 3 (51:05):
And we got interviews with like eighties TV stars. It
wasn't you know, we weren't getting movie stars.
Speaker 1 (51:10):
In the early days. We were not We're not getting.
Speaker 2 (51:13):
We were getting like who we have all the time,
we were getting the.
Speaker 1 (51:17):
Jeffersons and you know maybe, uh what year was this
on the air?
Speaker 8 (51:23):
We called it Welcome Back Fridays because we knew like
the people from from back of the day would want
to be on the air and they'll love so we
couldn't book anybody.
Speaker 1 (51:34):
That laughs, like a theme for a day. We remember
our Fridays for a while, we're like, who eat what
or where? What eat eats?
Speaker 2 (51:41):
Do we can we quit that?
Speaker 8 (51:44):
Yeah? Yeah, well we have the Jeffersons, So I hate
to brag the Jeffersons. We had all kinds of we
had skipping from my family.
Speaker 2 (51:56):
