produce selection little dilemma do you pay more for the
organic or not? And if you are going to do it,
which is like worth it? So here's what they say.
Some fruit is at high risk for pesticides and some
just aren't. Here are the ones they say, if you're
gonna go organic, are worth splurging for.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
This is straw fun strawberries, organice, grapes, gut organic.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
They're more susceptible to suck in the pesticide.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Wait, so spinach, grape, strawberries, you should get organic.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
If you're gonna splurge on the organic, go there. Don't
waste your money on avocados, corn in the cob and pineapple.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
Yeah, and I heard bananas too, because the skin.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Think about that. The pineapples got that thick, prickly so
on the cobs got the husky. Avocado's got that thick
skin too. Yeah, so they're kind of coated and covered.
You're shielded. I thought that was very interesting.

And berries too, would assume like blueberries, raspberries organic.
