I mean, you know who did this, Tamor Judge from
the Real Housewives of Orange County. She became a bodybuilder
and then she looked and then she did all like
the competitions.

Your dad wasn't your dad bodybuilder?

Yeah? He was mister California. He was mister Western States. Uh,
what happened to you.

I don't shall hit up here.

here as an engineer, the same career line.

I mean, the life of a bodybuilder requires a lot
of discipline, a lot of training, a lot of dieting.

Those are great for the apps. They say you should
do those for. It's good for digestion and for your apps.

It's good cardio and apparently only ten minutes.

I got this because NASA says, like ten minutes of
jumping on a trampoline is the same as like thirty
minutes of cardio.

So I was like, perfect, Well on a wait to
tell us that for a long time. Yeah, only ten minutes?

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Do you are you just jumping up and down? Are
you like punching your arms out or you like doing anything?

Speaker 5 (04:32):
It's like a routine. I'll go on YouTube. I find
different workouts on YouTube. Really good for your insides as well. Yeah,
you're lymphatic system. It's supposed to be really good for
like draining your lymphatic system. So I'm trying it well.
