this Tuesday. Up here down it's gonna be hot again.
We've got sunshine though, pretty skies. Highs in the low eighties,
mid nineties inland. Uh, Samantha Ruby and turned Amy michaela
Elsie got a full back room of energy back there
(00:30):
up earlier this morning. Yes, I started drinking something new
and I'm drinking out of the.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Bottle, Like, what is that bucket of liquid you're drinking?
Speaker 2 (00:37):
So, I don't know when you live anybody back there
live alone in the back room? No, rub it in
braggers So this is uh, it's hollow vera juice, oh
summer Huh No, No.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
You put alver cream on your skin when I don't know.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
I just you know, when you breathe one thing and
then you oh, that's the key to everything.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
That's Yeah, that's what I've been missing.
Speaker 3 (01:03):
What's the key for?
Speaker 2 (01:05):
I think it's a key for good skin, normal routines
in the bathroom.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
Then I should be drinking can I see the bottle? Okay,
so it's literally alo, pure pure al.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
It's it's actually great.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
It looks like it tastes like lemonie, does it?
Speaker 2 (01:22):
It does not taste lemony. It tastes alloey. But the
thing is, you know what does.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
That taste like?
Speaker 2 (01:27):
We all have know what that's like, A like alo smells.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
It tastes that's feels like it would taste like alcohol.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
But here's the thing. It doesn't taste Alcohol's not strong.
Here's the thing. It's very soft. I have taste so
many things that are good for you but taste terrible.
That things that don't taste so good tastes good to me.
Now you follow me, yes, like you might think this
is awful, but I drink so many greene right and
awful things tastes terrible. This tastes great.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
That makes sense.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
Yeah, so exciting. This is the excitement. This is the excitement.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
I'll drink that kool aid and see.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
It's all I know was on the back it says,
feel good, live good. I'm sold.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
That's good stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
Okay, all right, Sisney, what do you got this morning?
Speaker 4 (02:10):
Hell?
Speaker 2 (02:10):
Are you?
Speaker 1 (02:10):
I'm good? The kids start at school yesterday, So it
just feels like a big relief that they're like in
class this week. It's nice.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
What do you do first thing when you're home? If
I guess you have the show? But like what you
do or what does Michael do? First thing? Like when
they leave? Like what do you do first? Do you
sit down and have a couple of coffee by yourself?
Do you do?
Speaker 1 (02:30):
You know what I do? I watch a show because
I never get to watch a show during the day.
I always have to wait until they're like a sleep.
Oh no, I'll like if I get home, because I
can get home like one pm. Some days I'll binge
like a little show or two.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
That's so interesting because I find myself I cannot watch
a show during the daytime.
Speaker 5 (02:50):
I can the.
Speaker 3 (02:50):
Exact same way. It's called sunshine regret.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
But you don't have my schedule because once I pick
them up from school at three o'clock.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
I am an uber, hands on an uber.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Until seven thirty at night, like Asa has danced until
seven some nights, like I back and forth, back and
forth from the house to wherever I else have to
take them so.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
That my brand but tany, we have something, we have
a what is it called it.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
It's called like it's called sunshine something, sunshine gilt, sunshine
guilt because I cannot watch TV until the sun goes down.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
Me too, Yeah, and I feel like I should be
doing something productive, even if it's not work, something propect,
like washing.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
The dishes or prepping the almond milk or doing laundry,
or like something.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
Is gonna cure me.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
I can shut the curtains and vampire myself. Yeah, watch,
I should for some reason.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
I get it all right, before we take the break,
somebody just sent me the benefits of al of verro juice.
Here we go, hydration, digestive support TANYA, anti inflammatory nutrient
boost DETOK, supports skin health, acid reflux health, and oral health.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
I will share the well, where has this been for
the last twenty years? Like why just now, Oh, have
you discovered the alo juice?
Speaker 2 (04:02):
I haven't discovered it. God created the aloe plant. I'm
just drinking out of the bottle and I can do
so since I live by myself, I can drink right
out of the jar, all right.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Coming up next to that habit to learn, because it's
not like if we come over then I can't have any.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
Yeah, yelling at me. It's not good to get so
stuck one.
Speaker 3 (04:19):
It's so not good to get so stuck in your
like single behavior, because you're gonna eventually have to give
that up.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Right, it's I'm drinking out of the bottle, like my
orange juice, my apple juice, my allow juice. I'm gonna
be like manifesting not being single or single or manifesting
single not being.
Speaker 3 (04:35):
Maybe you're not giving off companion.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Energy, leave me alone, Leave me alone. If Hay and
break from the movie there's number one at the box office,
Systney went to go experience it all two point seven Kids,
seven Hunters and Golden. Did you find out for your
friend at Netflix, Tony? Does she respond to you so? I?
Speaker 1 (04:49):
I she doesn't have her number anymore because her phone
is whack a doodle?
Speaker 2 (04:54):
Okay, hold please, hold please. Yesterday we reported that it
was number one the box office, and then our question
was just nice, Well, I wonder if they're going to
bring it back again this weekend and we don't know
or didn't know, then maybe it's out. If it's out,
let us know. Tanya has a very good friend, right
who's in charge of Sophia Carson's movies a Netflix. That's
(05:15):
a big job.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
She's in charge of a lot of movies, right.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
I sat next to her at the wedding reception.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
Yeah yeah, and with her for quite some time, quite
some time, quite some time.
Speaker 2 (05:23):
And Tanya said she was going to text her yesterday.
But you didn't. You said yes, and I and fate
you faked. I did.
Speaker 3 (05:30):
But I'm led to believe that that was in fact
her number. However, I cannot confirm one.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Don't have your contact yet? You still got that fixed?
Speaker 1 (05:37):
No, you'll be driving me insane.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
I've been going genius barker.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
I need to go make an appointment at the Genius Bar.
But now you can't just go for you, willy nilly,
You have to make an appointment.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
All right, we'll do so today. Shall we set the
vibrations in the tone of the day, right with some
tell me something good?
Speaker 5 (05:54):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (05:55):
Okay, thanks for thinking about it. Let's hit it. So
the idea here is to start the day with something
good on your mind, because I obviously there will be
challenges all day. Uh, what do you got, Sisny? Tell
me something good you start.
Speaker 1 (06:10):
There was a bracelet that Michael gave me a few
years ago for an anniversary, and I loved it and
I lost it or I misplaced it. I couldn't find it,
and I just found it the other day. It was
like in a bag, in a bag, in a bag,
Like I don't even know how it ended up.
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Like did you lie to him about it being lost?
Speaker 5 (06:27):
For a minute.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
I didn't lie to him about being lost. I just
never like mentioned it. But I was like I always
was hopeful that I was going to find it.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
See, I'm the type of person when it's lost, I
think it's been stolen and it's gone forever, and then
eventually I find it.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
You know what I'm That makes me realize I need
a better situation for my jewelry because there's a necklace
Robbie gave me early days and I can't find it anywhere,
and I'm like, I should.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
Have like a box.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
Is he no in your bag?
Speaker 4 (06:51):
No?
Speaker 1 (06:52):
He doesn't know you. See you can't tell.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
Me though not the podcast Robby later today, All right, Tony,
you tell me something good. Okay.
Speaker 3 (07:00):
So my car was being fixed the other day. It
just needed it for they just needed it for the day.
And so I walked to all my appointments and things
and it was so nice. I felt like such like
a little walking girly. I walked to my workout, then
I walked to another appointment, and then I walked home.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
Look at you time, time, time, nothing but time.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
Yeah, it took me, but I realized there's a lot
of things that are so close that I should walk
and I always just get mid also.
Speaker 2 (07:25):
Without your head, like without sometimes. I know we promote
listening to music all the time, but it is nice
to just sort of listen to the world. Yeah, maybe
you'll hear a bird or something. I told you my
something good. I discovered alo vera juice. I'm drinking it.
Feel good, taste good, hydrating, good for the skin. You
know when you see something that they sell you on
some article or some might have been a paid article.
I don't even know anymore. Yeah, I know I might
(07:47):
have been targeted as a sale.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
Everything is a sale, right, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
They're listening next. What's up, Tanya? You just inhaled heavily.
Speaker 3 (07:55):
Sorry, I have confirmation that this. I in fact texted
the right person at Netflix.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
At Netflix, okay, tell.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
Me, she said, Ryan should message me himself.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
Wow, I told you there was a vibe with this girl.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
Oh Jack, let's go back. What was the question you
asked her?
Speaker 3 (08:17):
I said, Ryan wants to know are they keeping demon
hunters in theaters?
Speaker 2 (08:21):
And she said I should text Myselfrian.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
Should message me himself, and then she wrote j K.
And then she said not currently planned to my knowledge.
Speaker 2 (08:29):
Got it?
Speaker 5 (08:29):
All right? Well thank you?
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Interesting.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
That sounds flirty to me.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
That sounds like she wants to do business.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
No, your brain go to business. I know Netflix like cute.
Maybe I should message her something flirty back.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
Yes, guys, I don't think like that.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
I know you know. You're like, how can we figure
out a way.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
To get on? Let's pitch something show streaming? Now? All right,
so let's talk about Tanya first second again here, you
and Robbie. You mentioned him earlier that there's a necklace
that you can't find that he gave you early He
told him about it. Yeah, you need a better place
to store it. Yeah, but what else is going on?
So we so her husband were talking about it? Yes,
(09:14):
I got it.
Speaker 3 (09:14):
So we I'm planning on like acknowledging our wedding every
month until our year, and we've actually been apart.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
Just suspend all reaction for a moment.
Speaker 3 (09:27):
She so, yeah, it's nice. So but we never really
like do anything except for our five month We went
out to dinner and I was like, why do you
What do you like about being married to me? And
he answered and then he said what do you like
about being married to me? And I said, you're like
a walking You're like a human exclamation point. I thought
it was the perfect way to describe him. And he
(09:49):
turns to me and he was like, didn't Taylor Swift
say that on that podcast that she was learned in
about her boyfriend? And I was so shook because I
I thought, surely he did not listen to that Taylor
Swift podcast. And but the thing is, when I heard
her say it, I immediately thought of Robby. I was like,
oh my gosh, I've never heard that expression, and that's
(10:11):
exactly how he is. He's a walking exclamation point.
Speaker 2 (10:15):
Played the clip. This went everywhere, and if you didn't
get the podcast, the clip was everywhere, like.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
He's just a vibe booster in everyone's life that he's in.
He's like a human exclamation point.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
Ruins it for me. I love that she said it.
I love that she owned it. She's a dietary of it,
but you plagiarized it, and I don't like it.
Speaker 3 (10:32):
But it's not plagiarizing. I wasn't like, that's just how
I feel about him. We all say things that, like,
I'm sure things that you've said people have said before.
Are we all just plagiarizing each other?
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Yeah, But I still think it was so fresh, it
was really yeah and so obvious that if it were me,
I would have waited six months before that line.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Yeah, you could also gave Taylor credit. You know, you
could have been like I heard her say this immediately.
It kills they killed the vib that he called you
out for plagiarizing.
Speaker 2 (11:03):
Did you then say, I wrote you a song. It's
called love Story. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (11:08):
Have you heard the bones?
Speaker 6 (11:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (11:09):
I mean I do get it, because sometimes you will,
uh you might even chat gpt cute things to say
to partner, but you got to change it even a
little bit there in case they look it up.
Speaker 4 (11:20):
I know.
Speaker 3 (11:20):
But the fact is when she said that, I literally
thought about my husband in that moment. I was like, Wow,
that's like, that's the best way to describe it.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
She is probably one of the most genius articulators of
all time when it comes to vocabulary, emotion and saying
it clearly. Ever, yeah, all time on the planet.
Speaker 3 (11:40):
I'm going to dig up some old lyrics and use
those because he's speak from the heart.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
Right, think of your own stuff.
Speaker 2 (11:47):
Yes, think of your own I take that idea and
go somewhere else with it.
Speaker 3 (11:50):
Trust me, he gets plenty of my own stuff. I
write him a letter every morning.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Wow. Then I was gonna also talk about fatigue here.
There is a point where a celebration he can kick
in for someone. So just that's interesting. Oh yeah, it
becomes a noise. And he's telling you if it becomes
white because if you do too much celebration. I get it, Like, look,
it's a beautiful thing, but just measure so it's most
meaningful when it does happen.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
The the letter every day is because I'm not with
him in the mornings.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
So it's like, you don't justify I'm saying it's a beautiful,
it's not a celebration for other people. Also that maybe
fatigue he sets in and it becomes white noise. It
can rights at Kansas your marriage every month, do you know, every.
Speaker 3 (12:37):
Until a year? Every month until a year, and then
you celebrate every year.
Speaker 2 (12:43):
I'm down. You're getting an exclamation point. You are that
for you punctuate with exclamation butterfly.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
Yeah, don't kick my nobody.
Speaker 2 (12:52):
Saying it's a beautiful thing. Just beware. I'm just my um.
You just insulted me for drinking allow water. Coming up next,
you said I'm gonna be single for because they drink
out of the bottle. No, you did, you did. I
heard it.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
Wow, it's not what she said, but it's interesting.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
And that's what you heard, isn't that what she said.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
I'm staying out of this.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
When you make it, you take a picture like I
take a selfie. I have two faces open mouth, oh,
or a bit like wide mouthed tongue. Yeah, that's all
I do.
Speaker 1 (13:24):
Or you can smile, yeah, okay, smiles.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
They say cheese. People say cheese for you smile, We
say cheese. They say, don't do that. That doesn't create
the best look for your smile. They say, to have
the most picture perfect smile. Every time, push your tongue
against the back of your top teeth. Care it looks.
Speaker 3 (13:47):
We say, do it again, or say it again, tongue
against your top teeth.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
Yeah, So I don't like I I feel so like
robotic for me is that you're rolling in laughter.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
Just seeing the attempt. You know, nobody make a video
of this, please, no, it's definitely going on.
Speaker 3 (14:09):
I guess I think you're say it one more time.
Speaker 1 (14:13):
Just push your tongue on the back of your.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
Teeth and then smile a smile.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Don't show your tongue though, just like, why do you
not show your tongue?
Speaker 3 (14:22):
Yeah, I think it's kind of cute.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
I don't know, it's very like it's given me like
robot Ai vibes.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
It's given me contrived vibes too. I agree with you,
but that's what they say. I think it's cute for
some or you're sabotaging me. I don't know. Today's quote
when you refuse to settle, the universe starts moving people, places,
and things to align with your worth pre.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
To the hand, don't settle.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
So a major streamer now recommending shows based on your
astrological sign. Let's walk it down and then see what
we think.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Well, it's Netflix and it's called your Zodiac watch List.
It will be updated throughout the year to keep pace
with the zodiac calendar and the few examples that we
can pull from here. So let's start with Leo's tubs
so basically confident, generous, and loyal. So their recommendations will
(15:17):
include content like The Crown, Emily in Paris.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
It actually it's actually good your cancer cancer.
Speaker 1 (15:30):
It's like to cry a lot if you want that.
Maybe Gilmore Girls, Ginny and Georgia Grey's Anatomy.
Speaker 4 (15:36):
No.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
I love all those shows, but you're gonna also like
the ones that they suggest for mine, which are competition
shows like Squid Game, Love Is Blind, Building the Band.
I'm an aery.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
I love those two. This is Harry's rising interesting because
for me I not.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
I don't care for Squid Game, I don't care for
Love Is Blind. I did watch Building the Band in
that I was actually very good. Ryan Capricorns, Netflix. Things
that you should watch, Suits, Hostage.
Speaker 2 (16:07):
Department Q. Whe're some relaxation or some.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
R and R shows. Scorpios are a little bit more charismatic, seductive,
a mysterious, maybe Wednesday, Untamed or you see. I can
pick and pool from all of these.
Speaker 2 (16:22):
Hostage I've not seen Hostage, Intrigued, Department U. Somebody did
recommend to me. I didn't get there yet.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
That's and you did love Suits.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
I did Okay, I did, but actually you're gonna find
this shocking. I love this idea.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
I do too, but I feel like that's not spot
on for mine. But you can don't give you suggestions
for every sign.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
So it's also it's like just one more way to
find something that's easier, because if you just search, search,
search without some something some like I need them to
say top ten, I need them to say most watch
otherwise I'll never find anything. I'll just I'm just.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
Getting used to the new algorithm and the new design
that they did because it took me a minute.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
Well, we have new presets on the iHeart radio app.
It doesn't take long. I love them. That one's easy,
doesn't take it doesn't take long. We're trying to save
a relationship. We're trying to create happiness, full stop. Bottom line.
That's it. You meet somebody, it goes well, Then it
doesn't go well. You get blown off, you get ghosted.
You want peace of mind. Why I thought it was
going well? Could you just tell me why? A lot
of people like to know. I don't know if I would,
a lot of people would. And that's why we're here
(17:26):
right now with this second up there from Julian and
Hancock Park and Julian's on the line now, Julian, good
morning Seacrest with you, Tany and Siciny. So, Julian, she
jumped into your Uber by mistake.
Speaker 5 (17:38):
I'm no, I don't even drive Uber.
Speaker 7 (17:40):
So I pulled over next to a building because my
text messages were just blowing up and I was like,
this looks like a.
Speaker 5 (17:46):
Problem at work, you know. So I pulled over to
deal with it.
Speaker 7 (17:49):
And suddenly this lady jumps in the backseat of my
car and she's like hi, and I'm.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
Like, Hi, you were driving. I thought maybe you guys
thought you booked the same Uber in the back you
what card? What car was it?
Speaker 5 (18:06):
I have?
Speaker 7 (18:06):
I have a Silver Accord, which I guess like maybe
that's a common Uber car, But.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
Who are you?
Speaker 5 (18:16):
I was really friendly.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Yeah, he's like, this is kind of great. Take the
stars above because this is right. So anyway, she jumps
in and you had to laugh. I guess about it, right, Yeah.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
She goes, is this not my Uber? I know?
Speaker 7 (18:31):
I'm like, this is not your Ruber? Yeah, she got
super She's just like cheese, turned like beat red. I mean,
she was so embarrassed. She jumped out of the car immediately,
but before she ran off, I was like, hey, can
I get your number? And she like thought about it
for a second and then she gave me her.
Speaker 5 (18:48):
Number and ran off.
Speaker 7 (18:50):
So okay, yeah, I didn't even know her name until
I called her. But you know, we ended up like
connecting and we went out on the date and it
was great. We went to like, uh you know, Bon
Schaboo for a hot pot and it was I mean,
it was great. We went to Holy Rolly for dessert.
It was like, we just had a really fun first date.
(19:12):
So we had been texting and I planned on having
a second date with it. We had talked about it,
and then right before the second date, she sent me
a text she said I'm sorry. I thought I could
do it, but I can't. And then she just blocked me.
Speaker 5 (19:26):
No, yeah, like what, I don't know, Maybe.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
I can't sound so dramatic, blocked dramatic to me, Yeah,
I can't do it. Schedules change so you can't figure
it out.
Speaker 5 (19:44):
No, I have no idea what could have happened.
Speaker 2 (19:46):
We're going to do is put you on hold. Her
name is Morgan, right, yes, the back room is working
on getting her now to put her on the air,
we'll talk to her, we'll find out. You'll listen in
and it'll be game one or not.
Speaker 5 (19:58):
All right. Cool.
Speaker 2 (19:59):
Second, Julian's driving a Honda Cord. Morgan gets in the back,
thinking he's an uber driver. He's not. They have a
laugh about it. She's like my ober. He's like no,
I'm not. No, I'm just driving just a guy. And
then going on a date because he said she was
nice and there he thought they clicked. So they went
out on a great first date, he said, and they
were texting for about a week and then the nights before,
(20:21):
just before date two, she texts him, I'm sorry. I
thought I could do it, but I can't, and then
blocked him. Why did she do that? And block him?
So he's gonna listen, this is Julian. All right, Julian,
don't even I mean breathe, but don't breathe loudly because
we're going to have you on the line here and
listen to Morgan.
Speaker 5 (20:38):
We're gonna talk to you.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
Ready, here we go, Bro, good luck on that. Gonna
work it out for you, Bro, I.
Speaker 5 (20:42):
Got you.
Speaker 2 (20:45):
Morgan. Hi, it's Ryan Seacrest. How are you in ssany
and Tanya. Hi, we're good. Thanks for coming on kiss
with us this morning. Yeah, so we're calling about a guy.
This is a great story. Worry he jumped into the
back of the car. He thought it was an uber Yes, yes,
(21:05):
the uber guy. Yeah, but he's not the uber guy.
What happened? How'd you end up in his car? Julian?
Speaker 8 (21:13):
Well, I just I made a mistake and I thought
I was getting into my uber but it wasn't.
Speaker 5 (21:20):
It wasn't.
Speaker 8 (21:22):
But he was really cute and nice and he asked
my number.
Speaker 5 (21:24):
So I was like, okay, you know, just you know,
I said, why not?
Speaker 2 (21:29):
And did you go on a date?
Speaker 4 (21:33):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (21:33):
Yes, we did. How was it?
Speaker 5 (21:36):
I mean it was great.
Speaker 8 (21:38):
He's he's funny and cute and he was very respectful
and yeah it was awesome.
Speaker 2 (21:45):
Okay, okay, So do you like him?
Speaker 8 (21:51):
I mean, yeah, he's a Yeah, he's a he's a
nice guy.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
And yeah, do you want to go out with him again?
Speaker 6 (22:00):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (22:01):
No, definitely not.
Speaker 6 (22:02):
I thought I could do it.
Speaker 8 (22:04):
I can't, but it's okay, you know, like plenty of seeing.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
As an unmarried person here myself, can you explain to me?
So you meet a guy, he's a good guy, nice.
You have a great date and then date two you
say no, you can't. Why.
Speaker 8 (22:20):
Well, I mean I told him why.
Speaker 5 (22:22):
I'm sure he understands why.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
But can you tell me I haven't spent a lot
of time with him.
Speaker 8 (22:29):
Well, his last name is Morgan and my first name
is Morgan, and I just I can't be Morgan Morgan
for the rest of my life.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
Well, there's a law firm named Morgan and Margan.
Speaker 6 (22:38):
Yeah, I was, Oh god, I'm where Yeah, I.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
See it all the time. This guy, Oh, this seems petty.
I mean, honestly, Morgan. Why, Like, what's the dude cares?
Speaker 8 (22:53):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (22:53):
And you can always change your name.
Speaker 8 (22:56):
I mean, I'm just I'm super traditional. I mean, like
my parents would.
Speaker 5 (23:00):
Die if I kept my own.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
We're talking about marriage. Go out with the guy dating?
Speaker 3 (23:05):
Yeah, if he does anyone like like breath smells and
it's like better than basically you know.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
Him, you might fall people can also, you might fall
for him. They also might be better than you think.
He might be willing to give up this rule for
your parents.
Speaker 5 (23:21):
I mean, I don't know.
Speaker 8 (23:25):
I just I am really traditional. I just I don't
think I could even date someone that I could not
see myself marrying.
Speaker 3 (23:33):
I get it. Change your name to Sarah. What are
you talking about?
Speaker 2 (23:38):
You know you wouldn't change your name. I'm about to
change mind.
Speaker 3 (23:42):
I'm going to the court after work tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
What's it going to be on to You got married
and you want to Yeah, yeah, you wouldn't change it
for him.
Speaker 1 (23:50):
That's what I'm doing.
Speaker 2 (23:52):
You're not doing doing it for yourself. Okay, this is
not about you. This is about Morgan.
Speaker 3 (23:56):
For her not to go out with own just because
her name would be Morgan mortgage something we.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
Could get past. We did past it, like I listen,
give him a second date at least to see.
Speaker 8 (24:09):
I mean, I don't know, but we did have fun.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
Yeah, that's my point. Look, Morgan, it's tough out there. Yes,
you know, you can't worry about being the name of
a law firm. It's fine, right, So Morgan. Julian is
on the phone right now.
Speaker 5 (24:25):
Julian, Yeah, hey.
Speaker 2 (24:28):
Listen, just ask her all past hurry listen.
Speaker 7 (24:34):
We don't have to get married right away. This is
just we just went on one date. I don't I don't
see what the big deal is. I think, you know,
like I think we should go out again. But we
had a great idea for our second date.
Speaker 5 (24:47):
I think we should do it, or he could change
his last name.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
I'm just forgetting about my name.
Speaker 5 (24:54):
Okay, wait, I'll just cross that bridge when we come
to it.
Speaker 4 (24:56):
Okay, like, don't worry about the names right now, Morgan
say yes, okay, yes, Oh wow, guys, this is great success.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
Go on the second date. Enjoy yourselves. I'll call you
M two or Jay two whatever you change you name to.
Julian and Julian and I don't know what it's going
to be, but it's tough out there. Go get to
know each other. Maybe you just meet a good friend,
you know.
Speaker 8 (25:25):
Okay, yeah, that's fine, let's do it.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
Love second date where she's coming from. Thank you, Morgan,
thank you.
Speaker 5 (25:33):
Julian, Thank you guys, Thank you all right?
Speaker 2 (25:37):
Ruby, What freeways do you take to get here?
Speaker 1 (25:39):
I hop on the two freeway to the one thirty four.
Speaker 2 (25:43):
Okay, Mikayla, what do you take?
Speaker 1 (25:46):
I take riversides. I don't really take that.
Speaker 2 (25:47):
Oh good for you by way to move close to
the station. It has its perks. Sisney, what do you take?
Speaker 1 (25:55):
I take the one on one to the one thirty four, So.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
You do take the freeway, I did. Do you ever
surface it when the freeways packed?
Speaker 1 (26:01):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (26:02):
Yeah, you got services pens. So here's what came out,
this ranker of the best and worst freeways in La.
It was in the La Times. They rank twenty five
local freeways from best to worst. How do you rank
the best? Like, what's the criteria for all of it?
A lot of the lanes well speed, delays, lost productivity,
and danger in terms of accidents, like a lot of accidents.
(26:24):
So the best I'm we go from number three, the
third best, the two forty one. The toll road in
Orange County runs from your Vilna to Rancho Chis Stana Margarita,
lovely views of the mountains.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
Of course, the best one is the one you have to.
Speaker 2 (26:39):
Pay for commuterity. Yeah it's it's the one with the
most convenience, but it does cost. Second best the ninety
It's got two segments, the Marina to Culver.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
Yeah, I don't mind that one.
Speaker 2 (26:50):
Yeah that's a nice that's a nice segment. And then
Lahaberty and i'm Hills. It was originally supposed to connect,
but it never happened. So that's number two. But the
best overall freeway in all of La, Orange County. The
two sixty one is the winner, the what I am
better sixty one? Exactly where does that go? Six miles
from Irvine to the two forty one? Also a toll
(27:12):
also if you got to pay, of course it's going
to be easier. So what are the worst everyone seems
to have. It's all the ones.
Speaker 1 (27:20):
Here in LA.
Speaker 3 (27:21):
I know one's got to be on there.
Speaker 2 (27:23):
The third worst to four oh five, Yeah, connects valley
and four or five. Don't explain that one. Second worst
is six oh five. It starts in gabriel Back.
Speaker 4 (27:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (27:34):
I feel like six five is not ever that bad.
Hating on it reminds me of my childhood.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
Well, there is nostalgic for you to see in traffic,
isn't it great? And the worst freeway in all of
southern California is has.
Speaker 1 (27:47):
To be through downtown.
Speaker 3 (27:48):
Has to be the ten.
Speaker 2 (27:49):
It's the ten. Yes, that is the ten. Yeah, everybody
got it. You're right, the ten slowest speed on average,
worst delays every day, most fatalities actually, so be careful.
And it's a key through La. Did you know it
eventually goes to Jacksonville, Florida. I never followed it.
Speaker 1 (28:05):
Oh my gosh, you.
Speaker 2 (28:07):
Can stay on the Jacksonville, Florida.
Speaker 1 (28:09):
Like if you had to get to the East Coast,
You're like, just tick the ten East.
Speaker 2 (28:14):
The ten East to Jacksonville. Anybody's done that. I might
taking the tennel now.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
But how could be so down to do a road
trip across America.
Speaker 2 (28:24):
I need a lot of stops, bro.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
Yeah, but you know, if you pick the right places
to stop, it could be really cool.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
You could make it a tour.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 2 (28:34):
It goes through LA and Phoenix and then I'll pass
on and San Antonio. So you could make a lot
of stops. You could research some good spots New Orleans, Mobile, Alabama,
into Tallahassee. Everybody's buzzing about Taylor's album and the Easter
Eggs The life of a show girl. So here's what
we're gonna do. Bringing in any Lawrence, an expert of experts. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
I follow her for all her.
Speaker 2 (28:58):
Updates at a fifty story on Instagram. Follow her. So, Hey,
first of all, Annie, thanks for coming on to share
your wisdom.
Speaker 5 (29:05):
How are you.
Speaker 6 (29:07):
I'm doing great. Thank you guys for having me back.
I'm excited to talk to you today.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
Well, we appreciate your insights. First of all, before the
podcast came out, you predicted that the release date would
be October third. How'd you figure that out?
Speaker 6 (29:19):
I did? You know, sometimes sometimes you take a guess
and you're right and sometimes you're wrong. But there were
a few clues that kind of led to that, one
of them being last year when we saw Taylor out
about her street style. She wore a lot of plaid,
and back then we didn't know what that meant, and
we were like, why why is she wearing so much plaid?
(29:39):
But National Plod Day is October third, and yeah, that
was one of the reasons why we were like. I
was like, you know, maybe at October third, And when
the pre pre order for the album came out, you know,
they told us the could ship by date, and so
we knew it sometime around there. Typically from announcement to
(30:00):
release it somewhere around two months those within that time, Brian.
So everything kind of fits together perfectly for that one.
Speaker 2 (30:06):
All right, since you're running on a record here for office,
let's go Tanya. Thanks A lot of people suspecting she
might do the Super Bowl halftime show. Oh yeah, what
do you look? What signs do you see? And what
do you think.
Speaker 6 (30:20):
You know? I'm definitely I feel pretty sold on on
Taylor being a part of the Super Bowl halftime show.
You know, in that New Heights podcast. I don't know
if you guys have broken it down yet. Yeah, she
definitely gave some clues, you know, the sixty percent chance,
oh gosh, I mean, you know, sour dough Sam Levi Stadium,
(30:40):
the forty seventh stop of the Era's tour. So I
think those were very intentional. I think she's trying to
tell us something by those.
Speaker 2 (30:47):
So here's a big question. What do you think she
does to follow up the eras tour? It almost seems impossible.
What do you do?
Speaker 6 (30:55):
You know? That's a great question, and I think if
one person can figure out what after the arastour, it's
Taylor Swift. She's always keeping us on her toes. But
I think one thing to look for will be, you know,
a possibility something happening at one am after the release
of the Life of a Showgirl, because Taylor's been giving
(31:17):
us a bit of a countdown in those drops afterwards.
Have you guys caught onto that yet?
Speaker 2 (31:21):
M hm?
Speaker 6 (31:22):
Yeah, So Midnights when Midnights came out, she did a
three AM drop and then Tortured Poets. She did a
two AM drop of that double album. Down with that,
it seems like something could be coming.
Speaker 1 (31:40):
What would that be at one am?
Speaker 6 (31:41):
Annie, Well, great question because in the podcast Taylor did
tell us, you know, there's twelve songs, there's no thirteenth song,
there's no more songs coming. A lot of us are
thinking perhaps some kind of documentary showing behind the scenes
of the life of the showgirl Taylorton. You know, they
sly tweeted a picture of a lock with a keyhole
(32:03):
the size of the Air Tour stage and they said,
we can't find the key. We lost it in Vancouver,
and back in those final Airs Tour shows in Vancouver,
we saw a lot of filming. There are even cameras
on stage with Taylor during that. So that would maybe
be my thought of what would what would be to come,
But you know, I guess we'll have to stay tuned
to find out.
Speaker 2 (32:22):
Well, listen, Annie Hope Tree in her camp is listening
because that was the perfect audition tape to be Annie
Lawrence uh An Experts and all things Taylor at a
Swifty story on Instagram. Check her out there. Thanks for
coming on again. Annie, take care. We'll be watching.
Speaker 6 (32:41):
Thank you. Have a great day.
Speaker 2 (32:42):
And you see she knows why I'll do it. Yeah,
that's our job. That's our job.
Speaker 3 (32:49):
I think Taylor could be doing this Sphere residency she
stays there and does.
Speaker 2 (32:53):
That would be amazing show girl. So yeah, the Pumpkin
Spice lot taste coming out today at Starbucks. I tried
to drink coffee over the weekend. I like hot coffee.
I could not. I just could not do it. It's
too hot. So Phonzie's Fall Foody Preview, Fonzie, our phone
screener has come into the main studio. I have Phonzie Whoo,
(33:14):
let's go Fall Foody Preview. So we know Starbucks is
releasing the latte today, the Pumpkin Spice.
Speaker 9 (33:20):
Yes, okay, So the Fall Foody Preview is gonna feature
our Starbucks coffee menu. So it's gonna be the Pumpkin
Spice Latte, the Pumpkin cream cold brew. Now we also
have the Pcoda crunched oat milk latte, so for our
non dairy friends. And we're also gonna have new Italian
sausage egg bites and I'm really excited.
Speaker 5 (33:37):
So it's gonna be a good day.
Speaker 2 (33:38):
Italian sausage egg bites. It sounds worth trying. Now let's
get to Duncan started something last week. What are they doing? Oh,
that's awesome.
Speaker 9 (33:47):
So it's gonna be Chipotle, Hash Browns, Pumpkin Donuts which
are back in the pumpkin munchkins which are the Little
Bitnie Donuts, and also the cereal and milk latte, which
has actually been going viral online now because people are
starting to love it. Just drinking that cereal milk like
right after breakfast and now it's in a latte.
Speaker 2 (34:04):
I do that with cookies. I just I soak cookies
in my milk, regular cookies in my milk, and I
just drink the milk. Yeah, that's what I do with oreos.
I don't know all the cookies. I ate the milk.
I drink the milk. It's the best.
Speaker 9 (34:15):
And so along with that for the kiddos, Spidy Donuts
are gonna be coming back October fifteenth.
Speaker 2 (34:19):
So it's gonna be a good time, good stuff. He's
a fall food et preview other places quickly, Chick fil
A is doing something.
Speaker 9 (34:26):
Yeah, pretzel buns are back for all their sandwiches, So
if you like a good pretzel bun, that's gonna be there,
along with the cherryberry flavorings. So you're gonna get cherryberry lemonades, teas,
and a cherryberry sprite now for the first time. Taco
Bell also just released the Baja Blast Midnight soda and
so it's gonna be really good, along with the Fajita
Street chaloupas and rold case Idias. Lastly, Krispy Kreme has
(34:48):
Hogwarts and Harry Potter Donuts for all our Potterheads. So
if anyone's excited for a Halloween season, it's gonna be
a great time.
Speaker 2 (34:56):
My favorite bun is a pretzel bun, just in a
hamber in general on any you know two, we're gonna
post all this up because I know you're on the road. Kiss,
I'm not comm slash Ryan to check out these phonsis
fall foodie previews. Put a nice smiling picture of Fonzie
next to it. When you post this, I beg get
to see him with his stumbs up. Like that question
for you first on National Dog Day? How often do
(35:16):
you brush your dog's teeth? Not enough?
Speaker 3 (35:19):
You're supposed to do every day.
Speaker 1 (35:20):
I know, is it.
Speaker 2 (35:21):
Really every day? That's what they say, I am a
not good dog parent.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
I feel like I'm a good dog parent because I
get the treats, I've got.
Speaker 2 (35:29):
Bones to chew, but I think lazy dog or it
says like.
Speaker 1 (35:33):
This will clean their teeth, and you're like, okay, great.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Little green alligator, Right, all right, Tanya at the training report,
let's go.
Speaker 3 (35:41):
So the Jonas brothers. I don't know if you guys
have been noticing, but they've been making a lot of
headlines and a lot of fans happy. From the Greetings
from Your Hometown tour, they brought out Dummi Levado, Jesse McCartney,
Hansen Jojo. I feel like people are just like really
freaking out over what they're doing on this tour. But
this time something different happened. For the first time ever,
Kevin Jonas performed his first ever solo song, so it
(36:06):
was on stage. The song's called Changing, and he started
out by saying, I'm super nervous, so bear with me,
which is so cute because they've been performing forever, they've
been a band, they've been doing this since they were
really little, and the fact that he still gets nervous
to do something for the first time. I thought was
just like really cute. We don't have any other details
about this song, but Kevin is the only Jonas brother
(36:30):
that has not released any sort of solo music, So
who knows what this means for the future if there's
like a full Kevin Jonas album coming, We don't know,
and it's just very exciting.
Speaker 2 (36:41):
Susney, what was the last thing that made you nervous
as an adult?
Speaker 1 (36:46):
Ooh, I don't know. You got me a copy, Kanya.
Speaker 2 (36:52):
What's the last thing that made you nervous?
Speaker 3 (36:54):
I was really nervous to release my book, like didn't sleep,
didn't eat, really nervous.
Speaker 2 (37:02):
Most recently for me was your officiating your wedding.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
Yeah I could see that.
Speaker 3 (37:07):
Yeah, you've never done that before.
Speaker 2 (37:09):
Not for you.
Speaker 3 (37:11):
Oh he So he just likes to wind me up,
doesn't He likes to just.
Speaker 2 (37:17):
Well, you'll probably officiate mine then if that ever happens.
Speaker 1 (37:21):
Right, that's cute.
Speaker 3 (37:25):
What if you married one of my friends, Well then
it would make lots of sense.
Speaker 1 (37:29):
Then it would be even cuter.
Speaker 5 (37:31):
All right.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
So to get back to what made you most nervous.
Speaker 1 (37:35):
Having my children, maybe like the night before you're about
like sign papers to like buy a house. You're like,
oh my gosh, this is the right choice.
Speaker 2 (37:44):
What are we doing? Yeah, when you get that feeling
in your tummy, it is a feeling, isn't that. Yeah,
it's It's a good feeling though, for him to have
in that situation, because he wants to be his best
and he's excited, is he?
Speaker 3 (37:57):
I think it's a good feeling for everybody to have
because it keeps you.
Speaker 2 (38:00):
Yeah, yes, it keeps you sharp alert. We are gonna
roll out. Thanks for being here first thing and early
this morning. Tomorrow. We've got more those Dodger tickets every
single hour, the number one sport you should start participating
in if you want to live longer. I'm gonna tell
you what that is tomorrow. Oh and maybe you can
find time to do it nice. We've got some match game.
We're gonna play Jonas Brothers tickets all morning long. And
(38:23):
for anything you missed on today's show, it's up on
our podcast just a couple of hours from now on air,
Ryan Seacrest, wherever you get your podcast. We had the
second date updates. We actually had a really interesting conversation
with a Taylor Swift expert. One who can project and
predict pretty pretty well about the Easter eggs, about the
(38:43):
halftime show, about things that we're buzzing about, wondering about
with Taylor's all upcoming excitement. So that's all up on
the podcast, assistant, he is gonna take it from here.
What you got.
Speaker 1 (38:54):
NonStop hits for the next thirty minutes.
Speaker 2 (38:56):
Let's go, what's gonna be in the tea?
Speaker 1 (38:59):
Ooh, you have to wait and see?
Speaker 2 (39:01):
All right, all right, I We'll be right here. Have
a good one. Thanks so much to the back room.
Speaker 1 (39:06):
