you guys for being here. So if you're traveling anytime soon,
maybe today you're on the way to the airport, Airline
employees offer this tip about using the lab. The law
of the lab the bathroom. It's the best time to
use it, and that is after boarding, but before the
plane takes off, So while people are still getting their seats,

go do the bathroom thing before it takes off, because
you know that time where you can't get up is
when people fill up. And that's when, you know, especially
on a cough in an early flight, coffee hits that
that time, that thirty minutes, however long it takes to
taxi and get to cruising altitude, that's when people need
to go. You know, haven't you been that person waiting
for that light to go off and then sprinting to
the bathroom because in the morning it's like a bad feeling.

Or if you wait till the end of the flight,
that's been used so many times and it's dirty in there.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah. I almost want to show video
of me trying to get out of there, but with
not touching anything and only using a cleanex you know,
to like crawl out of the bathroom. But between like
putting the thing down, the lit up, the lid down,
the button, the sink. Then I brushed my teeth sometimes
and realize, oh, I shouldn't have swallowed that water.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
Then I panic about that and people that walk in
there with just their socks on. I just don't understand you.
I've been yeah, you what, Why put the shoes?

Speaker 1 (01:17):
I don't think they can get through my socket.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
The drops of you know what on the floor there
because of the turbulence and splashing. I was taking a
you know what in there.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Anyway, boarding happens, do it during then all right before
the plane takes off, be cleaner too. A quote for today.
It is okay that you don't know how to move on.
Start with something easier. I just don't go back I
found that to be very powerful. You have to move
on necessarily. That's not your frish. Don't go backwards.
