and Courtney Lopez Here. Today's fund includes your comments and
a new life, Aack in Courtney's Corner, and of course
the latest Hollywood buzz.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
But up next, we are celebrating Throwback Thursday with a
trip back in nineteen ninety eight. So let's keep the
music going. You're on with Mario and Courtney Lopez.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Gomorrow, Courtney Lopez. Let's take a look at what's on
TV today.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
NBC has season twenty four of Law and Order and
season twenty six of Law and Order SVU.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Shout out to my guy iced Tea. My dude has
played the same role for well twenty four pardon me
for twenty six seasons and he literally does the same.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
He has been consistent, consistent, gives the same tonal, really consistent.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Sorry, if it's not broke, don't fix it.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (00:57):
Congrats to him.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
They also have season two of Found Gabby and her
team begin to spiral amid her shocking revelation. Okay, Max
has season two of Gremlin's Secrets of the Maguay Maguay,
an animated.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Prequel to the movie Wow.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
I want to see that.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Prequels are all.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
The rage and Disney Plus debuts, which is truth behind
the trials?

Speaker 4 (01:18):
A doc Ooho, someone in PREADI.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
This is organic. I talk about the sixth worst and
most fascinating witch trials in history. I want to take
Giata Salem, Massachusetts so badly.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
Only if she dresses up like she did for Halloween
that year.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
That's where hookas Pocus takes place.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
Right, Yeah, but she wouldn't stand She wouldn't stand out
because people walk around dresses, which is there all the time?

Speaker 2 (01:43):
She gotta do it. Isn't that where hocus Pocus tasts? Yeah?
The movie right there, Marlopez, you are an inside out
too big hit for Disney Plus. The movie has thirty
point five million views in its first week on the streamer,
not a big surprise since it's the biggest movie in
theaters at this here. Meanwhile, Netflix is celebrating the new
season of Monsters. The drama about the Menendez brothers has

(02:06):
racked up two point seven billion minutes watch. That's three
times more than the next Watch series, The Perfect Couple.
I'm in the middle of that contributing. When I finish it,
I will give you my review. But I'm actually just
a little surprised, But then again, not really that it's

(02:26):
getting this much love, because there's been movies done about
it before. The dogs multiple streamers right now, documentars on
multiple streamers. I was just gonna say, and Netflix has
got another one coming out where they speak. But I
guess the fascination Remainser is just reintroducing itself to a
whole new generation. All right, let's get back to music, Yo,

(02:46):
Marrow Courney Lopez. Time to learn a new live at
What is the topic today at Corney's Corner?

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Car wheels, not cartwheels.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Car wheels. Oh glad you clarified, so rims.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
Rims, and I am proud of I have had a
new car for a couple of months now and not
have not hit one curb.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Oh, don't drink yourself.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
So my rooms are pressed steed, so listen. They are
tough to clean. Sometimes the car wash can't get the
job done. They don't want to. It's hard. Try this instead.
Buy a toilet brush, cut off the handle about four
inches from the brush. Now insert this into an electric
drill that should have enough power to get rid of

(03:28):
any caked on dirt.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Yeah, and you know what, if you have an issue
with your toilet, you can get in there too. More
Mario Lopez coming up, Mario Lopez here, and there's still
some time to get in on our latest sweep Steaks.

day is a holiday around here, and today we are

(04:13):
celebrating National Techi's Day. I celebrate techies constantly because without them,
I would be lost in this digital world. You guys
rock and thank you Marilpez. Top of your comments. What'd
you find in our mentions today?

Speaker 4 (04:33):
This is from at David for God. Here's a Halloween
life hack mixture candycorn with dry roasted peanuts. It tastes
like a payday bar ooh.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
David, for God, I might give that a shot because
I can't go candy corn solo. My sister, I've pointed out,
loves candycorn. She has sent me a bunch of candy
corn memes, and I don't know how you can love
candy corn.

Speaker 4 (04:56):
That makes bad decision.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
That's just disgusting and shows you you can be raised
in the same house and have completely different tastes and
approaches to life. But hey, thanks for the heads up, David.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Hit us up on Twitter, Get on with Mario and
hang on more. Mario Lopez on the way.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
Mario Lopez, here's some quick buzz for you. The people
behind the Nickelodeon expos a Quiet on set are setting
their sights on Chris Brown. They're coming out with a
new doc, Chris Brown A History of Violence. That debut's
on October twenty seventh. It's going to feature a new
accuser who hasn't come forward until now. Chris's most recent

(05:33):
legal trouble is a fifty million dollar lawsuit by four
people who said they were brutally attacked backstage by his security. Ironically,
through all this trouble. Chris Brown has charted every year
for the last twenty years.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
It's kind of like low key under the radar, just
keeps it going.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
It's pretty impressive. What out Mario Lopez here got to
give a shout out to Shabouzzi, who I just saw
over the weekend at the horse races. That was a
lot of fun. He was one of the performers. Got
to see him live right there. He had a good
time at the show.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
Coincidence like that just randomly happened. No, they had a.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
Few performers in solid names too. Anyway, Sherboozie's song A
Bar Song has been number one for the last twelve weeks.
It's easily the longest reign of the year and the
third longest of this decade. That's really impressive. It's still
seven weeks away from the record though, which was ironically
another sort of country crossover song. Old Town Road said

(06:31):
back in twenty nineteen, all right, let's get back to
the music. Jo Maril Courtney Lopez for today's birthday shout out.
So we're gonna try to guess the ages. What do
you got?

Speaker 4 (06:40):
The reboot of Millie Vanilli Ashley Simpson Ashley which I really.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
Liked her CD too.

Speaker 4 (06:49):
We did sing it just she was.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
Perform She had a cool little voice.

Speaker 5 (06:54):
Actually, Ashley Simpson is thirty eight Simson who's married to
Diana Ross's son, right, Yes, I believe so nice kid.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
I come Evan Ross or something like that. I'm gonna
say she is thirty seven, forty.

Speaker 4 (07:13):
Oh Okay Stiffler from American Pie, Sean Williams Scott, We've
had man a few times. Fifty oh down fifty two quickly,
forty eight, forty eight. Kevin Richardson from Backstreet Boys.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Who looks like a white snoop dog. You know what,
I've never.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
Thought about that until you just said it, and now
that immediately is in my head.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
This is fifty not a compliment.

Speaker 4 (07:36):
He is fifty one, fifty two.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
That's what I meant. Fifty two.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
I meant he was fifty two.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
And she's not. Hannah Montana Gwen Stefani.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
Gwen is fifty three, fifty two, fifty five.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Wow. More. Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Mario Lopez here, And if you didn't watch the iHeartRadio
Music Festival Live last month, you missed out on everything
from Camilla Kabay those BMX riding backup dancers to the
new kids covering Queen with flavor Flame. Well, got your
chance to relive it all, Hulu bringing us a special
three hour concert that packs in all the highlights. It's
only available for three weeks and that starts October seven.

(08:28):
What Almaro Lopez Here, we got our first official showmance
from the new season of Dancing with the Stars. Sports
Illustrated swimsuit model Brooks Nader is now seeing her dance
partner Gleb chef Shanko. Good for you, Gleb. Never would
you think a guy named Gleb would be able to
date a Sports Illustrated SI model.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
Nice.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
They're keeping it casual, they say, but they have been
spotted kissing in public. Well, we'll see if their chemistry
can help them on the show. They've been in the
middle of the pack so far. You're a Mario Courtney
Lopez with some Real Housewives news.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
On with Mario Hollywood Buzz.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
So Bravo. I'm still trying to figure out what they're
going to do for season fifteen of The Real Housewives
in New Jersey, but one option they're not considering is
bringing back Danielle stob She's been lobbying to make a
comeback of Production as looking for people who are positive
and supportive, and Danielle does not fit the bill. Why
would they look for that? That's not great.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Production is looking for people who are positive and supportive,
trying to get canceled.

Speaker 2 (09:29):
Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
Well I'll watch it and I think we need to
bring her back. But anyway, Meanwhile, I'm Beverly Hills. Kim
Richards was recently placed on psychiatric hold. Apparently she is
struggling with alcohol again and is estrange from the rest
of her family.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
This is sad.

Speaker 3 (09:45):
Her and Kyle Richards have not even been in contact
during Kyle's recent marital struggles.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
A lot going on with that family. Yeah, sorry to
hear that. More Mario Lopez on the way you're all
Mario Lopez and Lauren Hill has been sued by our
own bandmate.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
With Mario Lopez Hollywood Butt.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
So this was disappointing news and probably means the Fuji's
are breaking up again. Pros is suing Lauren Hill for
fraud over the reunion tour. He says Lauren completely mismanaged
the tours, marketing and budgeting and actually siphoned off money
for herself. Roz says he came away empty handed because
Lauren had so many unneeded expenses and then she single

(10:26):
handedly canceled half of the shows. He also says Lauren
turned down a five million dollar offer to perform at
Coachella because they weren't going to be at the top
of the bill. I gotta say this goes along with
all the rumors and stories out there about Lauren Hill,
and it's so disappointing. I'm a huge Lauren Hill fan

(10:48):
and loved her when she was with the Fujis and
when she went solo, only made one album, Miseducational Lauren Hill,
and it's a banger, it's a classic. It's an awesome album.
But she she's notorious for just canceling shows or showing
up hours late, walking out on shows.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
I went to a show she showed up late too.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
Really to how was she at least live?

Speaker 1 (11:09):
And you know it was, she had like a big band,
horns and strings and everything, but it wasn't.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
It wasn't the greatest mix I was.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
I was a little disappointed with it. Yeah, I'm just
I'm sad to hear because, again, a big fan and
why are you turning down five million to perform at Cacel.
You don't need to.

Speaker 4 (11:27):
Be the top of the bill.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
Yeah, who cares? That is frustrating? So interesting to see
how this plays out.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
More Mario Lopez Coming up.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
Mario Lopez here Cold Play back with a new album,
Moon Music. It's dropping at midnight and Celebrity will be
premiering the entire album from beginning to end. It's going
to be hosted by Chris Martin. So open your Heeart
Radio app later tonight to be the first to hear it.
Mario Courtney Lopez, here was some quick buzz for you.
Olivia Rodrigo getting a new concert special later this month.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
It's from her performance at LA's Into It Don't during
her recent Guts tour. You can look for that debut
on Netflix on October twenty ninth.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
You're on Marin Courtney Lopez Town to put on her
thinking caps time for Courtney's a random question. What are
you that, honey?

Speaker 3 (12:13):
What do you regret not appreciating more when you were younger?
I know what naps?

Speaker 2 (12:19):
That's exactly what I was gonna say. Forget naps? How
about just I remember this and I can't even believe
it was possible. But I remember vividly waking up as
like a teenager at like one or two in the afternoon,
like sleeping till like like your daughter, does she sleep
bad late? You know, really sleep. I never see her,
so I don't know what time she actually wakes up
because I don't see her. I remember, wake it up,

(12:41):
it'd be like two. Yeah, sometime, I'm like, that's amazing.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
I've recently sort of had a similar thought in that,
and I naturally just wake up way earlier now than
I ever thought I would want to or would, And
I thought about it. It was like I used to sleep
till like eleven or twelve at least, right, I don't
think I physically could do I could do it.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
I do do it because you yeah, because we're going
one hundred miles an hour. But so I do still
wake up early, but I make my make yourself go back.
I go, I use a restaurant whatever, and then I
put my little ee mask on and then I go
back to sleep, like we did that in Vegas.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
Like our boys were at a playdate this past weekend,
and I was able to sleep in because I didn't
have Sonny Gean Dominic would let me sleep in, but
it's just sunny. But I still woke up like an
alarm clock was just automatic. But then I had to
let the dogs out because I knew I would wake
up to some mess. I didn't want to have to
clean out. But after I did that, then I went

(13:36):
back to and I f had them. I went back
to sleep.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
Mario Lopez will be right back, Mario Courtney Lopez. Here
is some quick buzz for you. Daniel d lewis returning
to acting after he announced his retirement. It's for a
movie called Anemone, which is going to be directed by
his son.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Rown it Well, maybe that's why he came back out
of retirement.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Sure it is, and that's kind of cool. The two
of them wrote it together. Daniel announced he was acting
back in twenty seventeen after starring in Phantom Thread, which
earned him an Oscar nomination. Probably the greatest actor of
his generation, and that's kind of cool. He's coming back
for a son, So we'll see.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
I think if you're going to retire or retire after this.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
One, Mario Lopez. Here, let's take a look at what's
trending on the iHeartRadio.

Speaker 4 (14:19):
App Catherine Hahn goes deep on the sweetish art of
death cleaning. You can search Armchair Expert to hear that.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
Ooh, is that a crime podcast?

Speaker 4 (14:28):
Soundly, maybe it's cleaning up well. Armchair Expert is Dax Shephard, right, Yeah, okay,
And I think death cleaning is maybe cleaning up a
crime scene.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
I just watched too much crime.

Speaker 1 (14:38):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
Yeah. Taate McCray reveals why it took her an entire
year to record her new single You find that by
searching on air with Ryan Seacrest and Kensington. Tollman told
us why she personally relates to her character Riley from
Inside Out Too. You can hear that by searching on
with Mario.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Joe Mariol Courtney Lopez timing off for one last thing.
This latest music biopic is completely bananas. It's called Better
Man and it's about British pop star Robbie Williams. But
instead of being played by an actor, Robbie is portrayed
in every scene by a CGI monkey. WHOA, it's got
some Planet of the Apes vibes going on. Robbie narrates

(15:17):
the movie. The director is the same guy who made
the Greatest Showman. Robbie says the movie it was a
nice music. Robbie says he wanted to be portrayed as
a singing monkey because he's always felt a little less evolved.
Better Man is going to hit theaters on Christmas Day.
This is very deep for Robbie Williams and I don't
I wouldn't want to be portrayed as a monkey unless

(15:37):
it was a animal kingdom type universe. Am I a
monkey and everybody else is a human? That's weird?

Speaker 4 (15:42):
Yeah, I feel like that's probably the case here.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
He's always felt less evolved. Does that just mean he's
never felt mature? Does that mean he's always felt like
he lived in a he felt feels like a monkey.

Speaker 2 (15:53):
We're gonna have to watch Better Man to find out more.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
Time for me to pass the mic. But I'm very
excited for tomorrow's show. We're gonna have actor Damian Lewis
from one of my favorite shows, Billions, plus your first
look at everything new in theaters and streaming until then.
Mario Lopez saying good night.
