Heads up.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
If you post a bunch of workout selfies, new studies
says that people who frequently document and post their workouts
on social may be more likely to experience issues related
to self esteem, validation seeking, and body image stress. Huh,
didn't know you needed an expert to let you know that,
but okay well.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
This pattern is reportedly linked to higher rates of anxiety
and compulsive behavior, and experts say that these posting habits
can sometimes reflect deeper emotional struggles that revolve around external
approval rather than personal health researchers concluding that we should
be focusing on well being rather than social comparison.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
Well at the same time, I can see them having
a point. But sometimes if you're single, people you know
might be posting thirst traps out there to try to
see what's up.

So that what you're doing, I said, people that are single, Oh,
I know, but.

Speaker 6 (03:36):
Like you thought he was giving him an answer, Well, like.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
He was double Nickels, like there were two of them.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Christina Applegate is fifty seven, fifty four one off again.
Speaker 6 (03:50):

a couple good ones. I'm gonna say she is fifty.
Speaker 6 (04:10):

you from Night Courts, the old school Night Courts, John Lerichet.
Speaker 4 (04:20):
Wow, John learri Kehett, He's got to be I.
Speaker 6 (04:24):

sixty five seventy seventy eight. Wow.

mom joke.
Speaker 4 (05:15):
All right, what are you got, honey?

What do you call a group of musical sweet potatoes?
What a yam session?

Speaker 6 (05:26):

Speaker 3 (05:29):
I know.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
So? Do you have any odd Thanksgiving traditions? What up
you're on? Mario Courtney Lopez? Apparently a lot of us do.
Someone on Reddit ask people to share theirs, and one
that came up quite a bit is turkey pizza. They
have the usual turkey insides, but a pizza too, topped
with carved turkey.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
Huh.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
I always thought it was just an additional pizza, but
I guess if you throw a turkey on it, then yeah,
it's a Thanksgiving pizza.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
I like this one. Another one is a pajama Thanksgiving.
You come as you are, even in pajamas, take.
Speaker 6 (05:59):
A shower first.
Speaker 4 (06:00):
Why don't we do that this year? Let's do that
everybody in pajamas.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
Oh my god, that's so cute.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
I like that. Let's let's rock that all right.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
Another family does turkey bowling together. You may have heard
of it. You use a frozen turkey instead of bowling balls,
and use soda or water bottles as makeshift pins.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
You're waisting turkey.
Speaker 3 (06:18):
And then I don't like that. No, you like turkeys
on fire, don't worry, not the live one. This is
I don't like this, and throw them across a field
to see whose turkey can fly far. This is ridiculous.
Speaker 4 (06:31):
Turkeys aren't cheap.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Yeah, yeah, I just saw on the news today that
a local farm is offering people to come to the
farm and hang out with turkeys on Turkey Day. I
like that.
Speaker 1 (06:43):
Okay, let us know what you think. On with Mario
from the entire On with Mario Fan more fest and

here's the family photographer Alison Burris is guaranteed way to
boost those grins, especially if you're trying to take family
photos over the holidays, which, by the way, we got
to pick tonight.
Speaker 4 (08:07):
Oh that's right and better.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
It all comes down to a tried and true parenting method, bribery,
the one the only good bribery. She says.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
It works.
Speaker 3 (08:18):
Feed kids bites of ice cream in between photos and
they'll be smiling and laughing from ear to ear. Since
posting it on social media, Alison has had clients show
up to their own photo family photo shoots with ice
cream in a cooler, and she says it works like
a charm.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
Listen, bribery has worked for decades, if not centuries, and
it'll continue to work. You don't want to get into
the habit, but in a pinch count on it.
Speaker 1 (08:43):

he was about sixteen years old.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
Wow, that's very cool to have right there. Congrats on
the new film, Blue Eyed Girl. Trailer looks cool.
Speaker 4 (10:10):
Kind of a family drama comedy, right. What's the premise here?
Speaker 5 (10:14):
Well, you know, I love I've always loved films about family,
and this one, a lady is someone to visit her
two sisters and her father who's in the hospital ill.
And while she's there, she's forced to reevaluate her life
(10:35):
and to consider, you know, what her life could have
been if she'd made some different choices, and it sort
of turns her world a little upside down for a while.
And I love films about family. I think they're usually
really profound and a good thing for people to check out.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
No, absolutely, I do as well. Speaking of what's your
co star in the film wrote the movie?
Speaker 4 (11:01):
Correct?
Speaker 5 (11:02):
Yeah, Marissa Coffin. Yeah. She That was one of the
reasons that I was attracted to the project at the beginning,
because you know, when it's when it's a personal journey
for somebody in creating a project, it just it just
sets the bar.
Speaker 4 (11:23):
And you get a little more passionate involved. Exactly. All right, Bo,
hang tight, quick break, I'm going.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
To come back with some more happy howadays to you
and yours? This is on with Mario Lopez'll be right.
Speaker 2 (11:33):

Speaker 5 (11:48):
I am. Yeah. And they're after me, Mario, those people.
Speaker 4 (11:52):
I bet they are. So what's their character up to
uh in season two?
Speaker 5 (11:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (11:59):
Well, he's I.
Speaker 5 (12:03):
Don't want to give up too much. And we've already
done half of the second season and and we're getting
back at it. In about a week to do the
second half. But I'll just say that Senior always has
a few tricks up her sleeve, which I'm happy that
that's true. But Jenny Ierman are wonderful showrunner. She doesn't
(12:30):
won't tell any of us what's coming up, you know,
So I don't know. I keep asking, he said, Jenny,
am I good guy? My bad guy? And she said, well,
you just have to wait and see what the next one.
So I don't know any more than probably any of
the folks that are watching. But it is exciting. They
always have something going on, and they are after me.
(12:55):
I'll tell you that much.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
It's good to be sought after. All right, I got
to get back to the music and more Bridges Jo
Mariol Courtney Lopez, Maril Boaut bridges coming up in the meantime.

own Mario Lopez and bo. I know you grew up
in Hollywood, of course, and with.
Speaker 4 (13:37):
A family full of Thespians.
Speaker 2 (13:40):
But this is actually a cool, fun fact. We'll tell
me if it's true. You played basketball at UCLA under
John Wooden.
Speaker 4 (13:47):
Is that true?
Speaker 5 (13:48):
Absolutely?
Speaker 2 (13:49):
Wow, that's the greatest coach with the greatest quotes of
all time.
Speaker 4 (13:53):
I have his book of quotes. I love it.
Speaker 5 (13:55):
Yeah, that was a real blessing. But I don't know
if I played under John. Mostly sat under John Wooden
on the bench, But just he was was wonderful. And
then I stayed friends with coach for all of his life.
And I read some of his books on tape, I
(14:17):
you know, added my voices his and I love it.
I introduced all my kids to him. He was just
a wonderful guy.
Speaker 4 (14:26):
And yeah, so uh that is so cool. What a legend.
Speaker 5 (14:30):
Yeah, and he you know, he stayed in touch with
all of us players, even the ones that did sit
on the bench, and I still go to VIPs Zips,
you know, for breakfast on Venturer Boulevard, which was his
place to hang out, and we bring our kids and
hang out with him and wonderful man.
Speaker 2 (14:49):
That is such a cool, fun fact. I like his
quote which I always remember, be quick, but don't be
in a hurry.
Speaker 5 (14:55):
Yeah, be quick, but don't hurry. Make every day your masterpiece, exactly.
Speaker 4 (15:00):
Make care. He's got so many good ones. That's awesome.
Speaker 2 (15:02):

All Mario Courtney Lopez Music rolls on After some quick
holiday food buzz, Krispy Crange has dropped its Peanuts collection
with a holiday twists. Flavors include the Santabelly donut, the
Charlie Brown ornament and a Snoopy Cookies and Cream.
Speaker 3 (15:41):

dipped and vanilla flavored icing, and decorated with a Snoopy vase,
available for unlimited time in a custom dozen books.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
All Mario Courtney Lopez. Quick heads up if you're flying
for the holidays. The TSA is a really extensive list
of what you can and cannot bring on a plane
in a carry on. You can see the breakdown at
TSA dot gov. But here are some of the highlights.
Speaker 3 (16:09):
Alcohol has to be in a mini bottle and fit
in a quart size bag.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
What have you got like ten little mini bottles?
Speaker 6 (16:16):
As long as each bottle is under the amount, I
think you're fine, Right, you're fine.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
But then but you have to get that after.
Speaker 6 (16:21):
You can't drink it on the plane though. They won't
let you do that apparently.
Speaker 4 (16:25):
Oh no, of course you can. No, they tell you can't.
Speaker 6 (16:28):
I mean you can try.
Speaker 4 (16:29):
He'd let you, he would.
Speaker 3 (16:30):
Mario would do.
Speaker 5 (16:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (16:31):
Food, it's like gravy, jelly and sauces are okay, but
only after three to four ounces.
Speaker 6 (16:37):
That's a tiny amount of gravy to be traveling with.
Speaker 4 (16:40):
That's funny.
Speaker 3 (16:41):
Then they list some strange runs, handcuffs, artificial skeleton bones,
and a Harry Potter wand all make the acceptable list.
Live fish are okay in a carry on, not in
a checked bag. Deer antlers can be a carry on
if they fit in the overhead bin. This is really strange.
People are strange.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
Deer antlers could be considered a weapon too. I'm surprised
by that. All right, back to the music we go.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
On tomorrow, Courtney Lopezz a little bit of a holiday
music warning.
Speaker 4 (17:10):
New research says that listening to music.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
With a faster tempo could be risky this holiday season.
Why I sound that songs faster than one hundred and
twenty beats per minute can encourage dangerous driving habits.
Speaker 4 (17:21):
Oh maybe I should stop listening to EDM on my
way to the gym.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
I've seen you drive with Frank Frank Sinatra and it's
still bad.
Speaker 6 (17:28):
Hey, I saw you almost obey a traffic signal the
other day.
Speaker 2 (17:31):
You guys are comedians over here, jokes after analyzing what
they claim to be a list of every classic Christmas tune,
Frosty the Snowman has been named the most dangerous holiday
song to drive to, with a tempo of one hundred
and seventy two beats per minute. Damn Frosty the second
most dangerous song. Queen of Christmas Mariah's All I Want
for Christmas is you?
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Wow?
Speaker 4 (17:52):
You know what people be getting in recks this Christmas?
Speaker 3 (17:54):
When I see a wreck, I'm going to assume it's
because they were listening.
Speaker 6 (17:56):
If you get into a wreck and then the person
gets out of the car and they're blasting Frosty the Snowman.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
Happy Howadays? From the entire on with Mario fam more
fest and fun coming up.
Speaker 2 (18:08):

Speaker 3 (18:14):
You can find out what Cardibe did with her and
Stefan Diggs's newborn son's umbilical chord.
Speaker 4 (18:21):
Okay, yes, I was wondering what happened with that.
Speaker 3 (18:24):
Watch miss Piggy get arrested for being too hot at
Sabrina Carpenter's final Short and Sweet Tour.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
Stop you know it happens, you, I know have gotten
pulled over for that a couple of times.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
Anny, what are you gonna do?
Speaker 3 (18:35):
Why are you being sarcastic? An actress and Glenn Close
reveals what.
Speaker 4 (18:38):
Was being honest? What do you mean sarcastic?
Speaker 3 (18:41):
Because I just said how Miss Piggy got arrested. You're
comparing too hot, too hot the kid and she's not.
That's the point.
Speaker 5 (18:48):
Damn.
Speaker 4 (18:48):
Why are you taking miss Piggy? Why she's the sexiest
mumpynxy I.
Speaker 3 (18:53):
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Speaker 4 (18:55):
Look at Kermit. Kermit loves her decades.
Speaker 6 (18:57):
I mean technically she loves him more, but yeah.
Speaker 3 (18:59):
