After an amazing I Heart Radio Music Festival weekend, We're
gonna keep the fund going for you Today. My guests
will be Fox Sports insider Jay Glazier. We're gonna talk

jiu jitsu. Well, I don't know if we can say
he started. We attempted to take him to his first class.
He got the g one is the little pajama looking
karate outfit that they were. He got that on, which

was a short in and of itself. After thirty minutes,
after thirty minutes, and then hey, how does it take
Mario to put his on at this point? Ten seconds?
But here's the deal, half the battle, showing up. My
little guys showed up first first class. That's step one.
I'm trying to think how old we started. Dominic I
knew he was three I he was three, but he
literally just turned through like a couple of weeks ago.

Was Dominic right as soon as he turned three, or
like you wanted to take him at two and a
half and they said no, three, I have evidence right
at three weeks really and he listened to Dominic, I
think listen to he was actually pretty good. Yeah, he
Santino is just um, he's special. He's very energetic, and

I think once he's able to focus a little bit
in channel all that energy, he's going to be a
little low killer and you'll be fine. But I got
him out on that for a second and he no,
and then he just runs back and tries to tackle
the stairs. I have a question. So I know Santino
comes from James Kahn's character, right, and the godfather is
Rafael from the Ninja Turtles. Rafael is my grandfather's name. Okay,

that's that. Actually that's more appropriate than Ninja Turtle. Does
it sound like a Ninja Turtle name to you, because
I said that it is Tantino, Raphael sounds like a
mutant Ninja Turtle, which, by the way, the Ninja Turtles
have awesome names, and they may end up rebooting that
at some point he could be in it. There you go.
I think that's great because Dominic Luciano. Luciano's my other grandfather.

The CEOO of Beyond Meat was arrested for taking a
bite of meat from another man's nose, apparently gotten a
fender bender, and it led to a big fight. In

focusing specifically on mental health. What what made you want
to do the show? Well, you know, I just wrote
a book, um, same title, I'm Breakable. How I turn
my depression anxiety into motivation and you can too. And
when I'm fifty two years old and I have just um,
I've hit it. For all these years I suffered from
what I call the gray. I called the gray. It

is depression anxiety, throwing some a d D while we're
at it. I got it all and for years. Man,
I just had to walk this this hearth alone with it,
and it's not something I signed up for. You know,
I don't I don't want to wake up every single
day I think that the sky is falling, or the
(10:49):
world hates me, or I'm not worthy of being loved.
But that's from my earliest childhood memory on and one
thing God bless me with as a voice to a
big reach. So I said, you know, I'm to start
talking about this because one thing I talked about in
the book that helps me kind of battle this is
to have a team. So I started now talking about
it openly and it gives me more teammates. More of

us need to start having these conversations. Man, we gotta
start walking to walk together. Definitely. Well, you can find

that's got to help. And that's where I felt I

felt comfortable in a cage taking beatings from people from
the longest for all these years, like, I don't know
how to get love from the inside out. So I
used to go on a cage and take beatings from
my boys, and that was love for me. How messed
up is that? And I get that though, actually right,
you understand that, right, and and that's the cast part also,
But that's what I felt myself worth was to be

in a cage and take beatings from other men, and
that's how I'm gonna get love. But afterwards, me and
Brandy Gutur and Chuck Leadell would sit in the cage
and we start crying about our problems and I'm like, man,
if we could do this, the rest of the world
could start doing it. And it that's when I really
started saying this is this is good and I you know,
I started a charity called m v P Merging Vets

and Players, where it take former combat vets and former
pro athletes who are struggling when the uniform comes off. Man,
I started open up to them. We all open up
to each other together, and that's the room with the
baddest people on the planet, and we're all crowding each other.
So if we could do it, everybody else can start
doing it. But once we do, we unpack it. Man.
It just helps us so much between the years. Man,
it really does fit for you. Man, I think you

canna help a lot of people. That's that's awesome. That's awesome. Yeah,

it made us enjoy it even more. Right like that,

a full ab workout afterwards because we're doing little crunches.

I'm doing well and uh, recently just learned you are
no longer living in California, but in the great state
of Arizona. How do you like it out there? I'm
loving it, you know. I came out here to try
to learn how to excel. That's a good place to learn.

in the same mountain, so I fly in with him.

work with a voice coach because I literally was like, hey, doing, Hey,

sounded like I would have watched just for that. Now,
if you were coming at me with like a Boston accent,
then I can understand. No, no, I wish you had

a Boston accent. It's a little bit cooler yours are.
That's way cooler to trust me. Jersey is way way cooler.

and congrats. You recently launched your own podcast, Unbreakable, uh,

focusing specifically on mental health. What what made you want
to do the show? Well, you know, I just wrote
a book, um, same title, I'm Breakable. How I turn
my depression anxiety into motivation and you can too. And
when I'm fifty two years old and I have just um,
I've hit it. For all these years I suffered from
what I call the gray. I called the gray. It
(10:29):
is depression anxiety, throwing some a d D while we're
at it. I got it all and for years. Man,
I just had to walk this this hearth alone with it,
and it's not something I signed up for. You know,
I don't I don't want to wake up every single
day I think that the sky is falling, or the
(10:49):
world hates me, or I'm not worthy of being loved.
But that's from my earliest childhood memory on and one
thing God bless me with as a voice to a
big reach. So I said, you know, I'm to start
talking about this because one thing I talked about in
the book that helps me kind of battle this is
to have a team. So I started now talking about
it openly and it gives me more teammates. More of
(11:11):
us need to start having these conversations. Man, we gotta
start walking to walk together. Definitely. Well, you can find

And you've had a lot of mixed martial arts training
that's got to help. And that's where I felt I

felt comfortable in a cage taking beatings from people from
the longest for all these years, like, I don't know
how to get love from the inside out. So I
used to go on a cage and take beatings from
my boys, and that was love for me. How messed
up is that? And I get that though, actually right,
you understand that, right, and and that's the cast part also,
But that's what I felt myself worth was to be
(11:56):
in a cage and take beatings from other men, and
that's how I'm gonna get love. But afterwards, me and
Brandy Gutur and Chuck Leadell would sit in the cage
and we start crying about our problems and I'm like, man,
if we could do this, the rest of the world
could start doing it. And it that's when I really
started saying this is this is good and I you know,
I started a charity called m v P Merging Vets
(12:16):
and Players, where it take former combat vets and former
pro athletes who are struggling when the uniform comes off. Man,
I started open up to them. We all open up
to each other together, and that's the room with the
baddest people on the planet, and we're all crowding each other.
So if we could do it, everybody else can start
doing it. But once we do, we unpack it. Man.
It just helps us so much between the years. Man,
it really does fit for you. Man, I think you
(12:38):
canna help a lot of people. That's that's awesome. That's awesome. Yeah,
congrats on that. I got one more thing I gotta

see it. I just don't know the story on that.

he asked Justin Herbert. I don't know if you've ever fractured.
You can suck, you can't laugh, you can't seeze, can't talk,

my god, I'm sitting there watch with a buddy of

mine and Bow mcmiller's who's on Food Network with him
and one of my Fight teammates, nam Aaron Simpson fought
in the UFC and I was like, Oh, they gotta
pull they gotta pull him. Oh my god, how did
he just throw that? But he's different, you know him
and Patrick Mahomes for the next fifteen years. Signed me up.

recently saw a man Sebastian Maniscalco in Vegas and he
was taping his new Netflix special, and can I tell
you we were crying literally, we were laughing so much

to be around him in person um at just random parties.
He's very different on stage, I mean, a more animating.
I was not expecting that, because honestly, I've seen little skits,
but I haven't seen a whole thing in its entirety.
And our friend who was with us was literally having convulsions,
and part of that, you know, it made it so
much more fun, too, is when you go with someone

who laughs so hard and he's having such a great time,
it made us enjoy it even more. Right like that,
we were laughing at him laughing, and then we were
worried because I'm like, is he okay? Sometimes laugh so
hard like you can't breathe, you know, you can't breathe.
I can't catch a breath. I felt like I had
a full ab workout afterwards because we're doing little crunches.
But he killed it. It's a new special I believe

is coming out in December. He was in a tux.
He asked everyone to dress memo. Yeah, we know. I
think we dressed up compared to the other people that
were in the audience right there, Well, there were people
in gowns. He wanted to Some people took notes, the
other people, uh did not. Let's just say, but it's Vegas.
