Speaker 1 (00:01):
With the dump. It's time the donkey.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Around here. Yes, you are a donkey moncon.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
To days just saw himself. Oh man, Charloaeagne, who you giving?
Don't ready to do till now? I just realized.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Robert for Non said, what did he hall? As he realized,
don't get today? For Wednesday, July ninth, goes to a
twenty seven year old Minnesota man.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
Named Jose Lewis Lopez CA.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
I'm telling you right now, Donald Trump might deport him, okay,
with no due process, and I can understand why he
would feel that way. I still think everyone deserves due process,
but I understand why you would want to deport this
demon without due process. Now I am forty seven years old, okay,
I am at that age. Well, I really hate people. Okay,
I'm not quite sure when I started really not liking humans.

(01:02):
But the old I've gotten, the more I get to
know people, the more I realize why Noah.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Only allowed animals on the arc.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Okay, I completely obastand Noah because that is the only
way to avoid creatures like Jose See.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Jose has been charged with second.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Degree murder because on June twenty seventh, he decided to
take the life of a young twenty two year old
woman named Hayley Arsef simply because she rejected him.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Let's go to five Eyewitness News for the report.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Police a man is in jail tonight now charged with
murder in the death of a twenty two year old
woman in Richfield. As we've reported, Caylee Arsef was found
after being shot in her apartment last month. Today, Richfield
police announced they arrested twenty seven year old Jose Lopez
she K on Thursday. He's charged with second to gree murder.
Court documents show ar Seth and Lopez she K recently

(01:53):
met online and had been hanging out, but ar Seth
expressed she didn't want to be in a romantic relationship
with him, only friends. On June sixteenth, around noon, police
say Lopez Chike bought several items including tape, a mask
and apron, and gloves, and then around three point thirty pm,
his phone showed he was sitting outside ar sets apartment
texting her.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
About an hour later, at.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Four thirty, a neighbor told police they heard yelling coming
from inside the apartment. The next day, officers went to
her apartment for a welfare check and found ars's body
and signs of a struggle. When officers arrested Lopez Chick
near his home, they say he did not ask why
he was being arrested, but told officers to hurry it up.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Lord, have mercy.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
This is why women be online arguing about what's safe
for bears of men. Okay, irip to this young lady,
Kaylee arsef fellis, please go to therapy to learn how
to properly regulate your emotions.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on teaching skills to manage emotions effectively,
and boy do we need it?

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Like, what's wrong with hearing the word no? Jose? I
don't care how many gifts you bought this woman.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
I'm looking at the complaint and it says, Jose, would
you know, buy things for the victim, take the victim
on shopping trips, but the relationship was not romantic or sexual.
I wouldn't care if it was romantic or sexual. That
still is not a reason to shoot and kill a
woman execution style, simply because she didn't want to highlight
at you, simply because she told you.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
No.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Investigators saw the victim's computer and it was logged into
her Snapchat account, and they noticed that the victim in
the Jose had a best.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
Friend badge with a streak that had just ended.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
I have absolutely no idea what the hell that means, Okay,
but I can guarantee it ain't worth killing somebody over
you tried to highlight her Jose.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
She said, no, she had you in the friend zone.
She said to.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
You, and I quote, I'm only interested in a friendship
and did not feel a romantic attraction to defendant. Okay,
by the way, my brothers, that don't mean it can't
evolve into's something else over time. Some of the best
romantic relationships start when two people are friends first. It's
actually great to have that foundation of friendship to stand on.
But that also doesn't mean you'd be trying to wear

(04:00):
her down.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
Okay. Perpetual persistence is not romantic.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
In fact, it can be kind of predatory because you
are saying you are this person's friend, but you have
aulterior motives.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
If you don't know how to you know, check that
and truly just be friends, then it's probably best to
move on.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
Now.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
When I look at these messages this young woman Kelly
sent to him, she was so emotionally intelligent and mature.
Jose told her he wanted to see more effort from
her and their relationship.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
They hung out, and.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
Kelly contacted Jose on Snapchat and said, I did enjoy
hanging out with you, but I don't have enough mental
capacity for any type of relationship right now. I'm trying
to figure out myself as well as manage my relationship
with my parents, and I'm overwhelmed and stressed already.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
What a mature response.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Okay, they had some more correspondence, nothing that would make
anyone think, you know, he was about to go to
her apartment and murder her.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
But that's exactly what happened. Okay.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
When police showed up, the victim was face down on
her living room floor in a pool of blood when
a parent gu shot wound to her head. I would
say this is a sign of the times, but this
has been going on forever.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
Some men simply can't deal with rejection, and as a
father of four daughters, I pray that they never meet
these kind of dangerous ass men. Okay, you have to
teach people to not feel entitled to anything. It's a
level of entitlement that makes people not be able to
handle rejection, fellas, you have to be able to hear
the word no and move on. Okay, you want to

(05:27):
know the problem. A lot of y'all never had to
write a letter that says.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
Will you go with me? Yes?

Speaker 3 (05:35):
No?

Speaker 1 (05:35):
Or maybe gotta put them maybe? Okay.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Everything about that letter prepares you for rejection. You write it, Okay,
you got all the options laid out. You have to
give it to her, So it's a lot of preparation
that goes into it.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
And it wasn't any assuming.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Okay, you knew based on what she checked on that
box whether or not you should take things further. Yes
meant it was on and popping. Maybe meant it was
a chance. No meant no.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
But you were prepared for all options.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
And if you got to know, you kept it moving
and wrote another letter for another young lady.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
That's it, Okay.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
If she said no, Jose, so what heartbreak shouldn't turn
to you being heartless? If your response to rejection is murder,
then you're just not simply ready to date.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
Okay, Look, look, man, rejection hurts.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Okay, it's normal, But what Jose did shows a complete
lack of self control. You handle rejection by feeling the emotion,
processing it, talk it out with somebody and use it
as fuel to.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Grow, not to destroy.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Okay, if you can't cope with the rejection, talk to somebody,
a parent, a therapist, a teacher, any rational adult that
can stop you from making a permanent decision based off
temporary emotions.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
Rejection is not a crime, but violence is. She popped
a balloon on you and you popped her. That's not
how that should work. Please give jose Lewis low pecks.
She say the biggest he hull she came whatever the
hell's name is. Soon to be prison in May seven six, five, seven, nine,

(07:11):
three four six. Well with no remorse, though, I'm talking
about hurry it up at the time of arrest.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
He's gonna be saying that for the rest of his
life in prison. Hurry it up when they're hitting it
from the back, and they ain't gonna hurry either.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
All right, Well, thank you for that, Donkey of the death. Indeed,
now when we come back, Edgar Belonga will be joining us.
He's fighting this Saturday in Queens and we're gonna talk
to him next. It don't go anywhere it's the Breakfast Club.
Good morning. The Breakfast Club.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
Donkey of Today is sponsored by renowned personal injury attorney
Michael the Bull.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
Lamb is soft.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
Don't be a donkey when you need a fighter on
your side. If you're ever injured, go to Michael to
bull dot com. That's Michael to bull dot com. And
when you mess with the bull, you get the horns.
