we'll be talking to both of them. Let's get the
show cracking. We got front page news. We're gonna be
joining us. That don't go anywhere. It's the breakfast Club.
Good morning morning, everybody is DJ Envy just hilarious, Charlamagne
the guy.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
We are the breakfast Club.

Speaker 5 (02:36):
Let's get in some front page news.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
What's up? Morgan?

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Hey, Hey, how y'all feeling.

Speaker 9 (02:46):
You are right?

Speaker 14 (02:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:48):
No, this just watching you know, what's going on in
Texas is.

Speaker 15 (02:51):
All and it is just city situation is all. Yeah,
So I'll get into it first off front page. Yes,
So the devastating situation in central Texas following this catastrophic
flooding event continues to develop now. Governor Greg Abbott reports
that the death toll remains above one hundred, with more
than one hundred and sixty people still unaccounted for now.

(03:11):
Speaking from rural hunt in western Kerr County, Abbot emphasized
that search and rescue efforts or recovery efforts will continue
relentlessly and so every last person is located. He also
addressed the criticism around you know, those weather warning systems,
and here's what he had to say.

Speaker 10 (03:29):
Just in the Kerr County area alone, there are one
hundred and sixty one people who are known to be missing.
To put this into perspective, there are far more fatalities
than there were in Hurricane Harvey. My focus isn't on
trying to say, oh, you did wrong or you should
have done better there. My job is to bring Texas
and Texans together.

Speaker 15 (03:50):
So Abbot went on to say that the heart of
Texans are breaking every day because of this event. He
also took a helicopter tour over the worst affected regions,
ex pressing that he was deeply moved by the extent
of the devastation, and he went on to say that
President Trump's immediate granting of the Major Master Declaration has
been speeding up recovery efforts. Meanwhile, at the White House yesterday,

(04:13):
President Trump held a cabinet meeting, and he praised Homeland
Security Secretary Christy Nome for her response to.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
The flooding event.

Speaker 15 (04:21):
Now Trump also told reporters that Noome's response was vital
and that she got people there as fast as anyone seen.
Noam also spoke about federal resources being used in Texas.
Let's take a listen to their comments.

Speaker 16 (04:35):
I think a lot of lives have been saying that
could have been nas managed and was you couldst doubled
a triple.

Speaker 12 (04:41):
We deployed, sir right away, the post guard.

Speaker 6 (04:44):
We also had some assets out of Customs and Border Protection,
our board tech teams went in.

Speaker 15 (04:50):
So Noam also called the flooding a tray tragedy, especially
noting that the little girls that there were little girls
from that camp, mystic who passed away as well. She
also talked about how she walked through that devastation and
walked through those cabins where those girls went missing and
were later found dead. She added that the parents who
come to the flooding camps are also met with grief counselors. Now,

(05:12):
Trump of course confirmed he will visit the area's flooded
in central Texas on Friday, And I think it's important
to note that as this continues to develop.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
You know, there's so many people that have been impacted.

Speaker 15 (05:24):
You know, families have lost their homes, communities shattered in children,
there are still people who are missing, and the need
is urgent. And the Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country
has launched their Kerr County Flood Relief Fund to support
those impacted. All donations go through directed Go directly excuse
me to trusted and vetted organizations that will provide food, shelter, healthcare,

(05:46):
and hope. So you can donate to the Kerr County
Flood Relief Fund at Community Foundation dot net.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
That's Community Foundation dot net. Switching gears. Guys. You see
what happened with the Supreme Court yesterday.

Speaker 15 (05:59):
If you miss, the Supreme Court will allow the Trump
administration to resume plans to carry out massive job cuts
across federal agencies. So all those job layoffs and stuff
that was going on, there was a little pause on that,
but the Supreme Court, the highest court in the land,
has said, you know what go on, So Justices.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
Doald Trump Supreme Court though we noticed.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Well yeah, I mean yeah he did. He did appoint
most of those.

Speaker 15 (06:22):
But Justices lifted the district judge order blocking the large
scale federal layoffs that could potentially impact hundreds of thousands
of jobs. The Supreme Court said it was not assessing
the legality of any specific plans for layoffs at the
federal agencies, but President Trump signed an executive order in
February directing agencies to prepare for the government overhaul. So

(06:46):
expect that if you work for a government agency, there's
a possibility that plans could be carried out to incorporate
more of those layoffs coming so.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
And plans could be laid out to fire you. I
want to go back to the the flooding in Texas. Man,
that story hurts my soul. When I say that story
hurts my soul because we all got kids. You're sending
your kids off the camp for the summer and then
you get some news like that.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
I feel sorry for those parents.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
I'm sending healing energy to those parents, and I'm praying
for the souls of those kids, the ones who passed
away and the ones that.

Speaker 4 (07:17):
Are still instead of that are still missing.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
And you know, I see people pointing the finger, right,
isn't a flash flooding sudden?

Speaker 4 (07:25):
Yes, So how do you for that?

Speaker 5 (07:27):
I mean you can't, you can't. I mean they tell
you that. You know, it's mother nature, so things happen.
You don't know how crazy is going to get, how
much you know downpour it is going to get. But
I will say one thing, I feel like this happens
a lot with Mother nature. Right, It's always flooding. There's
always especially with flooding and rain. And I feel like
they haven't controlled the sewer system yet to make sure

(07:48):
that the water goes a certain way because we see
it all the time. We see the Jersey, we see
it in the Landa, we see it in Texas. But
it just seems like the problem the infrastructure never gets fixed.

Speaker 15 (07:57):
Yeah, that's yeah, even with this particular situation. This camp
was actually located along a river bed, so the Guadalupe River.
But and just where it was located, it was like
in the valley of that bed, very close to the river.
So to your point, envious, like, well, what can you
do about the infrastructure and what can you do when
it comes to you versus life?

Speaker 9 (08:18):
But nothing.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
Yeah, there's nothing you can do versus U versus mother nature,
you versus an earthquake, you versus a hurricane, you versus
a tornado. I mean some things you might can prepare for,
but that don't mean you're going to survive it.

Speaker 4 (08:28):
Yeah, we just had a lot.

Speaker 5 (08:30):
We had people's houses getting flooded over and over again,
and it just seems like something has to change, Like
we know what's going to happen in certain areas.

Speaker 4 (08:36):
Sometimes it just happens. It's nothing you can do, like
it's mother nature.

Speaker 5 (08:39):
But sometimes it's the same areas over and over and
over and over again.

Speaker 4 (08:42):
It just seems like nothing ever fixes may never fixed it.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
And because the climate change, things have gotten worse of
these storms and these floodings are much much worse than
they were.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
That's true, that is true.

Speaker 15 (08:52):
Well, if you are moved to donate again, uh the
Kerrk County relief excuse me, Kerk County flood really fun
at Community Foundation dot net. I've got more front page
news at seven, So stick around guys.

Speaker 5 (09:04):
All right, everybody else, get it off your chest. Eight
hundred five eight five one oh five to one. If
you need to vent phone lines or wide open again.
Eight hundred five eight five one oh five one.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
It's the Breakfast Club.

Speaker 17 (09:15):
Good morning, the Breakfast Club. This is your time to
get it off your chest. Eight hundred five eight five
one oh five one. We want to hear from you
on the Breakfast Club.

Speaker 13 (09:29):
Hello.

Speaker 4 (09:29):
Who's this?

Speaker 12 (09:30):
This is Helen?

Speaker 4 (09:31):
Hello, good morning. Where you calling them from?

Speaker 12 (09:33):
I'm calling from Jacksonville, Florida.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
Okay, dude, all you're going to do all day this
Saturday at Mont Creek Park.

Speaker 12 (09:40):
Oh, I'll do all I don't like. Calm down, please,
I just go to work and I go home.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
He Loo, that's right, Helen.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
Oh they have a good time. I don't do all that.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
Get it off just the right.

Speaker 12 (09:57):
So boom. I called in because I heard you saying that.
You know, people want to compare to the white man
or to was fight and he was fighting what we did.
He won't be that. We are different because we are
the standard. That's why everybody cons everything that we do.
That's why everybody we do. Somebody tried to take it
from us because with the sense, and they continue to
fight to make us believe that we're not good enough,

(10:19):
but we are with good so we're gonna be treated
different periods, and I'm gonna leave it right there. Some
people will get it. It's gonna go for a lot
of people's head. But that's gonnay because everybody eyes not open.

Speaker 4 (10:29):
I understand exactly what you're saying.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
And you know, if we're the standard, that means that
we always got to submit all will to the God,
and us now submit all will to the devil.

Speaker 12 (10:38):
Right, And that's the problem. We have got intertwined with
the world. We live in the world, but we're supposed
to let separate from the world.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
Man, I'm so glad you said that, because I'm it
drives me crazy hearing people say things like, you know,
we should be able to do what they do. That's
not the type of equality I want if we're talking about,
you know, just being able to get away with evil.

Speaker 12 (10:57):
But yet again, you got to understand some people will
get it and some people won't. It's just not for
everybody to understand what throw it out of heaven, right,
he was with God. It's gonna be the same way
here on earth. People will be with God. Some people
are gonna be thrown out. It's okay. Probably we are
the standard. We set the center and everything. And once

(11:17):
we realized that we'll change our ways, we will cause
people to change. So come over to the side that
they need to be all and I'm gonna let that go.

Speaker 3 (11:26):
Okay, that's why Helen, that's why Helen ain't going to
do all day.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
She ain't got time for sh do all that.

Speaker 4 (11:34):
Get it off here chest. Eight hundred and five eight five,
one oh five one. If you need to vent, hit
us up now. It's the Breakfast Club.

Speaker 17 (11:39):
Good morning, the Breakfast Club. This is your time to
get it off your chest. Whether you're man or blast.

Speaker 5 (11:49):
I hate the way that you walk, the way did
you talk, I hate the way that your dress. Everything
when need is best, call up now.

Speaker 4 (11:56):
Eight hundred five eight five one. I'm what the coach
of fils? Hello?

Speaker 13 (12:01):
Who's this.

Speaker 12 (12:03):
Blood?

Speaker 1 (12:03):
Though?

Speaker 4 (12:04):
That was your dogs in the back.

Speaker 9 (12:07):
No, that was.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
Balking. That was you coughing. You go to the doctor.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
Damn wake the baby. Oh okay, all right, well, good morning,
I'm gonna get it off your chest.

Speaker 12 (12:19):
Let me tell you something first and foremost.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
First of all, I am not your baby. Daddy's gonna
be calling me. Let me tell you something. I don't
owe you no money, all right, Well, my.

Speaker 12 (12:28):
Baby daddy is gonna happen. So second of all, that's
what you get.

Speaker 18 (12:32):
That's what you get.

Speaker 12 (12:37):
Right now. It's like the battle of the females of
my family.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
That's why you are smoking weed early in the morning.

Speaker 5 (12:45):
Who's the females, your sister, your kids? You just said,
our kids?

Speaker 4 (12:50):
What's what's what's your kids doing?

Speaker 3 (12:51):
What's happening?

Speaker 12 (12:52):
Let me tell you. It's like my oldest daughter is
trying to bring my youngest daughter to go against me.
But we're reason how old are they? Thirty one and
twenty one?

Speaker 4 (13:07):
Is it is? It is their father, the one that
passed away?

Speaker 3 (13:10):
Yes, I mean do you think and I know that
they're both thirty one and twenty one and that's older.
But you know, grief doesn't ever really go away. Did
they ever really get any do any grieving behind that situation?

Speaker 4 (13:20):
No, that could be it could have something to do
with it, or what are they upset about?

Speaker 12 (13:24):
And that's what I was, so you know who? But
you know, I'll be asking myself like maybe if their
father or if they would have got counseled or something
during the calm period maybe would have helped out.

Speaker 3 (13:37):
I think so. I think that could be part of
the issue. I'm not nobody psychiatrist or therapist.

Speaker 7 (13:41):
And then you could have checked out too, you know.
And it's hard. It's hard to be a parent. When
you lose a cold parent, you lose your significant other,
you know what I'm saying. So you could have you
could have subconsciously neglected you know, one of them or
both of them, or you know what I'm saying, and
all of y'all hurting.

Speaker 3 (13:59):
From import How long has he been gone?

Speaker 4 (14:05):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (14:06):
Yeah, so that's that's that's what more than half day life.
That they didn't have a father. I mean that that
could be part of the issue.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
I don't know. Did you ask him? Did they tell
you what the issue was? No, y'all need to have
more communications. They have they got a conversation.

Speaker 12 (14:18):
No communications. It's like it's like a chain bond that
won't break.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
Were you smoking with the wrong person? You need you
need to roll up some and go smoke with your
daughters and have a conversation.

Speaker 12 (14:31):
But they don't smoke.

Speaker 3 (14:32):
Oh okay.

Speaker 5 (14:33):
Wow.

Speaker 12 (14:34):
The thing about that is I cannot put it like
I have moved out a crown and my oldest daughter
and my middle daughter, who twenty eight, was up here
only by the sound.

Speaker 3 (14:47):
That's part of it.

Speaker 12 (14:49):
My youngest daughter and my son moved out of sound.

Speaker 4 (14:52):
Oh so they feel like you left him.

Speaker 3 (14:54):
So father, so daddy gone, he passed away, and they
feel like you left you left him. That's all you
need to talk to You maybe need to go get
some some therapy, maybe in family therapy.

Speaker 7 (15:04):
Because they were young when that happened, you know, so
they just grow up.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
Oh man, what happened in the house. Well, I'm sorry, mama.

Speaker 3 (15:13):
Open up the lines of communication, man, have a conversation
with you with your baby and apologize. Apologize if you
feel like you did something wrong.

Speaker 4 (15:21):
Yeah, yeah, and I have no problem doing that.

Speaker 12 (15:24):
I've apologized with.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
Yeah, that's that's sure.

Speaker 6 (15:29):
Right.

Speaker 4 (15:29):
Well, thank you, mama.

Speaker 3 (15:30):
Good luck.

Speaker 4 (15:30):
I have a good one. Good luck. Get it off
your chest. You talk to the kids, and the kid
like she was on crack.

Speaker 9 (15:38):
She's smoking weed.

Speaker 4 (15:38):
She just smoking.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
She ain't tell you the whole story.

Speaker 9 (15:42):
Man.

Speaker 4 (15:43):
We got the ladies with Lauren coming up.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
We do.

Speaker 19 (15:45):
Nicki Minaj is on line claiming that jay z Os
are two hundred million dollars and a lot of other things.

Speaker 2 (15:51):
We're gonna get into it, all.

Speaker 4 (15:53):
Right, We'll get into that next. It's the Breakfast Club.
Good morning, the Breakfast Club, Good morning.

Speaker 5 (16:00):
Everybody is DJ n V, Jess hilarious, Charlamagne the guy.

Speaker 4 (16:03):
We are the Breakfast Club. Let's get to the latest
with Lauren. Lauren be coming a straight fast. She gets them.
Somebody that knows, somebody get detail.

Speaker 20 (16:12):
I'm the homegirl that knows a little bit about everything,
and she'd.

Speaker 3 (16:15):
Be having the latest on you.

Speaker 4 (16:18):
The lawn, The latest with Lauren la Rosa. Sometimes you
have fact, sometimes you have details.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
Sometimes you have a little bit of everything.

Speaker 4 (16:24):
It's the latest on the Breakfast Club to me, Well, y'all.

Speaker 20 (16:29):
Nicki Minaj is back on X and she's coming for
jay Z.

Speaker 9 (16:33):
So.

Speaker 19 (16:33):
In a series of tweets, Nicki Minaj is claiming that
jay Z owes her one hundred to two hundred million
so far. She says she tweeted jay Z called me
to settle the karmic that it only it's own, am
I gam me?

Speaker 15 (16:51):
Okay, it's only collecting more interest. You still in my
top five though.

Speaker 19 (16:55):
Let's get it in word and anyone still calling him
home will answer to God for the as for me,
and she is referring to I believe because then she
says more tweets when Title Originally when jay Z did
the deal with Title, it was a partnership. You know,
he gave artists some ownership, including j Cole, Nicki Minaj Rihanna,

(17:15):
and then when he sold the company back in twenty
twenty one. When sawd the company back in twenty twenty one,
Nicki Minach had always said that she felt like she
wasn't paid out what she should have been paid out.
She was only offered a million dollars at the time,
so she and she went on with a bunch of
other tweets as well too. She talked about, you know,
once she gets the money from jay Z that he

(17:36):
allegedly owes her, she's gonna, you know, start a college
fund for her fans. She is talking about, you know,
being shadow band and hated on online again. She says,
if you get a message to post hate her lives
today on any platform, I advise you to say no.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
They won't cover your legal fees.

Speaker 19 (17:52):
Just today alone, we've added five blogs and five content creators.
I hope you got a lot of money saved up.
I hope it's worth of losing everything, including account. Because
Nicki Minaj has been on x saying that the blogs
and online creators don't cover her and jay Z's back
and forth the same way as they do everything else.

Speaker 3 (18:11):
It's not a back and forth.

Speaker 2 (18:12):
That's definitely not a b I was about the Yeah,
it's just.

Speaker 3 (18:15):
Been a fourth And I also find that interesting because
you know, I see NICKI will amplify stories and I'll
be looking like, I'm like, this is a bogus ass source.
It's just a random YouTube account or you know, some
some fake story somebody like she was doing that yesterday.

Speaker 7 (18:33):
Oh, she was doing a lot yesterday, a fake story.
Well she was saying something about the lawsuit with Meghan.

Speaker 4 (18:40):
Oh no, not that. That's not what the one I
was talking about.

Speaker 5 (18:43):
It was a lot, and a lot of the blogs
haven't been picked it up because I.

Speaker 4 (18:48):
Haven't been seeing it a lot of places.

Speaker 19 (18:49):
And that's that's how she feels. She feels like blog
blogs and online platforms don't touch what she's saying and
they don't cover all of her words fully because it's
jay Z.

Speaker 3 (18:59):
And well, I'll tell you this, I have no idea
about their business. But if someone owed me two hundred
million dollars, then I would be in court, not on
X And I guarantee you if she ever took that
to court, that would be a huge store.

Speaker 7 (19:12):
I agree, Lauren would get the first first details as
soon as it hit the court.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
I would be at court for that. But yeah.

Speaker 19 (19:21):
She also said that jay Z she alleged he ruined
hip hop football basketball tour.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
Instagram, Twitter.

Speaker 19 (19:29):
She said, the jig is up all of this allegend
for entertainment purpose purposes, only she wouldn't make that clear.
She's also saying that jay Z doesn't stand by black
people or a legend, that jay Z doesn't stand by
black people the way that he should because he politically
doesn't get out there the way that he should because
of us different business partners.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
That stay next to it.

Speaker 18 (19:49):
Not true.

Speaker 3 (19:50):
And I guess maybe that's why you don't pay certain
things any attention, because when certain things you just know
are like, all right, come on now, I see what
she did that, but I don't u.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
She said he's still in the top five top five.

Speaker 2 (20:02):
Oh yeah, I mean you can't.

Speaker 19 (20:03):
You can't never you know, Nikki is like a rapper
rapper for she can't never deny that, but there's a
series of tweets. She also was asking when did jay
Z ever campaign for Kamala. She says he benefited so
much from the party when President Obama gave that speech
about the Brothers, why didn't Jigga come out and strongly
campaigned for the Democratic Party at that time?

Speaker 3 (20:23):
He did campaign for Barack Obama?

Speaker 4 (20:25):
Crazy, she said different.

Speaker 3 (20:27):
Barack Obama president is black, but he definitely was. But
I think she's talking about Hillary.

Speaker 19 (20:34):
But I think she's talking about when Kamala was running
and jay Z, I'm not jes Z and Obama said
that thing about black men, and she's saying, why didn't
he come out as like the spokesperson for black men
that I remember when people were upset about Obama and
the way that he came at black men in their
support for Kamala. Harris she said that because in her opinion,
she did not come out for the Brothers. We've been hoodwinked.

(20:54):
And she says, you know, basically there there's a lot
of tweets here, but in summation, she is still very
upset what it is all about.

Speaker 4 (21:04):
Though, Where did it come from you.

Speaker 3 (21:07):
Maybe I'm bugging where did this start from?

Speaker 7 (21:08):
What happened a couple of weeks ago with the music
started a long time, not I mean like just recent recently, like.

Speaker 2 (21:17):
Being from n Yes, yeah, that was a part of
it as well.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
She also ruined all these sports, Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (21:24):
She know, she felt like Little Wayne.

Speaker 19 (21:26):
She feels like Little Wayne should have been the performer
at the super Bowl.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
And that is funny. Is read that one again? We said, she.

Speaker 19 (21:34):
Said there hashtag jay Z, you ruined hip hop, You're
ruined football, you're doing basketball, You're ruined, You're ruing Instagram,
You're ruin Twitter.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
The jig is up.

Speaker 19 (21:45):
All of this is alleged and for entertainment purposes only.
And she also is saying she's mentioned in Desiree who
is one of jay Z.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
Might as well say Jayz's the head adulte invaded, j
invaded Godless.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
You might as well just come on some more than that, nigga,
don't stop.

Speaker 13 (22:00):
That, she said.

Speaker 19 (22:02):
She said, There's there's a lot here, man, j Z,
the reason for processed foods, the artificial dies in the candy,
what else.

Speaker 3 (22:14):
I heard that?

Speaker 18 (22:14):
I heard?

Speaker 4 (22:15):
He was the reason for Essence Festival. This weekend.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
That was definitely.

Speaker 19 (22:20):
We're gonna be tweeting about us And didn't even get
to do my makeup this morning. She's gonna post this, She's.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
Already at.

Speaker 19 (22:30):
She is gonna be mad, but yeah, she says that
black people have been here winked by jay Z, that
he is not what we think that he is insummation politically,
sports wise and music wise.

Speaker 5 (22:41):
I'm mad with the essence though he should have did
that the essence, man, there's a bunch of black people.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
I just think that when you criticize somebody for what
they are doing or haven't done for a community whatever.
Her argument is, you have to be doing equal or more.
Mm hmm, because that would be my question. Right, Well,
if I'm not doing anything, then what you doing?

Speaker 5 (23:00):
But this is coming from a personal place though, This
is that this is a person I just got.

Speaker 3 (23:04):
Just a simple question. If I'm not doing anything, even
though I know I'm doing a whole lot, what.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
Are you doing? Correct?

Speaker 5 (23:10):
But this is a personal This is she's mad that,
you know, the whole super Bowl thing, and she's standing
up for Wayne, she standing up for her stuff like.

Speaker 4 (23:16):
This is personal. But you remember, you remember when it
was it was we had that.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
Uh, it was the thing in Rock Nation when Roger
Goodell and everybody that I was in the room for that.
I remember when jay Z was like, I can point
to everything that I've done. I can tell you about
the people I've helped, the charity's out giving to blah
blah blah, this, and that. You gotta lay your list
out if you're telling me that I don't do nothing,
If you're telling me that I don't show from my community,
now you gotta lay your list out now.

Speaker 7 (23:39):
Look, going back to the super Bowl thing, is it
possible that it was told to Wayne that he was
gonna do the Super Bowl and then last minute it
was like, nah, we're gonna give it to Homie.

Speaker 19 (23:53):
I haven't heard that in Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaja
been yelling from the mountain high about that.

Speaker 20 (23:58):
So I don't, I don't. I don't know that to
your question that.

Speaker 4 (24:00):
They said it was assumed because it.

Speaker 7 (24:02):
Was we all thought that it was I'm just talking
about more than a like more than just the same,
and it well, you know, because the way the way
they was acting about it, it's like, yo, y'all may
have been told.

Speaker 4 (24:14):
That a level of entitlement too.

Speaker 19 (24:17):
She said also to that the Democrats attacked her over
her cousins testicles.

Speaker 3 (24:21):
Oh my god, she.

Speaker 19 (24:22):
Said, let's see if they have anything. Y'all don't remember
when she said that. Remember she was talking about the
COVID vaccine and she was saying that she had a cousin,
her cousin. She friend said, yeah, She said that she
had her She had a cousin's friend who took the
COVID vaccine and became like he couldn't read. And people
got on her about that, and she was like, y'all
attacked me over that. Why don't y'all Let's see if

(24:43):
they have any thoughts on brother billionaire. She's talking about
Jayz never campaigning for Kamala after Obama pleaded with the brothers.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
Isn't my thing is you can't accuse somebody of doing something,
of not doing something that you didn't even do. She
didn't get who is she have a campaign for? I
was asking questions here, Well, I'm not concusing Nikki nothing.
I'm just asking obvious questions. I ain't never seen her
campaign with nobody.

Speaker 9 (25:05):
Think me crazy.

Speaker 19 (25:06):
She said, if the top brother in charge can leave,
y'all hanging with our roop percussions. Then may everyone else
leave you hanging as well, hanging like my cousin's friends
testicles wrapping up?

Speaker 4 (25:17):
What?

Speaker 3 (25:19):
All right?

Speaker 4 (25:19):
Well that was the latest with Lauren. Damn Jesus. All
right when we come back being front page news.

Speaker 5 (25:25):
Oh, she gone, she responding later on you us we together,
Charliman already got shot at before them then, So yeah, next,
I'm all right, it's the Breakfast Club one morning, you're
checking out the Breakfast Club morning. Everybody's dj NV just Hilarius,
Charlamagne the guy.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
We are the Breakfast Club. Let's get back in some
front page.

Speaker 15 (25:45):
What's up, Morgan, Yeah, let's talk about what's happening in
international news. So President Trump is expressing his unhappiness with
Russian President Vladimir Putin while speaking to his cabinet yesterday
at the White House, Trump told reporters the war in
Ukraine is causing thousands of deaths. Let's take a listen
to his comments, President Trump.

Speaker 16 (26:04):
Now, I'm not happy with poll I can tell you
that much right now, because he's killing a lot of people,
and a lot of them are his soldiers, his soldiers
and their soldiers mostly So.

Speaker 15 (26:14):
This comes as President Trump has been trying to hammer
out a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine and lately has
put most of the blame for the continued fighting on
Putin Now. According to those comments, Trump indicated that Russia's
military took on a lot of casualty, and BBC News
reports that estimates for Russian military casualties range from one

(26:37):
hundred and ninety five five hundred thousand to maybe two
hundred and seventy four five hundred and eighty thousand killed
as of a June twelve, twenty twenty five. But the
BBC News also indicates that those number of casualties could
be even higher because they're not at least they're not
releasing the They believe that Russia is not releasing the

(26:57):
correct numbers out of that region anyways, whether it be
on civilian casualties or military casualties. Elsewhere on the international front,
President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin net and Yahoo
met again yesterday in Washington, d C. Trump said they
are they'd spoke exclusively about the war in Gaza. The

(27:17):
President said they got to get that solved, adding that
Steve Whitkoff, his special envoy said they're hopeful to have
an agreement to a sixty day cease fire by the
end of the week. Now Wikoff said it would include
the release of ten live hostages by Hamas, as well
as the return of the bodies of nine hostages as well.

(27:38):
So that's what's happening on the international front. Meanwhile, here
at home, let's take it to California on the West coast.
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and California Governor Gavin Newsom
are condemning an armed deployment of federal immigration agents in
Los Angeles historic MacArthur Park. Now, federal agents and military
vehicles descended on the park earlier this week, but details

(27:59):
as to were not immediately made available. Mayor Bass, who
came to the park as soon as she heard the
news spread, called the situation absolutely outrageous. Let's take a
listen to her comments.

Speaker 8 (28:11):
To me, this is another example of the administration rationing
up chaos by deploying would look like a military operation
in an American city. I could see a helicopter in
the air, I think it was a black Hawk helicopter,
and I saw military tanks. It was the Custom and
Border Patrol and it might have been military on the periphery.

Speaker 15 (28:35):
So she said that it h's part of a political
agenda of provoking fear and terror, while California Governor Gavin
Newsom says also. He also claims the operation was politically
motivated and disruptive to one of Los angeles most vulnerable communities.
I think this is important to pay attention to because
there has been an increase in ice raids across the country,

(28:56):
not only in LA, but also in New Jersey, Texas
and even here. You're in the dmv DC Maryland, Virginia area,
and if just switching gears, if you're catching a flight soon,
the TSA is ending its shoe removal policy at some
airport security checkpoints.

Speaker 3 (29:13):
I don't like that I paid for TSA pre check. Okay,
all right, What am I paying with TSA pre check for?

Speaker 4 (29:20):
If I if everybody get to keep their shoes on.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
Them, that is not the only thing.

Speaker 4 (29:23):
That you keep your shoes in your laptop. I'm barely
driving with my laptop.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
I was best saying. My friend said the same thing
Charlottvaie is saying.

Speaker 15 (29:32):
But according to multiple reports, the agency sent an internal
memo to security officers about testing the new policy and
a soft launch at security checkpoints.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
Several locations where shoes will.

Speaker 15 (29:43):
No longer need to come off include Baltimore Washington International Airport,
that's bwi Hear, New York's LaGuardia LAX, Philadelphia International, and
Fort Lauderdale International Airport. And this is effective immediately. So
if you've got a flight going out today, you know,
lucky you you get to save your socks. But TSA
is exploring new and innovative ways. This is what the

(30:06):
agency said, They're exploring new and innovative ways to enhance
the passenger experience. I'm not sure what that means for you, though,
mister Charlottage.

Speaker 3 (30:15):
Well, I could, I could tell I can tell them
what it means. All we pay for these things just
because we're trying to get through security faster.

Speaker 4 (30:21):
And they keep adding things.

Speaker 5 (30:22):
So first it was pre checked, it was clear, I
got I got all three.

Speaker 3 (30:27):
I got moved. So it's like for me, I just
want my my my, I want my h I wanted
to be expedited.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
I want to get through that fast.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
That's it.

Speaker 15 (30:33):
That's it flying down as over as down overall, considering
all of what's going on and so maybe there may
be you know, in the I don't know how to
put it, but in the grand scheme of things, maybe
that those who have the TSA pre check.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
I don't know how to put it.

Speaker 7 (30:49):
If everybody can get it, everybody, I'm just about to
start going through the regular line because everybody got TSA
pre check, everybody got the digital ID crap.

Speaker 5 (30:58):
So it's like, but you fly every can like it is.
The airports don't be packed like that anymore.

Speaker 3 (31:03):
No, no, no, no.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
Flights exactly.

Speaker 15 (31:08):
That's essentially what I'm getting at is that flights are
down airports.

Speaker 2 (31:11):
People aren't traveling as much. They ain't got it, you
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (31:14):
So is trying to make it an experience where they
buy a book just just because I can keep my
shoes on.

Speaker 4 (31:19):
I'm gonna go fly out.

Speaker 15 (31:21):
I mean, try see what sticks right, you know. But
that's your front faced news, all right.

Speaker 9 (31:27):
I'm Morgan.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
Would follow me on socials at morgan Medium.

Tisha Campbell and Melissa D. Sosa is joining us. They
have a new movie, Operation Auntie's, and we'll talk to
the next It's the Breakfast Club.

Speaker 4 (31:57):
Good morning morning.

Speaker 5 (31:58):
Everybody is envy, just hilarious, charlamage the guy we are
the Breakfast Club. La La Rosa is here as well,
and we got some special guests in the building. We
have Tii Campbell and Melissa the Operation Aunties.

Speaker 3 (32:15):
Yes, oh my god, it's safe to say the term
auntie doesn't bother either one of y'all.

Speaker 11 (32:18):
Quick doesn't bother me?

Speaker 2 (32:21):
What about you?

Speaker 21 (32:22):
You know? No, no, I mean I'm an aunt in
real life, so you know, it's a respect thing there,
and I like that about it.

Speaker 11 (32:34):
I didn't like at.

Speaker 21 (32:35):
First, like when you're like a certain age and you're
doing a beautiful picture. Oh ahead, Auntie, it's taking it away.

Speaker 2 (32:46):
It's like, okay, okay, aunt you.

Speaker 4 (32:47):
Trying to be sexy.

Speaker 11 (32:50):
It's it's so late for you.

Speaker 21 (32:52):
Go ahead, girl, I mean that's what it felt like
they were saying, you can't.

Speaker 4 (33:00):
Let it go.

Speaker 21 (33:00):
You know what I mean, because I'm doing a movie
with the titles. I was like, oh yeah, it's it's
a thick of honor.

Speaker 11 (33:05):
It is, you know, I like being an Auntie.

Speaker 4 (33:08):
Yeah that teacher. Were you at Essence this weekend? I
was a friend of mine. No, no, I ain't doing.

Speaker 5 (33:17):
But he's a little younger, and he was so what
he got back to the hotel because we went out later.
I didn't go to the show, but he's seen you
at the show and he was like, I guess why
I was standing next to I'm like he was like,
he was like, Auntie was looking amazing.

Speaker 4 (33:35):
I said, did I tried to flirt a little bit,
but she was I.

Speaker 9 (33:38):
Didn't know that.

Speaker 7 (33:40):
Would you have got I just saw Melissa and Auntie
was looking good.

Speaker 2 (33:45):
I wanted to get a number.

Speaker 4 (33:47):
Everything we know.

Speaker 21 (33:48):
No, listen, I'm fine with it now, I'm saying. At first,
it was really just used to like take back what
someone was trying to do at a certain age. I
do you know what I'm saying, But you know what
I'm saying. But now it's you know, they're turning it around,
like like you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 11 (34:04):
So now I think it's love being able to be
somebody's eyes. Of course, you know, you have a choice
somebody I don't.

Speaker 3 (34:12):
Did you complain about the title of the of the
movie when you first st oh.

Speaker 21 (34:15):
God, no, look was good?

Speaker 2 (34:18):
Like, oh yeah, I like the title.

Speaker 5 (34:19):
It's great, you know, before we get to the movie.
So does your son love the skits that you do
with him? One like you embarrassing?

Speaker 11 (34:29):
They absolutely love. Like getting there is not fun, like
guys y'all want to post. But once we're in it,
we're having so much fun and it's time for me
to like spend time with my kids. But honestly, I
was very, very like protective of my children, especially the
one that's on the spectrum, and I didn't know whether
this would be a good thing. But once love on

(34:51):
the spectrum and the way that people embraced them, it
just changed everything for me. And I was like, well,
maybe the give the call. It gives them so much confidence, y'all.
Now it's he's like he likes when people like recognize
him now.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
And he thinks he's funny.

Speaker 11 (35:05):
But I'd be like, I edit you funny, stop playing.

Speaker 2 (35:07):
It, Stop playing toys.

Speaker 4 (35:10):
Yeah, not toys.

Speaker 11 (35:12):
They're not like but I really enjoy it now, I'm
I love it and he's excited about it. As a
matter of fact, we saw Chrisette Michelle at Essence and
she was she It took her a second to come
over to me, and she was like, I'm such a
fan of Sence and I thought that was so dope.
You know, she had just come out and talked about
her own experience and challenges, and so I thought, Yo,

(35:34):
that is so dope. And we had a wonderful talk
about it and what it's doing for his confidence.

Speaker 4 (35:40):
On the spectrum.

Speaker 5 (35:41):
When I first saw I didn't know if I if
I should be enjoying watching it or not. But it's
like it's it's just a different type of show.

Speaker 4 (35:52):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (35:52):
What's different about it? It's just two people in love.

Speaker 11 (35:55):
But but you know what, it's different because of the
way that they love. They love They tell you exactly
what they want, and that's how my son is, like,
you know, I just want him to find somebody. That's somebody.
We're gonna find somebody. We're gonna put out a call.

Speaker 2 (36:10):
Well, the film here four Operation Aunties. How was it working?

Speaker 3 (36:14):
I love working with this one.

Speaker 11 (36:15):
We're both leaving.

Speaker 21 (36:16):
Yeah, So it was like, I mean we met years
and years, so we just never worked a guy. I
love her work and I love everything she's done in
her career. So I we just it was like we
were a sister's at birth, you know.

Speaker 11 (36:26):
But you know it was directed by when did we
both know her? I know her, known her since the nineties,
worked on Martin together and everything. But she I knew
I wanted to do it with her because I've always
wanted to work with her, And then once she came on,
I was like, Oh, that's icing on it. So it's
just it's a it's a great we had a good movie.
We had a good time. It's just it's like a

(36:48):
cyber crime comedy drama. You're giving you a little bit.
It's all the things. It's all the things.

Speaker 7 (36:56):
And I love how it has like a message basically
basically without telling me of y'all are like exposed in
the black market of like sex trafficking and everything. It's
really heavy, heavy in this climate right now, and it's.

Speaker 11 (37:08):
Interesting to see black women in their greatness as well,
like we are intelligent. Yeah, she plays a professor and
a tech genius and a tech gus, which is nice
so far from that in that.

Speaker 15 (37:21):
Realm too, And y'all don't run away from those that
that those traits in the movies, like y'all are really strong,
y'all are Like how important was that to display on
camera for y'all in this movie?

Speaker 21 (37:31):
Well, really important because the whole thing is, oh, I'm
not going my storyline, no no, no, no, you know we're
taking them down. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 15 (37:39):
So.

Speaker 21 (37:39):
And not only that, but it was someone I loved
almost got assaulted, so it was like, look, we police,
we can't wait, you know what I'm saying. So, And
I had the technology, which I like that part, like look,
I'm still trying to learn how to work my iPhone.
But this character, you know, she was a tech genius
and she's really smart. I love that. And then teachers

(37:59):
are retired detective right who comes back. I just liked
that we came together to bring this, bring these people down,
So yeah, we had to be strong.

Speaker 11 (38:07):
I mean, Amaya Scott plays her niece, so it's really nice, amazing.

Speaker 3 (38:12):
Okay, did you have to develop like any special special
rituals or inside jokes to like build the build the chemistry.

Speaker 11 (38:18):
No, it kind of came. She's just clicked funny, and
we clicked immediately. We had one meeting right before we
started working and that was it. We knew we were
going to have a guitime.

Speaker 7 (38:30):
Yeah, what was it ever any part? I mean, because
it was it was still like humorous as well to me.
But was it ever challenging? Because this is like a
real life thing women go through every day, young women, children,
you know.

Speaker 21 (38:45):
Well, Tisha really went there on one of the scenes
where something happens and then something happens we can't.

Speaker 11 (38:53):
Get away, but that was not a lot of times
that was like okay, know what a lot of so
I was like, okay, let me do comedy, and they
forget that. I come from a dramatic place, so I'm
able to do a lot of things in this able
to you know, bring the drama and bring the comedy.

Speaker 21 (39:12):
And then I her and just from my background just
as well as yours, you know, I was like, let's
improv a little bit before we do this scene, because
the scene comes in hot, So I was like, let's
improv outside before we go inside and bring it inside,
which really helped drive the scene because we were already
in the middle of something coming in so we just played,

(39:32):
you know what I mean, and it was just easy.

Speaker 11 (39:34):
Yeah, it was real easy.

Speaker 4 (39:35):
Still kick it with T. C. Campbell and Melissa their
souls it.

Speaker 5 (39:37):
A new movie, Operation Aunties, comes out July eleventh.

Speaker 4 (39:40):
Do y'all get stuck on the way movies are released now?
Or do y'all not mind?

Speaker 5 (39:44):
Like as far as stream beings being released on this
Netflix a box of do y'all get stuck on that?

Speaker 4 (39:49):
Or not too much?

Speaker 11 (39:50):
I don't you know? The work is the work check.

Speaker 21 (39:54):
Yeah, yeah, I mean, it's something you've got to work
out in your contract. It's like if it's not going
to be a release east and you know, in a theater,
you know whatever. I mean, it's not we're not doing
Mission Impossible right now, but you know what I mean,
it makes a difference when it's those kind of films.
I'm sure that's why they beef about that. But you know,
we got to go with the time. I mean, that's
just what happens.

Speaker 4 (40:13):
Yeah, you got it.

Speaker 11 (40:14):
You just have to evolve, even you know, incorporating social media.
It's your own publishist, your your own publish It's very true.
You have to do it. You have to evolve. And
that's the one thing that I know, you know, getting
being in this business for four years now, you have
to continue years. I've been doing this for playing thinkings, no,

(40:40):
but doing it for as long as I have. You
have to reinvent yourself and reinvent yourself and you have
to go with the times. So you can't if you
fight it, that's your ass.

Speaker 3 (40:48):
But you're also timeless, like when you see people like
Casan and Drew the flipping out because he saw you.
That lets you know how timeless you are.

Speaker 11 (40:57):
Yeah, thank you, thank you for that.

Speaker 2 (41:00):
Grab it with you. Since before Little Shop of Horror.

Speaker 11 (41:02):
Now, I used to watch your poet like.

Speaker 3 (41:06):
Gina did it first period.

Speaker 2 (41:08):
Always been a fan. So I love you.

Speaker 7 (41:10):
I love even seeing you on this phone as well.
Is it was it purpose though?

Speaker 1 (41:14):
Right?

Speaker 9 (41:14):
Like?

Speaker 7 (41:15):
Was it on purpose that Ya really didn't go into
Amaya's character?

Speaker 9 (41:19):
Right?

Speaker 11 (41:19):
So that was on purpose, on purpose that we didn't
call her tran in the movie. Yeah, yes, And she
talks about it herself, but and it's better when she
does because she loves the fact that she was just
a person in the film and not anything else. So yeah,
she she purposefully did that. Yeah, wrote that, wrote it
that way. Tj Alee wrote it that way.

Speaker 7 (41:41):
And I love that even in the film, like she
had said, my my aunt has been with me since.

Speaker 2 (41:45):
The beginning, you know what I mean.

Speaker 7 (41:46):
So it was good that it was a level of
support and love there and just bringing awareness to that,
you know what I mean, because that's absolutely relatable.

Speaker 11 (41:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 19 (41:53):
Yeah, there's a lot of sisterhood moments throughout the movie.
But in real life, I was watching her reading something
about Gabrielle Union at the Black Fun Festival in Florida.
She talked about how you saved her life because you're
just because of your relationship and you saw her, you
really saw her.

Speaker 11 (42:09):
It wasn't even that. It was more that when I
first saw her coming into the business, I knew she
was going to be great. And so in seeing that,
I said, listen, gab this business had got a lot
of ups and down. So let me pay for your
first ten therapy sessions.

Speaker 4 (42:27):
Wow, wow, so bad.

Speaker 11 (42:30):
You can get yourself into a good place and be
in a safe space, because there's it's ugly out there.
It's uglier than you think. And I just wanted her
to be I just wanted to support however I could
because I knew she was going to be great. What
was this the nineties, early two thousands, wow, And it
was before she was even big. She was making a

(42:52):
name for herself. She was out there. She was not
the Gabrielle Union that we know of today, but she
was still doing a.

Speaker 4 (42:59):
Lot of stuff.

Speaker 11 (43:00):
And I when I see somebody that is going to
be in this business, it's just it's a lot. It
can be a lot, and y'all see the ups and downs.
Y'all talk about it every single day. I just love
to support my sisters in this, you know. And I
grew up like that with Tashina, and you know, you
know that's how we are.

Speaker 4 (43:20):
But int to the Yeah, Wenna sayah, I got you
into that headspace.

Speaker 3 (43:24):
And who told you you know it? You should go
to therapy because this business is hard, because that's a
great Nobody told me that.

Speaker 11 (43:30):
I had to figure that out. And that was in
the nineties. I started figuring out. Oh you know what,
I'm sorry, let me take that back. It was my
acting coach. Actually his name is Howard Fine. I started
going to him at eighteen years old. We love Howard
so Howard was always like, listen, I'm not your therapist.
I think you have to always do two things. You

(43:50):
have to seek therapy because what we do is not
it's not healthy to a certain extent. Like most people,
when you're crying or when you're dealing with things, you
stay away from it, you but we embrace it and
we use it for our job.

Speaker 9 (44:05):
Right.

Speaker 11 (44:05):
So he said, you have to do therapy and you
have to do charity work because you have to get
outside of yourself and not look at it like you know, yeah,
get outside of yourself. Yeah, and you're not the end
all be all, and there are things that are bigger
than you.

Speaker 3 (44:21):
Agree.

Speaker 11 (44:22):
So that's what he always instilled in me. And so
since eighteen years old, I started going to things.

Speaker 19 (44:26):
That's because she talked about that too, just like from
you learning how to decentralize herself to give to other people.

Speaker 11 (44:32):
Yeah yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (44:33):
People don't just do that for no reason like that.

Speaker 9 (44:35):
No.

Speaker 11 (44:35):
I want people to win. Yeah, yeah, I want people
to win. I want to say to win, you know,
and it may not be on it may be on
different levels, but you know, let's do it the most
healthy way we possibly can.

Speaker 18 (44:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (44:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 18 (44:48):
Now, oh I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (44:49):
Go ahead, No, I was just gonna say, so, how
did that help you? Because you know you went through
a divorce and the right correctly this says you had
seven dollars left your name, and that that's true.

Speaker 11 (44:57):
Actually, no, the story will I had twenty one dollars
in my pocket and a knife cost seven dollars, and
I wanted to pay for the knife, but it was
Christmas and I had a choice to try to get
some extra toys for my kids. Wow, at the write
eight or.

Speaker 3 (45:15):
Something, So, how did that work that you had done
early on on yourself help you in that moment?

Speaker 1 (45:20):
Well?

Speaker 11 (45:20):
I believe that I always had really good relationships, and
I forged really good relationships. And the one thing that
I held on to right there was what God gave me.
And what God gave me was my talent and my
ability to reach people and to have good relationships. It
was the one thing nobody could take away. And so

(45:40):
with therapy, that's how I and really good friends and
weeding out all the others. I really I'm here today
and I'm really happy.

Speaker 7 (45:49):
Wow, you look happy, and yeah, you come in glowing beautiful.

Speaker 3 (45:54):
Yeah, are you back up?

Speaker 9 (45:55):
Now?

Speaker 3 (45:55):
I didn't the paper that Star Books.

Speaker 19 (45:58):
I believe it was publicity, but we did it with flowers.
Y'all got great publicis.

Speaker 21 (46:06):
Yes, you want to pay for my therapy, I'm open
to that.

Speaker 11 (46:12):
Okay.

Speaker 19 (46:20):
I have a question for you though, because I know
during that time that he was just talking about with
the divorce you got, you were going through a lot
of financially. You just talked about that. Right there was
the bankruptcy that you guys finally closed. I think that
was like six months right in your healing journey. Do
things like that, like closing the case and being able
to move on, actually help you to move on or no,
because you still have to think it's.

Speaker 11 (46:38):
A lifetime of stuff. And I don't really understand how
we went through the bankruptcy honestly, but that I was
kind of separated from it, So I don't really know
how we got through it. But it really is just
taking yourself outside of it and keeping moving forward. I

(46:58):
just move forward. I got kids, man, I got two kids,
one with one has ADHD, the other one got autism,
two separate issues. And I just keep moving forward.

Speaker 2 (47:08):
You still got a career, you still got others.

Speaker 11 (47:11):
Yeah, you know, I can't look backwards. I can't. Yeah,
so I just don't.

Speaker 4 (47:16):
It has to be difficult too, because since you're such
a celebrity, such a face on television, people don't understand
what you go through. They be like, nah, she got it.

Speaker 13 (47:23):
I just no, she got it.

Speaker 4 (47:25):
I just seen another replay, like, yeah, I know you
have to deal with that. That had to be difficult.

Speaker 11 (47:29):
Not really. I don't really pay attention to the crowd noise.
I can't. I can't afford it. And the way that
I look at life, it's like a football game, like
whoever's on the field running with me and got that
ball with me or running the field with me, I'm good.
I don't pay attention to the cheerleader's those the fake friends.
I don't pay attention to the crowd noise because they're there.
That's their job to boom and to cheer. So I

(47:52):
can't pay attention to any of it. I have to
just block it out and keep moving forward.

Speaker 5 (47:56):
Were still kick get it with TC Campbell and Melissa
their souls it. That new movie Operation Aunties comes out
July eleventh.

Speaker 15 (48:02):
Lauren, you talked about your Mommy makeover. I did be
ten words. What was your decision to open up about that.
Why it was.

Speaker 11 (48:09):
The deal that I made with Cosmic Care. I sat
down with them and I was like, I have to
be honest with my stuff and really let me tell
you what it actually came up, because sometimes I just
say my kids and I needed a mommy makeover. But
I have sarkitosis or was diagnosed with sarkoitosis, which is
a genetic lung disorder, right, and so they put you
on a lot of steroids, and after I lost the

(48:31):
weight health in a healthy way. It took a long time,
but it left me with a lot of extra meat
down there. So I was like, you know what, it's
time for mommy makeover. I got me a nice tell
me tuck I gott So that's why I you know,
and I'm I'm an open book. So I wanted to
talk about it because a mommy makeover isn't for everybody,

(48:54):
but it was for me at that moment, and I
wanted to feel good about mouse and baby.

Speaker 19 (49:04):
You also said that you weren't dating right now because
you just it's still the same, Yeah, because the man,
look the friends that still next to you at the
concert by myself, you.

Speaker 7 (49:15):
Want baby On a twenty one year olds anyway I
want it's one waist.

Speaker 11 (49:21):
Yeah, okay for me, I'm good as I love.

Speaker 2 (49:28):
This, that's right.

Speaker 11 (49:30):
Yes, I don't have to talk.

Speaker 2 (49:33):
No, But you said I love the spirit. Is there
a timeline on that for me?

Speaker 6 (49:37):
Like?

Speaker 2 (49:37):
Is enough the timeline?

Speaker 11 (49:39):
Listen? If I need a situation, should give me a
situation ship listen to you know she's gonna do what
she's gonna do.

Speaker 3 (49:45):
But like to pull out cameras, oh, exactly with them.

Speaker 21 (49:55):
You wantta be careful just even talking to someone on
the phone. You don't know who's recording. Just and you
know what, if you don't want somebody to know something
or hears something, just don't say it. You know, you
really have to be careful these days. Everybody that's a
new thing. Let me record whoever and make some money
off of that later and let me just let me
just put that in the library in the balls, and

(50:16):
I'm gonna bring it out ten years later when you
ain't got no money.

Speaker 4 (50:19):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 11 (50:20):
My friend told me, she was like, you know, t Shi,
you're not marriage material. That she said that because she
was like, guys just want to mess with Gina. They
don't want to you know right now, that's all they see.

(50:41):
They want to be with Gina. They don't want to
play with you.

Speaker 3 (50:44):
And I was like, maybe the young boy. I can
see the young boy, ye, but I can't see nobody grown.

Speaker 2 (50:55):
You would know better than us. So no, they do that, GA, because.

Speaker 11 (51:00):
I listen when people flirt with me, I get I
get nervous anyway because listen. Let me tell you because
I was in a twenty seven year relationship, marriage committed,
So I don't know nothing about your fangled anything. So yeah, oh,
I haven't given my stand up act. I'm doing stand
up now.

Speaker 12 (51:20):
About time.

Speaker 15 (51:22):
Time?

Speaker 11 (51:23):
Yes I do. I talk about something that a moment
we had on the game show.

Speaker 7 (51:29):
Yes, I'll tell you what I want to hear.

Speaker 11 (51:35):
It was funny.

Speaker 4 (51:36):
It was funny. Young boys are all over your Yeah, I
want to see that.

Speaker 3 (51:41):
Away from them, I'm not I'm not amy.

Speaker 11 (51:44):
I'm staying away from a dollar.

Speaker 2 (51:47):
On that video you moving them hips and that that
dance video that went viral.

Speaker 11 (51:50):
What dance video?

Speaker 3 (51:51):
You did?

Speaker 2 (51:51):
See the video?

Speaker 11 (51:52):
You what happened?

Speaker 21 (51:54):
It was?

Speaker 2 (51:58):
You're just dancing and enjoy good time. But like you was,
you was having a good time.

Speaker 4 (52:02):
She was getting it.

Speaker 11 (52:03):
Oh, No, that was doing house music.

Speaker 7 (52:05):
Yeah, thank you, Yeah, last week.

Speaker 21 (52:12):
Everybody they just think I'm shelbying real. They just it.

Speaker 4 (52:15):
Won't go away.

Speaker 21 (52:16):
But then they but we love but they're like scared,
but they want it, but they're scared or they they're
going to be mean.

Speaker 11 (52:25):
Oh god, all the time. That's the first thing that
comes out of there.

Speaker 21 (52:28):
They're calling me that, shall I be on the street,
you know what I mean? But whenever they meet me,
they're like, oh my god, you're so nice, you know
what I mean.

Speaker 11 (52:34):
They just expect me to be feisty. Yeah, they just can't.

Speaker 21 (52:38):
They can't separate it.

Speaker 7 (52:40):
She's the great actress because that that that's what that means. Look,
speaking of that, had the burn said that she would
be down for Miss Congeniality three, So would I come
down to you?

Speaker 21 (52:52):
That was one of the best experiences of my career,
and it was very early on and it just shows
like Cassandra Bullock is just the nicest person, and the
people I was working with they were just all kind
and you know, you don't really we were down there
for like three months, and we were all young, and
we and we all got along and it was such
a nice experience and we had so much fun. But

(53:13):
I would totally want to do it a third one.
I mean, you know, if they come up with a story,
I look, I'm ready, all right, Yeah, it was fun.
I would love to do that.

Speaker 2 (53:20):
We need that.

Speaker 3 (53:23):
You just started watching Martin five years ago.

Speaker 11 (53:24):
Crazy, yes, because a lot of the millennials and the
gen zs that are just kind of getting to know it.
They quoted in me. I don't know what they talking about,
like what look? But that was like in the nineties.
I was thirty some years ago. But so that you
have some like content.

Speaker 4 (53:42):
Jesus, that was thirty years ago.

Speaker 11 (53:45):
That's crazy, But like if so that you have content,
Like I said, like me and Tashina, we grew up
as broadway kids and you're only as good as your
last job. So we don't again, we don't look backwards,
and we don't we're not in a present. We're always
looking at what's the next gig. So it trained us
not to watch our own work. So I don't watch
my own work. My kids never watched my work unless

(54:06):
somebody snuck it to them. Oh that's why my youngest
calls me Gina. He don't call me mommy. You know,
they don't call me mommy. If you call me mommy,
it's something wrong. But that's another reason why I never
watched the Martin Show. But because people kept quoting at me,
like my friends. She kept saying, look at the white shoes,
look at the white shoes.

Speaker 3 (54:24):
I was like, what are you talking about.

Speaker 11 (54:26):
She was like, that's from Martin.

Speaker 3 (54:27):
Look through a Jerome and look at the West.

Speaker 11 (54:30):
And I was like, that was an inside joke that
nobody was supposed to know, because Martin would never let
us see his outfits for Jerome was Shanine. And so
when he came through the door and h he was like,
look at the white shoes. He was telling me it
to Sheena, to look at the white shoes, not our characters.
But it became like this thing that we didn't know
it was. So because they kept quoting stuff at me,

(54:52):
I started watching it.

Speaker 4 (54:53):
So you never watched my wife and kids either.

Speaker 9 (54:56):
No.

Speaker 11 (54:57):
I my kids don't like watch because they say I
yell at those kids like I yell at the Okay,
So they're like, I don't know, that's too much. They
look at it like this, And.

Speaker 3 (55:14):
I love what you and Melissa have with operational, But
I really want to see you into sheen to do
some type of of of buddy comed you know what
I'm saying, because it's like nobody represent things are.

Speaker 11 (55:31):
But then not talk about nice things happened.

Speaker 3 (55:35):
Okay, so move, Okay, movie TV shows, Okay, are y'all
still casting?

Speaker 11 (55:41):
But we are working on some things together.

Speaker 4 (55:45):
Okay, you're here, Jesse said, don't bring it back.

Speaker 11 (55:50):
Yes, okay, don't play with me. I'm not playing with you.

Speaker 2 (55:54):
I'm not girl. I'm not playing them. There can I
get your time?

Speaker 11 (55:58):
Still here here?

Speaker 9 (56:01):
Here?

Speaker 20 (56:01):
Yeah, I give you a number.

Speaker 5 (56:04):
Right, all right, comes out. We appreciate for joining us. Yes,
thank you, thank you so much.

Speaker 3 (56:13):
It's the Breakfast Club.

Speaker 4 (56:14):
Gome morning morning everybody.

Speaker 5 (56:15):
It's DJ Envy, Jess, Larry Charlamagne, the guy. We are
the Breakfast Club. Let's get to the latest with Laura
and Lauren be.

Speaker 4 (56:22):
Coming straight fast. Maybe she gets them, somebody that knows,
somebody get detail.

Speaker 20 (56:28):
I'm a long girl that knows a little bit about everything.

Speaker 3 (56:30):
She'd be having the latest on you, the law, the
latest with Lauren La Rosa. Sometimes you have fact, sometimes
you have details, sometimes you have a little bit of everything.

Speaker 4 (56:39):
It's the latest on the breakfast club.

Speaker 3 (56:41):
Talk to me.

Speaker 19 (56:43):
So yesterday in court, this will be real quick because
court was real quick. I didn't even make it by
the time. It was like seven to ten minutes long.
If that they adjoined and decided that did He's sentencing
date will be kept at October three. Originally, as we
talked about last week, did He's team was pushing for
it to be expert and in a letter to the
court they'd act for a September twenty second date. But

(57:05):
then they were another letter to the court saying that
they're just conceding and they're going to be okay with
their original October third date proposed by the court.

Speaker 3 (57:12):
So was itity in court yesterday?

Speaker 2 (57:14):
It was virtual. So they were all it was all virtual.
They were all via zoom.

Speaker 19 (57:17):
It literally was him, his attorney, a deputy for the court,
the prosecutors of course, and it was really really quick,
like it was just like, hey, we have the letters
here they are is there anything outside of the letters?

Speaker 2 (57:29):
No court adjourned.

Speaker 4 (57:30):
So you was going to court. You said you were
going to court yesterday. You were going to go all
the way down there for.

Speaker 19 (57:33):
Virtual because you can hear it and sometimes you will
hear things that like the court reporters won't tweet, or
they don't tweet all the way because they're tweeting fast,
or the minutes might have it, but you hear differently
a person. I'd like to hear it in person. It's
like watching the show versus reading captions for a show. Yes,
so that is that and the reasoning. I know a
lot of people are probably wondering why they decided not

(57:55):
to because that push was like, hey, we want this
to be sooner because it's fresh in a judge's mine.
I think we'll get some leniency if so. So people
were probably wondering why they decided to go with the
October third date. You can infer from the conversation they
had the data he was denied bond that they probably
thought that the judge wouldn't be with it because the
judge agreed that did he should not have any bond

(58:16):
because of what the prosecutors came down and said. They say, look,
this is not exceptional. There's nothing exceptional about him except for,
you know, the crimes that he's openly committed, even knowing
that the government had eyes on him. He does not
care for the law. He is definitely a flight risk.
He is a powerful man who does basically has no constraints.
And they tried to bring in the fact that, like
you know, Kim Porter had passed away and his children

(58:37):
don't have anybody like they want to be with their daddy.
They should be with their dad at least until he's sentenced,
and the government was not going for that. Like a
USA comy ripped Diddy the shreds in front of the judge,
and Diddy's judge attorney had to stand up and say, look,
this is why we were lucky that we have jurors.

Speaker 2 (58:54):
Because she went off.

Speaker 19 (58:55):
The judge agreed with it, though, did he still it
locked up until his sentencing October third?

Speaker 3 (59:00):
Okay, okay, I understand kids need their parents. I completely
understand that. And that's why as a parent, when you
know you have kids, you should move a certain way
because anything that you do directly impacts them and can
take you out of their lives in a split second.

Speaker 4 (59:13):
And I'm also sure they said, you know, the same
person that watched them the last ten months will be
watching them until October third. I'm sure they said that
as well.

Speaker 2 (59:21):
So yeah, I mean, it's just one of the things
we talked about yesterday.

Speaker 19 (59:23):
It's still sad, but yeah, the decisions that were made
were made, so that's where it's at. But yeah, well
we'll keep of course, i'll keep you guys updated with
anything prior to because there'll be some small things prior
to and after. Now moving forward in other news, Dwight
Howard and the recent divorce that was fooled by his wife.

Speaker 2 (59:45):
Now Amy and Am names and exactly.

Speaker 19 (59:50):
We actually have that clip here because he was here
talking to you about when I asked about.

Speaker 2 (59:57):
I know her is Amy, but that is her stage name.

Speaker 19 (59:59):
Let's could listen to Dwight Howard when he was here
on the Breakfast Club and then we'll get into amber statement.

Speaker 7 (01:00:06):
Well, speaking of Atlanta, you know, I got to ask,
because I'm the woman in the room, are you legally
married to my girl?

Speaker 11 (01:00:11):
Amy?

Speaker 2 (01:00:12):
That's not her name, but Amy.

Speaker 4 (01:00:18):
She is a.

Speaker 7 (01:00:20):
She is an artist actually, so that's her rap name.
Are you legally married.

Speaker 9 (01:00:23):
To we are?

Speaker 2 (01:00:24):
Okay, that's what's up.

Speaker 7 (01:00:25):
I had asked because you know, it was reported that
you guys were, but it was never no confirmation or
anything like that, so I want to know.

Speaker 3 (01:00:31):
Oh yeah, it's always some rumors but just keep that
side of my life private. So everybody ain't got nothing
to say.

Speaker 9 (01:00:38):
Keep keep that private and then keep it moving.

Speaker 19 (01:00:41):
Well, Jemmy made us off right now I say private,
It is not private anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:00:48):
So what if her amy out of that? You act
like Amy?

Speaker 19 (01:00:53):
Yeah, so Amber or Amy as people might know her
from loving him by Atlanta. After she filed for the divorce,
there's been conversation speaking of rumors. There's been conversations about
the fact that she filed for diverse only after six
months of them being married, and people are basically saying
she did it for his money. So Amber or Amy
posted a statement yesterday and she said that you know

(01:01:15):
this was supposed to be a private moment. She says
that she's always said to him, whatever you worked for
is yours. I'm not that type of woman. She says
that she actually has that in text, and she says
she's the one who brought up a prenup first and
he declined. She says, I do not want any of
his assets. I do not want half of anything that
he earned or obtained before me. Not a car, not
his property, is not his business. These rumors do not
align with my character. Believe it or not, some of

(01:01:36):
us women really date slash Mary for love. So she
was clarifying some things.

Speaker 4 (01:01:40):
Yeah, all long they dated before they were married. I
don't think too long.

Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
I'm not for sure.

Speaker 7 (01:01:47):
I know it was actually leaked that they were dating
before they even got married for real, like because they
were in a club and like they were hugged up
in a club and I think somebody had like, oh
Amy with Dwight at and then the next day everybody's
all right, and then a couple of weeks later they

(01:02:08):
were married. Yeah, that's how it went when I that's
how I saw it on the shave.

Speaker 19 (01:02:12):
Well, I know, I mean when I I know, I
know Amy or Amber. And when I talked to her,
she said that she you know, she's devastated about this.
It's not something that she wanted to happen. She didn't
even want to make this statement, but she decided to.
I woke up this morning and it was there.

Speaker 5 (01:02:23):
So why was it? Do we know why I was divorced?
But they were so fast? I can't say right now,
but you know what you just want to tell us?
I don't know right now, But.

Speaker 3 (01:02:32):
What type of gossip for you?

Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
Because I mean, if you.

Speaker 3 (01:02:35):
Won't spill the tea, you know it.

Speaker 4 (01:02:37):
And I got some ginger.

Speaker 15 (01:02:39):
Okay, and some honey okay, Kendrick okay, crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:02:44):
I just you know, people don't tell her that you
got tea and don't spell it.

Speaker 4 (01:02:47):
I don't have it.

Speaker 2 (01:02:48):
I don't have the tea.

Speaker 4 (01:02:50):
You said, not right now, I can't tell you.

Speaker 19 (01:02:52):
She said, she's not ready to get into that right now.
But you know what, she filed for divorce. She just
said that it was irriginating.

Speaker 4 (01:02:59):
Sheil already Ben smashed.

Speaker 3 (01:03:01):
It all over the place, missing him for what have been,
gave up the goods.

Speaker 20 (01:03:05):
I don't if I had it, y'all, No, I don't
have to.

Speaker 7 (01:03:08):
We will be back with the updates though, but I'm
pretty sure the vorce is not easy for anybody, you
know what I mean. That's I'm giving her some right stated. Yeah,
I've hung out with Amy. I'm sorry, Amber, I've hung
out with her, you know, so yeah, I mean, she
a pretty cool person. But I was saying that the
white was a pretty cool person too. From what from

(01:03:29):
the what forty five minutes a hole that you set
up here. I just calm and I was like, no,
you're a pretty cool dude, and then Royce commented back
me his ex wife or.

Speaker 20 (01:03:37):
Something like that.

Speaker 2 (01:03:38):
Sea it was.

Speaker 7 (01:03:40):
Uh, I see you caught up to like caught up
in what baby? I got my own husband. The people
that have relationship with this man that's yourt called dangn
my pride money, I don't know him in that way.

Speaker 3 (01:03:50):
Well, that is reality of the situation. Royce knows her
better than any of us. But that would be weird
for her to even say that to you, saying that.

Speaker 7 (01:03:57):
The man I just say interview, I just know him,
mister White Howard, the basketball player I grew up watching.

Speaker 2 (01:04:02):
So I'm like, all right, cool dude, that's it. But
it is what it is.

Speaker 3 (01:04:09):
It's crazy over there sitting on tea.

Speaker 20 (01:04:11):
I'm not sitting on it.

Speaker 2 (01:04:13):
When I have it. We will know when she's ready
to have a conversation about it.

Speaker 4 (01:04:16):
She got it, she ain't got a poker face. That
is the latest with.

Speaker 3 (01:04:19):
I don't think she got nothing.

Speaker 18 (01:04:20):
Got it?

Speaker 3 (01:04:22):
She don't got nothing, all right?

Speaker 4 (01:04:23):
That is the latest with Lauren Charlamann.

Speaker 3 (01:04:25):
Who giving your don't you somebody that Donald Trump wanted
to port His name is jose Lewis Lopex.

Speaker 4 (01:04:31):
She can't what what you want to give him down?

Speaker 3 (01:04:36):
No, I said somebody that Trump would deport. You'll discuss.

Speaker 4 (01:04:40):
We'll get to that next. It's the breakfast club. The
breakfast club. Your mornings will never be the same.

Speaker 3 (01:04:50):
With the it's time for don't around here, Yes you are,
I don't the days just saw himself, Oh man, Charlot

(01:05:13):
mane who you giving done? Way to do till name?
I just realized. Rober for Non said what he hall
as he realized, don't get to day for Wednesday, July
ninth goes to a twenty seven year old Minnesota man
named jose Lewis Lopex. Shek, I'm telling you right now,
Donald Trump might deport him, okay, with no due process,
and I can understand why he would feel that way.

(01:05:35):
I still think everyone deserves due process, but I understand
why you would want to deport this demon without due process.
Now I am forty seven years old, okay, I am
at that age. Well, I really hate people. Okay, I'm
not quite sure what I started really not liking humans.
But the older I've gotten, the more I get to
know people, the more I realize why Noah only allowed

(01:05:56):
animals on the arc. Okay, I completely old, but in
Noah because that is the only way to avoid creatures
like Jose See. Jose has been charged with second degree
murder because on June twenty seventh, he decided to take
the life of a young twenty two year old woman
named Caylee Arsef simply because she rejected him. Let's go

(01:06:18):
to five Eyewitness News for the report.

Speaker 6 (01:06:19):
Police a man is in jail tonight now charged with
murder in the death of a twenty two year old
woman in Richfield. As we've reported, Caylee Arceth was found
after being shot in her apartment last month. Today, Richfield
police announce the arrested twenty seven year old Jose Lopez
she K on Thursday. He's charged with second degree murder.
Court documents show ar Seth and Lopez chi K recently

(01:06:41):
met online and had been hanging out, but our Seth
expressed she didn't want to be in a romantic relationship
with him, only friends. On June sixteenth, around noon, police
say Lopez chi Ke bought several items, including tape, a
mask in apron and gloves, and then around three point
thirty pm, his phone showed he was sitting outside arces
apartment texting her. About an hour later, at four thirty,

(01:07:03):
a neighbor told police they here yelling coming from inside
the apartment. The next day, officers went to her apartment
for a welfare check and found Ars's body and signs
of a struggle. When officers arrested Lopez Chik near his home,
they say he did not ask why he was being arrested,
but toll officers to hurry it.

Speaker 3 (01:07:20):
Up, Lord Mercy, this is why women be online arguing
about what's safe for bears of men. Okay, irip to
this young lady, Kaylee arsef fellas, please go to therapy
to learn how to properly regulate your emotions. Okay. Cognitive
behavioral therapy focuses on teaching skills to manage emotions effectively,
and boy do we need it? Like, what's wrong with

(01:07:41):
hearing the word no? Jose? I don't care how many
gifts you bought this woman. I'm looking at the complaint
and it says, Jose, would you know, buy things for
the victim, take the victim on shopping trips, but the
relationship was not romantic or sexual. I wouldn't care if
it was romantic or sexual. That still is not a
reason to shoot and kill a woman execution style, simply
because she didn't want to highlight at you, simply because

(01:08:03):
she told you no. Investigators saw the victim's computer and
it was logged into her Snapchat account, and they noticed
that the victim in Jose had a best friend badge
with a streak that had just ended. I have absolutely
no idea what the hell that means, Okay, but I
can guarantee it ain't worth killing somebody over you tried
to high light her Jose. She said no, she had

(01:08:25):
you in the friend zone. She said to you, and
I quote, I'm only interested in a friendship and did
not feel a romantic attraction to defending. Okay, by the way,
my brothers, that don't mean it can't evolve into something
else over time. Some of the best romantic relationships start
when two people are friends first. It's actually great to
have that foundation of friendship to stand on. But that

(01:08:47):
also doesn't mean you should be trying to wear her down. Okay.
Perpetual persistence is not romantic. In fact, it can be
kind of predatory because you are saying you and this
person's friend, but you have ulterior motives. Okay, if you
don't know how to, you know, check that and truly
just be friends. Then it's probably best to move on. Now.
When I look at these messages this young woman Cally

(01:09:09):
sent to him, she was so emotionally intelligent and mature,
Jose told her he wanted to see more effort from
her in their relationship. They hung out, and Calle contacted
Jose on Snapchat and said, I did enjoy hanging out
with you, but I don't have enough mental capacity for
any type of relationship right now. I'm trying to figure
out myself as well as manage my relationship with my parents,
and I'm overwhelmed and stressed already.

Speaker 4 (01:09:31):
What a mature response.

Speaker 3 (01:09:33):
Okay. They had some more correspondence, nothing that would make
anyone think, you know, he was about to go to
her apartment and murder her. But that's exactly what happened. Okay.
When police showed up, the victim was face down on
her living room floor in a pool of blood when
an apparent gunshot wound to her head. I would say
this is a sign of the times, but this has

(01:09:54):
been going on forever. Okay. Some men simply can't deal
with rejection, and as a father of four, daughters. I
I'm praid that they never meet these kind of dangerous
ass men. Okay, you have to teach people to not
feel entitled to anything. It's a level of entitlement that
makes people not be able to handle rejection. Fellas. You
have to be able to hear the word no and
move on. Okay, you want to know the problem. A

(01:10:17):
lot of y'all never had to write a letter that
says will you go with me?

Speaker 18 (01:10:22):
Yes?

Speaker 9 (01:10:23):
No?

Speaker 3 (01:10:23):
Or maybe gotta put them maybe? Okay, everything about that
letter prepares you for rejection. You write it, Okay, you
got all the options laid out. You have to give
it to her. So it's a lot of preparation that
goes into it. And it wasn't any assuming. Okay, you
knew based on what she checked on that box whether
or not you should take things further. Yes meant it

(01:10:45):
was on and popping. Maybe meant it was a chance.
No meant no. But you were prepared for all options.
And if you've got to know, you kept it moving
and wrote another letter for another young lady. That's it. Okay.
If she said no, hosey song, oh what heartbreak shouldn't
turn to you being heartless? If your response to rejection

(01:11:06):
is murder, then you're just not simply ready to date. Okay, look, look, man,
rejection hurts. Okay, it's normal, But what Jose did shows
a complete lack of self control. You handle rejection by
feeling the emotion, processing it, talk it out with somebody,
and use it as fuel to grow, not to destroy. Okay,

(01:11:26):
if you can't cope with the rejection, talk to somebody,
a parent, a therapist, a teacher, any rational adult that
can stop you from making a permanent decision based off
temporary emotions. Okay, rejection is not a crime, but violence is.
She popped a balloon on you and you popped her.
That's not how that should work. Please give Jose Lewis lopex.

(01:11:50):
She say the biggest he huh, she can't. Whatever the
hell's name is soon to be prison inmate seven sixty
five seven nine three four six, but with no remorse though.

Speaker 7 (01:12:01):
I'm talking about hurry it up at the time of arrest.
That's crazy, man.

Speaker 3 (01:12:05):
He's gonna be saying that for the rest of his
life in prison. Carry it up when they're hitting it
from the back, and they ain't gonna hurry either. All right, Well,
thank you for that Donkey of the Death.

Speaker 5 (01:12:15):
Indeed, now when we come back, Ed good Belonga will
be joining us. He's fighting this Saturday in Queens and
we're gonna talk to him next. It don't go anywhere.
It's the Breakfast Club. Good Morning, the Breakfast Club, Puring
everybody's DJ Envy, Jess, Hilarious, Charlamagne and the guy. We
are the Breakfast Club. I can see it with us
today and we got a special guest in the building

(01:12:36):
at Good Belonga. He's back in here.

Speaker 3 (01:12:37):
How you feeling good?

Speaker 9 (01:12:39):
I'm back in the city, man, you know what I'm saying.
Main event, han't been having four here in like two
and a half years, you know, so it feels good.

Speaker 4 (01:12:46):
How did it take to get refocused after the Canelo law?

Speaker 9 (01:12:49):
I bounce back pretty good, you know what I'm saying.
I came back with her first roundnocko. You know, seventeen
first round knockouts now, and it's just it brought experience
to you know what I'm saying. I gained a lot
of experience being in there with him. You know what
I'm saying. He's a legend at the end of the
day for me and and me going in there with
no experience. I have no type of nothing for me.
I just went in there with with what I got,
you know what I'm saying, my skill and whatever, a
little bit of experience I got as a pro. And

(01:13:11):
you know what I'm saying, I feel like I did
pretty well.

Speaker 4 (01:13:13):
What do you learn from that fight?

Speaker 9 (01:13:15):
First of all, the feeling to be at the top,
you know what I'm saying, because finding a guy like him,
you know, that's the top of the pinnacle boxing. What
I'm saying, don't get no high than that. You feel
me and my generation like dudes that I came out with,
you know what I'm saying. From the amateurs, I'm the
only guy in my generation that fort the legend for me.

Speaker 18 (01:13:33):
Wow.

Speaker 9 (01:13:33):
And and then you know what I'm saying, I was
like them fighting Florid or don't fighting many pack ye
or something? For me? I for right now, if you
really you know what I'm saying, Connela is He's a
living legend right now. You know what I'm saying, He's
gonna go down as one of the best Mexican fighters
of all time. And just being at that level for me,
the find in front of twenty thousand people being on
pay per for you, the magnitude of the fight.

Speaker 3 (01:13:54):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 9 (01:13:55):
The Wayne was probably about five thousand people at the wind,
you know what I'm saying. So just again in that
type experience, because fighters, you know that that that get
at that level, they can't really that energy is crazy,
you know what I'm saying. Sometimes a fighter could be
in the gym, look good and hit the bag and sparring,
look look like Floyd Maywell, look like Andre Wall. But then,

(01:14:16):
you know what I'm saying, up against twenty thousand Mexicans,
you know what I'm saying, and you got them screaming
your mother, you know your wife, you know what I'm saying.
And Fat Joe's with me, you know what I'm saying.
We walking in like you, Fat Joe like you know
what I'm saying. It's different, and just gaining that whole
experience as a fighter was amazing.

Speaker 14 (01:14:33):
You know, you have a lot of respect for Kennelly's
showing it now, but especially after the fight.

Speaker 18 (01:14:38):
But then a couple of months after you guys.

Speaker 14 (01:14:41):
Are going back and forth, he was you know what
did he say to you that offend you that then
you was back on a disrespectful way.

Speaker 9 (01:14:47):
At the end of the day, I got I have
respect for him, you know what I'm saying, And I
still got respect f him as a fighter, but I
felt like he was disrespecting me when when he started
going on the rampage that whole his whole fight week saying,
you know what I'm saying, like, I was running like
I was trying to survive.

Speaker 3 (01:15:01):
I was trying to survive, you know what I'm.

Speaker 9 (01:15:02):
Saying, Like, and then it comes to show he talking
all like and then next thing you know, he fights Skull,
and Skull's running laps around the whole ring twelve rounds,
you know what I'm saying. So I started laughing. I'm like, nah, yeah,
you bugging like I was did the whole time, definitely worse,
you know what I'm saying. I was just you know,
my skill, that's it.

Speaker 3 (01:15:21):
You got. I heard you say you want to rematch
with him?

Speaker 9 (01:15:23):
I want one, you know, but I know that you
know right now, I gotta you know, I gotta, I
gotta make my mark firs. You know what I'm saying.
I got July twelve to focus on and to knock
this dude out. You know what I'm saying, I probably
gotta do another big fight and then we could see
you what I'm saying, but for real, for like the
Mexican people's asking for that, you know what I'm saying. Like,
I'm all over you know, I'm in Cali, I'm in Texas,
I'm in Florida, you know, playing city. While training, there's

(01:15:45):
a whole bunch of Mexicans and everything that every every
time they see me, they know. I was like every
Mexicans like, you want that Remax. You gotta get that rematcher.
I know, man, you gotta get that.

Speaker 18 (01:15:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 14 (01:15:54):
But because that was about the fight tears Crawford, right, So,
and that fight at one point was why with the
odds now it's only two to one. So a lot
of people are picking Bud for that fight. I mean
what Bud, I guess the size when they when they're
seeing Budd and Canelo next to each other, Bud has
longer arms. The size difference is not big because Canelo
is small for one sixty eight, you know what I mean.

(01:16:16):
It's like, so what if Bud beats Canelo? Is that
a fight that you'll entertain?

Speaker 9 (01:16:21):
Of course, you know you're gonna have all the bolts so,
and who's the bigger I'm the biggest fighter. He could
fight out one sixty eight right now. You know what
I'm saying, everybody? You know, right, Caleb laws So, so you'll.

Speaker 14 (01:16:32):
Be done chasing the Canelo rematch if Bud beats him,
But to be your new target.

Speaker 9 (01:16:37):
Yeah, we want the boats. You know what I'm saying.
When it's all saying done, I'm in this. You know
what I'm saying.

Speaker 18 (01:16:42):
Yeah, what do you think? When's that fight?

Speaker 9 (01:16:44):
Cannelo just got the SiGe. Difference for me, Budd is
a two time in the schoo, the world champ. You
know what I'm saying. Bud got the IQ, got everything
I fight. The only difference in that fight, And if
if Connelo does win is because of his Sidge. You
know what I'm saying. He's been in there with me.
He been in there with Bevoll. You know what I'm saying.
He's been in there with a big, big, big dues
for me. So I know Crawford's powering gonna do nothing,

(01:17:04):
you know what I'm saying. And his skill, he got skilled,
Don't get me wrong, but this dude is strong for me.
So I feel like he's gonna probably try to just
walk him down, just use the strength against him.

Speaker 8 (01:17:14):
No.

Speaker 3 (01:17:15):
Boxing News twenty four said, your desire to have a
rematch against Canelo is a diluted pipe drink. Yeah, what
are your thoughts on the day?

Speaker 9 (01:17:22):
Who's that?

Speaker 3 (01:17:22):
Who's Boxing News twenty four?

Speaker 9 (01:17:24):
Yeah? They always hating on me though, they always hating
on me. Uncle about them whoever on that site? Eat up,
you know what I'm saying. The dudes, they always they
always talking.

Speaker 13 (01:17:34):
You don't have to.

Speaker 3 (01:17:38):
Have the radio edit. He wants to eat.

Speaker 9 (01:17:39):
It, you know, whoever on that pace because every every
time he's always throwing something. I don't know if it's
the girl, I don't know who it is, but they're
always throwing something. Some shady ship, you know what I'm saying.
But at the end of the day, they don't. They
don't dictate, you know what I'm saying, what's going on
at the end of the day. If we do, if
we don't, it is what it is. But at least

(01:18:00):
I know I'm chasing greatness at you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (01:18:03):
Do you know your your opponent's weaknesses for the fight
coming up?

Speaker 9 (01:18:07):
Yeah, he's so man, He's from the u K. You
know what I'm saying. So when you when you bring
them over on this side, it's a different. It's different,
you know what I'm saying. See like us, if we
go over there, like I was born, I'm born and
raised from New York, you know what I'm saying. So
I'm from the trenches. I go over there, I'm having that,

(01:18:28):
I'm having my energy gonna be up here. Them dudes
come over here and they follow them, you know what
I'm saying. And he's so I could see it. You
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 18 (01:18:36):
So did you?

Speaker 14 (01:18:37):
And course squash it a little because I know that's
your bro from back in the day from the amateurs.
But when he was here last time, he kind of
felt the way about you being on the main event.
But then he went on Twitter and on socials like,
you know what, that's my bro.

Speaker 18 (01:18:50):
I was out of line. So I explained that whole situation.

Speaker 9 (01:18:53):
I started going crazy. I mean they sent that to
me at like four in the morning. Yeah, I was
talking to him and I just felt like, you know,
I text I said first, I was like, I didn't
even hit him.

Speaker 18 (01:19:05):
I just went on Twitter or.

Speaker 9 (01:19:08):
You know what I'm saying, because what he said, what
did you say on this again?

Speaker 4 (01:19:12):
Not?

Speaker 9 (01:19:15):
No, I was just you know, I just I was
just chatting, you know, like, oh, you know, trying to
get him tight. You know what I'm saying, Cause he
got me tight. So I'm like, I was just talking
about his hands, you know, brutal hands. And you know
what I'm saying, like the thought of friend come like
then you're you're my brother, you know what I'm saying,
And we're supposed to be cool for me. And at
the end of the day, I told him because he
called me and then we spoke and I was like, youo, bro,

(01:19:35):
at the end of the day, New York is my city.
And the first thing I told Turkey and and and
the whole organization, I say, yo, bro, I'm fighting on
your card. If my main event, I mean, if I'm
finding on a car in New York, I'm the IFVI
there is bivol Art, the better be is not going
to be on top of me in my city.

Speaker 3 (01:19:56):
You know what I'm saying that right now?

Speaker 9 (01:19:57):
Not at all, you know what I'm saying, Like, I'm
I'm I'm I'm too much of a big of a
star to be the Colemine event in New York. You
know what I'm saying. And I told your car, I said, Yo, Bro.
If Turkey would have said, Yo, y'all fighting the Prudential,
y'all fight in Newark or Jersey, I'm gonna push your
corps main event, I would have been like, all right, cool,
you know what I'm saying. That's my brother. You gotta
respect that. During the day, it's your city. That's yes,

(01:20:17):
you know what I'm saying. Jerseys, Yes for me.

Speaker 4 (01:20:20):
Cool.

Speaker 9 (01:20:21):
I was like, Yo, bro, respectful. New York is my
you know what I'm saying. And nobody at the day.
Nobody's gonna go over me in New York.

Speaker 4 (01:20:26):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 9 (01:20:28):
And I'll say your broad Then today's a double main event,
so it don't really matter they chating A's like a
double main event. You know what I'm saying. They giving
us the same privileges. The only difference is that I'm
walking out lives.

Speaker 18 (01:20:36):
Who's getting a bigger person?

Speaker 5 (01:20:40):
I don't know who's still kicking it with Egga Balanga.
He has a fight this weekend in Queens. He's fighting
Humsa she Ras this Saturday in Queens.

Speaker 4 (01:20:49):
Charlamagne.

Speaker 3 (01:20:50):
Now you call it has mussoff right, but he's undefeated.
Then he's got like seventeen knockouts. Does that impact you
at all mentally? Nah?

Speaker 9 (01:20:58):
I don't know. He lost last fight, did Yeah, he
was not technically he lost, but he lost.

Speaker 18 (01:21:05):
You know a lot of people felt that he that
he didn't get that decision.

Speaker 9 (01:21:08):
Whooped over there. I'm not gonna sit here and say,
you know what to do this trash cause obviously I
took him as an opponent. But you know what I'm saying,
I'm three times yeah, but you know what I mean,
Like he looked great against Amma Williams.

Speaker 13 (01:21:25):
No, I wouldn't call it.

Speaker 14 (01:21:28):
He got some good wins in this Now he got
some good wins. I mean I thought it was a
good win against.

Speaker 9 (01:21:34):
It was all out bro that dude, now he was
like a novice. Find that guy. Man? You crazy that, I'm.

Speaker 13 (01:21:44):
What's the issue?

Speaker 18 (01:21:46):
What's the issue with askar delay?

Speaker 14 (01:21:48):
I gotta ask you because you were going to meet
it before you sign the Matthew mam Eddie herding him.

Speaker 13 (01:21:54):
He wanted to sound you were meet it with me.
You met with everybody.

Speaker 14 (01:21:58):
I saw you your pop oscar in the office.

Speaker 9 (01:22:01):
He was so cool, so happy.

Speaker 13 (01:22:05):
So what happened while you're attacking him?

Speaker 18 (01:22:07):
Sending fish net pictures on the internet? You know what
I'm saying, like pictures?

Speaker 13 (01:22:14):
He was too much hate, bro. I mean, he always
been good with me.

Speaker 14 (01:22:28):
I want to know what's the issue with some fighters
having so much hate towards Oscar?

Speaker 18 (01:22:31):
What's your problem with Oscar?

Speaker 9 (01:22:33):
Listen? My problem with Oscar is you're supposed to be
a promoter. Be a promoter, k You know what I'm saying,
Like you're a promoter. He's trying to be something else.
Not only that he's a guy that he's he's a legend.

Speaker 3 (01:22:44):
You know what I'm saying. You got to respect it.
He did a lot of.

Speaker 18 (01:22:47):
For everybody, everybody anybody.

Speaker 9 (01:22:49):
So as far as credensals, I respect him the whole
start when we undo, you know what I'm saying, Because
remember he wanted he wanted to sign me.

Speaker 3 (01:22:58):
He flew us to try to get that deal with me.

Speaker 9 (01:23:01):
He flew a jet from l A Strip to New
York just to sit down with me, and then sat
down me for two hours, and he hopped on his
jet and and and then back to l A. You
know what I'm saying, and he was like, he was like,
oh my god, I want you know.

Speaker 18 (01:23:14):
Why did that? Why didn't that work out?

Speaker 4 (01:23:16):
Why didn't you sound him?

Speaker 9 (01:23:17):
Because the numbers was telling him we wanted he couldn't
do it. You know what I'm saying. They couldn't. They
couldn't match it for me. And obviously, you know Eddie,
Eddie was on that match what we wanted, and that's
why we got with Eddie. But and then during the
Canelo press in Vegas, our schedu just kept going. You
know what I'm saying, Just but you know that clap
back Thursday he doing oh yeah on Instagram.

Speaker 14 (01:23:41):
Sometimes it's funny. I don't know's I'd be clapping at
some people would be funny. So you want to clap
back Thursdays shot?

Speaker 9 (01:23:47):
And then during the press covers, I say you, I'm
gonta smack this out of you when.

Speaker 18 (01:23:51):
I see you. Yeah, I ain't got no real beating.

Speaker 3 (01:23:52):
I'm gona smack the boattox.

Speaker 9 (01:23:56):
Listen.

Speaker 3 (01:23:57):
So we did it the right whatever cool is.

Speaker 9 (01:24:01):
Six months later, this dude put up a video of
him swiming a blunt talking about he's gonna come fight
week and he wants to see you gonna smack this,
And he went on another podcast like two days later
saying he's gonna smack this out of me. I said, okay,
I want to see that energy when you want I
see you fight. I want to see if you're gonna
smack this with me. Now. I got a surprise for
him on the press conference, A big surprise this week. Yeah,

(01:24:24):
this week press confer I got a super duper surprise.
But what kind of surprise that it's gonna be legendary.
It's gonna be legendary. It's gonna be legendary.

Speaker 3 (01:24:34):
You gotta stay focused. Understand you don't like, but you
still gotta stay focused on the fight.

Speaker 4 (01:24:40):
The surprises want to spress with the press conference.

Speaker 3 (01:24:43):
I got to see the surprise day Thursday.

Speaker 9 (01:24:45):
All right, Thursday, I'm telling you it's gonna be viral.

Speaker 18 (01:24:50):
Don't swing on gon mess up the whole promotion.

Speaker 9 (01:24:53):
He's gonna sue me if I then you know, instead
of fighting, I'm gonna be fighting him.

Speaker 4 (01:24:59):
Yeah, what's the box that was going at him? And
then whin that fat Joel cal plant that's why him
he was on here too.

Speaker 3 (01:25:09):
Yeah, no, no, you what happened?

Speaker 4 (01:25:14):
He don't remember.

Speaker 3 (01:25:15):
You don't remember.

Speaker 14 (01:25:19):
He was just giving his side of the story when
y'all ran into each other in Vegas.

Speaker 18 (01:25:22):
How you went back and forth? Yeah, Joe, No, fact was.

Speaker 3 (01:25:27):
We got you got.

Speaker 9 (01:25:30):
It was gonna it was gonna beat them month.

Speaker 18 (01:25:31):
It was gonna bet them.

Speaker 9 (01:25:32):
He was, he was a pistol, he was the whole
k r. It was gonna beat him. It was gonna
beat him talking it's cap. It was gonna beat the monk.

Speaker 3 (01:25:42):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 9 (01:25:43):
Because Joe was with was with Loretta and and his daughter,
you know what I'm saying. And he wanted to set
that dumb.

Speaker 18 (01:25:50):
What did he say that He claims that he never
said any of that.

Speaker 9 (01:25:53):
He said, so I forgot what he said. But Joe
was talking without Joe keeps speaking about this sitting then
Stu Pete was like, yeah, like the shot, you know
what I'm saying. Like he was like, yeah, we was
right there, like we was about to stamp this out,
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 18 (01:26:07):
And that's another fight on your on your radar.

Speaker 9 (01:26:09):
Yeah, I still want that fight even though he got
beat up. But I don't know. I think I think
he didn't take that I think I think he ain't
take that guy like serious, you know what I'm saying,
because that dude, he felt like, probably came up from
one fifty four, little little dude, you know, little Mexican
dude like five feet you know what I'm saying, Like
he look.

Speaker 4 (01:26:24):
At the dude like this dude, you can never sleep
on Mexicans.

Speaker 9 (01:26:28):
What I'm saying, he felt like probably he thought he
thought that Ividez. He fought Cannello, he fought these guys.
You know what I'm saying. He's like this dude, I
feel like he really slept on him.

Speaker 3 (01:26:36):
For Wow, Mexicans is so tough. You can't know that.

Speaker 9 (01:26:40):
The dude was like fifteen and one. He got fifteen
to two or something. He got he got like when
his losses got knocked out by doing one fifty four.
I'm telling you, bro, But like with me, I don't
take nobody like you see my last fighter can say
whatever they want. The rolls and yeah, you know those rolls.
What's those roads called when you like you know awake, Yeah,

(01:27:02):
you know the bread rolls. Yeah, some rolls. The dude
off my last fight. They went viral.

Speaker 18 (01:27:13):
Oh yeah, yeah, the knockout yeah, yeah.

Speaker 9 (01:27:15):
But Son is not. Nobody was knocking him out. I
put my bank.

Speaker 3 (01:27:20):
Nobody was knocking him out.

Speaker 18 (01:27:21):
For people are judging because the way he looked.

Speaker 9 (01:27:23):
But he looked like he working in the bakery.

Speaker 3 (01:27:25):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 9 (01:27:26):
He made hanging over like if he's having sex, Like
he probably had a like lifted.

Speaker 14 (01:27:36):
Before we leave. Obviously that's your man. He really wants
to Tank fighter. No, Tank gotta get the roach fight
back or whatever that. But if Tank did fight Churt, Like,
how does that fight play out?

Speaker 12 (01:27:47):
Real?

Speaker 18 (01:27:48):
I need your prediction.

Speaker 14 (01:27:48):
I never actually it's gonna be a good fight, you know,
because you don't like Tank too much either.

Speaker 9 (01:27:53):
Yeah, I'm already passed past that. Cool, I don't care
about that. What I'm saying it was more it's more
outside the boxing what will happened with with Tank? But
I'm already past that. You know what I'm saying that
we're not even in the same way.

Speaker 3 (01:28:06):
Sorry one thirty five.

Speaker 9 (01:28:08):
You know what I'm saying, Like I want I want
sixty eight.

Speaker 18 (01:28:11):
So it's like you Fisher court beat.

Speaker 9 (01:28:14):
Yeah, I think it's gonna be It's gonna be a
tough fight. They in order for quarter Bill gotta be
on his A game. You know what I'm saying, right
because at the end of the day, Tank, you know,
Tank gonna come, you know, and Tank it takes nice. Yeah,
it's just you know, Lamont shout out to Lamont Roach.
You know what I'm saying. That's my brother right there.

Speaker 3 (01:28:33):
Who you got for the rematch?

Speaker 9 (01:28:35):
Lamont? Yeah, yeah, I'm going for You know what I'm saying,
that's my brother. You know what I'm saying. And I
think it's his time. You know what I'm saying, He
step up, you know what I'm saying, and do what
he do.

Speaker 18 (01:28:44):
He showed him proved for sure with a fight.

Speaker 5 (01:28:47):

Speaker 4 (01:28:55):
Man, it's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club.
Bringing everybody we are to Breakfast Club. Let's get to
the latest. When all right, Lauren becoming a straight fast
she gets somebody that knows somebody detail.

Speaker 20 (01:29:12):
I'm a long girl that knows a little bit about everything.

Speaker 3 (01:29:15):
She'd be having the latest on You The Latest with
Lauren la Rosa. Sometimes you have facts, sometimes you have details,
Sometimes you have a little bit of everything.

Speaker 4 (01:29:24):
The Latest on the Breakfast.

Speaker 19 (01:29:25):
Club Talk to me, we guys, Tony Busby might have
got the confrontation that a lot of people have been
thinking that he deserved to get.

Speaker 20 (01:29:35):
And it was on behalf of Lad So Vlad was
on Piers Morgan's show.

Speaker 19 (01:29:38):
They were having a conversation about, you know, the Diddy
case and all the things, and Lad and Tony Buzby
were on like this. It was panel, but it was
via zoom and they started having a conversation about Tony
Buzby in the cases that he chooses to take on.

Speaker 2 (01:29:52):
Let's take a listen to Vlad.

Speaker 1 (01:29:54):
You just made this grand conclusion that, oh, that the
US Attorney talked to a few of these folks and
decided they had no credibility. You are flat out wrong
in that respect. But it has nothing to do with
whether these people were credible or not. Their case is
a civil case alleging state law claims of assault after
being drugged. That was not the case that was brought
by the US Attorney, And frankfully, that's not a case

(01:30:15):
that could be brought by the US Attorney and which is.

Speaker 4 (01:30:18):
The Jay and of raping her when she was thirteen,
and we all saw it was all nonsense.

Speaker 15 (01:30:24):
It was.

Speaker 3 (01:30:25):
Charlotte was there. They weren't there.

Speaker 12 (01:30:31):
Long all these broad history.

Speaker 1 (01:30:34):
I don't even know what you're talking about.

Speaker 16 (01:30:35):
You want a single lawsuit with any of these people
You've represented.

Speaker 1 (01:30:38):
Literally thirty days ago for six hundred and forty million pals,
So don't be telling me about and lawsuit.

Speaker 12 (01:30:43):
You want to.

Speaker 19 (01:30:51):
Yes, Yeah, So basically, Tony Buzzy was trying to make
the point that the reason why none of his people
that he represents God did not get called is because
the traffic like taking them from one place to another
didn't happen. Because everything he's alleging happened in New York allegedly,
and Glad was not.

Speaker 3 (01:31:07):
Going I will say Glad won that debate, at least
from what I heard from that clip, because you know,
Tony Buzzby started bringing up things that had nothing to
do with what they were talking about. He brought up
the fact that they secured six hundred and forty million
dollars for a Houston family, which is true, but that
don't have nothing to do with the cases with jay
Z and Diddy.

Speaker 4 (01:31:22):
But can I ask you a question. If you're my
civil attorney and I hire you to do civil work
for me to fight something in court, why are you
doing interviews and talking before the court?

Speaker 3 (01:31:33):
Right?

Speaker 4 (01:31:33):
Does that make sense? Does that help with the civil case?

Speaker 3 (01:31:36):
Maybe?

Speaker 4 (01:31:36):
I have no, I don't know, because you got yours,
you guys, I'm confused. Public opinion, Yes, it doesn't. It
doesn't make sense fight it in court.

Speaker 3 (01:31:44):
I don't know how civil court works. But if you,
I guess, can influence people in the court of public opinion.

Speaker 4 (01:31:51):
Maybe I don't know, that's yours because you got to
look at the facts as well.

Speaker 3 (01:31:54):
So it's the same thing. So he's trying to influence
the court of public opinion.

Speaker 19 (01:31:57):
Yeah, but I just think that. I think, yeah, Like
it's just a legitimacy of conversation. That's what I took
from it.

Speaker 20 (01:32:04):
I'm like, if this was my attorney, I don't want
you on here arguing with nobody.

Speaker 4 (01:32:08):
But let's go.

Speaker 2 (01:32:09):
Let's just get in court and do what we're gonna
do or whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:32:12):
But I agree with Bladdoor. I mean, you do so
many cases that lead nowhere, and they sound like the
nonsense and foolishness we'd be hearing. That does hurt your credibility?

Speaker 19 (01:32:21):
Oh yeah, that jay Z situation definitely, I think one
hundred percent, because people had something to point to even
did theyse team on the civil side has something to
point to it like, Okay, these things are crazy, but
it hurts.

Speaker 4 (01:32:31):
His credibility to what right?

Speaker 5 (01:32:32):
Let's y'all that's because if somebody sues somebody and they're
not charging you, and they're only taking a percentage of
what they get, who's gonna stop going to them? Because
if somebody who's suing somebody, they have nothing to lose.
I don't have to put any money up.

Speaker 4 (01:32:44):
I can go to a lawyer.

Speaker 5 (01:32:45):
Lawyer's gonna get thirty three percent of whatever he makes,
and I lose nothing. If he gets even a little bit,
I'm happy because there was nothing into it.

Speaker 3 (01:32:52):
They don't tell the right stories, the actual stories are
most of these cases go nowhere, correct, Most of these
civil cases go no where. Everybody is not Diddy. I
keep seeing that over and over. Everybody's not Diddy and Cassie.
Most of these cases go nowhere. If y'all knew that,
y'all stop wasting these lawyers time.

Speaker 2 (01:33:09):
Yeah that is fact.

Speaker 19 (01:33:10):
Well, another back and forth online or I don't even
know if it was. I guess you could call it
back and forth. The LEA consannat La sat down with
DJ Head and Gineviews on Effective immediately dropping the clues.

Speaker 3 (01:33:22):
Bob for DJ had the Ginterviews Effective immediately.

Speaker 20 (01:33:25):
Yes, this was a great interview. They talked about a
ton of stuff.

Speaker 19 (01:33:27):
They also talked about Yla and like you know, the
conversation about him being a rappers rapper and all the things.
But he did get more into detail about the Kasanat situation.
Let's take a listen.

Speaker 21 (01:33:36):
Did you know that the streamers Beveno.

Speaker 4 (01:33:40):
And the last place I thought it would be is
like in this crowded little area.

Speaker 5 (01:33:44):
One thing about me, I always introduced myself to people
even if they already know me, like like what's up.
I mean we played in the game Celebrity Game like
last year. I saw that photo and again I'm sure
he don't like be up playing lotuslob mode or like
on chill, but he's a pillar in this new generation
of hip hop.

Speaker 4 (01:33:59):
You know I had the game mind. He's like, yeah,
I beat you on this joint, like so I'm like, Okay,
he probably do me.

Speaker 5 (01:34:03):
It's cool. And then I get in the car and
I'm just like my phone like damn, I don't know
who you are. And then I'm getting texted from people
like yo, it's all good, bro, don't worry about them.

Speaker 3 (01:34:12):
Now I'm in the room with all my peers.

Speaker 4 (01:34:13):
You know, I've seen him on the carpet, but I'm like,
you know.

Speaker 5 (01:34:16):
That's too much of a powerful little bubble right there,
of like energy that I don't really understand. So I
waited and I saw Snoop and I'm cool with Snoop,
and I just walked over to him, like, yo, you know,
I'm crazy, but let's talk later.

Speaker 3 (01:34:27):
We didn't.

Speaker 5 (01:34:28):
We didn't talk later, but you know, I think I
think people ran with it for a story or whatever.
But I just was confused.

Speaker 2 (01:34:35):
Yeah, he was.

Speaker 19 (01:34:36):
He was confused, I think. And he also said too
looking at it now, he was. She had just never
said nothing.

Speaker 7 (01:34:40):
Of course, you never said any of it looked crazy
twice when he came back and was like, yo, you
know it was looking crazy, like the camera still not on.

Speaker 2 (01:34:49):
Yeah, and the check saw twice.

Speaker 5 (01:34:50):
I mean, Kyle was again Kyle wasn't disrespectful, k I
just didn't know who he was because didn't remember who
he was. There's many people a lot of him work
with and if I run past him right now, I
don't remember. It's not that I'm being disrespectful. I just
don't member, right.

Speaker 2 (01:35:00):
Yess Hey, yeah, yo, I don't know everybody. Yo.

Speaker 3 (01:35:05):
I can't believe we even still talking about this situation?
Right and luthor Ca and I do want to drop
on the clues bombs for Gina Views. Okay, Gena Views.
That's one of my favorite new hip hop personalities out here.
Gina energy is infectious.

Speaker 19 (01:35:17):
You hear me when I tell you she ran down
this interview like the way Gina came with their songs,
the angles, the personality she had, a hole she made
while I say wow, like Gina is one of the
ones that's myself.

Speaker 3 (01:35:27):
I watch a lot of effective immediately sluthor my god,
DJ had you know.

Speaker 4 (01:35:31):
Sensible, honest, funny hip hop takes.

Speaker 3 (01:35:35):
I love that show.

Speaker 2 (01:35:35):
Nope, No, we ain't got time.

Speaker 9 (01:35:37):
Yes you do.

Speaker 7 (01:35:38):
Okay, So another in another little situation, yo, was Kaylanie
and Krishan.

Speaker 2 (01:35:43):
Y'all say yesterday, don't care if you didn't.

Speaker 7 (01:35:45):
Yo, it was crazy, right because so apparently, uh, Kaylanie
was trying to get her to delete the tattoo off
her face, like yo, get this tattoo off or whatever.
Kashan said, you know, like she wanted to, you know,
make me a better person. I want her to take
me to the gym where her so he started going
to the gym. Later on, she realized that Blue Face
has smashed her or whatever. But kay Lane, she said,

(01:36:06):
Kaylanie told her like, yeah, uh, she she did smash
Blue Face when Blue Face called he because you know
he's still in jail. She asked her, and she was
right there with Kaylene went in the other room. They
was in the gym, and she said, yo, you smashed
KAYLINI or whatever, and apparently here he had confirmed that
he did. Kay Lane said, none of that never happened.

(01:36:26):
She never told Blue Face. She never told Kaseean that
she smashed blue Face or nothing.

Speaker 6 (01:36:31):
It was.

Speaker 7 (01:36:32):
It was it was just wild, like how they was
going back and forth, but they started like to be friends.
They was going to church together and the gym and
then out of nowhere.

Speaker 4 (01:36:46):
Like the Cochin Now. So it's like, yo, this even
if that did happen.

Speaker 7 (01:36:49):
That was probably like when she was a teenager and
she was like in a poll, but now it's different.

Speaker 2 (01:36:57):
Church in the gym. Yes, I don't know why pop
didn't learn from that prayer. So that's what Caatelini said.
She was like, you know what, look yo, I'm done.

Speaker 7 (01:37:04):
I was just trying to be your friend or whatever
because I didn't want to like as sing what everybody
else say for you to be crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:37:09):
