Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning Usa yo yo yo yo yo yo yo
yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo
yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo yo
yo yo yo yo.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Yo yo yo yo yo yo yo Jess. So Larrys
you running little lake Charlamagne that got him be here
in a second, and it's Thursday. Yes, they're both lake.
But there's a good reason. Well, I guess you could
say it's a good reason. Again, the UN is in town.
So you know, when the UN is in town, all
the world leaders they transcend, they come to New York
(00:27):
City and they have these huge meetings all over the city,
and it just so happens some of the UN dignitaries
are staying in hotels that around the radio station. So
what that means is when we come to work, they
make us get out of our car before we can
actually even get on the block. Right, Today was a
little worse than yesterday. Today. Yesterday they just checked the
car and kept it moving. It's raining in New York
(00:49):
City today, so they actually made me get out the car.
You know, you had to open up the back, open
up the front, you had to open up every door.
Today they actually did a whole thorough check not just
sweeping with the dogs. They actually went inside with flashlights,
looking in the glove boxes, making sure I guess I
didn't have any weapons or bombs or any explosive material.
And then after that they let you, you know, go
on your way to your parking lot. So when I
(01:10):
spoke to Charlemanne a couple of minutes ago, he was
getting checked. So I don't know if if they did
a thorough check or a more of a check term
I don't know. With Charlemagne, you never know, but they
did a thorough check, so they would do with a
thorough check with Charlemagne. So he'll be joining us in
a second. All right, now, Mayor Eric Adams will be
(01:30):
joining us this morning. He's the mayor of New York City.
He's running for re election. He's running as an independent.
Last time he ran, he was a Democrat. Now he's
an independent. Now he's actually losing in the polls. So
we'll talk to Mayor Adams. I'm just curious to what changed.
Why does it seem like people just dislike him so
much now, So we'll ask him that, and also we'll
(01:52):
find out everything that happened with his case. If he's
aligned with Trump and everything going on with Mayor Eric
Adams and even a crime in the city because they
say crime is down, but it doesn't feel like that.
Speaker 3 (02:03):
You know.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
We talked yesterday with me, me, and we said an
officer got you know, pushed onto the tracks a dead goo.
Last night, an officer was leaving work. They were married
and there on their way home, somebody tried to rob
and they actually had to shoot the person. So we'll
talk to Mayor Adams again about crime in New York City.
Like they're saying crime is down, but it doesn't feel
like that. What up, Shelman? Yo, what's the word? They
(02:25):
did a thorough check with you while you're fixing your pants?
Shut up? Can I just sit in here and settle
down for us? I told her world, they did a
check on you. You come in here and you fixing a
check on everybody. It's the Secret Service. But you know
they was cool. They remember us from yesterday. They was cool. Yeah,
they were cool today. So they let us. They let
us get through a little bit quicker. But you know,
(02:46):
it is what it is. Man. It's like what you're
supposed to do, all right? Well, yeah, on Mayor Adams,
Like I said, we'll be joining us this morning, so
we'll kick it with him when we come back. We
got front page news, me and me. It be here,
so don't go anywhere. And it's TI's birthday today, so
we're gonna get some Ti in the mits.
Speaker 4 (02:58):
Man.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
It's the breakfast club. Come morning. Let's go morning everybody.
It's DJ NV Jess Hilarious, Charlamagne the guy. We are
the breakfast Club. Let's get in some front page news.
Start off with some quick sports. Last night, I actually
took my son to the New York City football game.
They played Miami and Messi played. Messi is my son's
favorite player, and Messi got busy last night. He scored
(03:20):
two goals. New York City Football Club lost four zero,
but what a game it was last night, So salute
to the New York City Football Club of Miami won
last night and also tonight and Thursday night football. The
Seahawks take on the Cardinals on Prime at eight fifteen.
Speaker 5 (03:33):
What's up, Mimi, Good morning and me good Morning's Charlemagne,
he's me me good morning?
Speaker 6 (03:38):
All right, y'all.
Speaker 5 (03:39):
Will we start in Dallas this morning where gunfire broke
out at a US Immigrations and Custom Enforcement Field Office.
Now three detainees were shot. One is dead, two others
are fighting for their lives in critical condition.
Speaker 6 (03:51):
No ICE officers were hurt.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
Now the shooter has been identified as twenty nine year
old Joshua John. Officer said he opened fire from a
nearby rooftop before turning the gun on himself. The FBI
is calling it targeted violence.
Speaker 7 (04:05):
Now.
Speaker 5 (04:05):
Investigators say shell casings left at the scene were engraved
with the words anti ICE. But John's background, though it
paints a more complicated picture. Public records show he once
faced a minor marijuana charge, lived with his parents in
a Dalla suburb, and spend a lot of time online
talking about video games, cars, and pop culture. He voted
in both Democratic and Republican primaries, and showed little sign
(04:28):
of strong political activism. For now, investigators are still working
to understand the motive for the attack, but the political fallout.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Has already started.
Speaker 5 (04:37):
President Trump calling the shooting despicable and blaming what he
called the radical left Democrats for demonizing ICE. Homeland Security
Secretary Christy Nome promising to hire more ICE agents, casting
the shooting as part of a broader war on immigration enforcement,
and jd Vance. His comments are probably getting the most
attention this morning.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
Let's hear what he had to say.
Speaker 8 (05:00):
But what we know is that in Dallas, Texas, and
ICE facility.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
And Immigrations and Customs.
Speaker 8 (05:05):
Enforcement facility was opened fire upon by a violent left
wing extremist, a person who wrote anti ICE messaging on
their bullets. And there's some evidence that we have that's
not yet public, but we know this person was politically motivated.
They were politically motivated to go after law enforcement. They
were politically motivated to go after people who are enforcing
(05:28):
our border.
Speaker 9 (05:30):
I want to how do we know that this individual
didn't you know, have people that were deported, you know,
have family movies that were deported, a girlfriend.
Speaker 2 (05:38):
I don't know. I'm just throwing things out there.
Speaker 6 (05:40):
Do we know that we don't know any of that?
Speaker 5 (05:43):
They even the FBI has said it is still under investigation.
And so to come out and say it's kind of
like what we saw with the Charlie Kirk shooting. You know,
they come out and say these things, and so immigration
advocates are pushing back, pointing that out that it was detainees,
not officers, who were struck by gunfire. They say that wildwashing.
Shington frames this as an attack on law enforcement. It's
the migrant community that feels they feel like the real target.
(06:07):
Wednesday shooting, though, in Dallas, was the second attack on
this ice facility in recent weeks. Just last month, a
suspect was arrested for making a bomb threat against that
same office, and in July, a police officer was shot
outside another detention center just forty miles away.
Speaker 9 (06:21):
But I think it's extremely dangerous for the Vice President
of the United States of America to come out and
immediately politicize this situation. I don't know why why they
do this. I don't know why to right immediately blames
the left. I don't know why the left immediately blames
the right. Why can't everybody just take a step back
and let's see what this person's.
Speaker 5 (06:36):
Motive was for us exactly. Let the investigation play out.
And we're less than a week away from a possible
government shut down, and this time Republicans say they're ready
to make it as painful as possible for Democrats. Now,
talks between the two parties have gone nowhere for weeks.
Democrats want to protect the Affordable Care Act subsidies and
Republicans want a short term clean spending bill. In neither
(06:59):
side is budgeing that has left President Trump and GOP
leaders feeling confident they can pin the blame on Democrats.
If the government shut down shuts down now. A shut
down would have a wide ranging effects. Federal workers could
be forced to report without pay, National parks would close.
Agencies like Veteran Affairs, the IRS, and Health and Human
Services could see disruptions consequences that would hit families, seniors,
(07:23):
and veterans before they touch lawmakers. Now, Republicans say they
are united in their position, and with Trump back in
the White House, they believe they control the narrative by
deciding what services are deemed essential. GOP Senator Mark Marshall
put it bluntly, saying red states will be spared the hardest.
Red states will be spared, will be spared the hardest hits,
(07:45):
while blue states should expect more pains now. Democrats, however,
argue that Republicans are the ones pushing the government towards
shutdown and Trump canceling a meeting this week with House
Minority Leader King Jeffreys and Senate Minority Senate Leader Chuck Schumer.
This week only underscore the stalemate. They say, he's signaling
that he's willing to let the deadline pass without a deal.
(08:07):
So at its core, this fight is about leverage. Republicans
want to weaken democratic priorities like healthcare funding and uh.
They insist that these programs must be protected, while Republicans
they want a clean spending bill. So they say, right now,
both sides remain dug in with a possible shut down.
Just stays away, so we'll see what happens.
Speaker 9 (08:26):
So why they have a pisson contest as usual? We
the people suffer married American people self.
Speaker 10 (08:33):
That's right, exactly.
Speaker 5 (08:34):
So we'll continue to watch this and see what happens
next week. Coming up, another headline for another headache for
Disney and maybe for you too. We'll tell you what's
happening coming up next.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
All right, everybody else, get it off your chest. Eight
hundred five five one five one. If you need to vent,
phone lines wide open again. Eight hundred five eight five
one five one. Get it off your chest. It's the
Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. It's a new days.
This is your time to get it off your chest.
Whether you're mad or black, time to get up and
(09:07):
get something. Call up now eight hundred and five eight

Donkey here today.
Speaker 4 (10:58):
Man.
Speaker 11 (10:59):
They compared Charlie Floyd death to Charlie too. I'm sorry,
Charlie kirk foy deaf right. Yeah, for Charlie Kirk deaf man.
That's crazy, man. The two deaths is totally different.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
Yeah. I don't understand the I really don't. I don't
and I don't.
Speaker 9 (11:15):
I don't it's a lot of things I don't understand
about that situation. I don't understand that Charlie Kirk Martin
Luther King Jr. Comparisons like I don't know why they're playing.
I don't know why people playing like tragedy olympics with
these things.
Speaker 11 (11:26):
I mean, like it just totally makes no sense. Man
of two, I mean, like one got killed by in
the hands of the police officers, the other one was assassinated.
How they compared it to They're talking about the riots
and things like that nature like why ain't why ain't
to Charlie Kirk, the people for Charlie Kirk ryder. Now,
I'm not cold going any death, you know what I'm
saying the restI of both brothers. But I mean it's totally.
Speaker 9 (11:48):
Different, Yeah, because you know, Charlie Kirk didn't get paid
by people who we paid with our tax dollars.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Hello, who's this yo? What up?
Speaker 12 (11:57):

Speaker 2 (11:57):

Think me, Me and the other girl that come on
figure out.
Speaker 14 (12:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 13 (12:32):
Yeah, they showed like a lot of us don't pay
attention to that stuff, but were listening to y'all show
and make us more in depth with whats going on
and stuff, and it just keep us up to date
on stuff. So shout out to y'all for keeping us
in touch with that.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
Appreciate it. Brother, Hello, who's this or it's good Envy
this veto veto? What's uphere? You calling from?
Speaker 15 (12:53):
I'm from Milwaukee?
Speaker 3 (12:54):
Brow?
Speaker 2 (12:54):
What up? What's up with your brother? Get it off
your chest?
Speaker 3 (12:57):
Hey?
Speaker 16 (12:57):
I was just noticing how the internet and the streets
is totally different. You know, on the internet, online they
against everything Trump implements as far as like cleaning up
the ghettos and and you know the murder rates and
all that. But then you know, in real life, you
got you got folks, the working class that that are
(13:18):
all for and they support that, like Chicago Flips Red movement.
It's just all the corruption within within the Democratic Party
holding down the black community for so many meat, for
so many years. So I just wanted to throw that
out there. You know, the Internet is totally different from
what I would say what the communities, the people in
the community's want.
Speaker 9 (13:38):
I would say that it's also still a little bit
more nuanced than you just made it. I know, I
know the Chicago Flips Red movement, you know, those been
up here before. But I think that it's a little
bit more nuanced. Like the Internet isn't all one way.
In the streets aren't all one way either, brother.
Speaker 15 (13:53):
Yeah, yeah, but you know what I'm talking about, Charloae Mane.
Speaker 16 (13:56):
You you try to defend it and be the arm
of the of the the Democratic whatever, and then I
want to throw one thing out there.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa.
Speaker 9 (14:08):
Right there, right there is exactly what I'm talking about,
because you'll say that, but then you'll have other people
that will say, I'm maget. So you understand what I
mean when I say things are a little bit more
nuanced than people think.
Speaker 15 (14:18):
No, No, I think that in the reality, Charlemagne, respectfully,
I got a lot of respect for you. But the
reality is in your true form in real life, you
know what's what's right. But sometimes you in a situation
where you have to say the opposite.
Speaker 9 (14:33):
No, I'm not you know, I'm not Charlomagne. Is nothing
any anything you hear come out of my mouth is
how I feel. That has nothing to do with nothing else.
But once again, that's what I mean when I say
things are a little bit more nuanced, because there's people
on the internet who are against Trump, and then there's
people on the Internet that afford Trump. And then in
the streets there's people on the internet. I mean in
(14:53):
the streets that afford Trump, and there's people that are
against Trump. Everything is a lot more nuanced than people
try to make things.
Speaker 2 (14:59):
Hello, who's that?
Speaker 4 (15:00):
Hey?
Speaker 2 (15:00):
You want? This is Adele war and Charlot Lane. Yes,
whatever up, Adele, get off your chest.
Speaker 14 (15:05):
Brother. First one, I wanted to graduate your daughter on
the engagement. I thought up a really beautiful thing.
Speaker 4 (15:10):
I admire your family.
Speaker 2 (15:11):
Oh, thank you so much, family doing great things.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
But that a thought.
Speaker 14 (15:14):
When she announced the engagement, I thought it would be
really cool, or maybe too late if you want. Charlotte
Maine reenacted that bad voice scene with the boyfriend.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
Uh. You know the funny part is when how about Reggie? Yeah,
talk about Reggie. The first time I actually met Andrew,
he was at a car show in Houston, so he
had to pull in it and all Madison's uncles was
there and all my friends was there. So they put
him through the ring of that that first day. I've
actually felt bad for him the first day, but he
held it strong. And now he's became you know, he's
become part of the family. But they put him through
(15:44):
the ring already. The first time.
Speaker 9 (15:45):
If you met Andrew, he passed out and he thought
he was meeting himself.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
Definitely did not. But June, Danny and everybody they put
him through the ring. You know, had had a hard
talk with him, but you know he stayed and he's
a good young man.
Speaker 14 (15:57):
Broyh for young man. I'm happy for y'all. And like
I said, admire y'all. Oh y'all, your beautiful family. I
wreck your first book, and just see how you and
your wife raise your I think sex kids will don't
happen too often this time in the day and age.
It really see, and you have.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
Three daughters before four brother, my brother.
Speaker 14 (16:17):
Wow, see y'all got ding and keep it up, man,
keep you an example to young black man.
Speaker 2 (16:21):
Thank you, brother, and of course just too.
Speaker 14 (16:23):
And eventually Lauren, you know when she gets married.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
A long, long, long time ago. Let us pray.
Speaker 17 (16:29):
I appreciate your positive energy up here this morning. And
this is a really non positive you know what I'm saying.
Don't like nothing for this. You don't go there now,
don't like nothing for spell you be doing. Jesus, stay
right over there, Jesus going. Don't you touch it, don't
pray about it, don't get it.
Speaker 8 (16:49):
All right?
Speaker 2 (16:49):
It just eight hundred five five five. When we got
the ladies Laurna coming.
Speaker 17 (16:53):
Up, we do, and we're gonna talk about it's Rock
and Rihanna, because you know they've been saying they want
their girl. They got their boys, they want their girls.
They welcome to We're gonna talk about which baby they welcome,
boy or girl.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
All right, we'll get to that next. It's the breakfast club.
Good morning. The breakfast club.
Speaker 6 (17:10):
Wan becoming a free fast.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
She gets them from somebody that knows, somebody used to detail.
Speaker 6 (17:16):
I'm a homegirl. That knows a little bit about everything.
Speaker 9 (17:18):
And she'd be having the latest on you that I'm
the biggest law the latest with Laurence La Rosa. Sometimes
you have fact, sometimes you have details.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
Sometimes you have a little bit of everything, the latest
on the Breakfast Club. Talk to me.
Speaker 17 (17:32):
Well as that Rocky just told El magazine a few
days ago that him and Rihanna were praying for a
baby girl. You know that they have sons already, and
yesterday Rihanna let us know the world know that they
got their baby girl.
Speaker 6 (17:44):
Finally, congratulation.
Speaker 17 (17:47):
Yes do we know her name, Yes we do so
her name is Rocky Irish Mayors and Rihanna Listen's list
her birthday as September thirteenth, thirteenth, twenty five.
Speaker 6 (18:00):
Baby girl. And it's so cute too.
Speaker 17 (18:01):
So in the photos that Rihanna posted, she's holding the
baby and you know, in the pink and all the things,
and then when you swipe over, it's like these pink
little baby boxing gloves for like Rocky. Yeah, it's really
really cute he has, so congratulations to them.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
Now.
Speaker 17 (18:16):
In other news, switching gears so here in New York
that we've been having a lot of conversations about the
RICO situation because Diddy and all the court stuff and
I'll actually be headed back to court today. We'll talk
about that in a second, but before we get there,
we got to back up because Reggae made some claims
on the stream and he's claiming that he is now
working to develop a federal RICO against Kim Kardashian and
(18:40):
Chris Jenner. What uh well, you know, he says that
he feels like the sex tape ruined his life. But
basically he's saying that because of everything that they've been
able to do behind the scene.
Speaker 6 (18:51):
So I'll let him talk less. It's in a reg
jail on stream.
Speaker 18 (18:54):
Federal ricook and Chris, I'm about to drop on christ
and Kim is probably crazy.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
I'm talking about I'm on the news.
Speaker 18 (19:04):
Every day like yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
Speaker 4 (19:07):
When they're like, I'm gonna share a lot of.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
Anybody know Kim and cool with Kim.
Speaker 18 (19:12):
They need to tell him now the brain is coming,
The fans coming, right, the fans is coming.
Speaker 15 (19:18):
It's not gonna do about It's worse than Diddy.
Speaker 2 (19:20):
It's worse than Diddy.
Speaker 18 (19:22):
Your head is It's worse than Diddy. The fans are
coming to investigate, yeah, because it's like, I can't do
the dirty guy no more.
Speaker 9 (19:31):
I think if it's one thing we should have learned
from the Diddy situation is everything is not a rico.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
Guys.
Speaker 9 (19:35):
Okay, this is what happens when the Feds overplay their
hand and overcharge people like they did with Diddy. They
hit Diddy with a rico and it wasn't a rico.
Now everybody just throws the word rico around.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
It's it's just the word everybody rico. But he has
what they be in charge with? What did they do wrong?
Speaker 14 (19:50):
And Diddy?
Speaker 9 (19:50):
And and ray J is kind of contradicted himself because
he said it's worse than Diddy. But rag J, you
are also the person saying that Diddy shouldn't be charged
with rico.
Speaker 6 (19:57):
I have that audio.
Speaker 17 (19:58):
Let's take a listen to Diddy Diddy to ray JS
a few months ago talking about Diddy and compare and
get to the Kardashians.
Speaker 6 (20:04):
Let's it ad listen.
Speaker 18 (20:05):
And I feel like it's becoming a circus act for
stuff that doesn't make any sense.
Speaker 2 (20:10):
For what did he's being charged for.
Speaker 18 (20:13):
I mean, there's a lot of bad things happening, and
we all agree with that, But a Rico racketeering, sex trafficking, Like,
I've been with Diddy a long time, and if I
haven't seen any of these kind of heinous acts happening,
then where was I when it was happening. If you
(20:34):
told me that the Kardashians was being charged for racketeering,
I might believe it. But Diddy sex trafficking and all
these other extra things, Like it's to me knowing him,
knowing the situation, being around with most of the people
that's testifying, you know, I just feel like there's somebody
at the top who's making a statement, who's making a point.
Speaker 17 (20:58):
Yeah, so he doesn't really provide direct context as to
what the rico, like what the charges will be and why.
But every time he talks about did he bring Rico,
he brings in the Kardashians, And you know, now people
are wondering why.
Speaker 9 (21:12):
All I'm saying everything is in Arico, everything is in an
organized criminal enterprice.
Speaker 2 (21:16):
But I think these words that just people just keep
using like Rico was one of them, Triggered was another,
toxic was another light These words, when you use them
the wrong way, just nothing wrong with those words.
Speaker 17 (21:29):
We've been on tiktak, Yeah, just using the wrong he's
been on ticktack tictack.
Speaker 6 (21:33):
You know that's the ok side of well. I mean
I don't know.
Speaker 17 (21:37):
I just don't understand what the charges would be. Like
what do they do as a group?
Speaker 3 (21:40):
Uh?
Speaker 17 (21:41):
They like they like athletes, rappers? Like what are it
gonna be in trouble for?
Speaker 2 (21:46):
Drop on the clues bombs for?
Speaker 9 (21:48):
They don't, don't Reggie is just stern stern waters to
catch fish.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
Yes, know exactly what he doing, man.
Speaker 17 (21:59):
But what if what if he really is trying to
put together a rico like what, I don't.
Speaker 6 (22:05):
Know, There's gonna be a lot of money spent. I'm
going to that case. I will be that it will
be very entertaining. When ray J gets understand.
Speaker 9 (22:15):
Rey J is going viral. That's exactly what REYJ is doing. Okay,
Subscribe to ray J's twitch. What's ray J's twitch?
Speaker 6 (22:22):
And he got something coming out with.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
Zous.
Speaker 6 (22:26):
He got something coming out with Lamel.
Speaker 9 (22:28):
I saw love Cabin. Hmmm, I think that's what it's
called love. His twitch is actually rage. Subscribed to ray
j Twitch.
Speaker 6 (22:35):
Something he got coming out.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
You will always be in attain that's you're going back to. Yeah.
Speaker 17 (22:40):
Yes, So I wasn't going to go because I thought
that they were going to be there just discussing what
next week for the sitting in on October third would
be like for Diddy. But yesterday I talked to someone
in the know who let me know that, uh, Diddy's
team believes that today he did he may get the
news that the two men act charges or at least
one of or something will be acquitted. So a while ago,
(23:01):
Diddy's team came to the judge in court and said
the prosecution did not do a good job of proving
their case.
Speaker 6 (23:07):
They don't they didn't submit the right evidence.
Speaker 17 (23:09):
Y'all keep talking about what he did with prostitution, but
he never directly booked prostitutes.
Speaker 6 (23:13):
He never had sex with any of the escorts.
Speaker 17 (23:15):
He also didn't make money off of this like prostitution
ring that you guys are claiming. So this can't stand.
So they submitted that. The prosecution shot back with, you know,
would you know to fight that today the judge makes
the decision. But the reason why I'm told his team
thinks that today is going to be like a big day.
And I saw, like Christian Combs post a video of
him and Diddy, and you know, do the whole thing
(23:36):
is because everyone's being called into court, like Diddy's coming
into court. Of course his attorneys will be there. But
it could have went a different way. They could have
just did it via zoom. The judge could have submitted, yes, yeah,
we did we they did things with Diddy on zoom
toward the end of the case. Uh, right before the
verdict like that. That's a thing that could have happened.
But yeah, so they think that this may be a thing.
(23:58):
All of his family, you know, we'll be there today.
Speaker 9 (24:01):
So I know the Man Act been around since nineteen ten,
But every time I hear people say the Man Act,
I just think about all those men's, all those male prostitutes,
all that seeming on the nipples of man's.
Speaker 17 (24:11):
If the family is getting ready and listening to the
Breakfast Club any morning, I noted.
Speaker 2 (24:17):
His sound gratyd was did he was? What is guilty
of the Man Act? He acted on? Didn't sound like
he was so funny making them did he?
Speaker 19 (24:30):
And men?
Speaker 2 (24:30):
Oh boy?
Speaker 17 (24:31):
So you know how they change the name of the
act because there were all those character letters that were submitted,
including the one by Young Miami that we talked about
in his mom and his family. But there were also
character letters submitted by other inmates that have been working
with Diddy's and they say that Diddy has created uh
this or not organization, but this program in jail where
(24:52):
he's teaching his fellow inmates business skills. And they wrote
letters singing his praises to the judge in the letters.
The program it's called Free Game with Diddy, and it's
of course behind bars, so funny, free Game with Diddy.
They gotta be free, locked up. But yeah, so they're
seeing things, like you know, now they have purpose because
(25:14):
of the class that he showed them. Little adjustments to
like their everyday life that add up to big changes.
He's teaching them about, you know, chasing the easy money
and how that's the wrong way to achieve real success.
Speaker 9 (25:25):
I don't know if I would want that, though they
might try to keep him, like, you know what, you're
doing such a good job.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
I don't know if I would want them, because this
has always been great, right, So that's been good for
the inmates.
Speaker 17 (25:37):
Yeah, I mean, and I imagine being an inmate and
getting on one on one, one on one one one
one one.
Speaker 6 (25:44):
Just free game.
Speaker 9 (25:47):
That is gonna be interesting to know when Diddy gets out,
is he going to continue to do stuff like that
with the inmates?
Speaker 2 (25:52):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 9 (25:53):
Like you know Shaka car always goes to speak to
you all over the country. Like I wish Shaka a
couple of weeks ago at right, because you know, talking
to the inmates.
Speaker 2 (25:59):
I wanted Diddy's gonn continue to do stuff like that
said he.
Speaker 17 (26:01):
Wants to, you know, help other people who have done
things that he's done. Remember they were saying.
Speaker 6 (26:06):
That nobody does what he's done. Nobody's done that.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
I don't think so.
Speaker 17 (26:11):
But we'll see what happens today. I'll let you guys
know what happens. I think it's going to be pretty
short though. I think we'll be faster today.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
Okay, all right, Well that's the latest with Lauren. Now
when we come back, we got front page news and
the Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, will be
joining us, all right, so we'll talk to him a
little bit. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning morning, everybody
is dej NV just hilarious. Charlamagne the guy. We are
the Breakfast Club. Let's get back in some front page news.
Now some quick sports. Uh, salute to the New York
City Football Club as soccer team in New York City.
(26:39):
They played Miami. My son's favorite player was Messi, so
we went there to watch Messi. Messi scored two goals.
They blew us out. But salute to the New York
City football.
Speaker 9 (26:48):
So funny about that. Giants are on and three jets,
so only three got the going.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
To watch soccer and y'all still the soccer team. Still
you can't wait for you? Baseball season? Baseball season is
go in basketball season? Oh, big ball season already dead.
This is about to go to playoffs. Damn yeah, I'll
be paying no attention. And tonight, if you're in the
football slet the Seahawks take on the car Notes on
(27:13):
Thursday Night Football at eight fifteen. What's that mem me?
Speaker 5 (27:16):
Good morning, v Jess and Charlamagne.
Speaker 6 (27:19):
How y'all doing?
Speaker 5 (27:21):
Good morning? Okay, So let's talk about Jimmy Kimmel and
his big return to late night TV. The numbers are
in and it was a huge success. Six million viewers
on ABC, fifteen million clicks on YouTube. His first show
since the suspension is now the most watched Jimmy Kimmel
life episode in more than a decade now. According to
(27:41):
d C or ABC excuse me, the episode drew in
six point three million viewers on traditional television and more
than three that's more than three times the show's normal audience.
Speaker 6 (27:51):
Now online, the impact was much larger.
Speaker 5 (27:54):
Kimmel's nearly half an hour monologue on free speech. It
has gone viral, clocking more than fifteen million vi on
YouTube and tens of millions of more on social media,
making it his most watched monologue ever.
Speaker 2 (28:06):
Now.
Speaker 5 (28:07):
All this happened despite the show being blacked out in
nearly a quarter of American homes. Stations like our station.
Groups like Nextstar and Sinclair, which controlled dozens of ABC affiliates,
they refuse the air of the episode, but viewers in
those markets when online, instead turning Kimmel's come back into
a streaming event.
Speaker 3 (28:25):
Now.
Speaker 5 (28:25):
Kimmel was sidelined for nearly a week after a controversial
monologue about the killing of conservative activists Charlie Kirk that
sparked backlash and political pressure, but now the number suggests
the attempt to silence him may have backfired. Critics and
free speech advocates say the suspension, said a dangerous president,
and instead of shrinking his audience, the controversy supercharged it,
(28:47):
making Kimball's return one of the most talked about late
night moments ever.
Speaker 9 (28:52):
Yeah, you said, me and me. This is his highest
rated show in over a decade. So this lets me
know the audience is still there for late night. You
have to give folks must see TV. It has to
be an experience. It has to be something they feel
like they can't miss. I don't want to wait to
watch this on YouTube. I need to see this in
real time now. I don't know how many, how many,
(29:12):
how many more of those you can create though.
Speaker 5 (29:14):
Yeah, yeah, that was probably I mean, and I'm thinking
this week, you know, the numbers will probably stay high,
but we'll see what happens. But because it was blacked
off in about twenty three percent of the market, and
if he still broke records, is it just goes to
show you people don't want to be censored. If they
don't want their show censored or told what they can
watch them with the camp watch.
Speaker 9 (29:33):
Yeah, I watched it again last night because I you know,
I felt like the monologue when he came back was
a little too safe. For my liking, you know what
I mean, especially being of the moment that we're in.
I feel like it should have just been a you know,
I don't know. I just felt like it should have
been a lot, a lot more strong. It shouldn't have
been about him. It should have been about the moment
that we're in as far as like you know, they're
trying to take away freedom of speech and him being
(29:54):
on Trump's hit list. So I listened again last night
to see how he would bring it, and he came
at t up a little bit.
Speaker 6 (30:00):
Yeah, he had some moments.
Speaker 10 (30:01):
Did you see the skit with Robert de Niro?
Speaker 2 (30:03):
I did? I did, yep, I did.
Speaker 5 (30:05):
Okay, they had a few little punchy jokes in there too,
so that was fun, all right. Well, Kimble isn't the
only Disney headline. Disney making headline. The company is facing
heat on another front. It's streaming business. Starting next month,
prices are going up again for Disney plus Hulu and
ESPN streaming service. It's the third October in a row
that Disney has raised fees, and the timing couldn't be
(30:27):
more awkward, coming just as millions of people say they
are canceling their subscriptions in protests of Kimmel's suspension. So
how much more are you going to have to pay? Well,
Disney and Hulu with ads will climb from about ten
dollars to twelve dollars a month, while their ad free
versions will jump from about sixteen dollars to nineteen dollars.
An ESPN streaming service is also going up about a dollar,
(30:50):
from twelve dollars to thirteen dollars a month now. Disney
insists these price hikes were already planned, so they come
as the company is moving ahead with bigger change is
after completing its full takeover of Hulu.
Speaker 6 (31:02):
This past summer.
Speaker 5 (31:03):
Disney says it will fully merge Hulu into Disney Plus
by twenty twenty six, though standalone subscriptions will still be available.
I didn't cancel my Hulu subscription because I wanted to
watch Reasonable Doubt.
Speaker 6 (31:17):
But I understand this, so.
Speaker 5 (31:22):
I'm still here. I'm glad that he's back on the air,
so I don't feel any pressure to do that.
Speaker 9 (31:26):
Yeah, I didn't cancel my subscription because I got kids,
all right, Bluie and Spidey and his amazing friends like that.
Speaker 2 (31:33):
Got my household, and got my house in the chocold
my daughter too.
Speaker 5 (31:37):
Yeah, yeah, So some tough calls there, all right. And
in the middle of funding, we're gonna switch gears just
a little bit. In the middle of funding cuts hitting
colleges nationwide, there is some good news for HBCUs. Billionaire
Mackenzie Scott, the ex wife of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos,
has donated seventy million dollars to the United Negro College Fund,
(31:57):
one of the largest gifts in history.
Speaker 6 (31:59):
That the money will be divided.
Speaker 5 (32:01):
Among thirty seven private, historically black colleges and universities, so
schools like Spellman, Howard, Hampton, Morehouse, Tuskegee will each receive
roughly about five million dollars through a pulled endowment fund
designed to strengthen long term financial health of HBCUs. Is
part of the bigger un CF push to raise a
billion dollars for these schools. Now timing matters because across
(32:24):
the country many colleges are losing funding and seeing enrollment drop. HBCUs,
which have always been underfunded, continued to produce, as we know,
generations of black leaders, and the UNCF president he put it,
we've always done less with more. Excuse me, We've always
done more with less, and now it's time to do
more with more.
Speaker 9 (32:42):
Man Draping the clues bombs from McKenzie Stott, that is
incredible that I can't wait till I can do stuff
like that. Seventy million dollars to HBCUs. That's a yahd
damn Driving the clues bomb from McKenzie stock that is
that is incredible at Luther her because she don't got
to do that.
Speaker 5 (32:57):
Nope, not at all, but history of doing that, right,
she's a history of donating to uh just underserved college
and universities, Black colleges and universities and other underserved you organizations,
So we love that.
Speaker 9 (33:10):
Yeah, she's just she's just a person who cares like
she you know, she's a big, big, big philanthropist.
Speaker 2 (33:14):
You know.
Speaker 9 (33:14):
That's Jeff Bezos, his ex wife. So she got the back,
you know what I'm saying, and she's utilizing it the
right way. So salute to her absolutely.
Speaker 5 (33:22):
All right, Well that's your front page news. I'm Mimi Brown.
Follow me at Mimi Brown TV for more stories. Follow
Black Information Network, download the free iHeartRadio app, or visit
BIA news dot com.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
Thank you, Mimi, Thank you all right when we come back,
we have the Mayor of New York City, Mayor Eric Adams.
He'll be joining us. He's running for reelection. He's running
for reelection. But man, Donnie putting his foot up his
ass right now. You know what I'm saying. I think
Eric's polling in fourth place. Yep. So we'll talk to you. Don't.
Speaker 9 (33:48):
I don't know why he I need I need to
know why he thinks he can still win.
Speaker 2 (33:52):
But we gonna find out what place the third place?
Now I read yesterday, fourth place. Jesus, all right, Well,
we'll talk to him next at the breakfast Club. Go morning,
the breakfast CLU. So everybody's the dj n V. Just
Hilarius Charlamagne to God. We are the breakfast Club lawl
of Roses. Here as well, we got a special guest
in the building. Yes, indeed, the Mayor of New York City,
(34:13):
Mayor Eric Adams. Welcome. Got to be here. Nice sit
here and talk about the city. How you feeling, brother
good man? You know, I mean I took my hand
off the steering wheel a long time. Let's go.
Speaker 20 (34:23):
Let God turn on my GPS. My God positioned to
satellite got me here. He's gonna take me to the
next level.
Speaker 2 (34:30):
You know a question everybody keeps asking, are you dropping
out of the mayor race?
Speaker 20 (34:33):
And you know what, I answered that one hundred and
one time, and no matter how I answer it, they
come back with the same Seven weeks ago when they
first raised that I had something that Gracie mansion and said, listen,
I'm here to the end, they wrote that he's dropping out.
They say, then he's going to want He's going to
Saudi Arabia. I said, no, I'm not. Then they rote
(34:55):
I was gonna be hud No, I'm not. I was
going to meet Donald Trump at Yankee Stadium.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
No, I did not.
Speaker 20 (35:02):
What people don't understand when you run for mayor, one
of the most important aspects of running for mayor is
raising the money.
Speaker 2 (35:08):
People couldn't beat me at.
Speaker 20 (35:09):
The Poland site, and so they orchestrated and organized to
really undermine my campaign. When you hear that the mayor
is dropping out over and over again, your funders are gone.
Now I'm in court with campaign finance board. They owe
me four million dollars. They don't want to give it
to me. I spent eight million dollars the last time
(35:30):
I ran I'm down to now half of that now.
So they have undermined my ability to get my message
out by making sure they cut off.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
All the ways I could raise money to get it done.
Speaker 20 (35:42):
So now I'm in the point now when I'm meeting
with my funders, they said, every they keep telling me
you're dropping out. So our goal is to finish this race,
but we have to win this court that's in case,
that's in this case that's in court.
Speaker 2 (35:53):
Right now to get out four million dollars. I do
have a question. When you first came in office, it
seems like the city love Mayor Adams, right. I loved you,
loved the fact that you were touching the people, you
were outside, you were doing things that a lot of
mayors wouldn't like. You were on forty second Street giving
away food. You were doing a lot for the city.
You were popping up in Harlem and Brooklyn and Queens.
And then it became a turning point where people started
(36:14):
to not like Mayor Adams or or start to dislike
why did that happen? Do you think it was an
orchestrated thing? Why do you think people.
Speaker 20 (36:21):
Started questioning That's a great question. Think about it for
a moment where do people get their opinions from. They
pick up the papers, they start reading the papers, and
they start saying, Okay, this is what's happening in the city.
When I go to town halls, when I'm at forty projects,
when I go out to Astoria and I start sharing
what we have done, people say, what I didn't know
that there was when I one mayor. Here's the inner
(36:44):
story that a lot of people don't know. When I
won mayor, you can't win city wide in this city
without winning it was called the New York Times Belt,
Upper West Side, Parslow, Kyle Gardens, Brooklyn Heights.
Speaker 2 (36:57):
I lost all of that.
Speaker 20 (36:58):
The everyday person in the street say, this guy is
one of us. And from day one go look at
how I was covered. People don't know I build more
housing in the city than any manor in the history
of the city in my individual years. They don't know
that low income New York is no longer pay them
come tax because of me, nineteen billion dollars in black
and minority owned businesses that I put in. They don't
(37:18):
know what I'm doing for forced to care children, paying
their college tuition, giving them life coaches until they twenty one.
They don't know what we're doing about homelessness, putting people
to permanent housing. Nobody knows my story.
Speaker 9 (37:29):
Question if they don't know, then if they don't know,
then is it really getting done? Because if the people
should be the ones that have impact about what you're doing,
so why wouldn't they know?
Speaker 20 (37:37):
Right, Well, there's a couple of things. People who go
through it knows it all the time. They writing me,
they stopped me in the street. They tell me about
the housing, they got my universal after school program, what
we're doing about dyslexia.
Speaker 2 (37:51):
Folks on Rykers.
Speaker 20 (37:52):
I've been on Rykers all in more than any man
in the history of the city, speaking with the inmates,
giving them.
Speaker 2 (37:56):
The services they need. So those who are recipient of
it they know.
Speaker 20 (38:00):
But when you pick up the paper, the average day
person that's sitting down reading, all they know is that, hey,
this guy is out all the time parted No.
Speaker 2 (38:09):
I revitalized my our nightlife industry, a.
Speaker 20 (38:13):
By yourself multi billion dollars, multi billion dollar industry, multi
billion dollar industry. Before I became man, they were closing
down these industries with black and brown people were opening
their own businesses. They were closing them down. That stopped
under me. I said, We're no longer going to go
in and close down the heart and soul of how
these businesses start and how they employ one hundred thousand
(38:37):
people who are getting jobs through it.
Speaker 2 (38:39):
So, so what you do now during campaign? You take
your campaign money and you able to go over the
media and speak directly to people. I don't have the money.
Speaker 9 (38:50):
You know, over the past weekend you didn't attend any
public events while a lot of your the rivals were
out campaigning, and people use that to fuel more speculation
that you're preparing and the dropout. So how do you
respond to.
Speaker 20 (39:02):
That, say thim Outher to Charlamagne. No matter what I said,
they did it anyway. We were sitting down behind the scenes,
sitting down with fundeds, sitting down with the campaign team,
figuring out.
Speaker 2 (39:13):
Our strategies to go.
Speaker 20 (39:14):
I could be out, I'm outside all the time, bro,
You know, I could be outside running around the city
all the time. But anyone that knows how to build
their institutions know there's a time for you to meet
with your team and strategize what the next steps are.
Just running around the city is not how you win
a campaign and they don't have day jobs.
Speaker 8 (39:33):
I do.
Speaker 20 (39:34):
I still got a day job. I had the U incoming,
a major security issue that we had to make sure
was correct. I had the high holiday. I had to
Russashana come in making sure we deal with threats. So
I still have to run the city. It's not just
about running around shaking hands. I had a job to
do and I gotta build my strong campaign.
Speaker 9 (39:52):
And that's what I'll give you credit for that, because
you know, they were giving you flat from not being
at the African American Day Parade. But I've seen you
at events like like the Heaven Up in Harlem event
that og Daniel did.
Speaker 2 (40:06):
Yeh, that wasn't like a schedule thing. You're just there
right right. And listen, there's never been a man in
the history of the city that's been among the people.
Speaker 4 (40:13):
Like I have.
Speaker 20 (40:14):
You know, I'll drive through Brownsville and all of a sudden,
I see a closed barber shop, closed hair salon, people
sitting in the back smoking a cigar. I'm popping in
there talking to them. How you feeling on the ground, folks,
what's happening on the ground. You know, I can walk
through any community in this city and you see from
the Upper West Side to Harlem to Brooklyn.
Speaker 2 (40:35):
People see that.
Speaker 20 (40:36):
You know what Eric is among us, and I've never
stopped being among it. That's nothing special about me, you know,
you know I've never come across that. Listen, I'm the
man special. No, I'm the same dyslectic South Jamaica Queen's
hole and your sneak as carboys in the bottom. I'm
the same person, brother, same person. And they never had
a man like me, and they never want to see
(40:58):
that mayor do it again. What we did for black
and brown people in this city is amazing. Think about
this for a moment. A lot of people don't even
realize this. So who the victims of shootings in the
city black and brown? Twenty three thousand illegal guns off
the street, the lowest numbers of shootings and homicide in
the first seven months of.
Speaker 2 (41:13):
This year in the history of the city. Who is
a street homeless? Black and brown?
Speaker 20 (41:19):
We removed thirty five hundred people off our streets into
permanent housing. Permanent housing. Who's in our Department of Education
black and brown? Other ethnic groups are in but predominantly
black and brown. And we have improved education in our city,
our pace to state and reading the math, universal after
school programs, one hundred and fifty thousand.
Speaker 2 (41:41):
Children into pre K. Who's some of youth employment black
and brown?
Speaker 20 (41:45):
One hundred thousand summer youth employment that we've done never
been done before. So what I'm saying is, when you
pick apart my success and my policies, you have to
say to yourself, this guy has gone after those who.
Speaker 2 (41:57):
Are ignored for years. I agree with you. But you know,
the thing that we talk about all the time is
we hear all these numbers of stats, right, yes, and
we talk about we hear about crime coming down, But
a lot of times it doesn't feel like that, right,
And maybe that's what we hear in the stories like
you know, I'm driving in today, police officer punt us
in the face and knocked onto the train tracks and
pulled out, you know, shooting here, shooting there, shooting in there.
It doesn't feel as safe as the numbers would say
(42:19):
it was. Why do you say that? And that's a
great question, brother, Think about this for a moment.
Speaker 20 (42:22):
Five point six million people ride our subway every day,
five point six million. We have five average of five
feelings a day on that system, with five point six million.
Speaker 2 (42:33):
I mean, those numbers are astronomical.
Speaker 20 (42:36):
And so when you city at eight point five million people,
when you take the rast thing that happens in that
city that day, and you plastered on the front pages,
how were you gonna fail people? When I inherited the
subway system, when I became mayor, no one wanted to
be on the subway system.
Speaker 2 (42:54):
We put police officers on there.
Speaker 20 (42:56):
We went down to make sure we got people with
severe mental health off our issues off our system. We
removed the encampments. People were living on the side of highways.
They were even in boxes and tents on our streets.
And so, no, people don't feel that way because it
takes a lot of time before your perception view the reality.
Sometimes people are living in the past of what they
(43:17):
felt before.
Speaker 9 (43:18):
So when you put more police presents on the subways,
it bought the crime.
Speaker 2 (43:22):
There was a combination of things we did.
Speaker 20 (43:24):
When we did in the analysis, we saw that a
lot of people say, well, hey, we want the police
walking through our trains.
Speaker 2 (43:29):
That's not where the crimes were happening. The crimes will
happening on the platforms.
Speaker 20 (43:33):
And so when we did a combination, number one, putting
our visible presence on the platform. Number two, going after
those with severe mental health issues and getting them the
care that they need. A thousand people we took off
the streets. And so you're right, brother, when you say, okay,
you're giving us the numbers. But when you run a city,
you have to run it based on indicators. You have
(43:54):
to run it based on something to determine if you're
moving in the right direction. Because when vond raiders determined
are we gonna tell people to invest in your city,
we need to see these indicators.
Speaker 2 (44:04):
The bond raiders raised my bond.
Speaker 20 (44:06):
They said, this guy has gone through COVID two hundred
and thirty seven thousand migrs and asylum seekers law fair
where they hit him with some bogus federal charges. Out
of all of that, this guy has still moved the
city forward unprecedented levels.
Speaker 3 (44:20):
You know.
Speaker 2 (44:20):
So the numbers don't lie.
Speaker 20 (44:22):
You know, I can say whatever I want, But when
you analyze, here's where the city was, Here's.
Speaker 2 (44:27):
Where the city is.
Speaker 20 (44:28):
We have more jobs in New York in the history
of the city. I broke the erected eleven times more
small businesses in the history of the city. When I
came into an office. Black unemployment was four times the
rates of white unemployment. We dropped it by twenty percent
in the black and brown community. We turned this city around. Now,
when people are pissed off at, look who I did
it with. First black woman to be a first deputy mayor,
(44:51):
first black woman police commissioner, A first Hispanic male to
run the Department of Correction, first of black to be
age a chief advisor, first a Dominican in the history
of the city to be a deputy mayor, first Filipino
to be a deputy mayor, of first Indian to be
a deputy mayor.
Speaker 2 (45:09):
I changed the landscape of the city. Do you feel
like that's the way that's the reason why you're being
attacked so much, because you've done so much. I take
so many minorities on. Well, I think it's a combination.
Speaker 20 (45:19):
Someone told me one time, they said, listen, Eric, you
don't have enough gray headed white men around you.
Speaker 2 (45:23):
You looked at my administration, brother, my administration looked like us.
And so what do they do? They say, you know what,
let's start just tackling him in his community. This is
the same thing happened with David Dinkins.
Speaker 20 (45:34):
You know, go back and look at the stories at
David Dinkins and see how they had the community start saying, well,
you know, David Dinkins is always dressing up in the suit.
He's not he's you know, he's not one of us anymore.
And they eroded his base of support. So our folks
just stayed home, you know, they just did it just
enough to have him, to have our folks stayed home.
(45:55):
This is you know, I'm the second black mayor in
over thirty years. We have not had a black man
in thirty years. And I learned from David who Mayor Dinkins,
who tutored me and told me, and I said, I'm
going I'm going to go in with a clear agenda
of how do we help those who have been underserved
for years?
Speaker 2 (46:14):
And we did it. The record is clear. But a
lot of your criticism comes from black people though.
Speaker 20 (46:18):
Yeah, but why to tell me? Tell me why where
do they get where they get their opinions from? I
keep I think we're underestimating the power of the media
in this city.
Speaker 2 (46:28):
Where do they get their opinions from? They look at it, you.
Speaker 9 (46:31):
Think that you think it's white media shaping narratives negatively about.
Speaker 20 (46:35):
You, well, no, I don't think you know, you can't
say only the white men media, right, look across the country,
Look across the country, look at the black mans across
the country, and look what they're doing and bring it
down trust country.
Speaker 9 (46:49):
And I give you credit to you were the first
person that at least put that on my radar. Last
time you would say, you said, there was an attack
on black.
Speaker 2 (46:56):
Man, black man.
Speaker 20 (46:57):
So look at under under the previous administry. There s
a lot of people want to talk about it. Under
the previous administration, the migras and asylum seekers went to Chicago,
went to Los Angeles, went to Houston, went to New York.
Speaker 2 (47:10):
What was the same in all of those cities. They
were all black mans. And check this out. This is
the thing that a lot of people don't realize.
Speaker 20 (47:17):
They said, Okay, Eric, the migrosin assylum seeker issues over
everything is fine.
Speaker 2 (47:21):
No, it's not.
Speaker 20 (47:22):
Of course, the seven point two billion dollars, that is
seven point two billion dollars that I could not put
into five hundred million into chronically absent children, a billion
dollars into senior housing, five hundred millions into more programs
for our youth. Formerly incarcerated. That money is going to
have a long term impact on our city. We're going
(47:42):
to see the byproduct of what that previous administration did
to us.
Speaker 2 (47:46):
We're going to see the byproduct of that for years
to come.
Speaker 9 (47:48):
But a lot of that is democratic messaging fault, because
you know, you created sanctuary cities and you said that
those people were welcome here. So what a lot of
those Republican governors did was put those people on planes
and busses and send them to those so called sanctuary
city And then when y'all got overwhelmed, y'all was like whoa.
They said, well, look, let me give you my version
of it.
Speaker 20 (48:05):
You know, let's understand what centurivery city is, because a
lot of people conflate sanctuary cities what we say at
centorarvery cities. So when somebody buy this bottle of water,
they pay taxes on this bottle of water. Those taxes
allow you services. So if your child needs to be educated,
they should be allowed to go to school. If you're
a victim of a crime, you should be allowed to
call a police. If you need medical care, you should
(48:26):
be allowed to go to the hospital. Because you're paying taxes,
you don't walk into a grocery store and someone say
you're undocumented, So I'm not gonna give you the tax No,
you allowed to get those taxes when people when we
tell people, if you come here, we're gonna treat you
with respect. We're gonna make sure you get the services
that your tax dollars are paying for, and we're gonna
make sure you're treated with dignity and respect. It was
(48:47):
a federal government responsibility to seal a border, so people
can say what they want about the current administration. When
they sealed the border, we stopped getting the flow. I
was getting four thousand a week and fed. The federal
law said you can't stop the busses from coming in Eric.
You can't even allow them to work. You can't even
allow them to volunteer and give them a stifer. And
the city law said you're gonna feed.
Speaker 2 (49:08):
House clothes and educate the children. So I'm following the
law when they came into the city.
Speaker 20 (49:14):
I don't control who comes into the country, but I
have to make sure while you're here, your children are
in school. If not, they're going to be the victims
of abuse by staying home. I got to make sure
if you need medical care, you could go to the hospital.
It's not you're gonna overrun my emergency rooms. And people
will pray on you, knowing that you can't call a
police if you're a victim of a crime.
Speaker 2 (49:34):
So it wasn't that we said whoa, whoa WOA. I
was always saying, WOA, control your control.
Speaker 20 (49:38):
The borders. Don't put this on cities. The cities are
having to fulfill the obligations of federal.
Speaker 2 (49:46):
Government. And in spite of that, we moved the city forward.
Speaker 4 (49:49):
You know.
Speaker 20 (49:50):
They people will tell you, you know what, the guy
did move the city for it. You know, the guy
did turn it around of the city. The guy did
improve employment, improve housing, had.
Speaker 2 (50:00):
The city safe. We got it. We got it, you know.
But you know what, he's too close to Trump.
Speaker 20 (50:05):
But nobody tells you I took this administration to court
or any mayor in the country. They sued me, you know,
more than any mayor. And when we needed the administration,
we were able to get call them to get the
things done. So it's not that I'm not under anyone's thumb.
I'm running my city. I'm fighting for my city.
Speaker 2 (50:26):
There's things that always pop up in the press that
make you look a certain way even if it's not right.
So that's why I love that you hear. So one
of the biggest things was when when Donald Trump, they
dismissed your federal corruption charges, right, and they did it
without prejudice because they said they'd leave it open that
they can file charges later on right, And the press
put it as well, that makes him excuse my friends,
(50:46):
Donald Trump's puppet exactly right, where you know he can
be used any which way. So what do you say
to those people in that media and people that really
believe that you're lining up with Trump and that might
not be what people are aligned to, especially in this election.
Speaker 20 (50:58):
So think about this. For my mom, it was dismissed
with prejudice, meaning it can't come back. It was dismissed
with reregident they said without prejudice. Yeah, that's what they wanted.
But to just say it's dismissed with prejudice. So many
people never read my indictment, and I keep saying that
over and over. People need to read the indictment. I
was indicted for calling the fire department and asking them
(51:21):
to do a building inspection, and all the text messages
are there. I said, if you can't do it, let
me know and I'll manage their expectation. This is done
every day. They took that and said, well, you know what,
you got free upgrades. You paid for your flights, but
you got upgrades when you flew flying. As the boy president,
I was allowed to get upgrades. They said, you got
free upgrade grades, which was not a gift. They said,
(51:42):
we're going to tie that and say it was bribery.
Speaker 2 (51:46):
It was bribery.
Speaker 20 (51:47):
And so I'm facing thirty three years in prison for this,
you know. And so people say, well, if you didn't
do anything wrong.
Speaker 2 (51:54):
Why would they come at you. Ask Brian Benjamin.
Speaker 20 (51:56):
I think all your callers should google Brian Benjamin, highest
ranking black, highest raking black in the state they indicted
in him. Also, the judge dismissed his charges. Also when
he looked at that, they saw how bogus it was.
Biden said the Justice Department was politicized when he partned
his son. You know, Trump said it so the president
on the campaign trial. I never knew the president.
Speaker 2 (52:18):
I never let the president.
Speaker 20 (52:20):
He was on the campaign trial saying, look what they're
doing in that mayor in New York. You know, that's
wrong what they doing to that mayor in New York.
So when he got in, he told this Justice department,
y'all need to look at that case. When they looked
at the case and they saw some of the emails
and text messages that the prosecutors were doing, they said,
we're going to dismiss this case.
Speaker 2 (52:40):
That's part of the justice system, that de j They
do it all the time. This is not new. This
was not especial for Eric. They do it all the time.
Speaker 20 (52:48):
They looked at cases and they make a determination do
we want to proceed forward? That was the determination they made.
And my attorney sat down and say, look at this case, folks,
and what they're doing to the mayor. They got pissed
off because I was not a good Democrat and I
started voicing, this is wrong what you're doing to our city.
That this is costing us too much money, this is
(53:11):
hurting our folks. They basically say, you need to be
a good democrat.
Speaker 2 (53:14):
You know.
Speaker 9 (53:15):
It's just they put you in your place right there
you go. So they say you're pulling in fourth place
right now? Yeah, what makes you think you can steal win?
Speaker 20 (53:22):
As I as I stated, where where was Madani, wh
was Zoran this distance out from the race he was
Andrew was beating him by twenty something in the primary. Yeah,
in the primary. At during the during the primary, day
(53:45):
before the primary, there was a poll out Andrew was
up by twelve percent. The day before the primary, he
lost by fourteen percent. And So what I must do
in these campaigns, because I've done it before. Remember the
only one that's the only one that's running for man
that had a has ever one mayor.
Speaker 2 (54:01):
It's me.
Speaker 20 (54:02):
I beat an impressive field the last time, Andrew Yang
was beating me by fourteen points. You know what I
must do is I need my money. I have to
be able to have folks come home, open up their
mail and see my story. I have to be able
to have my field team on the street of that
I have to pay for, and my volunteers so they
can talk about my story. I need to be able
(54:24):
to do my radio ads, all the things that go
with telling your story. Right now, I'm dependent on my
print media to tell my story, which they made clear
they're not going to tell me on.
Speaker 2 (54:35):
The social media, which is terrible by the way, right,
I know, who the hell do on your social media
I'm sorry.
Speaker 17 (54:41):
A video that was going viral of you, like getting
ready to go out to like an event or something
like that. Yeah, and I mean I think it gets
younger people wondering who you are and why you're doing it.
But it just doesn't add well to the conversation. Yeah,
it just doesn't add well to the conversation. I've always
wondered what, what's the strategy behind that?
Speaker 6 (54:57):
Like, why do you do that?
Speaker 2 (54:58):
Well, you know what, and this is this is very
interesting that you know you have. I'm not a social
media expert. I don't know.
Speaker 20 (55:05):
I'm the first there. Y'all know nothing about I'm social media.
But a lot of people are talking about the role
of young people in the election. The only consistent voter
in the city are fifty five plus older people.
Speaker 2 (55:18):
They're consistent. Everybody thought that Obama.
Speaker 20 (55:21):
Everybody thought that young people were the ones who got
Obama elected. You're seeing more and more engagement of young people,
but Obama was you know, Obama got sixty five percent
of the young people vote, but it was only eight percent.
Speaker 2 (55:33):
Eighteen percent of the total vote. You know, your grandmother
and your mom, those are the ones that come out
all the time. So it's and they're not on as
you know.
Speaker 20 (55:41):
You know, they are on probably Facebook, and they still
get that old fashioned television, ad mailing, et cetera.
Speaker 2 (55:49):
And that's what we want to focus on.
Speaker 9 (55:50):
So when Dad said, why you be doing those ridiculous
videos in social media, I'm listening.
Speaker 20 (55:55):
Like I said, I don't know social media brothers. You know,
you know, we we have a team of folks that
put on they create of what the social media is.
Speaker 2 (56:03):
I don't know it, you know. I know what I know,
and I know what I don't know. You know, and
I would love to you know, you want to come
on board. I think you just scream because you be outside.
But the narrative, I know, we got to get out
of it. The narrative.
Speaker 9 (56:16):
The narrative is if you stay in the race, then
you and Cuomo will be taking votes away from each.
Speaker 2 (56:20):
Other and that'll make it easier for Moundani to win.
Speaker 20 (56:23):
Okay, and so and let's look at the facts of that.
The ballot is the ballot right now. You can't change
the ballot, you know, So no matter what happens, you
can't change the ballot. There's going to be five people
or even one of the canis Jim Walton try to
get off?
Speaker 2 (56:37):
The court said no, you can't. So the ballot is
the ballot is a ballot.
Speaker 20 (56:41):
What people need to focus on and ask themselves is
what direction do they want this city to go? That's
what we have to ask ourselves. We've come so far,
do we want to go back? Do they want people
who want to destabilize our local supermarkets? By saying you
have been government run supermarkets. I've been to Venezuela and Cuba.
I don't want those type of supermarkets here and I
(57:01):
don't want to hurt my bodega's, my Dominicans, my Koreans,
my Chinese supermarkets. Do you want to legalize prostitution in
our city and go back to people standing on our
street corners?
Speaker 9 (57:11):
And he says yes, up man, prostitutions legalize with you man.
Speaker 2 (57:19):
And so it's just the quality of life. And you
know who hurts the most brother our communities. Our communities
can't hire private security, Our.
Speaker 20 (57:27):
Community can't go into making sure that some homeless person
is not defecating on their street corners or sitting in
their school yard. Our communities will impact be impacted by
these policies that idealism collides with realism.
Speaker 2 (57:44):
What is Mdani doing better than me? Selling a lie?
You know, selling a lie.
Speaker 20 (57:50):
You know, he was an assembly man for four years.
He missed fifty of his votes, Like, whereas this record?
The reason you're able to critique me, it's because I
have a record of over forty years, over forty years
of doing this. You can't critique him, you know. And
he's just selling the lines. When he was asked the
other day, what is your policy or decriminaliation decriminalized prostitution,
(58:13):
I haven't figured out yet, figured that out yet.
Speaker 2 (58:15):
He's gonna sell a lie until he gets into office
if he were to win.
Speaker 20 (58:20):
So the reason you could sit me on this show
and say, okay, here's what you've done. You know you
can't do that with him. You don't know who we
don't know who we have, you know, we have a
person that's a good actor, good communicator, and knows how
to tell people whatever they want to hear it to
get elected.
Speaker 2 (58:38):
All right, Well, ladies and gentlemen, Mayor Eric Adams, we
appreciate you for joining us. Thank you so much. He's

Speaker 9 (01:00:16):
I was like, yeah, all right, man, when somebody would
work and fight somebody then, who thought that is okay?
I don't even know what he was said in that song.
It just makes me angry.
Speaker 6 (01:00:23):
So you can get something.
Speaker 2 (01:00:28):
I gotta listen to it. I never heard that like
slapping somebody writing now no reason. How much is a
bond to smack somebody?
Speaker 1 (01:00:37):
Bro?
Speaker 3 (01:00:38):
No lady?
Speaker 2 (01:00:40):
Money? No, I don't wait, I think no.
Speaker 6 (01:00:43):
See if you you were doing this for thirty years,
you don't have no money.
Speaker 2 (01:00:46):
Nope. Let's get to everybody else. The long be coming
straight fast. She gets them from somebody that knows somebody
get the detail.
Speaker 6 (01:00:57):
I'm not That was a little bit about everything.
Speaker 2 (01:01:00):
She'd be having the latest on the things, the latest
with Laura La Rosa.
Speaker 9 (01:01:05):
Sometimes you have fact, sometimes you have details, sometimes you
have a little bit every time on the breakfast clubs me.
Speaker 17 (01:01:12):
So, Mariah Carey has been doing press because she has
her new album that will be dropping soon. I believe
it actually comes out tomorrow, and she sat down with
yel King and they talked about a ton of different things.
She first got into what it was like for her
going through losing her mom and her sister. If you
guys don't remember, Mariah Carey's mother passed away and on
(01:01:34):
the same day, Mariah Carey's sister passed away, and Mariah
Carey actually spent the you know her the last moments
with her mom.
Speaker 6 (01:01:41):
Let's take a listen to Mariah Carey.
Speaker 21 (01:01:43):
Last year, Carrie shared that her mother, Patricia Carey, and
her estranged sister Alison died on the same day.
Speaker 19 (01:01:50):
How did you navigate that and how did you process that?
Speaker 2 (01:01:53):
I don't know how I processed it.
Speaker 22 (01:01:55):
I just know that it was extremely difficult for me
to navigate and it was tough because I have always
had an interesting relationship with my mother.
Speaker 21 (01:02:09):
Carrie wrote, very candidly about her mother in her twenty
twenty memoir The Meaning of Mariah Carey.
Speaker 22 (01:02:15):
Our relationship is a prickly rope of pride, pain, shame, gratitude, jealousy, admiration,
and disappointment.
Speaker 10 (01:02:24):
It hasn't been easy, but towards the end, I was
with her.
Speaker 2 (01:02:27):
The whole time.
Speaker 10 (01:02:29):
Yeah so.
Speaker 17 (01:02:30):
And Mariah care actually did a sit down with Sizza
for Apple Music and it was called giving her her
flowers or something around that. And she got emotional when
talking about her momma again too, and that sit down,
but she also opened up a bit about her relationship
with Anderson Park.
Speaker 6 (01:02:47):
Let's take a listen.
Speaker 19 (01:02:48):
How did it come to be it's you and Anderson
pact together?
Speaker 10 (01:02:51):
Yes?
Speaker 19 (01:02:51):
Did you reach out to him? Did he reach out
to you?
Speaker 10 (01:02:54):
I reached out to him.
Speaker 4 (01:02:56):
Why.
Speaker 10 (01:02:56):
He's brilliant, he's really a great art based.
Speaker 19 (01:03:00):
And now you know there are pictures of you all
holding hands.
Speaker 22 (01:03:03):
Is this just a he just likes to hold my hand.
He just grabs my hand. I don't know what he's doing.
Speaker 19 (01:03:08):
Are you saying it's just strictly we're just friends.
Speaker 10 (01:03:10):
He's a hand holding club.
Speaker 23 (01:03:12):
But this is how the rumor struck because he was
there at Christmas, and everybody knows what Christmas.
Speaker 2 (01:03:17):
Means to you.
Speaker 23 (01:03:18):
Yes, so when they saw him with Mariah Christmas and
people thought, oh, this must be something serious, Well.
Speaker 10 (01:03:23):
They better know that it's something special. Yes, Christmas.
Speaker 2 (01:03:26):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 19 (01:03:27):
The fact that you allowed him to come.
Speaker 2 (01:03:29):
I'm trying if you.
Speaker 10 (01:03:30):
He enjoyed it? Did you enjoy it?
Speaker 2 (01:03:32):
I did?
Speaker 10 (01:03:33):
There's a hot tub there. It was nice.
Speaker 9 (01:03:37):
I can't tell a Mariah be signed a robotic or
she'd just be taking her time because she's Mariah Carey.
Speaker 2 (01:03:41):
She rush nothing.
Speaker 17 (01:03:45):
Ever, in this interview, the whole time, she's taking us time.
Even when they walk in, she's very like she's like
floating into the apartment.
Speaker 6 (01:03:52):
And I'm like, yes, that's how she.
Speaker 2 (01:03:57):
Yes, and you need help not know she she did
have somebody walk her out, Yeah she did. She looked
a little blind. Yeah, she always has that.
Speaker 6 (01:04:06):
Please lead me now, she always has somebody leading and
the wind just finds her.
Speaker 3 (01:04:10):
You know.
Speaker 2 (01:04:11):
She did the lighting thing at the Eye Heeard Festival.
To remember back in the day.
Speaker 9 (01:04:14):
Back in the day, she came to Breakfast Club and
she had her own lighting team and she turned the
lights down and I was like, well, Mariah, and nobody's
gonna be able to see us, and she was like,
that's the whole.
Speaker 2 (01:04:22):
Points exactly the same thing.
Speaker 9 (01:04:24):
At the I Heeart Rated Music Festival, you know, they
did the interviews with the artists backstage, right, she had
her lighting team come in and put up.
Speaker 2 (01:04:30):
Her own lights for her.
Speaker 6 (01:04:32):
She is a I wouldn't expect.
Speaker 17 (01:04:35):
I really really enjoy seeing the diva of Mariah Carey, like,
because she's so unapologetic about being.
Speaker 12 (01:04:40):
I don't expect anything else other than that. When you're Mariah,
you can do that, yes, and that's what I love
about it.
Speaker 17 (01:04:47):
Speaking of the ir festival too, I saw there was
a video that was going viral from one Globe performed
because Mariah Carey and Glorilla closed out the Ieheart Music Festival,
and the people were trying to point out the fact
that there were empty seats when Globe was performing, which
I felt was very unfair, like gloreally did a great
job closing out the festival. I thought the video was
super unfair and they were trying to compare it to
the fact that Chris Brown was in town at the
(01:05:07):
same time. The festival was packed. People were there for
Chris Breci. Yeah, the festival was packed. So I just
the iHeart Radio Music Festival was packed. Yeah, So I
just thought that that was saying Chris Brown was also
in Vegas too. So everybody in Vegas that you were
running into for the airport, from the airport to restaurants,
they were either there for iHeart or they were there
for Chris Brown or both.
Speaker 6 (01:05:26):
I know people who like Vegas made money that went
went insane and people you.
Speaker 2 (01:05:31):
Know, be leaving early.
Speaker 9 (01:05:32):
But I will say the reality of the situation is
on Saturday night it was ed Sharing, Mariah Carey, and Glorilla.
They should have probably switched the line up. It should
have been like Glorilla, ed Sharing, Mariah.
Speaker 6 (01:05:42):
Care Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, I I got you yeah yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:05:49):
And it wasn't like it was a late show about
like ten o'clock ten thirty, so it.
Speaker 6 (01:05:53):
Felt late though, Yes, ed Sharon, Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:05:56):
Because the iHeart Festival is such a diverse group, people
like it's it's grandmother, it's grandmother, it's daughter.
Speaker 2 (01:06:04):
It's like for genre's music to that country is hip hop, is.
Speaker 9 (01:06:07):
Pop is all the young and was in there going
crazy to glow around with Grandma and Mama probably like.
Speaker 2 (01:06:13):
Hey man, it's time to go. If you ain't driving,
we gotta get Yeah.
Speaker 17 (01:06:19):
Well, yeah, so yeah, I just wanted to bring that up,
but also to in this Mariah Carey interview, I know
we got to close out, but y'all Rememberrendick Cannon was
here and he talked about he just found out or
got diagnosed as a narcissist.
Speaker 6 (01:06:30):
Crazy, first time I ever heard of it. But yes,
me too, us too, So Mariah Carey.
Speaker 17 (01:06:34):
In this interview, her and gel King talked about this
song that she has called called I Won't Allow It,
and she talks about someone with narcissistic ways.
Speaker 6 (01:06:41):
Let's take a listen.
Speaker 10 (01:06:42):
I won't entertain all your narcissistic ways. I won't allow it.
Speaker 23 (01:06:47):
Did you have a specific person in mine or was
that just a random thought? Were you're looking at picture internally?
Speaker 19 (01:06:54):
Why did you want to include that one?
Speaker 2 (01:06:56):
I liked it.
Speaker 10 (01:06:57):
I liked the vibe of it, you know, but it's
it's sourcing.
Speaker 9 (01:07:01):
Somebody at Gail Show didn't do their show prep because
they could have tied the nots yo because she was
just on the Breakfast Club gil.
Speaker 17 (01:07:08):
As soon as I saw that, I said, now, I
know she'd have probably been wrote this album before they
came up here. But it's kind of ironic that he
didn't went and found he's diagnosed with this and she's
experienced that with someone.
Speaker 2 (01:07:20):
But what you mean Been wrote he got diagnosed two
years ago.
Speaker 6 (01:07:22):
Yeah, but he's just not I've never heard him say that.
He just talked about it.
Speaker 2 (01:07:26):
He got diagnosed.
Speaker 6 (01:07:27):
You mean they probably talked about it behind the scenes,
you know that.
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
Yeah, you're right, you m telling people really think these
folks don't have no life. They think everything line is
their whole lives.
Speaker 17 (01:07:36):
It's not that we don't think that they don't have
a life, but it seems like because even in this interview,
she didn't even want to talk about him. She told Gil,
I'm gonna let her have his life and I'm gonna
keep mind. It just seems like she lives a completely
separate life and then the kids go see their dad.
Speaker 6 (01:07:47):
Let's not act like people didn't lie about diagnosis like that.
Speaker 12 (01:07:52):
People get online say all the time things like you know,
you know I have autism or I have you know,
and then be like, ah, you find out they weren't
really diagnosed.
Speaker 6 (01:08:01):
You know, this is just something that they said team
should have.
Speaker 9 (01:08:04):
Been on it though, because because Gail could have instead
of saying, was that about somebody like we heard when
they can breakfast was diagnosed with narciss So narciss am
I to.
Speaker 2 (01:08:14):
Tell producers to do their job. Yeah, exactly is up there?
Good for him? Still gave Yeah the latest with Lauren
that next hour. Of course, just fix my mess. So
eight hundred five eight five, one oh five one. You
can get on the phone lines if you need just
to fix your mess. You have a relationship, issues of
(01:08:36):
problems or anything, you can call Jess right now. But
don't get the days up next to you.
Speaker 9 (01:08:40):
Even a donkey, We need Vice President Jadvance to come
to the front of the congregation. We'd like to have
a word with him.
Speaker 2 (01:08:43):
Police all right, we'll get to that next. It's the
Breakfast club. Good morning. This is a miracle, there is.
Speaker 1 (01:08:51):
No question, and there are problems in this country between
police and community.
Speaker 2 (01:08:56):
Yes, you are a donkey.
Speaker 8 (01:09:00):
The latest on that police killing of a black man,
now the new developments in the definite spatshooting rampage.
Speaker 2 (01:09:04):
Then, yes, it was a really bad day for him
and this is what he did.
Speaker 6 (01:09:07):
And so we are in a state of emergency.
Speaker 2 (01:09:10):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:09:11):
White supremacist violence is always have been the number one
threat to our society.
Speaker 2 (01:09:15):
But I'm also very proud that my wife is white.
The practice club bitches. All right, Sonny, please tell me
why was I your.
Speaker 6 (01:09:24):
Donkey of the day.
Speaker 9 (01:09:25):
Yes, Donkey today for Thursday, September twenty fifth, co is
the Vice President?
Speaker 2 (01:09:28):
Jd Vance. Jd Vance.
Speaker 9 (01:09:31):
At some point, you and other elected officials in the
Trump administration have to stop acting like regular smegula everyday
thumb thugs. Okay, what do I mean when I say
thumb thugs. I'm talking to people who get online.
Speaker 2 (01:09:42):
And just bang a set.
Speaker 9 (01:09:43):
Okay, broad band bloods and cyber crips. They got a side,
they got a team, they got a flag day carrying,
and they represent it no matter what. And you can't
do that when you are the Vice president of the
United States of America. Because even though this administration has
made it perfectly clear they are not an administration for
all Americans, they should be. Okay, we should demand that
of our elected officials, all right. See yesterday morning, a
(01:10:06):
sniper opened fire on an ice agency in Dallas to
shoot a fire and randomly at the ice building and
a van with three detainees were shot. I believe one
maybe two detainees passed away, the other in the critical condition.
Speaker 2 (01:10:20):
I'm not sure the gunman is dead. I do know
that he committed suicide. And JD.
Speaker 9 (01:10:24):
Vance, the Vice President of the United States of America,
rushed to politicize the situation. Let's listen to what Vice
President JD Vance had to say.
Speaker 8 (01:10:32):
But what we know is that in Dallas, Texas, and
ICE facility and Immigrations and Customs enforcement facility was opened
fire upon by a violent left wing extremist, a person
who wrote anti ICE messaging on their bullets, and they
were politically motivated to go after law enforcement. They were
politically motivated to go after people who are enforcing our border.
(01:10:56):
When Democrats like Gavin Newsom did say that these people
are part of an authoritarian government. When the lust wing
media lies about what they're doing, when they lie about
who they're arresting, when they lie about the actual job
of law enforcement, what they're doing is encouraging crazy people
to go and commit violence. You don't have to agree
(01:11:16):
with my immigration policies. You don't have to agree with
Donald Trump's immigration policies. But if your political rhetoric encourages
violence against our law enforcement.
Speaker 2 (01:11:26):
You can go straight to hell and you have no
place in.
Speaker 8 (01:11:29):
The political conversation of the United States of America.
Speaker 2 (01:11:33):
That's everything, right, right, Okay, so much unpack here.
Speaker 9 (01:11:37):
First of all, framing this as an attack on law
enforcement when it's not, and you, the Vice president of
the United States of America, is extremely irresponsible.
Speaker 2 (01:11:45):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:11:45):
Yes, shell casings found near the shooter had anti ICE
written on them with JD. You do realize there are
people who voted for Trump, who support Trump who could
potentially be anti ICE as well. You do know that
ICE isn't just deporting people who who voted Democratic who
support the Democratic Party.
Speaker 7 (01:12:02):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:12:02):
There are plenty of videos online of Trump supporters highly
disappointed because they're family members and friends have been deported too.
So I don't know why you would rush to frame
this as an attack on law enforcement and.
Speaker 2 (01:12:13):
Blame the left wing and radical left rhetoric. Okay. First
of all, it was the detainees who were shot and killed.
The detainees who were shot and injured.
Speaker 9 (01:12:22):
How do we know that the dehumanizing rhetoric of immigrants
didn't lead someone to say, you know what, if their
due process, I just want to take them out.
Speaker 2 (01:12:32):
How do we know that wasn't the case?
Speaker 9 (01:12:34):
We don't, But I keep telling y'all, these politicians don't
care about weed to people.
Speaker 2 (01:12:37):
They care about their politics. Ok. JD. Evans is thinking
about twenty twenty six and twenty twenty eight.
Speaker 9 (01:12:42):
That's why he was quick to come out and criticize
Gavin Newsom and left media for their rhetoric about ICE,
saying it encourages violent behavior.
Speaker 2 (01:12:49):
Let me tell you something, JD. It is very true
that there have been multiple shooting at ICE agencies in
twenty twenty five. And I don't condone any of them. Okay,
there's no justification for him.
Speaker 9 (01:12:58):
But if ICE, who is just doing their jobs, has
a mandate from the Trump administration to deport one million
people annually, Okay, not just the criminals and illegals. We
see US citizens included in that, and folks with pending
legal claims, people being wrongly deported because of administrative errors
and policy changes.
Speaker 2 (01:13:16):
That watching that is going to drive some people mad.
Speaker 9 (01:13:19):
Okay, again, not justifying any of these shootings that have
happened at ICE agencies, but to act like democratic politicians
and left wing media are the sole reason some people
don't like ICE agents. Well, that's just intellectually dishonest, okay,
and ignoring some very obvious issues that.
Speaker 2 (01:13:34):
Are happening in this country.
Speaker 9 (01:13:36):
That's why I don't understand why some Republicans and the
Vice President of the United States of America are so
quick to demand that political opponents stop demonizing ICE.
Speaker 2 (01:13:45):
Hey. JD.
Speaker 9 (01:13:46):
Vanson, Republicans, how about you stop demonizing your political opponents
until we get.
Speaker 2 (01:13:52):
All the facts of the situation, Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:13:55):
Because the political framing of this being an attack on
law enforcement just isn't true.
Speaker 2 (01:14:00):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:14:00):
The victims weren't ICE agents. It was the people being detained,
and you're jumping the blame without evidence. We don't know
if any political speech let it is violence. We don't
know the motivation, we don't know the background, we don't
know the mental state of the shooter. It's all still
under investigation. Not to mention, not dimension, not to mention,
not to mention.
Speaker 2 (01:14:20):
All the data in this.
Speaker 9 (01:14:21):
Country nowadays points to right wing extremists being more responsible
for acts of political violence in America than the left.
Speaker 2 (01:14:30):
The left is pretty.
Speaker 9 (01:14:33):
Pussy catoat me. Now, I'm just saying the left is
pretty you know, pretty pussy cat. Okay, but when the
right it's quick to blame the left, we overlook the
pattern of right wing political violence.
Speaker 2 (01:14:48):
JD.
Speaker 9 (01:14:48):
You are the Vice president of the United States of America.
I don't understand how y'all ask one side to tone
it down but simultaneously blame democrats for political violence and
energized more people on the right to potentially commit political
violence against Democrats.
Speaker 2 (01:15:05):
In the left. But zero reason.
Speaker 9 (01:15:07):
Stop being ready to politicize tragedy. You are the vice president.
You need a cautious, fact based approach.
Speaker 2 (01:15:15):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:15:15):
When you frame this as an attack on law enforcement,
you shift attention away from things we should be discussing,
like immigrant rights.
Speaker 2 (01:15:22):
Detainee safety conditions, and nice custody are how detainees are treated.
Those are the relevant issues to this story.
Speaker 9 (01:15:28):
Okay, not to mention always common sense gun reform, but JD,
you can't call for restraint while using inflammatory language. You
can't prematurely attribute motive and intent. If you're so worried
about the rhetoric from Democrats, then make sure your rhetoric
matches the facts.
Speaker 2 (01:15:46):
Okay, of the situation, and framing.
Speaker 9 (01:15:48):
This as an attack on law enforcement despite no law
enforcement being harmed is not the facts of the situation.
Speaker 2 (01:15:57):
Please give Vice President jd Evance the agacy hull. All right, well,
thank you for that donkey today. Yes, ma'am, great choice
of words. You're scared to have a lot of me?
All right, everybody else, just fix my mess eight hundred
five eight five one five one. If you need some
fixing in your life and call us up right now
(01:16:17):
eight hundred five eight five one oh five one, just
to fix your right. I just breakfast s logan.
Speaker 11 (01:16:21):
Morning Baby, it's the real healt me.
Speaker 2 (01:16:27):
Oh my god, I'm all up in your mess.
Speaker 6 (01:16:29):
I'm gonna fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it.
Just gonna fix your mess because my advice is real.
Speaker 2 (01:16:35):
Morning. Everybody is DJ Envy just hilarious, Charlamagne the guy.
We are the breakfast Club. It's time for just fix
my mess.
Speaker 10 (01:16:42):
Hello.
Speaker 2 (01:16:42):
Who's this? Hello? What's what's up?
Speaker 4 (01:16:44):
Brother?
Speaker 2 (01:16:44):
It is Mike, Mike, what's up? Man? What's your question
for Jess?
Speaker 24 (01:16:48):
The shortest week version is uh, trying to get some
help on my controlling.
Speaker 4 (01:16:53):
Tendencies and the jealousy and the non trust that I
got going on in my relationship insecurities.
Speaker 2 (01:16:59):
Go ahead, I just uh, I don't.
Speaker 4 (01:17:01):
I've been trying to do better. It hasn't been working out.
And now my wife is going to meet some random
person at a coffee shop to talk about work.
Speaker 6 (01:17:13):
Well they are they really random?
Speaker 2 (01:17:17):
Or you know?
Speaker 12 (01:17:18):
You said she's going to meet a random person at
a coffee shop to go talk about work.
Speaker 6 (01:17:22):
Obviously it's not random if it's about work. Have you
asked all questions?
Speaker 2 (01:17:27):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (01:17:28):
Who is?
Speaker 3 (01:17:28):
Like?
Speaker 6 (01:17:28):
Who is the person? Is it a man or a woman?
Speaker 24 (01:17:30):
I believe it's a woman.
Speaker 2 (01:17:32):
Okay, that's what That's what I was told.
Speaker 6 (01:17:34):
Okay, what is your type of work?
Speaker 7 (01:17:36):
Does she do?
Speaker 24 (01:17:38):
Ux?
Speaker 4 (01:17:39):
Design and research?
Speaker 2 (01:17:40):
Okay? So what's so bad about this? Now?
Speaker 6 (01:17:43):
Listen before you answer that.
Speaker 2 (01:17:44):
Do you think it's you?
Speaker 12 (01:17:46):
Or do you really believe that she's cheating some type
of infidelity is going on?
Speaker 10 (01:17:51):
Do you believe it is you?
Speaker 6 (01:17:54):
Okay, so you are aware first? Okay, Now what is
the problem?
Speaker 24 (01:17:59):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:17:59):
Just sit right.
Speaker 24 (01:18:00):
There's a part of me that is worried because there is.
Speaker 4 (01:18:06):
Some possible I don't even know how to word it,
but there's some things that are unsafe about her position
and where she works. Okay, and it's listed on her. Indeed.
And I'm I'm a glass empty, half empty kind of guy,
are you?
Speaker 2 (01:18:25):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (01:18:25):
I always think the worst?
Speaker 7 (01:18:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 12 (01:18:27):
Now, are you just a person with severe paranoia or
are you madly insecure about your wife cheating?
Speaker 4 (01:18:35):
Or great question?
Speaker 12 (01:18:36):
Yeah, I mean because paranoia is different. Paranoia is different
from insecure. It's it's different. That means you're not only
paranoid about your wife losing her life or being injured.
You're also paranoid about yourself and your children or your
family members.
Speaker 6 (01:18:53):
There is just the world is against you. Anything can happen.
Speaker 12 (01:18:56):
Those are people, you know, there are people that have
you know, they're they're radically paranoid, you know. But then
insecurity is a different thing, because then that's that's more
so like only geared to your relationships.
Speaker 4 (01:19:09):
Yeah, I would. I would say it's a little bit
of both, but I would probably probably lean towards the paranoia.
Speaker 6 (01:19:15):
Okay, Okay, so you need a therapist. You need to work.
Speaker 12 (01:19:19):
That's because you have to you have to work on yourself.
Has your wife ever cheated on you that you know
of that you can prove before?
Speaker 3 (01:19:24):
No?
Speaker 6 (01:19:25):
Okay, yeah, this.
Speaker 2 (01:19:26):
Is a you thing. And and that's good.
Speaker 12 (01:19:28):
That's good because that's what you told me at the
beginning of the call. You need more than me to
fix your mess. You need a therapist.
Speaker 6 (01:19:34):
You need to you know, no, but but I love
that you are aware. You know you need a.
Speaker 12 (01:19:39):
Professional that like an expert, somebody that I'm not for
people getting on medicine or anything like that, because you've
seen well aware of everything that's going on. You just
know that you have a problem, and I think you
should talk to a professional and sit down like individually,
not even with your wife. Therapy with your wife would
be second, but first you have to get you have
(01:20:01):
to get your mental together, because there's no I'm not
gonna say there's no reason that you should be thinking
like that, especially in twenty twenty five, this world today.
But I can imagine that only heightens you know, the
state of the country that we're in. That only heightens
your paranoia. But you definitely need professional help.
Speaker 4 (01:20:20):
Brother, all right, I will look into that.
Speaker 24 (01:20:22):
I appreciate your hope and I love everything you guys do.
Speaker 4 (01:20:25):
I listen every morning, thank you.
Speaker 2 (01:20:27):
Thank you. Who's this Hey, DeAndre?
Speaker 6 (01:20:30):
Hello, DeAndre?
Speaker 2 (01:20:31):
What's your question? Brother?
Speaker 24 (01:20:33):
Well Beyonce, She posted her trainer on Instagram and well
she posted on she had a little cash or whatever.
But uh, the song in the background, but I'm your
nasty dancer, dancer for my need doing.
Speaker 3 (01:20:47):
What you want?
Speaker 2 (01:20:48):
You know that's song? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, my tripper.
Speaker 24 (01:20:51):
Is that like a weird post?
Speaker 12 (01:20:53):
Yeah, it's a little inappropriate. It is your wife, you said,
my fiance.
Speaker 6 (01:20:58):
What your fiance? Okay?
Speaker 12 (01:20:59):
Yeah, and her trainer is a guy of course. Yeah,
all right, so unless that's her cousin. Like a long
time ago episode of Love and Hip Hop when remember
when Yandy had the cousin who was the trainer and
she posted and men DC had a problem with that.
Speaker 6 (01:21:15):
That was her husband.
Speaker 12 (01:21:16):
Whether that's her cousin or not, I don't be putting
my wife on the page, and you don't be posting
nothing like that with you know, inappropriate lyrics.
Speaker 6 (01:21:24):
You can work out and do it and an appropriate
way and.
Speaker 12 (01:21:30):
Still market the way that you need to market yourself
is working out or as the trainer without the song,
you know, without without.
Speaker 2 (01:21:39):
The is it like?
Speaker 7 (01:21:40):
Is that?
Speaker 24 (01:21:43):
But that's the part for his birthday she posted for
his birthday.
Speaker 12 (01:21:47):
Oh yeah, that's very that's very inappropriate. She posted it
it's his birthday, and then the song just as yeah, no,
that's that's yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:21:57):
I don't like it. Did you talk to her about it?
Speaker 2 (01:21:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 24 (01:21:59):
I talked to her about it, and it's like one
of those things she don't see as an issue that
made it worse. I'm like, I don't get right. I'm
telling you it's a problem, and.
Speaker 6 (01:22:07):
She didn't take it down. No, Yeah, you got bigger
problems on your hands. Brother.
Speaker 2 (01:22:12):
Something something ain't right, you know, And I'm know I
wasn't tripping.
Speaker 12 (01:22:17):
You're not tripping. That's your field. Yeah, you ain't tripping.
I'm here to tell you. And do you think you're tripping?
Speaker 24 (01:22:26):
Hell?
Speaker 6 (01:22:26):
Yeah, I don't think you're tripping at all. Your dancer,
dancer something?
Speaker 2 (01:22:32):
What you want me to do?
Speaker 3 (01:22:34):
Good?
Speaker 2 (01:22:36):
She should have posted friends, how many of us have that?
Speaker 4 (01:22:44):
It's your birthday and.
Speaker 2 (01:22:46):
You post him?
Speaker 12 (01:22:47):
She posted the trainer for his birthday. Put that on me,
and even when he bought it her attention she said
she don't see what was wrong with it. She didn't
take it down. He got a bigger fish to fry. Wow,
bigger problems. Yep, you ain't crazy. So whatever you're thinking.
Speaker 24 (01:22:59):
About to do it okay, all right, appreciate you'll problem.
Speaker 2 (01:23:03):
Alright, bro, just fix my mess eight on drink five
eight five one oh five one. Now when we come back,
we got the Latest with Lauren. I know Lauren's gonna
jump into this record. It sounds like it's a Remy
Mom new record and she's doing some boss. We'll see
when we come back. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning,
the Breakfast Club. Lauren be coming a straight fast. She
(01:23:26):
gets them from somebody that knows somebody detail.
Speaker 6 (01:23:29):
I'm a homegirl that knows a little bit about everything.
Speaker 2 (01:23:32):
She'd be having the latest on you. The Latest with
Lauren la Rosa.
Speaker 9 (01:23:37):
Sometimes you have facts, sometimes you have details. Sometimes you
have a little bit of everything. It's the latest on
the Breakfast Club.
Speaker 10 (01:23:43):
Talk to me, all right.
Speaker 17 (01:23:45):
I know I've been Mariah Carey obsessed since the I
Hurt Music Festival, But I got one last thing we
gotta do with Mariah because the people are dragging. Tyl
Tylil is a streamer who is friends with Casinat. He
was on Hot Ones, which is a Shawn complex where
you know, they eat the hot chicken wings and they're talking.
They're talking about Mafia don and they asked who was
the worst guest that came on Mafia Don.
Speaker 6 (01:24:06):
Let's take a listen to what he said for.
Speaker 1 (01:24:08):
Celebrity, the worst celebrity that has came to Mafia Throne three.
Speaker 2 (01:24:14):
Right, Carrett Dying.
Speaker 1 (01:24:16):
And I only say and I only say Mariah Carry
because I feel like her intentions was to promote her album.
And I and I don't feel like there's nothing wrong
with that. You feel I'm saying, because business visits, you
gotta respect the business. You feel I'm saying, but what
was the exchange for us? Like, I know she didn't
want to sing. I know she didn't want to dance,
you feel them saying, But I feel like Kai hed
Up is in the burger. She promote her album, God
spoke to the kids, He did everything that he wanted
(01:24:36):
to eat. Everything that that probably was her team attentions
and her attentions. And I feel like it wasn't really
it wasn't really nothing in change. If you're gonna come
on Mafia Don, you have to come and you have
to be vulnerable. You feel I'm saying, you have to come,
be ready to come, come have fun. That's what you're
excitement when you're coming into mafia throne. You don't know
what to expect. It's like a television you don't want,
you don't know what toxtel. You come to co house,
(01:24:56):
you feel what I'm saying. So that's how I feel.
Speaker 2 (01:24:59):
So folks mad And then young man for his opinion,
they are I think he articulated that very well. He
was asked the question and.
Speaker 17 (01:25:04):
He answers exactly. I mean, So for me, I wasn't
upset at what he said. I thought he was just
being honest. But what the upset is is it's Mariah Carey.
She's a legend. There should be more respect about if
she chooses not to do certain things.
Speaker 6 (01:25:15):
She chooses not to do that.
Speaker 17 (01:25:17):
But I will say I went back and watched the
stream again because when I watched it when she was there,
and I didn't remember it being like born. But there
wasn't like jump out moments Carrie. But but listen, she
did a lot of things that he said that she
didn't do. So he said she didn't want to sing.
They were doing a spelling bee, and she actually she
sung with them a couple of times. So let's take
a listen to Mariah Carey singing during the spelling spelling.
Speaker 10 (01:25:37):
Bee incessantly incessantly means some that go something happy is over.
Speaker 25 (01:25:44):
And one of my sons hubb, you got the best
of me. I've been back and sat.
Speaker 2 (01:25:57):
I had no idea what that word was all that shit.
Speaker 10 (01:25:59):
I was just.
Speaker 9 (01:26:02):
I don't think none of this is that deep. If
there was people who watched that interview and enjoyed it great,
but they asked him a question, that's how he thought
was the worst guest, and that was his answer.
Speaker 17 (01:26:11):
The people always gonna come out swinging, I think when
it comes to just people of a certain like end, Yeah, no,
the Lambs are, but it's not even just the Lambs,
it's people in general saying this is disrespectful, and I
think it's I think it's an age thing for sure.
Speaker 6 (01:26:26):
And also, you know, you just regard Mariah carry a
certain way.
Speaker 12 (01:26:30):
It wasn't he didn't disrespect her, No, he didn't. I
don't like I don't know where he saw her do
anything that he described before in life.
Speaker 6 (01:26:40):
You know what I'm saying, Like, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (01:26:41):
I don't think it's an age thing. Is this how
they feel that the interview did if it would have
been a younger artist, and they feel like the artists
didn't give what they were supposed to give. I think
they would have said the same thing.
Speaker 17 (01:26:49):
And I will say even in the comments from when
the stream was up, if you look at the comments
on YouTube, the fans weren't saying that.
Speaker 6 (01:26:55):
They were like, Yo, this is legendary. It's Mariah Carrey.
Do we understand how big this is?
Speaker 17 (01:26:58):
And this was that was the first time Kai said
that they had ever revealed an album cover on the
stream because Mariah Carey's album that she's been promoting, Uh,
they revealed the cover there. He said, this is the
first time they got to do that. She facetimed her
one of her kids when her her son was in
the chat while they were doing it.
Speaker 6 (01:27:13):
She was in the chat.
Speaker 2 (01:27:14):
I do agree with what's his name, Tyler.
Speaker 9 (01:27:16):
I do agree with what he said as far as
you know, coming on here to promote your album, like
that's that's that's a given. They know you're on there
to promote something, but don't be so obvious about it.
Don't go there like it's a regular promo. Stop they're
just a kicking and be relaxed.
Speaker 6 (01:27:29):
But that's what I'm saying about.
Speaker 4 (01:27:30):
She was.
Speaker 6 (01:27:31):
She was as relaxed as Mariah.
Speaker 2 (01:27:34):
Watch it.
Speaker 17 (01:27:36):
Yes, it got to a point where like the spelling
bee words was so like it was the words was
killing them.
Speaker 2 (01:27:41):
I didn't see either. But I'm not gonna argue with
that man's opinion. He was asked the question that was
his opinion.
Speaker 17 (01:27:46):
Rightfully so rightfully so. She even did the motivational speech
we have first speech. That's say a listen, hold on.
Speaker 7 (01:27:53):
The whole, no matter what's going on in your life.
Tray when you need to, pray, don't ever let anybody
put you down.
Speaker 2 (01:28:07):
Pray when you need the prey he drink, drink water
to kids when you're hungry.
Speaker 9 (01:28:13):
Don't put anything metal in the electric shock when you
need to. Maybe people needed to hear that basic as.
Speaker 2 (01:28:28):
They don't need the basics.
Speaker 6 (01:28:30):
Bring that back in the positive note. She told them
she would get them Christmas, and she did the best
she could. Okay, well what she got, that's what Mariah do.
Speaker 7 (01:28:37):
Now.
Speaker 2 (01:28:37):
She tell them to bring an umbrella when it rains.
Speaker 6 (01:28:40):
No but that you know that would be.
Speaker 2 (01:28:45):
Well and it's just stupid and other music news.
Speaker 17 (01:28:51):
Let's get this, yeah, so re me mob right, there's
a song circulating right now it's from Connie Diamond, who
was a music artist from the Bronche.
Speaker 6 (01:28:59):
I'all may know her from the song get on Ratchet.
Speaker 17 (01:29:00):
We had that song, yes, So Connie Diamond dropped the
project called Underdog Season two. On that project, there's a
song called Headtap. Remy ma is on the verse and
people are saying that this is a disc tour. Clarissa Shills,
I say, a listen.
Speaker 2 (01:29:14):
You don't want that? No, Oh my god, Remy rapping. Well,
I love hearing rap, but I don't want to go
back to prison.
Speaker 6 (01:29:22):
This is just bars bars, Yeah, why would I fight
you when I got a gun? So I was told.
Speaker 17 (01:29:28):
I talked to Connie Diamond yesterday and she told me
that this was not a disc at Clarissa Shields. It
was just Remy and the booth rapping and that's what
she does. They made the song. But now we'll be fair.
Speaker 2 (01:29:38):
Did you reach out to Remy?
Speaker 6 (01:29:39):
No, Remy's not No, I didn't reach out to.
Speaker 2 (01:29:42):
That's a good point. Good point, es, Well, you y'all.
Speaker 6 (01:29:45):
Talked to me directly, soone please reach out for me
because she's.
Speaker 2 (01:29:51):
Why we didn't.
Speaker 6 (01:29:52):
Connie gave you the pr answer.
Speaker 17 (01:29:54):
I love that I love that Connie get busy too,
though she if it was that Connie would have.
Speaker 10 (01:29:58):
Still on it.
Speaker 2 (01:29:58):
I give you call it. She can't.
Speaker 12 (01:30:00):
She still can't another person, dumb well, still can't answer
for another person though, you know.
Speaker 17 (01:30:07):
Well, so here what fans are pointing out? Of course
you know you're number two, I'm number one. Clarissa is
you know the wope she's and she proudly says and
tells people she is number one. They also, you know,
they were all given yes, but I mean just to
play on the numbers, but also to their back and
forth about Pat Poosen, who's his girlfriend?
Speaker 6 (01:30:25):
Not girlfriend? All those things, and then the why would
we fight when I got a gun?
Speaker 10 (01:30:29):
Y'all?
Speaker 17 (01:30:29):
Remember Clarissa Shields invited Remy mad to get in a
boxing ring and they said she would fight her for
a dollar, like all the things. So people are like,
you know this this was a shot, but kind of
got men told me that it's not and I didn't
call Rey, but yeah, well it was a great verse
Carissa rap to She said, so, yeah, oh no, getting
(01:30:50):
the move let me she's a matter of fact. No,
she got music that we got an album coming out right, Yeah,
she has an album coming out. But she also posted
yesterday at the Clarissa Shields posted at the shooting range
and she wanted people to know she's licensed and she
got something on her head.
Speaker 9 (01:31:04):
Ridiculous, not necessarily stop. You shouldn't even be having this
conversation like this is silly. It sounds like it's we're
encouraging it in a way.
Speaker 6 (01:31:12):
Yeah, Like, no, I'm not encouraging it.
Speaker 2 (01:31:15):
I just like Remy wrapping. That's all.
Speaker 6 (01:31:17):
I love Remy rapping.
Speaker 2 (01:31:19):
That's it. Oh boy, all right, you call her? No,
just what me to call her? Call her?
Speaker 12 (01:31:26):
I'm just saying, like, if we're gonna talk about you
know what, I'm saying that we're gonna have to talk
about it, or we don't bring it up at all,
and this and if that is a shot toward whoever,
and it's another person in the gun range, whatever, whatever,
it's just talking about it. It ain't you know, egging
it on. It's like, all right, what's gonna happen.
Speaker 9 (01:31:42):
We're gonna see you kind of because we shouldn't just
be talking about the brust what happens on social media.
They start bringing in all kind of stuff that don't
got nothing to do. With the wrap like, no, I
just thought the burses dope, I'm not.
Speaker 17 (01:31:58):
Trying when anytime there's there's bars dropped and it's a
battle and it's guys, y'all pick apart the words and
take it here.
Speaker 6 (01:32:06):
But the minute we do, we're encouraging.
Speaker 2 (01:32:09):
Because usually the guy that usual the direct health and well, also,
can I say something else? Can I say something else
that nobody wants to say? Actually? You know what I mean?
Speaker 12 (01:32:23):
You still actually and I don't want to people listening
they can't say, what did you go to prison for?
Speaker 2 (01:32:30):
Guys? She said she don't want her to go by guys.
Connie said it wasn't about that.
Speaker 17 (01:32:37):
So Connie, listen. Underdog season two is out. The project
is actually fired. To please go take a listen to
Connie Domin's project. Y'all will hear a head tap on there?
Speaker 10 (01:32:46):
As Now?
Speaker 2 (01:32:48):
