He's handy. Cholo Migne the guy beat to the planet
is Monday, Yes, it's Monday. Back to the work we happening,
hope everybody here. Incredible weekend. I wish it was one
(01:03):
of those three day joints where we had today off too. Yeah.
But I had an incredible week and I had some
amazing plant based medicine some some some some indigo, Okay
it was it was indigo, and it had me anxiety
free all weekend. I watched Justice League, uh, the Snyder
cut twice this weekend just to make sure it was
as whack as I thought it was the first time
I watched it. Um, then I watched uh a Falcon
(01:26):
win The Soldier, And then I saw two real life
superheroes this weekend Ray Kuon the Chef and ghost Face Killer,
and the verses on Saturday dropped on the clues bombs
for Work on the Chef and ghost Face Killer. Man, Oh,
it was incredible. I didn't get to see it live.
I had to go check the replay. But what an
amazing I could just say a show and it was
(01:47):
just dope. Don't know how they put everything together, the
way they chose the songs. It made me think about
all the songs that I forgot about. They ain't even
dig deep, honestly, no, they have a huge cact catalogue.
Ghost to Ray didn't even dig deep at all. That's
why I said, don't ask me. Uh you know when
whenever I say ghost Face kills my favorite rapper of
all time, people looking at me funny like ghost Face like, yeah,
(02:08):
listen to the music all right, listen to the words
him man Ray like nobody writes like those two people.
And I'm not just talking about rappers and hip hop.
I'm talking about period across all genres. Film. Okay, whatever
it is, the Bible all right, ghost Face the ray
just different and you got to see some of the
rest of the woo yeah on there too, some guest appearances,
(02:29):
the Inspected, that Capadonna Rizza, who else showed up? Master
Killers master Killer slew the master Killer. Yeah. It was amazing, man.
Quite a great weekend. Yeah. This was the first time
in a year over a year that my parents came
to the house without a mask on and stayed the
whole day. They got their second shot weeks ago, and
(02:52):
they were able to come by with their mask off.
They were so happy the kids that you know, my
kids were so happy to see their grandparents. They stayed
the whole day. We had we cook salmon and string beans,
and the kids didn't want that, but we had a
great time. We were outside. It was just it was
just a beautiful weekend. Man. It was the nicestest been
in a long time in New York City for the weekend.
(03:12):
It was like sixty degrees the whole week and sixty
five degrees. It was just everything was great. The ruined
that weekend. This weekend, man, it was just it was lovely.
It was a great weekend to just be alive at
the end of the day. That's all you can hope for,
right even right like right now we're having this conversation,
and whoever's listening to us, just be thank God that
you're alive right now. That's it. Healthy and happy. Yeah,
(03:33):
and I'm happy to be home because I've been traveling
and doing some work all over So now I'm home.
I'm excited about that next weekend. I gotta work one
last weekend and then I'm taking the next couple of
weekends off. Okay for re alright, let you know, you
just be so happy to get home and sleep in
your own bed. That's right, That's how I was feeling.
Let's talk the weekend off, the week off righteously. Who
(03:55):
we got here this day? All right now? This morning,
I just want to make sure we got it. Yeah.
It's it's the author of amazing book that a lot
of sisters that I know, you know, lived by. It's
called Sacred Woman. Queen a Fool. A fool will be
joining us this morning. Yes, she's on her son Supernova
Supernova Slam, Supernova Slam, it's his name. Yes, So we're
(04:17):
gonna be kicking with them early this morning. And we
got front page news. Yes, another vaccine that is going
to be available. They said it's seventy nine percent effective
against symptomatic COVID nineteen. All right, we'll get to that next.
It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ
Envy Angela Ye, Charlomagne the guy. We are to Breakfast Club.
Let's getting some front page news now. In the NBA,
(04:41):
Lebron James looked like he's out for a little bit
after suffering a high ankle sprain and LaMelo ball. He's
expected to miss the rest of the season with a
fractured right wrist. And he was definitely a front runner
for Rookie of the Year this year. He was busting
an ass. He still might win it. All right, what
else we got you? And you know it's just talking
about basketball. The NCAA women's basketball players have gotten a
(05:03):
new weight room. I know you guys saw the pictures
of the subpart facility that they had in a contrast
to what the men's basketball team has. So now they
have a new weight room. What do you mean it
was ridiculous? You mean a new wait room for what
they're doing the tournament today where they get to work
out at. All they have was like a small rack
of dumbbells. But then when you see the men's room,
(05:25):
they had benches, rags, barbo waits, all this stuff. But
the women's wait room what women are super small women's
basketball NCAA. Yeah, but they all don't work out at
one facility. That's what I'm saying. What is this? What
do you like? This has to be like they all
don't work out at one facility. It's a bunch of
different teams. Like, that's what I'm saying. Oh, it was
a Stanford University sports performance coach that shared these images. Stanford.
(05:47):
So Stanford, the school of Stanford. Oh, okay, okay. And
then they said, thank you NCAA for listening to us.
We appreciate you all. So they thank them, yes for
providing these facilities, new facilities for them that should have
never happened. That was ridiculous. Talk about feeling crazy when
you see what the men have compared to what you have.
Understand a lot of money. All right, Now, let's talk
(06:09):
about a new vaccine that looks like it's going to
be available sometime soon, Astra zeneca. I don't know if
you guys have seen this whole story. But it's a
third vaccine, and what they are saying is that it's
seventy nine percent against efficient against symptomatic diseases and a
one hundred percent efficient against severe disease and hospitalization. So
this is something they've been using in Europe. But at
(06:31):
first they were saying that there were some blood clots
and there were some issues, but now an independent committee
has said there's no increased risk of thrombosis or events
characterized by thrombosis among the participants who got at least
one dose of that vaccine. So this is the new data,
so it looks like it'll be available here too. Well, yeah,
another one, Dramas got his second shot over the week,
and he said he's a little soul. He got his
(06:52):
second shot. I think right now about what do they say?
Twenty five percent of people have gotten their first shot
and something like thirteen sent of people have gotten both
in the United States? So why Drama still requests in
anal swaps for COVID testing that he already got a
shot A man, But I don't know. It's pretty weird.
And were you guys looking at everything that was happening
(07:13):
in Miami Beach for the weekend and they shut it
down a little bit. Yeah, yeah, so Miami Beach officers
they I mean, listen, I was looking at all kinds
of footage and pictures. But now they have a state
of emergency. They have set an eight pm curfew in
Miami Beach. According to the mayor Dan Gilbert, he's saying
the crowds have descended on the city and it's more
than they can handle. He said, too many of you
(07:35):
are coming without the intention of following the rules, and
the result has been a level of chaos and disorder
that it's just something more than we can endure. Yeah,
and springbreakers look like insurrection. It's on January sixth of
the Capital only differences. I'm sure some of those spring
breakers actually went to jail. Did you see the kid
that was in handcuffs in the back of the police
car and then somebody opened the door for him and
(07:56):
he ran out in handcuffs on the beach and they
caught him and they arrested the kid that opened the door. Yeah,
that was just stupid. Though. You can't run no damn
handcoff on the beach. That I harded this to run
us in but there wasn't even that. As soon as
you open the door, everybody's screaming off, so cops see
exactly what happened. And you guys, you got to stop
filming yourself. I mean, you get yourself in trouble, you
open the door for your boy, but you're all filming
(08:17):
it like come on ye And on Friday, the Cleveland
they are shut down for safety concerns temporarily. So the
Cleveland there was looking absolutely out of control. So that's
someplace that first of all, when I was younger, I
used to be my favorite place to go on South
Beach just to go and have drinks. But now that
is shut down temporarily. Said they will reevaluate the situation
(08:38):
over the coming days and decide whether to reopen or
remain temporarily closed. Yeah, you can't even be mad at
Florida because they've been sending the wrong message for months.
I mean, they never really closed, you know what I'm saying.
When everybody was on Phase one in Florida, look like
they was on Phase twelve. Yeah, so you can't really
be mad at them for going down there and thinking
they could just keep living life like it's golden and
Let's be honest. The world is messed up. These businesses
(08:58):
are trying to make money like people are messed up.
The country will save the you know, the airlines, they'll
save all the big companies. But some of these mom
and pop hotels and mom and pop restaurants, mom and
pop bars, mom and pop everything, they just suffer. By
the way, why don't people take advantage of those large
crowds and like make it to where they can, I
don't know, pull up to get the vaccine, you know
(09:20):
what I mean, if you're in if you're in town already,
let's come by and get the vaccine while you in town.
Be safe. But seriously enough, yeah, I don't think it's
he's a young kids, I understand, but why not make
an exception. If you know that it's gonna be a wild,
wild weekend and you know all those people are gonna
be there, why not just saying, you know what, let's
(09:41):
set up some facilities where people can just come pull
up and get the vaccine since they're gonna be in
town anyway. Right, let's let I think they're trying to
make sure they reserve them for older people first and
essential workers and then teachers, yes, but they're saying that
they have it, but they're saying they have enough for
all Americans. Right, That's what Joe Biden said. I don't know,
but I'm just say, if you have a large crowd
of people in one place, tell them it's jello shots
(10:04):
or something. Tell them pull up and give him the
goddamn COVID shot. They're already in town. Comes the kidless
shot of y'all. I'm trust me, guys exactly. Now y'all
thinking drink on? Oh my goodness, all right, that's front
page News. Get it off your chest? Eight hundred five
eight five one on five one is the Breakfast Club.
Go morning, the Breakfast Club. Wake up, wake up, wake y'all.
(10:29):
Is your time to get it off your chest? Your
man or blessed, We want to hear from you on
the Breakfast Club. Hello, who's this? Listen? Jelly belly, jelly manly,
good morning a whole lot. I just wanted to really
think Lyric schnow Jack's family for allowing us the world
to be a part of her service this weekend. Oh
(10:52):
I heard it was incredible, man, it was absolutely amazing.
I am so grateful for that. A little girl so powerful,
and I just want the world to think about utilizing
their power, realizing their power, and understanding it. I'm like
ophit shaken with anxiety because I've had that situation my
daughter at two years and when she's turning ten this Thursday,
(11:14):
and I'm just thinking about that journey of fighting in
the hospital with my babies too, and she's tell me
she has a headache, Like how does she even know
if that means, you know, the fighting your babies and
make sure that you continue to fight because the doctors
aren't always They're not God. They can't you know, you
have to pay attention to those things as a parent.
(11:36):
On a happier note, I want everybody to continue to
lead with love. I tell everybody to say, into my call,
lead with love, and greatness shall follow. With that being said,
I want to plug somebody in because he's been like
really powerful my life and it's like learning things. But Jay,
Lucky Henry, you put me onto forty eight laws of power.
(11:58):
So that's been in very prominent in my wife. Over
the weekend. Oh, I loved the four Day Law, the
part we actually got the author of that book, Robert Green,
He's gonna be on tomorrow on the Breakfast Club. Yes, yeah, yeah,
I mean I'll call you so, yeah, that's very different.
And I didn't talk about powerful. I realized that Prince
was a Jehovah's Witness, and I wonder that contributed to
(12:22):
his essence. Yes, it did, because everybody says like he
had this very mysterious essence about him. And I had
just reacharched Sherman one day because I haven't been a fan,
I would say like that. So yeah, um, but yeah,
check out Ja Lucky Henry out every platform if you
get a chance. That man is very powerful to a
real estate out here as well in Boston. So I
(12:45):
check him out my favorite itists have all time. Just
so you know, Yeah, I definitely ran up on Prince
one time, and I couldn't think of anything to say
other than hey, I grew up Jehovah's witness too, said
we have to talk about that one, and we never
got the chance to talk about it. And then he
floated away, like literally floated away. I had the picture,
(13:06):
but when I took the picture of him, the picture
in my phone went black. It was just a black square.
Remember the black squares Ya was posting a few months
ago for Black Lives Matter. It was literally that black
square of the picture. I had a print floating away. Yeah,
he's had it like a groupie when you said it
to him. So what eight hundred five eight five one
on five one, get it off your chests? Call us now,
it's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. This
(13:30):
is your time to get it off your chests, whether
you're man or blast. So we better have the same
in We want to hear from you on the Breakfast Club. Hello,
who's this? Hell up? Hey? What's up? Bro? What's your name? Oh?
You can't curse? Wow? I'm sorry. My name is Reefer
Uber and I'm calling from southern Californium. I'm calling from
lors Am George. Hey, what's up? Brother? I am a
(13:52):
cannabis from point to and I pretty much I'm I
don't stuck right now because I'm trying to make this
mine actual business. I'm trying to make some church, make
some merge with some trademarks, and I'm just curious, like
how do I get that done? Being broke to create
(14:14):
LLC Yeah trademark because you know, I'm a cannabis implout
influencer out here in southern California, And I'm just trying
to reach more, you know what I mean, because I
understand that the many market is going to be growing
now that weed is becoming federally legal. And me, I
have a background of opiate addiction in my in my makeup,
(14:37):
you know what I mean. So I'm trying to reach
addicts former addicts who are trying to reach its different
that aren't trying to get high on hard drugs anymore.
That it's trying to be cool and just living. We
wand pretty much you know what I'm saying, Like we
don't have to use heming anymore, we don't have to
use coal can we don't have to use crack crystal meth.
(14:58):
There is a lifestyle to night. I weed in my
story plant based medicine, yes, pretty much. And you know
I like to make it untool, like I can do challenges,
something like the youth School by um, you know, just
a little story Times reviews on different viducts. I'm actually
gonna go pick up flashes, dude. But today, well whose
(15:21):
wax green? Yeah? Whose whose waxes? Like number one? Um?
Number one somewhere, I forgot it. I wax no better
than me, but it's definitely number one somewhere whose waxes
booming right now. But listen, you say you ain't got
no money, man, um, you need either need to start
a go from Me page and start selling week stupid hello,
get it off your chess. Yeah, they're standing from Indianapolis.
(15:42):
Let's broke, Get it off your chess. I had to
talk about Charlotte a man, Why do you disrespect the
snyders because that was so much better than the original.
That don't mean it was good. It was definitely so
much better and definitely good. Man the last more background stories.
Listen flashes background stories, ground story. That was cool, but
(16:02):
that that was cool. The last hour was good. But
let me tell you something. The Martian Man Hunted scenes
was so whacked. That was so pointless. You mean to
tell me that, you man. Listen, you say it's cool,
but where was he during the fight? Where he during
the fight? You just gonna You're just gonna show up
and tell Lois Lane what she needed to do and
then show up at the end and tell Batman, I
(16:23):
want to join the Justice League. We meant the Fightman
come to Superman. But I mean, it was cool to
see Superman in the Black Dude, dark Side in there.
Come on. I like the I like the last hour
was decent. Other than that, it was just too long
and it was just too messy. I didn't I'm I'm
(16:44):
just not a fan of DC. Have a good one. Hello,
who's this here? Everything? What's up? Try? Here? You doing?
I'm good? Boom? How are you? I'm doing good? Peek says,
how you good? I'm doing good? Hey man, I want
to talk about um. You know, I'm always down for
(17:05):
last week when he had callers called it right, um
mag and he was he was talking about Porter Potty Guy. Right.
He was kind of going in on hell uh huh
I one time, man, it was kidding. Man, don't don't know.
We try to jumping on my best I don't like
Porter Potty Guy even. I'm never gonna like that. But hey, Tray,
(17:27):
I'm gonna be honest with you. I'm shocked that you
would ever tell a man stop eating. I mean, I
think that you would encourage that die. It's kind of shocked. Man, Like,
if this god, I'm beating with somebody, let me kind
of jumping on my p cell. Keep that beef on
for you. We get it. That's all I'm saying. And
me me NBA, young boy, we got issues. I'm watching
(17:48):
because yes, we got issues. He left my man J
Coles in the studio. You don't mean to go. One
of the greatest rappers sitting inside people was Kendrick Lamar.
Gonna be l don't get you. You know what I'm saying,
like I'm doing. I cannot wait until Kendrick Lamar comes
out and y'all start the West Coast clicking, because that's
(18:09):
what's gonna happen. He's gonna do that anyway. That's trap.
Kendrick yall, y'all, y'a, y'all gotta stop disrees back than
Kendrick Lamar. Man, That man is a coaches shift up.
What if that man done? But giving you four classic
I'm just track. Nobody else will trave No people do.
I see a lot of people do that just because
Kendrick has decided to take a little longer break than usual.
Y'all are disrespectful. Man. I can't wait, man, I can't wait.
(18:29):
I can't wait. I can't wait. Calm down, Calm down,
all right, get it off your chest. Eight hundred five
eight five one on five one if you need to vent,
you can hit us up. We got rumors on the way, yes,
and let's talk about some breakups that happened over the
weekend that we found out about. And we'll give you
some inside stories on what's happening, because it's a lot
of rumors floating around. All right, we'll get into that next.
It's the Breakfast Cloud. Good morning, the Breakfast Club. She's fill.
(18:59):
This is the Ruble Report with Angela Yee on the
Breakfast Club. Man. This couple has been together since two
thousand and three, that's when they got married. They have
two sons and a daughter together. And now Kenya Duke
has filed for divorce. That's Gary Owen's wife. Dang. She
filed those divorce documents on Friday, So nobody is clear
(19:21):
as to what led to that split as of yet. Yeah,
I saw that on social media this weekend. That sucks, man,
So Lutha, Gary and Kenya. I mean, I don't divorce
sucks period, but Lord have mercy. I know they've been
they've been married since two thousand and three. They had
the show together like and she said she's such an
intricate part of his life. He talks about her all
the time and it stands up. They had the reality
(19:42):
show together like man all right, another break up Kuevo
and Sweetie Man, we don't know listen, all I know
is Sweetie went on social media because a lot of
people had things to say about her interview that she
did with Justin the Boy at Justin Combe. So she said,
I'm single. I've been doing too much, betrayed and hurt
behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating
(20:03):
that degrades my character. Please don't band aid scars and
the love isn't real when the intimacy is given to
other women. I emotionally checked out a long time ago
and have walked away with a deep sense of peace
and freedom. Excited for this new chapter of elevation now,
Quavo responded, I know you want to make this into
a show, so I'll play my part justice one time.
I don't normally put my business out there. That's true,
(20:26):
especially my personal life. I feel the need to address
this so there are no false narratives. I had loved
for you and disappointed you did all that. You are
not the woman I thought you were. I wish you
nothing but the best. And she responded, take care lord. Now.
Some people were trying to say that he repolled the
car that he gave her, right the Bentley that he
(20:47):
gifted to her, But according to Quavo's team, they told
TMZ that is not true. Sources directly connected to qua
Quavo said he did not reapoll the Bentley anything suggesting
otherwise it's flat out false. We don't know where that
rumor even started from, but there's no evidence of that happening. Yeah,
and don't let social media gas you up. You know,
to hit below the belt, you know what I'm saying, Like,
(21:07):
you're not the woman I thought you were. Those are
fighting worse, you know what I'm saying. But you don't
have to prove anything to social media. Y'all know each other.
Y'all been together in a relationship for a long time,
Like you know, have that conversation amongst each other. Don't
let that play out on social media. YEA, if a
man gave you a Bentley and y'all broke up, would
you give it back? I don't know, it depends. Did
(21:28):
he cheat on me? I mean, I'm keeping it. Yeah,
we broke up because it just wasn't working out. And
what I mean he was still unfriendly teaching. Would you
want to be in that car knowing that that car
is connected to him? Still just always sell it and
trade it in for something else. Yes, I have no problem,
but it's yours. It's a gift. When you have a gift,
you know, you get to keep a gift. You don't
(21:49):
have to give anything back if it's a present. Oh,
let me. I have no problem being sad in the middle.
I think for everything that I went through. All Right,
you heard me tell you that I'm emotional damaged because
of you. Yes, thank you for this Bentley. I'll tell
you what will be right in there. It's working on TikTok. Right,
you can't tell her. You can't tell a woman you're
not the woman I thought you were, especially if you'll
(22:11):
still love her and you want to get back with
her in the future. I'm not saying he does. We
don't know, but you know that's that's kind of final
final words when you say things like that. Well, Quavo's
sister and Seweedies aren't ended up getting into it on
social media. I don't know. I have been quiet long enough.
I see how this turned into a bashfest. Toward my brother,
and that ain't about to happen at all. None of
(22:32):
y'all know how Seweedi is in real life, but I do,
and it ain't good at all. That was Quavo's sister.
Then seweedies aren't jumped in and said now now do
we need ready to start airing this mf out. I'm
not gonna be half as nice as oh Shara what
she's not gonna do with speak ill and my niece.
I got very I get very disrespectful about mine since
we stick in our nose and other people business. First
they love you, then they hate you. Talk about sheep
(22:53):
and quiet long enough, girl, it ain't even been twenty
four hours. That's crazy. Yeah, they're turned into a whole
bunch of drama between them. Yeah. I saw so leave
a commentation quable couldn't satisfy me anyway. I needed more
than the dabn ranch. I saw that too. She didn't
pay that, she didn't anyway. Fake. Yes, Oh it sounds
like it was fake coming from you. I get mine people,
(23:13):
That's why I get from People's been lenarch. Now, Joey
Badass says that Disney would not let him in because well,
they wouldn't let this autistic cousin in without a mask,
and he took to social media to show three Disney
World employees on camera who were dealing with the situation.
Here's what happened. You guys just turned away an autistic
(23:36):
child from Disney World. That's what you guys just did.
You guys have anything to say about that? Nothing? And
your brother is autistic, that's what you said, right, So
imagine your little brother being turned away from Disney World.
How would that make you feel? Now? Hold on you.
You said one thing, but Joey Badass didn't say that
in the clip. If you said he didn't have a
mask on? Correct? Yeah? His his autistic. Yeah, so he
(23:59):
didn't let Hi, his autistic cousin, right, right, that's why
they didn't let him in. But he's saying, because he's autistic,
he couldn't wear a mask because he found it suffocating
and they couldn't even explain it to him why he
had to have on a mask, And so he's saying
that he couldn't even enjoy this experience. Interesting, So who's
in the wrong there? Because I can I can understand
both sides, right, No, yeah, because the rules are face
(24:20):
coverings are required for all guests ages two enough and
cast members, including people who have gotten the vaccine, So
it has to be exaction. And if he if he's
because he's autistic or if he got COVID. True, you
know you could be under two and have COVID. Also, yeah,
you could be two and it's my two year old
as a mask? No two years you know. Yeah, but
I don't have to ask that. I'm saying, but what
(24:41):
if you have what if this this kid has COVID? Yeah,
but if he's two years old and younger, you don't
have to wear a mask. There has certain exceptions they
should be able to make it, like they make an
exception for two year old and younger, an autistic kid
if he wears a mask, he feels like he's suffocating.
They can't explain it to him. So the kid can't
have fun because he's autistic. What if he has COVID.
But if the two year old has cold, it it's different. Well,
(25:02):
the thing the thing is that I guess they have
Maybe it's just not up to them, right if that's
it's not really up to them, you know, if they
to make an exception because another but it sounds if
you have to abide by because it's not like they
own the park. Absolutely, it sounds good in theory, but
like you just said, they don't own the park. They're
just doing their job. So I don't know if it
(25:22):
bead video tape, But if I was Joey Badass, I
probably would have in advance tried to reach out and
let them know so that you could see ahead of
time to work something out, because it's harder when you
get there and try to work it out. I just
don't think. I just don't think they should have been
videotaped and chastise because you know they're following policy at
the park. But I'm sure I heard his feeling. Said
that he was excited to bring his cousin and then
(25:43):
his cousin couldn't go. I'm sure he was disappointed and
didn't understand what was going on, you know what I mean.
So all around, it was just a bad situation. I
can see why Joey's mad, and I can see why
you know, Disney people are doing what they are hired
to do, and that shureveryone reports Like you said, they
should have reached out beforehand if not known, I'm sure
(26:04):
they've made some arrangements. All right, now front page news. Next.
What we're talking about. Yeah, somebody's coming out with this
new social media platform and I'm sure you can guess
who it is, all right, I can't, but we'll talk
about it. Next. Person has been banned from everywhere. Alight,
Breakless Club. Good morning, So Breakfast Club, your mornings will
(26:25):
never be the same. Mountain Dew is partnering with HBCUs
and an effort to uplift the next generation of badass
Black innovatives and entrepreneurs with the Real Change Opportunity fun
pitch competition, empowering students to go out and do is
it Mountain Dew dot com slash Real Change to enter mording.
(26:45):
Everybody in DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy we
are to Breakfast Club. Let's getting some front page news now,
Basketball quickly. LaMelo Ball and Lebron James both got injured
over the weekend. It looks like the most was going
to miss the rest of them the year. Hand Lebron,
we don't know how long he's gonna be out. Lemelo's
looking for a second opinion though, yes, yeah he said
(27:06):
he don't you feel like he should be out for
the year. Yeah, he got a fractured risks and Lebron
has a sprained ankle. Now what else you got? Easy? Now,
the US is attempting to house over fifteen thousand unaccompanied
immigrant children. They're trying to find bedspace for these children
who have come over the border and record numbers right now,
and they said nearly ten thousand, five hundred others are
(27:28):
being sheltered and emergency shelters by the Department of Health
and Human Services right now. According to the Homeland Security
Secretary Alejando Miacras, he said that unaccompanied miners will not
be turned away, but they are closing the border. Listen
to what he had to say. We are dealing with
the needs of the children now, and we are elevating
our messaging so that the individuals do know that they
(27:53):
cannot come to the border. The border is closed, Dana.
We are expelling families, we are expelling single adults. Do
not come. Give us the time to build an orderly
system that will enable you to make your claim under
United States law without taking the journey and imperiling your lives. So,
(28:18):
right now, the border is currently closed to migrants, but
they are making an exception for unaccompanied miners, so that's
what the issue is. They're trying to also reunite these
children with their families. Here's what else ma Arcas had
to say, Dana. We established three new facilities just last week.
We are also implementing new efficiencies in the HHS process
(28:40):
so that we can unite these children with their relatives
here in the United States. We are working on the
system from beginning to end. We are working around the clock,
twenty four to seven, Okay, So on accompanied miners are
coming here because they have family here already, right hopefully
they do. They're trying to get reunited with their families
in the United States. Those are the only people that
(29:00):
they're allowing over the border right now. But it's just
a difficult situation. These kids are staying in these jail
like facilities. They said, it's on average more than five days,
and they're alternating schedules to make space for one another.
Some kids haven't seen sunlight and days others they have
to take turns taking a shower. It's been difficult. So
if they don't have family here, what do they do
(29:20):
with those kids? Do they send them back to like,
what do they do. Yeah, I mean, I guess they
just try to reach whatever family members that they can
to try to get them back together. But you know,
there's so many kids right now, and it's just a
long process. They're trying to find housing, they're trying to
make sure these kids are taking care of they're fed,
you know, they're able to take a shower. But they
did not expect these numbers to come through. It's like
(29:42):
the highest number in twenty years. Yeah. I just wonder
what happens to them if they don't have family in
the US, Like, what do they do with those kids? Right?
I'm sure they have to, you know, try to reach
whatever family from where they're from and figure it out.
But that has to be so difficult. I'm telling you,
these kids are going to have some life long effects
from having to deal with this. You thank him, sure,
(30:04):
I mean even you hear some of the parents and
family members talking about reuniting with their children and how
the kids would just all of a sudden, like have
these panic attacks and start crying out of nowhere and
be okay for one minute. It's just really sad. Different
level of Trump all right, and Donald Trump's returning to
social media in a few months, he's going to be
doing his own platform. According to a Trump spokesperson, Jason Miller,
(30:25):
who was a long time advisor and spokesperson for Donald
Trump's twenty twenty campaign, He said that he will probably
be back on social media and about two or three
months with his own thing that's going to attract tens
of millions of new users and completely redefine the game.
That's smart. He's got the capital and resources to do it.
I know before he ran for president, there was talk
he was gonna launch your TV network. He probably realizes
(30:46):
now social media is a better platform to get messaging out.
But boy, I'll tell you one thing, I bet you
that would be one side I'll never go to. It's
gonna be wild over there, all right. The word nigga
gonna be trending every day, but they are who talk
about it. Lord have mercy, every slur in the world
will be over there trending every day they do trending topics.
(31:09):
Jesus christ Asian's gonna get it. We're gonna get it,
Jewish people gonna get it, LGBT gonna get everybody, gonna
get it over there. When they away from that site,
right there, Lord have mercy. All right, well that is
your front page news. All right, thank you, miss ye.
Now when we come back, Charlemagne, yess joining us. Yes,
(31:30):
Queen of four, you know, Queen of fool Man. She's
a holistic health practitioner. Um, she's a best selling author.
She has a book out called Sacred Woman that's celebrating
this twenty year anniversary. She's just a thought leader and
a mother of womb wellness. I know sisters that swear
by Queen a four. She'll be joining us and her son.
My wife is slum so we'll do that when we
(31:51):
come back, So don't move. It's to Breakfast Club co Morning,
the Breakfast Club checking out the world's most dangerous morning show. Morning.
Everybody is DJ Envy Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We
are the Breakfast Club. We have some special guests joining
us this morning. Yes, indeed we have Queen of four.
Did I say your name right? That's absolutely that master
(32:13):
holistic healer and herbalist. And you have your son. You
brought your son with you? Yes, Supernovas law welcome. Don't
have a polarity practitioner. Okay, what could you explain to people.
What that is Queen of four. That's one who works
if the energy feel and primarily with the elements. We're
made up of five elements either fr one, Earth, and
(32:34):
so I'm able to focus it on those elements to
heal the body. Okay, And the body is made up
of nature and nature it's those same elements in natures
in our bodies. So when we're lacking that balance, then
we have disease. So how did you get to this
point to be a healer? What got you here? And
tell us your story? Sure, I started age sixteen. I
(32:56):
was extremely sick. I was eating the all American fast
food lifestyle diet and I was asthmatic chronic. I had
exema from head to toe. I had PMS every month.
I would be bedridden as a woman, and I had headaches.
Those were things that were going on and I didn't
know how to get out of it. And I went
on a healing Me treat. It was a three day
(33:17):
healing me treat at that young age, and I got
off the bus without my medication and the grass the
trees was like an end of me to my body.
But I didn't know that. I was just so out
of tune. And so I went into the space and
the asthma kicked in, the allergies kicked in, the exema
kicked in, and I was like a junkie. I was toxic, really,
(33:38):
And I just heard that in a voice talks to
me for the first time. We all have it, and
it said, my first form of egrate through Slimon's oranges.
And I took some rollsips tea and one and that
whole day that's all I did. And then I sat
up in front of a fireplace because if I laid down,
my lungs would have collapsed. So I sat up, and
in this fireplace was part of the medicine. It was
the heat from the fire. I fasted for the whole day.
(34:00):
The muca said was breaking up in my body was
the asthma. The next day, I had a detox. I
learned these terms later on, and I had a detox,
and mucus came out of my nose, my mouth, my eyes,
and then an hour later the itching stopped, the asthma stopped,
My mind went to total balance, and I picked up
a book. I came out of that bathroom and I
(34:20):
picked up a book, Dick Gregory Cooking with mother nature.
I related to his nine children, the husband and wife,
a family who was healing, detoxing, fasting, and I jumped
on it because that was the end of my asthma.
That I went up to the mountains and it was
the end of my asthma, and I never got it back.
So it's fifty years later, no asthma, no allergies, as
(34:43):
no pains. All that had left me. And then I
just helped everyone I could meet because I said, you
don't have to be sick. I was convicted, so initially
nobody taught you this, like the spirit just told you,
this is what you need to do right now. Well,
I was going to what it called Aquarius up in
harm one hundred and twenty fifth stree in fifth doctor
Johnny Moore and other real prominent powerful healers, metaphysicians was
(35:09):
up there. John Harris was there, and I learned them
how to live holistic and naturally. Was in my community
and it's in our culture. It was always somebody who
knew the herbs, the bushes, the tease. When they wouldn't
even let us in the hospitals. We had to live
our babies at home and we had to do things
that were natural, and so that's what I had to
take up, that mantle myself and heal myself whenever. This
(35:33):
is so important, and I think for women in particular,
we've had a lot of conversations on this show about
women who doctors tell them they need to hyster direct
to me, women, especially black women, who have vibraids, women
who are having heavy bleeding on their periods, and your
diet is so important. Can you talk about that? Well? Absolutely,
And I was able to figure out exactly what was
(35:53):
going on. I go, I read a women's menstrual flow,
and women think they're having a normal mensis. Well normal,
it's not healthy, and actually women are hemorrhaging. And if
a woman is bleeding five, six, seven, eight days or
maybe longer, that she's losing her emotional and mental health.
It is draining down through her blood. And so that
(36:14):
same correlation of the number of days of the minstrre
is usually a five word tombor by the time they
reach thirty, and of course they may have it removed
and then it comes back two years later because they've
never changed their lifestyle. So my goal when I take
the women through the sake woman rights of passage. I
take them through twelve weeks of cleansing, detoxing, learning about
their selves, to cult to self love, self care, setting
(36:35):
up wellness homes within their home, helping their family to heal.
And then when they look at their menstru every time
we have graduations, I said, how many of you have
a mental flow now of one, two or three days?
And though women are saying that, how many women have pain?
They used to be chronic, but they don't have that
pain anymore. All women say, I have normal pain. So
the pain, we think that it's normal, but it's not normal.
(36:58):
It's a sick wound. But it's not such a sick
womb as a sick heart. All the broken relationships, the
broken promise of hidden mun lovers, all of that has
impacted and affected us. So we eat the foods of
the lowest frequency, and we're keeping a cesspool of wound pain,
wound discomfort. So I'm here to show women how to
and I do it in the first hundred pages of
(37:19):
the book, what to do, what fools uses, herbs, plans, prayers, meditations, exercise,
I teach womb, yoga, dance, how to empower yourself as
a woman. It is extremely important for the women to
heal because the woman is the bedrock of the family.
And I got real clear about that. I was reading
one of the most ancient texts on spirituality from our culture,
from Kemmen, and it set the affirmation. When I get
(37:42):
that affirmation to the women, they really get it. And
the affirmation, I'll say it briefly opens up this anniversary book.
It says, we of the women who lighten the darkness,
we have come to lighten the darkness. It is lightened.
We have overcome the destroyers. We here for those who
who hide their faces, who sunk down, they looked upon us.
Then we are the women. We are the healers. But
(38:03):
if you don't have the tools to heal yourself, to
heal your life, then you're gonna be a woman, a woman,
a victim. You're gonna be beaten, you're gonna be dragged,
you're gonna be in pain, you're gonna be suffering. So
I opened up my heart in my arms to women
who are suffering, and I understood why I had to suffer,
because when women get well, they empower their families automatically.
(38:24):
Though it's coronavirus. Second, women they know what to do.
They're very confident. From a time March hit and it came.
All the women rolls up and said, okay, these are
the herbs, these are the jus. This is a band.
They took their husband to the cleansing, that took their
children to the cleansing, that took the elders to the claim.
My mother the ninety six years old and she's still
in her body, vibrant mind and vibing spirit and body.
(38:45):
So we do have the ability to heal ourselves based
on nature. So as Marcus Garden says, I'm with him,
up you mighty people. You can accomplish what you will,
but you gotta clean up this house. This house is
divine temper. They get the most high gay to us us,
but if we're not in tune to it, when we're
going to be subjected to all the issues that we
(39:05):
have as a people. We have the highest incident of
high blood pressure, men, highest into the prostate cancer. Our
men barely make it out of fifty years old. I
buried about five men who were close to me, but
they would not come into holistic health. That's where my
son comes in that. So then I asked, my son's
been over two years, that says to Benova, it's been
a year and a half. I said, listen, I cannot
(39:26):
teach man heals myself. I need you to teach these men,
because what happens the women get healed up and they
got sick men, schick husbands, high blood pressure, can say
process cancer. They start to feel less than who they are.
When she could give up herbs and plants and foods
and claim and repair his prostate, lower his blood pressure,
get him fortified, she is the healer of the home.
(39:48):
We are the women. We are the heelers, and it's
primary the melanol woman. If everything is flip flocked, now
everything is now in our favor, you know. So now
that it's in our favor, this is this is our
destiny to be the mothers of civilization once again. So
this is a revolution ever healing from me. And because
I was the sickest of the sick, I had to
(40:09):
be chosen to overcome my issue. So God can help
the women overcome their issue. All right, We got more
with Queen of four and her son Supernova Slam when
we come back, So don't move. It's to breakfast club,
Good morning morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne,
the guy we are to breakfast club. Naphew just joined us.
We're kicking it with Queen a fool and her son's
(40:30):
Supernova Slam Now Charlomagne. If they don't know who they are.
Queen a fool Man is a best selling author. She
has a book out called Sacred Woman has been out
for twenty years. She celebrating the twenty anniversary. She's a
holistic health expert, a thought leader, and a mother of
womb wellness. Now yeh, we discussed fertility for her a minute,
because that's been a topic that has come up a
lot with my friends lately. I have friends that have
(40:52):
recently frozen their egg and I want you to discuss
fertility how that relates to detocting diets and things that
women can do and family planning in general. Well, one
of my specialties is womb wellness sake of whom Awakening,
So I teach women how to use the elements to
preserve and repair the uterus. Because if you're infertile, most
(41:15):
of the times you're bleeding a little heavy, or you
are suffering from painful your uterus is constricted. The average
woman carries five to ten or more pounds of impacted
waste in her colon. The colon over time that becomes
heavy and prolapse, and so it's not it should be
above the navel, it drops under the navel. And when
the colon drops, because you have three meals a day,
(41:37):
which you only have one bobblement for the day, so
that means at the end of the week you should
have twenty one meals basically, then twenty one elimination. I'll
give you a few things to do for her. One
is to take red foods into your DA's tooth. The
red element, the fire element. That's the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
of strawberries. To take that as a blend with pure apple,
(41:59):
two or three apples. Juice them because it wos to
buy from my acid to an alkaline state. Take that juice,
put the berries in it and it becomes a delicious drink.
That helps to clean out the bloodstream with your infers
or you have a weak blood also you're clogged up.
So we clean out the coal and take the ocra,
take your flax seat, take your sea mores, take your
(42:21):
water with have dehydrate the other elements or you have
to fire. What poisons the fire the quickest it with
the poison the fire is meat, So start cutting back.
You may not be one hundred percent, but then just
have chicken a fish organic and stand with him the
beat the folk to go up the lamb. That's a
beginning step transition in. Have a fruit bowl every morning,
have a vegetable juice. A green juice is power. I've
(42:43):
been watching you've been taking. I'm so excited every time
I see with the green juice because that for me
is life itself and even joining the Corona virus. Its toss,
get sun, get the bim the day. But when you
get in your foods also every day you have supernatural
energy inversion. In version, it's like the simplest thing everybody
(43:05):
can do. You just lay down your bed, put three
pillows at the foot and never moved them. Pillow one
on top of pillow two on top of pillow three.
I did it this morning just to be ready for
today's That's why my just came out to Jake running.
Let's go help the fatility. Yes, that would help the fatility,
(43:28):
and that would help keep men from getting prostate cancer. Up,
tell them what the bed it's an ancient African movement
for bringing the soul back to life. Lay down in
the bed right, the pillows are already there, the legs
are elevated over the pillows, and just lay that ten minutes.
(43:49):
That's a supernova supernova. Yes, you know, you know, you've
mentioned it a couple of times. You know about the
sacred masculine and divine feminine? What is the simplest way
to explain what the sacred masculine and divine it is
the people? Well, I would say for the men, we
have a training called man Heal Thyself Wellness Warriors. Actually,
me and Mom a co author of a new book
(44:09):
that's available now is called Manhal Thyself The Walness Warriors
Journey to oct Them Wellness. Um, men, we are not
taught to value ourselves. We're taught to value our relationships.
Would we accumulate in life when we work towards and
then we leave ourselves in an emotional deficit? And since
from from young boys, we're told not to cry, shut up,
(44:30):
just get out here and get it in grind? So
why we do that? We do that? Really? Well? We
can we can externally conquer, but internally we deplete it right,
So a true divine masculine and attribute would see, Okay,
if I empower myself on a daily basis, you know,
work on my emotional body, my mental body, and really
feed myself holistically, I can show up better for my family.
(44:54):
I can show up better for my work in the
world because I'm my authentic self. That would be a
compliment ultimately to what Mom is signaling with sacred woman.
And then so we're the brothers, like where where are
the men to gather to charge each other and hold
each other accountable just from a not really competing on
a religious level or economic level, but just charging each
other holistically, you know. You know, ay, brother, did you
(45:15):
take you erope? Today I'm saying you take did you
take your did you distress and take your sacred bath?
That that would be for me, a sacred masculine you know.
And in creating a circle what I call wellness warriors.
You know what I'm saying. We have We have the
gangs to this, We got the thugs, but we need
some wellness warriors. I mean, from the hip hop community,
we've lost quite a few powerful icons who are not
(45:35):
even fifty years old from health disparities. You know we
have you know, heavy d and big pun um of prodigy.
You know so many I mean so many brothers that
that that did not make it um to thrive on,
you know, And so I think that we can use
this in hout of their spirit and especially being in
the proper to hippop community, we should begin to begin
(45:56):
to journey, especially as men. You know, we should be
able to be the same type of energy we take
to be go get is and accumulate what we need.
We should use that same type of spirit for ourselves
so we can show a better and be all actor themselves.
That's right, you know, you know, Queen of Food your
bonus coach right now? Also right, so you work with
a lot of people, and you know I have a
juice bar war styles pe me and y'all do y'all
(46:18):
be rocking? I see y'all. He tells how much his
attitude has changed, Jeff from becoming vegan right because he
would be angry. He had a bad temper, But now
everything is chilled, he's smoothed, and I just feel like
it does like reverse age you and also your whole
temperament as well, where you always vegetarian and vegan where
(46:39):
you raised that. I was born vegan from her right
the moon. Yeah. You know when my father met Queen, um,
you know, he was into the medical fielding he happened
to be a vegetarian, vegan vegetarian at the time, um,
and they conceived me in that. So it was very
hard being raised in the eighties in Crown Heights, Brooklyn,
(46:59):
mcdo commercials that white Cathou was called I mean every time,
but every time she would okay, so this is the
fluffy queen you see right now, you know Queen and
four in the eighties. Uh, you know, pull knife on
my uncle for feeding us toxic foods. It was a
black you better not feed my son though, Okay, okay,
it was sacred knife. From my point in saying that
(47:21):
she was she was so what what what the warrior
spirit around wellness and maintaining you know, your body minded
spirit in the optimal level I got from her because
she had to maneuver us to a system that was
not supportive of raising vegan children in Brooklyn Crying Heights
in the eighties. You know, it was very nice. I
mean I was always getting fights every day because I
had sprouts, sandwich my homies had they had, I said,
(47:47):
you know, spouted brand with some avocado slices and some sprouts.
This is nineteen two fighting in school, but for me
it made me strong. I had to fight just to
be vegan, so I had to I have always. He's
had a more warrior approach to my health and wellness
just because of how I was raised, because I had
to defend myself just just eat an apple. But I'm
(48:08):
saying that to tell y'all that, um, you know the
type we need to beat, the type of warrior that
she signaled for her health and then passed on to
her children. That's the spirit ultimately, without being dogmatic, that
we're just trying to share with brothers and sisters, like
you know, we have to. We have one life, you know,
we should protect it and defend it. There's so much
stuff that is challenging to try to break us down,
(48:29):
you know, and we should encourage each other so we
can have longevity and be resilient, you know. In the
midst of this, all right, we got more with Queen
of four and her son Supernova Slam when we come back,
so don't move. It's to Breakfast Club morning. Everybody is
DJ Envy Angela Yee, Charlomagne, the guy we are to
breakfast club, Naphew just joining us. We're kicking it with
Queen A four and her son Supernova Slam. Charlomagne. You
(48:52):
know in the book you're talking about the gateways of initiation,
and you know you talk about sacred words and sacred foods,
all stuff that you've been describe And now how does
that lead to healing? And what exactly all those gateway
of initiations In the first gate is new news about
womb healing. So if you have five boys sis heavy bleeding,
now men have to go into that because if she's sick,
(49:16):
her woman is sick, he's gonna have a problem because
it's not just in her physical womb, it's in her
state of mind. When she's sick in her womb, her
mind is not well. When she's stick in her womb,
her heart is broken. And you could be the best man,
but she's carrying five relationships from her past, still holding
onto that, and that's impacting her present state of being.
(49:38):
So you got to clean up all of those three
states in order for her womb to be well. So
I talk about that in the Gateway of newt So
you learn that. Then the next one is to hoodie.
The HOOTI is about hecka watch your words. When I
realize the words was gonna kill me, I will check
my thinking because before you form a word, you have
a thought. That thought is what people come in hurts
(50:00):
you out with him? What was I thinking? What was
I feeling? How was I hurting because the people coming
in or showing me the words, I've been thinking and
feeling and speaking. And so we affirmed that in the
gateway of the word to hoodie, which helps you to
be described. The next one is your food is medicine.
You know what foods to eat or the body's anatomy
(50:20):
based on the elements eat the fi what the earth.
Then you won't have a problem. You have a respiratory problem,
have some scaliards, have some red onions. You can clean
out the respiratory system, you know. So I go through
that with food is medicine. That movement. So I came
into the movement bike I took. I developed a system
called woom Yoga day as our boom kad based on
the ancient movements of our ancestors. They can call the
(50:42):
Egyptian yoga. But I don't call the Egyptian because it's not.
That's not what your name. It's the Black Land, It's Kevin.
But it's also get unstuck. You have to push yourself.
Sometimes we get them to a rhythm that we can't
seem to get out. We're looped into because in our DNA,
you keep drinking that drink, you keep eating that foods,
you keep thinking those thoughts because it's in the DNA
and it's automatic. So you're gonna have to flush and
(51:04):
cleanse to save your family because you can go double
back to them and help them to heal themselves if
you can break loose. The next one is hath Her Room.
Hat Her is about the children. She's the mother of
the garden of the children. And what happens is we
have to She represents the most beautiful woman. Every woman
is uniquely beautiful. She's a flower in the guard of nature.
(51:24):
But she can't tap into that beauty if her inner
child is broken. And most broken child, most broken adults
have that child. It hits them about them five or seven.
That's when you go back to when the pain began.
You must know the story. So we gotta take those
broken parts and begin to mend them, and we do
that in our rights. Then we move ourselves from that
(51:46):
level into never head. Neverhead is about the lady of
the heavenly realm, the woman who knows, she picks up,
she feels everything. But I do not know. I trust
my spirit to know everything. I said, am I supposed
to be here? Like? I was nervous to come here?
Said relaxed. Why was you nervous? Why were you nervous?
I'm so happy I'm here. I don't know what to
do with myself. You know, y'all are such a big
(52:08):
deal in our community. I tell you that you you're
a big deal in our community. I heard from you.
I mean, from Angela to Lathan, the big deal. My
wife Erica, like, come on, y'all impacted us and we
love you. We do. We love y'all and I love
y'all all so much for you taking care of us,
taking care of our minds, being up issues and being
into the surface and being able to endure. You know,
(52:31):
I know y'all are like you're our heroes. So to
come into the room with you was a big deal. Well,
it's a balanced it's ratchetness, and this righteousness. But but
then get a chance to talk about it. Yeah, I
get a chance to overcome some of the things because
we're bringing it out. Because nobody speaks up for us
or about us, then how can we even grow? You know,
(52:54):
I grew up with the hotel Gary Bird, I grew
up with Bob Law. So y'all, y'all of the continuation
for me for the legacy of talk, no talk, and
medicine comes out of that talk, that communication. We're trying
to do and we're trying to bring you here to
really teach us because we know any more than that
this is your life's work. So that's important. Wow, And
(53:16):
I'm so honest. So I'm over the top honest. So
the spirit said, relaxed, and I had to trust. Okay,
I'm not the gateway. The network never has the intuition.
Trust Okay. That is my ad. My eye base is
a whole civilization, and it's about the balance. And when
we get our balance, it's not just physical balance, it's
(53:37):
emotional balance, it's mental balance. That's what holdest of health
is so big because we're looking for the balance. We're
looking for my aunt, we're looking for the harmony, and
so My aud also deals with our relationships. What do
we feel about our mothers and our fathers are very important.
We have to heal that up. The next one is
about us as a mother who sits on her throne
of power, and how you get your powers. You have
(53:59):
to use ripe brain, which is your creativity, which is
your intuition, which is your art, which is your beauty.
But on the other side is your masculine side, which
is where you're gonna live, how you're gonna live, how
do you make your money. So if you can bring
both brains together, that's the medicine. Balancing that out opens
up the first eye, so you can see everything and
(54:21):
you can see what it's not good for you. You
can see what serves you. You can see why things happen.
You can see why you're in the family that you're in,
why you chose that family, and what you're to learn
from that family and how to evolve the family to
the next level. You get this deep insight, and so
that os nept head is all about that balance Osa
never had represents those two women, the sister, the sister,
(54:44):
So all of us have a nept head. We have
a sacred sister and then you have the final gate
that shows up in the older book is the gateway
of nefertum. Nefertum is the lotus. Out of the mud
comes forth. The load's nefer tumor is also a masculine
principle this book in Anniversity, there are two more gates
(55:07):
that shows up that is working with time. Time is
life itself. Do not waste your time. So you better
think real clear about the next movie. Like they say,
may your next movie your what? Okay? So you have
to be in a very sensive place to make right
whole decisions. So so I look at time based on
the guardians. The guardians are not gods and gods as
(55:29):
they're in dwelling principles, principles of life. So the first
guardian you can begin introduce for seven days spring is
coming to tap in. Stay awake in your sleep, so
because that's when you're gonna get the download. While you're sleeping,
you're gonna get a vision. The vision is why I'm here.
You hold on the vision long enough and strong enough,
(55:50):
then it will manifest woombifest out of you. Queen our food,
Do you have any final words for us? Yes? This
is the prayer that we say as we go from
Gay with the gate gay. There's a prayer for the women,
and there's a prayer for the men. The charge for
the men is arranged for me the way. May I,
May I renew myself. May I reknew myself. May I
(56:12):
become strong. May I become scrum. Arrange for me the way,
arrange for me the way. May I renew myself. May
I renew myself. May I become strong. May I become
strong for the women. Sacred Spirit, Hold mena, I'm praying
above you, below you, at inside your heart. So just
take a deep breath and breathe in an out as
you receive it. Sacred Spirit, hold me, knear close to
(56:33):
your bosom, Protect me from all harm in fear beneath
the stones of life. Direct my steps in the right
way as I journey through this vision. Sacred Spirit, surround
me in your most absolute, perfect light. Anoint me in
your sacred purity to give me peace and divine insight.
Bless me truly, Bless me as I share this sacred life.
Teach me, Sacred Spirit to be in tune with the universe.
(56:57):
Teach me how to heal with the inner and outer
elements of air, fire, water, and earth. And take these
words and put to practice. Take these words and live
this holistic life. And let us be beacons of life.
Let us have great, powerful testimonies that we create a
(57:18):
legacy for our children's children's children, and that will no
longer be a broken people, but the people lifted up
in its markets, guard and set up you most mighty people.
We can accomplish what we will get. Thanks in prallness,
than make sure y'all go get a sacred woman, a
guid de healing, the feminine body, mind and spirit available
(57:40):
everywhere you buy books. Thank you so much. Listen, it's
the wrong report, brother Rain, Crime and ghost Face verses
went down on Saturday night and talk about exciting. They
(58:04):
had some guest appearances. Rizza showed up. Who else was there?
Master killer, Inspector Dak was young dirty Baskett there? Yes, yes, yes,
so a pretty exciting versus. And we have to say
that I love the way that they ended things. Listen
(58:25):
to this. That's why right now you gotta love. You
gotta like tell your people, your friends, anybody you love,
you gotta chump you love them now, not later, singing
it now, don't you ain't a bit because you ain't
sell you. I love you problem. I love him all
the time. Yo. You know mean because you want to
get one right. That's why we gotta take care of ourselves.
(58:45):
I don't give the doctor. Just know what you got.
You ain't gonna take the medicine, and you sick it
so because you don't want to get too late. And
then it's like, yo, too long, man, we can't save you. Now,
go to the doctor. Know what the f you got.
You ain't gotta take the medicine. You don't ever gotta
take the medicine. Okay, just know what's not gonna lie.
(59:07):
Ghost Faces needs a show where he just gives advice. Man.
I love Raca ghost Face. Ghost Face is my favorite
rapper of all time. These brothers are like real life
superheroes to me, what's the last time you told your
brother you love what's the last time you said drama?
First of all, I make y'all hugged each other in
here all the time. I make y'all tell each other
y'all love each other all the time. You should always
(59:27):
hug your brother. All your sisters hug that's right, but
you tell them you love them. You value them and
you appreciate Now, I love you, I value and I
appreciate you. I say that to you all the time.
Remember when you remember when Juice World was in here
and I was making telling his boy to hug Juice World.
I bet you they wish they had hugged them. Why
you say the drama, I love you dramas, white white tickets,
(59:47):
I've minute to say. Just look at that man and say,
I love you. I do love dramas. I love drawing.
I appreciate dramas. Dramas comes to work every day, he
does his job. He's a professional. You know what I mean.
I value dramas. I absolutely do. Well, it was good
to see some of my favorite guys from the will
you know that was my first job ever in this
business is like family. Kappa Dunna, by the way, I
always felt like was so underrated, like his music and
(01:00:09):
his album. He just used to be able to flow
for like twenty minutes. That was his first verse A
lady too, and he talked about that during the verses. Also,
all right, now, let's talk about some upcoming verses that
you guys might be excited for. The Isley Brothers versus
earth Wind and Fire. Oh lord, now I gotta watch
my mama and aunt dem On Zoom again and Red
(01:00:30):
Man Versus and met that man. Listen. So with the
Isasley Brothers and earth Win and Fire, who you got
I gotta ask my mama them. Yeah, nobody wins those though.
That's just classics like that is exciting Earthwin and Fire show.
By the way, when I used to work get serious,
they had a show in the front Um lobby. Amazing,
just the way that they performed with the band and everything,
(01:00:53):
and listening to help my parents to get on their
last time when Patti LaBelle You're not long gonna take
me help them get on this tongue goodness grac I
lean um Elegy Brothers though, hmm, that's a tough one. Man.
I love some earth Wind and Fire because their live
show when I talk about amazing energetic September that was
(01:01:15):
in every movie. But also with the verses. They also
show some other upcoming ones that they're gonna be having
a Ladies Night one, a Memorial Day weekend May fifth,
May ninth, all of that, but they have they have
the names blurred out, so we don't know who's gonna
be on those and read and methone four twenty's That
is a great one. Everyone's gonna be smoking that day.
(01:01:36):
All right, Well that is your rumor report, all right, Charlomae,
who are you giving your dog can? Uh? Dumb parents
with smartphones. We'll talk about it for after the hour,
all right, we'll get to that next. It's the breakfast club.
God morning, it's gonna be a dunking because right now
you want some real It's time for Donkey of the Day.
So if we ever feel I need to be a
dog man with the heat, did she I had become
(01:01:59):
Dawn of the Day? Practice club bitches? Donkey Donkey today
from Monday in March twenty second, let's all do a
little scratch. Oh, this Monday goes to a twenty five
year old named Jose Navarette. Josie I believe is a
San Diego resident because this incident of stupidity happened at
(01:02:20):
the San Diego Zoo on Friday. So I'm just assuming
he's from San Diego. Could have just been visiting. But
it doesn't matter where he's from. Uh, he's dumb, okay,
and Donkey Today is all about giving people to credit
they deserve for being stupid. Now. I know y'all say, well,
Uncle Charlotte calling someone dumb is harsh. I can hear
my five year old saying that. To be right now,
we donkey in the day is reserved for people who
(01:02:42):
do stupid things. Okay, doesn't mean that they themselves and
necessarily dumb. Very true. But this person, Jose Jose Navarette,
oh he's dumb. Just trust me on this one. Okay. Now,
everyone has the right to be dumb, but see that
dumbness bleeds over into the rest of society and we
have to deal with it. Now. I understand why my
(01:03:02):
father was the way he was with me sometime. I
once caught my father telling my mom, let's just kill
him and get the insurance money. I know, I know
that sounds hard, shook, and I definitely deserve more grace
because I was young, I was in my teens, but
I understand the sentiment. Geez, sometimes you're looking at people
and you like just just a defective product. All right,
(01:03:24):
let's get them up out of here before they get
us all hurt. Because there's certain levels of dumbness that
affects everyone, and a Jose Navarett has that level of dumbness. See,
Jose is twenty five and he's a father, okay, a
father of at least one child we know of. This
child is two years old. Now, kids are supposed to
make you smarter, I would think, because even if you're
(01:03:45):
not wise enough, smart enough to make the right choices
for yourself, maybe you'll make them for the child. But
when you dumb, like really dumb, you don't even realize
that you're putting the child in danger with your dumbness.
That's exactly what Jose Navarett did just passed Friday. Not
only put yourself in danger, but put his helpless two
(01:04:05):
year old child in danger too. Let's go to KGTV
Abc ten for the report. Police a terrifying close call
for people at the zoo Friday night. A man entering
the elephant enclosure with his two year old daughter in
his arms. San Diego Police say the man wanted a
picture getting through two security fences meant to keep people
(01:04:27):
away from the elephants. One of those fences is electrified.
Witnesses say the elephants quickly became aggravated. The elephant starts
charging the man with his baby in his arms. The
man was able to make it out, but not before
another close call. Police say he dropped the child as
the animal was approaching. He's able to tuck and roll
(01:04:49):
and kind of throw the baby back underneath the defence
of the enclosure. Police say the man will be facing
at least child endangerment charges. They are also looking into
whether or not he was intoxicated. I heard the good
brother Walker flock Can say something this weekend. And I've
been saying this to y'all for years, but I like
how he said it. Listen, nobody telling one trying to
(01:05:13):
get a viral moment for the internet. You get your
ass hurt. Listen. If you want to die, Jose, die,
but don't take the kid with you. Okay. They say
our children choose us, But then guys like Jose make
me wonder about that. Number one why okay? That's my
first question, Jose? Why I got a second question? Number two? Why? Okay?
(01:05:40):
And my third question for you, Jose, why you're twenty
five years old. There's multiple barriers and signs telling you
not to go into these animal habitats for a reason,
and you risked life Flimb and your child because you
wanted to get a closer picture with an elephant. This
is why some of y'all need to be black for
(01:06:00):
a day. Okay, the thrills, y'all seeking the anxiety, you're
looking for, the fair you want that you want that
constant shot of cortisold going through your veins. Just be
black for the day, because it is indeed a privilege
to take these kind of chances, just because you decided
to jump into a habitat which is home to Asian
and African elephants in the San Diego Zoo. It's home
(01:06:21):
to Asian and African elephant elephants because you simply wanted
to and then gonna act surprised when the elephant reacts
like a elephant. I just told you the elephants in
that cage were Asian and African, and this elephant was
probably Asian and was not taking no chances with you, Jose.
He didn't realize you weren't a colonizer until he got
up on you. If you was Anglo Saxon, you might
(01:06:43):
not be here today. Okay, that Asian African elephant charted you,
got up on you realized you weren't a colonizer, and
you had your child with you, and he spared you.
Then you dropped you two year old. You just dropped
the child. I find it so into a thing that
you held onto your phone but not the child. That's
(01:07:04):
a conscious decision, whether you realize it or not. Your
hold on to whatever has the most value to you.
Didn't drop the phone, but dropped your child. Smartphones in
the hands of dumb people. Flock and let people know
the moral of the story. Again, Please nobody telling y'all
this one trying to get a viral moment for the internet.
(01:07:25):
You'll get your ass and hurt now. Jose faces a
charge related to child cruelty and he earned that and
he's being held on one hundred thousand dollar bell. Please
give Jose Navarette the sweet signs of the Hamletones. Oh no,
you are dogee, the damn do gee. Oh the day.
(01:07:51):
Ye you just wake up on Monday morning just asking
yourself what's wrong with people? Video looks so stupid. It
looks so stupid. You jumped an electric fence and all
these other barriers to take a picture with a goddamn
elephant with your two year old in your hand. Like
(01:08:12):
I said, man, if you want to die, die, but
don't take the kid with your way out, you drop
your two years, drop your child, but held on your
phone's gracious? All right, all right, all right, well thank
you for that donkey today. Now when we come back,
phone run to wide open. Eight hundred five eight five
one oh five one. I see the whole week and
people were talking about Quavo and Sweedie, and there was
(01:08:35):
a rumor that Quavo repossessed the Bentley, that he bought her.
But let's take it away from them. That wasn't true.
Now they said that wasn't true, but let's take it
away from them. Eight hundred five eight five one five one.
Let's say you bought your girlfriend a bent a car, Oh,
you brought your man one, because women do that too.
Don't say a bley, say a card. Jesus Christ, everybody.
(01:08:58):
You don't even gotta be a car, because it's be
a yeah, No, let's send car. Let's say you bought
a car and y'all broke up. Do you want that
car back? Do you think she should give you your
car back? And ladies, would you give that car back?
Or are you keeping it? It's least anyways, you're gonna
have to give it back in a couple of years.
How you know it's leash, it could be bought. You're
a hater. Then eight hundred five eight five one oh
(01:09:18):
five one. Let's open up the phone lines. What would
you do? Call us up. It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning,
your phone call in right now. You call me at
your opinion to the Breakfast Club topic breaking down. Eight
hundred five eighty five one oh five one, the Breakfast Club.
It's topic time phe called eight hundred five eight five
(01:09:45):
one oh five one to join it to the discussion
with the Breakfast Club. Talk about it morning. Everybody is
DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are the
Breakfast Club. Now if you've just joined us or we're
taking this out of Sawedi in Quavo situation over the week,
and there was rumors that you know, he purchased her
bought her Bentley a couple of months ago in that
(01:10:05):
he allegedly repossessed that car. But that's not true right now,
it's not true. According to Quavo's team, that did not happen.
They did break up though, So we're asking eight hundred
five eight five one on five one, if you bought
your girl a car, would you take it back when
you broke up and ladies, would you give that car
back or would you keep it? Let's start. Let's start
with you yet, what would you do? Would you if
(01:10:26):
your man bought you a call, cheated on you, or
whatever allegedly y'all broke up, would you get a call back?
Why would I give the car back? Now, I might
trade it in for something else, because I don't want
to drive that same car. But if it was a
gift and you gave me something, I was supposed to
return a gift just because we broke up. I will
tell you this though, if you ask me for it
back and you're being petty and harassing me, I would
(01:10:48):
give it back just because I would want to get
you out of my hair. But if you ain't saying nothing,
it's a gift, okay, Charlemagne, No, I wouldn't take it back.
But I would inform her that the lease is up
in a couple of years. Don't go over the mileage,
you know what I'm saying, And I give her the
name of the dealership to return to return to the
least when when the lease is up. But I wouldn't
take it back, okay, Now, I wouldn't take it back either.
(01:11:08):
I wouldn't take it back, no way. Let's go to
the phone lines. Hello, who's this yo? This is run
from Savannah, Georgia. What's up from Georgia? Now? What would
you do in that situation? Run? Yo? Man, I'm taking
the car back. Man. I bought my ex wife a car,
and when we broke up, she says she wanted my wife,
no more car, no more neither. What kind of car
was it? It was a Chrysler two hundred. Whoa big
(01:11:30):
boy toy? Yeah? I think you take the car back.
They had rams tennant and they played DVDs and big
boy toy. You wasn't. Oh you took that back. He's
from Georgia. Is what you do with the car? Oh?
I got it. I'll drive it around the work every day.
The DVD's in Savannah, Georgia. That's right. You let him know, Ken,
(01:11:55):
you are not one of them, all right, not the
one to play with. That's right. That two hundred back
and the rims and the DVD play inside of it
with me. They ain't need need good morning. He needed
good morning. Now I'm reading this now, you bought your
man some braces? Y'all broke up and you want the
braces back. I feel like I should have got him back,
(01:12:18):
and he's still that's the same braces in his mouth.
Didn't you my kind of petty? You ain't gonna have
nice teeth without meaning? Okay, all right, all of it
in faces, smiling with my braces in your mouth. But
I know that's right. His mom feel like a handful
(01:12:40):
of niles because he's still got some same braces. How long? Yeah?
Five year? I mean I got some braces in like
twenty thirteen tall? How bad was his teeth? This team
might have been very bad? Look at me, I'm the
captain now bad? How long? How long has he gotta
have the braces in? I don't know. I don't want
(01:13:01):
at all. I just see him on Facebook and you
stalk them a little bit. You stalk them. You know
we got mutual friends. I think you got to say
his name for the culture, just so people know how
old is about in this thirties? The Wan thirty something
(01:13:21):
with bracest Damn. Now, when you see the Wan in
your streets, you know who paid for those braces. That's me,
all right, damn it? Man, all right, thank you mama,
You uncle boy, that's the shame one. I ain't giving
you back the braces though, but if you pay the
bracest for me, I adin't giving them back. No, I
wan't bracing back. I can see that. What I mean,
I see what she's saying. Her mind states like, Yo,
(01:13:43):
you're not about to have a nice smile for some
other chicks. You know what I'm saying. So you want
me to take this woman that brought you braces, I'm
about bailing back to you. I don't know, but why
would you leave a woman that brought you bracest? Like
that's a different kind of love, right, I bought you bracest. Bracest.
That means like I really care what I bought you
braces eight hundred five eight five one oh five one.
We're asking if you bought your girlfriend a gift a
(01:14:06):
car and y'all broke up, would you want that car back?
And ladies, would you return it? Let's talk about it.
It's the Breakfast Club. Good morning, call me and your
opinions to the Breakfast Club to come one morning. Everybody
(01:14:29):
is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne the guy. We are
the Breakfast Club. Now, if you just joined us, we're
talking about Quavo in Swedie. Now, allegedly they broke up
and he wanted his car back that he purchased her,
But that was all a lie, right, Ye, yes, he says.
According to his team, they told TMZ that did not happen,
all right. So we're asking if you bought your girl
(01:14:49):
a car and she broke up with you, y'all broke up,
would you want the car back? Many good morning? More
than now, we're asking if you bought your girl a car,
would you want it back if y'all broke up? So
I actually bought it after two years of dating, thinking
that we're gonna get married and all that. I even
want as far as putting both our names on the
title as and and not for those my name and
(01:15:09):
her name. So that meant that when we broke up,
I couldn't even take the car back. But not only that,
I had to go down to the DNP to sign
it off to her. But it wasn't even like it was.
It was like a double hit. I couldn't even just
like ask for it back. I couldn't ask for it back,
and I had to decide a war again what kind
of carrew never again. Do that again? Man, what kind
of car it was a for focus? It wasn't the
out of this world. I mean, I still look still
(01:15:31):
better than a lot of other vehicles that a lot
of people are riding. So I can understand you wanting
it back. I was actually reading what they say that
if the recipient wants to give the gift away are
donated to charity, the law says that is just fine.
The only time someone can ask for a gift back
is if the gift was given in an exchange for
a promise. It's known as the conditional gift, and an
example of a conditional gift is an engagement ring. Engagement ring, Hello,
(01:15:54):
who's this Hey? Now, what's your story? Mama? Um, I
actually am the car buyer, So thank you for that.
There you go. That's right, we buy get we got it,
I take it back. We were to sit up. It
was my fiance at the time and we are married down, um,
and if things were to go south and we split up,
(01:16:14):
I'm not gonna take his main look transportation. That shout
of tempetty to me. Now, I will pay It's not least.
It is finest, but it is not least. So if
we were to split before the financing gets paid off.
He can pay it, but I'm not going to take
the car. True. Now doesn't depend on why you broke
up though, Like what if he did something crazy? Um,
it depends on what the crazy is and what if
(01:16:36):
he had the next check in the car. What if
he was laying hen pay for it too. I'm gonna
switch it out of my play together. It ain't gonna
be on. Y'all can split these payments. I'm glad you
got somebody that can help you, sir. Thank you? Hello?
Who's this? You know what's going on? Long Island? Awesome?
(01:16:58):
Long Island? Now? You bought your girl? Look call y'all
broke up? You want that car back? Nah? No matter
what it is, my buyer being a Badley or RC car.
If I buy you a gift that I love, you
keep that and keep that love. Okay, here you go?
All right? Brother? Hello? Who's this? Hey? Daniel? Now, if
you brought your girl a car, y'all broke up? You
want that car back? Well? I didn't borrow one, but
(01:17:18):
I didn't get the car back. Man? Did you try? No?
I didn't try, because you know I'm a man. I
mean I was at fault, so I didn't get it
back and bus that's my kids the way of transportation
to getting the wrong with her. Okay, what kind of
car was it? It was a Mini Man. I didn't
want it back anyway, the real reason, the real reason
why I didn't, All right, I wonder what it's harder though,
(01:17:42):
taking the vehicle back or letting her keep the vehicle
or him keep the vehicle, because either way that person
always has to think about you. If you take the
car back, eventually that person may forget that. You know
what I'm saying. They'll come up every night, But you
let him keep the car. Every time they get in
that car, every time they start that car, they're thinking
about you. About that. You gotta trade it in. Yeah,
I don't know if you still think about somebody just
(01:18:02):
because you got in the cars. The people buying me
gifts and I don't think about them. If I wear
it not a cardo drive every day or you see
every day word car different, You're getting like, least I
got something out of it. Yeah, but either way, you're
still thinking about him. You gotta trade that in. So
what's the moral of the story. If there is a moral?
(01:18:23):
I don't know if there is a world of the story.
To be honest with you, I think that if you're
dating somebody that can val you buy you a type
any any type of vehicle you want to me right,
And I think this. I also feel like if somebody
makes a big deal about a gift that they gave
you when they harass you and they use it as
an excuse to keep in contact with you, just give
it back, leave me alone, get out of here, all right. Well,
(01:18:44):
we got rumors on the way, yes, Kylie Jenner. People
were upset at her, and that is because she was
trying to raise money for her injured makeup artist, somebody
that's worked with her. We'll see what you think about this.
Don't get her rich ass out of here? What you
rich as hell? That person worked for you. Don't count
down making your pocket. Don't count that lady money in
the football team, baseball team, basketball team or country she
(01:19:06):
telling to. Don't care. She got it all right, we'll
talk about it when we come back at the breakfast
clubal morning, the breakfast club. This is the rule of
report with Angela years so Samaria Rice, who was the
(01:19:29):
mother of Tamaria Rice Tamarior Rice was the twelve year
old child who was killed by Cleveland police back in
twenty fourteen. Heavent on the Clay Kane Show and she
was discussing what she thought about people like Tamika Mallory
and until Freedom and also Black Lives Matter just monopolizing
quote monopolizing the fight for racial justice. Here's what she
said in an interview. Well, it is cloud with chasing
(01:19:52):
anytime you have activists people. We don't even know where
these people come from. Let's be speaking on behalf of
our children. We never asked them to represent us. And
then you wrapped the benefits with movie deals and book
deals and uh, you know, you develop a platform off
our children. I'm still building a center for my son,
and Black Lives Matter got the Nerder Act say they
(01:20:15):
got ninety million dollars after six months or something, so
well as I'm building and still fighting for justice for
my son, because we still got a ten months left
to get a perjury charges on Timothy Loman. On a
state level, those type of people shine kings to Mika Mallory,
Buttrica Colors, y'all making very hard for us to fight
(01:20:35):
our fight. Man. I thought they would be helping to fight.
The fact that they're on the front line is the
fact that they're out there protesting, the fact that they're
out there pushing the narrative. I thought they would be helping.
Maybe now another issue that was getting resolved over the weekend,
hopefully it's Black Lives Matter. They've met with and Michael
Brown Chosen for Change Foundation. That's a nonprofit organization that
(01:20:57):
was founded by the father of Michael Brown, his son.
Some people would say he sparked the Black Lives Matter
movement after he was fatally shot by a Ferguson police
officer back in twenty fourteen, and so they were saying
that basically Black Lives Matter was getting all these donations
and money and none of that was going toward any
of these organizations. The microco Brown chosen for Change Foundations.
(01:21:17):
So they did meet over the weekend and they've been
sharing their experiences in the past six years. They put
out a press release too. They said, when a family
loses a loved one of violence, that family attempts to
develop new ways to live with life without their loved ones.
The concepts of normal and healing may become elusive for
the few families whose loved ones deaths actually received media attention.
Those families are forcibly ushered into a movement that they
(01:21:41):
may or may not have been involved in previously. While
some families appreciate community leaders who have taken up the
baton to organize, advocate, and fund the movement, many families
are still seeking justice and so they said they're I
guess working on developing relationships right now and now to
make a Mallory responded right on her podcast. Now Here
(01:22:01):
is what Tamika Mallory have to say about attempting to
contact Samaria Rice. From my perspective, I want to make
sure that as a mother that I speak directly to
Miss Rice, and also just so that folks know I
have reached out through some other individuals. I don't have
a direct contact for Miss Rice, but I have reached
(01:22:22):
out and let some other folks know that if she
wants to speak with me, I'm available to do so.
I feel like we all have failed her as a nation.
I think that whenever a child or any person, but
particularly a child is killed, this nation should have erupted. Listen,
God bless the Mary or Rice, sending her positive vibes, love,
(01:22:45):
light and healing energy. Always, But I don't think Tamika Feld.
You know, Tama Rice. I understand what Timika means when
she says the nation should have erupted. But this wicked
white supremacist system failed to Mia Rice, just like they
have historically failed black people since we got here. And
we can not allow people to discredit somebody like Jamica Mallory.
Tamica Mallory was born in the activism. That's all she's
(01:23:05):
ever done. What she's doing now is what she's been
doing her whole life. She devoted her life to activism. Okay,
well she was twenty, she's forty now. I know she
looks nineteen, but that's a grown woman. And she's been
out there on the front lines doing this work for
years and nobody was paying attention, nobody cared. But now
because of social media, a lot of what she does
gets broadcast to the world. She has an audience. And
just because you know, y'all just finding out about her,
(01:23:27):
it doesn't mean she's new to this at all. Well,
here's similar of a Jamica Mallory had to say on
her Street Politicians podcast. I think it's important to clarify
whether or not we have used miss Rice's child in
campaigns or in speeches or fundraising or any of those
types of efforts. We have not. I have been very
(01:23:49):
very careful not to speak about cases or individuals that
I have not worked directly with the families, and in particular,
in this situation, we've never even met. And so therefore
I would never be so disrespectful as to speak about
her child or to have a campaign that addresses her
(01:24:11):
child or that uses her child's name to uplift any cause.
M And you know, to say that to Mika is
doing this for Cloud is just wrong. It's just not accurate.
And I don't know why people think these folks are rich.
But even if they do acquire money because of who
they are in the work they do, why not like
Mica Mallory got a story, she deserves that. But to
Mica Mallory and and I love how her she responded
(01:24:34):
because she does understand that with Miss Rice. She said,
I understand that pain and trauma. And she said she
is available to be supportive and if necessary, she's I'm
here for phone calls, I'm here for any type of conversations.
But she did clarify she has been in the social
justice space for more than twenty five years. But I
love that because that could have you know, people get
very defensive. But we also have to understand that obviously
(01:24:56):
Samaria Rice has gone through child and then it hurts
every day, I'm sure, so you know, and it seems
like she's feels like she should have called about her name.
So hopefully this can lead to something beneficial. I just think,
you know, we know being an activist is thankless work,
you know what I'm saying. So if an activist gets
a book deal, they earn that, you know what I mean.
If they if they get a podcast they're getting paid for,
(01:25:18):
they earn that. Like you know, they're getting booked for
speaking engagements, they earn that. And I want somebody like
to meet go on the Grammy stage delivering the same
kind of message she's been delivering for years her whole life,
but not a world gets to see in here. And
do we think that activists didn't get book deals and
stuff back in the day. I'm okay, Junior had book deals,
Welcome Mets had book deals. James Ball wouldn't have book deals.
(01:25:41):
I can't speak for any of these other folks, but
I can only speak with Timica Mallory. She is who
she says she is period. All right, well that is
your room of reports. Can I give a shameless plug?
That's the Street Politicians podcast right, yes, on the Black Effect.
I heart radio podcast network. She earned that and the
book is coming out with State of Emergency, may Love
How to Win in the Country we built order it now.
(01:26:03):
She earned that. Damn right, all right, all right, all right,
all right, positivity it is positive. No, I'm just saying this.
The energy just changed. Like we are we are we
all on the same page. You know what I'm saying, Like,
like should we all on the same page? God? Like
I said, God, bless the Mayor Rice, since in their
positive energy, love, light and healing energy. The only the
only people that failed her is this wicked white supremacist
(01:26:25):
system that has been failing us since the beginning of time.
Here we go, all right, shout out to revote. We'll
see tomorrow everybody else to people's choice mixes up. Next,
Let's go the breakfast club. Your mornings will never be
the same. Want to sleep great? Let matches Firm sleep
experts match you to your perfect mattress. I found mine.
Visit Matches Firm dot Com or a matches firm near

Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne the God. We
are the Breakfast Club. Now it's Women's Tooster Remop. We're
ripping today. Today we are ripping for Julie Greenwald. I
told you she's the chairman and CEO of Atlantic Records.
(01:27:06):
She also does a lot of charitable work outside of that.
You know, when I wanted to work and do some charity,
she hook me up with Dress for Success. When I
went to the Women's March, it was because she had
got a bus to bring some of her employees at
Atlantic Records to the Women's March, and she invited me
to come there. And she's very involved in that as well.
So I always admire somebody who not just does the work,
but does the work outside of their job. And she
(01:27:28):
started off in nineteen ninety two a deaf Jam Records,
and just a decade later she was named president of
Island Records. Not a lot of women held titles like
that at a major label. And here is what Julie
Greenwald has to say about three unwritten rules for being
in the industry. It's Women's History Month and we're celebrating
the most influential women in check out this phenomenal woman.
(01:27:50):
It's definitely a men's club, and they think the first
thing you have to do is just acknowledge it and
understand what you're working within, right, and not try to
you know, go, woe's me. I'm in the boys It's
a boys club. I can't get in. What you have
to do is you have to figure out how are
you going to work your way up inside of it? Right?
And so, um, you know, my thing was is I
(01:28:12):
found my own peers. Like Andre said, no, I was
not hanging out at the beginning with Andrea Russell and Leor.
They did not invite me to Barbados, Okay, But I
found my own peers, and I found my own crew
of people to network with and that I was growing
up with, that we could you know, commiserate rid have
fun with. And I found women, and I also found
(01:28:35):
men to befriends who were also going to become not
only my peers, but my you know, comrades in arms
as we were, you know, hopefully, you know, shaking up
the music business. So you really have to just you know,
not look at yourself and give yourself any kind of pity.
You have to say, hey, this is a situation I'm in.
How am I going to make the most of it?
(01:29:00):
And that was another phenomenal woman in history. All right,
So we are congratulating miss Julie Greenwall. Thank you for
being an icon in this business and in life. All right,
shout to Julie Greenwell. Now when we come back, we
got the positive note. Don't move. It's the Breakfast Club
the morning morning. Everybody is DJ Envy, Angela Yee, Charlomagne
(01:29:21):
the guy. We are the Breakfast Club. Now. Shout out
to Queen of Fool for joining us and her son
Supernova Slum for stopping Doro this morning. Yeah, important information.
And you know, I've been traveling a lot and I
have been off my game period. Usually when i'm home
I eat a lot better, but it's so much harder
when I'm all over the place. And that interview inspired
me to get back on it now that I'm home. Yeah,
(01:29:42):
go order you a copy of Sacred Woman Man. Queen
of Fool's book is celebrating twenty years this year. You
know a lot of people swear about that book, man,
so make sure you go grab a copy in it.
I'm actually about to do Queen of Food is Detox
in the next week or so. Yeah, I'm gonna start mine,
I think Wednesday. Well, now I'm gonna starting next week.
After I take my second shot, then I'll do it. Yeah,
I'm gonna get sexy for the spring. I see you
(01:30:04):
don't look over here like that. Why you got that
little sparkling y'alls like bay, you already sexy? I know
and v thank you. Don't let me tell the people
what you were watching this morning. I was watching my
homeboy who does pawn? Now I didn't know he did.
Point I was shot about the four hours straight, like
because I couldn't believe I'm watching this. My man shot
my guy. What size is the penis? Charlemagne? I mean
(01:30:25):
he's he's advertising that he's got above average penis is
eleven inches. He says, how do you know that? Because
he got it in his bio. He says he's in
the top five percent or what is it, the five
percent of people who got eleven inch penises. I was like,
Jesus Christ. Wow, it's unreal. But anyway it let's shout
out to him. I want to shout out somebody. But
now it feels awkward. But all right, well, saluted Julie
(01:30:51):
eight oh three. I didn't know you were doing poorn
now King, I saw it on you. I saw it
on Twitter's morn. I don't be on Twitter like that,
but saluted Julie eight eight h three. If I'm gonna
click on one of those videos just to see if
you're doing something to crank that Roy Crank that rod
was a song he had back in the day, I
want to see if he's tell you gonna click some videos.
I just want to see if he's if he's sleeping
to one of these women, will crank that Roy is
playing What's wrong with you? But um yes, I would
(01:31:14):
think he want to shout out somebody. You better not
shout out no kids right now. This this is a
bad second. You better shout ou out to who shouting
our kids? Who? Well, I was gonna say, I was
in New Orleans and I interviewed Kwando Rondo over the weekend,
so I just wanted to plug that. But it felt
weird after that plug so I'll talk more about it tomorrow. Okay,
listen to positive note is simply this, it's your reaction
(01:31:36):
to adversity, not adversity itself, that determines how your life
story would breakfast, finish. What y'all dumb
