Speaker 1 (00:01):
Every day.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Breakfast Club fish for y'all done morning.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
Everybody is the j Envy Jess Hilarious, Charlamagne the Guy.
We are the Breakfast Club. We got a special guest
joining us this morning. We have Queen or four.
Speaker 4 (00:15):
She's back.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
Welcome back, Thank you.
Speaker 5 (00:17):
I feel like this is a homecoming. I feel we're
feeling so happy to be here. They first want to say,
I love you all so much for supporting the work
of healing and romans for our community. Because whenever we
said we're coming on, everybody is here to the ground.
(00:37):
So just really want to just give you that gratitude
top of the out.
Speaker 4 (00:41):
I appreciate you.
Speaker 6 (00:41):
I talking about you yesterday with Debbie Brown.
Speaker 5 (00:44):
Debbie Brown, Oh god, I love her. Yeah. We have
a lot of interconnected relationships, all these medicine women and
medicine men. You know, it's a rise. I said, this
is the errors, is the rise of the healer. And
we all have different medicine and we can wreck agnize
each other's medicine that we're not lacking anything. You know,
(01:04):
you are the medicine of communication. So we come here,
we get the word out, then we know what to do,
where to go, how to heal. So I just want
to just say I'm just acknowledging all the different forms
of medicine and all this different way and it so happened.
I'm t happing to.
Speaker 4 (01:17):
See your face.
Speaker 5 (01:18):
Thank you, Principle than the medicine woman.
Speaker 6 (01:23):
You have the Ascension weekend that's coming up, and it's
twenty five.
Speaker 3 (01:26):
Ascension twenty twenty five.
Speaker 6 (01:27):
There's a three day cultural extravaganza that features personal healing activities,
live performances, wellness workshops, networking, and a holistic health expos
from August first to the third in Brooklyn. What is
the purpose of the Ascension of it?
Speaker 5 (01:40):
The Ascension is actually the work coming to life. There's
two bodies of work. This is my secret weapon. We
rolling here right quick, Yeah, wait till fright of rolling
here right quickly. We got the word. We're going to
be here because we're about bringing families into a state
of well being. Because we know we're all traumatized, we're
all broken, we're wounded, we're fighting amongst each other, you know,
(02:04):
so there's a lot of pain. So through sacred women.
The sacred is one hundred sacred women and Manhills I sself.
They're showing up from all parts of the country, some
from Canada, some from you know, just around the world,
and they're coming to Restoration. And I said, why are
we going to restoration, Because it's gonna be a three
day celebration. Make it a connection going back out in
(02:26):
the world to do work in our families and our community.
And so we're coming together to graduate them. But it's
going to be about art and drama because we all
have a dramatic traumatic story to tell. And through the
twelve weeks, manhiald ourself through twelve weeks, sacred women from
all different spiritual houses went through twelve weeks of transformation.
(02:47):
So we're coming here to show up to what it
looks like to behole. But you don't just get here
on a sension and be done. So Whenova says since
and maintain my aunts sustained, that means once you get
to that descended level, now you gotta work to keep it.
You know, once you get to your wealth, you gotta
work to maintain it. So it's once you get that
(03:08):
mental clarity, then you gotta work to keep that mental
clarity strong. So this ascension is to pull us all together.
And why Restoration I was Restoration came up when I
was coming up. It's riding heart of Brooklyn in that
building is a reason it's historical. I'm all bed there
and different times of my walk and journey, they've always
helped to support whatever I'm doing. So Restoration is about
(03:31):
us restoring. And on it's Friday, we're having a meet
and greet, but Saturday is Manhial byself and the men
are coming and gonna celebrate them and give the testimonies
because our men are in trouble. They're in trouble between
the high blood pressure, the prostate cancer, the early deaths,
(03:52):
all the charm they're going to keeping all that stuff in.
Speaker 6 (03:56):
The time because of stress.
Speaker 5 (03:58):
And then that's what the domestic violence comes when I
came to step in the world before, because there's a
lot of battle inside of the man and he's showing
it up in his females, woman and his family, and
it's just trauma upun trauma. And then Sunday we have
the women will come out and they'll show their dramas
and from depth to resurrection we begin to heal and
(04:21):
the work that they are to do their mission, and
the theme of everything I'm doing is a create a
healer in every family. Everyone must begin to take it on.
We're not stopping the medical profession. Continue seeing your physician,
but also claim nature. Our grandmothers knew what to do.
They use the different earths or different things. We just
(04:41):
got to bring that right back and then begin to
activate it as a way of life. Not when you
get sick, you're gonna take an earth, it's how do
you get well and then stay well? So that's what
this really is. A ministry and the bottom line I
asked the most hot and you know I got. I
was in the hall with the lobby here and I
was like looking and reading. I said almost high the artists,
(05:03):
why are you here? And I leave? You want my
sons because he's an artist. And I got clear that
the artist has the big piece of the medicine. People
hear the artists, but what is the artist saying? You know,
so we have I've been so So I looked on
the wall and I said, okay, I saw all these
(05:24):
great artists. I was reflecting, and why did the whole
whole world listen to them? And did? Because it's a
frequency and the energy that they have, and can they
get the message of wellness inside of that. So whenever
we hear that rhythm, because I my theme is the traps.
We got to get out these traps.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
What are the traps?
Speaker 5 (05:44):
What are some of the traps. There's domestic violence trap,
just say get out the track, relationship trap, drug addiction trap,
incarceration track, mental depression track, five boy tombs. Listening to
a hysterect me, there's a pipeline trauma, stress, financial traps,
(06:04):
marriage issues, prostag cancer. I mean, we just go on
and on and who's not in the chap? Yes, it is,
and you want to produce it because and you know
what I got a vision about. It was four days ago.
I got up at three thirds almost what are you
trying to show me? What you're trying to tell me?
And it really was, get out the chap. When you
(06:25):
come on this show, you got to tell me. We
got to get out the chat. We gotta we have
to galveize, you know I did. I called. The first
one I called is Laura London, my spirit, your daughter,
and I sent a little text to her at four
o'clock in the morning. I said, now when you wake up,
just take a look at this, I said, I gotta
come to La and we got we gotta do a
for production. I'm a drama queen, although I'm very quiet,
(06:47):
very remembering, because I took everyone's drama in. I've been
doing for fifty years, hearing pain and suffering every day,
but I don't feel the pain and suffering in me.
So somehow I got out of a lot of the traps, right,
So I had to like backtrack myself. How did I
get out these traps? But I'm gonna be a drama
queen and I'm gonna let all the traps get up
on me from this situation and that situation. And then
(07:10):
I said, wait, wait a minute, Super number has the
soundtrack to the traps. I said, drugs masquerading his food boom,
and I'm get the traps are on check as a whole.
That's a slam down boom. Then he got another one.
(07:30):
I am the shrine, I am the mic, and I
lose my mind and I'm on, I'm trapped. You go
see because I'm internal. But then I'm gonna be all external.
And I just got word from a gape from rever
Michael Beckwood. He said, it sounds good to me. Let's galvanized.
It's getting the medicine, women, medicine and troops together, and
(07:51):
that we bring it through art and music and dance,
and we will move ourselves while we're taking the juices
and the herbs and the teas, and while we're building
our wellness kitchen lab. That's why he's seven books. My
son Alas says, Ma, you have acyclopedia. I'm dropping. Im
gonna neave these books, and these are all medicine books.
(08:12):
Somebody in here needs the green. This matter of fact,
just came off the presence in Amazon. This is my
grassroots production. A main street tell.
Speaker 6 (08:20):
Us about some of them, queen.
Speaker 5 (08:22):
Because the food, it's seven of them, right, So I
got this is you know they're in the making. They
just dropped yesterday. You know I've been working there for
three years. But here it is.
Speaker 7 (08:30):
Congratulations. First of all, they just dropped yesterday. Congratulations.
Speaker 5 (08:36):
So food began kitchen. Now we all want to eat
that sweep potato pie. We want those greens, you know,
But it's how you do it so you don't hurt yourself.
Because the fast food industry, we just like it's in
the music, right, the fast food industry got us in
a strick bed, got to sit in shopping. I'm not
the name of no names, but I'm saying we're gonna
have to make the food more at home. We're gonna
(08:59):
have to do old school. We're gonna have to put
down our laptops and sit down as a family and
begin to eat together and discuss our freedom, talks in
our financial abundance and what we're gonna do as a
family to build bus. My family or my they're my
first team, age four, age six, and age eight. They
(09:20):
was on my squad.
Speaker 4 (09:22):
It was the four of us.
Speaker 5 (09:24):
So when we were the first one, my daughter came
in second lead series and then as Ali came to last.
They all have a part of the work man heal
of ourself and them heal of music, my dress. What
I'm doing as a family, my daughter with the wombworks
and the womb healing cause they're giving us his directomies
like this going out of style. Five board tumors or
(09:44):
ninety percent. When the book Second when came out, forty
five percent of black one had five bird tumors. Now
Here it is two thousand, twenty twenty five and nine
percent of Black one have five board tumors, which is
the pipeline to a hyst direct me. So my me
and my daughter been have major conversations and talks because
the book is coming out the random House next year.
Won't care Love. And then my youngest son, who kept
(10:06):
the formulas going, he's, you know, the clay for the
pain and the breath of life and the green light
for the brain, the memory, the energy, the master Hurbler,
break the addiction. So it's a whole world and it's
time for to come out now. So the books are
part of it.
Speaker 6 (10:23):
What does the live kitchen and rejuvenation kitchen back?
Speaker 5 (10:26):
Thank you? That's why put me back. What's your sign cancer? Okay,
that's good because that's why you help your people. Okay.
The MMO green, the immogreen is all about chlorophyll. The
more chlorophyll, the more the brain, the juvenation chlorophyll is.
It is a plant based from the sun. There's photosynthesis.
It goes into the plant and we become sudden light energized.
(10:51):
So it's a cancer. It's a high blood pressure will
bring it down. So you may just do a twenty
four hour green day on avocados in lime water and
two green salads. And a green vegetable soup and some
lime of lime of beans. Are you know, split Page,
you're just in all herbs. Two or three days of that,
your pressure will go down, your energy will build up.
(11:13):
So what I put it is I put recipes, I
put concepts, I put prayers, I put movements, I put affimation.
So that's the immo green. Who in the building is
the imm of green? Right now, I'm to drop that
over to you, okay, I'm gonna lead the books, okay.
Speaker 7 (11:26):
And then when you not because you when you when
you were just saying something about fibroids right there, you
were just saying that.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
Right. So I just had a baby. She's eleven months.
Speaker 7 (11:35):
Old, right and now, and I find after I had her,
mischiels have been crazy right from the seven eight sometimes nine?
Speaker 5 (11:46):
Okay, right okay? And is what you're eating? What are
you eating? Okay? That's what that's where it is. Just
what we put in our mouth is what trading what's
in our womb. Yeah, but it's not just that, what's
in our thoughts and what's in our feelings, it's eating
up at us and that's what creates the heavy bleeding.
So the bleed is that's the pipeline. Once you get
(12:07):
the bleeding can lead to blood transfusion because you use
so much blood to you get week. So we got
to stop that. All the sacred women who go through
the twelve weeks, the detoxification, the all women who going
through the womb yoga, all of that, their mintill flow
every month goes down one day less and one day less.
So then after a season of you cleanse and say
(12:28):
you started right now, and then time it gets to October,
your minchell flow will be down four days right, and
we won't. It won't be a crash shift. It would
just be okay, cut this out less less meat or
no meat, no fried, no dry, no GM. We're just
talking to the studio Roger and that we're saying GMO.
We become a GMO people. I say, can I get
a watermelon with some season it? Can I get that?
(12:51):
Can I get some grace with some season? I have
not seen a sea grape for the years, oh long time,
long time. Lemons limes seas taken out. That means it's
out real food, it's man made. So we got to
shift because that's so that's why you have the heavy
bleeding go to tumors.
Speaker 4 (13:08):
Yes, and also the cramps.
Speaker 5 (13:10):
It's all connected. If I don't please okay, okay, one one,
when I have, you're gonna drop that off to you.
We can live to you now. Woomb fruit up wom
fruit jellup is gonna build up your blood. I have
this blueberry, BlackBerry, raspberry, strawberry, cranberry that's in the bag.
(13:32):
It's in the bats.
Speaker 6 (13:35):
To stop the pork.
Speaker 5 (13:37):
Well, then you know what, No, she can't stop the
pork until she gets the master herbal. When she gets
it's in the blood. We gotta clean out the blood
and stuff is passed down. Stop messing with her. It's
in the blood. So when we clean out the blood,
then all of a sudden said, wait a minute, hold week,
it's going to buy it. I didn't have any meat
or I didn't have any you know, maybe beef, or
I didn't have any And so over a season, the
(13:59):
more we get that, that's that's dandelion, that's our foulfa,
that's that clover. The blood cleansers because the addictions are
passed down through our DNA. It's passed down through the
blood line. So whatever your mother and father was eating
conception that's you, and then you eat it throughout your childhood,
your teenagehood and adult. It's not as easy to break addictions.
(14:22):
And you know, it's just it's the same as sugar.
You can't break the sugar addiction, and all the food
is laced with sugar, so it keeps us in this
this rat race of toxicity. That's called what the track.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
Talk about alcohol though as well, like what.
Speaker 5 (14:39):
Alcohol is because people alcohol is because morning alcoholic to
get your day going. We're not naming no names. You know,
they're always pointing something, but you know what that.
Speaker 4 (15:04):
You know what that is?
Speaker 5 (15:06):
Well, you know right now this is this is a
group of consultation. That's an invention.
Speaker 2 (15:12):
Isn't too much for me?
Speaker 5 (15:17):
But you know what, well, that that's really depression. That's
that's that's pain, that's numbing. You gotta number something is disturbing.
It could be a relationships, a relationship traps, so you
don't want to feel it. Parent so you don't want
to feel it. So you're gonna have something to have
you just to cope. So you start having a coping
mechanism becomes normal. It starts off easy, and then you
(15:39):
know you're not a little said about this. I made
a phone call, the text all that, and over time
it east way at the soul, east at the spirit
and gets more depression. So one toxic actions into a
deeper toxic action. Just like one wellness action, he's into
a another wellness action. So we can get out of it.
We need help as far as I'm concerned. You know,
the Credit has a master plan for our lives. We
(16:00):
can come out of these sicknesses. You have been letting
me come here for a long time, but you know
I'm thinking about Beverly Barn called me up during a
pandemic and she said, Queen Black Groserroy. She said, we
don't know what to do, we don't know how to
do it. Could you please help us? I said, okay,
So I figured she'll call me a you know, a
week or two. I said, when you want me to
come on two days from now? Boom what okay? It's
(16:21):
like that, And I was ready. She put the music on.
She said one hour when I was finished. I looked
at the clock. One hour later, boom, I'm done. The
music came back. After that, she called me. We stuck
together for five months. Wow, and we and we and
in her social realm. We did a twenty one day
DT I did as a gift. I want to give
this that as a gift to the breakfast club twenty
(16:44):
one day de talk to our people.
Speaker 6 (16:47):
We're gonna do that before you leave. But I want
you to tell us what the live kitchen is to
oh the live, well.
Speaker 5 (16:51):
The live First. I want to give art and praise
are out of Panama. We came here about forty five
fifty years ago. I gave him LINEX massage and he
brought live foods to our black community in Brooklyn. The
live cakes, the live PIDs, anybody know back in the day,
the live meals. It was just wonderful and we all
came in his apartment. We powered in there. So I
(17:13):
dedicated and I said, I want to honor him as
a healer, because I'm always honoring the heelers. Doctor Sabi,
thank you as the doctor after thank you, poor libation
for them, because you know the shoulders we stand on.
Of course, m Hotel, you know the mama who brought him.
Speaker 4 (17:27):
In the world.
Speaker 5 (17:27):
But so live foods is connected to the green immigreen
immigrant is all green and supernova. When he was seventeen,
I put him. I sent him out of New York
City so he wouldn't get shot to death in the street,
right right, No, So I said, okay, because you know
he's all flashing. And but you know, I said, so
(17:48):
anybody who came back with again right on the streets. Yes,
he came back. What did you come back and give me?
Speaker 2 (18:02):
I overcame my addiction to process sugar. I correlated my
process my my sugar addiction came from my hurt with
my father that was dealing with substance abuse, crack cocaine.
So mother's the healer, father's the killer. And then so
I knew early on that I'm meaning I'm a vegan,
(18:25):
born and raised vegan. But why am I eating all
this sugar? Because I was sad because because of his condition,
so he was on the crack which suffocates the oxygen
flow to the brain, and I'm doing the same thing
with the process by sugar. And so I remember my
mother used to give me like the green life, like
the grains, the various micronutrients, the corella, the spillina of
(18:47):
the weak rass off for the downa line in different
degrees when I was smaller, you know, So that's why
we were nutritionally deficient. You know, a lot of people
like your kids look normal because she made sure that
she was very nutritionally uh heavy with us, making sure
that we didn't have those gaps, so we didn't have
a lot of the sicknesses a lot of the kids had.
But when I made the correlation, I realized that I
(19:09):
needed to overcome. I needed to heal myself and my
addiction to that processed sugar. My skin was breaking out,
had low energy, depressed, and so I took a gallon
of water. I put a tablespoon of each of the
greenients I mentioned the file for the dental line, the corilla,
the sparrellene of the whak grass, and some ginger also
helps the digestion. I took it in a gallon, and
(19:31):
seven days of doing that a gallon of water every day,
I noticed my cravings disappeared because I had all that
fresh action coming back into the blood. Right, that's what
the chlori does. It restores the ouctionen to the blood.
So it does the opposite that the sugar does. You know,
the sugar biochemically, sugar naturally and sugar cane is good,
but when you heat it up, it becomes an addictive substance,
(19:52):
and that's what cuts the oxygen flow to the brain. Right.
So once I did that for seven days, I noticed
that I had more energy, my skin cleared up, my
addiction went away. And so when I came back from
down South and she used to have her twenty one
day fast and shuttings, she had a testimony with everybody
that you know that I was now considered myself a chlorophylion,
which was it's in a lineage of being a vegan,
(20:15):
but it was more fake. Was focused on the greens
to more foods because I've recognized that the sun, right,
I've recognized that the amino acids in the in the
chlorophild protein builders, helped to build the body, but it
also detoxes, you know. So that so seventy percent of
my eating was basically chlorophilic foods. And that's how I
(20:35):
was able to restore myself and get rid of my addictions,
because I said in that discipline, you know, so you
can ask your question over yeah, yes, sir, real quick.
Speaker 6 (20:43):
You you said that you started eating the sugar because
of your father, your father's addiction. Now was it because
of his addiction or because he wasn't there for you
like he needed to be as a father.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
It was all of that was it was. It was
just so so the sweetness, right, the sweetness, the wanting
to you know, the comfort of feeling in those moments
when you're eating a lot of sweets, you feel good.
I feel satisfied, right and so, but I just made
a correlation. So I mean, like, wait a minute. You
know I'm doing it too much. You know, I'm overdoing it.
I'm you know, eating all the vegan snacks plus just
(21:17):
regular junk. But I made the correlation. I said, why
am I always doing this? You know? And I thought,
I thought about my father and him and what he
was going through, and I started to really reflect, like wow,
you know, him not being there, him going through his
own rights of passage. This is how I'm kind of
fulfilling that void, you know, and it is doing more
detriminond to me than helping me. And I need to
(21:39):
transform this. So that that's why I made that call.
Speaker 6 (21:41):
I'm glad you said that, because men never we never
discussed our daddy issues. That's why I love Kendrick song
father time off his you know, mister moral in the
big step, because men be having issues with their father too,
like we want our dad to show up in a
certain way, and when they don't, it does affect us.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
Perfect To get point, brother and doing the whole point
of the man Hill that self celebration this weekend with
the second Woman is to commemorate these brothers that went
through the twelve week rites of Passage right inspired by
this book.
Speaker 4 (22:09):
Right.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
The first chapter Manhial Thyself, the wellness Warriors, God is Self,
Mastery deals with forgiveness, and the first chapter is a
family of Unity and Wealth. Right, So we tell the
men that in order to tap into the wealth of
your family, right, you must unify yourself. And the first
thing with the first assignment we give the brothers is
(22:31):
to write a forgiveness letter to their fathers because, like
you said, Charlamage, a lot of ben had these issues
with the fathers. And right, the forgiveness letter from the
from the point of going into the meditation, from the
from the wounded child, you know, and from the five
year old or the ten year old or the fifteen
year old that felt neglected. And the letter is just
to you, the journal and just to forgive yourself for
(22:53):
not maybe having the strength to maybe deal with the
neglect and deal with the disconnect at the time. And
like you said, rather when men are not able to
process that, that unprocessed check energy just goes and it
travels over time and then we just implode. And that's
a lot of our men, right. And so the whole
spirit of man heal thyself is to encourage men to
(23:14):
be well warriors of wellness. So like to fight, use
the same fight that we fight every day to hustle
and get money and do we have to do to survive.
Imagine using that same type of protocol for yourself, right
and going within and doing the work holistically to break
yourself holding in, you know. And so the first step
is forgiveness. You know, a lot of times, you know,
(23:36):
we don't forgive. We just I'm not gonna forgive that.
I'm just gonna keep going. And eventually we we become
deficit because we don't. Right. So that's the first thing
we want to do is to encourage men to restore that,
you know.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
So that's what that's how do you get the men
that come into your space to be like vulnerable because
I think you know, men want to heal and all
the things, but it's different when you're actually there, like
I'm with all these other people and I have to
do it.
Speaker 2 (23:58):
Yes. So what works out the manhal lies, sul rights
and passions is that you know, it's a no judgment zone.
You know, we have men from all walks of life
that come and we just we allow men just to
communicate what has been on his heart without any judgment.
Because when a man has the space to just communicate
without any judgment, he's his authentic self, that's right, right,
(24:19):
And then he's around other men that are also using
testimony of what this is, what I went through men,
I went through that too. So now you have a
camaraderie of men that have shared experiences from different backgrounds,
and they're able to really express themselves in a way
that allows them to begin the healing process. And so
every seven days we give brothers holistic wellness challenges to
do when we're not information together, and then we come
(24:42):
back together and we build on that. You know, what
were you able to do these assignments? How was those
questions able to open up for you? How are you
doing your morning rituals and your movement meditation which i'll
call exercise. This is the different challenges we give these brothers,
and we find that the more they able to share
and then go out from us and do the work
and come back and report that work, that creates that
wellness mind, you know. And so now you're around other
(25:03):
men that are doing the work, you know, in real time,
and so that's that's what allows them to open up.
Speaker 7 (25:09):
And then it's just it just takes that one brother
to come up to break the ice, absolutely right, and
then after that everybody absolutely right.
Speaker 2 (25:16):
Yeah, yeah, I know.
Speaker 5 (25:17):
That it's okay to communicate because men are trained to
just you know, hold it, hold it in, don't show
that you're vulnerable, don't show that you're suffering in pain.
So that's why I see men. I remember it was
just a month ago a brother, he had a heart attack,
a stroke, and he did put a stint in so
that the blood can flow to his heart. And he said,
(25:40):
if he did not, because at the doctor at the
hospital one day later, he would have not been here.
And so when he sat down with me with his
wife and I was telling him things he needed to do,
and he said, I'm going to have to live on
this medication for the rest of my life. I've been told,
So I said, no, nature can help you and guide you.
So then he began to cry, I want to be
(26:01):
here for my family. So it takes a lot of
shifting and working because we are addicted. The system has
set up addictions on all levels, and we're all numbing out.
And all the numbing is why we're doing this ascension.
I went to Savi's Day and I really I needed
to go, and I went because that was another liberation
(26:23):
front for our people. And so Savings Ascension is like
Saviors Day. Wow, That's how I see. And so having
that that means that we all can come together from
different spiritual houses, though different walks of life, different economic levels,
different levels of healing. Those who are just starting out
have no clue, and those who know what to do
(26:44):
and their healers inactive, and we all come together to share,
to grow, to heal, to bond, to make shifts in
our families. So it can be done strategically. Every one
of us goes back into our home as we're going
along the way the journey, and we're shifting our homes.
Our kitchens are becoming healing laboratories. So what your mate
(27:07):
is depressed, angry, there's a tea for that, there's a
soup for that, there's a salad for that, there's a
juice for that. It's in The medicine is in the food.
Like we look in the wrong way. The medicine is
in the food. You say I have pain, will have
turnip juice. You said I'm stressed out, have celery. May
put that into your soup. I have an infection. You
(27:28):
scallions and onions and garlic. So it's a lot of
things we already have in our kitchen lab. We just
have to know how to use it and have the conviction,
because we could go right past our medicine if we
cannot recognize it. But then we also have the bathroom.
It's not a bathroom, that's the hydro therapy room. That's
where you can distress. If you have mental issues, emotional issues.
(27:49):
You run a bath. You soak in that tub. That
stress is contress, it's constricted. You just circle in the water.
You go to the ocean and just let it go.
Speaker 3 (28:00):
I wanted to know, you know, and don't take it
as disrespect. Do you ever feel guilty when I mean guilty?
You see so many people that pass away with so
many different things.
Speaker 5 (28:10):
Do you ever feel guilty.
Speaker 3 (28:11):
So like sometimes like I wish I would have been
able to put my arm around them. I wish I
would have been able to talk to them. I wish
I would have been able to get to them. Do
you ever feel that way because you talk about helping
so many people, but there's so many people that could
have been helped if they would have started a long
time ago. Does that ever pass through yet?
Speaker 5 (28:26):
All the time? Every time and I said, I wish
they would have known me because I walked down and
she'd be saying, oh, Queen, Remember I remember, I couldn't
conceive it, and I haven't been remember when I had
candser I have. I was walked down and I'm just
going to the bank. I'm going to the grocery store.
Speaker 6 (28:39):
So you've reached out to me about people, I said,
you've reached out to me about people.
Speaker 5 (28:44):
Like Well, I was in Atlanta and some for one year,
nothing but CEOs came to see me every month, and
I took them three days three day intensive we were
Erika Ford was one of the first ones. And she
she didn't hide anything, She filmed everything, and I gave
her a kid bush. She filmed that and all this
mute is just poured out of her. One time, I said,
(29:05):
that's the that's the respiratory, that's the shortness of breath,
that's this. And I just kept giving her the new chance,
the herbs and everything, and she was able. And that's
on and on. So, yes, I do feel every time
a great one or just a community person, or I
feel everything.
Speaker 3 (29:21):
So I held so many stories about somebody having a
stroke or heart attack at a young.
Speaker 5 (29:24):
Age, or yeah, and it's unnecessary.
Speaker 3 (29:26):
Cancer or they have all these things. By the time
they find out about it, it's usually too late.
Speaker 5 (29:33):
Well, you know what. The ones that get to when
you're at the end of the road, that's when people
come see me, when they've tried everything, and I'm able
to get them, I'm maybe to catch them a most
time they had. One time I asked, he said, so
what do you really do for people? I said, I
catch them. I catched them right at the point where
they have nothing else to do. They can't go any
other place. They've tried everything. Nature doesn't fail. It's not me,
(29:54):
it's nature. I just know how to pull nature together,
whether it be breath, movement, prayer, after meation, the food,
the juices are. I know what can put together, and
I can read. I read the people. I read them
energetically through their elements. We are literally elementals. So when
you can see what's happening in your respiratory element and
then you take the right food, juice in herbs, it's
(30:15):
a holyst of prescription. So this moment right here, in
this sacred space is an example. You will allow me
to speak to more people, so people will heal each other,
because it's not one heeler. It's never gonna be one person.
It's going to be all of us galvanizing and not
(30:37):
crabs in a barrel, not willly lynch, but being able
to recognize and move together. So what I've been thinking
all every day is how to bring all that injury together.
So the channel came here at the breakfast club. Let's
have breakfast together. Let's have a real breakfast. My son,
chop up something, make a juice, and here we all
go twenty one day. And what will that do for
(30:59):
them masses? He would be a mass not mass incarceration,
but mass freedom, holistic freedom because of food is violent.
What we're taking is causing a heart attack. That's violence
causing a stroke. That's violent history. That's violence. Losing your
baby at midstream on the fourth month, that's violent acts.
Attracting toxical relationships, that's causing more violence. If we would
(31:22):
put this as a test and through the voice of
this work right in this circle, I feel this circle,
and I know that we would hit the masses. And
when someone that we would want to be on this
planet leaves like that or baltily, they will say, wait
a minute, that detox, Wait a minute, kitchen lab, wait
(31:44):
a minute, that hydrotherapy room. I have some tools that
I can use. Wait a minute, that juice with seventy
five percent liquid. If we knew that, Okay, your lungs
are out, then you take two scallions, all right, drop
that in the juicer. Don't care your blood is toxic. Okay,
drop some greens in the in the because that will
clean out the blood or the berries. Say your circulation
(32:08):
is off, your kidneys are failing, so you can use
some cucumbers or some water cress and just just making
a juice every single day. But then all this, all
of a sudden, you said, wait a minute, I don't
need that meat or less of it. I'm not taking
that fried food. It is clogging up and give me
a heart attack and a stroke. I'm not taking that
sugar that's causing me to have rage and stress and
(32:28):
off to right its aches and pains. Listen, I'm in
my seventies and I do yoga. You know your the
little young girls twenty and thirty, these are my students.
And they said, Queen, you just out yoging us. And
I know I'm nothing. I'm knowing special. I think we
all have it. It's just a consistency. What happened when
we get better, we don't stick with it? Yeah, you
know we fall off. We think we did it. Benyon
(32:49):
done that, and I know Beny had done that. I'm
still healing myself now. I'm healing myself every day for
I've walked out the day and said, oh the ooper
said okay, let me get some green life right now,
right quack in the system, and I got some cherries
in my bag. I'm saying that it's a real life
and if you really want, it's a lifestyle. If you
really want the real life. And I would charge everyone
(33:12):
in this circle to be the front leaders. And then
you say Okay, you know what these seven days, this
is what happened to me, and testify. This is what
happened in my family, and this is what happened. I
don't have that pain now, and this is what happened
my bones and my joints, my knees, my this because
you are ever loves you and everyone respects you. So
(33:32):
we won't hear so many people saying, my so and
so is about to lead then critical they'll know that
there's a there's a place that showed them away.
Speaker 6 (33:43):
Oh, I want to ask you a question, right, Supernovah said,
he referred to his his father is a killer and
you is the healer. Why were you not able to
catch him?
Speaker 5 (33:53):
You have to want it, you can't. I never impose.
I never forced, even if someone's close to me, I show,
I demonstrate our help. I'll serve, I'll run the bath,
I'll make the juices, I'll put the clay pack on,
I will do all the work. I love it. But
if one doesn't really want it, there's a resistance. Because
(34:17):
when you come with anyone, you're not marrying just that
human being. You're marrying a family. You're marrying the stress
of the family. You're marrying the pain of the family.
You're marrying the DNA trauma drama. You're married four hund
years of shadow slavery. You're marrying all the inconsistencies. And
that's what you're really marrying. That's why our families have
(34:39):
to come together and heal, because it's not just a
man and a woman who close the door. Yeah, it's
all that. And I know that's why most I sit
me up to Harlem on Tuesday do yoga meditation for
to fight domestic violence, and those women and they are healing.
And I was getting shout out to stephan of raw
for warm We all really matter because it's really going
(35:01):
to take, you know, shout out to Erica Ford for
stopping the gun violence. But when I was in Atlanta,
Stephanie McGraw was on one end and Erica Foe was
on the other end, and they brought their team for
the healing so that their team could help the community.
So it's a spiraling out. So the leadership has got
(35:25):
to heal. I have three pastors going to meet me
next month, they said, and they all these are female pastors,
and one from Baltimore, one from Harlem, one from Brooklyn.
I said, so you're coming for your personal healing. Okay?
She said yes. I said, you know about your congregations?
She said, you mean if I learned this. So I
have a training, and this is called the GREENLIGHTE Detox
(35:48):
Coach Practitioner Training. It's a twelve week training. It starts
in September. So I would re cover one hundred and
three diseases from soup to nuts. What to do for everything?
I tead you I to do a twenty one day
detox for your group, your congregation, your spiritual house, your circle,
your community. I teach you how to do consultations and
energy reading so that you know exactly what I'm talking about.
(36:10):
The books are included. The books are the Soul Food
Vegan Kitchen, the heel Is Unity Kitchen, the Fastest Detox Kitchen,
the Liberation Soup Kitchen, the Manifestation Lunch Kitchen, and the
Sun Food Kitchen. The performers are included. The green Light
for your nutrition and your brain, your memory, your immune system,
clay for eggs and paints, the Breath of Life for
your lung. This is fifty years I'm gonna walk in
(36:33):
holistic hospital. I know exactly what to do because the
credit gave it to me because I was so sick,
and that's why I'm so convicted. I said, if I
can get out of my sickness as a sixty year
old with arthritis with bedrooten PMS, your pmis have the
level I was on. I was like death's door every month.
(36:54):
And then with the asthma, the allergy is an exam
and all that stuff going on is sleep apne and
I got out of that in twenty one seventy eight
days of detoxing my life.
Speaker 7 (37:07):
So when's the last time you've been to the actual hospital?
When's the last time what you've been to the actual hospital?
Speaker 5 (37:15):
And when I have my children, the hospital's in my house,
Right's yeah? But a hospital, yeah, right?
Speaker 7 (37:23):
Because what I want to say, what would you say
to people that are scared to go to the hospital,
Right because even when I was pregnant with my daughter,
I was scared to have her in the hospital. Even
like after I had her, you know, like with the issue,
I just said, you know, marcaa mess and everything. I'm
scared to go to the hospital because I just don't
know if they're going to put me on a medicine
that messes up something else. Right, you go to the
(37:46):
hospital and to get prescribed drugs or whatever, prescribe medicine
or whatever. You take that for one issue, and then
it creates another issue. So then you have to go
back months later to be prescribed something else for something
else that messes up something else.
Speaker 4 (37:58):
So what do you say to people that are.
Speaker 7 (38:02):
Afraid of actual clinics and urgent cares in hospitals and ers.
Speaker 5 (38:08):
M This is such a cross work, what conversation. I'm
gonna watch my words, I'm gonna do my breath. I'm
in a state of meditation. I'm in a trance because
may your next move be your best movement, your next statement.
This is what I'm gonna say when someone comes to
see me. I say, continue seeing your physician, but take
(38:32):
on a holistic lifestyle for real. I'm gonna lay out
exactly what you need to do from time you wake
up to the time you go to sleep. When you
go back to your physician after a month, they're gonna
cut back on your medication. Go do another twenty one days.
They're gonna cut back. By the time you get to
the twenty or twelve weeks, they may cut it out.
Or say you got that surgery was thinking about giving you.
(38:54):
We're seeing that you have been, but we don't know why.
There was a doctor that we connected, doctor Burnish Shelity,
thirteen years ago. We connected because so many of her
patients were getting better. And she asked a question. She said,
right in Brownsville, I'm Brooklyn Crown heighs. She said, why
is this what is going on with your us improving?
And she said, well, I want to see Queen the fool. Okay,
(39:15):
why you improved? It would be this issue, that issue.
I would to see Queen the food. I did it
twenty one day. I started to change my lifestyle. I
started to really get serious and just kept going. And
so she she said, I want to meet her, and
I wanted to meet this medical job. I wanted just
to work together. We did a clinical test of my
detox my products at her clinic. Said that when you
can get the allopathic medicine and the holistic medicine and
(39:39):
you can bring them together, it's called you respect, because
sometimes somebody may come and do they could take all
your formulations and all that and get all the information
and they gonna have and have fried chicken. They gonna
have their handy aams with the sugar in it, and
they're gonna have your kool aid, and they will have
all the stuff that's gonna hurt them, and they're gonna say, well,
I did a little green life that. So they're still
(40:01):
in the hands and the clutches of the disease. So
they're going to need some of that medication because that's
so because they're not the bodies are soaked toxic after
twenty thirty forty years of sickness, they're gonna need to
have both in some cases, but many times you probably
don't need that anymore, because that's why you're saying this
out loud right now. What you need is the wellness.
And I definitely want to give you the service because
(40:23):
you are going to tell the other women, because the
black women are suffering in silence and history rections is
becoming the norm because you have and you know when
it's the three things, when you have heavy beating and clotting,
when you have a long ministry flow, when you're throwing
up and all that, and you have a fibud to
one top of it, and the minstress is seven days,
(40:44):
that is a sure pipeline I wrote it all out
inside booth. They're gonna by the time you're forty or
forty five. The doctor said, have you had a child?
You have a child, kaids, why don't go ahead get
a hysterectomy, as if that's going to solve anything. There's
a whole nother line of issues that come even after
the history. And the women are bewildered because they're saying,
I get in to his record and I'm still feeling hurt.
(41:06):
I'm hurting, and it's like a big gap. But I'm saying,
for those who have a history record, we don't have
no shame. Just put the clay pack on the cast
of all pack in virtual body. One of the women
who's domestic violently abused, she told me yes, and she said, Queen,
I'm doing so much better. My heart just blossom for her.
She says, I'm loving on myself and I'm not allowing
(41:27):
certain conversations to happen anymore, and I'm just inverting. And
it's times she come I give her a green life
and to do the breathings to encourage her. So now
she's changing her diet, her lifestyle, and her frequency is
shifting and her attitude. She says, I'm not going to
go back to that violent home. I'm not going to
because we know we repeat with repeaters. You go back
into the jail conster rations, we go back into the toxicola,
(41:48):
we go back to the toxic food, because we're in
the trap. But I have figured out how to break
the trap. What you put in your mouth and your
relationships around you will help break that trap. That's why
I had the workshops. That's why I work with groups.
I work with groups because we heal each other too.
But even having a conversation out loud, because a lot
(42:09):
of times we don't even speak. We just silently live
with it as if that is a life sentence. Sickness
is a trap. It's a life sentence if you don't
know how to get out of it.
Speaker 4 (42:21):
Do I gotta stop smoking.
Speaker 5 (42:23):
Let me tell you, let me tell you something. I'm
gonna do it. I'm not going to make you stop
to do it. I'm not going to I'm going to
just give you your master. Herb will take that to
two cups a day a month from now. I me
and my brother. My brother was a chain smoker. May
he rest in peace. He got.
Speaker 6 (42:43):
Continue a cigarettes, marijuana, and he liked to smoke.
Speaker 5 (42:49):
It was cigarettes. Oh no, I know, I'm just saying,
but even the marijuana is saying I'm unhappy about something.
You got a lot going for you, but it maybe
they have ten percent that one thing that just eats
at your spirit. And the only way out you feel
right now is if I got to get somethings to
soothe my spirit. But after a while, if you made
(43:12):
it a tea, that might be a different story. But
it's not a tea. You're smoking it, and that's what
impacts your respiratory system. So you have just watched what
you ingest and how you ingest. So I would lay
out your breakfast, your kindom or flush your liquid breakfast,
your solid breakfast, your liquid lunch, your solid lunch, your
liquid dinner, your solid dinner. When the sun goes down,
(43:35):
liquified intimate fasting. In twenty one days, your mom would
be clear, your energy be up, and you'll be so
at peace with your spirit, and that woumb would be healed.
Speaker 6 (43:46):
Benefits to marijuana, there's no medicinal benefits of marijuana.
Speaker 7 (43:49):
It's never it is.
Speaker 6 (43:51):
Well.
Speaker 5 (43:51):
I'm not here to debate it because you know I'm
just saying you won't need so much because people are
really doing it. It's not they're not using for medicine.
An oftentimes they're using to sue their nervous system because
they're traumatized, right, They're traumatized from how they was raised.
They're traumatized from this system, the systemic system. They're traumatized
to racism on the job. One woman says, you know
(44:13):
I work in She worked in corporate massa. She was
I met she was seventy eight. She took my old
class two weeks ago. She said, Oh, I got out
of corporate work, and I feel like my whole self
I'd have to be two personalities. So even to have
two personalities, that's going to mess your spirit up because
you're going to suppress your real nature. So when she
leaves the job, now all of a sudden, she's this out.
(44:34):
But when she was this, she had to be something
else and someone else and be dictated to and told
what to do. You know, so a lot of the
things we have to do self inventory, right and say
what is it that we really want to accomplish in
this healing? Lay out your plan this the credit has
a plan for us and so layout with is it
mental issue you got to heal up. Is it emotional
(44:56):
issue you have to heal up? Is it financial? It's
all these traps that we're in. Which trap are you in?
Identify that and then take the journey with me. Once
you take the journey with me, you're gonna be the
Trap's gonna just drop off your shoulder, drop off your lap,
drop out your life, your household. Now some things in
your house are gonna change. Some relationships that you have,
they're not gonna be there anymore. So you gotta be
(45:17):
prepared to let go of whatever that trap is, or
some relationships will be healed up and resolved. So all
of it is a lifestyle. And once you get on
the lifestyle, so the Greenlight Detox training is twofold. It
heals you, and then it heals everybody in your community.
My work heals me. If I decide I'm gonna come
(45:39):
off and have a normal what people call normal, which
is death. If I have a normal life, I would
not be here any further because my lungs is shut
back down. It's all waiting for me. It's it's already
set up through my bloodline, my bones. Would I would be,
you know, kind of limpid. I would not be able
to do what I'm doing. My mind would be leaving.
So this is what's happens because we are addicted, and
(46:03):
so this is an intervention. Right now, anyone who's listening
to this is recognized. Wait a minute, what kind of
trap am I in? Is dictating my health and my
well being? I went to a prison upstate to give
a hundred books that when the book myself came out,
and what brother said, I've been in here, I've been
here in twenty times. He's just that's his home. How
(46:25):
would he going his high five back again?
Speaker 6 (46:28):
A boyfriend in there with a boyfriend in the well.
Speaker 5 (46:32):
See, y'all got a lot of stuff going in here,
and I ain't gonna be to that. So we know
all our relationships are really us, you know. That's that's
another thing. I wrote a book called Impeccable Listening, and
(46:52):
I realized that all our relationships are us. And there
is a there's a book called It's All Me So,
and it's just the that's the name of it. You
open up, you see your mirror of yourself. That's it.
So when you argue you're married about your mother, you're
mad about your father, you're mad about your friends, you're
mad about your coworkers. Actually, days are reflections or whatever
you may be going through, and whatever's inside of you
(47:15):
shows up and this person, that person, this person, and
they don't stop. You know, when you're in the relationship
you think it's over, it's like, oh, that's over. I'm
done with that. I'm not gonna go through that again.
The next thing, you shake your hand to the next situation. Oh,
how you doing, I'm back in another trap of mom.
So if you don't have some quiet time inside yourself,
that's where the fastest kitchen comes in. If you don't
(47:37):
have even nighttime fast and when the sun goes down,
don't eat more. You go liquified. We seventy five percent liquid.
So when you get into a liquid flow, you get
into a harmonic flow, and then you don't keep attracting
and creating the same relationship over again. Women get in
with men. Ites are saying all of them are alike. No,
they're not alike. You alike, you're the same. You haven't
(48:01):
made that's necessary changes in your own life and your
own heart. Black men giving up on black women that
same thing what right, I see the vibe coming up
because you're mad about something. Okay, it's okay, honey, because
it ain't gonna happen again, because this conversation is gonna
shift everything.
Speaker 2 (48:19):
Period.
Speaker 5 (48:21):
You just just say period, one period. It is the period.
It's a new period. Now it's called one day. It's
called one day. Minstial flow. No pain, no stress, no
anxiety in your peace state, cause when you raise your frequency,
you don't have those issues. Even if the issues are
coming people. Someone say to me, queen, are you upset
(48:41):
with me? I said, I never got upset, man, I
forgot about what happened. Oh okay, really, because I'm not
holding onto that. I'm just learning from it. Because every
expense you've ever had, no life, it's a lesson. It's
a study your life. If you could study your life,
you could know who you are, what you are, why
you are, and say, wait a minute, what did I do?
Speaker 2 (49:00):
Then?
Speaker 5 (49:00):
Who was I in that relationship? That's what we're doing.
Say when one of the gateways, well, they're in the
gateway of my ant. There's also the b I tcch
because the B I TC comes because she will points
you to the shadow slave lot happened to us, right,
and we carry that over into next generation. And so
all that suppression and all that hurt and all that
(49:22):
violence makes us fight and fight each other and curse
each other out and go in the state of rage.
So I take the women and I say, okay, let's
clean out the heart. Let's clean out that emotion. And
there's a symbol, and the symbol is a feather. A
whole nation was based on a feather. What kind of
mystical people? Where are we? How are you gonna have
(49:44):
a whole system based on a feather of my aunt?
Because the feather represents your heart. If your heart is
broken or wounded, you'll create another broken wounded relationship in
another broken wounded relationship. And by the time you have
enough broken wounded relationships and you add on some fried
chicken and some some steak and some ride rice and
all that, you're clogged up with the rage. So that's
(50:07):
why you got go through a detox, a physical detox,
a verbal detox, a verbal detalk. Because we can curse
each other down, that's in the game of the Sacred woman.
The words you can actually what we I practice not
talking bad about my people, no matter what because that
is just as diseased as the foods. Rather than talk
(50:29):
bad about them, go help them.
Speaker 6 (50:30):
That's the hardest one sometimes, I'm I like to help them.
I love to be of service and I love to help.
But it is very hard.
Speaker 5 (50:37):
But you know why, because we're toxic.
Speaker 4 (50:40):
Like you said, people don't want it. So people don't
want it.
Speaker 5 (50:43):
That's okay. Somebody does want it, and you know what,
if enough of us want it, the greatness, the most,
the most blessing, then it will pour out and then
the ones who don't want Eventually, they may not hear
you directly, but they'll hear somebody in the class. They'll
read an article, they'll listen to the breakfast club. It
(51:04):
takes about three or four different experiences for someone to
wake up. It's not gonna be judge for what you're doing,
but it's going to.
Speaker 4 (51:09):
Be a ripper.
Speaker 5 (51:09):
When they are ready, the bloodgates open up for them
and they can all of a sudden, life starts to
change for them, and help starts to come, and relationships
start to get healthier. I've seen it all the time.
I see in my own life. You know, I have
so much to look forward at. The owner I get
the better I did, that's right.
Speaker 4 (51:25):
And no she ran over here to me, I was
like you seventy what running over here? That's right?
Speaker 6 (51:31):
I want to ask you something, super noval, because you
shared a post and it made me some queen of
force and made me think about it. You said, the
best revenge is to do nothing. The best revenge is
to do nothing. Have you always been able to operate
that way? Or did you have to learn that level
of forgiveness and letting it go, letting things go?
Speaker 2 (51:47):
Yeah? You had to. I had to learn that because
I realized that when you see, you know, the revenge
is in external action, right, And initially you may feel
justified by getting it right, but over time you realize
this ain't really adding up for me, Like you know,
(52:09):
I got my get back, but why am I still
feeling empty? And so when you make a correlation, I
think it's very important with healing in any situation, right,
the cause and effect. I'm here? How did I get here?
That's the question you ask yourself, how do I get
here right? And how do I feel now that I'm here? Right?
(52:30):
It's kind of like a reflection, you know, And then
when you keep asking those questions you're questing on right,
and then you find yourself going back within yourself and addressing, well,
how do I get to the place of the revenge?
How did I get to the place of feeling that I
needed to attract this situation to me? Now you got
you got your get back. But the more you go
within and you start to correct self, correct and move
(52:52):
some things around, you know, to really refitch yourself, then
the output is you start tracting things that reflect this shift.
Speaker 5 (53:01):
Right.
Speaker 2 (53:01):
So I start to look within and move some things around,
and then I realized that I stopped attracting situations that
I had to get back, get my get back to,
you know, and so I put the onus in that
I put the target became or the movement became. Going
within and really doing that and sitting in that more
allowed me to shift the things outside myself, you know,
(53:23):
to either repel, get them away from me right or
attract in a line in a line.
Speaker 6 (53:29):
Now, let's tell people where to buy the books and
where to get tickets for Ascension twenty twenty five, because
Queen of four will be hit till one o'clock. How
did they get the books?
Speaker 7 (53:41):
Queen?
Speaker 5 (53:42):
Okay, you can get the bus. This is a series
of seven is an Amazon. It just showed up, yes,
and thank you Kazi for making it happen. And so
those are the seven books you can get, and you
get it as a series because they prescriptions their hold
list of prescriptions. So you may just stay in the
soulful vegan kitchen and get that Southern soul food, that
Caribbean soul food, that Nigerian soul food, that Mexican soul
(54:04):
food because it all tastes texture and the Roman and
all of that. That's the soul of that family. So
that may you may be in the soul for So
you can get that Amazon and all the books at
different levels and different stages of your development. And then
your family members will one thing. You will say, you know,
I want to do the manifestation because I'm messing up
with my lunch. After lunch, most people are tired. They're
looking at the clock because they ate some heavy food
(54:25):
that can't even function after that. So the matthfication lunch
kitchen is suggestible health. And the soup kitchen is the
simplest one because you can make a pot of soup
and have a salad and green juice and a key
and you good to go. That can get you through.
As you're making your transition, you're letting go some of
those habits. So if that's Amazon, and then for your tickets,
you can go on queenifoid dot com and get your
tickets and Dona dot com.
Speaker 6 (54:48):
I do have one more question, my last question. What
does ascension on this realm look like to you?
Speaker 4 (54:55):
Wow?
Speaker 5 (54:56):
Ascension? Ascension? Maintain it is. Ascension is a daily practice.
It's every time you wake up, you get another moment,
another breath. They say, today, I'm gonna as sind today,
I'm gonna take myself to higher ground. Today, I'm gonna
let go of some of my toxic attitudes or words
or thoughts. Today, I'm gonna eat healthier today, I'm gonna
(55:18):
forgive my family members, my mother and my father. Today,
I'm going to ascend. So that's a practice or daily practice.
When we finally get to the group collective ascension, then
it's a mass ascension because we're actually seeing each other's reflection.
Like I'm in this space now and I'm going through
an ascension right here. When I came in, you greeted me,
(55:40):
he said, high Queen welcome bath. I'm okay, this is
my home. Oh my goodness, Dank. This is an ascension
of communication. So for me, everything we do can ascend
us to higher ground. We don't have to be depressed
about it. We don't have to numb out our lives.
We don't have to go in a corner feel like
nobody's understanding us. If you call on your ascension, just
(56:00):
speaking in your soul, say I want to send today.
Today is my day to overcome my pain, my sorrow,
my woundedness, my brokenness. I don't want that surgery. I
don't want I don't want this toxic relationship that I'm
living with. I don't want this poverty. I'm ascending today,
and some money is gonna come through, some goodness is
going to come through. Some shifts in the family is
(56:21):
gonna come through. Everybody's got to go through some level
of ascension or it's the purified dive.
Speaker 4 (56:29):
Come on, come on, yes, if you don't know.
Speaker 6 (56:37):
Come on. We love you, We love you, We love you, queen,
full value you, We appreciate you, super nova same. Please
(56:58):
keep holding off Queen down man protecting you mother. Thank y'all,
thank y'all, thank you, all, it's.
Speaker 2 (57:03):
The breakfast Club.
Speaker 6 (57:04):
Good morning, hold up every day a week, pass up
the Breakfast Club.
Speaker 2 (57:10):
Finished, y'all done,
