Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, thanks Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of
you for being with us.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Toll free our number. Hope you write it down.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
It is eight hundred and ninety four to one, Sean
if you want to be a part of the program.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Good news for everybody out there.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Nancy Pelosi announces she's going to be running for reelection,
according to her post on x formerly known as Twitter.
But more than now, more than ever, our city needs
to advance San Francisco values and further our recovery. Our
country needs America to show the world that our flag

(00:32):
is still there, and justice and liberty and justice for all.
That's why I'm running for reelection and respectfully ask for
your vote. Okay, she's now the oldest member of the
House of Representatives, among the oldest members in Congress overall.
Not exactly cognitively as sharp as she may think either.

(00:52):
I mean, we're now discovering this is a problem, you know,
in both parties with John Fetterman and Pennsylvania Feinstein, Joe Biden,
your President, Mitch McConnell more recently, although he's trying to
convince everybody nothing happened, nothing at all. It is not
a big deal. It's not out of the ordinary. I'm
not exactly sure I buy into that. The biggest news

(01:14):
to come out of this week, by far is this
CNN poll showing that fully two thirds of Democrats now
say that it is time to dump Joe Biden. Sixty
seven percent majority of Democrat Democratic leaning voters now say
it is very or extremely likely that Biden will again

(01:34):
be their party's presidential nominee, but sixty seven percent also
say the party should nominate somebody other than Joe Biden.
And if you just, you know, dig a little deeper
into all this, it gets far worse as it relates
to the Bidens. Because now, and this has been the
purpose all along, why have we been going into great

(01:56):
specificity and great detail into the Joe Biden and what
I'm calling the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations?
Because the evidence is becoming overwhelming and incontrovertible.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Will this poll.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
Weighs in on that, Based on what you have heard
or read, do you think Joe Biden did or did
not have any involvement in his son Hunter Biden's business
dealings in Ukraine and China while serving as Vice president
sixty one percent believed that he did. Well, it's not
even in question anymore. It should be one hundred percent
know that he did. Among those that think Biden did

(02:34):
have involvement, do you think Joe Biden's actions related to
his son Hunter and his business dealings in Ukraine and
China were illegal? Uh? Yeah, illegal sixty nine percent because
it's obvious none of.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
This was right.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
So one of the things that I've been the phrases
I've been using, this needs to get into the political
you know, consciousness and blame bloodstream where every Americans. And
by the way, this part has nothing to do with
whether or not criminal charges should be brought against Joe Biden.
That you can't indict a sitting president. And it's not

(03:12):
about Hunter anymore, you know, as much as you know,
the prosecutor was forced to follow through on these gun
charges and is going to have an arrest and then
arrayment of Hunter Biden. That is the low hanging fruit here.
But it has taken this long. It really began our

(03:33):
understanding of what happened in Ukraine during the Trump Ukrainian impeachment.
That's how far back this goes, because it was during
that time when Democrats were talking about, you know, quid
pro quos that I kept saying that the real quid
pro quo with Joe happened in Ukraine when he admitted
on tape for the Council of Foreign Relations that he

(03:54):
had leveraged the billion to get a prosecutor investigating Boris
Maholdy fired. That's the same Bearisma that his son, who
admitted he had no experience, was being paid a fortune for.
And then we now have an even more specific timeline
that shows that five days before Joe did that, four

(04:14):
or five days he was meeting and talking with Hunter
and Bearisma executives when they were in Dubai, they called Joe.
And if we could ever get a hold of these
pseudonym emails, we believe they are emails that will show that,
in fact, that Joe Biden was sending his son Hunter
very specific information. Now, his son at the time, as

(04:35):
an admitted addict, did he have any type of security clearance?
And why is he sending him anything related to to Ukraine?
Why was he meeting with all of these Rosemond Seneca
partners of Hunter Biden, Why were they going to the
White House? Why did he lie to the American people repeatedly,
never once discussed these issues with his son or brother

(04:58):
or anybody for that matter, of foreign business deals. You know,
why isn't there widespread outrage and indignation at the level
of lying, because not only did he know about them,
he met with many of or discussed these business deals
with many of the people that Hunter was doing business with.
You know, the twenty phone calls into business meetings by

(05:19):
Joe Biden when Hunter was with his foreign business partners,
or taking the call with Hunter and his Bearisman executives
at a time when they were writing that they desperately
needed DC help. Well, that decision resulted in Hunter, again
admittedly no experience, continue to be paid a fortune by

(05:39):
Buris Mahldings because Joe Biden let that happen. I mean,
you can't even make this up. Why hasn't it been
a bigger issue up to this point? Now the next
step in this James Comer yesterday has now finally said
he believes the House is ready to take their first
step towards what will I think very likely become the

(06:00):
impeachment of Joe Biden. And this is a real impeachment.
I'm not saying they'll get a conviction in the Senate.
They probably won't, doesn't mean they shouldn't do it, because
unlike the Trump impeachments, this would be a real impeachment.
The charges are going to be bribery and money laundry,
because remember it was Comer that said nine they've discovered
nine Biden family members were paid as a result of

(06:23):
these foreign business deals. He's discovered, you know, dozens of
these SHEW corporations that showed no other real business activity
except as corporations that were used to funnel money that
could then be paid off to Biden family members. And
then of course you got the whole corruption aspect of this,
and the Biden protection plan by the Biden DOJ and

(06:44):
the Biden prosecutor. This guy didn't want to bring any
charges at all, let the statute of limitations run out,
specifically on very egregious taxes that were never paid, and
then of course didn't want to charge with anything we
find out, and then was only forced into a plea
agreement because of the irs whistleblowers, and they haphazardly put

(07:08):
together that sweetheart deal. That sweetheart deal ended up being
rejected by a very astute judge in Delaware that said,
mister prosecutor, have you ever seen a deal like this
before where you get to go into a gun diversion
program and within that gun diversion provision, inside the plea agreement,
they had a complete immunity deal from any further prosecution. Oh,

(07:33):
I didn't know that was in there, your honor. And
then the defense is like, wait a minute, we're not
agreeing to this if we don't have immunity. Homer, saying
now that the evidence is showing that Joe Biden is
the ring leader of this family, actually said this yesterday.
He said, this is an investigation of Joe Biden. It's
getting closer and closer to Joe every single day, and

(07:55):
he said, I'd make the argument that there's already enough
evidence to point to Joe being the ring leader of this,
not just knowing, not just lying about it, but being
the actual ring leader. He said, the coordination between the
Biden's family, shady business schemes, and the government everything was organized.
Comer House Government Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman, this is

(08:19):
very organized criminal activity. That is what Rico's all about.
He said, Now it's getting interesting, and we'll dig deeper
into this as the show on folds today. But you know,
we've been now pointing out that a number of media
prominent liberal media figures are now speaking out against Joe
Biden's run for reelection. Those are canaries and the coal miners.

(08:43):
I've been saying, you know, first it was Maureen Doubt,
a brutal takedown of the Biden's heartless treatment of a
four year old granddaughter of theirs in Arkansas that they
failed to even recognize anyway. That shamed Joe Biden to
finally recognizing his granddaughter. I don't know if there's ever
been a meeting. I don't know if there's ever been

(09:04):
a present sent I don't know if the young girl's
ever going to get an invitation of the White House.
She certainly should at some point in her life. She's
going to learn all about her grandfather and grandmother ignoring
her anyway. James Carvel now looking at these fake new
CNN polls that have just been devastating again two thirds

(09:24):
of the sixty seven percent of the American people sixty
nine percent, Joe's involved and has done something illegal here.
You know, it's taken a long time to get this
story into the bloodstream of the American people, especially considering
we knew about it back during the Trump impeachment. Anyway,
now he's as unpopular as ever. But there are two

(09:47):
reasons Democrats are going to look to remove Joe Biden
on the next shoot or drop. If you start hearing
from prominent elected Democratic officials, once they start to pull
away from Biden and start speaking out publicly, you'll know
that the effort to unseat him and remove him as
the candidate is very, very real. And obviously Kamala Harris's

(10:10):
team thinks so otherwise. And I bet everything I had
that they were the ones that leaked the story, you know,
shooting you know, an arrow across the bow of Gavin
Newsom Mounta in California, you know, suggesting that, well this,
if Gavin runs and tries to compete against the vice president,
that will not be viewed favorably by large portions of

(10:32):
the Democratic base, minorities and women, et cetera.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Oh boy, Now, when you.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Have hardcore Democrats and fake news CNN and people like
Van Jones and David Axelrod and Dana Bash all seeing
these numbers for what they were, that's just one canary
Maureen doubt is another canary in the coal mine. You
get top elected officials now stating the obvious that he's
a cognitive mess and that he's corrupt, then they're in

(11:01):
real trouble. James Carvill said he's alarmed by Biden's polling numbers.
He said, quote, he can't look at this and not
say that you're concerned. He said, for me to come
on television and say I don't find this alarming or
troubling at all would be stupid.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
I wouldn't do that. And he's talking about, you know, all.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
Of these Democrats now wanting him off the ticket, and
to say, at the least the polls were not great.
It tells us that voters are expressing a lot of
apprehension here. It's pretty clear there's not much else you
can say when you look at Biden's poll numbers.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Okay, are they losing?

Speaker 1 (11:39):
Axelrod and Van Jones and James Carvill and Maureen Dowd
get what.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
I've been saying.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
Anything everything you need to know about you know, Hunter
Biden's crazy life and Dad's shadow. You know, it's now
leading to an ultimate crescendo here. And I think the
crescendo isn't necessarily the impeachment inquiry or an actual impeachment.
I think the crescendo is the push to get him

(12:09):
out and off the ticket. You know, Hunter made all
this money, but he admits he had no experience. That
admitted at the time of all these deals he was
addicted to drugs. How did Hunter get his hands on
a two point eight carrot diamond from the Chinese? How
was he making millions from Ukraine? What trading on the brand?

(12:30):
Devin Archer said, the brand certainly wasn't Hunter. When mauris
my executives need DC help, they weren't looking at Hunter
Biden to provide that DC help. You know, the even
I fake news. CNN analyst said, the only conclusion from
the DOJ reversal on Hunter's indictment is that the whistleblowers
are right. And the DOJ's given me whiplash on this. Well,

(12:52):
not only were they right, but I would argue this
is why Joe Biden's attorney general and this prosecutor needs
to go, because they've been protecting them the entire time.
And as Comer says, the gun charge is the low
hanging fruit here and by the way, it's Democrats that

(13:14):
want all these gun restrictions and laws put in place,
not Republicans, not conservatives. Him twenty five down to the
top of the hour, Thank you for being with us,
eight hundred and ninety four one, Sean, if you want
to be a part of the program, so much to
get to today. You know, I watch all the failures
of this administration. I'm like, well, why are people even

(13:34):
still passionate about this guy? What is it about people?
How is it that everybody doesn't see this? If you
ask every American are you better off than you wore
four years ago? It's a simple standard question, not that complicated.
You think the economy is better off? If you do,
tell me what way you think is better off? You

(13:56):
think we're better off with you know, seven headed to
eight million illegal immigrants in three years because of Joe
Biden's open border policy. Do you think that's better off?
Has made the country better off? What about people that
have gotten through that we know on the terrorist watch list?
What about people that might have terroritized and you know,
look at what's happening in schools in New York Al

(14:16):
they have twenty some odd thousand total illegal immigrant children
that are going now inundating schools that were already failing
on a spectacular level. What is the plan for all
of those kids? And many of them cannot speak English?
You know what impact is that going to have on
the students that have not been getting the quality of

(14:38):
education that they deserve to begin with? What impact does
that have? Does anybody even care? You know our borders.
You're happy with four dollars a gallon gasoline? We're going
back down to one hundred dollars a barrel for oil,
which means gas prices are only going to go higher
in the weeks and months ahead.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
Here we go again. You happy with that? Or any
of you?

Speaker 1 (15:00):
Do any of you think that any of our adversaries
around the globe? You think President Chi, you think the
Mulls and Iran, You think Kim Jong un, who's meeting
with Vladimir Putin, Putin himself, you think any of them
have any fear of Joe Biden.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
They don't.

Speaker 1 (15:20):
Look at the look at the look at the what's
the chaos on the border. It's amazing. Nobody seems to care. Hey,
by the way, if you need a new cell phone,
I've got a great deal for you. I want you
to tell about you know the signs of your cell
phone is in desperate need of replacement. You need a
battery charger like twenty four to seven that you need
to carry with you because it battery doesn't stay charged long.

(15:41):
Or maybe you broke that glass screen and you get
those glass splinters. Yeah, maybe it's time to put that
phone out to pasture and get yourself a brand new
five G Samsung Galaxy right now from Pure Talking. Get
it for free and it has two day battery life,
edge to edge display, ultra strong glass and you get
it now when you sign up for Pure Talks unlimited talk,

(16:02):
unlimited text and fifteen gig data plan for only thirty
five bucks a month, and it includes mobile hotspot.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
You'll also get.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
All the data that you would ever need at half
the price of AT and T, Verizon T Mobile. They
use the same five G network as the big carriers
of Pure Talk, and they use the same cell towers.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
Anyway, make the switch today.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
They make it fast, simple and easy by dialing pound
two fifty and saying the keyword save now.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
Do it now.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
You get your five G Samsung Galaxy absolutely free, and
the average family saved close to one thousand dollars a year,
same service pound two to fifty keywords saved now from
pure talk. So with Governor Greg Abbott, you know, being
held as a hero. You know what is Texas has
borne the brunt of this illegal immigration crisis of Joe

(16:49):
Biden and other border states like Arizona, California. California is
a sanctuary state though, so I guess they're fine with that.
But anyway, Greg Abbott now is you know, he's been
doing everything he can do.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
So they have well over one.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
Hundred hundred and fifty thousand illegal immigrants in New York
and the Mayor of New York is trying to blame
Governor Abbot of Texas. Now, Governor Abbot invited the Mayor
of New York to come down to the border and
tour the border with him so he can get a bigger,
you know, upfront understanding of what's actually going on down

(17:23):
there and what they are all dealing with. And lo
and behold, you know, the mayor didn't have time to do.
So now the mayor's lashing out at the governor. It
turns out of the one hundred thousand plus illegal immigrants
in New York city. That's going to cost them twelve
billion dollars. Only a small fraction of you know, thirteen
thousand of them came from Texas, and Governor Abbot the

(17:46):
rest he can blame on Joe Biden. Now, the Biden
administration now as a result of that, now they think
the answer to states like New York and all these
liberal sanctuary states and cities is well, well, we'll just
force illegal immigrants that cross into the US to stay
in Texas.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Oh what, they don't have any shot at winning.

Speaker 1 (18:08):
Texas politically, so we'll just, you know, we'll dump this
problem on the on the taxpayers of Texas.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
No thank you. Administration official site.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
The proposed plan is a way to curb the flow
of illegal immigrants at the southern border. It's not gonna
know they're going to come into the United States, except
now Texas has no relief valve and they'll be forced
to care for all of Joe Biden's illegal immigrants.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
Now, I'm not sure.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
What else there is to do except to just I
guess maybe Greg Abbott's is gonna have to say nope,
We're just we're going to control the border if you won't,
and we'll see you in court. But knowing the Biden
Justice Department as well as we do, I guess we
could imagine that Governor Rabbit's going to be arrested. But anyway,

(18:57):
Biden's administration, citing the proposed plan to curb the flow
of illegal immigrants at the southern border.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
It's not going to do that.

Speaker 1 (19:03):
According to the La Times, three US officials not authorized
to discuss the matter wouldn't go on record, but the
plan would force illegal immigrants to remain in Texas or
other border states by tracking their location through GPS monitoring
devices like ankle bracelets. Well, if I'm Texas Governor Abbott,
I'm still sending them to sanctuary cities and states.

Speaker 2 (19:26):
I'm not going to stop now.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
One of the You know, when Congress comes back next week,
they're gonna have eleven days to get to the September
thirtieth deadline on the on the budget deal. I've been
telling Republicans they need to be working a lot faster.
Whereas they originally said they were going to have the
twelve separate budgets. That doesn't look like it's going to
happen anyway. But I've been told by a number of

(19:50):
Republicans that they want to change border policy as well
as an increase in overall border security money, and that
they're willing to negotiate additional Ukraine eate. Why are we
spending five hundred million dollars on Ukrainian green energy programs?
Tell me what the point of that is. Why are
we given yet another billion dollars to Ukraine. We've given

(20:13):
per capita, you know, four times the amount of money
per Ukrainian citizen. Then we've given the people of Maui
whose entire lives have been uprooted, you know. Never mind
the latest disaster down in Florida and how many people
you know are suffering down there as well. So we'll

(20:34):
see what happens. House GOP investigators now have threatened to
subpoena Hunter Biden. That's that's going to get pretty interesting.
It's about time, frankly, from my point of view, anyway,
Jim Comber, James Comber, Jim Jordan, and House Ways and
Means Committee Chair Jason Smith all want a subpoena Hunter.
He should be subpoened. And I guess if you know

(20:57):
he doesn't show up, you hold him in contempt to Congress.
And I'm sure he'll be found guilty, just like Steve
Bannon and Peter Navarro. Why because I'm sure this equal
justice and equal application of our laws in America, Right
you believe that?

Speaker 2 (21:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Anyways, that's what their plan is, and I don't think
that's gonna work. I don't wide administration wants to force
illegal immigrant families to remain in Texas. I'm sure the
mayor of New York will be happy. I'm sure the
people of California will be happy. I know the people
in Nantucket and Matha's Venue will be happy. You know,

(21:33):
the very people that want these policies don't want anything
to do with the illegal immigrants. New York City, by
the way, is now building another mega illegal immigrant housing project,
this one in Long Island City, and the building on
Ostell Place, close to a train yard near Queens, New York,
has been designated a humanitarian response and relief center. They

(21:56):
already took away soccer fields and baseball fields for kids
in New York City at Randalls Island, you know, right
adjacent to New York City interiors. The top floors of
the five story building will be rebuilt for housing. Okay,
where's that money going to come from. So far, the
federal government hasn't opened up that pocketbook, not at all

(22:18):
to help in any of this. So we'll see what
happens on all of it. Pretty pathetic.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
A lot of people.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Now when I meet people that are all talking about
the twenty twenty four election and what I think is
going to happen, let me give you my short answer.
I can't give you an answer. I don't have a
crystal ball. There are way too many things that can
happen between now and then that will change and alter
my thought process on where this is headed. You know,

(22:49):
as of now, it's just kind of undeniable. Donald Trump
has a strong, you know, overwhelming lead against his Republican
primary opponents, and that change I don't know, because these
are kind of unprecedented political waters that we're waiting through here.
You know, donald Trump gets indicted, gets arraigned, and his

(23:13):
poll numbers go up. That defies all conventional political gravity
or understanding of my understanding of politics. You would think, oh, well,
you know, faith and confidence. Its just the opposite has
been happening.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
Now.

Speaker 1 (23:27):
Getting the nomination is one challenge, one hurdle. What do
you do you know to get the nomination if in
fact these trials take place, all of them, as these
prosecutors and special councils would all like during an election year.
You know, we know, for example, they originally wanted to

(23:48):
start the DC case on January second. Well, that's leading
right into the primaries, in the caucus season, right into
Iowa and then out of Polton County, Georgia. They wanted
to begin that trial on March the fourth. The day
after March fourth is March fifth, Super Tuesday, and then
as a second backup date, then the DC case they

(24:10):
want to now start that on March fourth. How you know, logistically,
how does somebody run for president when you've got four
separate criminal trials that you've got to go through and
a couple of civil trials that you're also dealing with.
In the case of New York, it's the Attorney General
going after the family business and then this Egen Carroll
case that is coming back up. And then apparently the

(24:34):
judge is, you know, given summary judgment that the only
question in that case is going to be how much
Donald Trump will have to pay?

Speaker 2 (24:42):
Okay, you have.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
Prosecutors ags running on platforms to run against one man
to get one person, one family, one organization, and there's
not a single person that I've heard. Where's the ACLU
and all of this. Does anybody on the left have
any problem with people running on a platform to go

(25:05):
after one individual this way?

Speaker 2 (25:09):
Sort of unprecedented to me. Not really heard much of
that before.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
Anyway, maybe Donald Trump continues to defy conventional political understanding
and because you know, but the hard part for him is,
and I think he raises a good question by saying
that this is election in interference. How is an election interference?
How do you run for president while you're being tried
again and again? Now, why didn't they in the case

(25:37):
of the New York case, for example, involving Stormy Daniels
that goes back seven years, why did you schedule that
case during an election year, in the middle of a
primary season. In these other cases, you go back to
January of twenty twenty one, Well, why didn't they bring
that case up? The only case where you might make

(25:57):
an argument developed over time is down in Florida. But
if they were seeking these documents in twenty twenty one,
why did they wait so long? If they felt cooperation
was not forthcoming, why did they wait so long to
go tomorrow Lago and raid it the way they did.
I'd also like it answered the question why didn't they
raid Joe Biden's homes and the U Penn Biden Center

(26:20):
and the University of Delaware because that doesn't sound like
equal justice and application of our laws.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
That sounds like a dual justice system to me.

Speaker 1 (26:29):
And then so if it destroys the opportunity for somebody
to go out and campaign the way they normally would,
which is what this is doing, then what if that
person appeals like Bob McDonald, the former governor of Virginia did,
and the guilty, if there's a guilty, verdicts vacated. That

(26:52):
would take place after the election. So Americans might, you know,
have a candidate on a ballot that was just convicted
of a crime, a crime that perhaps a year or
two from now, is going to be vacated and overturned.
That doesn't seem fair to the American people in any way, shape,

(27:13):
matter of form. It seems like, you know, that works
out totally completely in favor of everything Democrat, especially in
light of it when you start comparing and contrasting the
timeline of David Weiss investigating Hunter Biden, what was it
four or five years? And then you have the irs
whistleblowers and the FBI whistleblower and others now coming forward,

(27:37):
all saying that Hunter Biden and the Biden's got special
treatment and that they allowed the Statute of Limitations on
major felonies to pass during this process of investigating Hunter Biden,
and now they only want to go for the low
hanging fruit of the gun charge and stay away from

(27:57):
everything involving his father and the tens of millions of
dollars the family made with no experience and with the
help of Joe Biden, who said he'd never even discussed
these matters.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
With anybody that seemed fair to you.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
Or do you think this country has really gone off
track here? And then the people that say, wow, we
need somebody else because you know there's too much baggage,
Well do you think if you think Donald Trump was
treated unfairly here and it is being treated unfairly here,
then why would you hold it against them for being
treated unfairly? I think it's a fair question anyway. Eight

(28:33):
hundred and ninety four to one, Shawn our number. If
you want to be a part of the program, listen
When it comes to selecting installing new window treatments, it
may seem like there's nothing between a high end designer
or a random, unqualified guy that has a power drill.
But guess what, there is a better way thanks to
blinds dot Com. Now at blinds dot com, you get
the savings of a local handyman with the expertise of
