Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hour two Sean Hannity Show, eight hundred and ninety four one, Sean,
if you want to be a part of the program.
As you know, the President now has brought a lot
of I can tell you from experience having been in
DC last week, there is a discernible, dramatic difference in
DC since the last time I have been there. The
(00:21):
presence of homeless people are negligible compared to what it
was the last time I was there. Crime is down
by more than half of it has gone away. And
even the Democratic Mayor Miro Bowser is praising President Trump
and really just showing simple things like in fact that
(00:42):
policing works. If you put boots on the ground, if
you have policing, you know it maintains law and order
and safety and security for everyday Americans that deserve that.
It's a prerequisite if you want to pursue happiness. The
same thing happening in Memphis, and the larger ice police
presidence in Chicago has even helped in that city in
(01:03):
spite of all the screaming and yelling by Brendan Johnson
and by JB. Pritzker. Now, the latest case that we're
following now, this was happening Saturday, believe it or not,
in Charlotte, North Carolina, where they're talking about the need
for a federal presence and that things have gotten so
(01:25):
crazy and out of control. And again I go back
to the language of the left. It is incitement in
my view, it's dehumanizing. In my view, not shocking that
after the last election, this off year election, that ninety
five percent of the American people think that we're going
to see more assassination, of assassinations of political figures. That
(01:47):
it should put a chill up everybody's spine if you
have a heart, a soul, and a conscience. Anyway, here
are the anti ICE protesters in Charlotte on Saturday, and
(02:42):
of course the predictable comparisons to Hitler. Corinn mac Is,
the na A c P Charlotte president, says, Trump's whole
vision is to be like Hitler. Here we go again.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
We want to believe that the Constitution has protected us
all and fact it has not, but that doesn't mean
that we can work to assure that it does. In
the Charlotte Neck Meerck area. There are people standing behind
me who have committed to ensure we are going to
(03:15):
protect the people of this residence. We hope that includes
all of you.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
From twenty sixteen.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
To twenty twenty, I will go to hearings to stop deportations,
and in those hearings there'll be no one there but
myself and maybe two other people. So this is not
a new concept. This is a more egregious concept. We
have a little man sitting in sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue
(03:48):
who really believes that Hitler was the greatest man ever
on earth, whose whole vision is to be just like
Hitler and trying to create a nineteen forties Germany right
here in the United States. And like then, many people say, well,
it's them, It's not me an Tali Vitti was them.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
We can no longer be silent, no longer be silent.
Don Brown's special US Prosecutor JAG Officer the Pentagon, who
is now currently running for the Senate. North Carolina Congressman
Mark Harris of North Carolina's eighth congressional district is here
as well to talk about the need for a federal
presence in the very dangerous streets in this area North Carolina.
(04:36):
Welcome both of you to the program.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
It's great to be here.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
Congressman, Let's start with you. I mean, I assume this
is your district. I assume you watched everything that happened.
There was one post on on X and I never
know what's posted on ex if it's real or not real.
Where Apparently Charlotte North Carolina officials confirmed that Ninos out
of nine hundred thousand residents, more than one hundred and
(05:02):
fifty thousand are our foreigners. Is that true? Are they
in the country legally?
Speaker 3 (05:09):
Well, now there's a difference in saying they're foreigners and there.
Are they in the country legally? That's a great question.
I don't know the direct answer for that, but that
is an alarming statistic in any way, shape or form.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Okay, so tell us what's going on on the ground there,
what's happening there.
Speaker 3 (05:29):
Well, obviously, we're very grateful from my perspective that border
patrol is in Charlotte. You know, when you play that
clip of the protest that took place on Saturday, if
I saw some of the video of much of that
and you saw so many Mexican flags, you would have
thought you were more in Mexico City than you were
in Charlotte, North Carolina. And what really, I guess was
(05:52):
staggering to me is they care seem to care more
about criminal aliens than they do the victims of their
I mean, there's a lot of protesters out on the
streets crying about these illegal criminals. But where were they
when Arena z the Rootski was murdered. There was no
outcry that you saw in the streets at that particular time.
(06:13):
But I digress. The bottom line is I'm thankful that
Border Patrol is in Charlotte. There are law enforcement officers.
They're doing their job, they're recognizing we've got a problem
in the city of Charlotte. And listen, during the first
two days of this operation Charlotte's Web, they've already, as
(06:35):
of this morning, had arrested over one hundred and thirty
illegal aliens who have broken all kinds of immigration laws
of our country and other even more serious crimes that
you see. I meant, you've got illegal aliens from Honduras
who has arrested for murder. You've got one that was
picked up wanted for statutory rape. You've got one arrested
(06:56):
for committeing in decent liberties with a child. And I
could go on down to this Joan. But that's what's
happening right now, and I'm very grateful that we've got
Border Patrol doing their job bringing law and order to
the city of Charlotte.
Speaker 1 (07:10):
Well, it's worked in Memphis, it's working in Chicago. It
certainly has worked in our nations capital. Don Brown, what
are you saying on the ground?
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Thanks to Shawn, I agree with my friend Mark Harris,
as they usually do. Last time you were kind enough
to have me on. It was right after that Sueek,
the sweet girl was killed Arena on the Charlotte light rail,
and at that time I'd called for the President to
send in the National Guard. I think maybe Marc has
two I'm the only US Senate candidate to have called
for that. Shortly after, the Charlotte Mecklenburgh Paternal Order of
(07:40):
Police joined in that request for the National Guard to
be sent in, and Shawn I talked to the president
of the Paternal Order of Police and he told me
that Charlotte has fewer police officers on the street than
in twenty eighteen, despite the fact that the population is
increased by sixty thousand, So our police are strained, and
even mcnamber police are asking for federal Health. So I
(08:03):
was there on the ground the last part of this
protest on Saturday, and what I was seeing, Sean, I
seeing these nutcase kids wearing red shirts with white lettering
saying socialism is the answer. And what you just played
a moment ago could have come from the George Floyd
protest or any other type of radical coming protest we've heard.
The question is who is funding this? And I do
also welcome the warder patrol in it helps our police
(08:25):
officers and they are targeting these major criminal syndicates, both
in sex trafficking and drug trafficking. And thanks to President
Trump for taking this ashion.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
How bad is it for the average person? And is
anyone looking into the possibility that maybe some people that
are not in the country legally are on the voter
rolls in North Carolina?
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Congressman, Well, that's the real, real question that is definitely
being looked into. I'm grateful for the US attorneys that
we have in plays that are looking at those very issues.
Speaker 1 (08:58):
And are you are you sure that look at those issues?
Speaker 3 (09:01):
Well, I can tell you they just have announced that
my predecessor in this seat, Congressman, he was Congressman Dan Bishop,
has been at the OMB. He's now going as a
US attorney to the Middle District of North Carolina. And
I know Dan well, and I know his commitment to
voter integrity and making sure that we are going to
(09:23):
deal with this. I do know the Eastern District had
previously gone after a number of illegals that were on
the rolls as well and seeking to prosecute them. So
there are some that are looking into it, and I
have no doubt that Dan Bishop will do so.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
Oh I hope. So now are the troops officially there?
Don Brown.
Speaker 4 (09:46):
Border Patrol is on the grounds. What I want to
see is the National Guard coman also to stabilize this
light rail system, which is still largely unprotected despite the
fact we saw this brutal murder. Since Arina was murdered,
the the president of the Paternal Order of Police tells
me there have been at least forty other homicides in
Charlotte is turned into a murder capital and our police
(10:07):
need more federal help. And I tell you one thing
of this liberal city Council can get us act together.
I hope the North kind of General Assembly will step
in and take control of the situation which the General
Assembly can do under the North kunt of Constitution and
under state law.
Speaker 5 (10:21):
Enough is enough?
Speaker 1 (10:22):
All right, I appreciate both of you. Don Brown and
Congressman Mark Harris appreciate the updates. Sorry, you're all going
through that. I hope you can restore law and order
for every person in Charlotte and all throughout North Carolina.
Eight hundred and ninefold one, Sean is our number if
you want to be a part of the program. All right,
(10:50):
let's get to our busy phones. Dave is in Maryland,
Dave High, How are you glad you called?
Speaker 6 (10:54):
Sar Hey Sean, good, longtime listener, first time call. I
just want to commend you, and one of the things
that I wanted to say to you that we need
you guys to stay safe. So if you guys are
doing anything in the public, please be behind the same
bulletproof glass that the president uses because they're crazy out there.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
Well, what I'm telling my fellow conservatives, whether I like
them or agree with them, I mean, not all of
us agree on everything either, but I would no longer
do outdoor events. I think you're just too vulnerable. You'll
never be able to hire enough people. You would need
the equivalent of the Secret Service. That's not possible. But
any venue that you're gonna, you know, have an event in,
(11:37):
I would just say, make sure the venue is swept
ahead of time, and then it is locked down so
nobody can get in there. The next most important part
is you've got to make mag everybody when they come
in and make sure nobody's bringing in weapons or firearms,
et cetera, et cetera. The next thing I would say
is you've got to be on an elevated platform, a
stage of some kind so that somebody just can't be
(11:59):
on the same level and just rush the stage. That'd
be three things that I'd recommend to people. But don't
not do what we do. I mean, don't stop. I mean,
I've done a number of public events since you know
what happened to our dear friend Charlie Kirk. But you
definitely look I probably I've had everything that you can
imagine happened to me over the course of my career.
(12:19):
I just don't talk a lot about it, and over
time you kind of become numb to it. It's like
it's part of the job. I mean, but I think
in this environment you got to take a little more seriously,
good good admonition. I appreciate it more than you know.
Ray is in Canada. Ray, how are you glad you called?
Speaker 7 (12:39):
Hey? Sean? How are you today?
Speaker 1 (12:41):
By the way, you'll be glad to know I disagree
with the President. I don't want Canada as the fifty
first state, and we will know you know why, because
I don't need two of your liberal senators. No, thank you.
I think that the odds would be high that you know,
little Justin would be the first to run.
Speaker 3 (12:58):
Well.
Speaker 7 (12:58):
I don't think we want much of America right now,
to tell you truthfully, but on the point, let.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
Me tell you something. You could say that all you want,
but if Canada is attacked, you're going to want all
of America because without America's might, military might, guess what,
you're an extremely vulnerable nation. I don't think i'd be
so dismissive of the United States.
Speaker 7 (13:22):
I'm not dismissive though it right now we have a.
Speaker 1 (13:24):
Oh that sounded kind of dismissive to me.
Speaker 7 (13:27):
Oh, I apologize. I don't want you to feel that way, Sean.
I love America. Happy Thanksgiving to you all as well.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
Thank you.
Speaker 7 (13:34):
I've already had ours. I just wanted to bring up.
I don't think you guys are taking the results of
that past election seriously in terms of the fact that
basically the Democrats lighted the floor with everybody you know
that they were blue states, but still the polling showed
minor victories in New Jersey and a smaller victory in Virginia.
(13:56):
It was a route. It was a route in every area,
and there are other headwinds that are showing right now,
and I'm just wondering why people haven party you as a.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
Host and the I'm not dismissing anything. I take everything seriously.
I take everything you can learn out of every election seriously,
and I always think that you need to adapt and
adjust and make things better. So I'm always fine tuning
everything I do on this show and everything that I
stand for. But I think the most the most pressing
(14:26):
issue right now is turning the Titanic on the economy,
which the President has devoted an enormous amount of time
to and I think it's going to pay dividends. That's
my prediction, and people have underestimated them, and I think
to their own peril if I'm right, and by the
second third quarter of next year, the economies where I
believe it will be. I think you're going to see
(14:48):
a dramatic difference, and I think people will have a
lot more confidence in the president's plan. Like Reagan, it
takes a while to to you know, get over the
hangover from a horrible economy that was handed to Is
it in Trump? Let's wait, watch see and we'll follow
it closely. Anyway, eight hundred and nine foot one shown
is a number if you want to be a part
of the program. More your calls coming up straight ahead
(15:09):
as we continue. You know, the Democrats, the left leaning media,
you know, don't fully they're not they're not absorbing this
intramural identity crisis that is going on in the Democratic Party.
I mean, you know, I went into this earlier in
the program today, and you know what's happening with you know,
(15:29):
Marxist comrade Mamdani in New York. And you know, it's
very very amazing to me that you know, when you
look at Liberal poll's Kathy Hokeel now is governor and
name only, and she is now being pressured a Democratic
socialis of America, I mean directly and by Mamdani's office.
(15:52):
They either get on board with Mamdanni's agenda, or you're
out or get booted from office. That's why Chuck Schumer
is gone. Chuck Schumer's finished. You know. Bill Maher had
an interesting point, as I mentioned earlier, that Mamdani voters.
He said, Look, we've run the experiment many times. The
results are always obvious. Look straight in the camera. Delivered
(16:15):
a blunt warning about Mamdani. Democrats must recognize that he's
the future of the party. Unfortunately it's the Republican Party.
Speaker 3 (16:24):
You know.
Speaker 1 (16:24):
Here's capital of South Korea at night from space, he
pointed out, showing up a country lit up and thriving.
Here's socialist North Korea. A map that's pitch dark. He
points out. Nineteen ninety, Venezuela wealthy than Poland, and Poland
finally free of the Soviet Union, and that system of
(16:45):
governance went all in on capitalism. Their economy is as
big as Japan, and there they have high wages, low inflation, cars, vacations, homes.
Venezuela created capitalism for Hugo Chavez's socialism, and it turned
one of Latin America's richest country in one of the
poorest countries. Low wages, high inflation, shortages, outages, eight million
(17:07):
people fleeing, and if you think New York can somehow
reinvent the wheel, you're in for a root awakening. He's
not wrong, and it's interesting. But if you listen to
the Democrats, you know there is a certain a lot
of the hard radical left now has been emboldened. You know,
you listen to AOC you know, lecturing Chuck Schumer, the
(17:28):
old guard, to get out of the way, you know,
now worrying that a shutdown deal shows the Democrats that
she's furious that we're that we open the government back up.
Listen to what she said, especially with this administration.
Speaker 8 (17:40):
My concern is that the lesson that they're learning, it's
that Democrats are met and that next time we just
need to hurt working people and work in Americas more
to get them to fold.
Speaker 1 (17:50):
And I don't want them to earn that lesson.
Speaker 7 (17:52):
And I lost to be party that.
Speaker 5 (17:53):
Says we're going to get us.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
Then you have ro Kanna, you know, doubling down that
Schumer's days. It's the final straw Schumer and he's gotta go.
Speaker 9 (18:01):
Why do you think Leader Schumer is to blame given
that Republicans have control as jin Jin is saying of
the White House in both chambers of Congress. Well, there's
some things I agree with both of these senators. Senator
Kane said that Senator Schumer was terrific under President Biden,
and he was. The question is what is the future
of democratic leadership? Who is going to be effective? And
(18:23):
most Democrats around the country just don't think that person
is Chuck Schumer. I mean, he doesn't inspire confidence, he's
not bold, he's out of touch with the grassroots. He's
someone who cheer led us into the war in I rock.
He doesn't have the moral clarity on Gaza. He couldn't
say Mamdani's name, and this was the final straw where
he was not strong on fighting for healthcare.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
You see a pattern emerging here that you know there
there will be no tolerance if you don't tie the
Marxist Mumdanni. You know, AOC squadline. Senator Chris Murphy, who's
a mistake for Democrats to reopen the government again. They're
afraid of this radical base that could controls the party.
Speaker 8 (19:00):
Listen, So, Johnathan, as you know, I thought it was
a mistake for Democrats to give up what was real
political advantage coming off the elections that could have allowed
us to reduce these premiums. In the end, I thought
we had a real shot to get a continuing resolution
passed that would have lowered prices for people. And I
also worry that by capitulating, we have empowered Donald Trump,
(19:22):
that Donald Trump is going to act even more brazenly
and more lawlessly in the future because of how this
vote turned out.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
And then James Carville, James Carville identity left caused irreparable
harm to the Democratic Party. By the way, I'm not
saying that there aren't people that are doing, you know,
trying to do damage to President Trump's agenda that you know,
considered themselves part of the MAGA coalition. You know, never
underestimate the Republican or Conservative movements ability to harm itself.
(19:57):
It has got a propensity, even they're in the test
of times when things are the best they're ever going
to be, to turn inward and to create intramural civil
wars of which I'm really not participating. I'm just like, Okay,
you people want to be stupid and you want to
fracture the coalition, go ahead, and then you will help
(20:17):
basically give a lifeline to the Democrats, which are you know,
dying on the vine. I'm putting all that aside. It
is what it is, all right, Let's get to our phones.
Eight hundred and ninety four one, Shawn is a number
if you want to be a part of the program.
Chad in Mississippi. Chad, how are you?
Speaker 7 (20:31):
Hey?
Speaker 5 (20:31):
Good afternoon, Sean, how are you today?
Speaker 1 (20:33):
I'm good, sir. What's going on?
Speaker 5 (20:34):
I wanted to call checking with you first, you an apology.
We had actually chatted all the way back in twenty thirteen,
and back then you were doing some shows where you
were allowing people call in and talk about opportunities that
were out there to help people find a job. This
is back when Obama was obviously the president. But they
you know, everything that was old as new as again
they were. There was immigration, there was the Gang of
(20:56):
Eight going on. They're spying on Tea Party, Conservatives, et cetera.
And then of course Obamacare, same stuff that is hopefully
not the spying that's going on today. My point is
I had a triplet one year old daughters at the time.
At the time, I was a humbercent Service Connective VET
now in ninety and you actually did a show where
we had called in from our graduation and you offered congratulations,
(21:20):
and that group was called Battlefields to oil Fields, and
you got behind the program. And I want to tell you,
I went from a frightened dad that was worried about
how he was going to feed those girls to a
vet who wanted to fight. And so I wanted to
call and personally tell you thank you. I keep touch
with those guys in the regular the line's share of
(21:42):
them are still in safety. At the time, we were
doing oil field safety through that program. So I just
want to call and give a kind of a status
update and tell you, sincerely, thank you. I listened to
you talk to the guys that you started with in
radio years ago. I really enjoyed it to get to
hear that on Friday. So I don't I think you
know the impact that you're making people's lives. Maybe sometimes
(22:05):
you're not reminded in that. So I just want to
call and tell you, sincerely, thank you for me and
our graduating class from Battlefield stool Fields. You made a
definitely impact on a lot of people's lives.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
Well, I'm honored that you called and told me. I
don't really think about. I'm just trying every day to Goulding.
You do this job, well, you've ha to immerse yourself
in it, and sometimes you put your head down. But
I will tell you one of the things, stories like yours,
you know, warms my heart more than you know, because
I know what it's like when you're in that position
(22:37):
and you live in paycheck to paycheck, it sucks, or
you know, you have a debt and that sucks. And
especially guys that are serviced, you know, have served this
country and they come back and they don't have opportunities.
I was very, very the stories that I heard about
people when we started putting companies and jobs together and
highlighting it on the show. Now, I'm planning to do
(22:57):
that in the beginning of the next year because all
of these jobs, these trillions of dollars that are going
to be spent on manufacturing and automobiles and pharmaceuticals and
semiconductor chips and all the jobs that are going to
be available in the energy sector. I promise you we're
going to be putting on on a regular basis people
(23:18):
that have a lot of high paying career jobs. And
if people are willing to make the transition and make
the move. Then there's nothing that makes me happier than
to give people awareness of an opportunity they may not
know what I just have one admonition to all of this.
A lot of people don't know that the economy as
(23:38):
we know it is changing in real time. Artificial intelligence
is going to change everything. I shared a video with
friends of mine this weekend. I probably should put it on.
Here is a manual. It is a building company, construction
company in Australia up and it shows them building a
(24:02):
home or building like a manufacturing center in a week
with robots. Now, it's certainly going to take boots on
the ground to do a lot of the finished work, etc.
And can't do everything. But I mean they're going to
frame this sucker out in a week. And when you
watch this, it is more precise, it is perfect, with
(24:22):
less waste than ever before, at a cost per square
foot that is unimaginable that we can think of today.
Eighteen wheelers. If you're a truck driver and you're not
near retirement in the next ten years, I am telling
you those jobs are probably going away. If you're an
uber driver, if you are a cab driver in New
(24:44):
York City. Those jobs are probably going away, so there's
going to be a need to help people and assist
people in finding the opportunities that will be higher paying,
more career oriented than ever before. And I'm trying to
stay on top of it so that i can pass
(25:06):
this information onto people. I don't know, do you ever?
Do you ever play around with rock or artificial intelligence
at all?
Speaker 5 (25:13):
Absolutely? You know it's ironic. There are some programs that
are out there right now, through for example, Google, that
teaches AI to disabled veterans because like, for example, I
have a spinal cot injury. I can walk imme ambulatorium.
People a lot of times are shocked to even find out,
you know, that I'm a disabled veteran. But whenever I
went through that portion in my life, I figured out,
(25:33):
you know what, my hands may not work as long,
you know, as long as my brain will. So as
I continue to age, I'm looking for ways to integrate
that into the safety programs that I do. They're all
behavioral based, so it's super important you know that we
do those things. Sean, I didn't want to ask one
last thing, and I'm sorry. I know I'm not a segment,
but I did want. God kind of laid something on
(25:54):
my heart in the mornings when I drive in a
skinny darker and darker here in North Mississippi, and I
passed this cemetery as an American flag, A gentleman is
buried there. That's a you know, a veteran. And as
I was driving by that, I've been trying to think,
you know, as a disabled event, what is something I
could do to leave a legacy not only for my
children but other generations and Sean, I don't know if
(26:16):
you knew this or not, but the word veteran is
not capitalized. It's not a proper nown or I mean
it's proper now, not a common but I always thought
the word veteran, out of respect for the honor and
their duty and their sacrifice, it should be capitalized. The
Veteran's administration actually does that. So what I wanted to ask,
humbly is in the unlikely event that you run into
(26:39):
the president, you think I could ask him if we
could get the letter V and veteran always capitalized as
an opportunity to honor those many the ultimate sacrifice and
all who have served like my grandfather, you know, forty
years a Nazarie Minister when he came back.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
I don't like my father. My father's been four years
in the Pacific. I love the idea. I think it's
great idea, which I thought of it myself, and I'll
gladly have given the opportunity to pass it on. No
problem at all. I think it's a great idea. I
love great ideas.
Speaker 5 (27:08):
There's a huge impact in my life. So I wanted
to tell you, God bless you. And I was doing
some research for whenever I was going to call back
in and I actually saw a thing all the way
back from twenty thirteen where you were on a panel
up on a stage and Ainsley was actually asking some questions.
So I thought that was pretty precious. So I just
want to call and tell you thank you for the
impact you've had not only in my lives, but all
those other veterans.
Speaker 7 (27:29):
Definitely.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
My girls are thirteen now, all three or twelve now,
they're about to turn thirteen, and they're thriving, and part
of that is because you motivated me to get off
of my behind and make my own way and not
wait for the government to do it. So I'm excited
to hear about your new.
Speaker 1 (27:43):
Show you're giving me more motivation to double down on
what I did then and do it even better when
we do this next year, because these jobs are coming online,
there's so much money that's going to be spent, and
so many opportunities in a changing economy, channel ologies that
we've never had before, and opportunities that we've never had before.
