Speaker 1 (00:00):
Right hour two, Sean Hannity showed toll free. It's eight
hundred and ninety four one, Sean, if you want to
be a part of the program. You know, it's kind
of amazing that the country spent three long years being
indoctrinated with nothing but a lie, and the lie being
that Donald Trump colluded with the Russians in order to

(00:21):
win the twenty sixteen election, a lie perpetrated by Hillary
Clinton with the aid and support of deep state operatives
that knew better and never told the American people the truth.
And of course that included the Russian disinformation dossier and

(00:41):
in the Durham Report. What did we learn that they
couldn't corroborate a single thing, not one item in that
dirty dossier. But your Department of Justice and your FBI
under James Comi used it not once but three of
the four times that faiza warrants were eventually issued using
that information that Hillary paid for as a means of

(01:04):
ruining Carter Page's life and back door spying on the
Trump campaign, transition team and later the Trump presidency. And
nobody's been held accountable. You know the chronicles, how you
know the FBI even went as far As in early
October of twenty sixteen to offer Christopher Steele over a

(01:25):
million dollars if he could corroborate any of his own dossier.
They were not allowed to do it. They couldn't, he couldn't.
He couldn't get a penny because he couldn't corroborate any
of it. They still used it to lie to a
PISA court. On top of the same FBI, you know,
exonerating Hillary in July of twenty sixteen, even though she

(01:45):
had top secret classified information on her servers that even
the FBI acknowledged and recognized that foreign entities hostile regimes
likely had access to. And it's an unbelievable story. They lied,
Trump Russia, collusion, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, lies after lies.

(02:07):
It happened every hour of every day. It happened twenty
four hours a day, seven days a week, week after week,
month after month, and for three long years, and Inspector
General you know, ended up, you know, vindicating our reporting.
We got it right on Hannity, We got it right
on this radio show. We got it right, and they

(02:27):
got it wrong. And they even got two pulitzerprises in
the course of this and when I say got it wrong,
I'm talking about two cable channels and three broadcast networks,
and every major newspaper in the country, starting with the
Washington Post in the New York Times. It's unbelievable. And
even the Democrats that pushed this lie along with the

(02:48):
media mob, they're willing, you know, dupes in all of this.
They just dismissed the findings completely. Listen, I have nothing
else to say. I'm finished.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
I'm pro law enforced, and so you know, it's interesting
to see my friends across the aisle all of a
sudden to be anti law enforcement.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
The Durham report did not disabuse the fact that Trump
asked the Russians to hack Hillary Clinton, Russians did hack
Hillary Clinton, met had his team meet with people offering
dirt on Hillary Clinton at Trump Tower, and Donald Trump
it still looks like he was trying to do the
biggest deal of his life in Moscow while he was
a candidate. So if that was not disproved, then this

(03:26):
report seems a little value.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
I mean, he's not not being able to support any
of these claims with significant evidence. I mean, you know,
this is a country where you're innocident until proven guilty,
and that applies not only to Donald Trump, but did
the FBI as well.

Speaker 5 (03:39):
He focuses extensively on the Steele dossier. The Steele dassier
had nothing to do with the origination of the investigation,
nor was it relied upon by Special Counsel Mueller when
he convicted numerous associates of Donald Trump and his twenty
sixteen campaign. So he spent three hundred pages essentially denigrating

(04:01):
and attacking the FBI in a very misleading and distorted way,
when ultimately he reached more or less the same conclusion
that the FBI did.

Speaker 6 (04:12):
I think it is a naked self justification for the
millions of dollars of tax payer dollars they wasted in
that wild goose chase. So he's trying to justify it now,
but nobody takes it seriously. Everybody knows that Vladimir Putin
was involved in an active measure campaign to destabilize and

(04:32):
sabotage the American election in twenty sixteen, and he he
you know, has been doing it ever since. He's never stopped.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
This report took four years and basically discovered nothing really new,
and so you know, I don't think there's anything in
there that we didn't already know.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
Look, I think that there are a lot of things
that Trump has done to try to damage the FBI's credibility.
But I have a lot of confidence in Director Ray
and in the professionals who work so hard every single
day to keep us safe.

Speaker 6 (05:04):
I don't think that he said anything new in that
statement that would undermine, you know, anybody's faith and FBI.
Of course, if you've been trashing the FBI for the
last several years, it's not going to suddenly vindicate that FI.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
In your eyes. Anyway. Joining us now is Congressman Tom
Tiffany sits on the Judiciary Committee. Now the Special Council.
John Durham will be on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, and anyway,
he'll testify before the two committees in the House this week,
more than a month after releasing his findings saying that

(05:40):
Operation crossed by a Hurricane never should have come into existence. Anyway,
Congressman Tom Tiffany, Wisconsin is on that all important Judiciary committee. Sir,
how are you, Sewan?

Speaker 7 (05:51):
I'm good, hope you're well.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Let's go through what what should Americans take out of
this beyond the fact that they were lied to day
in and day out, not only by Democrats on the
Committee and Democrats in general, but by the entire media establishment.

Speaker 7 (06:08):
So, first of all, I would say this, Sean, even
though maybe a significant amount of the public, Democrats and
on the Judiciary Committee and others do not want to
know the truth, it is our task as Republicans on
the Judiciary Committee to tell the American people the truth.
And one of the ways we're going to do that

(06:28):
is this week with Special Counsel Durham coming in and
these are He has given us an important document for
the American people to see, and we're going to delve
into the details and share that with the American people.
I just think it's really important for them to know
the truth. But I got to tell you there's a

(06:49):
real burning question for me is a number of these
high profile people comie mccabs, truck pre staff, they refuse
to cooperate. Why did Special Council Durham not compel their testimony.
I want to know an answer to that. Because the
American people are tired and frustrated of this dual system

(07:14):
of justice. They want answers. The American people are fair minded, Sean,
give them the truth and they will come to the
right conclusions.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Look, I can understand the media being abusively biased. I've
chronicled it in my entire career in radio and TV.
I get it. They have an agenda. I get it.
The Democrats have an agenda, But the FBI shouldn't have
an agenda. And one of the tasks now before your
committee is to discover and to find out whether our

(07:44):
FBI has been politicized and weaponized. And I think the
answer is yes, and whether the Department of Justice has
been politicized and weaponized that I think the answer there
is yes, because the reality is there was no Absolutely,
they had no business owned opening up Crossfire Hurricane. As
chronicled by John Durham, they had no evidence that justified

(08:07):
opening up Operation Crossfire Hurricane, but they did it anyway.
And then they used political information that they were told
was political information, and that's Hillary's bought and paid for
dirty dossier to perpetuate the lie. Now, it's one thing
of Democrats in the media lie, it's another thing if
our FBI is lying to us. And they played a

(08:30):
very active role because they ended up using the unverifiable
information to lie to a pize the court not once before.

Speaker 7 (08:36):
Times Special Counsel Durham says in his report that the
FBI has taken actions in twenty twenty and twenty twenty
one to rectify what they did wrong in twenty sixteen.
For me, Sean that is not nearly enough. I think

(08:56):
at a minimum, we have to go after the fight
the process to make sure it's not allowed to happen again.
But the question is, ultimately, is this just a matter
of fixing systems or is this a matter of fixing
the people that have been in leadership at the FBI.
I think it's a people problem, not an systems problem.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
I think it's an institutional problem. And at this point,
you know, if there's not something similar to a church
committee style hearings that gets to the bottom of this,
how the FBI is politicized and the DOJ's weaponized, I
think we're just spinning our wheels. And you know nobody
was held accountable here, Well, what does that do? That
only emboldens people. Then we saw the DOJ and the

(09:43):
FBI involved in twenty twenty. They had Hunters laptop. In
December of twenty nineteen, they authenticated it. According to John
Solomon in the spring of twenty twenty. Then why were
FBI agents pre bunking the laptop to every big tech
company knowing that it was likely going to leak before
for the twenty twenty election. Aren't they putting cinderblocks on

(10:04):
the scales now of presidential elections? They did two in
a row, And maybe you can argue with the rate
at mar A Lago and the never ending double standard
as it relates to all things Donald Trump and classified information,
that they're doing it again in twenty twenty four.

Speaker 7 (10:23):
I think the case can be made in that way.
I think we have an opportunity as the Judiciary Committee,
though in particular, to get after the fight of process.
Think about it, Sean. The pight of process is meant
to get foreign actors that are trying to do illegal
things in our country to call them to task to

(10:44):
make sure that they're not allowed to do it. That
process has been now used against Americans, including a president.
I sure hope at a minimum that our committee has
proposals that this hearing this week is going to help
lay the groundwork for to get real reform, especially to

(11:05):
the visa process, so it can never be used against
the American people.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
Again, well, I hope so, because I don't think I
could support the renewal of the FISA warrant process anymore
because there were no consequences for the people. But you
correct me if I'm wrong. Doesn't it say at the
top of a PISA application verified And isn't it true
that they sent for FISA applications in with Hillary's dossier's

(11:33):
the bulk of information and that none of that was
not only verifiable, but it was all untrue.

Speaker 7 (11:38):
That is what it said. And it talks in what
you've just cited. There goes to our dual system of
justice in America, and we better get it back, Sean,
because sitting on Judiciary, I see it in so many
different ways. We have become a lawless country. And part
of the reason for that is people at the highest
levels of government. They ignore the law, as we're seeing

(12:02):
with this Durham report. If we don't have people at
the top of the FBI that are willing to follow
the law, Americans are beginning to say, why should I
follow the law? This is really important stuff. All right?

Speaker 1 (12:18):
We continue. Congressman Tom Tiffany, he is on the House
Judiciary Committee. We have special counsel John Durham will be
making an appearance as of Wednesday. A lot of questions
for him as we continue along. Well, you see James Comy,
you see Andrew McCabe, you see you know, all these
people involved in this, They all, you know, either writing

(12:40):
books that they're now getting paid as contributors on you know,
left wing cable news channels and spending their days just
you know, perpetuating more lies. So I mean, why would
anyone think there's any consequences. Do you think Christopher Ray
has done a really good job cleaning it up?

Speaker 7 (12:57):
Because I don't know, and I'm anticipating that mister Ray
is going to appear before our committee real soon also
because he has a whole lot to answer for too.
But it really is the case where the American people
want answers to this, and we need to While half

(13:18):
the country does not get this because they don't listen
to people like you, Sean Hannity, we need to continue
to push this message out in hopes that more and
more people will understand something is rotten in the state
of Denmark and we need to fix it, even if
we need to do this alone as Republicans. We need

(13:39):
to follow through.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Well, I agree. Do you think that we need a
restructuring of the FBI, not a defunding, a restructuring where
they go back and return what was once the world's
premiere law enforcement agency back to its former greatness.

Speaker 7 (13:55):
That is certainly one of the questions that's going to
be before so and that's a question I'm going to
asked mister Durham on Wednesday. Quite honestly, Sean, I think
the systems are there. I think the people there abused it.
We saw it where they gave Hillary a path, but boy,
they took the thinnest of pretexts and they sure went

(14:17):
after President Trump, didn't they? And so this is a
people problem in my estimation, the FBI needs to hit
or needs.

Speaker 1 (14:26):
Do you agree? Do you agree with me that we
don't have equal justice or application and all laws working
properly in America today?

Speaker 7 (14:34):
That's what we're seeing. Absolutely, I agree with you, sad state.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
If that's the case, we've become an unconstitutional America, don't we.

Speaker 7 (14:42):
Yes, that is correct, and we need to get back
to that. And I believe to your question, I believe
this is a people problem and we need people that
think like Comy McCabe, struck pre staff and others. They
need to be washed out of the FBI and we
need to new people that will follow the law.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
None of them held accountable. Anyway, we appreciate it, Tom Tiffany,
is going to be an interesting week when Duram h
takes goes before your committee. We'll looking forward to it.
Eight hundred ninety four one, Shawn. If you want to
be a part of the program exposing left wing media bias,

(15:24):
no stone left unturned at the Sean Hannity Show is
back on the air twenty five to the top of
the hour. Your calls straight ahead. Eight hundred and nine
to four one Seawan our number. You want to be
a part of the program, Linda, Is it fair to
say that on radio and television that I am not

(15:45):
ambiguous when it comes to what my opinions are? Is
that clear?

Speaker 6 (15:50):
Uh? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (15:50):
All right? For example, I did not know that, you know,
I heart our company in New York as like a
zillion podcast, right, Charlo Maine. I had no idea his studios.
I saw Jim Kerr and Carol Miller, longtime pop radio
rock stars in New York and and anyway, they took
me around their studios and Charlemagne that God had his

(16:14):
actually has a throne that he broadcasts from, which I
think is pretty funny. And anyway, so we have different,
you know, all different points of view on a on
the iHeart podcast, et cetera, et cetera. Right, we do,
indeed very The idea that that some people in the
building might have views that differ than mine means what

(16:36):
to us, very little, nothing, nothing. It means nothing to me,
and it's it's not my company. And you know, people like, well,
your company said, I'm like, my No, I don't. I
don't even know these people. I don't talk to my company.
The best thing, the best thing about my relationships with

(16:59):
my company is that they let me do my job
that they hired me to do to the best of
my ability and encourage me to do it. That's pretty
much it isn't it Just check, I'm just checking. That's
actually exactly it. We don't have a lot of backshup
to them. Why do people because somebody else in the
company says something that I would never agree with, that
I would never say, why do they hold me accountable

(17:21):
for that? Because people are very narrow minded, unbelievable. I
want to remind you how you can save money. These
are tough economic times Verizon at and TT Mobile. I
don't know why some of you are still clinging to this.
It's time to cut the cord and save a ton
of money for the exact same service from our veteran
own company friends at pure Talk. Because they use the

(17:42):
same five gen network, they use the exact same cell
towers as all the big carriers, the average family saves
close to one thousand dollars a year. That's money in
your pocket. They have a great deal going on right now.
Unlimited talk, unlimited text, ultra fast five gen data. Just
what twenty bucks a month? And what about the coverage
it's exactly the same as the big carriers. What part

(18:03):
of that is ambiguous? Anyway, grab your phone dial pound
two to fifty save the keywords save now, and on
top of that, take advantage of getting unlimited talk and
text and plenty of data twenty bucks a month. They
have an amazing US customer service team. They'll make the
switch simple, fast and easy. Uh, and you're gonna save
money for the exact same service. Pound two to fifty

(18:24):
keywords saved now from our friends at pure Talk. And
if you do it now, you'll save an additional fifty
percent off your first month. You can't lose. I mean,
it just makes sense. And one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee
even gets better. All right, let's go to Arizona. David
the Liberal. David the Liberal apparently has some disagreements with me.
How are you, sar glad you called?

Speaker 8 (18:45):
I'm doing fine.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
What's on your mind today? David? Why you all worked up?
Apparently you don't like what I say? What's the matter?

Speaker 8 (18:51):
Well, I'm not worked up, because why would I be
worked up? Because I listening to you talk about James
Comer and some seventeen takes? What you don't have? I
know he don't. He's lying, you know, he's lining in.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Didn't say he had them. He said that they believe
there are seventeen tapes available from a top executive at
Barisma uh and there's evidence that they believe will prove
that to be true. So what's your point? Well, let
me ask you a question. Do you think that the
Biden family and all their financial dealings with Russia and
China and Kazakhstan and Ukraine? Do you think that that

(19:26):
stuff you've made are you are you that stuff I'm
making up? Yes, I'm making all of that up. I'm
so there's no truth that I have told. So so
the fact that James Comer has one hundred and seventy
five suspicious activity reports, he's been able to identify dozens
of LLCs that he believes the shell companies, and payments

(19:49):
to nine Biden family members from foreign entities. You're saying
that that's all made up. Of course, it is courses. Well,
let's talk about what we do know is a fact.
All right, let's go through some of Joe Biden. Now
you've heard me play the tape of Joe Biden admitting
that he went to Ukraine and he leveraged a billion
taxpayer dollars and demanded that a prosecutor in Ukraine get

(20:12):
fired in six hours. You've heard that tape, right, Oh?

Speaker 8 (20:15):
Yeah? That one of the he did for international bins
that the President sent him.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
It was the Council of Foreign Relations where he bragged
about leveraging our tax money to get a prosecutor in
Ukraine fired and son of a bee, they fired him
in six hours, right.

Speaker 8 (20:29):
Yes, one of the corrupt, the prosecutor.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
The corrupt. You prosecuted the corrupt prosecutor as you say, Okay,
now do you even know the prosecutor's name, because I do.

Speaker 8 (20:39):
I don't care what his name is. He was corrupting,
and and.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
What evidence do you have that he was corrupt? What
evidence do you have?

Speaker 8 (20:46):
What have you corrupted?

Speaker 1 (20:49):
You just said he was corrupt. What evidence do you
have that this man is corrupt?

Speaker 6 (20:53):
Man?

Speaker 8 (20:53):
Stop? What sew? You have nothing?

Speaker 1 (20:56):
I'm asking a question. What evidence do you have that
this prosecute was corrupt?

Speaker 8 (21:00):
Well? I wasn't there, but he was said there to
get rid of him because he was corrupt.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
So you you just believe Joe Biden's story. Okay, Now
I got a question for you.

Speaker 8 (21:09):
Stop stop making up stuff. Stop making up stuff.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Okay, So now I got a question for you. It
turns out that the prosecutor was investigating Forarisma, the oil
and gas giant in Ukraine, the one that was paying
Hunter of Fortune and Hunter. Biden said this on Good
Morning America. I want you to listen to it, and
then I want to ask you a question on the
other side.

Speaker 9 (21:32):
Okay, there's been a lot of misinformation about me, not
about my dad. Nobody buys that, but advis's idea that
I was unqualified to be on the board.

Speaker 10 (21:42):
What were your qualifications to be on the board of Barisma?

Speaker 9 (21:44):
Well, I was vice chairman of the board of Amtrak
for five years. I was the chairman of the board
of the UN World Food Program. I was a lawyer
for Boys Schiller Flexner, one of the most prestigious law
firms in the world.

Speaker 10 (21:56):
You didn't have any extensive knowledge about natural gas or
you crane itself, though, No.

Speaker 9 (22:02):
But I think that I had as much knowledge anybody
else that was on the board, if not more.

Speaker 10 (22:06):
In the list you gave me the reasons why you're
on that board, you did not list.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
The fact that you were the son of the course.

Speaker 1 (22:13):
Yeah, what rule do you think that played?

Speaker 9 (22:15):
I think that it is impossible for me to be
on any of the boards that I just mentioned without
saying that I'm the son of the vice president of
the United States.

Speaker 10 (22:22):
If your last name wasn't Biden, do you think you
would have been asked to be on the board of Barisma.

Speaker 9 (22:27):
I don't know. I don't know, probably not. I don't
think that there's a lot of things that would have
happened in my life that if my last name wasn't Biden?

Speaker 1 (22:35):
All right, So, David, this is your moment of truth,
your intellectual honesty moment. Are you ready?

Speaker 8 (22:41):
Yes, I'm ready?

Speaker 1 (22:42):
Okay, Now he had no experience in energy.

Speaker 8 (22:46):
I don't care.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
Hang on, I'm asking the question.

Speaker 8 (22:48):
The name was Biden. Oh, well, David, but he didn't
have any.

Speaker 1 (22:51):
Experience, David, David, I'm asking a question. Now. The guy
admits he has no experience in energy, oil and anything
in that sector, and no experience with Ukraine. They're paying him,
some estimates are we know at least over fifty thousand
a month, but there's been estimates that are higher. They're

(23:12):
paying him a fortune to be on this board with
no experience at all. The prosecutor investigating these payments is
fired by Joe Biden. Now, why do you think Barisma,
the energy giant, was paying Hunter Biden at the time
of crack Addict all that money for no experience. Why

(23:32):
do you think he was paid that money.

Speaker 8 (23:34):
You're not going to change my mind.

Speaker 1 (23:35):
I didn't ask if I'm going to change him. But
why was Barisma paying all that money to Hunter who
had no experience?

Speaker 8 (23:41):
He was corrupt, just like Donald Trump corrupt.

Speaker 1 (23:44):
So a minute you're saying Hunter was corrupt.

Speaker 8 (23:47):
No, I'm saying the prosecutor was corrupt.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
What'd the prosecutor do?

Speaker 8 (23:50):
And what do you know what? I don't care if
Haunta Biden got a job in another country, I don't care.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
I didn't ask you that. Why do you think why
do you think they're paying? Because I'm going to give
you the answer. You're not gonna like the answer. But
everyone else listening to this, this exchange of ours, knows
that the answer is they were trying to buy influence
with his father. That's called influence pedaling. That is against
the law. And for Joe Biden to misappropriate taxpayer money

(24:19):
and leverage our money to get a deal done to
get a prosecutor fired so his son can continue to
get paid. Uh. That has all the ear markings of
pay to play, and that's illegal in this country. Now,
I would think that you support law and order. Are
You're not a law and order guy, David, because I
bet if it was Donald Trump and Donald Trump Junior,

(24:41):
you would want them. You would want them put in jail.

Speaker 8 (24:44):
Donald Trump, I'm so I supported so much. I'm so
happy they got Donald Trump.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
Okay, But but here's here's the problem. And I'm not
gonna waste any more time with you. You want me
to be very honest with you. If if if I told,
if I showed you Joe or Hunter Biden committing murder
on videotape, you would say they're innocent, cold blood.

Speaker 8 (25:04):
And murder if they if they did it, of course,
consecute him. But this thing, Gonald, since twenty eighteen, it
is okay.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
But we got all of this on tape, and you
don't have the intellectual honesty within you to just say, yeah,
what they did, what they did is wrong. Five years
all right, all right, I got it, David, David, David,
thank you for the call, appreciate it. Quick break right back,
strade to the phones. We go, Gordon Chang about the
new Cold War and the new access of EVO with China, Russia,

(25:33):
Iran eight hundred and ninety four to one, Shawn our number.
I've been telling you about the Tunnel to Towers Foundation,
and they deliver on their promise to do good and
never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have made for us.
And we're talking about heroes like Marine Corps Seth Rasmussen
Seth was one of five Marines killed in a training
accident when his aircraft crashed in California. He was only

(25:56):
twenty one years old, survived by his wife and high
school sweet heart, Avery and their infant son, and Tunnel
to Towers reached out to Avery within days of Seth's
death to tell her she would receive a mortgage free home.
She didn't have to worry about where she and her
son were going to live or how she was going
to pay for it. Because of the financial security and

(26:17):
support provided by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, they have
helped over one thousand military and first responder families navigate
the worst of times by removing the burden of a
mortgage payment. And the only way they're able to do
it is through your generosity. And they're asking everyone listening
to my voice right now, join us here at Team
Hannity support the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The letter T,

(26:40):
the number two, the letter T dot org. The letter

Speaker 7 (26:52):
The Final Hour roundup is next.

Speaker 5 (26:55):
You do not want to miss it, and stay tuned
for the final Hour free for all on the Sean
Hannity shoe.

Speaker 1 (27:05):
Let's set back to our busy phones. All right, Let's
say hi to Carl and Georgia, who I think wants
to respond to this. Hey, Carl, how are you Hi?

Speaker 8 (27:13):
Hi?

Speaker 7 (27:14):
Sean, how are you doing?

Speaker 1 (27:16):
Trying to be nice? I was trying to get this
guy to come around, and there's no hope.

Speaker 7 (27:20):
Well, you know, it's really funny how most people don't
have any common sense.

Speaker 10 (27:24):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (27:25):
My whole issue is, uh, the motivation of the of
the left and uh and and the perfect examples that
are obvious to everybody on on what their motivation is.
And it's some some of you. And I drive a
lot and I listen to a lot of talk radio,

(27:45):
and what really I disagree with is they they rationalize
the left needs to be the Democrat party as people
who hate America. My philosophy is, is their their sociopaths,
and uh, they we only care about government overreach and
actually staying in power, doing anything to stay in power,

(28:08):
and which leads to enriching themselves.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
Listen, I mean, these are the same people that didn't
care less that Hillary Clinton had top secret classified information
on our server. These are the people that didn't care
about the obstruction of deleting subpoena emails and destroying servers
and hard drives with bleach bit and destroying devices with hammers.
I mean, this is a big problem we have in
the country is that we have a dual system of justice.

(28:34):
We have an FBI that has been politicized and weaponized
and a DOJ the same politicized, weaponized. And I don't
believe in America we have equal justice and equal application
under the law anymore equal justice under the law. I
don't think it exists. And if we don't fix that,
we might as well just shred our constitution because it's meaningless.

Speaker 7 (28:56):
Well, as I said, the problem is that these people
have no conscience. That's one of the biggest reasons why
they hate religion in general and Christianity specifically. For them
to accept a religion in general, they'd have to have
a conscience. Sociopaths don't have it. And as I said,
it's just all about the money and power. The examples
are the pandemic with government overreach, the cowtelling of the

(29:20):
drug companies, you know, forced vaccinations Ukraine. Here's another one.
I can go on and on. The crony capitalism and
tied to the environmental movement millions of dollars. I've heard
today that they've they've they've spread up millions of dollars
to Democrat candidates, and it's just it's really, it really

(29:42):
is maddening. I think we just need to call you
know what this really is. It's just it's just people.
They're just out for themselves and they will do anything
to stay in power. Look at the last election. I mean,
it's just obvious, and it just amazes me that people
don't don't see that and understand that it's a.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
Very divided country. It's a very difficult time for our country,
and I'm hoping we can get things back on track. Anyway,
appreciate the call. Let's go to Thomas and New York.
Thomas your next Sean Hannity Show. How are you sir?

Speaker 11 (30:14):
Hey Sean, how's it going good? If Joe Biden doesn't
seek reelection? You know, how did the Democratic Party justify
giving the nomination and support to Gavin Newsom over Kamala Harris.

Speaker 1 (30:26):
You know you'd have to get in the primary for
that to happen, and you know, the window can close.
I think Joe Biden is just opening a ride out
that window and get to the primary season before you know,
he really makes himself, you know, has a disaster on
the campaign trail, and he kind of came pretty close
to it a number of times last week, you know,

(30:47):
when he started talking about his railroad across the Indian Ocean,
which he was widely ridiculed about. God saved the Queen man.
I mean, this guy is a It's just getting worse
and worse every day.

Speaker 11 (31:02):
And no, no, I agree with you. It just if
you're the Democrat, if you're the Republican people running for
president on the Republican side, you want Gavin Newsom because
then you make the case, how do the Democratic Party
push away Kamala Harris who has the opportunity to be
the first African American woman president, And you could also
make the case she's more qualified than Gavin Newsom? Has

(31:24):
you been playing and have you been saying for a
while Gavin Newsom has been a disaster for California. So
how do you How does the Democratic Party justify to
the American people that Gavin Newsom has a better option
than Kamala when she's I.

Speaker 1 (31:38):
Think the answer is going to be Democrats don't care.
But the reality is Miranda Devine at a good piece
on this today in the New York Post, and that
is that you know, you better play very close to
Kamala Harris because she may be the person sooner than
you think, if Joe Biden were to be elected for
a second term. I don't know who's more frightening him
or her.

Speaker 11 (31:57):
Oh absolutely, if Joe Biden gets re elected, she's the
party nominee at twenty twenty eight.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
But I think she's president before them. He does not
look healthy to me. I don't wish him ill health.
I've actually just the opposite, but he's he does not
seem up to the job physically, mentally, cognitively, and by
no measure do I think this man is qualified to
be president.

Speaker 11 (32:22):
I agree with every point he just said, Joan. I'm
just making the case. If Joe would have stepped down
part of the twenty twenty four election, how do the
Democrats justify given it to someone else and not to
the Vice president Kamala Harris as a sport?

Speaker 1 (32:34):
Well, I mean it's at that point it begun. It
should become an open primary. Now that happens after, you know,
let's say he S's the nominee, and I would think
that she probably would walk right into it as you're suggesting.
I got to run, my friend. Thank you for the call.
Eight hundred and ninety four one Seawan. Speaking of all
the happenings in China, Tony blinkn. I mean, you know,

(32:56):
the idea that this is anything short of a disaster
is uh just laughable to me. But we'll get to
that at the top of the hour.

Speaker 10 (33:05):
Mm hmm.
