Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, thank you Scott Shannon, and thanks to all
of you for being with us. Right down our toll
free telephone number you want to be a part of
the program, it is eight hundred and ninety four one
Sean if you'd like to join us.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
We just got word officially that we can kick off
our Tesla giveaway contest on Monday, which happens to be
Saint Patrick's Day and finally gets you know, you can't
do anything without like a million lawyers getting involved in it,
but we're excited to give it away. You get to
pick the Tesla of your choice. Details to follow Monday
(00:34):
on this program and on Hannity dot com. I was
blown away when I drove the the s plaid which
is the one that I bought, and and I know
it's a gesture. I'm just tired of the hatred of
this man. For what reason? Is what is Elon Musk?
I just noticed that there is a friend of mine
(00:54):
sent this to me, and you know, it looks like
it was on X that maybe eight anti Elon Musk
protesters pouring liquid latex on some of their optimists. That's
their robotic arm of Tesla. I mean, why would they
do this. Why are they Why are they, you know,
setting a blaze Tesla's on on you know, dealership parking lots.
(01:15):
Why are they putting charging stations ablaze? That's to me,
those acts of terrorism. Why are they threatening this man's life?
What has he done to deserve this? I mean, all
I can see is a guy that when people were
in need of communications and had no communication ability with
the outside world, provided free starlink to the people in
North Carolina, Tennessee and later after the wildfires in California,
(01:39):
and and he did that out of the goodness of
his heart. You know, I see a guy that has
built the most amazing thing about this car that I got,
and I got it for a reason to just say,
you know what, I'm sick and tired of people being
so hateful to somebody that's helping our country. The only
thing he's done is he's supported Donald Trump, and he's
(02:00):
he's exposing the Washington Swamp for all the waste, fraud,
and abuse and corruption that's been going on there. So
to prevent our country from going bankrupt one day and
reaching insolvency. That's not good for our kids and grandkids.
We're robbing their futures from them. We got to stop,
and we got to put a hold to it. And
(02:22):
it's got to be a dramatic halt. That's the only
way it's going to work. You can't do it incrementally.
You just got to do it. And a guy that's
about to, you know, send a rocket ship in the
into space to rescue astronauts that were abandoned. You know,
do you hate him for that reason too? He's got
a car. This car goes zero to sixty in two seconds.
(02:42):
It has over a thousand horse power, it has self
driving capability. It is the most American made car in
the country. I like American jobs, and I'll tell you
who's going to end up being hurt in the long
run here if this continues, just because he's serving his
government and serving as president for free by eliminating waste
for an abuse. I worry about the people that work
(03:04):
at the dealerships, and I worry about the people that
work at the factories, and I work at all the
other companies in America. Because it's over about eighty five
percent American made, which is more than any other manufacturer
in the country. It's the most American made car what's
going to happen to those people's jobs now? He's getting
(03:25):
death threats, acts of terror committed against them, So I
want to Yeah, I know it's not going to save
his company. I know I'm just, you know, a little
peon here, but I just wanted to kind of stand
in solidarity because I can't stand bullies. I hate them.
Why are they bullying this guy? What has he done
to deserve this? Nothing? Anyway? So we're going to start
(03:47):
the contest and I figured I want to give one
away to a lucky listener and we'll tell you all
about the details of that on Monday, and we're looking
forward to doing that. I'd love to give away free stuff.
That's one of the things I've always loved about radio
when you have give I love, love love to give
away free stuff. So everybody wants to win something. It's
kind of cool and it's not going to cost you anything,
(04:08):
you know, to get a chance to win, And anybody
can win. And that person I think when they win,
they'll get to pick the Tesla of their choice, and
I hope they're very happy with it. I think they
will be. I'm blown away by the technology. Can you
imagine a self driving car. All you do is you
go in, you put in your destination and it will
drive you there and you don't have to do a thing.
(04:29):
And I from all my friends that have been telling
me about it, and I just have like only been
half hearing them. Linda understands that side of my mind
when I half hear people. I heard laughing in the background, Ethan,
so not at all. You know, I'm juggling. Okay, I
(04:49):
am juggling at all times, like seventeen balls and when
I'm very different. It was it was not meant to
be that big a joke. But there is a part
of me that will half hear people because they're like
talking to me. I'm like, I'm not paying attention. Like
I'll even say to my kids, if you need my attention,
tell me daddy, I really need your attention. Dad. Can
(05:09):
I have your attention? This is important? Okay, I drop
what I'm doing. I tell Linda the same thing. If
it's important, just tell me I need Can I have
five minutes of your time or three minutes? I have
two really important questions. Let me know when it's a
good time, and always say I say absolutely no, you
say it's never a good time. I'm not giving you five.
You have one go. I do say is true story
(05:34):
that is actually true because if I'm very efficient in
my twenty years here and but then it often becomes three, four,
five or ten or twenty. So it's just a matter
of what it's about. I have terrible news today, by
the way. To start the show, we started with the
good news about Tesla in terms of the giveaway. But
the bad news is this is so sad. Rosie O'Donnell
(05:56):
has left the country.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
It's a beautiful and warm not physically it's actually quite
cold physically. Moved here in January fifteenth, and it's been
pretty wonderful. And when you know it is safe for
all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that's
(06:21):
when we will consider coming back. It's been heartbreaking to
see what's happening politically and hard for me personally as well.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
It was also kind of hard, Rosie, when the people
in power the last time weaponized our justice system and
politicized and weaponized our FBI, and weaponized and politicized our
intelligence community to go after one man. I didn't hear
you being outspoken when they didn't value mar Lago, the
(06:57):
right way. I didn't hear you being outspoken about the
double standard, the dual justice system when it came to
top seeker classified information. They treated Trump one way, Hillary
and Biden another way. I didn't hear you complaining when
the Biden family syndicate, when you know a billion taxpayer
dollars were being leveraged to you know, get a prosecutor
(07:21):
fired so his inexperienced son, zero experienced son could be
paid millions. I didn't hear you complain even though the
statute of limitations had passed on a non disclosure agreement,
that it was stacked into thirty four federal charges in
the most novel legal theory you know ever imagined, and
(07:41):
put before a jury not of his peers, but of
a bunch of left wing radicals and a judge that
was abusively biased to him, in my opinion, and unfair
to him. You know, I didn't you know? Where where
was she? Then? I didn't see you talking about the
double standard when it came to January sixth, and the
(08:03):
five hundred and seventy four riots that your candidate said
shouldn't stop won't stop, and the U wouldn't stop supporting them.
Dozens of Americans died, thousands of cops were injured, billions
in property damage, and nobody cared. And nobody cared that
Kamalo supported them, and you voted for her. I really
(08:25):
don't I really don't want to hear it. He said.
She will consider returning to the US when it's safe
for all citizens to have equal rights. Well, it's safe.
Nobody's taken away your rights. Nobody cares about what Rosi
o'donald is doing. To be very honest, nobody's after Rosio o'donald.
A Biden illegal, has been sentenced to twenty three years
(08:46):
to life for strangling a female friend to death on
her birthday, twenty one year old. The illegal Ecuadorian immigrant
begging for forgiveness in an upstate New York court rum
for strangling his childhood friend to death and dumbing her
body in the woods. He pled guilty to murder charges
(09:08):
in January. These are names you've never heard. Those are
the names that I kept scrolling during the election. President
Trump's Department of Homeland Security plans to deport and the
illegal immigrant terrorist who was caught in El Paso. This
The illegal was from Lebanon, also admitted to being a
member of Hezballah and is said to be deported by
(09:30):
the Trump administration. I'm not sure if you you know
the this has now become a thing about, uh, you know,
what are we supposed to do with all of these
illegals that are taking on radical positions. I mean, you
have this case in New York where this pro hamaskay
(09:52):
Mahmood Khalil, who was demonstrating and by the way, they're
gonna looks like they're gonna deport him. And you have
this big, you know, blockade yesterday and protesters yesterday in
New York City move cops, get out of the way.
We know you're Israeli trained protesters taunting cops. Caught on
(10:12):
video police block protesters, you know, entering city hall park
oink oink, piggy, piggy, We're gonna make your lives Adam Schiffe.
I mean, it's so stupid. This guy was detained and
it faces the threat of deportation for what the White
House said was peddling pro hamas views. What is a
(10:35):
moss It is a recognized terrorist organization. They have in
their charter the destruction of Israel and supporters of this
guy arrested clashing with the police. I mean, I can
go through a lot of what we know about him.
The Department of Homeland Security and Justice and State Department
are investigating him as a possible national security threat. The
(10:57):
investigation is so far unearthed. Anti Semitic, can hateful posts,
and it goes on from there. So why would we
allow people that have terrorist sympathies into the country and
allow them to stay if you support such an organization?
What does that say about you? Anyway? Start? I mean,
(11:20):
there's just so many angles to this whole thing. Well, well,
it's free speech. They have a right to free You
don't have a right to support radical terrorism. No, you don't. Anyway,
we have Let's see, sixty nine percent of voters in
battleground districts are now recognizing what we have been saying,
and that is that the Democratic Party is out of touch.
(11:43):
Washington Free Beacon. Seventy percent of voters in battleground districts
see Congressional Democrats as out of touch, prioritizing political correctness
and wokeness over real issues that impact people's lives. Uh,
that is not good for the Democratic Party. Now, it's
going to be interesting to watch the ce ARC continuing resolution.
(12:04):
Remember we got a backtrack here. The economy we're now
living under is the Biden Harris economy. Everyone's talking about
the stock market storm. Okay, well it's he's the President's
talking about Paris on countries and there's uncertainty. The markets
are always going to be skittish. They don't seem to
even care. They don't even have the slightest inkling to
(12:27):
have a slight bit of intellectual curiosity about Donald Trump.
He the reason this whole that the Canada premiere back
down on the threat to cut off energy and put
massive tariffs on energy to states like Michigan, New York
and others is because Donald Trump upped the ante. He
(12:48):
didn't back down, He upped the ante and then talked
about how stupid it was that America would ever rely
on any country for any energy. And what's gonna happen
is exactly what I said happened with Zelenski. When the
media was freaking out, Democrats were freaking out. This is
going to have reverberations for decades to come, in years
(13:09):
to come, and it'll be a stand on American foreign policy. Now,
as Mike Wallas and Marco Rubio said yesterday, they're not
talking about a potential peace deal, they're talking about an
actual peace deal. At this point, I'm just trying to
understand the mindset. Donald Trump is tired of the fact
that Canada charges tariffs, and I'll go over some of
(13:32):
that as the program unfolds. He's tired that the European
Union does the same thing. If you want to buy
a BMW or German car, that's fine, but they sell
eight cars in America to everyone sold from America in
Germany because they have a ten percent tariff that they
put on American cars. Then they have a value added tax,
(13:53):
which is a national sales tax, and that national sales
tax makes it cost prohibitive for US to sell cars there.
And it's very similar with other European Union countries. It's
not free and fair trade. When President Trump is saying,
if you want free and fair trade, we'll have free
and fair trade. If you want reciprocity in terms of tariffs,
if you're going to tariff us, we'll tarif you back.
(14:15):
That's good for the American people, and he's fighting for
the American people. He's going to raise taxes, tariffs or
taxing Greeces. Well, they also could be major sources of
revenues if they want to sell any products in America
and Canada, which has forty two million in their population
versus America's three hundred and forty million, may want to
be careful how far down this road they want to go,
(14:36):
because in the end, they're going to be the biggest loser.
To quote a famous TV show, eight hundred nine four
one shown is a number if you want to be
a part of the program where we're going to watch
his highly anticipated mission to bring home these astronauts, praying
for this safe return. And it is you know the
(14:59):
fact that Elon Musket offered this to Joe Biden and
Kamala Harris. Why wasn't that made public? I learned about
that when I interviewed the President and Elon Musk Boeing
among the top NASA contractors apparently plagued by billions and
overruns and delays, and according to a report, between fiscal
(15:19):
years twenty one and twenty four, the Space Agency sholled
out sixty billion dollars in contracts. They recouped seven point
seven million in civil fines, nine point six million in
criminal restitution, while the Treasury Department recovered thirty three point
five billion in fraudulent, wasteful spending. I mean, what's going on.
Maybe it's time, you know, for our government to be
(15:42):
more selective instead of going with the same old, same
old companies all the time. Maybe it's maybe it's time
we move on. We have an update on Greenland. Their
center right opposition party claimed victory in their elections on Tuesday. Now,
this could be one of the most consequential elections and
it's his And the reason it matters is the newment
government will need to navigate Donald Trump's intense public interest
(16:07):
in acquiring the resource rich territory to help make the
people in Greenland rich, but also as a partnership with
the United States. You think that's really out of the
realm of possibility. It is not. By the way, it
was fun to see President Trump will get into this later.
He got a model ass I got the s plaid
(16:30):
is what I got. I put it up on on
Hannity dot com. We're going to announce how to be
a part of our Tesla giveaway contest and I'm going
I'm going to buy it. Yes, I'm buying it. Myself
and I'm we're going to give it away to one
lucky listener. I hate the bullying that they've done. As
I've been talking about, what is what has Elon done
to deserve this hatred? I don't know. Maybe there are
(16:50):
issues I'll find out myself in disagreement with, but everything
he's doing now I like. I like the fact that,
you know, for decades we've heard about eliminating waste, broad
abuse and government, and now we're finally doing it. I
like the fact that this administration is thinking out of
the box. Linda McMahon, the Education Secretary, is praising the
department for taking steps to eliminate the bureaucratic bloat that exists,
(17:15):
and the Department of Education is going to receive a
reduction enforced notices. As of today, nearly half the department's
workforce will be terminated. I believe they get paid till
the end of the fiscal year, which ends on September thirtieth.
The new fiscal year begins October one. And you know,
if you fail at that spectacular level, tell me why
(17:38):
you continue to do it the same way. How does
that make any sense? It doesn't make any sense, you know,
This is why I say, what is the government for
all you people that want to trust government, want big government,
want the Green New Deal, want government guaranteed. You know,
cradle to gray, womb to the tomb. What are they
doing now that is so that warn't such trust in you,
(18:00):
because social Security and medicaid, medicare, they're all headed towards insolvency.
We know that we have nearly forty trillion dollars in
debt that we've stolen from our children and grandchildren. We
know that we spend more per capita for child on
education than any industrialized country, and we come in next
to dead last. We come in thirty seventh to fortieth
(18:21):
depending on any given year. And so why not give
the money block rant the money to school districts individually,
or to states individually or counties individually, or give it
to parents in the form of vouchers and let them
better determine where they want their kids to go to school.
Include in that accountability and demand for results and in
(18:46):
standards in education. What do you think most parents, what
school do you think they're going to pick for their kids?
They're going to pick the school that teaches reading, writing, math, science,
arithmetic and history and that's it. And the school that
asks their kids to wear uniforms and demands that they
behave most parents are not going to want their kids
(19:07):
at the most woke school you know, where gender affirming
care is given without parental consent. The USAID officials tell
their remaining staffers to shred and to burn all of
their documents. That sound like obstruction to you, sounds like
obstruction to me, US official. USAID instructing the agency's remaining
(19:29):
staff to convene at the agencies now former headquarters in
Washington as of yesterday for an all day group effort
to destroy documents stored there, many of which contain sensitive
information tred as many documents first reserved the burn flags
for when the shredder becomes unavailable or needs a break.
(19:51):
I hope that was stopped. I've not been able to
get an update. We've been trying. The EPA is ending
hundreds of grants a total of one point seven billion
in the latest Doze cuts that's under Lee Zelden, and
he announced the results of the fourth round of cuts
identified with the help of DOGE. The agency said they've
(20:11):
cut around two billions since Donald Trump took office in
this department alone in January as the president. Now just
thenews dot com this is John Solomon moves to scrap
climate you know, climate awards, etc. Because of a Freedom
of Information Act request. It shows that the procedure that
Obama's EPA was using to come to their endangerment finding
(20:36):
was informed by people who wanted to regulate quote greenhouse
house gases as a pollutant no matter what, and came
to a predetermined conclusion on behalf of a progressive national policy.
Emails reviewed by just thenews dot com and John Solomon
show the EPA regulators who helped draft the two thousand
(20:58):
and nine endangerment finding which declared the greenhouse gases could
be regulated because they risked the public health, were prepared
to impose the regulatory powers of endangerment finding even before
the science was wrapped up. And they showed there was
an open discussion inside the Obama EPA about trying to
score a win for the left, and you're at the
(21:19):
forefront of progressive national policy on one of the most
critical issues of our time, according to a Georgetown law professor.
And it goes on to say there's also a trove
of emails yet to be released, but un itemized on
a log of documents that the Obama administration insisted on
hiding from the public, declaring them privileged. I believe the
(21:41):
privilege log support the administration. I mean, do you understand
what this means. They didn't care about the science. They
just wanted to implement the agenda. And what is the
New Green Deal agenda? It sounds like it's about the environment.
It's not about the environment, although where we stupidly under
the Paris Climate Accords and we stupid participate in all
(22:01):
of these un measures. But it's all about redistribution, cradle
to grave, womb to the tomb. Anyway, So we have
a lot of good things happened the EPA terminated. Biden
administration's green grants were twenty billion dollars. Another win. I
saw a poll today that sweet Baby James gave me.
Will those claim five hundred billion in savings by July fourth?
(22:24):
Eighty one percent of respondents believe that there's a pretty
good chance that that's going to happen. I think there's
probably a pretty good chance. We're up to as of yesterday,
one hundred and five billion that has been identified NASA
spent thirteen million on DEI. Under Biden, all critical mission
quality controls flailed. I mean we may need to go
(22:46):
to the private sector. I mean, if you need Elon
Musk to rescue the astronauts, I don't know. Something's got
to change. We've got to re examine how all of
government works on the economy. In spite of what you
were hearing in the field mongering that has been By
the way, the space launch is in four hours, three
minutes and forty six seconds, and pray that it goes
(23:09):
well for the sake of these astronauts that were abandoned.
Inflation plummeted now during Trump's first month in office. Most
of the media reporting a modest decline in inflation last
month based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI numbers.
Newsweek is sourcing an independent and index which shows inflation
plunging to the lowest level since twenty twenty. So the
(23:31):
media mob is saying that US inflation slowed last month
for the first time since September, and a measure of
underlying inflation fell for a fourth year in a row
of four year love Consumer Price Index increased two point
eight percent in February from a year ago. Wednesday's report
from the Labor Department showed down from the three percent
the previous month core prices. If you look at it,
(23:54):
the declines were far greater than economists expected, and according
to True Flow this was a newsweek, a blockchain based
provider of real time economic data. Inflation has now slowed
to around one point three percent, having dropped to below
one point five percent at the start of March. That
shows you. And by the way, the Agriculture Secretary you know,
(24:16):
for the last you know, ever since Donald Trump got
into office, egg prices, egg prices, egg price, well, we
do have something called avian flu, which is the president inherited.
Washington Examiner points out that the Agricultural Secretary Brook rollins
poll reporters yesterday that egg prices now have dropped by
nearly two dollars since the Trump administration initiated their bio
(24:37):
safety strategy for combating bird flu, which has decimated the
poultry industry. In recent months. Average price of a dozen
large white eggs fell to six dollars and eight cents
as of Tuesday. Prices eclipsed eight dollars at the start
of the month, so those prices are coming down. Gas
prices are down thirty one cents per gallon from a
(25:00):
year ago, in case you're interested in gas prices. Similar
to what happened in the first Trump administration, Trump did
drop his plan to double tariffs on Canadian steel and
aluminum after the Ontario guys suspended their energy export at
tax This tough talking Canadian Premiere Doug Ford announced Tuesday,
(25:22):
Canada's most populous province was suspending their twenty five percent
surcharge on electricity after Donald Trump announced an additional twenty
five percent on them. They have forty two million people.
It's in they're popular. We have we have three hundred
and forty million people. Who do you think is going
to get hit harder? The better part is I want
to get along with our friends in Canada. But you
know what, step up, Pay your fair share of NATO,
(25:45):
pay your fair Stop putting tariffs on our products the
way you do. Stop putting you know, limits into how
much milk we can import and stop and and really
have free and fair trade if that's what you want.
With the US. Everybody didn't think it can happen, and
now it's happening. And that is the chance of peace
(26:08):
in Europe is very, very real. We've got a hope
and pray that it comes to fruition. And you know,
President Trump, you know he's right in saying that now
it's going to be up to Vladimir Putin. How many
more Russians does he want to kill? How many more
Ukrainians does he want to kill? Ukraine is now, in
(26:30):
spite of what everybody was predicting just twelve days ago,
Ukraine is now on board for a thirty day ceasefire,
and hopefully that will lead to a negotiated settlement and
an end of this conflict and an end of death
and an end of destruction. What I can't really fully
understand is Donald Trump in many ways he has the
(26:52):
upper hand. I would argue over Vladimir Putin because of
the state of Putin's economy. And I'll tell you, if
Putin keeps ratcheting up the pressure, I think what Donald
Trump needs to do is really follow through on his
push for energy dominance, of making America the most energy
rich country on the face of the Earth. And then
as soon as we do that, we can sell all
(27:12):
of that extra natural gas, oil, coal for our European
allies and become the main source of their energy, which
would be safer for them if for the national security
reasons number one, and it would be a financial boom
for the American people and would create untold numbers and
(27:32):
hundreds of thousands of high paying career jobs for Americans.
And as I pointed out yesterday, in the private sector,
there is a tremendous amount of jobs available in the
private sector for people that are looking for work. Maybe
some of these people that will not be working for
the federal government will be able to find some of
these high paying career jobs. Apple is going to spend
(27:54):
five hundred billion dollars in Texas on a plant there.
We know that Nissan and Honda or building plants that
they had planned to build in Mexico here. We know
that a time when the East Chip Company is going
to spend one hundred billion dollars building chips here. And
you might want to get in on the ground floor.
And what could be a career opportunity for people that
(28:16):
want or looking for kind of these career jobs that
pay usually pay very well. If you find yourself tired
of exhausted every single day after lunch, if they call
it the three pm crash, or maybe struggling with memory issues,
maybe you have focus issues you can't dial in, or
you're just sick and tired of being sick and tired

And let me tell you something. I have a box

office so that no matter what, I don't miss taking
(29:20):

I need it every single day. A box in your office?

(30:03):
news CNNA poll, Donald Trump's approval rating on the economy
tops Biden's by double digits. What about the Doom and
Gloom twenty four to seven on TV? Anyway, Biden left
office with thirty three percent of Americans saying they approved
of his handling of the economy. A super majority disapproved
President Trump. Oh yeah, he's up dramatically, highed by double digits.
(30:28):
Oh well, good news for America, Bad news for the left.
