Speaker 1 (00:01):
All right, thank you, Scott Shannon, thanks to all of
you for being with us. Here's our toll free number.
It's eight hundred and nine to four one. Sean, you
want to be a part of the program. Always start
with a little fun today. I mean, as long as
nobody got hurt. The national Christmas tree toppled to the
ground at Joe Biden's White House, which I would say
is rather symbolic of Joe Biden's presidency, just crashing and

(00:25):
burning and anyway, that's what a lot of people have
been saying, that the White House Christmas tree falling down. Yeah,
that's pretty much symbolic of Joe and his presidency and
how bad it is. And unfortunately we're going down with
the ship, and that's what we hopefully need to avoid.
We do have some news, and I don't think a

(00:45):
lot of people are understanding it as it relates to
the Joe Biden and it is the Joe Biden bribery
and money laundering scandal allegations that we have been talking
about night. I got an update because we had on
James Comer last night on Hannity, and I don't think
a lot of people seem to understand it. Greg Jarrett
wrote a great piece on it because Hunter Biden was

(01:07):
served with a subpoena. Now, a subpoena is an order.
In other words, the law compels you to comply. You
don't get to dictate the terms. And I don't know,
maybe by Hunter as usual thinks he's above the law.
I think in the end, the family thinking was just
stick this out, We'll get somebody to give you a

(01:28):
sweetheart deal, it'll all go away. And they almost got there.
They came very very close. And the fact that the
statute of limitations were allowed to run out on the
tax years as it relates to Barisma, Yeah, that was
not an accident, trust me. And that wouldn't happen to
anybody with the last name Trump or anybody frankly that
was a prominent Republican or a conservative anyway. So but

(01:51):
what that means is he is trying to avoid the
subpoena deposition that happens behind closed doors, and they're saying, no, no,
we would like to do it out publicly and just
have a public hearing. Now, James Comer, to his credit,
said sure, we'll be glad to give you a public hearing,
but first you have to follow the law, and the

(02:13):
law compels you to comply. Now this also we have
a precedent for this. Steve Bannon was served a subpoena
which would have caused him to do a closed door deposition.
He was asking for a public hearing. He wanted it
to be public. They said no, and he ended up

(02:35):
getting charged in that particular case, as did Peter Navarro.
So now I would imagine if in fact Hunter Biden
doesn't show up to the sworn deposition, I would imagine
that the same laws would be applied to Hunter Biden. Actually,
I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't applied. That's the

(02:56):
problem because we don't have with this Justice depart this
DOJ under Joe Biden, it's part of his executive branch.
We don't have equal justice or equal application or laws.
That's a big problem. But anyway, I mean, these are
going to be deep penetrating questions. It has taken this
committee months and months and months to do a deep

(03:20):
dive digging into financial records, you know, having a difficult
time even getting suspicious activity reports. Finding these what James
Comer has been describing as shell corporations where the money
has come from, but the shell corporations, the amount of
money put into the shell corporations, what services were rendered

(03:40):
for the tens of millions of dollars that his committee
has identified as going into these shell corporations, and as
he says and claims, the evidence showing going to not
one but ten Biden family members. Now, by the way,
financial records don't lie. We know in the case and
where Joe gets involved in this is Joe lied repeatedly.

(04:03):
Joe Biden said he never spoke to his son Hunter.
He said he never spoke to his brother. He said
he never spoke one time to any other person about
their foreign business deals. And we know now that is
absolutely a lie. He said it as a candidate, he
said it as a president, and Joe Biden, in fact,
we now know, participated, according to their partner, Devin Archer,

(04:25):
and at least twenty phone calls with Hunter and with others,
and actually even had dinners with some of these foreign
business partners, like Elena Batarina from Russia, former First Lady
of Moscow, who by the way, mysteriously was kept off

(04:47):
the list of people that were supposed to be sanctioned
when Russia invaded Ukraine. She magically didn't get included in
that group. But anyway, so the committee now has volumes
of a incriminating evidence and they're going to be asking
Hunter questions about what services he provided we know under oath,

(05:09):
well not under oath. We know on television he was
very clear and he said that in fact, he had
no experience in energy, oil, gas coal Ukraine, and he
certainly had no experience with China. But yet he's getting
millions of dollars from Barisma. And then after his vice presidency.

(05:31):
This happened during the term when he was vice president
and Joe was in charge of Ukraine policy.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
We have a timeline.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
The timeline is October of twenty fifteen, the Obama administration
policy after an inter agency study decided that enough progress
had been made on the issue of corruption in Ukraine
that they could now move forward with one billion dollars
in loan guarantees.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
That was their official policies.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Then five days in December of twenty fifteen, the same year,
five days before he went to Ukraine, well, he got
a phone call. It was his son Hunter. Hunter was
with Barisma executives. This was at the point where they
were desperately needing quote DC help. In other words, what
did Joe do to help them? Because it certainly wasn't

(06:20):
DC help, Meaning Hunter is going to help out on
the DC front. That would have to happen from Joe anyway.
Five days later, Joe goes to Ukraine later brags before
the Council on Forearm Relations about how he leveraged one
billion taxpayer dollars, demanding that the prosecutor that Barisma executives
desperately wanted fired because they were being investigated, that Joe

(06:44):
used leverage that money got him fired. Within six hours,
Ukraine got their billion in loan guarantees that they were
going to get anyway. Supposedly he was there to deliver,
and Hunter continued to sit on the board of Barisma
with no experience at a time he's admittedly been addicted
to drugs and got paid millions of dollars. And we

(07:07):
have the WhatsApp message another oil giant, this one out
of China, SEEFC, state owned, big energy conglomerate. And sure enough,
you know, why haven't you I'm sitting here with my father,
why haven't you followed through on your commitment? And between
everybody he knows of my ability to hold a grudge.
You're going to regret not following through on your commitment.

(07:27):
We're sitting here waiting for your phone call. Okay, what
happens in the next five or six days? Five million
dollars was wired to one of the shell corporations. Huh
And anyway, so there's there's a lot of questions to
ask here. Would any other American ever get a deal
like that?

Speaker 2 (07:45):
No?

Speaker 1 (07:46):
Then we got the one point five billion dollar deal
with the Bank of China that we can talk about
as well. So you know, if you understand what the
law compels you to do, and the fact that you know,
we have a case where where you know, Joe Biden
is you know, our hunter Biden wants.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
To change the rules.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
That's nice, but if he doesn't comply with the subpoena,
the subpoena is in order. The subpoena compels him to comply,
and he wants to attempt to try and change the rules. Fine,
the attempt has been made and the attempt has failed.
And some people say, well that means that that there
probably you know Hunter doesn't you know, doesn't want to

(08:28):
be behind closed doors because he feels that he wants
the public to hear everything that's not it at all,
because there are things that can be said in private
that cannot be said in a public hearing regarding these
legal issues. You know, like Jonathan Turley's column today, the
Bidens are best at doing exactly what the chairman wants.
Those words came from Hunter Biden to a Chinese businessman

(08:49):
at the height of this alleged influence peddling you know, scheme,
you know, syndicate, whatever you want to call it, known
as the Biden family, And after years of delay and deny,
the House is about to confirm exactly what the Bidens
were so good at doing, he writes, and then he
says what foreign figures wanted so much that they were

(09:11):
willing to pay the Bidens millions of dollars. Hunter Biden
is now scheduled to appear before the House Oversight Committee
under seventh December thirteenth to answer these questions about what
has been alleged to be the largest influenced pedaling operation
in the history of this country. And despite that subpoena,
he's still demanding conditions for answering questions.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
Well, that's not going to fly.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
According to James Comer, I don't blame Abby Lowell, who's
a great attorney. This guy got off Senator Menenda is
the last time he was in legal trouble. This guy
got off John Edwards when he was in legal trouble.
He represented during the whole Russia Hoak stuff, Garrett and
Ivanka Trump. This is a real lawyer. However, I give
him an a effort. However, he will be compelled to testify.

(09:57):
But this sense of entitlement, the idea that that you
can somehow dodge just what's going to be interesting to
me is if he doesn't want to testify and he
takes the route that makes the choice that Steve Bannon
Peter Navarro made, and they knew the consequences, what the
possibilities of consequences were, but they're stuck by their principles.

(10:17):
I give him a lot of credit for it, but
it's certainly unfair because there's been so many examples of
this happening and nobody ever gets charged a California grand jury.
According to ABC News, the special Counsel David Weiss is
using an LA based federal grand jury to pursue their
years long tax investigation, but David Weiss was the guy
that offered the sweetheart deal in the first place. David

(10:40):
Weiss was the guy that didn't want to charge him
at all in the first place. Then when that got exposed,
then he had the sweetheart deal that fell apart in
a court in Delaware, and everybody thought this was all
going to be done and complete and buried. But now
that's not going to happen. And now what's interesting is
Hunter Biden has friends worried that some Democrats are betting on,

(11:00):
you know, for political expedience, these reasons that well, the
Biden family may just have to make Hunter the sacrificial
lamb in all of this. That Joe had no knowledge
all those phone calls, all those meetings at Cafe Milano,
had no knowledge of any of this, or the fact
that we have a paper trail of money he's being
spent from Hunter Biden. He claimed half his income he

(11:24):
had to give to Pops, and they complained bitterly about
paying for Pops' home repairs and ten percent for the
big guy, as Tony Bobolinsky has said. But Hunter Biden
now says that he'll testify publicly, and Comer said, no,
I'll let you testify publicly after you do the legally
required deposition. So and Comer is pointed to the Democrats

(11:46):
treatment of people like Steve Bannon as the reason. You know,
because Comer told me last night that Biden would still
get the public hearing. But the long standing process of
a congressional inquiry tip typically begins with a closed door deposition.
And you know, apparently a Hunter's attorney, Abby Low suggesting

(12:07):
that the congressional closed door sessions may have been used
to manipulate or distort facts and misinform the public. Well,
usually you get a full transcript of everything that goes
on there, and that was confirmed by Comer last night.
But anyway, Fox News obtained a letter of this and
Hunters attorneys suggesting that, in fact, you know, the closed

(12:30):
door session may be used to manipulate or distort the
facts and misinformed the public. Well, again, the whole thing's
going to be transcribed and handed out to the public,
and that lights should shine on the proceedings now, because
there's a lot of questions you probably can't answer in public.
That's the problem. That's a big problem. Twenty five dons
to the top of the hour, eight hundred nine p. FOURT

(12:51):
one Seawan. So we were talked about this yesterday. There
was an opportunity for a standalone bill that the Republicans
have put forward in the Senate that would give aid
to Israel a lot less than what Chuck Schumer, you know,
and Democrats have given Ukraine somewhere near eighty billion dollars

(13:12):
at this point, and they want another eighty billion more,
even though I think that money should be the bulk
of that money should be paid for by Europe. And
I think Joe needs to keep his hand out of
telling Zelenski how to fight his own war and let
him go out and win the war. Now they're pressuring Joe.
Biden's pressuring Israel behind the scenes. Even the New York
Times acknowledging that these Israel's getting lectured on how they

(13:34):
should fight and win their war on terror. But anyway,
so you know, Chuck Schumer's out there today. It's fine that,
you know, gives a powerful speech on anti Semitism, talks about, well,
we're never gonna we're never gonna stop working until we
get aid for Israel. But he also is demanding aid
for Ukraine and aid for Taiwan, and maybe border security.

(13:58):
It doesn't go that way, Chuck. You should have supported
Israel when you had the chance yesterday. Quick break right.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Back, exposing government waste and abuse of your liberties every day.
Sean Hannity is on right.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Now twenty five to the top of the hour, as
nine to eleven illnesses continue to take the lives all
these years later, a whole generation. You know, it's sad
they know little to nothing about our nation's darkest day.
And now it's hard to believe, but it's true anyway.
The Tunnel to Towers nine to eleven Institute has now
launched an effort to right this wrong, and they are

(14:42):
helping to educate our kids in kindergarten through twelfth grade
all about nine to eleven. They have their nonfiction first
person accounts and they are told through videos. They have
the Discovering Heroes book series. Every account is moving. It's
on parallel kids, and I'm going to forget these very
true story worries. And the institute offers actually for schools,

(15:03):
full curriculum units, scripted social studies, lessons, activities, backgrounds for teachers,
and as speakers bureau that they make available for classrooms
with access to nine to eleven first responders and survivors
and loved ones. They also have their Mobile Exhibit Attractor Trailer,
Interactive Museum, nine to eleven Artifacts, and the Russell F.

(15:24):
Siller Memorial Scholarships for children of program recipients or exemplary
high school students getting ready for college. Anyway, we hope
you'll join all of us here at Team Hannity and
help this great mission continue. They're doing such great work.
You can do so by committing eleven bucks a month.
Go to their website Tunnel to Towers, the letter T,
the number two, the letter T dot org. The letter

(15:46):
T the number two the letter T dot org for
the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Anyway, Oh, let me we
got Schumer. Let's play this.

Speaker 4 (15:58):
It's a significant dispatch between how Jewish people regard the
rise of anti Semitism and how many of my non
Jewish friends regarded to us the Jewish people, the rise
of anti Semitism is a crisis, a five alarm fire

(16:19):
that must be extinguished. For so many other people of goodwill,
it is merely a problem, a matter of concern. After
October seventh, Jewish Americans are feeling singled out, targeted, and
isolated in many ways, we feel alone.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
You know, He's had many opportunities to speak out against
members of his own party. Why has Chuck Schumer not
done that? This very weak He had an opportunity, he said,
he made this vow that we're not going to stop
work and I won't sleep, And he goes on and
on until the funding of Israel and helping him in

(17:06):
their war effort, their war against terrorism is complete. But
yet when they had a standalone bill that would help
Israel financially in their battle against terrorism, he was the
one leading Democrats not to vote for that bill. He
cared more about the politics of getting his big bill

(17:28):
complete and pressuring and forcing Republicans into supporting a bill
with many things in it that they don't want. Many
Republicans have kind of given up on the issue of
the war in Ukraine because they don't feel that and
they're right about it. They don't feel that Europe is
stepping up or doing their fair share of funding the
war on their continent.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
They're right about that.

Speaker 1 (17:50):
You know, we are almost matching dollar for dollar what
all of Europe is paying. And then it becomes a
proxy war between Russia and the United States. One that
we can afford with thirty four trillion dollars in debt
that we're putting on our kids and our grandkids. And
then of course then he wants money for Taiwan and
maybe some money for the border. Now Republicans are vowing

(18:12):
they're going to oppose all of it if they lack
border security. This is the way the swamp, the sewer
in Washington works. That's not good. It's not good at
all them Republicans in the House. Now if Congresswoman to
Leave gets to stay after her remarks about you know,
from the river to the sea, which is the annihilation

(18:33):
of Israel. And I believe me, I'm no fan of
George Santos, but he is a Republican vote, and he's
innocent until he's proven guilty. And they have the ethics charges.
You know, there is a chance he may be kicked
out of Congress this week. How is that possible? But
Congresswoman to Leave stays or Bowman will pulled the fire alarm,

(18:54):
stays or any of these other people stay. He's been charged,
he'll have his day in court. And at that point
that's usually when people you know might have a legitimate chance.
You need two thirds of the House to throw them
out of Congress. Now who I forgot the guy's name
yesterday we mentioned he's kind of unknown to me. That

(19:14):
is thinking of leaving early next year a Republican congressman.
That would be one less seat. You lose Santos, that's
one less seat. And Kevin McCarthy, according to reports, is
thinking about leaving early next year as well. That's not
going to help the Republicans at all, considering the very tight,
you know, thin majority that they currently have.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
It's insane to me. Anyway, We'll watch what they see.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
You know, never underestimate Republicans' abilities to create circular firing
squads and Democrats they just circle the wagons. By the way,
AOC in New York was castigated for calling New York
City unaffordable for working class as. And then there's the
New York Toast New York Post editorial after she complained
that New York's too expensive for working class people. Wasn't

(20:03):
she the one Linda correct me if I'm wrong that
in her own district was gonna have Amazon create all
these but thousands of jobs. And when it was announced,
it was like the greatest thing ever And that the
state had negotiated a deal with Amazon to bring this
these jobs to her particular district, and then she fought

(20:23):
against it, and then finally Amazon just said, forget it.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
If you don't want us, we're out of here. By
the way, Amazon, they would have had to hear her
talking all the time, and nobody wants that.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
Even Amazon was like, I'm out.

Speaker 4 (20:33):
You can't do it.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
They tried, and they tried, and they tried hard. And
you know, the sad thing is is, you know what
happened to property values in the area, And once that
announcement was made, it went through the roof. People would
be making a fortune, Businesses would be doing so much better.
Crazy Now, by the way, Amazon's leaving Seattle and they're
headed down to Miami, headed down to Florida. Why because

(20:58):
they want to get away from high taxes. And heard
in some regulation interesting notes on the presidential race on
the Democratic side, there is real fear, real panic. This
is not fake, this is not manufactured. Democrats see now
exactly what I've been saying since twenty twenty. Joe is

(21:18):
weak and frail in a cognitive mess. He can't even
I can't think of a single time in recent memory
where he's had a clean appearance with no cognitive dysfunction.
It's now deteriorated to that level. Now, remember cognitive decline.
It never gets better. It's one of those things. It's degenerative.

(21:40):
It gets worse and worse and worse. Unfortunately. Anyway, so
you have this guy Dean Phillips who's now challenging him,
and he's now saying his fellow Democrats fully realize that
if Biden becomes the twenty twenty four standard bearer, he
would lose to Donald Trump. I don't think anyone could
make an accurate prediction on anything right now because we

(22:01):
have no idea how wild ride it's going to be
next year. I think it's going to be wild. But
they're too spineless, he says, to do anything about it.
And he says, let me tell you the names that
you know better than me. He says, they know the problem,
they know the consequences of Joe Biden taking on Trump.
They know he's going to lose. And what are they doing. No,
they're doing what Joe Manchin just did, and that is

(22:24):
you know, they're dancing around.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Now.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
There is a lot of talk and Mansin has not
denied the chatter that he may run on the no
Labels ticket. What impact that would have on the race.
I think it would have a dramatic impact on the race.
A lot of people are asking me what I think
Robert F. Kennedy Junior's independent run, what impact that will have?
I think a lot of conservatives need to do a different,

(22:48):
big dive. I know there are three issues that conservatives
like with RFK Junior, who personally is a nice guy.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
We did a town hall with them, had a good
time with them.

Speaker 1 (22:58):
I know that Linda probably agrees with some of his
crazier views, but you know what, he's entitled to have them.
I mean, all these places that you know put invite
him on to be a guest and don't let him
talk or explain his position on vaccines or whatever it
happens to be. But a lot of conservatives liked his positions,
particularly specifically on the COVID vaccine. They like his position

(23:22):
he's spoken out against open borders, and they like his
position on women and I'm sorry, men and women's sports.
Those are the only three conservative positions I have identified
with Robert F. Kennedy Junior. Every other Democratic candidate over
the years he has supported, you know, has been big

(23:44):
left wing radicals, socialists, and his entire life has been
this environmental radicalism, which by the way, is fine with me.
I think he's sincere in his beliefs, but I think
he's sincerely wrong. The Hill had an interesting take on Biden,
and it's their position is Biden or bust, that Democrats

(24:04):
are stuck with Joe. I don't necessarily agree with that.
I don't think they're stuck with him. You know, Joe
Biden is one big fall away from not being the
nominee in my view. I mean, and every time he
opens his mouth, I think he embarrassed. I feel embarrassed.
And you know, I'm not exactly the biggest fan of
Joe Biden. I can only imagine that what people that

(24:26):
like him are thinking. What I can't understand is why
people that are closest to him in his life have
not stood up and said, Joe, I don't think you've
done enough. Thank you, It's time to now go to
the beach, sit in your beach chair. Will Leaven place
it for you every day so you don't have to
struggle and fight it, and it's time to retire. But anyway,

(24:48):
Biden is his campaign allies, you know, floating the messages
Trump is coming for your healthcare. I mean, it's all
going to be all the Democrats want to talk about.
They're not going to want to talk about the economy.
They're not going to want to talk about borders. They're
not going to want to talk about foreign policy. They're
not going to want to talk about wokeism. They're not
going to want to talk about transgenderism and what's taught

(25:09):
in schools. They're not going to want to talk about
defund reimagine police departments. All they're going to want to
do is bass Trump twenty four to seven. That's all
their media mob allies do now. And how's it working
out for them? Linda, did you see Humpty Dumpty's book?
I told you about this yesterday?

Speaker 2 (25:26):
You're the dumpty person who told me about this book,
by the way, just so you know, well, no, because
nobody knows. I mean, that's my point. Nobody knows. Nobody
knows about this book.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
Like weird guy thinks he has this image of himself
as this a real objective and reporter and real what
would you say, sort of like a medium monitor He's
more like a Hall monitor. He's a Fox News stalker,
is what he is. He's a psychostalker, and he just

(25:58):
is obsessed with Fox News. It's the second bomb book
he's written about Fox, And just like Michael Wolf before him,
neither one of them could sell four thousand books when
in your debut week, if you can't sell four more
than four thousand books, that is a flop. That is
a failure, monumental failure. I can only imagine how much

(26:20):
money his publisher lost in this deal. I doubt I'm
not even sure. I hope they did it on a
contingency basis, or you know, the some type of rev share.
Real Clear Politics had an interesting take on twenty twenty four.
They said, not only can Trump win right now, he
is the favorite to win. Nobody states that even though

(26:43):
the polls show that now, I still think it's too
early to be paying attention to, you know, polls. It's
just too early in the process. And we have no
idea what's going to happen in twenty twenty four. We
have no idea if Republicans will end up impeaching Joe.
We have no idea the amount of evidence that is
ultimately going to come out with the Joe Biden money

(27:06):
laundering and bribery scandal allegations. We do know Donald Trump
has as many as four trials he may face next year.
I would imagine a couple of them are going to
be pushed off till twenty twenty five or after the election. Frankly,
I think all of them should be pushed back till
after the election. They had years to bring every one

(27:27):
of these issues to trial much earlier than this, and
they chose not to do it. And the timing is
way beyond suspicious to me, and to want a plan
to have a top presidential candidate in a courtroom the
entire election season, that doesn't sound fair to me. And
if it was a if there was Democrats, they'd be screaming, screaming,
bloody murder. But anyway, they're pointing out, just looking at

(27:50):
the numbers, that Trump is beating Biden, and as our
poster said, Matt Towery and John McLaughlin and Robert Cahley
even winning in a lot of these polls in the
popular vote, which I think speaks a lot about Donald
Trump's strength. I mean, if you would have told me
in my lifetime that we'd have a presidential candidate that

(28:13):
has arrested four times in a reigned four times, and
as a mugshot even and that every single time his
poll numbers would go up. I don't think I'd ever
have believed it, but I think people see the fundamental
unfairness this has gone on from the minute this man
has come down that escalator and they have been out

(28:33):
to get him. And even Trump's primary opponents are acknowledging
none of this has been fair. I mean, the whole
Russia hoax. It took us over three years to expose
all of that, unpeeling every single solitary layer of the onion,
the mob that is totally uninterested, and Joe Biden the liar,

(28:55):
saying that he never spoke to his son, brother or
anybody for that matter, about foreign business deals up to
his eyeballs in them, with money transfers the from these
businesses going directly to him and benefiting him.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
No, there's no proof of that, mister Hannton. Yeah there
is proof of that.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
Yef Hunter asking well, what account should I pay for
Dad's home repairs with this bill?

Speaker 2 (29:16):
What account should I use? Half my income goes to Pops.

Speaker 1 (29:19):
He's implicating his own father, or the idea that you know,
