Speaker 1 (00:31):
All right, Leonard Leonard Skinner all things a simple man.
Of course, that is the song simple man. All things
for self proclaimed symbol man means only one thing. On
this radio program, All Things, Bill O'Reilly, All Things O'Reilly
at Bill Oreilly dot com. Great to have you back.
I want to start with Joe Biden, your president today, Bill.
He's admitting that he's running for president because Trump is.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
I expect so, but look, he is running, and I
just have to run.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
No, not now.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
If Trump wasn't running, I'm not sure I'd be running,
but we can't let him win for the sake of
the country. Now, Later the President spoke to reporters and
that's what he said there. But he said he wouldn't
be running but for Trump. What do you make of that?
Is this the beginning of the end for Joe? Is
he beginning to acknowledge that maybe he wants out?

Speaker 3 (01:24):
No, it's basically the theme of the Democrats whole campaign,
not just for president but for Senate and the House.
That Trump is the devil, He's a Nazi, and so
we have to protect the American people from Trump. That's
what it is. But Biden himself, he desperately wants to

(01:47):
retain his position. I think it's primarily because of his wife,
Joe Biden. I mean, I love the power, and if
you look at their deli schedules, they don't really do anything.
Today they had a little summit for Native Americans where
you know, I mean, the guy doesn't do anything. He
didn't yesterday he went up to Boston to do a
James Taylor concert to raise money. This weekend he's out

(02:08):
in La with the fat cat Hollywood people raising money.
I mean, he doesn't do any work. He doesn't. He's
not a problem solverer. So it's like you have a job,
you're paid in good money, and you shuttle around on
Air Force one, So why give it up?

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Let me ask you this. I've been watching Biden every day.
I mean, we play his his you know, mumbling, bumbling, stumbling.
I have no idea where I am, where I should go, who,
what I should do next? You know, event one after
another bill. It's been months. I can't think of the
last time that this president had a clean event where

(02:48):
he was coherent, where he was articulate, where he seemed
to know where he was, or had an ability to
exit stage left or stage right. I can't think of
a single moment it is now, every single public appearance
is a disaster. So that fits into my belief, which

(03:08):
is he is cognitively very compromised, and that is a
degenerative condition, meaning it will never get better, but only
get worse. And I think we're now beginning to see
the worse. What it's like eleven months from now, I
can't predict, but I doubt he's going to be even
as lucid, if you want to call it that as
he is today.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Well, it's certainly with debate, so don't count on debates.
Residential debates not going to happen. And the people who
are going to vote for him don't really care whether
he can run the government or not because this has
been going on for a while. You know, Honnie, I
have a lot of liberal friends here living on Long Island,
where you live, and you know.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
It's frankly, they don't like you either, Bill, because they're
very outspoken to me about you.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
But I'm more friendly than you are.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
So, by the way, that is a total complete lie.
Let me throw out a challenge flag on that one
because I totally disagree, but go ahead.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
So I have more friends because I'm friendly and you're
you know, they're afraid of you that you'll kick them
with the karate moves, so they say away. But I
asked my friends one very because I'm a simple man
as you and Leonard Skinner, no one very elementary question.
Give me one thing, just one the President Biden has

(04:27):
done to improve this country in three years.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
They can't answer.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
And I'm telling you the God's honest truth. I have
never gotten a cogent answer on that question.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
You know why, Bill, You can answer your own question.
Why is that?

Speaker 3 (04:43):
Because he hasn't solved any problems. Nope, and he's made
things worse for everybody, for working people.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
You know, I wrote my last book. We were speaking
of books earlier and Killing the Witches, which is your massive,
big best seller and by the way, a great holiday
gift for people. And the last book I wrote was
before the twenty twenty election. I had not written a
book bill in ten years because I said I was done,
I didn't want to write anymore, and I felt compelled
to write it because of the times we're in, live

(05:11):
free or die America and the world on the brink.
Now I'm going to say something to you that I've
been saying to this audience and saying on TV, I
have never been this worried or concerned. I'm not a
big warrior about the future of our country and the

(05:31):
state of the world. I don't know, I don't can't
remember when it's been this bad. And then when you
have the director of the FBI saying I see blinking
red lights as relates to terror everywhere, that makes me
even more concerned that terrorists will strike our country next.

(05:53):
And by the way, eight million illegal immigrants, I think
the odds are one hundred percent. Bill O'Reilly correct me
if I'm wrong that among that eight million unvetted people
that Joe Biden, Joe Biden is illegal immigrants, there are
terror cells that have come into this country. One last
stat and you take the floor. Joe is allowed in
six thousand, three hundred and eighty six people from Afghanistan,

(06:18):
six hundred and fifty nine from the number one state
sponsor of terror, Iran, five hundred and thirty eight from Syria,
three thousand, one hundred and fifty three from Egypt, twelve thousand,
six hundred and five from Russia, and our number one
geopolitical foe, the communist Chinese twenty six thousand, one hundred
and thirteen. Do you think I'm wrong? Bill Orolly?

Speaker 3 (06:39):
The people who have been encountered the terrorists don't want
to be encountered, so they slipped through. I mean so
many people slip through. Americans are not open got aways.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
They're called Yeah, let me run it down.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
Christopher Ray, the head of the FBI, is one of
the biggest phonies I've ever seen in my life. If
you were truly concerned about protecting the American people, he
would years ago said publicly, the FBI wants the border controlled.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
How about the laws enforced?

Speaker 3 (07:08):
Now?

Speaker 1 (07:08):
He has spent an awful lot of time with He's
had agents investigating tiger moms and dads at school board
meetings and peaceful pro life protesters and more traditional Catholics.
They've spent a lot of time in resources. He even
had special agents meeting weekly with big tech companies before

(07:29):
the twenty twenty election, warning them that they may be
a victim of misinformation campaigns, and the misinformation may be
about Joe and or Hunter Biden. I don't think that's
appropriate work for the FBI.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
To you, Bill Well, he's a phony, Okay, so he's
worried about himself. Christopher Ray is all in for Christopher
Ray wants to keep his position, and that's it. So
people should know that. That being said, the FBI is
still a very effective investigative agency and their bureaus across
the country. I have confidence that they are on it

(08:01):
as the CIA is. I wrote a book called Killing
the Killers. I documented the whole thing that has not
fallen apart under Biden. He hasn't improved it, but it
hasn't fallen apart. But all these people coming in obviously
they're gonna be some bad ombrace to use the Spanish word,
coming in here and looking to do damage. But let
me make a point that I don't think anybody's made
on your program or anywhere else. Twenty twenty four is

(08:26):
going to be one of the most important years in
this country's history. Why because the progressive movement that controls
one hundred percent what Joe Biden does, is now at
the apex of their power. If you don't break their
power next November by electing a traditional president, not to

(08:47):
be Trump, but it has to be not a Democrat. Okay.
If you don't break that power, then the progressive given
four more years, are going to rip apart every tradition
in this country. Right now, Supreme Court they are hearing
a case about the wealth tax. Everybody has heard about
the wealth tax. What that does. It would give the

(09:10):
federal government the right to come into your house and
your financial portfolio and tax you as much as they
want on things that you have already paid tax on
or not realize any gain. So say you bought apple
stock and you have a gain of three hundred thousand dollars,

(09:32):
but you're holding onto the stock. The government could tax
you every year on that unrealized.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
Gain, and then when you finally sell it it may
be much lower and you actually lose money. Do you
get a refund?

Speaker 3 (09:43):
It's money? And then when you finally sell it, you
have to pay a capital gains tax. So it attacking
you eight different ways. If a Republican is an elected
president next November and continues to appoint Supreme Court justices
that are traditional because I believe this wealth tax is
going down, it'll.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Be I agree with you. I think it's going to
be a six to three decision.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
Six ' to three, that's probably right, and that'll put
an end to the wealth tax. For the time being,
But if the Progressives and the Democrats continue to amass power,
it's just a matter of time before we turn into
a socialist country.

Speaker 1 (10:23):
Well, I hope people are paying very close attention. That
case is being widely viewed as what will be a
landmark case on the issue of taxes in this country.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
It's even worse than that. Biden built in that tax
to his budget already. He already built it in.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Are you planning on ever getting out of New York?

Speaker 3 (10:46):
You know if they pass the wealth tax? I will
and I'll move wherever you move. You just tell me
where you're going.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
No, we're going to Florida.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
All right?

Speaker 1 (10:54):
Quick break right back more with simple man Bill O'Reilly
all things O'Reilly abilloreilly dot com. And when we come back,
by the way, we will talk to victims of the
October seventh attack and much much more as we continue.
All right, we continue now with simple man of a
bill O'Reilly all things O'Reilly at billoreilly dot com. This
is a sign that I have great courage, because I'm

(11:17):
about to let Bill O'Reilly. I'm handing him a baseball
bat to smash me in the head. As hard as
he wants to.

Speaker 3 (11:24):
Good so good hitter.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
Thanks a lot, Bill, I really my head will appreciate it.
But you got to get the shot in and I'm
pretty fast. All right, here's the question. I had the
big debate with Governor DeSantis and Cavin Newsom. I tried
to make it a fact based debate, and then I
had the town hall with Donald Trump last night. What'd
you think of both of those?

Speaker 3 (11:47):
The debate was frustrating to watch because Newsom broke the
record for questions evaded.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
That's true. Actually, yeah, it.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
Was held I believe was held by Hillary Clinton. Now
news and broker record, and there's nothing as a moderator
you could do.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
I went back in a number of times, and after
you go back two or three times, there's no point.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
But you can't force and Newsome simply. And I did
this on the No Spin News, which you can access
on Bill O'Reilly dot com. I just ran the clips
around New York queue and then knew some evading. I said,
boom of eight of eight of eight and then not
even acknowledge, not even acknowledged stats that you had full screen.
That was frustrating to watch. Okay, So as far as

(12:31):
the debate last night Trump is making.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
Last night was a town.

Speaker 3 (12:35):
Hall town I'm sorry Trump is making a tactical mistake,
and I'm leading with this. On the No Spin News tonight,
you asked him up top, what about these charges for
you being a fascist and to violate the constitution and
rule as a Nazi. This is the big thing that
the Democrats are going to compan on, all right, And
then you said are you going to do this?

Speaker 1 (12:56):
And he goes, first day, I will retribution. Now I
went back, that was the second time I asked him
about that question, because I didn't feel he finished his thoughts.
And his first answer was that kind of glib I
thought the original question his answer was no, I won't
treat them like they treat me, which I thought was
very glib. But then his second answer was only one day,

(13:18):
and then he specifically said energy independence, in securing the border.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
So but it was lost. So when he said except
on day one, I believe that was the quote.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
That was the quote, Okay, that gave.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
The media right there, didn't need to have any more.
That gave them their headline which they used this morning
all over the place, Trumps the fashion shut the fashions Okay,
Trump did that on purpose to be provocative. That's who
Trump is. No matter how you interview him, where you
interview him, he's going to be provocative. He doesn't need

(13:55):
to do that anymore. He needs to try to persuade
independent voters, and he has done that to some extent
because Biden is so terrible. All right, to vote for him.
He doesn't have to blow up anybody anymore. The mag
of people are there. They'll always be there, all right.
That's forty percent. He needs another fifteen percent of the

(14:17):
people who did not vote for him last time to
come over. These people don't want chaos.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
I agree with you one thousand percent that he's got
to appeal to independence. It may be as few as
five or six hundred thousand people in six states that
determine the outcome of the twenty twenty four election. Simple man,
Bill O'Reilly all things, o'reiley, don't miss a Bill Oreilly
dot com. Bill, always great to talk to you. We'll
talk to you next week.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
Thanks for having me, Sean. All right.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
Finally, the perfect gift for somebody that is everything, kind
of a gift that can live into eternity. If you
are pro life, if you believe in the sanctity of life,
you're going to love the mission of Preborn dot com
slash sean. You're gonna love their mission because they're using
the science of four D ultrasound. They give free ultrasounds

(15:05):
to any expecting mom. They also offer counseling services, all
types of services to expecting moms, and they're there for them,
you know, not only up to the birth, but post birth,
if they need diaper's, baby formula, whatever it happens to be.
But what the miracle of this mission is because of
fort D ultrasound, they get to hear a heartbeat, they

(15:26):
get to see facial features and count fingers and toes,
and what it's doing is changing hearts women that maybe
we're considering abortion no longer do Linda. They've been enormously successful.

Speaker 4 (15:39):
Yeah, And I think part of the thing that we're
trying to tell people about is that you know life
is the only choice. Once you hear that heartbeat, they
are truly ignorant. The ultrasound gives them the knowledge to
know more. You've done that yourself by the gifts that
you've given, and we're just asking our audience to give
a little anything. They can to save a life.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
And by the way, if you give right now, they're
going to have a matching grant, meaning if you give
one hundred bucks, it's really two hundred bucks. You're giving
perfect time to give. Two ways to do it. You
can donate by dialing pound two fifty on your cell
say the keyword baby, or go to their website preborn
dot com slash Sean that's preborn dot com slash sewn

(16:16):
sea and and help out this organization. Unlike Planned Parenthood,
they don't get a penny from the federal government. Breaking
news straight from the source. This is the Sean Hannity Show.
Hi twenty five to the top of the hour. Thank
you for being with us. Our toll free number is

(16:38):
eight hundred and ninety four one, Sean if you want
to be a part of the program. By the way, reminder,
AMMO it is expensive. It is in short supply. You
may not know you can train without ammunition at your
own home thanks to the technology mantis X. All the
best shooters in the world, as a matter of fact,
of the majority of their training doing what's called dry

(17:00):
fire practice at home, and the mantis X firearms training
system is no AMMO It's an all electronic way to
practice improve your shooting accuracy. It's also fun to use.
You attach it to your own firearm, you connect it
to your phone, and you're good to go. Mantis X
will give you a data driven, real time feedback on
your technique, guide you through drills and courses. Ninety four

(17:21):
percent of shooters they improve within twenty minutes using mantis X.
It's used by the Marine Corps, the Army Special Forces,
military grade technology and the best part, at an affordable price.
Mantis X it improved Linda's shooting dramatically. She couldn't hit
the side of a barn, and now she's scoring even
in the nineties occasionally, and we're very proud of her
for that.

Speaker 4 (17:41):
I think you said that with a little bit of
a smungness, but I'm going to take that compliment.

Speaker 5 (17:44):
And I'm going to run with it.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
Out of one hundred, you scored a nine on your
first attempt, And.

Speaker 4 (17:49):
This is why we tell everyone to get mantis because
then you can shoot better like me.

Speaker 1 (17:53):
That's correct. Now, a nine basically means you missed the
side of a barn. That means you can't still.

Speaker 4 (17:58):
I got to Iowa and the barns are much bigger
and I had a much better aim.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
Okay, there we go. Anyway, you're gonna love the technology.
It's a lot of fun. It is amazing affordable price.
Go to mantis x dot com. It's a great Christmas
gift as well. M A n tis x dot com.
All right, let me replay from yesterday. Elise stophonic now
calling out the presidents of MIT, Penn and Havid, and

(18:25):
in the case of Harvard, it's Claudine Gay refusing to
say that calling for the genocide of the Jewish people
is bullying and harassment. I cannot believe in this politically
correct day and age at all of these college universities
where if you use the wrong pronoun you're probably at
risk of getting suspended or expelled. If you say anything

(18:48):
that is remotely racist, you will be expelled or deemed
homophobic or transphobic or islamophobic. You're gone. But it's acceptable
on this.

Speaker 5 (19:02):
At MIT.

Speaker 6 (19:03):
Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate MIT's code
of conduct or rules regarding bullying and harassment?

Speaker 3 (19:10):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (19:10):
Or no?

Speaker 8 (19:11):
You've targeted at individuals not making public statements?

Speaker 5 (19:15):
Yes or no.

Speaker 6 (19:17):
Calling for the genocide of Jews does not constitute bullying
and harassment.

Speaker 8 (19:21):
I have not heard calling for the genocide or Jews
on our campus.

Speaker 5 (19:24):
But you've heard chance for intifada.

Speaker 8 (19:27):
I've heard chance, which can be antisemitic depending on the
context when calling for the elimination of the Jewish people.

Speaker 6 (19:35):
So those would not be according to the MIT's code
of conduct or.

Speaker 8 (19:38):
Rules, that would be investigated as harassment if pervasive and severe.

Speaker 5 (19:45):
Ms micgil at Penn.

Speaker 6 (19:47):
Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate pen's rules
or code of conduct?

Speaker 3 (19:53):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (19:53):
Or no. If the speech turns into conduct, it can
be harassment.

Speaker 6 (20:00):
Asking specifically, calling for the genocide of Jews, does that
constitute bullying harassment?

Speaker 7 (20:08):
If it is directed and severer pervasive, it is harassment.

Speaker 5 (20:11):
So the answer is yes.

Speaker 7 (20:13):
It is a context dependent decision, Congresswoman, It's.

Speaker 6 (20:16):
A context dependent decision. That's your testimony today. Calling for
the genocide of Jews is, depending upon the context.

Speaker 5 (20:23):
That is not bullying or harassment.

Speaker 6 (20:26):
This is the easiest question to answer, yes, Miss McGill.
So is your testimony that you will not answer yes?

Speaker 7 (20:33):
If it is yes or no. If the speech becomes conduct,
it can be harassment.

Speaker 6 (20:40):
Yes, conduct meaning committing the act of genocide.

Speaker 5 (20:45):
The speech is not harassment. This is unacceptable, Miss mcgil.

Speaker 6 (20:48):
I'm going to give you one more opportunity for the
world to see your answer. Does calling for the genocide
of Jews violate pens code of conduct when it comes
to harassment?

Speaker 5 (21:01):
Yes or no?

Speaker 7 (21:03):
It can be harassment.

Speaker 6 (21:05):
The answer is yes, and doctor Gay at Harvard, does
calling for the genocide of Jews violate Harvard's rules of
bullying and harassment?

Speaker 5 (21:15):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (21:15):
Or no.

Speaker 7 (21:16):
It can be depending on the context.

Speaker 5 (21:19):
What's the context?

Speaker 9 (21:21):
Targeted as an individual, targeted at an individual.

Speaker 6 (21:24):
It's targeted at Jewish students, Jewish individuals. Do you understand
your testimony is dehumanizing them? Do you understand that dehumanization
is part of antisemitism?

Speaker 5 (21:37):
I will ask you one more time.

Speaker 6 (21:40):
Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate Harvard's rules
of bullying and harassment?

Speaker 5 (21:46):
Yes?

Speaker 10 (21:46):
Or no?

Speaker 7 (21:48):
Anti Semitic rhetoric?

Speaker 5 (21:49):
And is it anti semitic rhetoric?

Speaker 9 (21:51):
Anti Semitic rhetoric when it crosses into conduct that amounts
to bullying, harassment, intimidation. That is actionable conduct, and we
do take action.

Speaker 6 (22:03):
So the answer is yes, that calling for the genocide
of Jews violates Harvard Code of Conduct.

Speaker 11 (22:10):
Correct Again, it depends on the context. It does not
depend on the context. The answer is yes, and this
is why you should resign. These are unacceptable answers across
the board.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
I mean, these are the heads of some of the
most prestigious the presidents of the most prestigious universities in
the country. Let me play a cud from a Jewish
student describing how they don't feel safe at U PEN.
Listen to this.

Speaker 12 (22:37):
My name is Alia Kobe and I am a proud
American studying at the University of Pennsylvania. I love Penn.
I've wanted to attend this university since before I can remember.
I'm here because the PEN I attend today is unrecognizable
from the Pen I once used to know. Penn, once
renowned for groundbreaking discoveries like the mRNA vaccine, is now

(23:00):
a chilling landscape of hatred and hostility. Our university, revered
for its pursuit of knowledge, has devolved into an arena
where Jewish students tiptoe through their days uncertain and unsafe.
The situation at PEN has escalated into a full bone crisis,
with students openly asserting their intentions to proceed with plans
with or without university permission. During COVID, strict guidelines governed

(23:24):
everything from class attendance and graduation t walks. Yet now
when students in faculty defy policies to intimidate Jewish students,
where is the same resolute enforcement For the past three
weeks since not Houston Hall, our student center and anti
Semitic headquarters, has been erected with signs spreading Commas propaganda.

(23:45):
The organizers, both PEN affiliated and not, were initially asked
to leave as they are trespassing on campus property. Well
three weeks later, they are still sleeping there and countless
Jewish students have been harassed. Yet the anti Semitic dormitory
remains clearly both a disregard for school policies and permission
to disregard them by university unwilling to do anything.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
All right, Joining us now is Ezra Troy and also
Talia Kana's with us and le Or Alan is with
us to discuss this issue. By the way, I will
add before we get to our guests that at Columbia
University they have announced an event actually celebrating Can you
believe that celebrating the terrorism, the murder, the rape, the kidnapping,

(24:31):
the beheadings of October seventh, and the attack, and they're
hosting an event on the significance of this day, the
Palestinian counter offensive. Now, this was a terrorist attack of
radical Islamis whose own charter calls for the destruction of Israel. Ezra,
let me start with you and ask you how bad

(24:53):
is it?

Speaker 2 (24:54):
Time is entity? First of all, I just want to
thank you so much for having me on the show.
I think you played a clip for my friend day
all before, and I think he said it best. We
are very scared here. There's been calls for Jewish enoside, obviously,
and we saw President with Miguel and Commissure refusing to
condemn these and refusing to get people in trouble for these.
But there's also been protests all over campus. There's been

(25:17):
On Sunday night there was a riot with smoke bombs
and calls produce genocide. And it's pretty bad here.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
It's very bad, and it's sad. Tell you, let's get
your take. What are you experiencing?

Speaker 13 (25:28):
Hi, thank you for having me. Unfortunately, I just want
to echo those statements that you just heard on college
campuses across the country, MIT included. We're experiencing a normalization
of anti Semitism, and the MIT administration and clearly the
other administrations of these top universities are refusing to act,

(25:49):
you know, to discipline the students, the faculty, the staff,
the DEI infrastructure, all of these people, all of these
actors who are perpetuating anti Semitic rhetoric.

Speaker 1 (26:00):
Yeah, and I'll tell you it's happening everywhere. And the
sad thing is it's happening in the halls of Congress,
not just college university campuses. It's happening all over Europe.
It's happening on other continents as well, like Australia where
they were chanting gas the Jews at the Jews le
or Lan. Let's get your.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
Take, Hie.

Speaker 10 (26:20):
Thank you. As as Dalia said, I'm a I'm deeply
disappointed and deeply I'm shocked. It's something that I never
thought it would happen here in the USA. Not to
say here at MT allowing for allowing for call for genocide,

(26:41):
not condemning call for genociding, legit giving the legitimate to
call for genocide. And as you said, probably just because
it's genocide for the Jews, it would probably won't won't
get legitimate if it was genofied for some other minority.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
I'm well, I mean what well was asked of these
college presidents yesterday. It was very, very simple, and all
three of them refused to say whether quote calling for
the genocide of Jews, which by the way, is the
equivalent of Nazi Germany, is bullying and harassment according to
their codes of conduct. What is your specific reaction to that,

(27:21):
because they even go as far as to say it
needs to turn to action first before they're going to
condemn it. I'm shocked in this day and age of
wokeness and political correctness.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
Ezra, Yeah, I mean my friends at TIPAK, which is
dependents of Public Affairs Committee here at the time, recently
just posted on their Instagram a list of things that
you can get in trouble for at this university, which
includes bringing a scooter into university buildings. And the fact
that President McGill is not willing to go and get
people in trouble or to thinking people for calling for
genocide against Jews really shows.

Speaker 1 (27:54):
Well, what if somebody on campus called for genocide and
nobody listening to this program. Whatever want this to happen
against the minority, or against somebody that is a Muslim,
or somebody against somebody you know that's part of whatever group.
I don't think it would be tolerated. I don't think
it should be tolerated, and it shouldn't be tolerated here, Talia.

Speaker 13 (28:17):
Absolutely it wouldn't be tolerated. I was sitting in the
hearing yesterday. I was sitting three feet away from President
Gay of Harvard, and I think what struck me the
most was the smugness with which they, you know, refused
to answer this very simple question. But as you said,
if any other group were named besides Jews, it would

(28:39):
be a very clear answer. You know, any other minority
that is, you know, historically been persecuted in this country
and around the world, it just would not be acceptable.
And unfortunately, for some reason, it's different with Jews. And
and you know, again, like the Penn student was saying,
if you bring a scooter into your class, going to

(29:00):
get punished. But if you claim that Jews deserve what
happened on October seventh, you're not going to get punished.
And at MIT they said that they weren't going to
punish students because they feared visa issues, et cetera. You know,
they're punting these issues. It's punting these disciplinary processes to
committees that aren't actually doing anything, and it's really making
the atmosphere at all of our university is very toxic

(29:22):
and hard to it's hard to exist as a Jew
on these campuses.

Speaker 1 (29:25):
All right, quick break, when we come back, well, we'll
talk to students and how they're being treated Jewish students
on college campuses here in America or with Ezra Troy,
Talia Khan, and Lira Lahan as we continue. Then we'll
get to your phone calls. Eight hundred and ninety four one.
Sean also Chairman Jason Smith of the Houseways and Means Committee,

(29:45):
speaking again to the whistleblowers and getting a lot of
new information that's straight ahead.

Speaker 14 (29:55):
Holding America and America's first.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
There's a novel idea.

Speaker 14 (30:02):
You're on the Sean Hannity Show, Hight We continue, now
we have students at some of the top universities in
the country, and what Jewish students are now having to
live through in light of especially what we learned yesterday,
and that is the Harvard President mit and you, Penn President,

(30:26):
all refusing to say whether calling for genocide of Jews
is bullying in harassment according to their codes of conduct.

Speaker 1 (30:34):
Wow, I can't even believe we're discussing this, but we
continue with Ezra Troy, Talia Khan, and Lee or Alan
is with us. Let me ask you an exit question,
all three of you and le Alan. I'll start with
you on a scale of one to ten, ten being
the most fear when you're on your college campus. How
fearful are you?

Speaker 10 (30:55):
Okay? So ten? And I have kids going here to
the daycare. If I, as the president of Family said,
things are not harassment until it gets to actually doing something.

Speaker 1 (31:12):
Now, you need to stop the If there's a war
of words going on in a bar, I used to
be a bartender, usually it's better to stop it because
as it escalates, and we've seen that happen at Cooper
Union and other places. So your your fear level is
a ten, Tell you what's your fear level?

Speaker 13 (31:31):
My fear level is also incredibly high. And as the
president of the isoral organization on MIT's campus, we did
a poll of almost one hundred of our members and
ninety five percent said that the MIT administration has not
done enough to make us feel safer, to make everybody
feel safer on campus, ninety five percent, and that should be.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Saying something, Ezra, what is your level of fear?

Speaker 2 (31:52):
Agreed? Very very high level of fear. On Sunday night,
there was a ride here. I didn't want to leave
my house.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
It wasn't just made.

Speaker 2 (31:58):
Many other Jewish students didn't want to leave their houses.
And I think that in the week of President McGill's
comments yesterday where against you refuse to condemn people's calling
for genisid against shoes us shoes here don't feel safe anymore.
It's very very scary time.

Speaker 1 (32:10):
Really scary times.

Speaker 3 (32:11):
Guys.

Speaker 1 (32:13):
You deserve better. You deserve to go to school in
a safe environment. People deserve to work in a safe environment.
You know all h R. You know the thousands of
pages corporations have and these institute institutions of higher learning
have can be really summed up with one page. Love

(32:36):
God with all your heart, mind and soul, and your
neighbor as yourself, and treat others the way you want
to be treated. And if everybody would follow that, I
think it would be a much better world. I'm sorry
you were all living through this. Thank you for sharing
your stories and you're in my prayers. I wish you
all the best, as Israel too is in our prayers
as they now fight for their very survival. You know, there,

(32:58):
there's there's, there's moments, and it's simple moral clarity and
there's no moral ambiguity. This is one of those cases.
