Com in a call anyway, it a call to inform
him that his concealed Carrie permit was revoked, and he
said it was due to him yelling at the LAPD
when they visited his home to investigate the shooting three
days after the incident. And anyway, the guy previously, you know,

was railing against the LAPD and he said they're carried
out a sloppy police work, including allegedly not picking up
the casings that were scattered near his home as evidence. Now,
if if that really happened and you're a homeowner, what
do you want the police to do a thorough job?

I guess maybe there's so many shootings now in big
cities like Chicago, New York.

breaks out in front of this guy's house November fourth.
The homeowner returned to his gated Los Angeles house. He

just came back from the gym. Yeah, he sees two
armed men jumping his fence, racing. You know, he has
to force their way into the house that he was
about to unlock his front door. His five month old
daughter and families nanny were inside the house. He has
what is a legal concealed carry permit. In California, which

by the way, historically has been very difficult to get
compared to other states, and he said it took months
for him to actually get his permit. He had to
use his firearm on his private property. California law allows
legal US residents over the age of eighteen to carry

firearms on private property and residences without a permit or
without a license. So he now said in an NRA
video that the shooting is a clear case of self defense,
noting that he was confronted by two more that we're
pointing guns at him as he tried to make his
way into his own home. He said, my situation is unique.

It happened at my front door door. All of it's
on camera. Now, you would think the police, before they
make this decision, or whoever made this decision, might want
to take the time to look at the video, because
he says, this happens over and over again in this country.
You know, people sweep it under the rug because it
doesn't behoove their political agenda. The fact is evil will

always exist, something I've said often on this program anyway,
So he said that this wasn't even the first time
that he's been targeted by criminals. I mean, this is now,
This is now the result of defund dismantle no bail laws.
And now if you are a law abiding citizen and

these criminals want to come to your house, you're pretty
much going to be a sitting ducks. It's fairly you know,
it's pretty unreal to me, it really is. Let me
tell you as an example, we've talked a lot about
the national security implications regarding the eight million illegal immigrants
coming into this country because Joe Biden is aiding them
and a vetting them in the process. And we have

plus billion dollars a year at least of taxpayer dollars
now are are needed to take care of all these
illegal immigrants that Joe helped come into the country because
he would not enforce our nation's laws. New York has

been hit particularly hard, and as a result, the New
York Police Department is going to be reduced to only
twenty nine thousand cops by the end of fiscal year
twenty twenty five. That would be the lowest level since
the nineteen nineties amid what is a slew of budget cuts.
So in order to pay those three four star hotel rooms,

build these ten cities off of free medical care, allow
these kids into schools. Many of the kids don't speak English,
so they have to be taught English as a second language,
but they don't have the money to hire new teachers.
So this is where it's now going to hit every city,
every town across this country. So for example, NYPD forty

two million dollars in cuts. Ultimately that's just for a
new training class that they're taking away from. But they're
cutting a total of one hundred and thirty two million
for security in New York and they're now going to
the lowest police level they've had in over twenty years.
They're going to cut back on the fire department in

New York by seventy four million dollars now with all
these illegal immigrants getting into the sanctuary schools in New
York City. Now they're also going to cut the Department
of Education by five hundred and forty seven million dollars.
By the way, they had swim safety classes that's gone,
removal of litter baskets that's gone. You know, mental health

programs that's gone Department of Social Services. They're gonna lose
three hundred and twenty two million just to accommodate this
unfunded mandate of Joe Biden. That that is what radicalism
is bringing to our country. Never mind the fact that
of the eight million illegal immigrants, those that we know

came across the country unvetted, and those that came in
what we call the godaways. Of the eight million, most
of ninety nine percent of these people have not been vetted.
Ninety nine percent also got in. They were not turned away.
And whenever you hear Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Alejandro Majorcis,
or anybody else tell you that, in fact, the borders closed,

the border secure, that just flat out line to you.
And they're not doing a thing. It's unbelievable. We'll get
to this in the next hour. But that gag order
that was put on President Trump from commenting about this
case going on in New York has now in fact
been lifted, and thankfully that happened.

political history. He defies all conventional political gravity because you

Every time they have gone up, they have not gone down,
and it has made people angry. So it has just
gone in the opposite direction. So they had all of

to the election year and they want to have that
trial in New York City, where I don't think Donald
Trump can get a fair trial as evidence by this
clown show, this judge in New York that is actually
valuating mur a lago at eighteen million when it's closer
to a billion, which is the very thing that they're
accusing Donald Trump of, which is increasing valuations for some

type of benefit. That's exactly what the judge's doing in
this case. You can't even make this up. There's no
way that case stands on appeal, No way. I don't
see it happening anyway. So you had an appellate court
decision here, So the trial judge in the civil case
this guy and Goron imposed the gag order against Donald

Trump and later find Donald Trump fifteen grand for violating
the gag order at an emergency hearing yesterday at the
Appella court level. Anyway, there were questions about what authority
he had to do. Now I have a simple question
on this. This is not a complicated issue. What part

of the First Amendment does this judge not understand? This
is not a difficult case to handle here and by
the way, where we're at it, we now learned just
before TV last night, we learned that in fact, is
not going to be any charges at all against Joe Biden.

and pressure them from defending themselves when their existence is
in jeopardy. You know, why would you allow a terrorist
group Pumas with a charter that calls for the destruction
of Israel time that they can replenish their weaponry, replenish

on in the ground. Why wouldn't you just encourage Israel
to defeat the terrorists that killed fourteen hundred innocent people
and took hundreds of innocent people hostage. That is life

document case, I forgot this very important point. Joe Biden
is expected to get scolded. He's going to get a

addicted to drug gets paid millions. Joe Biden gets a
call from Barisma executives and Hunter five days before he

the care and the maintenance of all of Joe Biden's

since Joe Biden began running for president. When Hunter Biden's

foreign business deals started drying up, apparently admid his recovery
from addiction and his father's twenty twenty presidential campaign. Anyway, well,
all of a sudden, he needed new sources of income
to keep him afloat, and what John Solomon is reporting
is Democratic supporters of Joe Biden's presidential campaign. According to

hundreds of pages of documents reviewed by Justinnews dot com
now show that they and scathered by the federal and
congressional investigators show Hunter Biden collected over six million dollars
since his father began running for president. Since twenty twenty,
the assistants flowed predominantly from this prominent Democratic donor. He's

Kevin Morris, who I have no idea who he is,
whom the first son reportedly befriended at one of his

individual who has been engaged in a campaign of harassment

the way, nobody should ever dox anybody. That practice has
got to stop. It's got to be a pedal for that,

because you're putting people's lives at risk. Now, the Left
was not too interested when there was doxing of Supreme
Court justices. It shouldn't happen. It shouldn't happen to this guy.
Shouldn't happen because he's in a report. It should never happen,

further believe the individual has not only disclosed certain information

misrepresented facts and statements about mister Morris as part of

any threats specifically to his safety. He also failed to
contradict any of the factual assertions made in the story,
and brought to his attention Hunter Biden's lawyer, who's a
really good lawyer, Abby Lowell did not respond to message

But apparently according to the committee, they are claiming that
they have information that he's got six million dollars in
income coming into him. Well, if it wasn't this guy,
then where did it come from. What is Hunter Biden
ever done professionally that earns him the millions of millions
of dollars that he has. This is where we get

into the heart of the entire case involving the entire
Biden family syndicate, and that is that you have Hunter
Biden at the time he's addicted to drugs. Hunter Biden
gets a deal to sit on the board of the
oil and gas giant in Ukraine called Borisma. That oil

giant is being investigated. The investigator has a name. His
name is Victor Choken. Victor Choken is coming down hard
on Barisma. It became policy in October of twenty fifteen
in the then Obama administration that there has been enough
progress made on the issue of corruption in Ukraine that

warranted a billion dollars in loan guarantees. That becomes their
official policy October twenty fifteen. Then around December ninth, twenty fifteen,
Hunter Biden, meeting with Barisma executives in Dubai, call his
father the Big Guy, Joe, And apparently this was at
the time when Barisma desperately needed DC help if you

remember that particular line. Okay, five days later, Joe in
charge of Ukraine policy for the Obama administration. After the
interagency declaration that it becomes policy that they give a
billion of loan guarantees. Joe's job is to bring that
billion dollars with him and give it to the government

of Ukraine. Joe gets there and then later brags about it,
leverages a billion dollars, demands that the prosecutor get fired.
He gives them six hours to fire the guy. He
brags about the fact, son of a Bee, that they
did it and as a result of Joe's actions as
vice president that went directly against Obama administration policy. It

didn't say to go leverage the money for personal benefit,
it said to give them the money. Hunter Biden gets
to stay on the board of Barisma. The investigation stops
and Hunter continues to get paid. And then Hunter goes
on Good Morning America and admits he has no experience
in energy, oil, gas or Ukraine. So why is he

making millions of dollars? That's the story, or the fact
that there's a What's App message, that's one of those
secret private message thingies that I don't use anyway, on
a What's App message. I'm sitting here next to my father. Now,
Joe had claimed over and over again that he'd never
once toal to his son Hunter, or his brother or
anybody for that matter, about their foreign business deals. Okay,

I'm sitting next to my father. Sounds like Joe's keenly
aware of what his son Hunter is doing. Hunter is
writing one of the top officials at the CEFC, that
is China's big oil and gas conglomerate. Again, he has
no experience, he's addicted to drugs, a grudge. You are
going to regret not keeping your side of the bargain. Basically,

lo and behold. Five days later, five million dollars ends
up in one of these shell corporations that James Comer
has identified, which is over twenty of them. Then Devin
Archin Archer, who's the business partner of Hunter Biden, he
testifies that in fact, Joe Biden was up to his
eyeballs in a lot of these deals, and that he

was on the phone with Hunter and Hunter's business partners.
And then we learned about even dinners and meetings with
Russian oligarchs like a La Batarina, the Russian oligarch, former
first Lady of Moscow, that did three and a half
million dollars in a deal with Hunter's group. And then,
according to Devin Archer, over one hundred million was invested

in a real estate venture. That would be corruption, but
it doesn't happen. If your last name is Trump, your
last name is Trump, you get rated at Mara a Lago.
If your last name is Clinton. If your last name
is Biden, nothing happens. But anyway, the economy is so bad,

Biden is suggesting that Americans unhappy with the economy are
disconnected from reality.

video that the shooting is a clear case of self defense,
noting that he was confronted by two more that we're
pointing guns at him as he tried to make his
way into his own home. He said, my situation is unique.

It happened at my front door door. All of it's
on camera. Now, you would think the police, before they
make this decision, or whoever made this decision, might want
to take the time to look at the video, because
he says, this happens over and over again in this country.
You know, people sweep it under the rug because it

So he said that this wasn't even the first time

build these ten cities off of free medical care, allow
these kids into schools. Many of the kids don't speak English,
so they have to be taught English as a second language,
but they don't have the money to hire new teachers.
So this is where it's now going to hit every city,
every town across this country. So for example, NYPD forty

two million dollars in cuts. Ultimately that's just for a
new training class that they're taking away from. But they're
cutting a total of one hundred and thirty two million
for security in New York and they're now going to
the lowest police level they've had in over twenty years.
They're going to cut back on the fire department in

New York by seventy four million dollars now with all
these illegal immigrants getting into the sanctuary schools in New
York City. Now they're also going to cut the Department
of Education by five hundred and forty seven million dollars.
By the way, they had swim safety classes that's gone,
removal of litter baskets that's gone. You know, mental health

programs that's gone Department of Social Services. They're gonna lose
three hundred and twenty two million just to accommodate this
unfunded mandate of Joe Biden. That that is what radicalism

it said to give them the money. Hunter Biden gets

up in one of these shell corporations that James Comer
has identified, which is over twenty of them. Then Devin
Archin Archer, who's the business partner of Hunter Biden, he
testifies that in fact, Joe Biden was up to his

was on the phone with Hunter and Hunter's business partners.
And then we learned about even dinners and meetings with
Russian oligarchs like a La Batarina, the Russian oligarch, former
first Lady of Moscow, that did three and a half
million dollars in a deal with Hunter's group. And then,
according to Devin Archer, over one hundred million was invested

in a real estate venture. That would be corruption, but
it doesn't happen. If your last name is Trump, your
last name is Trump, you get rated at Mara a Lago.
If your last name is Clinton. If your last name
is Biden, nothing happens. But anyway, the economy is so bad,

Biden is suggesting that Americans unhappy with the economy are
disconnected from reality.

You've got to be kidding me now.

All week long, we've been reporting to you that every
Democrat does not want him to use the word Bidenomics
anymore because they know that most Americans give him very
poor grades on the economy. And by the way, rightly so,

high gas prices, record high prices for everything you buy

in every store you go to, and many Americans can't
even make ends meet.

But Joe is now suggesting that you are disconnected from
reality if in fact you think the economy is bad.

working to convince Democratic extremists to stop praising Osama bin Laden.
This will follow up on that TikTok story I told

now is trying to take these videos down, you know,
because it's basically a justification for terror. But you know,
one does have to ask why is Joe Biden pressuring
Israel constantly to have a pause, Because they don't need
a pause. They need to win the war against those
people that committed these acts of terror and killed all

these Israelis and took all these people hostage. You have
one pro Palestinian group protesting, you know, put out a
map of New York City locations tied to quote genocide
in Gaza, quote globalize the Intifada.

That's what they're doing.

That's a fairly reprehensible anti Semitic map, as labeled by
The New York Post and National Review, saying anti Semitic
threats and violence in the West are running tally. They
won't go through everything, you know, from Montreal, all throughout Europe,
all throughout the United States, every student group, all the

anti Semitism, all the acts of anti Semitism. I will
say this, though, the DC march did prove how broad
the pro Israeli consensus is in America. That was a
pretty impressive part of our week. The man who killed
bin Laden responded to the viral TikTok, which I think
is pretty interesting. I can't but why would TikTokers be

fawning over Osama bin Laden? What has happened to the
moral compass of young people in this country?

Is it just that they've been indoctrinated since the time
they started school? How is this happening at our most
prestigious universities. How is it happening in the halls of
Congress from the river to the sea. How is that happening?
And what is by the way, the FBI doing about it,
because you know, look at how they treated moms and

dads that go to school board meetings, investigations into whether
they're domestic terrorists. Look at how they treat even peaceful
pro life protesters. You're allowed to peacefully protest. I know
they called the Summer riots in twenty twenty peaceful, five
hundred and seventy four of them, a couple of dozen
dead Americans, thousands of injured cops, billions in property damage,

you know, cities set on fire, and reporters with fire
behind them saying, oh, it's mostly peaceful.
