Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, thanks Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of
you for being with us our two Sean Hannity Show
toll free. It's eight hundred and ninety four one Shawn
if you want to be a part of the program,
and we continue with our top story today, and that
is federal prosecutors now filing three new felony charges and
six misdemeanor counts against Hunter Biden, all related to this

(00:21):
scheme to evade taxes on this massive amount of income.
But there's so many different layers of this, as we
spelled out in the last hour, and two people that
probably know more about this than I do, or at
least as much.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
I'm just kidding.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
Investigative reporter founder editor in chief justinews dot Com, John
Solomon and Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst. His commentary
throughout all of this has been amazing.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
You know.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
I have been saying, John Solomon that this is the
Joe Biden bribery, money laundering scandal allegations, and that to
me is the biggest part of this story. And all
the evidence and all the emplations, even Hunter implicating his
own father on numerous occasions, all the lies that have
been told, all the things that we have been discussing here.

(01:08):
This is really also about Joe Biden, whether they want
to make punt of the sacrificial lamb or not.

Speaker 4 (01:14):
Am I correct it is? I agree with you one
hundred percent. This indictment is as devastating to Hunter Biden
as it is to Joe Biden. Why Joe Biden said
he's going to be the president that is going to
crack down on tax seats, His son has now been
charged by Joe Biden's Justice Department of being one of
the most egregious tax seats, constantly spending money on a
lavish lifestyle. Rather than playing Uncle Samley, he owed them.

(01:34):
Joe Biden said, nothing ever went wrong with Breisman. It
was perfectly fine as a conspiracy to think there was
any wrongdoing with Brisma. The prosecutors went out of the
way to point out that Joe Hunter Biden didn't pay
taxes on the money he got from the first year
of Brisma and Ukraine.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Joe Biden said, was it just the first year?

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Was it in twenty fourteen and fifteen or was it
fifteen and sixteen?

Speaker 4 (01:53):
Yeah, twenty fourteen, where he doesn't pay the taxes, so
he gets one year of that. Unfortunately, that satural limitations
allowed to expire. But they went out of the way
to point it out in the indictment. That's not an accident.
They were sending the message to the American public that
Joe Biden didn't tell the truth on that. The third thing,
Joe Biden said, my family never got any money from China.
There are millions identified in this indictment for China. Joe

(02:17):
Biden comes out of this clearly identified as someone who
repeatedly and egregiously lied to the American people to try
to get elected as president in twenty twenty.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Let's get your quick take, Greg Jarrett.

Speaker 5 (02:29):
Well, predictably and laughably, the media is dismissing these new
charges by insisting that, oh, it's all unconnected to Joe Biden.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
He's not involved.

Speaker 5 (02:40):
That's untrue. The tax crimes arose from Hunter's corrupt influence
peddling schemes, and the evidence is compelling that his father
actively aided and embedded those schemes. There are documents, testimony,
white house walks, photos, emails, text messages all show that

(03:01):
Joe often spoke by phone with Hunter's clients, met personally
with his son's overseas partners attended meetings. Joe was the brand,
which meant selling access to him and promises of influence.
And Devin Archer, you know, Hunter's former partner, confirmed that
Joe Biden sent signals operated as leverage for money and

(03:24):
it was all done secretly, as evidenced by the email
advising oh never mentioned Joe's involvement by name, So that's
why they used, you know, code names like the big
Guy in Celtic. Hunter was effectively the bag man selling
his dad of the world and the family got rich

(03:44):
from it. And you know, Joe Biden has backed himself
into a corner, as John Solomon points out, by denying everything,
and the evidence contradicts all of that.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
You know, I look at this and it's been a
long time coming. One of the things that I think
it was glaring in terms of an omission in this
Where are the para chargers, John Solomon?

Speaker 2 (04:08):
And do you expect that to come down the road?

Speaker 4 (04:11):
Yes, Listen, there could be some activity in Washington, d C. Still,
I think some of the fair stuff evolves around the
time that Hunter Biden lived in DC. Some of the
statute of limitations may have expired on that just like
they did on the brief my transaction. That is a
sad testament about how David Weiss's office originally handled this case,
allowing statutes of limitations to expire. But listen, this has

(04:33):
some heavy hardware for Hunter Biden. Most of the career
prosecutors that I talked to today read the indictment said,
this is a very strong indictment. It's going to be
very hard for Hunter Biden's lawyers to navigate this, and
it carries some hard times. Seventeen years in prison it
would be the maximum for this, and the indictment's written
to remind the judge and the jury this wasn't an

(04:53):
accidental evasion of taxes. This was a scheme, a conspiracy
that went on for several years in complete the defiance
of everyone else's obligation to pay their taxes from a
privileged political family member. I want to address to Joe
Biden thing. One of the most important things to remind
people of today is that a lot of this tax

(05:14):
evasion occurred when Hunter Biden was living in the home
of Joe Biden. Joe Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware is
a crime scene for some of this and yesterday Ron
Johnson came on our TV show and he revealed something
I think very compelling. Six of the suspicious activity reports
that banks filed against Hunter Biden listed Joe Biden's address

(05:37):
as the address of concern for the transactions. Those six
stars identified more than twelve million dollars of transactions that
were concerning to banks, and the concerns specifically cited for
Joe Biden's home was that financial injactions were occurring through
the home that either involved money laundering or human trafficking.

(05:58):
Think about that Biden's home was being flagged by banks
to the United States Treagy Department as a possible location
where financial transactions related to money laundering and human trafficking.
That was the home they thought it was going through,
and tax evasion obviously occurred there too. Because twenty eighteen
and nineteen our years at Hunter Biden's fifth the government

(06:19):
for some of his facts is Joe Biden is in
the middle of this. His home is in the middle
of this. He can't run from it.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
All right, Greig Jarrett on the last John after you
tie this to Joe Biden, because it starts with the
not ones that I ever speak to me, he knows
of that Hunter was with his foreign business partners and
Joe got on the line and spoke to them. Now,
Congressman Dan Goldman would have you think that they only
were talking about the weather.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
We know differently.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Then, of course, the Cafe Milano meeting with oligarchs like
Elena Batarina, the Russian oligarch, the former first Lady of
Moscow in that particular case, three and a half million dollars,
and then according to Devin Archer, more than one hundred
million invested in a real estate endeavor.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
But walk us through the case against.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
Sun's business partners. He's taking his son on Air Force
two over to China and there they meet sometimes together
with you know, Hunter's partners. You know, just listen to
Devin Archer and Tony Bobolenski. You know they have the
president involved in these influence pedaling schemes which are corrupt,

(07:23):
They involve bribery, and you know, the Bearisma shakedown is
exhibit A. My question is in these latest charges you'll
notice there's no money laundry, no bribery, no foreign lobbying crimes,
nothing associated with bereismath. So you know, the protection racket
is still operating. It's still alive and well. David Weiss

(07:48):
was only forced to bring the gun charges because of
the federal judge, only forced to bring these new tax
charges in California because of the damning evidence produced by
the IRS whistleblowers. You know, this is a US attorney
who helped tip off Hunter Biden's lawyers scuttle search warrants
for big questions about Joe Biden. So you know, it's

(08:11):
only it's up to Congress. I mean, you're not going
to have the US Attorney of the DOJ unveiled Joe
Biden's complicity. It's going to be up to Congress to
do it. And frankly, you know, the committee has produced
more damning evidence in a few months than you know,
the US attorney and the DJ did it in five

(08:32):
long years.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
You take John Solomon, Yeah, Greg has it right, as
he always does.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
I mean, this is some pretty serious stuff and it's
going to be very difficult now for Hunter Biden to
defend himself against these started. And I'm going to explain
one thing. People may have forgotten this when he thought
he was getting the sweetheart plea deal, Hunter Biden's lawyers
put out a statement thing he wants to take responsibility.
He didn't pay his taxes. That is going to be
introduced now as evidence. They made that statement in public.

(09:00):
That's going to become evidence against Hunter Biden. It's going
to be very difficult for Hunter Biden now to avoid
a conviction with his own statements of self incrimination that
were made when he thought he was getting the plead deal.
This is going to be a tough moment for the
Biden family because Hunter Biden's going to be dealing with that,
Joe Biden's going to be dealing with impeachment. And I
think the next phase of this investigation is going to

(09:22):
look at the intersection between these two operations, which is
did Joe Biden become the beneficiary of some of the money?
Is we now have two hundred thousand dollars from James
Biden that can be traced to a transaction to the
family forty thousand dollars it can be traced directly from
trying them. How much more was Joe Biden getting benefits
from this machinery that was shaking down foreigners for access

(09:43):
to the president than the vice president. Those are tough
questions that America face is going to face in the
beginning of twenty twenty four, Right when Joe Biden's trying
to ask people vote me in for another four years.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
Well, John, I'll ask you the first political question, and
that is next week, we're going to have vote. We
expect to vote on whether to have an official impeachment
inquiry by the whole House. Here's the interesting part to me.
Democrats they always circle the wagons. Republicans they create circular
firing squads. So if Democrats normally circle the wagons, if

(10:17):
we see defections next week, especially in light of the
heavy criticism Joe has gotten from the likes of Maureen
Dowd and Van Jones and David Axelrod, that wouldn't that
tell us that the Democratic Party will make their move
to get Joe off the ticket in twenty twenty four.
Next week's vote, I think is going to be critical

(10:38):
what the Democrats do.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
Yeah. Absolutely, If they vote for an impeachment inquiry, Joe
Biden is in a significant amount of trouble because it
means Democrats are starting to abandon him. I don't think
that's going to happen yet, because I think the bigger
problem for the Democratic party is opening this door could
lead to the larger discussion about the Democratic Party, which
is it has a very serious culture of craft. And

(11:00):
you've got Senator men Mendez, You've got state lawmakers and
others involved around the country. Democrats have been indicted in
a lot of cities in the last year for their
own crimes, prosecutors Democratic prosecutors being charged. You've got the
Mayor of New York currently and investigation. If they open
up the impeachment and crery, the big danger is that
this becomes a culture of corruption democratic narrative for twenty

(11:22):
twenty four. I don't think they want to go there yet.
I think they'll rally behind the president on these first votes.
The question is when the next bond of the next
round of evidence comes out, and if it gets more serious,
as James Comerce hinting at ken, Democrats afford to stay
with Joe.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Biden, That'll be the question, same question, Greg Jarrett.

Speaker 5 (11:39):
Influence pedaling is selling access and influence of one's public office,
as Jonathan Turley has correctly pointed out, So the question
is for Congress, is America's national security compromised as Joe
Biden wittingly or unwittingly, you know, jeopardize the United States

(12:03):
through his family's actions, selling access and influence. And if
the answer is yes, that's an impeachable offense. High crimes, misdemeanors, bribery,
treason in a selling out your country to America's adversaries
is exactly what our founders feared when they crafted the

(12:24):
impeachment cause. Now, politically, whether it's wise for Republicans to
pursue impeachment in the coming months, right in the middle
of a presidential election, I frankly advise against it. I've
said this before. I think that it should be up
to Americans to examine the evidence themselves, and they decide

(12:44):
by their vote come November.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
Right quick break, More with editor in chief investigative reporter
John Solomon. More with Fox News legal analyst, best selling
author Breg Jarrett on the other side, Continue now with
the editor in chief and investigative reporter at justinnews dot com,
John Solomon, and of course Fox News Legal analyst best

(13:08):
selling author Greg Jarrett is with us on a scale
of one to ten. Last question fifteen seconds each, how
much in terms of to the extent that Joe Biden
is involved in all of this, and we already know
that he is. How much does that blunt the ninety
one charges against Donald Trump for next year, John Solomon,

(13:29):
I think they're.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
Going to be compartmentalized. Voters are going to look at
him very differently. But Joe Biden's biggest problem is his
honesty now has been completely crushed by the revelations. He's
going to have his own problems separate of Donald Trump.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
Greg Jarrett, last.

Speaker 5 (13:41):
Word, Joe Biden's pull numbers are historically low. They're only
going to get worse. This simply aggravates his prospects for
re election. And you know, I wouldn't be surprised if
sometime down the line he decides over the next few
months to pardon his son, drop out of the race,

(14:02):
and you know, blame everybody else for his own self
inflicted wounds.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
All right, well said, And let me just say this,
both of you need to take a bout. All three
of us work very hard in our own independent ways
on exposing the Russia hoax. We were all vindicated by
the Horroittz Report and later the Durham Report. John, your
reporting on this story has been second to none by far. Greg,

(14:29):
your analysis has been spot on the entire time, and
we have covered this while the rest of the media
mob ignores it and obsesses about Donald Trump. I say
to both of you, take a bowt You've been proven
right yet again, and I want to say thank you.

Speaker 5 (14:43):
We appreciate it well and you too, Sean. Let's not
forget your principal role in all of this.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
Yeah, with us all the way we go credit, nor
do I expect it, but thank you both. All right,
quick break, we'll come right back. We'll hit the phone
straight ahead. Eight hundred and ninety four one, Shawn our
number if you want to be a part of the program.
We have all of this tonight on Hannony ninet Eastern.
Say you DVR on the Fox News channel as we continue,
all right, twenty five to the top of the hour.
Glad you with us is Friday. Here's a toll free number.

(15:08):
It's eight hundred nine four one, Sean, if you want
to be a part of the program. Dennis is in
Vegas on k Dawn Radio. What's going on there? Dennis, Sir?
How are you glad you called?

Speaker 3 (15:19):
Sir?

Speaker 1 (15:19):
By the way, our thoughts and prayers. I know UNLV
had a tough week this week, and we love our
friends out in Vegas, and uh sorry everybody had to
go through all of that.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
Our prayers with everybody.

Speaker 6 (15:30):
I understand, and it's well, it's appreciated. And condolence is
a big time out here right now for Vegas.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
Yeah, you big time.

Speaker 6 (15:39):
Here's the thing. I'm listening to you. I've been listening
to you for the several nights with the governors, with
the President, with the debate and everything else, and I
listened to your show just about every day. Now he did.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
By the way, you're a transplant from New York. I
can hear it in your voice.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
So you didn't. You weren't born and raised in Vegas.
I'm just teasing you. Go ahead.

Speaker 6 (16:03):
I did live. I lived forty years in California, and
I call myself a California escapee. Here's here's my point.
Hunter did the tax problems, the federal tax problems in
calif when he lived in California. Biden may be able
to pardon him on federal charges. I do not believe
he can do anything on the state charges.

Speaker 2 (16:25):
That's correct, Biden.

Speaker 6 (16:26):
And to my knowledge, if he did the felonies and
everything on the Fed he did them in the state also,
and that means the states should get him. And you
have a friend that was on TV with you the
other day. He may be able to tighten the screws
or pardon him also. But whatever he's going to do,
I'm pretty sure it's going to be news. Okay, I

(16:48):
have more issue to talk to you about.

Speaker 3 (16:50):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (16:50):
Yeah, I'm a strong I'm a strong believer in parental rights.
I believe that Democrats are throwing the golden ring in
the Republicans direction. The Republicans just have to pick it
up and start protecting the kids via parental rights. There's
no point lines. When you're a parent, you're a parent.

(17:12):
And there's millions of them. Ninety nine of the voters
are parents in a manner of speaking from grandparents to parents,
and I don't think any one of them really want
to give it up to the state like they have
in civil state. And bye. And the mayor of the
governor of California, he tried to he went through the

(17:36):
discussion with you on parental rights, because that was a
brief discussion and parents, you know, from my point of view,
it's an opportunity that the Republicans were given a gift
by the Democrats and they have to push it.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
It took, I love it.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
What about Here's the thing what you're saying is is
that you want to be the parent. You have your
value system, and you don't want a captive audience of
kids in many cases age and appropriate material being taught
to them, and that the value should come from parents,
It should come from religious institutions. It doesn't have to

(18:14):
come from the federal government. They have a captive audience
of students. They have an agenda that they indoctrinate, They
don't educate. How about schools just focus on reading, writing, math, science, history,
and computers and let our kids ensure that they behave
they got it.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
They can't disrupt the class.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
If they disrupt the class, they need to be thrown
out if they keep doing it, And let's get on
with the business of educating them and stop indoctrinating them.
Because you know what, even though people don't like your comments,
you're allowed to have them. People have different views, and
the idea that they think their views are superior to
yours or a parent is beyond obnoxious to me and offensive,

(18:52):
and it's grotesque what they're doing with so many kids
in so many of these schools.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
I agree.

Speaker 6 (18:56):
The last thing I'll say, Sean is that it's great
to live in his country. You can't think of a
better place. But I do have a problem with the
sads trying to get in at my money, and now
they're getting in at my kids. Keep the hands off
of my money and kids, and I can enjoy this
place a lot more and.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
Appreciate it all right. Hanging there, Dennis, appreciate the call.
Eight hundred and nine to four one, Sewan, if you
want to be a part of the program.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
You know what, It's Friday.

Speaker 1 (19:21):
We got to put on Big Time AJ Houston, Texas.

Speaker 2 (19:24):
What's going on?

Speaker 3 (19:25):
Baby?

Speaker 2 (19:25):
How are you big?

Speaker 6 (19:27):
Come?

Speaker 3 (19:27):
Shinanity? Hey?

Speaker 1 (19:29):
Before I Hey, how's my buddy Joe PAGs doing.

Speaker 2 (19:32):
How's he doing?

Speaker 6 (19:33):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (19:34):
We did Motown Monday this weekend. He's hanging in there.
We're just trying to figure all this stuff out. But
shut it very quick. I want to ask you were
going to do Santa Claus this year? Is Joe Biden
going to stop us from doing Santa Claus or what with?

Speaker 2 (19:46):
Man? Oh man?

Speaker 1 (19:47):
That's such a good question, Lindo. Do we have any
plans to do Santa Claus this year. I think we
taken running on New Year's Eve.

Speaker 7 (19:54):
I think at the end of the day, Santa is
very busy this time of year. But if he is
available to make time for the Hannity audience children, I mean,
who could say no to that?

Speaker 2 (20:03):
Really?

Speaker 1 (20:04):
You know, my kids never believed me when I told
them that I knew Santa Claus and I was friends
with Santa Claus. They never believed me. And I would
put them on the phone with Santa Claus.

Speaker 7 (20:14):
Can I tell you a very funny story, AJ, you
will love this. This is hysterical and this just happened
to me a couple of days ago. So, like many parents,
I do the Elf on the shelf, and so my
son is writing. He's eight, and he believes in Santa
and all the things, because why wouldn't you. He's amazing
and he can hear the bell ring and YadA YadA.
So he says, he says to me, he says, I'm
going to ask Santa for one thousand dollars. And I

(20:35):
said really, and he said yes, And I said, you know, honey,
I just don't know that Santa has one thousand dollars.
I just don't know that he would think that it's appropriate.
I just I just don't know what he goes, Well,
it's a good thing. It's not up to you, right, mommy,
It's up to Santa, and Santa's going to make that decision.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
I'm like, eh, I am loving this kid more and
more every day now a big time. My favorite story
is Linda won't give her son a happy meal.

Speaker 2 (20:59):
You know McDonald's. It's like happy meals, they make them happy.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
So he finally gets a happy meal instead of her
air fried stupid french fries. And I asked him on
the show. I said, now, which french fries do you
like better? Do you like your mommy's air fried french
fries or do you like mcdonald' happy meal french fries?

Speaker 2 (21:16):
H Do you know what answer he gave? Big time?

Speaker 7 (21:18):
He said mine.

Speaker 1 (21:19):
No, he said McDonald's. You don't do not be Bill
Clinton on us.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
New ew Cross.

Speaker 7 (21:27):
I would never be Bill Clinton. First of all, he
said he liked them, but he thought mine were just
as good.

Speaker 1 (21:32):
No, he didn't say that until you came in. When
when we got a pure answer, he said no McDonald's
and he, oh, you.

Speaker 7 (21:38):
Mean when you had him cornered in the studio, and
he was like, I better tell this guy the truth.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Mom calls the boys. Why not take him off?

Speaker 1 (21:44):
Cornered in the studio. I cornered your seven year old
son in.

Speaker 2 (21:48):
A studio a happy meals?

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Yeah, yeah, No, I did not corner him. He was
sitting in a chair, smiling, having a great time, and
he said he absolutely loved the Happy Meal McDonald's French
fries better than your fried French fries.

Speaker 7 (22:01):
So funny, so funny. What do you think, aj You
want to you want to do your Santa and bring
Santah on the show with us.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
All right, we're gonna work it out, a Jay. We
got to do that. We got to get in the
spirit of Christmas. Next year is going to be brutal.
We need some downtime, some fun time. How's that?

Speaker 3 (22:15):
No, right, no, because we have enough of it. And
now to the idiot. Okay, now, Sean, all the talking
we're doing, all of doing the dealings, we're saying about
this idiot behind her. Now, Sean, you know and I know,
as me and Joe Pegg say, you know, and I know,
and I know and you know, but you know and
I know. The ain't nothing gonna happen. They look what

(22:37):
they're doing. They doing all this. He gonna plead the fifth.
Then then next week when it's tampion to come.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
Up to no, he's definitely gonna plead the fifth.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
He may not even he may not show up next week,
or if he does, he will plead the fifth.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
But let me tell you something.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
He's in real trouble legally, and let me tell you
something else that uh, liberals haven't figured out yet.

Speaker 2 (22:54):
Joe is in bigger trouble. Trust me.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
I know my reporting has not been wrong on this
issue so far has it. As a matter of fact,
we've been vindicated yet again. So I'm just telling you
stay tuned. Is a lot of connections to Joe, and
Joe is the biggest liar on the face of this earth.
And I promise you this will be about Joe Biden
by the end of the day, sooner rather than later.

Speaker 3 (23:17):
All right, Chilla, Hey, Sean is coming to a theater
near you.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
Stay tuned, Stay tuned, coming to a theater near you,
big time. We love you.

Speaker 1 (23:26):
We'll talk to you soon. Ho ho ho, you know
what I mean. All right, let's get back to our phones,
all right, quick break right back to our phones. He
eight hundred and ninety four one Sean, if you want
to be a part of the program. At the top
of the hour, Jay Seculo, chief counsel for the American
Center for Law and Justice, will get his take on
the Hunter indictments, the impact on Joe Biden, and much more.
As we continue.

Speaker 5 (23:52):
The final hour of the Sean Hannity Show is up
next Hang on for Sean's Conservative Solutions.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
So as we approach the holidays, so many of you
are thinking about what charities you want to support this year.
If you are planning to give, well, guess what. Our
friends in Israel, our brothers and sisters, they need your
help big time.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
Now.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
After viewing a film of all the atrocities, the handans
attacks by Hamas against innocent Israeli citizens, these are horrors
we can never forget. Now, we have partnered with the
International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, a great organization. They've
been on the ground from day one. They're providing critical
essentials to hundreds of thousands of Israelis now in need, food,

(24:34):
life saving aid, emergency equipment of first responders, even pull
approve best and reinforced ambulances. Now, with the rise of
anti Semitism, our support to strengthen the Jewish State of
Israel is more important than ever. Please give as generously
as you can. Just stile pound two to fifty on
your cell phone, use the keyword hannity for Israel. That's
pound two fifty, keyword Hannity for Israel, and give as

(24:56):
generously as you can because hundreds of thousands of people
need your help. All right, let's get back to our
busy phones. Let us say hi to Melissa in Arizona. Hey,
Melissa apparently disagrees with me about something. What did I
do wrong?

Speaker 2 (25:14):
Melissa? I'm guilty. I'm sure.

Speaker 8 (25:16):
Hi Sean, and Merry Christmas.

Speaker 1 (25:18):
Merry Christmas to you too, God bless you. Happy Honakah
to our friends celebrating Hanukkah. Right now, what's going on?

Speaker 8 (25:24):
Yeah, you are guilty? Well, oh boy, I'm gonna yeah. Well,
you have a bromance going on and I called before
about this with Newsom.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
You okay, First of all, I don't have a bromance
going on with Gavin Newsom.

Speaker 2 (25:39):
I understand I would.

Speaker 8 (25:42):
Disagree with you, Sean because the other day you came
out vi bag saying he's full of himself. Meanwhile, you
have this idiot newsom while you were doing you did
very well with the debates too, and he's going on
and on and on the next day, I didn't hear
any thing about from you about what he's full of

(26:03):
of himself, what a liar? Nothing? And then and just.

Speaker 1 (26:07):
Kids, Well, I'm not going to talk about him every day.
I thought the debates, you know, I let people make
up their own mind, and it was pretty clear. On
Hannity dot Com almost ninety percent of people that went
on and voted, they thought that Desantas won that debate
hands down ninety percent. On Drudge, I think it was
seventy percent right.

Speaker 8 (26:27):
But I didn't hear anything from you regarding newsan oh nuisance.

Speaker 1 (26:32):
Just like you said to the about let me ask
you this, did you not see my questions?

Speaker 2 (26:36):
And and I went through every major issue.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
I did a fact based questioning, moderating position debate, and
all I did was give out the facts. Now, did
the facts favor Florida or do the favorite California?

Speaker 8 (26:51):
Of course Florida.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
Okay, So I did my job, and then it's up
to him to defend it or off you skate. I
didn't think he answered a lot of questions, but a
lot of people do that. I went back once or
twice or three times. Sometimes he still wouldn't answer. At
that point, you know, you got to move on right.

Speaker 8 (27:09):
And there you go. You just made my point. The
next day on your radio, I didn't hear you say
anything about him saying, oh, what a snaky is. He's
full of himself, just like you said about the Theak
being full of himself.

Speaker 1 (27:21):
Let me just tell you I think my views on
Gavin Newsom are I put this in a separate category. Personally,
if you ever met the guy, you would find him
to be charming and nice. I promise you he's very polite,
he's very ingratiating. His policies are insane. I tell that

(27:44):
to his face. I tell it to him all the time.
I told them the day of the debate, your policies
are nuts.

Speaker 2 (27:50):
He thinks I'm nuts.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
It's fine, you know, I don't have to hate the
guy just because he's absolutely wrong on policy. But putting
that aside, you know, everybody's not quite understanding those people
that say, why are you giving him airtime? I'm giving
him airtime because watch Joe's cognitive state. Watch what's happening
with the Hunter Biden case, and I am telling you
you better know what is a strong likelihood that's waiting

(28:15):
behind door number two or three. And if we don't,
if we're not aware of what the Democrats may be
up to, that we do so to our own peril.
Ignorance is not bliss in this case. And I'm making
everybody fully aware of what potentially could happen in this
next presidential election. In that sense, I think I'm doing
everybody a favor. Maybe some people don't see it that way,

(28:39):
but I'm telling you I'm doing everybody a favor. You
need to know what the Democrats may be up to.

Speaker 8 (28:45):
And I like the sake I am. I am pro Trump.
I love President Trump. So the Veke is the only
one that is calling out Nicky Haley. Nicky Haley has
become corrupt, She's become part of the problem, and he's
the only one calling her out. She needs to stay
away from the White House.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
The biggest problem I have with Viveig he does. And
Christy actually pointed this out. I can't believe I'm quoting
him because I can't stand him. But the point is
he says things, then you ask him about exactly what
he said, and he says he didn't say it.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
He does that all the time.

Speaker 1 (29:22):
He's he's very clever, he's a smart guy, but he's
too cute by half. And all the rehearse lines he
comes in with it's getting a little old. I want
substance from presidential candidates. A few stinging lines are fine,
but not every line, not every candidate, not It just
he goes on there to make draw attention to himself

(29:45):
in the wrong way. In my view, I do agree
with some of his positions. I disagree with others, but
there's nobody I fully agree with on everything, right, So whatever.

Speaker 8 (29:54):
Yeah, well, I think he's hilarious. He's funny. That's the
only reason I watched the debates. Otherwise I wouldn't watch it.
He's taken the place of President Trump up there. He
makes me laugh. I just think it's it's hilarious.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
Listen at this point, Christy needs to go. If you
want to let Vivek hang around, that's fine. I don't
think he has any shot at all. He's not polling
well in any state. I think this is a vanity
play right now, for him. I think he's thinking long
term that he might want to do this down the line.
He's been glib, he's been clever, he's funny, he can
be smart. All of those things are true. But he

(30:28):
also comes off as obnoxious to me.

Speaker 8 (30:31):
Well, I mean he's just calling out.

Speaker 1 (30:33):
Oh look, people call me obnoxious. It's not necessarily a
bad thing, Linda, right.

Speaker 7 (30:37):
I mean, I considered a badge of honor, you.

Speaker 1 (30:41):
Say, Linda takes great pleasure of being called any name
by anybody.

Speaker 7 (30:45):
As long as you're paying attention, you can call me
anything you want. And at the end of the day,
people that have the tenacity to get up there and
say they're going to run for office, you got to
be a legal Egotistically, you got to be a little
bit obnoxious because you're not gonna make You're not going
to cut through the noise. And there's a hell of
a lot noise right now.

Speaker 2 (31:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (31:00):
But you know what, Melissa, I'm glad you have your
strong opinions. I'm glad you're listening to the show. I'm
glad you called in. And you know what, maybe I'll
take another look at him and see if he's worth
maybe another interview Okay.

Speaker 8 (31:13):
Thank you, Sean, and Merry Christmas, Linda, and Merry Christmas.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
Sean, you too well.

Speaker 1 (31:18):
Merry Christmas to you and God bless you and your family.
May God's face shine upon you this holiday season. All right,
quick break, right back, let me come back top of
the hour. We we'll check in with Jay Seculo. We'll
get his take on the indictment of Hunter and what
implications this has for Joe Biden and much more as
we continue
