Speaker 1 (00:00):

Speaker 3 (00:14):
And if you want a little banging and come along Harry,
seeing he's not president yet, I mean, are you visiting
another Hitler? Is that what you're saying?

Speaker 2 (00:25):
That's exactly what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
As a country, it's very difficult for people to believe.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
That racism and misogyny they're just alive.

Speaker 5 (00:34):
And well, what're a soccer that the people who see
everything through the lens of race and sex see their
election loss as a result of racism and sexism.

Speaker 6 (00:43):
Freedom is back in style.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
Welcome to.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Have coming to your city, don't watt and saying you
a conscious cell.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Sean Hennity show more I'm the scenes, information on freaking
news and more bold inspired solutions for America. Stay right
here for our final news round.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Up and information overload.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
All right news roundup, Information overload. Our toll free. Our
number is eight hundred and nine to four one, Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program.
Our legal team is coming up at a minute. As
we check in with our friends, Greg Jarrett, David Schonell
join us. H We'll talk about Matt Gates. Uh bowing
out of consideration for attorney general. Also, we've got this
issue that is still yet to be resolved in the

(01:36):
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bob Casey, the incumbent senator, lost by
a pretty wide margin, and Dave McCormick is the news
senator from the Commonwealth. It's it's not even going to
be close when all is said and done. Have a
mandatory recount when it's zero point five percent of the vote,
which is what the number was, fair enough have to

(01:56):
have that happen. But that's that's not where the trouble
went in. In September, the Republican Party in Pennsylvania went
to that state Supreme Court and the Supreme Court ruled
unequivocally that ballots must meet legal standards for them to count.
They've got to be dated properly, they've got to be

(02:18):
signed properly, et cetera. This was in September, before the
November election. This past election. Now, in spite of that
Supreme Court ruling, you have, which is kind of remarkable,
to be very honest with you, in Bucks County, you
have a woman by the name of Diane Marceeglia who

(02:41):
said that Roe v. Wade was the reason for her
just outright saying publicly that she would violate the Supreme
Court decision in September, just a couple of months ago.
Now the Supreme Court is subsequently ruled seven to zero.
Then in fact that Supreme Court order stands, they weren't

(03:02):
going to change their mind from September. Never was going
to happen. And right now you have people like Senator
Danes Is now saying that this person ought to be
charged because this was in direct defiance of what the
law and the Commonwealth the Pennsylvania is Now the woman,
Diane Marseglia, has put out a statement and she is

(03:26):
now saying originally she said she would violate the law
county illegal ballots, and now in tears basically saying she
made a mistake. He said last Thursday, when I spoke
at a meeting that you're all here about the passion
in my heart got the best of me. I apologize
again for that. That was a hearing and we were

(03:47):
talking about provisional ballots. We were specifically talking about the
fact that there were certain provisional ballots where a judge
of elections did not sign and did not make sure
that a voter signed the outside of an envelope. To me,
it was frustrating and unconscionable that we would take away
somebody's vote not because they made a mistake, but because

(04:09):
an employee or one of our members, or one of
the judges of elections didn't know what to do, or forgot,
or just made a mistake. That issue that I spoke
on has now gone viral. For my comments, it was
genuinely not the best words. I would do it all again.
I would not do it all again. I think she
means not, but it says in the statement I'm reading,

(04:31):
I would do it all again. I feel terrible about it.
I should have been more clear. Please, I will be
more clear in the future. And she claimed her reference
to the court precedent related to the US Supreme Court
overturning Roe v. Wade, which resulted in loud groans from
the crowd. I remind you all that we all say
things that are out of turn. We all make mistakes.

(04:52):
I made a mistake, and because I'm an election official,
I'm held to a fi far higher standard. But is
it a legal standard? I mean, that's the point and
anyway here to weigh in on all of this, Greg Jarrett,
Fox News legal analysts, best selling author, David Jones, civil
liberties attorney, former council for President Donald Trump. Welcome both
of you back to the program. I'm not sure, you know,

(05:17):
there's a part of me that maybe is too compassionate.
I don't know, is a part of me that thinks
that this woman should never be allowed to have anything
to do with any election ever.

Speaker 7 (05:29):
Again.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
I mean, this was so defiant of a Supreme Court decision. However,
if we are to follow the law, she would probably
be indicted.

Speaker 7 (05:38):
Am I wrong? Greg Jarrett?

Speaker 3 (05:41):
You are correct. She decided to count ballots that were
repeatedly deemed illegal by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and then
she was arrogant enough and dumb enough to publicly announce
what she was doing, recognizing that she was breaking the law.

(06:02):
You know, she said, people violate the laws anytime they want.
If I vilate the laws because I want a court
to pay attention to it, you know what, the court,
the magistrate court, which decides criminal referrals, should take notice
and pay attention to what she said and what she
did and make a criminal referral to the district attorney.

(06:24):
Because election tampering and interference even by an official, especially
by an official, is a crime. It's a fraud felony.
It's a conspiracy felony. Twenty five Pennsylvania thirty five twenty
seven is a statute if you want to look it up,
and the US Attorney, by the way.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
I'll do that in my spare time. Thanks for the statute.
I appreciate it. I'm just joking. Well, the fact that
you know this stuff cracks me up. Go ahead, here's
it that this is what makes you so good at
what you do.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
You know this one because you and I've talked about
it before. The federal felony conspiracy to deprive people of
their constitutional rights eighteen U s e. Two forty one.
You know that one because we've talked about it. Whenever
you count deliberately an illegal ballot, you are neutralizing the

(07:18):
voters who sent in valid ballots, and that's a deprivation
of their constitutional rights. That is a crime. It's a
conspiracy to commit a crime. So she's opened herself up.
Now what she should do. She should resign, and you
know that might in some way help her if authorities

(07:41):
want to be charitable about it. But she has opened
herself up to criminal charges, and she incriminated herself unbelievably enough.

Speaker 7 (07:50):
What's your reaction, David Chong, Well, she.

Speaker 8 (07:54):
Did say I would do it all together. I heard
their say it live. But I think she must have
misspoken the problem for her. First of all, you're right,
she can never be allowed near an election, maybe not
even a voting booth. Ever, again, uh, based, it doesn't
matter why she did it. It's not her prerogative to
violate the Supreme Court decision and to count votes that

(08:14):
they have said can't be voted. But what she made
it worse. Besides the comment that you know, Greg accurately
read that, she said she violates laws and sois she does.
So here's why she's again turning around, taken out of context.
She apologizes for the upset and the confusion it caused.
Not because of the confusion she was explicit in what
she said. It's a misinterpretation of an inartfully worded statement.

(08:36):
That's not an apology really, And she seems still not
to recognize how very wrong what she did. She is
concerned because people are you know, taking her to task
over it.

Speaker 6 (08:46):
Now she has to be out.

Speaker 7 (08:47):
She's out is she well, should she be charged.

Speaker 8 (08:51):
I'm not a big fan of using the criminal process
to address you know, every ill that there is. I
do think she committed a crime. I think her own
words convict her. She's certainly committed a conspiracy and at
a minimum and attempt. But yeah, I don't know that
what purpose it serves at this point. I think, you know,
we have to make a clear statement what she did
was wrong and the illegal.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
And so on.

Speaker 8 (09:12):
But you know, I don't know that it's worth taking
up the process with as long as she's out, can't
ever come back.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
But we have this, we have this phenomenon now going
on with Democrats. For example, the Supreme Court ruled on
student loan forgiveness, and the Biden administration kept giving out
money for student loan forgiveness. They just defied a Supreme
Court ruling. I'm sitting here in amazement that Democrats elected officials, lawmakers,
governors of blue states are all saying that when Donald

(09:40):
Trump enforces the law, that they're not going to help him,
and they're putting the safety of people that didn't respect
our laws, borders, sovereignty ahead of the safety of the
American people. That is incomprehensible to me, Greg Jarrett. And
as a matter of law, aren't these governors that are
saying these things that are a reading and betting and

(10:02):
those law breaking with their sanctuary cities and states that
is in direct defiance of federal law.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Didn't Harris and Biden break the law by aiding and
abetting illegal immigrants? I mean, aren't they all breaking the
law here?

Speaker 3 (10:17):
They are because it's a crime to be here illegally.
It is also a crime and it's a felony to
illegally harbor an illegal immigrant. You can be subject up
to five years imprisonment for harboring aliens. Uh. And I
use that word aliens because that's how the statute reads.

(10:40):
So you know, these sanctuary cities are illegal. The new
Department of Justice come January should take a serious look at,
you know, these sanctuary cities and these policies that are
aiding and abetting criminality. Uh. And you know I wrote
about this in seven years ago. I think it was

(11:03):
that the law needed to be enforced, and I cited
the statutes and I said, look, this is illegal. Why
aren't these people being criminally charged? And you know that
has always fallen on deaf ears. But I think a
new Department of Justice, whoever is the Attorney General, needs
to take a serious look at it.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
All right, quick break, we'll come back more with our
legal panel Greg Jarrett, David Shonen. On the other side,
I would continue now with our legal panel Greg Jarrett
and David Shoner with us. I mean, this is institutionalized
law breaking. And they even tried that bill that Kamala
Harris talks about the border security bill from day one
that she was pushing. That was never a border security bill.

(11:46):
That was an amnesty bill that would have allowed two
million illegals in the country every year, likely unvetitives as
most of the people have been, and they would then
have the ability to codify into law. They would have
about whether they even enforced that law, which means they
would codify their illegal activity into law, which would have

(12:07):
been a disaster.

Speaker 8 (12:08):
Yeah, first of all, I have no doubt in my
mind that the new Justice Department will shut this stuff
down and we'll go after it. But consider the hypocrisy.
It's as if the Democratic Party decides certain crimes are
our crimes which we have license to do, and others
we're going to concoct crimes, and if it's Trump is involved,
we're going to create a crime and charge him with it.

(12:29):
And you know that was what lawfair was all about
when all of these charges brought against him, and we
saw it, you know, for the last several years. But
I'll tell you this where they auto rude to day
during the second Trump impeachment trial. Their theory literally and
it's in their brief. So anybody suggests I'm wrong, I'd
be happy to read it to them that anybody, any
former president, can be impeached and no matter how long

(12:52):
out of office. And they gave the example, you know,
Thomas Jefferson could be impeached for something to do with
slavery and so on. So these are probably impeachable offenses.
What's happened here? They are I'm hoping that the Congress
won't take up their time again with another impeachment, but
if they did, based on their own language, I think
the President Biden would be subject to impeachment quite frankly,

(13:14):
because their whole theory is has got nothing to do
with just being thrown out of office. In once you're
out of office, you can still be impeached and convicted.
According to the Democratic.

Speaker 1 (13:22):
Party, according to the Democratic Party. But here's one of
the things that I think both of you will agree
with me on what they have done using by weaponizing
the Department of Justice, what they have done to the FBI.
James call me in particular Faiza abuse, in particular the
intelligence agencies. You know, fifty one former Intel officials that

(13:45):
knew nothing about Hunter's laptop impacting an election at the
request of winking Tony Blincoln. This to me, we have
to restore constitutional order. To me, Greg Jarrett, we have
to have fidelity to our constitution. We cannot do to
them what they did to Donald Trump and to many others,
and that means that there cannot be retribution. What we

(14:08):
need to do is restore constitutional order, take away any
possibility in the future of the weaponization of justice, Restore
the FBI to its former greatness, restore intelligence agencies to
their former greatness.

Speaker 7 (14:22):
Am I wrong?

Speaker 3 (14:23):
No, you're not wrong. I agree with all of what
you said. There are other steps that can be taken
short of criminally prosecuting the people who so blatantly violated
the law. For example, the fifty one x Intel officials
who signed the phony letter saying that the laptop seemed
to be Russian disinformation. They should have all of their

(14:45):
security clearances yanked, which means they would never be able
to do such a thing again.

Speaker 6 (14:55):
You know.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
But I agree with you that just because law fear
was corruptly used against Trump doesn't mean that he should
flip the table and use it against the same people.
And you know, I think he's made it clear that
he's not in this for retribution. His retribution is success

(15:19):
for the American people to put forward and accomplish his agenda,
as he promised on the campaign trail. I think that's
the right course of action.

Speaker 8 (15:27):
Sean. I have to say, I think that this election
was in large part decided based on what you just said.
I think the American people are fair minded people. They
love their constitution, they love integrity and government. We saw
it every step of the way. They never could play
it straight. They put on a mother commission only people
who hated Trump and had conflicts of interest. The prosecutors.
They used to bring these cases in jurisdictions where they

(15:50):
knew they could get a conviction no matter what the
facts were. People I think were sick of it and
fed up with it, and it tore at the heart
of our constitution and our justice system, like share minded Americans.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
Wrong, well, I appreciate both of you. Thank you both
very much, David Shoon and Greg Jarrett. You guys are
national treasures with your knowledge of the law, our constitution,
and right now we need to get back to the
basics in this country, return to the fundamentals constitutional order.

Speaker 7 (16:20):
Being the top on the list. Appreciate both of you.
He never stops working for the good of the country.

(18:05):
there is in Congress a big controversy. We've discussed it
a little bit yesterday. We're going to discuss it more today.
Apparently a the first trans congressional person has been elected.
The person's name is Sarah McBride, and I think I
think she's from Delaware. Anyway, that's fine. I don't really

(18:27):
care what adults do in their personal life means nothing
to me. But then now the issue has become and
Speaker Johnson has addressed it. Nancy Mace has gotten involved
in this and said, no, you will use the bathrooms.
Whatever your biology was when you were born, that's the
bathroom you can use. And it's become a huge controversy

(18:47):
and there have even been threats to Congresswoman Nancy Mace
made on social media. Here is one death threat. Listen
to this.

Speaker 5 (18:58):
This video goes out to Hunger'swoman Nancy Mace. Congresswoman Nancy Mace.
I hope that one day I do find you when
that woman's back through me and I grab you're ready
looking here and drag your face down to the floor
while I repeatedly bash it in and so the blood's
everywhere and you're dead.

Speaker 7 (19:22):
Thank you. I hope.

Speaker 5 (19:24):
That Nancy Mace receives this message.

Speaker 7 (19:27):
Twelve kisses.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
Wow.

Speaker 7 (19:30):
I hope.

Speaker 1 (19:31):
We've been trying to find out if there's been any
legal follow up to this individual. There should be, in
my opinion, because you're threatening somebody's life. And anyway, Nancy
Mace has been sparring with various people in the news media,
one being from Script's News Liz Landers, and another at ABC,
and it's just unbelievable. You know that this is what

(19:54):
if you take a traditional position and you don't want
a biological mail in your bathroom if you're a woman.
It is this controversial in this crazy, war woke world
of radicalism, extremism that is the new Democratic Party.

Speaker 9 (20:11):
Listen, why do you think your constituents want you to
focus on this bathroom resolution and not their jobs that
were just potentially lost at bowing.

Speaker 2 (20:20):
Do you really think that.

Speaker 4 (20:21):
Women in Congress can't walk into them at the same time,
like you're going to insult me in.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
Safe congressman, I can't. I can't live on multiple issues.

Speaker 9 (20:28):
I did not say that, you know, for I looked
at your social media that I did not see anything
about Boeing file.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
I have filed almost a hundred bills since I became a.

Speaker 10 (20:40):
Member of Congress.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Women can do more than one thing at once. I'm
going to protect women, of course, we can protect jobs.

Speaker 4 (20:47):
I'm going to call out Republicans and Democrats alike when
they do stupid things.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
Like spend more than we can afford.

Speaker 4 (20:54):
Both Republicans and Democrats are the reason that inflation is
so high today.

Speaker 2 (20:59):
I'm not going to be in just a by your
left wing talking points, corss. Can I ask your question
as you walk here?

Speaker 11 (21:05):
So the question is with your piece of legislation about
banning women from using Yes, my question to you, as it.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
Doesn't go far enough.

Speaker 11 (21:14):
You have said that it was created in response to Congress.
I'm going to like your und percent and it should
legislation be created targeted at one specific person.

Speaker 2 (21:23):
It doesn't mention anyone in the legislation, but.

Speaker 7 (21:25):
You've said it it was aimed at her.

Speaker 2 (21:27):
No, I have said it's a result of this.

Speaker 4 (21:29):
I'm not going to allow biological men into women's private spaces.
I will stand in the brain and stand in the
way of anyone on the radical laugh who thinks that
it's okay for a penis to be in a women's
locker room, or a bathroom or a changing room.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
Hell no, I'm not going to stand for it.

Speaker 4 (21:44):
And the speaker said it would be in the House
rules package. If it's not, I'll be ready with a motion,
a privileged motion, to force a vote on this. This
is not okay. I'm a survivor of rape. I'm a
survivor of sexual abuse, and I'm not going to allow
any man in any female private space.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
Speaker and that store.

Speaker 4 (22:00):
And by the way, I'm getting death threats from men
pretending to be women.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
Why is it that.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
These crazy people, the insanity, the radical left, are willing
to kill women over a man's right to be in
a women's restian Speaker Johnson has said.

Speaker 11 (22:13):
Segar Johnson has said he wants to treat every new
member with the words dignity and respect. Forcing this congress
person to go into a male restroom is that dignity
and respect.

Speaker 4 (22:22):
Forcing women to share private spaces with men is not.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
Dignity and not respect.

Speaker 4 (22:27):
And I'm absolutely going to stand in the way of
anyone who thinks it's okay for a man to be
in our locker room, in our changing rooms, in our
dressing rooms, and women's bathrooms. And in fact, if you
agree with that, you're crazy, because that's not okay.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
It's not okay.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
Now I did hear what Speaker Johnson said. He did
mention the words everybody should be treated with dignity and respect,
and I agree with that. But then he further went
on to say that biological men will use the men's
room and biological women will use the women's room.

Speaker 7 (22:57):
And that's it. Anyway.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
Mary is in Wisconsin. Mary, thank you to everybody in Wisconsin.
Glad you called.

Speaker 7 (23:04):
How are you?

Speaker 2 (23:05):
I'm doing great, Sean, how are you?

Speaker 7 (23:08):
I'm really good. What's going on?

Speaker 10 (23:10):
Well? I wanted to weigh in on the transgender athletes.
I'm looking at this from a couple of different perspectives.
I'm a biologist, plus I've bred horses and i'm cats
and dogs and shown them and there's such an obvious
difference between the genders, even if there are those that

(23:34):
don't want to acknowledge. It's it's night and day. And
one of the things that always comes to mind is
is horse racing. You have phillies running against phillies. You
have colts or the male horses running against male horses.
And within that, the definition of a male horse is
a gelding, which is a male horse that's been neutered

(23:57):
for lack of a better term, And it doesn't matter
matter what his testosterone level is, you know, because I
know that they do that with athletes. They measured the
testosterone level and they say it's below a certain point,
so they can they can compete. But when it comes
to horses, you're running intact males against neutered males, and

(24:18):
you don't have phillies thrown in there for the most part,
and phillies again, they just don't have the typically, I
should say not all, but typically they just don't have
the build and the stamina that a male horse has.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
I mean the fact that you have to take the obvious.
And when I started my talk radio career, this is
not a discussion I ever anticipated we'd be talking about
as often as we have to talk about it. I
never thought I would be discussing a presidential candidate that
wants to offer free, taxpayer funded sex change operations to

(24:54):
illegal immigrants and convicted felons. But here we are welcome
to the year twenty twenty five for and what you
are saying, generally, there are exceptions to it. You know,
I do mix martial arts and situational self defense, and
I train every day, and generally speaking, men are physically
stronger than women.

Speaker 7 (25:14):
There are exceptions.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
There are some some trained martial artists, female fighters that
could probably kick my you know what from you know
here to eternity.

Speaker 7 (25:28):
But it is.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
That is the exception, It is not the rule. Men
tend to be biologically stronger than women. And you know
the fact that this is a complicated issue for people.
I don't know why I mean, And I always defer
to Caitlyn Jenner, who I've known for so many years.
Interviewed Caitlin when Caitlin was Bruce Jenner, and We've had very,

(25:51):
very deep and profound conversations about this.

Speaker 7 (25:54):
And at one point I remember.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Saying to her, I said, I'll be honest, Caitlyn, I
don't understand. And you know what her answer was, I
don't expect you to understand it. He's because you're not
living it. And I said, that's a fair answer, and
it is a fair answer, and then she went on
to explain, you know that, for example, you're talking about
the Catalog Championship. A champion here, a great athlete still

(26:19):
is a great athlete, even as she getting a little older.
She can drive the ball in three hundred yards. She
could win so many ladies golf tournaments if she wanted.
But she says herself, it would be an unfair advantage
having been born a biological male. And I, you know,
I do agree with Speaker Johnson on dignity respect. I

(26:42):
believe in the Golden rule. Love God with all your heart, mind, body, soul.
You treat your neighbor the way you want to be treated,
you know, treat people's like I mean, it's just simple stuff.

Speaker 7 (26:52):
Treat others the way you want to be treated. That's it.
And if we do that, I think we're a better society.

Speaker 6 (26:57):
Now.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
With that said, you know, maybe the an is they
could put a couple of trans bathrooms in Congress and
let the taxpayers pay for that. I guess that's you know,
maybe that's the compromise. I don't know, however, I think
as of now, with that not being in place, that yeah,
biological men should use the men's bathroom and biological women
should use the women's bathroom. And I can't believe with

(27:19):
all the problems we have in the country that this
is what Congress now has to deal with. But welcome
to Washington, Welcome.

Speaker 7 (27:25):
To a woke world.

Speaker 1 (27:26):
Welcome to radicalism and extremism that is now dominating the
Democratic Party.

Speaker 7 (27:32):
That's who they now are.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
It defines them, and the American people rejected it in
huge numbers over this election. Anyway, By the way, Mary,
I want will you please thank everybody you see in
Wisconsin from me because the women Wisconsin was critical to
Donald Trump's you know, sweeping victory. Thank you to all
the people, the great people of Wisconsin. Appreciate it all right,
eight hundred and ninety four one, Shawn our number. If

(27:56):
you want to be a part of the program, let
us go to Doug inten See Doug. How are you
glad you called good?

Speaker 6 (28:03):
How are you good today, Sean?

Speaker 7 (28:05):
I'm good, sir. What's going on?

Speaker 6 (28:06):
Well? Appreciate you taking me my call. I wanted to
tell you thank you for what you and a few
other truthful journalists have done to help Donald Trump get reelected.
Without your help, I do think it would have been
much difficult. But that's not what I wanted to talk
about today. Today I'm traveling through I went from Burnsville,
North Carolina, to on my way to Blowing Rock, and

(28:29):
I have been working around the storm damage area and
I have seen the worst of the worst. But today
I came through a little town called Pensacola. That would
be easy for you to remember. I can't Pensacola, North Carolina.
And this is up on top of the Mountain. It's

(28:49):
on a back road, you know, Tulane back road. And
there was a sign, a painting sign said Miller's Camp
and I looked over and it was a fenced in
lot to somebody had a business there and they had
turned it into a campground. Now, there were a few
campers in there, but I estimate there was probably twenty
to thirty tenths sean and a good number of these tents.

(29:11):
They had generators outside the tent, so I would imagine,
because the temperature is thirty five degrees today, I would
imagine that they are running space heaters inside these tents.
And I just thought about that by how dangerous that is.
And I know that your friends with President Trump, and
I'm just hoping that maybe you would relay this story
to him and see if we can't get some help

(29:33):
for these people. They're living in tents, they've lost them.

Speaker 7 (29:36):
Well, I have offered help.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
We had this little girl, Colby call in yesterday and
she started to GoFundMe for one particular family. Their home
was destroyed, their lives upended, and we actually have it
on Hannity dot com. If people want to help this
one particular family get started again. But you're right, it's
not just one family, It's an entire region that has
been devastated, and FEMA has has fallen down on the job.

(30:02):
They've not been called out for all of this. Donald
Trump is keenly aware of it. He's the one that
got Elon Musk to get Starlink up so people could
communicate with the rest of the world. I have been
pushing and I've donated myself not only to Colby's charity yesterday,
but to Samaritan's Purse.

Speaker 7 (30:21):
It's a great cause.

Speaker 1 (30:22):
Samaritans Purse does a great job, and they are doing
their level best to ensure, especially with the cold weather
now coming in, to ensure that people are going to
have a safe place who stay, not ideal, but at
least temporarily a safe, warm place where they can, you know,
at least continue life temporarily until the government finally gets well. Frankly,

(30:47):
it's going to take Donald Trump getting this job done.
I don't think it gets done without him.

Speaker 6 (30:51):
I'm sitting here right now and it is pouring snow,
pouring snow. Man.

Speaker 1 (30:58):
Well, you know what, if you contact some person, you
tell them what the need is, and I urge people
to also donate to them if you can, because FEMA
really has failed them.

Speaker 7 (31:08):
It's a spectacular level.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
And the people of our country, especially Joe Biden, has
gave another two hundred and fifty million to Ukraine. Why
didn't he give it to the people in North Carolina?
I mean, why is he escalating the conflict with Russia
knowing that Donald Trump wants a negotiated settlement as soon
as he becomes president. You know, why is he forcing
Vladimir fout In to change the rules of engagement for

(31:30):
nuclear weapons by allowing Ukraine to launch ballistic missiles into
Russia And well now they've fired an ICBM back. Great job, Joe.
You know, now the rest of Europe is worried about
a wider conflict. It's unbelievable, especially considering his whole posture
during the entire war, which is, you know, basically turning
this into a proxy battle between the US and Russia.

(31:52):
Instead of allowing Ukraine to fight their war without the
handcuffs that he put on them up until now and
now on the way out the door, he wants to
escalate it.

Speaker 7 (32:00):
It's insane.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
Anyway, We'll put up Samaritans Purse along with Kolbe's charity
on Hannity dot com and they're good people. That's run
by the Reverend Franklin Graham. Hey, are you feeling overwhelmed
thinking about the upcoming holidays? You know, it's hard to
think about everything when everything is so expensive, and so
many Americans have to put bare necessities on credit cards,

(32:24):
and so many people are pushed to the max already.
Now is the time to pay off that debt and
get your finances under control. You can do it all
before the holiday season.

Speaker 7 (32:33):

homeowner property owner, Americanfinancing dot Net can help you access
the equity in your home for instant savings. Right now,

help your family. And if you start today, you can
even delay a couple of more mortgage payments that'll give
you more holiday funds. Anyway, it costs absolutely nothing. You

Speaker 7 (33:09):

Speaker 1 (33:09):
