Speaker 1 (00:00):
A Hi, Leonards get a simple man self proclaimed simple

(00:03):
man Bill O'Reilly as with us, that means whole things,
Bill O'Reilly and Bill O'Reilly dot com. Mister O'Reilly, sir,
how are you you know? I'm putting the finishing touches
on my this day in history for the No Spin
News tonight. You know what happened this day? No President?
John Tyler died. Geez, Bill, thanks for sharing. I don't

(00:23):
think anybody gives a rip. Well, I don't know you're
gonna tell us, though, aren't you? Go ahead? Briefly Tippy
Canoe and Tyler too. Tyler was vice president to William
Henry Harrison, the Indian fighter one of victory at Tippy Canoe,
and then Harrison died thirty days into his term, and

(00:45):
Tyler took office. And I pretty much destroyed the country
John Tyler did all right? I thought you were talking
about Biden. If you're talking about destroying the country, hi,
let me ask you about the current state of the news.
And look, I can give you all the chapters and verse.
I want to dig into your thoughts, and I won't

(01:05):
lay out this audience knows about Hillary Clinton, they know
about No prosecute or whatever prosecute. They know about Bleach
PID thirty three thousand deleted emails, they know about devices
destroyed with hammers and sim cards, they know about Joe Biden.
Now we have four separate locations top secret classified information,

(01:27):
and the story evolves by the hour. The difference though,
between the treatment of Hillary the treatment of Biden because
the Justice Department decided they were invited, but they decided
not to watch the search for documents on Biden's properties.
And meanwhile, they of course rated Marilago. After the FBI

(01:50):
had access unfettered access to the very room where the
documents were. They could have taken them the day that
they were there, invited there, they did not. They requested
a padlock that was put on, and then they rated anyway.
So I want to talk about the double standard in
our Justice Department and get your thoughts on it. I

(02:10):
think it's much more than a double standard. I think
it's corruption. I've been saying this now for about six
months that our government is corrupt and when you get
into that, the unintended consequences are staggering. So the FBI
and I know a lot about it because of killing

(02:31):
the mob. My book Killing the Mom, and we chronicled
the fi's rise and Jed Hoover's corruption. J Hoover is
one of the corrupt civil servants in history what he
did as head of the FBI. Well after that the FBI,
after Hoover died, the FBI basically became more of a

(02:56):
communist hunting group. Had to be dragged into the mafia
investigation because for some reason Hoover didn't want to do it,
and we believe it's because he had a gambling problem
that the mob knew about. But anyway, the FBI then
evolved into a very after the communist which hunts were

(03:16):
over very effective crime fighting agency, which it remains. And
you've said it many times on radio and television. It's
not the FBI agents that is that are the problems.
When they're not the problem, the problem comes out of Washington.
So over the years, the swamp has overwhelmed the FBI.

(03:37):
What does that mean. It means that in Washington it's
so insulated that everybody knows everybody, and that you get
appointments political appointments like Christopher Ray, the head of the FBI.
It's appointed by Trump. But I don't know, and I
haven't talked to Trump about it. How he was vetted.
Because Christopher Ray is the ultimate swamp creature, is he not?

(03:59):
I think he. I think he had the greatest opportunity
to return the FBI to become once again the world's
premier law enforcement organization, and he has failed spectacularly. But Hannity,
his resume would have told you that he would fail.
I don't disagree. I was back. These people, they go

(04:22):
around in a circle, and it's cocktail parties, it's charity events.
They all know everybody, and they're not going to go
after any of their friends or associates. So therefore a
culture develops, and the culture is that Donald Trump was
an outsider, a New Yorker, brash, didn't play the game,

(04:44):
hated the game, threatened the swamp. So we're gonna get him.
And that's what happened. And so that is a continuation
now with Biden and Ray. Unless you know what I mean,
whenever I see this guy in front of Congress, he
won't answer any questions. It's absurd. I mean, oh, we can't.

(05:08):
We're investigating. I can't tell you anything. You know, if
you want to throw things at the man. But what
has happened is something that is never happened before. The
most powerful law enforcement agency in America got involved with
trying to derail Donald Trump's presidential campaign and protect both

(05:31):
Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. So basically, you're agreeing with
me that they put their thumb on the scale of that.
Though it's both thumb involved. This was a well filled
maybe it's an executed plan. Well, the bottom line is
they they involved themselves and try to tilt the scales

(05:51):
of an election to the candidate that they favored. And
you know, and they did it, and they did it
by abusing power and through corrupt means. Well, but do
you know why they did that? Yes, call me in
and all of those people they're liberal people, they're Democrats. Ray,
I don't know. I don't know whether it's a Democrat
or not. Okay, but call me and those people were

(06:13):
obviously wanted to Democrats to win, in Trump to lose.
But they all know to this day that no one's
going after them. That's correct, they've been they've already skated.
The twenty sixteen investigation ended with as a dud. All

(06:34):
of these people. Now, remember Bill, let me give you
a little quick history on one issue in particular, I
can do I can bring up many, but I'll give
you one example, and that was in early well, first
in August of twenty sixteen. Well, let me go back
one step further. In July of twenty sixteen, that's when
Comey had his press conference. No prosecutor would prosecute totally

(06:55):
ignoring the thirty three thousand missing emails bleach bit Hammer's devices. Okay,
Then in August of twenty sixteen, stay with me here,
Bruce Or says, you can't use the dossier. It's political
in nature, it was paid for by Hillary Clinton, none
of it's verified. In October, early October twenty sixteen, the
FBI sent a team over to meet Christopher Steele, offered

(07:18):
him a million dollar bounty if he could corroborate his
own dossier. He could not verify it. But yet, in
spite of that, by the end of October, the bulk
of information that was on that in that application bis
a wart where it says verified on top. They used
the dirty dossier, and Andrew McCabe admitted without the dossier,

(07:42):
they never would have gotten approval. They did it four times, Bill,
and that's a felony. That's correct and so. But in
a system that was not corrupt, and I hate to
say this about my own country, really, it really pains
me to say that we have a corrupt But in
a government that operated honestly, the Fieser judges themselves would

(08:07):
have stepped forward and demanded that criminal charges be filed
against the people who used knowingly used false information to
get warrants. Those judges could have done that. They did not,
because they're part of the system in DC, and that

(08:27):
includes John Roberts, who chooses the Fieser Court judges. Is
one addend them to that bill. The law requires that
if any point you made a statement that turns out
to be unverified and affies the application by law, you
are supposed to go back to the judge and tell

(08:47):
them you made an error. They never did that. No,
and therefore this isn't even a tough prosecution. Nope, for
Merrick Garland, I mean, it's an easy one. But you
didn't have those judges come forward. You did not have
them do that, and that allowed the system in the

(09:10):
Justice Department, which again is corrupt, from the corrupt Justice Department.
And let me just inject one more thing to people
who believe that Donald Trump got hosed in the twenty
twenty election. Okay, and a lot of people do believe
that Attorney General bar could have appointed a special prosecutor

(09:36):
to look into that election before he resigned. And I
told President Trump told as a bad word. I suggested
to him because I don't know Bar all right, I
know most of the others that were in the cantinet
don't know him. I sugg ask the Attorney General to

(09:57):
appoint a special prosecutor to a zamine this election and
your belief that it was group. Get it in there
before the transition to Biden. Get it because then the
juice department can't knock it out. They didn't do it,
all right, Quick break board with simple man Bill O'Reilly

(10:19):
all things o'reiley, Bill, O'Reilly dot com. As we continue,
fourth bill O'Reilly, and then we'll get to your calls,
Bill O'Reilly dot com for all things O'Reilly eight hundred
nine one seawn our number your calls at the bottom
of the hour. Straight ahead. Here's the biggest thing that
we now know happened. They there's this guy. He wrote
a dissertation and the FBI agent that headed up the

(10:41):
weekly meetings with big tech companies. Wrote a thesis in
twenty sixteen while in college or guests getting his masters,
how Donald Trump and Russia colluded in twenty sixteen for
Donald Trump to win the election. That is a false thesis.
He was in charge of the communications, the weekly communications

(11:02):
with all the big all the big tech companies, and
he even, by the way, gave three and a half million.
The FBI gave three and a half million to Twitter.
We don't know about the others. And the former Twitter
site integrity site professional guy by the name of mister
Roth said, you might be hearing things even about Hunter
and Biden that are going to be false and misinformation.

(11:24):
I know, and we all know what happened there. But
let me ask you a question on your own radio program. Well,
Bill Illiot, is that not a profound thing? Is that
not tipping the elections? The all thing is corrupt? All right,
But let me ask you a question. Go ahead, you
ask these committees Comer and Jordan's committees that are looking

(11:46):
into this corruption right in the house we have them.
Do you believe that they will find out and recommend
criminal charges against high rank in Justice Department officials in
the end. In the end, I believe they will get there.
Let me start with James Comer, who's investigating the Biden

(12:09):
family syndicate and these and these documents have top secret documents.
It's all gonna come down to It's not going to
be about the documents. It's all going to come down
to Joe Biden lying to the American people saying he
never had a single conversation with Hunter or any family
member about their foreign business dealings. We if once it's proven,

(12:29):
if it's proven Joe Biden benefited and lied dramatically, which
we know he did because we have evidence that he did,
I think that will bring that will be the undoing
of Joe Biden. In the case, you know that they're
gonna go in and take the Okay, that'll happen, gonna
do it, but Joe. But Jim Jordan is investigating, by

(12:49):
the way, he's joining us at the top of the
next hour. He's investigating if the FBI is politicized and
the DOJ's weaponized. Now you think the DOJ and the
FBI are going to willingly hand and over documents that
would prove this, No, they're not. And then you're going
to get into a brawl between um the House, and

(13:11):
the Justice Department, and it's going to have to go
to the Supreme Court. That's what I predict. So I
think that that the committees will assemble the information and
they're bias by the way, the committees are biases. To
be honest, they want to get Biden. I don't think
it's a matter of getting if Joe Biden stated, they
want to get them, just like the Democrats wanted to

(13:33):
get Trump. The difference is that these committees. I think
I've learned a lesson from the January sixth Committee. You've
got to show the American people the evidence. Now there's
a there's a new thing about um Hunter Biden paying
rent to Joe Biden. Have you heard this? Yeah? Fifty grand,

(13:55):
nine nine hundred plus dollars a month. Okay for a rule,
If that's true. If it's true, that's a felony for
Joe Biden because he didn't put it on his income tax. Well,
he didn't put it on his income tax. And secondly,
I can understand or rent that high in Palm Beach
or Silicon Battley or Malibu. Let's just stay in the

(14:18):
confines of federal law. You can't file a tax return
and it's correct. Biden has released it, so we know
what the tax returns five hundred and ten thousand dollars
not declared exactly. You can't do it. And you're absolutely right, Hannity.
In my handshakes when I say that, bidens through if

(14:39):
they can prove this stuff done done, All right, Bill,
O'Reilly simple man, enjoyed it. Bill is always all things O.
Riley Bill, O'Reilly dot com. Thank you, sir. We'll talk
to you next week when we come back. We'll hit
the phones eight hundred and nine four one sean if
you want to be a part of the program. Speaking
of Jim Jordan, he's at the top of the next
hour twenty five at the top of the hour. If
you're like me, you believe in the sanctity of life

(15:02):
and you wonder, okay, well what can I do well?
Science is now providing solutions that are working, and thanks
to preborn babies, lives are being saved every day using
science Now preborn or partner clinics. They provide free ultrasounds
to mothers. In other words, maybe somebody has an unexpected pregnancy.

(15:23):
People that are considering abortion, and through the use of science,
through the use of ultrasound, what they're finding out is
once a mother sees you know, fingers and toes and
here's a heartbeat, there twice as likely to choose life preborn.
By the way, they don't stop there. They're providing these
mothers with healthcare, counseling, adoptive services if they want them, diapers, formula,

(15:48):
baby clothes assistance up to two years. Now ultrasound is
only twenty eight bucks. You can get involved. They don't
get a penny from the government. Well you have to
do to help donate to this great cause is dial
pound two fifty. Say the keyword baby, pound two fifty,
keyword baby. You can donate securely online at preborn dot
com slash Shawn Sea and that's preborn dot com slash shawn.

(16:13):
All gifts tax deductible, and one hundred percent of your
donations go towards the cause. Eight hundred nine for one Shawn.
If you want to be a part of the program. Well,
this world economic form which I've been discussing, I don't
know what's worse them or Adam Kinziger, you know, listing
January sixth report for a hundred dollars with his signature.

(16:35):
I'm not sure. Well, it's it's pretty obvious. It's it's Davo.
So what's going on there? And the ever so arrogant
John Kerry saying, when you think about it, it's pretty
extraordinary that we we select group of human beings because
of whatever touched us at some point in our lives,
we were able to sit in a room and come

(16:56):
together and talk about actually saving the planet. Actually said that.
Then he goes on to say, which kind of made
me chuckle a little bit, it is almost extraterrestrial to
think about saving the planet, you know, just when you
think it can't get any worse in Davos. Yeah, Al
Gore kind of outdid him when he said that. Goes

(17:21):
on an unhinged rant, claiming we're boiling the oceans, creating
rain bombs, sucking the moisture out of the land and
creating the droughts, of melting the ice and raising the
sea level. By the way, we caught him in his
private jet. Also, like all the other hypocrites at Davos, listen,
we're still putting one hundred and sixty two million tons

(17:41):
into it every single day and the accumulated amount is
now trapping as much extra heat as would be released
by six hundred thousand herosia mclass atomic bombs exploding every
single day on the Earth. That's what's boiling the oceans,
creating these atmospheric rivers and the rain bombs, and king
the moisture out of the land, and creating the droughts

(18:02):
and melting the eyes, and raising the sea level and
causing these waves of climate refugees predicted to reach one
billion in this century. Look at the xenophobia and political
authoritarian trends that have come from just a few million refugees.
What about a billion? We would lose our capacity for
self governance on this world. We have to act. So

(18:24):
in answer to your question, I would say we have
to have a sense of urgency much greater than we
have yet had. I think Al is losing his mind. Look,
I'm tired. This was at the World Economic Form. I
am tired of the US funding all these international organizations,
many that are anti American, many that are anti Semitic

(18:45):
and anti Israel. I'm I'm just tired of it. You know,
why do we pay for the protection of NATO. You know,
the US and Germany of the same cost share of
NATO at sixteen point three four four percent, But you
know we spend more because our GDPs higher. You know,
the WHL World Health Organization, we pay more than double

(19:07):
than what any other nation in the world contributes. By
the way, how did the WHO do with the COVID
virus propaganda? They became the mouthpiece of the communist Chinese.
You know for the UN, only China, Japan, France, Germany,
Italy and the UK gave triple digits millions of dollars
in twenty twenty one. United Nations total seven billion dollars.

(19:32):
Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees one point
nine billion, Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB Malaria one
point five billion, UNISEF nine hundred and ninety six point
seven million. It key, I can keep going. It goes
on and on and on and on and on. How

(19:52):
much money we pay for all of these organizations. World
Health Organization five and eighty three point two million, NATOS
six and ten million, UN six ninety one million and more.
It just all this money goes flying out the door.
It's amazing whore building walls and paying for borders to

(20:12):
be you know, secured in other countries, but not our
own country. It's just insane. These people have lost their
mind and we're letting them spend our money to do it.
All right, let's get to our busy phones. Marcus in Minnesota,
Mark High, how are you glad you called, sir Sean.
I have a question, yes, sir, if they need that

(20:35):
debt ceiling taken care of, as the GOP not learned
anything from Nancy policy that they need something in return,
like maybe closing the border. Oh, I think there's definitely
going to be a Republican plan as it relates to
the debt ceiling. The Democrats would just love to make
this the issue of the day, but we're a long

(20:56):
way away from having to really deal with the debt
ceiling issue. I do know from my sources, the only
thing I said is what I said to Republicans in December.
You know, get in a room, close the door, and
get your act together and everybody get on the same
page and fight for what you promised and what you
believe in. That's it. You know, everyone thinks I you know,

(21:17):
I involved myself. I didn't involve myself as much as
you know people should have done this before January third,
But you know, don't harm, no foul. So far, Republicans
are keeping their promises. That's gonna be their biggest test.
When I did the town hall with McCarthy and Colemer
and Jordan and all these Republicans. When I went to
Washington last week, that was at the top of my agenda.

(21:40):
I asked about the debt ceiling and are they gonna
unite and hold strong because they don't have any wiggle room.
They've got to be on the same page. Republicans will
succeed or fail together. There won't be some people that
succeed and others that don't. It's not going to work
that way. As a group. They'll succeed as a group,
they will fail. They'll be no one between. In my view,

(22:01):
they have to get something for this. Oh, I agree
big time. I totally agree. Well, the US the full
faith and trust in the US government and the dollar,
and the impact on the economy and the world economy,
blah blah blah, none of that. None of that noise
bothers me. Fear of a government shutdown. Government never shuts down,

(22:23):
so so security checks will go out, Medicare will go out,
our military stays in place, and in the end, people
get pre vacations because they usually get back paid when
they get back to work. So you know what my
attitude is, none of this is anything I'm not concerned about.
But Republicans do need to fight and yes, get as

(22:43):
much as they can. They need to work that out
behind closed doors as we get closer to the real
debt ceiling. Right now, Democrats would like us only talking
about the debt ceiling because they want to distract from
Biden and the class of I documents that seem to
be showing up everywhere. Appreciate the call. Thank you eight
hundred and nine four one, Sean. If you want to
be a part of the program. Casey is in Utah.

(23:06):
What's up, Casey? My favorite place for Crown Burger. What's
going on? Yeah, Crown Burger is certainly good. Thanks for
having me on, Sean. So one of the things I
was going to talk about is the pain of staying
the same. It's significantly become greater than the pain of change.
A lot of people throughout the country feel like that,
and a lot of people just don't know what to do,
and they have kind of a savior complex. That you know,

(23:28):
our government's going to save us, and they don't. They
don't know what they can do in the meantime. And
one of the things that people can do that I'm
doing is registering voters, protesting a specific issue, and getting
people registered to vote. And it's not a complex situation
to get people registered, you know, you just get a sign,
you can figure out how to register voters in your state,

(23:49):
and you go make it happens. I think the next
step beyond that for elections is Democrats are in the
business of ballots. They don't campaign, they don't kiss babies,
they don't shake hands, they don't take selfies, they don't
have press avails, they don't do town halls, they don't
give speeches, and they certainly can't hold the rally because
nobody will show up. They don't debate, they run negative ads,

(24:12):
and then they're involved, based on the law of their
individual state, in ballot harvesting, and most states allow some
version of ballot harvesting, and Republicans are not playing that
game the way the Democrats are. By twenty twenty four,
if they have not duplicated and even surpassed what the

(24:32):
Democrats are doing, then they are fools, and they might
lose elections they otherwise who would win? Yeah, I hundred
percent agree. Ballot ballot chasing and ballot harvesting needs to
be a prime focus for Republicans going forward. And one
of those things when you're registering a voter, you can
get their name and contact information, you can put in
an Excel spreadsheet. You can follow up with them and

(24:52):
tell them, Hey, I met you over here at Denny's,
I met you at the gun show, I met you
over here. Who are you voting for in the upcoming primary? Well, here,
I've got some concerns about Mitt Romney because of X,
Y and Z. You know, would you consider voting for
this guy? He's got, you know, this track record based
on his situation. We don't have to wait until candidate's announced.

(25:14):
We can get out an organize the grassroots effort now
and then bring that to a candidate once they do
announce if they align with our values, and I want
I hope everyone does. And I'm going to say this
a lot. Republicans have got to get over the reluctance
and resistance to malon balloting, early voting. You've got to
get over it. You can't have elections where Republicans are
starting three hundred thousand votes down. You can't. You got

(25:37):
to get in the same arena. Look, if I had
my way, this is not the voting system I want.
I would prefer election day to be a national holiday,
with exceptions for the military, for the sick and elderly,
and affirmed exceptions for traveling business people. I would make otherwise,
everybody get paper ballots, have partisan observers and every sink

(26:00):
in the country watching the voting, and then everybody every
partisan observer would watch the vote counting after the polls closed,
and we'd know the winner and loser on election night.
That would be my ideal plan. Many countries tried to
go in another direction found it didn't work. I think
America ultimately needs to go back to that. But in

(26:21):
the meantime, the system we have is what we have,
and until Republican governors and legislatures change that, the only
other option we have is to do it better than
the Democrats. There's no other option anyway. Appreciate the call,
my friend, eight hundred nine four one sewn all right,
We'll take a quick break. We'll come back. More of
your phone call straight ahead. Eight hundred nine four one,

(26:42):
Shawn our number if you want to be a part
of the program as we continue. Since we're found as
we're aids. Now we have another problem as many of
the people that were searching don't have a security clearance
to do so, so that's problematic. Now on the legal
side of this, Jonathan Turley has been very good on this.
Is now Biden's own lawyers become witnesses in the very

(27:05):
case against their client, which might result in their recusal
and their inability to actually represent him in the case
once they've become a witness. That's what I'm scared of. Yeah,
why would you be afraid of that? I think I
think it's stupid on Biden's part to do it. If
they can't testify against him, does that you think that

(27:25):
helps Biden or hurt him? Well, the fact is, I
think they would have to testify. They'd be witnesses in
that case. Okay, even though he maybe their client. They
can testify, they can, but they might have to recuse
themselves from representing him, and he might have to get
another lawyer. Oh Okay, I see what you're saying. Yeah, okay, Well,

(27:46):
I was just wondering I just we're just so sick
of the double standard the way they treated Trump. But
thank you and thanks Rosy, all right, appreciate it, Thank
you too. Glad you're out there, Rhonda. Let's go to
Wyoming and say hi to Bob. Bob, how are you
glad you called beautiful Wyoming. I've been out there. Great country.
What's going on? I'm doing great, Sean, how are you hey?

(28:08):
I got a real quick question for you. And this
is what gets me Apault. All right. You know, we're
always talking about voting integrity, voter ID. The left always
tries to call us all racist. But the left have
been pushing a real ID for at least the last
three or four years now. If I need to have
a real ID to get out an airplane and fly

(28:29):
within the borders of my own country, what's next? How
is that not going to be racist for anybody who
wants to get on an airplane, I get bring it
even I get bring closer to home? If you like I.
Have you ever been to a Democratic National Convention? I
lived in Chicago. It was close enough. That's a great answer.

(28:53):
The answer is, you need a voter, you need a
picture ID to get in. I've have you ever gone
to Congress to have maybe visit your congressman or your senator?
Um no, I saw, yeah, you need you need a
photo ID to get in there too, just like you

(29:13):
needed to get on a plane, just like you needed
to buy jewels, just like you needed to buy beer
and cigarettes and wine or vodka or whatever you drink. Yeah,
but still my question on this, real id, how are
they going to make us get this to get on
an airplane and still look at you and tell you
do not have to hits races to have an idea

(29:34):
to vote. Well, you're you're you're applying logic to what
is the illogical? You gotta understand they're they're doing this
for Sheer, for a Sheer power play, and it's transparent
and it's obvious or otherwise they would apply the same
arguments to every example you made and I made makes sense? Question, yes,

(29:56):
or I do have more question for you real quick?
We have ten seconds ago. What is the name of
that shooting system, that practice system. You're mantis x m
A and t I s x mantis x dot com. Okay,
you gotta love it, thank you appreciate it.
