Speaker 1 (00:00):
Coming up next, our final News round Up and Information
Overload Hour.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
My News Round Up, Information Overload Hour. Here is our
toll free telephone number this Friday. It is eight hundred
and ninety four one Sean. If you want to be
a part of the program, I'll tell you one thing.
President Trump did have a lot of support of Republicans
showing up kind of a mass, to the consternation of

(00:26):
the mob the media. But they've been there to support
what is the weaponization of our justice system. One person
that has been there is Alabama Senator Tommy Tubberville's with
us and we'll talk to him in a second. This
is what he said outside the courtroom.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Listen, first of all, I'm disappointed in the courtroom. I'm here,
mister Trump, mister Trump, he is former President Trump. Give
him some respect. I mean, that's what that place is
in there, It's no respect. Here's what I'm seeing who
it is depressing. That courtroom is depressing. This is New
York City, icon of our country, and we got a courtroom.

(01:09):
This most depressing thing I've ever been in mental anguish
is trying to be pushed on Republican candidate for the
President of the United States this year. That's all this is.
He's been here a mutt.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
He's been here a mutt anyway, Alabama Senator Tommy Tumberville
is with us now, Senator, how are you coach?

Speaker 4 (01:27):
What's going on?

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Man?

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Everything's good, Sean, except we're losing our country about as
fast as you can lose one.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
We can't solve no problem. Everything's great.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
I'm having a great life, except our country's going a
hell in a hambasket. And by the way, It's never
been this bad in my lifetime. I've never been this
worried about our country in the state of the world
as I am now Senator, in my lifetime.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Now we've lost the country that you and I grew
up in, Sean. But we got to get back and
we can. But we can't wait past this election. President
Trump has to win. We have to take the Senate.
We have no choice. And I just hope the American
people that out there deciding who they're going to vote
for understand that I'm not a politician. I've been up
there for three and a half years and I've never

(02:09):
seen such a clown show that's going on. It just
it makes me sick at my stomach. But we can
get it back. Our country's running off a credit card
right now. We're dead broke, crime's rampant, and of course
the border is just an absolute disaster. Ten million people
that we know of has come across. So we got
to get the president elected. But they're trying to put

(02:30):
him in jail. And as you said, I went up
there and talked and set with him for about seven
eight hours, and I feel bad for him, you know,
because they are weaponizing our justice system and we have
got to take our justice system back when he takes over.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
You were there Tuesday, and Tuesday was the important day
because that's when Michael Cohen had testified that the phone call.
I mean, I've never seen anybody get gutted in a
cross examination like this yesterday. And you were there for
the testimony on Tuesday in which he said, oh, he
had this, you know, very long specific call with Donald

(03:06):
Trumps ends up. The call was a minute thirty six seconds,
and then when challenged about it, he didn't deny that
that was the call. He said, well, I talked to
Keith Schuller about this fourteen year old prankster, and I
talked to Donald Trump extensively about the Stormy case. The
call was a minute and thirty six seconds. Sorry, you know,

(03:27):
as Todd Blanche said, that is a lie and apparently
the jury went nuts.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
But you were there for the other part.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
What did you hear specifically that Michael Cohen was saying
about this call that that literally led to this beatdown yesterday.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Yeah, he's very confused, and you know what happened. We
knew that just listened to Todd Blanche's defense of President
Trump's attorney that you know, they had all kinds of
things that he had already misspoken about, and of course
the guy's an habitual liar. They got him, basically got
him out of jail to testify. I did a deal
with him to make sure that he would testify against

(04:04):
the president.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
But you know, I think it was allowed out because
of COVID issues. But it's neither here or there. I mean,
you know, they had all the access they wanted to
Bob Costello's information that that totally impeaches everything that Michael
Colin is saying. And I hope we hear from him
when the trial starts up again on Monday.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Yeah, I'm like you, I think there's a lot of
things that can be brought to the trial. But the
problem is you've got a corrupt judge who basically has
got Resident Trump's hands tied. He can't blink, he can't
even smile, basically in the in the hearing, everybody else
can get on TikTok and social media and talk about
the president and destroy his credibility. But in the long run,

(04:48):
the American people see what sees what happened in Sean.
But you know, you can't you and I grew up
with if you had a lawyer, and if the lawyer
came in and audio taped your conversations, see early and
without telling.

Speaker 4 (05:01):
You can you believe that?

Speaker 3 (05:02):
Of course, now it's unbelievable. I sat there and listen
to the audio, and first of all, he taped it.
But it wasn't anything in the audio that that commenced
anybody that President Trump did anything wrong. But it was
just something that I guess they threw out there and
that the prosecutor wanted to say, listen, you know he
was in there, he had him on the run. President

(05:24):
Trump instigated all this, and there's not one thing that
they brought up that says that President Trump did anything.
And again at the end of the day. If you're there, Sean,
you're trying to You're wondering, well, what is the charge?
What are they trying to charge the president with? There's
there's nothing factual about anything. They're just they're fishing. All
they're doing is fishing.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Let me let me ask you this as somebody was there.
What was your take on the jury? What was your
read on the jury? And I listen, you know, I
lived in Alabama. I was raised in Long Island, New York.
But I do feel that my values are more in
sync with your state and southern states and conservatives in
Middle America then New York or California, for sure. And

(06:06):
I think I think most people that have listened to
watched me understand that. And I got out of that state,
thank god. And I lived in Georgia and now I'm
living in Florida, and I'm glad to be here. But
when you watch the jurors, I've contented, I've been contending
that I don't think Donald Trump can get a fair
trial in New York or DC or Fulton County, Georgia.

(06:28):
I know Fulton County, Georgia. You know, do you think
what was your read on the jury.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
Well, I think you're right. It's almost going to be
impossible to get a jury that is open minded in
New York, and we're hoping that they are open minded.
But at the end of the day, I watched them
walk in and Washington for about six seven hours, and
it was about half men, half women, and most of
them were really paying attention. Of course it was it

(06:54):
was going up there. The number one witness, I guess,
really the only decent witness they have that supposedly has
anything to do with President had anything to do with
President Trump.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
But I think that a bookkeeping era misdemeanor in New
York that has been upgraded and nobody no tell it,
no lawyer has been able to explain what the charges.
I bet nobody on the jury even knows what the
charge is.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
No, it's a witch hunt. But they tried to prove something.
They try to prove that anything that he said would
be factual, and I think it's gone sideways on them,
to be honest with you, But I hope, you know,
just talking about the jury, they were very attentive. But
I was there on the seventeenth day. Can you imagine
sitting through seventeen days of trial. It probably should have

(07:38):
lasted maybe one or two days, and you know, they've
got a few more days to go. But there's no way,
there is no way, all of them. I don't care
if you're liberal, you're progressive, whatever, There's no possible ways
you can convince me that all those all those jurors
are going to think, well, yeah, he was one hundred percent,
one hundred percent guilty of anything that he did. And

(07:59):
again I don't know what the charge is.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
Yeah, nobody does.

Speaker 3 (08:03):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
We really appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
It was very nice you to go up and support
the president, and we appreciate you coming on the program
as always, Coach. Senator Tommy Turberville Tverville of the Great
State of Alabama. Senator, great to have you on. Thank you,
Hope you have a great weekend, sir.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Thank you. Sean, God bless you too.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
Eight hundred nine four one, Shawn, if you want to
be a part of the program, Craig Free State, Florida.
Next Sean Hannity Shaw, what's up? How are you, Craig?

Speaker 5 (08:31):
I have fine, Sean's pleasure to talk to you.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Pleasure is mine. What's on your mind today? This Friday,
Happy Friday.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
I am very upset with this jury. I think there's
no way, uh, they're going to not convict him. I
was talking and my view is the last I'm a
defense the last witness they should call as Professor Dirtchwitz.
You did an earth I.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
Think that's a be a great expert witness. I agree
they're not gonna probably do that. I'd like to see
Bob Costello. I'd like to see an expert on federal
election law. I think they have available the guy that
actually wrote the law. I want to hear from him.
This judge appareently, you know, not inclined to let that happen.
I'm like, what the hell is this? Is this a

(09:20):
kangaroo court? This is not This judge is so over
the top.

Speaker 5 (09:25):
Yes, but bringing in the professor, you're also bringing in
a liberal from New York City sixty years you know,
doing his job. He gave the best interview of all
the interviews that you have gone through in the last month,
to all the great people that you have. I think

(09:48):
he gave the very best on why this shouldn't even
be a trial.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
He's been great, apparently has been great. Levin has been great.
Piro has been great. Greg Jarard has been great, right.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
Her?

Speaker 4 (10:02):
Who else? Who am I figetting? They've all been great.
I'm gonna forget somebody.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
They're gonna get mad at me, but they've all really
you know, they know their stuff. And there's not one lawyer,
Andy McCarthy, none of them, none of them can identify
any of this. Levin went into this whole issue last
night about Alvin Bragg and the Brady Act, et cetera.
And I think he's dead on. That's what this case

(10:25):
should be about. To this judge will never let it
happen in my view, but certainly there's got to be
there's got to be consequences at the end of this
process as far as I'm concerned, and I'd be filing
motions about, you know, about what went down in this courtroom.
This is not how our legal system should work. I'll

(10:45):
say that, all right, my friend. Listen, you're gonna have
a great weekend.

Speaker 5 (10:49):
Right Yes, yes, I'm a transplant from upstate New York.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Good for you, but welcome, Welcome to the free state
of Florida. Anyway, let's say hi to Laura in New Mexico.
As a matter of fact, Laura, I want you to
say hi to Jerry and Florida. Jerry and Florida, say
hi to Laura and New Mexico. Welcome both of you. Hey, Jerry, Garry,
you want to say hi to Laura.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Be nice?

Speaker 6 (11:14):
Yes, Hey Laura, good afternoon.

Speaker 2 (11:17):
All right, Laura, let's start with you, because you both
want to talk about the same topic. Laura, you want
to talk about the debate. Tell me, apparently you're worried.

Speaker 6 (11:23):
Why I do?

Speaker 1 (11:26):
I do want to talk about the debate. I feel
like I know that Trump has already agreed to it.
But the Biden train, which of course he's not the
conductor or engineer of, has had all this free time
locking Trump down in New York while they can slander
him and drag him through court and muzzle him. And
now they want to do the same thing with the debate,

(11:48):
with these four networks. I really believe that if they
had any intention of Biden making it to the next election,
they would have pulled Kamala along time ago and put
in another vice on the ticket.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
But what about the top of the ticket.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
The guy can barely function, I mean, for crying out loud,
That's why they don't want the Robert Hert tape released,
was I still vice president in two thousand and nine.
I'm like, oh my gosh, God help us.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
The strong vice Then the Democrats, because there's afraid of
him dropping dead and Kamala an office as we are,
they can just put their guy right in. Everybody.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
Well, let me just tell you this. I hear what
you say, but we got to stick with the reality.

Speaker 5 (12:34):
All right.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Trump agreed to it, but he also agreed to a
debate on Fox News. You know, and I know for
a fact that there are negotiations going on issues that
I have brought up. For example, no notes for Joe,
no teleprompter for Joe. The issue of whether there'll be
an audience or not, that's up for grabs. These these networks,
they want to cut off the mics of the candidates.

(12:56):
They got to cut off the mics of the moderators.
I wouldn't accept fake Jake Tapper. He's a liberal, leftist,
radical talk show host. But you know, I understand your trepidation.
But Donald Trump's negotiating Jerry. What's your take on it?

Speaker 6 (13:12):
Well, I have if I could go off for three
points with three suggestions to the Donald Trump team. Trump
is a very capable debater and excellent debater, but Donald
but Joe Biden seems to rise to the occasion.

Speaker 5 (13:24):
He's well.

Speaker 6 (13:25):
I believe he lost the debates to Donald Trump. He
was very capable against Sarah Palin and Paul Ryan. With
Paul Ryan, who's a very good communicator in those vice
presidential debates, he can hold his own in some arenas.
So I would say to the Trump team that they
should not underestimate Joe Biden, and then I think that
Donald Trump should present himself. Trump has his diehard fans.

(13:49):
He's got the most loyal base of any president I've
ever known, even more so than Reagan, and so I
think he needs to play to the middle, not sacrificed
in his core principles, but I think he needs to
show himself as a reasoned and articulate individual and not
get caught up in hyperbole, and show himself to be
a sort of a person where his policies how may
help people of all races or socio economic stations, all ethnicities.

(14:13):
I mean low taxes, law and order, a sound government policy,
strong defense, good trade that helps everybody, jobs, inflation that
helps everybody, and needs to show the middle, how he's
de manned for the job because the economy is playing
a very important part of secure border, how he's the
man to do that. And then lastly, I believe that

(14:35):
he should be very pithy in his responses, and like
if he'd give an ninety seconds to respond, sum it
up with fax figures and datas in thirty seconds, and
then yield the rest of his time to Joe Biden,
where he's going to stumble and he's not going to
know how to fill airspace, and it's going to definitely
highlight his cognitive decline.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
I'd love to see long answers. You got two minutes
to answer the question and the other candidate gets a
one minute or so. And you know, I think without notes,
Joe Biden answering any questions, even though they're probably going
to be biased, you know, it's unreal.

Speaker 4 (15:10):
All Right.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
I gotta say goodbye to both you. Happy Friday, have
a great weekend. Jury in Florida, Laura in New Mexico.
Thank you both. Dig d to expose how the government
waste your money.

Speaker 7 (15:27):
Each and every day.

Speaker 6 (15:30):
This is the Sean Hannity Show.

Speaker 2 (15:36):

exact same five G network as AT and T, Verizon
and T Mobile, and you get the same service. But

big carriers. They'll give you unlimited talk, unlimited text, plenty
of five G data, same cell towers, same five G

(16:18):
data and the exact same and now roaming to fifty
country twenty bucks a month. Just now pound two to fifty.

an additional fifty percent off your first month pound two
to fifty. Keywords save now from our friends at pure Talk.
All right, quick break right back. When we come back,
we'll hit the phones. Here's our toll free number this Friday,

(16:39):
It's eight hundred and ninety four one sean if you
want to join us. We have a great Hannity nine
Eastern tonight on the Fox News Channel. Peter Doucy, Tim Scott,
knem Piro. You don't want to miss it. DVR nine Easter.
Ladies and gentlemen, we like to take a second to
hear the immortal Bobs thoughts about the world today.

Speaker 4 (17:03):
Hey, ladies and gentlemen, is sick and it is getting sicker.
Now I'll back to the Sean Hannity Show.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
Alright, twenty five till the top of the hour. Happy Friday,
eight hundred and ninety four one Seawan. If you want
to be a part of the program, you know this
is pretty scary statistic. Filent crime committed in our country
every twenty four seconds. Now, when it hits your doorstep,
one wrong decision, that could mean losing your home, your freedom,
your liberty, and more or even worse. And that's you know,

(17:31):
just because owning a gun is not it's not enough anymore.
You need a new way to protect yourself and your family.
On top of all that. Rod Chadwick, he's the former
head of training for the FBI at Quantico and he
doesn't teach gun trigs gimmicks, but he will tell you
how to spot danger before it's too late. He'll help
you stop an attacker with words, and how to make

(17:54):
life or death decisions when when it matters, when you're
under you know, major pressure, that's what he can teach you.
And he and the US Concealed Carry Association, they have
created a free video. You've got to watch it. This video,
by the way, not available to everybody, but you're listening
to this show so you know about it. It has
one of America's most important law officers giving tips that frankly,

(18:19):
few civilians ever get to hear. And it's only available
to you my listeners for free for a limited time.
Go to the website Defendfamily dot com. Watch it for
free right now. Defendfamily dot com D E F E
N D Family dot com. All right, I could play
my cousin Vinny all day long. Let me just go

(18:40):
to the moment that matters. This was the checkmate moment
Marissa Tormee on the stand her boyfriend, attorney Joe Pecci
in a courtroom in Alabama. This was the moment that
actually happened to Michael Kohne yesterday, case closed right after
this testimony and the movie My cousin Vinny Pase dismissed

(19:04):
your honor.

Speaker 4 (19:04):
But listen to how she did it.

Speaker 8 (19:06):
Miss Vico, please answer the question. Does the defense's case
hold water? No, the defense is wrong.

Speaker 4 (19:18):
Where are you sure I'm positive?

Speaker 5 (19:25):
How could you be so sure?

Speaker 9 (19:28):
Because there is no way that these tie marks were
made by a sixty four Buick Skylarcke. These marks were
made by a nineteen sixty three Pontiac tempest.

Speaker 3 (19:37):
Objection you anarchy. We clarify to the court whether the
witness is stating opinion or fact.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
This is your opinion, it's a fact.

Speaker 8 (19:44):
I find it hard to believe that this kind of
information could be ascertained simply by.

Speaker 10 (19:50):
Looking at a picture.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
Would you like me to explain?

Speaker 8 (19:54):
I would love to hear this s the.

Speaker 9 (19:58):
Car that makes these two equal length tire marks had
posit traction.

Speaker 8 (20:03):
Can't make those marks without posit traction, which was.

Speaker 9 (20:05):
Not available on the sixty four Buick Skylock.

Speaker 4 (20:09):
And why not?

Speaker 8 (20:10):
What is positive traction?

Speaker 9 (20:12):
It's a limited slip differential which distributes cow equally to
both the right and left tie is the sixty four
Skylock had a regular differential which anyone who's been stuck
in the mud in Alabama and all you step on
the gas one tie, you spin the other tides does nothing.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
Check mate, That's what happened to Michael Coney yesterday. You
like this, Yeah, I think your favorite scene is the
deer Seede, the deer hunting scene when when Joe Pecci
says he's going to go deer hunting with the with
the prosecutor and.

Speaker 11 (20:42):
One but my favorite, my favorite scene in this movie
is probably the one that like nobody thinks it's funny
is they're like driving or I don't know if they're driving,
but she's explaining to him like it's okay, like I
can help you, like I'm smart, it's all right. He's
like I got it, I got it. She's like, oh
my god, you have to say thank you. I mean,

(21:04):
it's like such a typical. Honestly, it's something so many
of us would say to somebody who's like irritating.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
Do you remember do you remember conversations we had and
I got a talking code here, and I would use
an analogy about you seeing somebody choking in a restaurant.
Remember I'd use that analogy. Yeah, uh huh, that's her
and that's you.

Speaker 11 (21:28):
Yeah, you know there are certain things I like about it.

Speaker 4 (21:32):
Is a compliment. Oh, it does. So you do identify
with her?

Speaker 3 (21:36):
I do?

Speaker 11 (21:36):
I mean, listen, there's a lot of things there that
I agree with. Like you know, I have nothing against hunt.
Role populated, but not as well as her man the
way she wore.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
That, but nobody could play it. I agree, Man, what
a role. Anyway, Let's let's get to our phones. Mark
and South Carolina. Mark, glad you called, sir, Happy Friday
to you.

Speaker 12 (21:55):
Happy Friday, Sean, first time, long, long time and listening
and watching you since ninety six with Alan got rest
in peace? Anyway, Man, Just wondering if you have any
info or know of kind of what the defense witness
list is going to be like, and if they're gonna
call Costello because he destroyed Collen the other day in

(22:18):
front of Congress.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
Oh man, and he was I was on America's news
room yesterday right after he appeared, and I'm like, I
was sitting there with my mouth wide open listening to him.
By the way, he doesn't have a problem lying his
background credibility. I mean, he was like the highest prosecutor
Southern District in New York.

Speaker 4 (22:37):
This guy's the real deal, I mean.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Tough New York, hard knows law and order prosecutor, the
real deal. And anyway, Yeah, I would hope that he
absolutely needs to testify in this case because he was
very clear in saying Michael Cohen said to him that.
In fact, he actually said, well you know he was

(23:00):
giving them Leyod advice. Uh, okay, do you eat, Michael Cohen.
I don't want to go to jail. I don't want
any trouble. I don't want this. He goes, okay, uh,
I know what they're gonna want for that to happen.
And he goes, what's that? What do you have on
Donald Trump? I don't have anything on Donald Trump? Yeah, right,
I have nothing. Secondly, you wouldn't put him up. I

(23:20):
mean even though the oh.

Speaker 4 (23:21):
Yeah, one hundred check make case although eat two.

Speaker 12 (23:25):
Of them to hold them like a hung jewelry. And
then one other thing, if I could, Sean, really concerned
about the election, obviously from what happened with twenty twenty
and and uh, to make myself feel better, I actually
go into the grocery store.

Speaker 5 (23:40):
Sean.

Speaker 12 (23:40):
I'm in South Carolina, which is obviously a red state,
but I had three or four people in front of
me the other day waiting to check out, and noticeably,
when the cashier would tell them the total, two out
of the three people shook their head like couldn't believe it.
So that kind of caused me down, because that's happening

(24:00):
all over the country and red or blue, and when
you go to that grocery store you can campaign in
all these different states. That's the best campaign you could
have right there. It is just having people continually go
into these grocery stores, get that total and walk out
shaking their head. Sean, I love you. Thank you, God
bless America, and.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
Thank you buddy. You have a great weekend. All right,
God bless you. You have a wonderful weekend with your family.
Appreciate you being with us. Thank you for listening and
watching so long. It means a lot to me. You
let me do what I love and I don't take
that for granted. I promise you.

Speaker 4 (24:36):
Anyway.

Speaker 2 (24:37):
Let's say, Hi, Susan is in Miami. Susan, Hi, how
are you glad you called?

Speaker 7 (24:43):
Hi? Sean? First time calling?

Speaker 2 (24:47):
Yes, God, I'm glad you called. Thank you for checking in.
What's going on on WIOD.

Speaker 7 (24:52):
I want to talk about the trial I'm very afraid
that they're not going to be calling anymore witnesses. Is
because all the lawyers on both sides, you know, Republican
and Democrats. I think it's time to quit because you know,
of Cone's goof up yesterday, they think, you know, because

(25:12):
of that, they're gonna win, you know, uh, it's going
to be a hung jury or something else even better.
But I think that they definitely have to get Abanati there.
Abanati says that he has first hand information that Stormy
is lying her.

Speaker 4 (25:32):
I don't think the jury took her series.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
And it's kind of hard because you know, you're taking
a guy out of jail. He has credibility issues himself.
I think the guy to bring in is the guy
that all last quarter mentioned, Bob Costello. He isn't have
credibility issues, just the opposite. He's got an impeccable, you know,
an impressive beyond you know, the pale resume.

Speaker 4 (25:55):
I mean, this is the real deal.

Speaker 5 (25:57):
Oh no, him too.

Speaker 7 (25:58):
I was getting to that next Avian Audi is just
for Stormy alone.

Speaker 4 (26:03):
Yeah, I think Stormy's been in PA.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
I mean Stormy, you know, the she got salacious, she
was you know, being goofy on the stand, according to
people I talk to, and trying to make the jury
laugh and all this stuff. All she talked about was
salacious material, et cetera, et cetera, and the deal. And honestly,
the deal was made with Michael Cohen, wasn't made with

(26:26):
She doesn't know anything other than that.

Speaker 7 (26:28):
No, I understand that, but I have a background in psychology,
and trust me when I tell you those women on
the jury, they are not going to like the fact
that supposedly, allegedly Trump has cheated on his wife. See
right now, they don't understand what's going on. You know,
lawyers do you know we do most people and the jury,

(26:53):
because I have a legal background as well, they do
not understand, and rightfully so, because there's really actually tell
you the truth, there's a lot of people that don't
understand this case, including lawyers.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
I think yesterday blew this case out of the water.
I really do, and I can only tell you that.
You know, I think if they brought in Bob Costello,
if I mean the idea that they're going to limit
the lawyers for Donald Trump talking about a complicated federal
election law and this convoluted upgrade that this prosecution is

(27:29):
trying to use that needs to be heard. Dury instructions,
I predict will be terrible. Is not going to be
a directive, you know, verdict by the by the judge.
We know he's compromised and seems pretty narcissistic and egotistical
and political. So you know, I just I will tell
you this. Okay, go ahead, but make your last point.

Speaker 5 (27:51):
Go ahead, Okay.

Speaker 7 (27:53):
What I'm trying to say is I think that they
need to bring in everything that they can. You know,
there's talk well if you're ahead, stop they think they're ahead,
Now they're not. Okay, they have to bring Castiel, they
have to bring him Weisenberg. They have to bring him
a security guard or body guard. Uh.

Speaker 2 (28:12):
You know, I think that would be a good, good
guy to call it as well, and lawyers, you don't
want to overdo it either. I think if they do
just what you're describing, they're taking away Avnadi. I have
a little disagreement with you. I think it would be
a good strategy. Let's see. I mean, they certainly have
a lot that will help them. And yeah, I don't
think it's done either. I think they really need to

(28:33):
bring people in and remember it's New York scary anyway, Susan,
glad you called. Have a great weekend. Larry is in California. Larry,
have no idea what the hell you're still doing there,
But welcome to the program. I'm sure you're very proud
of your state is now offering and their their pilot

(28:53):
program shots of vodka bottle, you know, beer and wine
to alcoholics on taxpayer on the taxpayer dime, on top
of free healthcare, free education, it's a sanctuary status for
illegal immigrants.

Speaker 4 (29:11):
I'm sure you're very proud of your state.

Speaker 10 (29:13):
Yeah, and they want the working man to pay for
all of that too.

Speaker 4 (29:17):
Well, you're paying for it.

Speaker 5 (29:18):
What's going on exactly?

Speaker 10 (29:20):
I called up about the debates, and I think it's
kind of a mistake for Trump to give Biden the
debates unless he's compelled to do it for some reason.
But all of the trends are going in Trump's favor,
and so why would you want to change things now?

(29:43):
And not only that, but if they have the debate early,
that gives them a chance to change out. If Biden
does well, then that will re energize his base and
get some of the swing state voters back in his camp.
If he does poorly, and if he does horribly, then

(30:04):
they will just jettis him, jettison him as well as
Cornelia Harris, and they'll just dump them all and then
they'll substitute them in with whoever they want to put
in at that point, and then they will start advertising
it's the new Democratic Party. And here's what we're going

(30:24):
to do. I think, if anything, if he wants a debate,
make the debates after the primary, so that Biden is
in there for sure as the candidate and it's too
late for him.

Speaker 5 (30:39):
To get out.

Speaker 10 (30:39):
Then in addition, one of the conditions that he should
have is for the debate is Trump should say that
he should release the deposition tapes that he that Biden.

Speaker 2 (30:54):
Well, they try to get them released now, as I
reported earlier and last night on TV and here on
this program yesterday and today. Yeah, we have a right
to hear that they don't want it and they're trying
to cover it up and murder Garland and Joe Biden
using executive privilege. They don't get to use executive privilege

(31:14):
when it comes to an independent investigation like this. I
hope it's challenged in court and I hope we get
to hear it because Joe Biden on par according to
Robert Hurr, didn't even know he was was.

Speaker 4 (31:25):
I still vice president in two thousand and nine.

Speaker 2 (31:27):
I think America needs to know if the president of
the United States is that is that cognitively you know, deficient,
because that sounds like full on dementia to me. Anyway,
appreciate the call, my friend, Glad you're out there eight
hundred ninety four one, Shawn. If you want to be
a part of the program. Oh man, where does the

(31:49):
time go? I don't even know.

Speaker 6 (31:51):
Hey.

Speaker 2 (31:51):
Want to remind you everybody needs a personal safety security plan,
especially as you're planning your summer vacation. You don't know,
you sings. You got to be prepared for any situation.
One of the great things about Berner is it is
a terrific compliment to your self defense plans. I'm always
a believer in the Second Amendment and always have had

(32:13):
a license to carry. I have one in my new
state of Florida and anyway. But I also like the
option of a non lethal option. And by the way,
that's also legal in all fifty states. If you're going
to be around the country, meaning you could take it
with you and just check local laws, ordinances, etc. No permits,
no background check needed. And the burner launcher. By the way,

(32:35):
you know, always use firearms safety techniques with anything like this,
but you have powerful deterrence kinetic rounds with tear gas.
You can hit a target fifty sixty feet away, can
incapacitate any attacker or perpetrator for up to thirty to
forty minutes. Watch their videos online. They will blow you away.

a big part of my personal safety, security and self
defense fence plans, and I hope you'll make it yours too.
