Mesha Mainor – Former Georgia State Representative and former Democrat and Darius Mayfield – Republican congressional candidate in Virginia’s 7th District join us to discuss the ridiculous mayoral race in NYC and the threat a candidate like Mamdani poses to the city and state of NY. Just the latest in discoveries of past remarks by Mamdani, this time about taxing the whiter neighborhoods:

New York City mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani boasted on his campaign website about his plan to tax “whiter” neighborhoods at higher rates at a higher clip.

In a policy memo entitled “Stop the Squeeze on NYC Homeowners,” Mamdani promises to address a “deeply inequitable system, using the full power of the mayor’s office to both address the system directly and working with legislators at the state level to win necessary reforms” by “shift[ing] the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods.”

He goes on to argue:

The property tax system is unbalanced because assessment levels are artificially capped, so homeowners in expensive neighborhoods pay less than their fair share. The Mayor can fix this by pushing class assessment percentages down for everyone and adjusting rates up, effectively lowering tax payments for homeowners in neighborhoods like Jamaica and Brownsville while raising the amount paid in the most expensive Brooklyn brownstones.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Right, Thanks Scott Channon.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
An hour two Sean Hannity Show this Friday, toll free.
Our number is eight hundred and nine point one, Shawn.
If you want to be a part of the program, Well,
the Democrats have a big problem, and that is this
mayoral candidate Zoron Mamdani, and you know, the guy that

(00:21):
supports a rent freeze and seizing buildings from landlords. If
they decide, they are demonstrating consistent neglect, calling for a
massive raise of property taxes, taxes on business, taxes on
the rich, replacing police with social workers, creating the Department

(00:42):
of Community Safety, deploying outreach workers to subways to how
do how we reach workers deal with people that are
mentally ill on the hardest drugs.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
They're out of their mind.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Not a good idea government operated grocery stores, food distribution,
free buses, you know, make life harder for corporations, and
banning all hidden fees and misleading advertising. I mean, make
it incredible. I mean, nobody's gonna want to stay in
New York City. Governor DeSantis is salivating here in Florida.

(01:18):
Free childcare for everybody, free gifts for each new parent
in New York City. What is a free gift? Okay, diapers,
baby wipes, nursing pads, postpartum pads, squattles, books, raising taxes,
you know, the nearly doubling the corporate tax rate two

(01:39):
percent New York City income tax for and by the way,
I know, a million dollars is a lot of money,
but for a lot of people in New York that
work on Wall Street, that have you know, ten, fifteen,
twenty thirty million dollar homes, at that point, they don't
have the money to pay for all this. They're going
to agree new deal for five hundred public schools, promoting

(02:03):
the trans agenda, expanding and protecting gender affirming care, raising
the minimum wage to thirty dollars an hour, you know,
shutting down all ice which, by the way, which would
be against federal law, and we do have jurisdiction. It's
called the supremacy Clause of our Constitution.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
You know.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Quote queer liberation means defund the police. These are direct
quotes from his posts on on X we need to
ban all guns b d S is a righteous movement
for liberation. Quote there's no queer liberation with occupation, not
for the quote queer Palestinians murdered by the IDF. You know,

(02:49):
and then of course the global Antifada comment. We all
remember that, and you know we are the birthplace of
global socialist feminist movement. I don't even know what half
the stuff means. We need free abortion and contraception on demand.
Climate change is the central issue of our time. The
climate crisis is and separate from the crisis of capitalism.

(03:10):
Decarbonize our economy. Oppose all new fossil fuel infrastructure. If
we don't get it, shut it down. When we tax
the rich, we're reclaiming the wealth bosses and corporations that
are stealing. We can build the socialist New York. We
should exercise eminent domain. Acquire the four thousand unsold luxury

(03:31):
apartments in New York City for homeless families. Sex workers
and queens from Flushing to Jackson Heights endured NonStop harassment,
not only from bigots but the NYPD. We need to
decriminalize sex workers. Now open up the city's FHGPS to
undocumented undocumented siblings. You know, free Palestine we will support,

(03:59):
I mean, just on and on. Oh, safe injection sites.
Israel is committing genocide White supremacy has many faces, from
the police and prison system, who occupational and apartheid in Palestine.
I am Donald Trump's worst nightmare. We're showing up in
Brian Park to say no to Trump's union busting, anti immigrant,

(04:20):
anti LGBT agenda. You know, stop New York registered charities
from donating money to illegal Israeli settlements. Abolish medical bills. Well,
who's going to pay the doctor? You know, we need
to abolish private insurance. This will be the biggest disaster

(04:41):
in New York City history. Anyway, let me play Mom
Donnie and some of his highlights for you, and then
we'll get some reaction.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
You're a proud Democratic socialist.

Speaker 5 (04:52):
Do you think that is a platform that would work
for other candidates running in other parts of the country.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
Absolutely.

Speaker 4 (04:58):
I think ultimately this is a campaign about inequality, and
you don't have to live in the most expensive city
in the country to have experienced that inequality, because it's
a national issue. I'll meet with anyone. I will meet
with them and I'll explain why I believe in the
necessity of raising the top corporate tax rate. And I'd
also tell Bill Ackman that I firmly disagree with his
attempt to dismantle diversity, equity and inclusion across the country,

(05:21):
because it's not only against the morals of so many
it's also against the actual bottom line for so many businesses.
And as a businessman, he should understand that do.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
You like capitalism?

Speaker 4 (05:29):
No, I have many critiques of capitalism. And I think
ultimately the definition for me of why I call myself
a democratic socialist is the words of doctor King decades ago.
He said, call it democracy or call it democratic socialism.
There must be a better distribution of wealth for all
of God's children in this country.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
All right, son, But Donnie thinks the democratic socialism is
a good platform for other Democratic candidates. He said, this
is great for the Democratic Party. Even crazy Carvel knows
this is bad news. He's not going to work with
the Trump administration on dsportion. I would be breaking the law.
He believes in the necessity of raising the corporate tax

(06:06):
and DEI and businesses. What that's going to be mandated?
AOC is an inspiration to me, he said. And anyway,
he was asked of his city run grocery store. Idea
is Soviet Union grocery stores on every corner? I mean,
is that what that is. I'd like a more a
deeper explanation. Wants to pay for free buses, universal childcare

(06:29):
by taxing corporations and the rich Richard New York they
pay all the taxes in New York City. I don't
like capitalism. There must be better distribution of wealth for
all of God's children. Okay, well, empower our government. Take
people's money and give it to people that will vote
for you. That's what it sounds like to me. Anyway.

(06:50):
Misha Maynor is with us and Darius Mayfield is with
us as we discuss this. Misha is the former Georgia
State rep and former Democrat, and Darius Mayfield Republican congressional
candidate Virginia seventh district. Misha, former Democrat, explain to me
is this good for the Democratic Party?

Speaker 6 (07:10):
And Brent, thank you for having me back Shan, Everything
that you just said and that opening gave me a
headache to be honest with you, America.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
I don't want to God. I don't like to give
guests a headache. I'm sorry about that. Can I get
you an exceedrin.

Speaker 6 (07:27):
We just got to get zo Rhian Mom Dy, Mom,
Denny out of the picture.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
Mom Donnie. I'll help you, mom, Donnie.

Speaker 6 (07:35):
Mom, Donnie, Americans better pay attention. Democrats like him are
selling control as compassion. But to me, socialism is like
slavery two point zero. It's anti freedom, anti business, anti education,
and anti faith. It tells people they're two weeks to
succeed without government handouts. I left the Democrat Party because

(07:59):
I read the Constitution and I listened to real families
that were trapped in these welfare prisons and sailing school districts,
which are all run by Democrats. So for New Yorkers,
this isn't social justice. It's a setup, it's not American,
and it's oppression with the lipstick.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
If you want my opinion, let's get your take.

Speaker 5 (08:19):
Darius well Son, thank you for having me on today.
And you know, I think not only is as bad
for Democrats, but I think this is great for Republicans
if Republicans do the right things going forward, and that
starts with electing common sense Republicans like myself. I'm pretty
uniquely positioned to actually talk about this because one I

(08:41):
moved from a progressive state, New Jersey to Virginia to
escape some of these same policies that we're talking about now.
And also, I grew up in New Jersey, so right
across the bridge from New York, so I spent a
lot of time there, and I understand, you know, what
doesn't work, And I understand the pass of New York.
They just had a progressive mayor and the block there
not too long ago that and tried to implement a

(09:03):
lot of these same policies, and New Yorkers rejected those policies.
That's why you got somebody like and Eric Adams afterwards,
who one of the first things Eric Adams did when
he went in there was put over six hundred plane
closed officers back on the streets because under the Blasio
you had double digit gains and violent crimes and rapes
and car thefts and things of that sort. So you know,

(09:24):
this is just Democrats now doubling and tripling down on
their failures of the twenty twenty four presidential election. And
that's good news for Republicans. But what Republicans need to
do is make sure we have empathy, make sure we're
willing to listen to everybody's plight, because we do have
the issues at the end of the day. And I've
been telling them Republicans this for the last six, seven,
eight years. We have the issues, we don't always relay

(09:44):
them the right way. But that's why it's important that
we show that empathy. Go in there and start talking
to people. Because people in these communities that Joron purportedly
claims to represent, they want their police. They don't want
to defund them. They want a better relationship with their police.
They want respect between them and their police. And people
like myself can help accomplish those things. But they want
their police because they understand what happens if they get

(10:06):
rid of of They want lower taxes. They don't want
to tax the rich. They want those rich people to
actually build more jobs and bring more jobs in, not
take them away like AOC did a few years ago
when they closed down a Google factory that was going
to go into place because of her say so, and
she eliminated essentially hundreds of high paying jobs in the
city of New York. People don't want this, so this

(10:27):
is bad news for the Democrats. This is great news
for Republicans. We just need to capture this and go
about it the right way going forward, and I plan
to do that here in the seventh District.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
Quick break.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
Right back, we'll continue more with Misha Maynor and Darius
Mayfield on Zorammamdani and what this means for the Democratic
Party in general. We continue now with Misha Maynor and
Darius Mayfield talking about the impact on the Democratic Party

(10:57):
with the Democratic mayoral candidate of New York City, Zorm Mamdani.
So here's where we stand, Misha, with your old party.
They had a chance in the US Senate to stand
up for women's rights to in sports and Title nine,
but they decided to champion the rights of men to
play women's sports. They are about to oppose the largest

(11:22):
tax cut in history, and by doing so, they will
support the largest tax increase in history. They won't support
the President's plan on no tax on tips and no
tax on overtime, which is great for hard working men
and women. And I say that as somebody that worked
in the service industry for a decade of my life
and in construction for almost a decade of my life.

(11:43):
They are fighting for the rights of the illegals.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
Well.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
First of all, they lied about the borders being closed
and secure for four years, and they allowed terrorists and murderers,
rapists and cartel members and gang members in our country,
and we have paid a very dear price and will
continue to for a long time. But you know, they're
champion championing the rights of Abrego Garcia in La You know,
ICE has been telling us they're arresting murderers and child

(12:09):
molesters and drug dealers and gang members, and they're furious
at Ice out in Los Angeles. And that doesn't make
any sense to me, because they're putting the rights of
illegals over the safety of citizens. This is the party
of the Green New Deal, which is creatle to grave,
womb to the tomb.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
What does government do well?

Speaker 2 (12:29):
I mean, in every big city that has been run
by Democrats for decades, how is law and order and
safety and security doing? How's your educational system doing? Do
people like paying all those high taxes? Why is there
a mass exodus out of these blue states? Who states
with lower taxes, better services, better schools.

Speaker 6 (12:50):
You know, when I think about the crisis that we're
in right now, you know, half the country really believes
that President Trump is the source of every problem they have.
In the other half believe that these Democrat policies like
Goron is in fact the problem. The New York mayoral
race is going to be a reflection of what could

(13:12):
be if Republicans do not really do a better job
at messaging to independent swing voters and all the disgruntle
Democrats that are out there.

Speaker 7 (13:22):
People like Goron.

Speaker 6 (13:23):
They believe government control is necessary because they believe, honestly
that the American people are ignorant, feeble, and incapable of
making decisions for themselves. And it frightens me honestly as
a mom. I have a little girl in middle school,
another one in college. Their solution is a seedment feeling
that offers economic imprisonment. You know, think about the free

(13:47):
block of government feese that was given back in the day.
People are campaigning right now as Democrats that are anti American,
anti family, anti school. For that matter, Democrats are all
also against this the principles and when you think of
like a growth mindset, their version of government control is
telling people you can't make more than minimum wage.

Speaker 7 (14:09):
You have to go to the school that I tell
you to go, So you have to go to this doctor,
you have to eat at this grocery store. You can't
go to church. When I tell you you can't go
to church, it's really vital that Americans are educated on
the core values of our country, and it needs to
start with the Constitution, regardless of whatever historical context that
people have against it. If you don't know your rights,

(14:32):
you don't know your rights. And right now, immigrants know
more about the physcs of America than actual Americans. So
I think we need to really be focused on K
through twelve education, which President Trump is doing with revamping
the Department of Education or abolishing it. I think he's
doing a great thing with that. The more local we

(14:53):
can bring back education to get our country back on track,
I think the better offer be.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
I appreciate I appreciate both of you for being on
Misha Maynard, thank you so much for being with us.
Darius Mayfield, we appreciate you being with us, and good
luck to both of you and we'll have you back soon. Well,
it is interesting this Mom Donnie thing. Anything very interesting,

(15:20):
New York Senator, Here'ston Gillibrand apparently you know, talking about
Mom Donnie's comments on Global Antifada.

Speaker 8 (15:32):
Listen, So, Brian, I didn't hear your exchange with him,
but if I was speaking to him directly, I would
simply say that is not how the words are received,
and it doesn't matter what meaning you have in your brain,
it is not how the word is received. And when
you use the word like intafada to many Jewish Americans
and Jewish New Yorkers, that means you are permissive for

(15:53):
violence against Jews. It is a serious word. It is
a word that has deep meaning. It has been used
for wars across i'm and violence and destruction and slaughter
and murder against the Jews. It is a harmful, hurtful,
inappropriate word for anyone who wants to represent a city
of diverse as New York City with eight million people.
And I would be very specific in these words, and

(16:14):
I would say you may not use them again if
you expect to represent everyone ever again, because they are
received as fateful and divisive and harmful.

Speaker 1 (16:22):
And that's it.

Speaker 8 (16:22):
So I appreciate that he told you he didn't mean that,
and that's great.

Speaker 9 (16:27):
Also clarify er, he was clarifying that he never said
globalized the antifada. He was asked in an interview if
he would denounce the phrase globalize the antifada, and then
that led to this kind of conversation. You know that
you were just referring to but that he was never
out there saying globalized the antifada. He was asked about
other people who used it, So just just to be

(16:47):
precise about about what happened there.

Speaker 8 (16:49):
Yes, Well, as a leader of a city of diverses,
New York City with eight million people as the largest
Jewish population in the country, he should denounce it. And
that's it, period. And you can't celebrate it, you can't
value it, you can't listen up.

Speaker 2 (17:04):
On that radio interview. I agree with Kirsten Jillibrand, he
should denounce it. What's so hard about that? Listen to
AOC who had supported Mom Donnie and says, this is
about the message that the people of New York City
are trying to send to our party. This is getting
fascinating to watch this intramurra battle. But more importantly, the

(17:27):
leadership of the Democratic Party is scared to death to
take on the likes of AOC, the squad, Jasmine Crockett,
the Elizabeth Warrens, Grandpa Bernie's of their party, the loud
voices in their party that have silenced the likes of
Schumer and Hakim Jeffries.

Speaker 6 (17:46):
Listen, we have a choice to listen to that message
that people are sending us or not. This isn't just
about mister mom Donnie as an individual.

Speaker 10 (17:58):
This is about the message that.

Speaker 6 (18:00):
The people of New York City are trying to send
to our party.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
Now, James Carvell, he's been a little off, off, off
of the rails lately. I don't know what's happened. He
used to be pretty reasonable, but he I think got
this one right. Crazy Carvel says. Mom Donnie's victory is
potentially a damaging event for Democrats. They can't escape the
socialism question.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
Listen.

Speaker 11 (18:27):
I can't imagine that any Democratic candidate anywhere in the
country is going to be able to escape answer this question.
I think the microphones can follow him around. I think
that that they're going to pound this home as hard
as they possibly can.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
Uh.

Speaker 11 (18:42):
And it's also, you know, honestly, given the you know what,
I of course everybody's gonna try to do. Let's look
at our nominees in Virginia, New Jersey and great I
mean that has to be a big part of our answer.
And depending on who comes in a general election, there's
a lot of Democrats going to have a hard go
as I think it's a potential, potentially damaging event.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
It's beyond damaging. And James knows that he's not stupid.
I've debated him. Smart guy, used to be a fun guy.
He's getting all crazy in his old age. I'm not
sure why, but I still like him deep now. I
can't help it. I always liked the guy I want
to hang out with. But he's he's crazy. Carvel can't
help it. Bernie Ohio a liberal? What's up, liberal, Bernie?

(19:31):
What's going on?

Speaker 3 (19:33):
Yeah? I know that you guys think that Trump did
a great thing and everything with bombing Irian, using the
bucker bombs and all that, But this is a situation
that he created when he got rid of the agreement
that we had with Iran.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
So every you mean the agreement that was in place
by Barack Obama. And you think that you should reward
the number one state sponsor of terror with billions of
dollars in cash and other currency and do a deal
and give up all that money to a terror regime.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
You're okay with that? Do you think that was a
good deal?

Speaker 3 (20:13):
It was a deal set in place.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Stop. I asked you a question.

Speaker 2 (20:18):
Was it the right decision of Barack Obama and Joe
Biden to send cargo planes full of cash and other currency,
billions of dollars to the number one state sponsor of
terror and the Mullows in Iran? Was that a smart decision?

Speaker 3 (20:36):
It was an agreement?

Speaker 2 (20:37):
So yeah, I didn't ask you if it was an agreement.
You see, you can't answer the question because you know
it'll sound asinine if you give the truthful answer. Was
it a good idea? Yes or no? For Barack Obama
to send cargo planes with you know, billions in cash
and other currency to the Mullows in Iran, the number

(20:59):
one state sponsor a terror Yes or no? A good,
good idea? Bad idea?

Speaker 3 (21:06):
I say yes? And can I explain.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
You say it was a good idea to send the
number one state sponsor of terror, you know, billions in
cash and other currency. That was a good idea to you?
Go ahead tell me why, okay?

Speaker 3 (21:21):
Because number one, it kept them from producing any any
kind of like nuclear weapons.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
False false stop stop stop, No, you're not allowed to
lie on this program. They accelerated the nuclear program because
they had the money now to do it. And number two,
it accelerated their their proxy terror war against Israel because
they had the money to buy and create the weaponry.

Speaker 1 (21:47):
So you're wrong. Next point, they.

Speaker 3 (21:50):
They increased their their ability to do so after Donald Trump.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
Can you acknowledge this is Iran the number one in
state sponsor terror. Can you acknowledge that simple truth?

Speaker 3 (22:05):
I don't know. I'm not an expert on states mine.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
Well, then why are you calling this program trying to
act like, you know, telling Donald Trump what to do.
If you can't acknowledge, if you don't read a newspaper,
if you don't follow the news, they are the number
one state sponsor of terror. And the fact is you
know that to be true, but because of politics, you
just won't admit the truth. Why don't you admit that
the number one state sponsor a terror they help plot

(22:29):
and plan and fund October seventh, They fund toamas As Bulah,
Islamic Jiha, the militias in Syria and Iraq, and the
Huti rebels. Can you acknowledge basic fundamental truth? So you're
just wasting my time on this Friday. I'm not really
in the mood for playing games.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
I don't have those records to review in front of me,
do you?

Speaker 2 (22:51):
You don't have the records to do you ever watch
the news? Do you ever read a newspaper? Do you
ever read anything?

Speaker 3 (23:00):
Which news? Your news, our news, their newshos? Right?

Speaker 1 (23:05):
I tried, Linda, was that? Did I give it a
fair try? Or do I need to be more fair?
I think that may very fair.

Speaker 9 (23:11):
I think that it's called the Sean Hannity Show for
a reason.

Speaker 1 (23:14):
So Amy in New York? What's up? Amy?

Speaker 12 (23:18):
How are you sure you are wonderful.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
Being fair to that call? I'm trying.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
We we don't we don't you know, screen out liberal
callers when when when they're not smart, it's very hard
to have a conversation with them.

Speaker 10 (23:38):
I am a Trump Everything that doctor, everything that President
Trump has done is the best thing for America. I'm
what he did last Saturday wonderful. What he's continuing to
do is wonderful. When he left buses Tamas, I'm sorry,

(24:05):
Iran had no money. They were poor. When Biding came in,
all of a sudden, they were billionaires. And then they
supported Iran to attack hum to they they supplied Tamas

(24:30):
with money to attack Israel on October seventh.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
And well that's all true. Thank you for being an
informed caller. That is correct. He turned a blind eye
to the sanctions that were bankrupting them. That when Donald
Trump was president, and like his hero Barack Obama, he
you know, allowed the Iranian regime to get rich again.

(24:57):
And what did they do with that money. They expanded
out there their nuclear facilities and enriched more uranium, and
they fomented more terror in the region, and they built
out more lethal weaponry to attack Israel and fulfilled their
stated goal and pledge to wipe Israel in the US
off the map.

Speaker 1 (25:17):
That's it now.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
I think the president I agree with the Trump doctrine.
I think the President made the right call. I think
it's consistent with how he has managed foreign policy in
his first term, by taking out the Caliphate, by taking
out Solamani, by taking out bag Daddy, and by taking
you dropping the mother of all bombs on Afghanistan, but

(25:41):
also preventing US from getting involved in these forever wars.
And I admire it. It was a great success. I
got to run Amy, appreciate the call. God bless you
have a great weekend. All right, quick break right back
to our phones. Eight hundred nine four one. Shawn is
on number. If you want to be a part of
the program.

Speaker 10 (26:06):
Follow mainstream media is asleep at the wheel.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
Hannity watches on the job. I'm bringing you the news.

Speaker 9 (26:17):
No one else can.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
Sean Kennedy.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
All right, back to our busy phones this Friday, eight
hundred and nine, four one, Sean, if you want to
join us, uh, let us say hi to Mike and Colorado.

Speaker 1 (26:35):
Mike, how are you glad you called?

Speaker 12 (26:37):
Good? How are you, Sean?

Speaker 1 (26:39):
I'm good? What's going on? Happy Friday?

Speaker 12 (26:42):
Happy Friday. I got a question for you. I think
a lot of us can agree that the past four
years have been terrible with directly spending, the omnibus bills
and those things. But I'm curious to hear your thoughts
on how the big Beautiful bill is different from the
liberal omnibus bills. Well, there's a lot of things I
like in this bill. There's a lot of things I
don't like.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
Well, look, I mean, you're stuck with the swamp and
this arcane you know rule, You have cloture, and there
is one way to get around it in the US Senate,
and that's reconciliation. And this is what they've run into
with the Cenate parliamentarian and instead of needing sixty votes

(27:23):
to actually get the president's agenda across the line. You
get you can do it with fifty one votes, but
everything has to do with taxes and spending, and you know,
they are very rigid guidelines because you have to you
have to deal with the Bird rule. The bird rule,
you know, can be very stringent and arduous. So it's
never going to be under those circumstances. And that that

(27:45):
there's no blame to go around to any Republican on
this to get a majority of what we want. What
will we get out of this bill? For sure, we're
going to get the largest tax cut in history. We're
going to get for sure, no tax on tips, no
tax on overtime. We're going to get for sure money
for the border so we can secure the border, and

(28:07):
money for national defense for the next generation of weaponry,
and some level of reform when it comes to medicaid, etc.
So they're working on, you know, language that will be
acceptable to the Senate parliamentarian. They won't get everything that
they want. There's enough good in there for me to

(28:30):
say that it's perhaps even one of the more conservative
bills that they've ever passed. However, as Lindsey Graham has
said on this program, they've got to come back and
cut more, and he says there should be a second
reconciliation bill. I agree with them. I hope that answers
your question. Yeah, there's things in there I'm never gonna like,

(28:51):
nobody's gonna like. But it's just either that or you
stick with the Harris Biden economy. That's our choice here.
Not a good choice, but you make the best of
a bad situation, to my view, imperfect as it is.
