Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, Happy Friday. Thank you, Scott Chadnan, thanks to
all of you for being with us. Here's our toll
free number. It's eight hundred and ninety four one, Sean
if you want to be a part of the program, Linda,
break me if I'm wrong. Have we pretty much been
vindicated yet once again in the mob the media that
was dismissing all the issues involving Hunter and Joe Biden,
(00:22):
had they been proven to be incompetent propagandists and liars
and hypocrites to the whatever degree, I would say that
these indictments kind of vindicate a lot of what we
have been reporting regularly.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Is that true?
Speaker 3 (00:37):
I mean it's true. It's definitely not how the left
is reporting it by any stretch.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Yeah, of course not. Now, I will tell you this
is only the beginning. I'll get to the details in
a second. Now, before we get to Hunter's indictments, let
me just tell you what's happening around the world. And
this is America abdicating its role on the world stage
and the consequences of it. And this is a president
(01:02):
that doesn't do a thing when our top geopolitical foes
are out there attacking us.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Threatening US.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
So whatever they happen to be doing China, no consequences
for COVID, no consequences for unfair trade practices, no consequences
for intellectual property theft, No consequences for a spy balloon,
No consequences for threatening our ally Taiwan and flying all
over their airspace and threatening them. No consequences for confronting
(01:32):
are are fighter jets in international airways. No consequences for
intimidating our navy in international waters, none at all whatsoever.
Just oh, I like President she and there's never any consequences.
And of course Joe Biden first tries to bribe the
muls and a Ram with six billion. He opens up
(01:54):
the opportunity, turns a blind eye to them selling their
oil all over the world, which helps them fund terror.
They are still the number one state sponsor of terror.
Which leads me to today's news, which is now that
Joe Biden has removed the Iranian BacT Huti rebels from
the US Designated Terrorist list.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
The Hoodi rebels have been funded.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
That is a proxy war that they have been engaged
with with Saudi Arabia and others that is being fought
really by Iran, funded by Iran, the number one state
sponsor of terror. What does Joe Biden do well, he
takes them off the designated terrorist list. Does that make
sense to you? It doesn't make sense to me. Well,
now we have a rocket attack on the sprawling US
(02:39):
embassy in Baghdad, which caused well, thankfully, only minor damage,
no casualties. But this is now over one hundred attacks
against our soldiers abroad in Iraq and Syria. Why is
he not fighting back? The only thing we saw is
Joe Biden, you know, responding with you know the pin print.
(03:00):
Let me shoot at an empty warehouse and will bomb.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
That and we'll call it a day.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
Anyway, The attack was the first on the embassy, located
in the heavily fortified green zone of Iraq's capital, to
be confirmed since the beginning of the Israeli Hamas War,
and this assault today was followed by drone and multi
rocket attacks, including on Alasad Air Base in Iraq and
three troop locations in Syria, thankfully no casualties. But what
(03:29):
is Joe going to do? Is he just going to
continue to allow this to happen now that he's facilitated
ten what billion dollars in moneies to go to Iran
based on oil payments that he did not have to
allow to have happen. He got to ran back militias
in Iraq. They have claim responsibility for dozens of attacks
the targeted bases that house US troops in Iraq and
(03:52):
Sirius since Israel declared war on Hamas two months ago.
The US says, you know, we're now at nearly one
hundred attacks. US military officials says the multi rocket attack
was launched at American and coalition forces in the vicinity
of the embassy complex and the Union three base, which
houses offices of the US led coalition. Official added, no casualties,
(04:16):
no damage to infrastructure.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Somebody's about to die here.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
He can't have this many attacks and not have some significant,
serious ramifications, and that means Americans being killed and Joe's
not lifting a finger to stop it.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Now.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
Biden removed, you know the arrate, you know this group
of the HOODI rebels from the terrorist list. Why would
he ever do that? Why would Joe do that? That
makes no sense. US forces in the Mideast have been attacked,
you know, close to one hundred times.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
I don't get it that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
National Security Council spokesman John Kirby evaded a reporter's question
when asked about Biden's decision to unlist the Huties in
Yemen as a terrorist group during the daily White House briefing.
Fox News reporter Jackie Heinrich asked Kirby whether Biden holds
any regret for delisting the Huties as a foreign terrorist organization,
(05:15):
whether the administration will now reconsider that move. I've already
said there, we're going to review that decision.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
We are.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
That's it, But he gave no time frame. I don't
have a date certain for you or any outcome to
brief you on. But we said we're already going to
take a look and review that decision.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Now.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
Several of the president's Republican critics in Congress, they have
been telling Biden to consider reclassifying them they are a
terror group, and wink and Tony blinken at the time,
arguing that the administration removed the designation over concerns that
it might have a devastating impact on the people in
Yemen and their access to basic commodities like food and fuel.
(05:58):
That's our top priority, not our national security, not our
homeland security.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
You can't even make this up.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
All right, let me get to the big issue of
the day, and that of course is you know, breaking
just before our TV show last night. No, this is
the beauty of live television and live radio. You never
know what's going to happen. But anyway, federal prosecutors now
filing three felony charges, six misdemeanor counts against Hunter Biden
and all related to this scheme to evade taxes on
(06:27):
this massive amount of money. Now you got to keep
this in mind. This is from twenty sixteen to twenty nineteen.
It does not include the years of Barisma twenty fourteen
and fifteen. Why because now special counsel then investigator of
what four years into this, this guy Weiss, well, he
(06:47):
didn't get the job done and he allowed the statute
of limitations to pass on what would have been the biggest,
easiest slam done case of all of them.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
This is the.
Speaker 1 (06:58):
Guy who originally planned and not to charge Hunter at all. Now,
that was their original plan. They would never charge Hunter
with anything. They would sweep all of the Biden family
members their misdeeds, all of this under the rug. And
by the way, it was all going to plan and
then all of a sudden, out of nowhere comes these
(07:19):
two whistleblowers. Whoopsie Daisy, And then they had to come
up with Plan B because the prosecutor, David Weiss, dragged
his feet. It was a phony, fake investigation. For years
he was protecting the bidens. He allowed the statute of
limitations to run out on several very serious tax crimes,
interestingly in the Barisma years. And then he seemed content
(07:43):
to just wrap up the probe without any charges. Okay,
so income Gary Shapley and this guy Ziegler who happens
to be a Democrat. His name is Joseph Ziegler. And
by the way, he excoriated Democrats for their treatment of
whistleblowers this week before the House Waves Means Committee and
testimony they gave this week.
Speaker 2 (08:03):
Anyway, he didn't.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
Seemed contempt to wrap up the probe without any charges.
The whistleblowers come out. Why didn't the DOJ have to
go to Plan B? What's Planned B? Well, that was
the sweetheart deal for hunter masquerading is justice In other words,
if it wasn't for a brave judge. Three things made
this possible. Rudy Giuliani's attorney, guy by the name of
(08:26):
Bob Costello, is one of the top attorneys in the country.
He got a copy of the hard drive of Hunter Biden,
gave it to Rudy And this is why the FBI
was prebunking it in the lead up to the twenty
twenty presidential election, you know, meeting weekly with big tech
organizations and telling them you might be victims of a
(08:47):
misinformation campaign. It may be about Hunter or Joe Biden.
And sure enough, the laptop story breaks in the New
York Post. And then, by the way, they had confirmed
the authenticity of the laptop in March of twenty twenty.
They knew it was real. And when Facebook and Twitter
asked the FBI is this misinformation like you were warning
(09:07):
us about or is this real? They would not comment.
They knew what was real. They should have commented, because
they created an environment where the story was censored. And
that was the biggest campaign contribution Joe Biden could ever get.
There was one poll I think showed about seventeen percent
of voters, you know, saying that if they had known
(09:27):
about Hunter Biden's laptop story, they never ever would have
voted for Joe Biden. Well, that would have been a
game changer anyway. So plan B was, we'll give him
a sweetheart deal. Then we have the brave judge in
Delaware who actually read the play agreement and is shocked.
And remember they buried the gun diversion charge aspect of this,
(09:52):
you know, in one part of it where it was
definitely not appropriate. And then the judge says to the prosecution,
if you ever we're seeing a deal like this before,
because I haven't, And then the prosecution had to admit, no,
they'd never seen a deal like that either. That's how
great a sweetheart deal that was. So that didn't work. Now,
then we have the whole issue of the contradiction of
(10:16):
David Weiss. He tells one senator one story about his
authority and ability to charge in other jurisdictions, and then
he tells a congressman a whole different story. And then,
of course, when the whistleblowers came out, they said, well,
we took contemporaneous notes and David Weiss was very clear
(10:37):
that he did not have any authority at all whatsoever
to charge in other jurisdictions like DC in California. These
charges by the way yesterday out of California. And now
that directly contradicted testimony before Congress of Merrick Carland that said, no,
I did give him that authority. So we know that
Garland didn't tell the truth. And then rather this guy
(10:58):
dragged his feet before, you didn't want to charge at all,
then comes up with a sweetheart deal, and then after
all this comes out and is exposed, then all of
a sudden he becomes a special counsel. Well, now we've
got charges. We've got the gun charges, now we've got
the tax charges, and all of this is all evidence
of what Jim Jordan's Committee Judiciary is looking into, and
(11:20):
that is whether or not the DOJ and the FBI
have been politicized and weaponized. You know, deeply humiliating for
David Weiss and Merrick Garland in my opinion, but I
don't think they have any shame about this at all.
Could you imagine if this was Donald Trump? Forget tens
of millions of dollars? I mean, just go through the
list of what what the Comer committee, what what the
ways and means commit what all this information that they have.
(11:44):
I mean, there's so much out there that implicates Joe Biden.
And this is the point that I want to get to.
This is not really about Hunter Biden. This goes way
beyond Hunter Biden on so many different levels. And we'll
get to all of this in a minute here. But
you know, you got to remember, Joe Biden lied to us.
He said never once did he ever talk to his son,
(12:07):
his brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign
business deals. We know for a fact that he did.
We know that Devin Archer testified to that point, to
that fact. We know that he is aware himself of
over twenty meetings with Hunter and foreign business partners where
they in fact discussed these business deals and that Joe
(12:29):
Biden was the brand and what they were selling is
the brand. And the one thing that we don't have is,
you know, any services rendered for the tens of millions
of dollars of money that we're talking about, that these
these moneies were put in shell corporations. According to James Calmer,
those shell corporations just moved the money around. They weren't
real businesses, they weren't real LLCs, and they moved the
(12:53):
money around here, there and everywhere, and then they transferred
to they've identified ten Biden family members, including Joe and
including grandchildren. I want to know what the grandchildren did
to get money from China, Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Kazakhstan.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
What did they do for the money? You know?
Speaker 1 (13:10):
What about the SARS report, the suspicious activity reports? What
about the show corporations? If Joe did nothing wrong, why
did he lie over and over and over again, including
this week, on this issue. If you look at the
sheer amount of money that they're talking about, it is
astronomical and we can see no services rendered. They had
not identified any of it. You know, did Joe Biden
(13:34):
take official actions like when he leveraged the billion taxpayer
dollars that was official Obama administration policy in December of
twenty fifteen by leveraging our billion dollars to get the
prosecutor investigating his son and Barisma, an oil and gas giant,
you know, get the prosecutor off their back. Five days
(13:54):
after a call with Hunter and Barisma executives when they
were in Dubai and Joe was in Washington. Five days
after that, Joe leverage the money. What was the consequence
of that? Hunter continued to get paid. Why is that significant?
Hunter in his own words, admits he had no experience
at all whatsoever an oil, gas, energy, coal or Ukraine. Then,
(14:15):
of course the what's app message? Another energy deal, this
time with China. I'm sitting here with my father that one.
We'll get into that in a second. This is a
big deal. But let me just say it this way.
This is the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations.
This is way deeper than Hunter quick break right back,
we'll continue. Let me jump ahead of myself just a
(14:38):
little bit here and let me bring up this issue
if I can about you know, how is this going
to impact the twenty twenty four presidential race. I'm going
to tell you right now we will get a sign
of where this is all headed as it relates to
Joe Biden. Is the reason I keep saying it is
the Joe Biden bribery honey laundering scandal allegations. There's a reason,
(15:02):
because he's up to his eyeballs in it. That's why
he lied so often. That's why I guess he was
able to afford that beach house and that corvette and
all the other things and have his son pay for
his repair bills and half his income went to Pops
and all that other stuff, all those other implications. But
here's the big test that'll happen next week is going
(15:23):
to be a vote in the House on whether an
impeachment inquiry should begin. Will Democrats join Republicans and vote
for that impeachment inquiry? Because they usually circle the wagons.
Republicans create circular firing squads. If they circle the wagons,
that's an indication Joe is.
Speaker 2 (15:43):
Going bye bye.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
All right, So much to talk to twenty five till
the top of the hour, eight hundred and nine point one.
Sean our number if you want to be a part
of the program. John Solomon, who really has broken every
story involving the Bidens.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
He'll check in with us today.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
A great legal analysis on this issue from the get go,
Greg Jarrett and then later Jay Seculo, the chief counsel
for the American Center for Law and Justice. We got
a lot of angles we got to cover here, and
we'll hit them all and some new news today, But
the real issue this is not just about Hunter.
Speaker 2 (16:18):
I know.
Speaker 1 (16:18):
The news is what the news is, and that is
federal prosecutors now filing these new felony charges and misdemeanor
charger charges against Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son and quote,
rather than pay his taxes, the defendants spent millions of
dollars on an extravagant lifestyle. Okay, So, and by the way,
(16:41):
doesn't the don't the Democrats always excoriate, you know, the
rich that don't pay their fair share. I would say
that by definition the amount of money we're talking about,
that the Bidens are all rich and they weren't paying
their fair share. I thought they hated people that cheat
on taxes. Can you imagine if this was one of
(17:02):
the Trump kids, God help you imagine if this was
any conservative, any Republican? And how is it that David
Weiss let the Barisma tax years expire? In terms of
the Statute of limitations. You know, I never got a
dime from China. Another big Joe Biden lie. So when
(17:23):
you look at it all, you know they have botched
this from the beginning. And then you know you have
David Weiss telling these irs whistleblowers, Oh, I don't have
the power and authority to go further into these other jurisdictions.
Merrick Garland say in the opposite to Congress and Weiss
on another occasion writing one elected official saying, I do
(17:46):
have the authority to do it. None of it makes sense.
So it goes on for four or five years, whatever
length of time it was. The statute of limitation runs
out on the Barisma years that was not an accident.
Then the first deal is no charges at all. Then
the whistleblowers come out and they say, oh no, what
are we going to do? Okay, so they come up
(18:07):
with a sweetheart deal, and then because that fell apart
because of a Delaware judge, now all of a sudden
they're being charged. I don't think this is the plan
that David Weiss originally had. As a matter of fact,
it was not. You know, there's always been an effort here.
Let us be clear. They don't really care about Hunter Biden.
This came out in the last two weeks that hmmm, well,
(18:30):
we wonder if Hunter is going to be the sacrificial
lamb in all this. It's not about Hunter. It's always
been and continues to be about protecting Joe Biden as president.
As I've mentioned going to the break. You know, big
test will come next week when in the House of
Representatives they will have a vote In this vote, they
(18:50):
will vote to decide whether the impeachment inquiry will become official.
The question is not about Republicans, although I'm sure guys
like Ken Buck are going to be you listen, maybe
some others I don't know, But will Democrats do what
they usually do and circle the wagons or will they
be following the criticism of Joe When you have outspoken
(19:12):
liberal voices like Maureen Dowd of The New York Times
and James Carville and Van Jones and David Axelrod all
speaking out pretty harshly against Joe Biden. You know, is
this going to be the opportunity that Democrats have wanted
to push Joe off the ticket and run somebody else
in twenty twenty four? And then, for those of you
(19:35):
that were critical of me, Hannity, why do you pay
attention to Newsom because he's right there at the top
of the list. Joe Biden, I've been saying, is one
big fall away from being off the ticket. He has
a bad fall forget it, He's done. That's why they
have a whole team trying to protect him from falling anyway.
(19:56):
And then on top of that, now now they've got
this big issue here in terms of of his involvement
and that they're gonna they're willing to sacrifice Hunter if
it means that Joe Biden gets off scott free. But
I don't think that's going to be possible because without
Joe there is no Biden brand that Devin Archer talked about.
There are no multimillion dollar payouts from Romania, Russia, China, Kazakhstan,
(20:21):
Ukraine and all these other all these other countries. There
is no cushy job on the board of Barisma. There
is no you know, million dollar payments from the Chinese
energy giants CEFC. There's no one point five billion dollar
deal with the Bank of China either, you know there
there would be no mysterious shell corporations, but for Joe Biden,
(20:44):
there wouldn't be the one hundred and fifty or whatever
suspicious activity reports. The entire case revolves around Joe Biden
on the surface level. It's way deeper and what they
have been able to find with TARS reports, what we've
now discovered, the lies that Joe has told, they are
(21:05):
beyond significant. If Joe did nothing wrong, why would he
lie about ever talking to his son about his foreign
business deals, and yet we have photographic evidence of Joe
at the Cafe Milano, for example, with the Russian oligarch
former First Lady of Moscow, Elena Battarina. That's a three
and a half million dollar deal. Devin Archer mentioned over
(21:28):
a one hundred million that she invested in their real
estate endeavors.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
That's a lot of money.
Speaker 1 (21:33):
Now, all of these deals are happening at a time
where Hunter admittedly is addicted to drugs and I believe
alcohol at the time. I think it's also a time
when he didn't want to pay child support payments. And
the sheer amount of money, tens of millions of dollars,
is a lot. I'd like to know what they did,
(21:54):
what services they offered or rendered for such an exorbitant
sum of money, to know what the grandkids did. But
there's no real good answer for that, is there. But
I'm just telling you, you know, this wouldn't have happened
but for a few things falling into place. One Rudy
(22:14):
Giuliani's attorney, Bob Costello, gets a hold of the hard
drive the laptop of Hunter Biden and by the way,
the FBI, you know, they authenticated that laptop in March
of twenty twenty. Why was the FBI then warning Big
Tech that they may be victims of a misinformation campaign
and may be about Joe and Hunter Biden. Well, they
(22:35):
were pre bunking the story that they knew pretty damn
well was going to be leaked, and finally it got
printed in the New York Post and then it got
completely censored by social media because the FBI had been
prepping them the whole time that this may happen and
convincing them that this was likely a misinformation campaign in
the weeks leading up to the election. You see how
(22:57):
deep this all goes. This this, this is getting more
interesting by the day.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
Now.
Speaker 1 (23:03):
I got a lot of other, you know, information surrounding this.
The evidence on Hunter Biden's laptop in some ways actually
shows that Joe Biden unwillingly paid for these let's call
them women of the Night.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
Is that a nice way to put on Linda Women
of the Night? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (23:23):
And by well, first of all, Hunter is lashing out
against evil Republicans. He did an interview the first since
his tax fraud indictments, and you know, after being slapped
with these nine tax fraud charges last night, Hunter Biden
is lashing out against Republicans, describing them this morning as evil,
claiming they're trying to kill him. He said in a
podcast interview published today that Republicans in the right wing
(23:46):
media are trying to destroy him, to bring down his
father's presidency.
Speaker 2 (23:49):
Quote. What they're trying to do is they're trying to.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
Kill me, knowing that it will be a pain greater
than my father could be able to handle.
Speaker 4 (23:59):
Back the export, recognizing your resentments and trying to let
them go. That's the way that I do it. The
way that I do it is number one, I recognize
that none of this is necessarily about me. They are
trying to in their most illegitimate way, but rational way,
(24:19):
they're trying to destroy a presidency, and so it's not
about me and their most base way, what they're trying
to do is they're trying to kill me, knowing that
it will be a pain greater than my father could
be able to handle, and so therefore destroying a presidency
(24:41):
in that way. And so I realized that that it's
not about me.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
I realized it's not about me. And then the second
thing that I realized is that these people are just
sad very, very sick people that have most likely just
faced traumas in their lives. He said, slip it on
the people that just exposed truth. They've decided that they're
going to turn into an evil that they decided that
(25:09):
they're going to inflict on the rest of the world. Really, uh, Hunter,
you might have too high an opinion of yourself. Then
he goes on to say, there was a point where
the advice from smart people in the room was that
you know, this was nothing more than a distraction as
related to what really matters to the American people, and
adding my voice to it would only add fuel to
(25:30):
the fire. Now that thesis has been completely blown out
of the water, because it's not possible that fire could
be any hotter. Okay, keep talking, Hunter, I don't think
it's going to help you. We also have evidence that
the laptop shows that well in a way, that that
Joe Biden unwillingly paid for these ladies of the night.
(25:53):
You know, we have texts on Hunter's laptop show that
Joe sent hundred five thousand dollars in cash after Hunter
requested emergency cash a transfer from Joe to pay for
one of his escorts. In one case, Joe Biden wired
his son five thousand dollars less than three hours before
he filmed a dispute with an escort over a ten
(26:15):
thousand dollars payment at a cottage in Boston, mass And
Hunter Biden's texts exchange with quote Eva his primary point
of contact for a Russian linked escorts service. That was
January eighteen, twenty nineteen. By the way, that's great intel,
I'm sure for Vladimir Putin. Hunter Biden requested Eva send
(26:36):
over one of her escorts to the cottage during the
early hours of January eighteenth, that was twenty nineteen. A
few hours after the escort arrived, he texted Eva asking
how much it would cost for another eight hours of
the escort's time. Eva said the total charge for sixteen
hours would be nine five hundred bucks. At five seventeen
pm that day, Eva directed that he wire the funds
(26:58):
to a bank account linked to a woman with a
Russian email address.
Speaker 2 (27:03):
Wow. Pretty amazing.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
And then if you want to take it a step further,
what we're learning is, according to the indictment filed last
night by the Biden DOJ against Hunter, that he spent
over six hundred thousand dollars on payments to various women
for quote, personal services and when the women weren't available,
Hunter spent nearly two hundred thousand dollars on porn and
(27:26):
strip clubs, and all of it apparently was tax free.
According to what Hunter claimed on his tax returns. Hunter
Biden spent his cash on drugs, escorts, girlfriends, luxury hotels,
rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, other items of a personal nature, enshorret,
pretty much everything but his taxes that the rest of
us have to pay. You know, only the little people
(27:48):
pay taxes. That was, you know, infamously linked to Leona Helmsley.
Whether she said it or not, I don't know. Weis
highlight that Biden used a business lineup credit to make
more than twenty seven thousand dollars in payment to a
porn site. How do you spend twenty seven thousand dollars
on a porn site?
Speaker 2 (28:07):
Linda? You know the Internet? I don't know anything about
the internet. How do you do that? Did al Gore
create that?
Speaker 3 (28:13):
I want to say for the record that I have
no idea how you do that, and I am sad
that you think I know how to do that. I
do not know how to facilitate any of the things
that this cycle.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
Yeah, but you could think you could.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
Porn payments were among nearly one hundred and eighty nine
thousand dollars that Hunter spent on adult entertainment while not
paying taxes, including ten thousand dollars of payment for that
sex club. Remember we talked about that more than six
hundred and eighty thousand dollars went to these women while
Biden wasn't paying Uncle Sam claims as a false deduction
(28:43):
for consulting that was in truth and in fact, payments
to various women who were he was either romantically involved
with or otherwise performing quote personal services. Now House Republican
says that charges tax charges against Hunter just a tip
of the iceburg. This is Representative Carlo Jmenez telling Maria Bartouromo,
(29:05):
this is part of the Biden family criminal enterprise. We
need to keep following this. I know we're just hitting
the tip of the iceberg here. I don't think we've
gotten to the bottom yet. And he went on to
demand that President Biden come clean about his own alleged
