Speaker 1 (00:00):
I glad you with us. Hope you're feeling the same
urgency that I am feeling in that is the urgency,
that is you being the ultimate jury in thirty six days.
The one thing I can tell you is we will
get the government we deserve if we're not vigilant, if
you don't participate, if you don't vote, if you don't
(00:21):
take it seriously, if you think, h my vote doesn't matter, Yeah,
every vote matters. All of you have congressmen that will
be running this foreigner and thirty five Republicans that are running.
That means one in your district. Wherever you happen to live,
many of you are going to be voting on important
Senate races. Joni Ernston Iowa. These are seats that are
(00:43):
must hold for Republicans. Martha McSally out in the great Well.
It's a great city you have in Arizona. That the
great city of Arizona. Another Joe Biden gaff Or, I
don't care if it's Purdue. Don't take Georgia for granted,
don't take North Carolina not, you know, for granted. With Tillis,
(01:07):
you might not always agree with Susan Collins, but that's
gonna be an important vote. The two the two congressional
districts that have one electoral vote, Nebraska District Number two
and Main District two, could actually make the difference between
a tie of two sixty nine each and putting Donald
(01:29):
Trump over the top of two seventy. That's if you
if you go through all the varying electoral vote scenarios,
that's that is a particular scenario that could unfold. Believe
it or not. We have James O'Keefe coming up later
in the program today. What did he find his latest
undercover video ballot harvesting in the great state of Minnesota
(01:55):
in Congresswoman Omar's district. You have the ballot harvester on tape,
Laban muhammad Is and their money is everything. Money is
king in this world. If you got no money, you
shouldn't be here, period. You know what I'm saying. Money
is everything in a campaign is managed by money goes on.
Numbers don't lie. Numbers do not lie. You can see
(02:17):
my car is full and all of these here are
absentee ballots, can't you see look at all these? My
car is full. Now one of the people that is
claiming that on tape that they were paid to vote
a certain way. We sign the when we signed the
voting document and they fill it out is when they
(02:40):
give us the money, anywhere between two hundred and eight
hundred dollars. Apparently. We'll have more on this breaking news
story at the when James joins us later in the program.
The minute we signed the ballot the thing for the election,
that's when we get paid. Then they targeted specific elderly
or senior communities, one apparently called River Plaza Apartments. It's
(03:04):
all on video tape. We're gonna show you on Hannity tonight.
Minneapolis Somali Community Insider. It's an open secret that Congresswoman
Omar will do anything that she can do to get elected,
and she has hundreds of people on the streets doing that.
A little scary, but if you listen to the mob
and the media, and you listen to the Democrats, oh
(03:25):
there's no problem. We have a thousand convictions, thirteen hundred
recent examples that we have gone into great depth and
detail on this program with pretty pretty scary. The attacks
against Judge Amy Coney Barrett officially announced by the President's
Saturday at the White House. You know, they even started
(03:47):
before once her name was bannered about. Now, just understand,
we're gonna do everything we can do to slow it down.
We're gonna do everything we can do to stop it. Yeah,
you do this, We'll lend the legislative filibuster. You do this,
all bets are off. Everything's on the table, including stacking
or packing the court. Joe Biden won't answer the question
whether or not he supports that. I mean, well, for
(04:10):
some of these people, they may want to read their
Constitution attacking her deeply held religious faith. And by the way,
it happens to be the same faith as Joe Biden
and Nancy Pelosi. She's Catholic. Okay. I think the President
was right saying I thought this debate ended a long
time ago with JFK and the media with them. Apparently not.
(04:37):
But you know this is only the beginning. They and
Chuck Schumer was the worst. Civil rights in jeopardy, voting
rights in jeopardy. You know, abortion rov way, it is
in jeopardy. It's none of what they say is true.
They don't care. It's Robert Borke, it's Clarence Thomas, it's
Justice Cavanaugh all over again. Think they're gonna have a
(04:59):
harder time, they think. Here mother of seven, including two
adopted children from Haiti. Oh. There was some vicious comments
made the former I guess one of the organizers we've
played at the other day, what is the name Malika Tamary.
I think her name is Yah Mallory. That's it. Yeah,
(05:20):
you have a Boston University professor and a CBS News contributor.
They had a lot of backlash after suggesting that Amy
Coney Barrett is a quote white colonizer for adopting two
black children. Both some white colonizers adopted black children. They
civiliz I can't even I can't even read what they said.
(05:43):
It's so over the top, you know, in superior ways
of white people using them as props in their lifelong
pictures of denial, while cutting the biological parents of these
children out of the picture of humanity. My Boston University
professors tweeting this out and saying it on all of
(06:04):
these cable networks, the things that we're hearing, it's unbelievable.
It's it's pretty shocking. And by the way, you would
think that liberals would be happy because she is going
to be what the fifth woman now to serve on
the US Supreme Court. They just don't like her judicial philosophy.
One is that you don't legislate from the bench. You
believe in separation of powers. You believe in coequal branches
(06:27):
of government, and it's not the role of a judge
to legislate from the bench. That would be a textualist.
That would be somebody an originalist or a constitutionalist. You
know what she believes in that the words of our
Constitution had real intent and real meaning. Freedom of speech, religion, press,
pro second Amendment rights, they all mean something. She believes
(06:51):
in all all of those fundamental things. What you want
somebody that's going to what dictate to the nation how
policy should be. No, that that would be the roll
the legislative branch and the executive branch. They signed the
law or they or if you have a process whereby
if the president veto is a law that was passed
by Congress, you have a shot to override the veto.
(07:12):
That's called separation of powers. When there's a conflict between
the executive branch and the legislative branch, that incomes the
third branch of government, the judicial branch. Anyway, she's not
an activist said very very specifically. It said she's not
looking to recreate settled law or precedent or legislator from
the bench. You wouldn't You wouldn't know it listening to liberals.
(07:36):
I mean, you would think she wants to overturn roadway,
but she said it's never. She doesn't believe that ever
is going to happen. It's just unbelievable. She's never weighed
in on abortion, but they're trying to make make it
that that's the case when it's not. You know, it's
Yahoo News publishing an article reading the Amy Coney Barrett,
you know, the potential replacement of Ruth Bader Ginsburgh hates
(08:01):
your uterus. Router's openly wondering if this is the beginning
of the Handmaid's tale US Supreme Court candidates religious community
under scrutiny. Router's one of many outlets like CBS and
like I guess, MSDNC, attempting to use the dystopian Handmaid's
(08:21):
Tale to smear Barrett's deeply held religious faith. Look, Pelosi
is Catholic, Biden is Catholic. Okay, that's there. That's between them,
their church and their conscience and their belief in God,
who's part of the equation. It's none of our business.
And again you just Article six, clause three the Constitution,
(08:43):
No religious tests shall ever be required as a qualification
to any office or public trust under the United States. Yeah,
Biden then Pelosi, they both take positions, for example, on
abortion that are not part of church doctrine. That that's
none of our business. That's between them, their church and God. Unbelievable.
(09:04):
She's extremely bright, extremely well qualified, and they want to
vilify her and create a false image that she is
an extremist, unfit to serve. And they'll tell any lie,
they'll use any smear, any slander to do it. Routers also,
you know, does anyone question Biden or Pelosi's face? No,
(09:25):
nor should they any mean. Newsweek published the same baseless
attacks against Judge Barrett, so did several other so called
news organizations. The attacks on her character didn't stop there,
you know. But it is just standard fair, isn't it.
It's what we've come to expect. The White House. The
(09:46):
President improved with Kavanaugh. He's not going to back down.
They have the votes in the US Senate. If the
Democrats want to delay, they can actually call a vote now.
If they wanted to, they don't have to have any process.
They're gonna try and shut it down. They're going to
try and hold over Republicans heads that they'll do all
these extremist things like eliminate the legislative filibuster, stack impact
(10:09):
the courts, try and get rid of the electoral College.
We can impeach the president for any reason, any day
of the week. President's right. I thought the issue of Catholicism,
I thought we settled that with JFK. By the way,
where's Joe Biden on this anti Catholic bigotry? You know,
it doesn't matter what her faith is. Nancy Pelosi won't condone,
(10:32):
you know, won't condemn the attacks. Unbelievable anyway. She gave
a very you know, very humble speech. I thought on Saturday,
if Corey Booker saying that, you know, if she will
recuse herself in terms of any election issues, No, that's
not how it works, mister Booker, That's not if she's
(10:53):
on the court. She's on the court. You know, does
that mean if any matter that has to do with
let's say one of Obama's choices, do they have to
recuse themselves? Did you demand that no, you did not. Anyway,
it's pretty unbelievable, it's pretty ugly, and it's pretty predictable.
(11:13):
It's very predictable, you know. It's a disgraceful criticism to
attack and attack and attack. I predicted this is going
to happen, I said, buckle up. I hope her family's ready.
Why is Biden's silent on the issue of whether or
not he supports stacking the court? I think that I'm
not going to allow Donald Trump's distractions from getting in
(11:36):
the way. What are you talking about it? Are you
or are you not in favor of stacking the court
with liberal justices? Tell the American people, release your list? Joe?
All right, so we got the big debate tomorrow, and
look at my guess. Is Joe Biden, by the way,
he's in hiding all weekend and in hiding since I
(11:57):
guess what Thursday now preparing for the which I argue
he's probably been preparing for the entire time. Is Joe
capable of memorizing four points on every topic? I would
argue probably is after months of practice. I would think
he could. Is Joe going to act animated and feign
outrage like he did it in the CNN town hall. Yeah.
(12:19):
I think that's going to be his style. Is he
going to be looking to attack President Trump every step
of the way and is it possible for him to
do it and not have you know what some of
these horrible moments, I don't know. That's the untold, that's
the unanswered. That's the question I can tell you right now.
(12:40):
Democrats are just they are going to be on pins
and needles the whole time. You know, it's where does
he want to take the country. What do he stated
policies are scare the hell out of me, New Green Deal,
higher taxes, no energy, independence, open borders, amnesty, United Sanctuary
States of America, liberal justices on the court. Wow. Re
(13:05):
confiscation a well through, you know, confiscatory taxation, putting all
that bureaucracy Donald Trump dismantled back in place. But we're
gonna give mullas and I ran another one hundred and
fifty billion dollars cash and other currency. As they chant
that to America, unbelievable. I love these Hollywood hypocrites, you know,
(13:25):
the ones that they don't have to worry about getting
on a plane and wearing their mask and going through
security because they can afford their their private aircraft, just
like they don't have to worry about defunding the police
because they can afford their private security. You know, they're
they're out there just it's vile, it's it's just horrific
(13:45):
what they've been doing. And mentioned Bill Maher, I mean,
he's just he's just a repulsive guy. Period. Um. You know,
keep making this um, these comparisons. Amy, it's like a
hybrid of aunt Lydia and a Stepford wife. Diane Mooren
tweeting out, wow, and aunt Lydia apparently the villain and
(14:09):
the Handmaid's Tale? How much chalk can one blackboard stand?
Ellen Barkin tweeting out, when's the last time she ever
did anything of any significance on the big screen? Adam Goldberg,
Ruth Bader Ginsburg turning in her grave. Wow, unbelievable. Then
(14:31):
other left wingers, you know, they're the same fear tactics.
She will get rid of the Affordable Care Act, meaning Obamacare.
How well did that work out? We're all paying two
hundred percent more, millions lost their doctors and millions lost
their plans, and almost forty percent of the country has
one Biden Obamacare exchange option. That's it. You know, Ellen Barkin,
(14:52):
you know his hashtag at STFU ACB. You know, to
shut the blank up, Amy Cony Barrett. I just don't
believe Alec Baldwin is only another card that is psycho
turns over to destroy the constitution. Dever Messing, no different, predictable.
(15:14):
We'll continue, Let's do this. Suit up, Shindawn and he'll
take the lead. This is the Sean Hannity Show, a
tipping point of all tipping points. Suit up, let's go.
It's time to protect the constitution. You know you have
(15:35):
a right to vote. Now. We have an election map.
It's an interactive map. We built it out. It's informational only.
It's okay, how do you register in your state? It'll
tell you when does early voting started? Maybe it's already
started in your state. It will tell you. It will
tell you what if you want to vote Apps and
TEE this year, how do you do it? It will
(15:55):
tell you who is running for your congressional seat. It
will tell you if you're gonna vote for the president,
you're gonna you know, go out either vote that vote
election day. You might as well elect Republicans because otherwise
it's gonna be another shift show, Pelosi show, and it'll
be like impeachment every every two seconds, as she's promising
(16:18):
all that matters. Um, I want to get into this
whole issue New York Times bombshell on the president's taxes.
You know, I found one part in particular very funny.
He got a refund of I forgot what, however, seventy
million dollars or something. A refund That would mean that
the government approved the refund. That would mean that they
(16:39):
actually had to cut him a check to give him
the refund, you know. And I'm sitting there saying, okay, Well,
when you have losses in business as a means of
incentivizing people to go into business, legitimate losses, and you
write it off your taxes, so business people do. Um.
(17:01):
That is that's the system the swamp designed, which if
you want to get rid of it, and you're not
gonna have any deductions, you're not gonna have anybody building
any business any place anywhere. You know, if you look at,
for example, those that go into the restaurant business, think
of what you got to do to get a restaurant open. Now,
you either have to rent the property or buy the property.
Start there, okay. Then you then you got to build
(17:24):
it out. So you have your bar, you have your kitchen,
you have your dining areas, right, okay, Then you've got
to you know, you gotta put the lights on. Then
you probably have to put TVs in. And then you
have to hire Let's see, you need chefs and and
you know of dishwashers and cooks and bartenders and waiters
(17:46):
and waitresses and busboys and bus girls and everybody in between.
All right, so you gotta start paying them. Then you
got to go out and buy all the food. Then
you got to buy all the booze, you know, Then
you have to stock at all. And then okay, how
much is somebody really willing to pay for a cheeseburger?
How much can you make? You got to buy the food.
You got to make sure that the fish you buy,
(18:07):
the food you buy, the meat you buy is fresh,
the produce you buy is fresh. A lot of waste
sometimes in restaurants. Okay, so you got a factor in that.
But how much can you charge for a hamburger or
a cheeseburger, or a steak or shrimp scampy or shrimp cocktail, whatever,
you're happen to lie what a clams on the half
sh whatever it is, And all right, so you make
(18:29):
a little bit, you have to have a lot of
volume to start making money. And most restaurants, after they
lay out all of that money in the hope and
dream that one day it'll get so busy that they'll
be making money. And most restaurants don't succeed, but they
get to write all of that off on their taxes.
(18:49):
So let's say, you know, okay, well you could say
net profits or this, but if you start taking your
legal deductions, it's whatever. But anyway, it's neither here nor there.
This is not the bombshell the New York Times, and
they won't give you their sourcing nor that. Then they're
admitting in the article they don't have all the information
and that the president used legitimate tax deductions on his
(19:14):
tax that, by the way, that is all legal. If
you don't like the system, you ask yourself, does the
New York Times do it? New York Times? If they've
written things off, let's see their taxes. The most fascinating
side of it, though, is the Times pretty much reported
the exact same story on October first, twenty sixteen. It's
(19:37):
pretty much the same story. The Times first reported that
four years ago, was eight days before the second presidential
debate with Hillary Clinton. Oh sure, just a miracleincidence. So
not only is today's Times quote bombshell, a total rerun,
but they're using the same old, stale playbook that didn't
work the first time that they tried it. And that
(19:59):
is oh I have the article. October first, twenty sixteen,
Donald J. Trump declared nine hundred and sixteen million dollars
in losses on his nineteen ninety five income tax return,
a tax deduct deductions so substantial it could have allowed
him to legally avoid paying any federal income taxes for
up to eighteen years. Records obtained by The New York
(20:21):
Times show that's October first, twenty sixteen. Let's recycle this
story nineteen ninety five. Records never before disclosed reveal the
extraordinary tax benefits that mister Trump and Republican presidential nominees. Look,
you gotta understand, it's even like a casino. You think
about that they got to build that place out. Well,
(20:43):
there are there are illegal deductions. If you own a
contracting business and you buy a truck for your contracting business.
You get to deduct the cost of the truck, You
get to the deduct the cost of the tools that
you that you need for your craft. You know, it's
it's all of that. I doubt there's nobody that pays
(21:05):
taxes listening to my voice right now that has not
taken legal deductions. I take the least amount possible. I'm
just an idiot because I just I know my file
is pulled every year, so I bother and I've known
it most of my public career. But yeah, my advice
to everybody's always pay pay it. That's that's why it's
(21:27):
kind of scary. Look at what New York's talking about.
They're talking about massive tax increases. Joe Biden another day
off the campaign trail. They call a lid is what
they call it. Nine fifty two am. So my take
on this is because we haven't seen Biden in days
and days and days pretty much half of the month
(21:49):
of September. This guy has put a lid on his
campaign or had no events scheduled whatsoever for almost half
the month. And it's pretty it's unprecedented. Why are they
always calling a lid? A lid means that there. You
won't see her, hear from the campaign for the rest
of the day. We're done breaking news nine fifty two
(22:09):
am today. Well, what is going on with Joe? See,
I think he's been in his basement bunker and they
pretty much realize that he can't go out on the
campaign trail without him being an unmitigated disaster. So they're
minimizing access there. If he has to show up for
the debates. He'll lose if he doesn't show up. So
they got to put all their marbles in the hopes
(22:30):
that Okay, we're gonna spend all this time. We'll put
him on the perfect clock where his peak cognitive hour
of the day is nine pm Easter. By the way,
this is a total guests on my part. Now, the
president keeps raising the questions, Well, why doesn't he release
what medicines he might be taking? Okay, if it's Donald Trump,
(22:51):
they've been asking that for years. Also, they want everything
on Donald Trump. Okay, Why won't Joe do that? Why
does Joe feel that he can't even answer whether or
not he supports packing the court? Why can't Joe answer
if he supports ending the legislative filibuster? Why can't Joe
answer whether he supports eliminating the Electro college. I don't
(23:12):
want it to be a distraction. It's a trick by
the Trump campaign. Trick what are your positions you want
to be president? It'd be nice of us to all know.
So anyway, they put the lid out there at nine
fifty two. My guess is, look, he didn't collapse in
these other debates, although Kamala Harris beat him up pretty
bad in that one debate. And my belief is Joe
(23:33):
is probably studying four talking points on every topic. This
would be my guess, and that Joe's and he's practicing
an attack, two attacks for every topic against Donald Trump,
and he's gonna come out. He's gonna feign the same
anger because that tends to animate him more than he
normally is, like he did in the town hall with
(23:53):
Anderson Cooper. So anyway, lid is called at nine fifty two.
But he did did find time on Saturday Day to
compare the president to Joseph Galluables, the propaganda minister under
Adolph Hitler, and he also as well as comparing him
to Fidel Castro. I'm not sure anybody that hadn't already
made up their mind there for Trump, all he's but
(24:15):
who knows, But but that's you know, he's sort of
like gobels. You say the lie long enough, keep repeating, repeating, repeating,
it becomes common knowledge that they think, Look, the other week,
I was too modyors you remember, I was too tough.
And now the American people, I think they know who
I am. They know my heart, they know my story,
my family story. And Trump is used these socialism to
(24:36):
scare and distract fluid ins from a failed pandemic. And look,
here's the guy. He's refused to grant temporary protective status
of Venezuelans. He's embraced dictators around the world. It's ridiculous.
You know, I think people see very clearly the difference
between me and Donald Trump. Trump is, you know, is
a Trump is clearing protests in front of the White
(24:59):
House that are peaceful. You know, it's a military. This
guy's more Castro than Churchill, more Castro than Churchill. By
the way, Biden caught in another lie, and that is
that he went to Delaware State University, historically black college.
Just like his lie about well, he got the endorsement
(25:19):
of the NAACP just like his plagiarism issues from in
the case of Robert Kennedy and Neil Kinnock. Joe Biden,
by the way, we did break this on Friday night,
calling America's military heroes stupid bastards in a speech. You
can hear him saying it. Media mob of course, ignoring
all of that. And you know it's just I have
(25:42):
incredibly good judgment, he says. One, I married Jill, his wife, Jill. Two,
I appointed Johnson to the Academy, and I just want
you to know that. Clap for that, you stupid bastards. Wow.
Biden had added that the soldiers, soldiers must be slow.
What a dull bunch, he said, Thank okay, media going
(26:03):
to talk about his treatment of the military, his words
before the military. Jill Biden seems to be doing more
interviews than Joe at this point. And I guess they're
so confident their media buddies will do all of this anyway.
Jill Biden shut down a question from fake Jake Tapper
about any gaff her husband will make. Oh, you can't.
(26:23):
You can't even go there, She said, yeah, they can
if we except there in the tank for you there. Oh,
but state run TV over there if fake news CNN
just like every other media outlet, and you know, in
other words, the occasional gaff. That's all he's asked about,
the occasional gaff. After Donald Trump. You can't even say
the word gaff. I can't even say the word gaff.
(26:46):
Tapper says, nope, done, it's gone. She responds, over so over,
she said, Oh, okay, I guess they're just laying out
new rules. Joe also revealed that he first became a
set editor one hundred and eighty years ago. You can't
make that up either, anyway, Joe Biden was saying it. Yeah, well,
(27:08):
I started my Senate career one hundred and eighty years ago.
I'd say that probably is the closest to the truth
he's gotten so far in this campaign. They responded to
the president call his call for a drug test, Oh,
why not medical transparency? Just like we can't get an
answer who's on his list for Supreme Court justices that
he would want to appoint anyway, so he said in
(27:29):
a tweet on Sunday, was the President questioned Biden's previous
debate performances, claiming that there was a disturbingly erratic pattern
in the form of a vice president's performance, adding that
he'd be willing to take a drug test. How about
Joe just reveal, Okay, what medicine are you on? How
is your health? He will be older if he was
(27:50):
ever elected president on day one than Ronald Reagan was
on the last day of eight years as president. Anyway,
The President also taking to the press for skipping over
Hunter Biden scandals. I mean, now we've got Russian oligarchs,
Ukrainian oligarchs. We got wire transfers, we got financial dealings
(28:10):
with the Mayor of Moscow's wife, the first Lady of Moscow,
as she calls herself, money and transfers going to Chinese
national shopping sprees. We have Ukrainian oligarchs, Russian oligarchs, Kazakh
you know, corrupt figures. And now we're discovering even more
pressure by the Obama administration officials to fire the prosecutor.
(28:35):
Could you imagine if it was Donald Trump's kids, what
do you think the reaction would be. Pelosi preparing for
the House to decide the presidency of neither Trump or
Biden win electoral college. Wow, unbelievable, unreal. By the way,
Gail King called out Pelosi's called her out on the
(28:57):
air for egregious rhetoric um talking about the president's henchman.
Tuesday's the big debate. Tuesday's the debate between them, Joe
and Donald Trump. You earlier suggested you don't think Biden
should debate. Do you still feel that way? She still
says he shouldn't debate. Well, well, fine, my guess is
he'll do fine. I think the President will do fine
(29:19):
as well. I think that you know, Joe might actually
have to answer a tough question Biden won't answer if
he supports packing and stacking the Supreme Court. Just thirty
six days and you are the ultimate jury. I hope
you're feeling a sense of urgency. I can tell you
that because it's an urgent moment for the country. I'm
(29:43):
just one vote. Well, all I can do is give
you the information. It's on Hannity dot com. If you'd
like to know how to register in your state, who's
running for Congress, how do you vote absentee, what does
early voting start? It's all there. If you have a
Senate races, those seats are important. Six days. You are
the ultimate Surrey. Hope you are feeling the urgency that
(30:03):
I am in terms of this being a tipping point
election eight hundred and nine four one Sean, you want
to be a part of the program. We'll get to
the president Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett in a
second with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham. Think of though,
(30:23):
what we've learned in just a short period of time,
we'd now finally have evidence that shows that the FBI
knew Christopher Steele's subsource. I remember there were warnings Kathleen
Cavolk before the first fives application was signed. There were
warnings that Christopher Steele had an agenda Hillary, they knew
(30:46):
paid for the dirty We now know Russian disinformation dossier.
We know that the subsource. You know, we find out, yeah,
he was what the FBI knew him to be, a
Russian intel agent for ten years. Wow. Um, pretty pretty explosive.
We learned about Hunter Biden last week and his ties
(31:09):
to oh, let's see the First Lady of Moscow and
financial dealings with Ukrainian oligarchs, Kazakh oligarchs and Russian oligarchs,
and money wire transfers were pretty much everybody and money's
going to Russian nationals, Ukrainian nationals, and Chinese nationals, hundred
(31:33):
thousand dollars shopping sprees for you know, Hunter Biden, zero
experience in any of all this stuff. You don't hear
a word from the mob in the media. Well, Donald
Trump's taxes from fifteen years ago. Oh, that's what they
want to talk about, the same story The New York
Times broke October first, twenty sixteen, pretty much exactly the
same exact story, and all of this come out. We've
(31:56):
also learned from Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein. They signed
these fraudulent FISA applications. What do we learn from them?
We learned well, knowing what we know now, No, we
never would have put our signature on those documents. Wednesday
of this week, James Comey, mister Hiernor himself will be
testifying before Senator Graham's committee now, he claims in an interview,
(32:21):
he said, you know that, in fact, he's not read
the recent report about Steele's subsource and the dossier that
they had known for ten years that he was a
Russian agent suspected of being for a Russian agent for
ten years. Anyway, it's it's pretty breathtaking on every level. Now,
(32:41):
Lindsey Graham was on Maria with Maria bart to Romo
over the weekend, and listen to what he said about
did the FBI look into if Russia was going after Trump?
Because what has the narrative been Trump Russia collusion. There's
no evidence of any such thing at all by anybody anywhere.
Let's listen to a GM. So you are waiting for
(33:02):
a further declassification of evidence this upcoming week that is
in fact more damning than what we're talking about this morning. Well,
all I can say is that there's so what have
we learned everything Russia Trump was looked at. You had
twenty five million dollars, sixty agents, you had subpoenas, you
had people's lives turned upside down. The question is did
(33:23):
they look at Russia coming after Trump? We've got a
Russian spy on the payroll of the Democratic Party putting
together a document that details the FBI is not reliable,
and the FBI uses it four times to get a
warrant against an American citizen, a member of the Trump team.
What accounts for that? There's got to be is clear
(33:45):
to anybody who's looking. They were, they wouldn't take no
for an answer when it came to Trump that we're
out to get the man, out to get the man.
Senator Lindsey Graham finds himself in the center of this
investigation and he will be leading the charge to navigate
the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett through the set of judiciary. Well,
(34:06):
I guess, I guess you're in the middle of a
couple of news cycles here. What specifically were you saying
or telegraphing? Because I know you well enough to know
that there's something deeper behind what you say there. That's
my gut instinct. Am I over the target? Sir? Well,
you're always been over the target when you should do
a show about your show, your television show, in your
(34:28):
radio show. But you should go back for the last
couple of years and replace some of the things you
said when you were saying it in your little group
and nobody else was. So what have we found here?
We found that the dossier that was used to get
a warrant against Carter Page was prepared by a man
on the payroll of the Democratic Party suspected of being
(34:49):
a Russian agent, and the five support was never informed
of the fact he was a suspected Russian spy, and
then they were informed of the fact he gave testimony
the FB. The document wasn't reliable. There's more coming. I
don't know if we can get it be classified as
quick as I would like, but let's just put it
that way. There's more coming about Russia in the twenty
(35:11):
sixteen campaign. So far, the only Russian, if you will say,
influence comes from Hillary side. Because now what we've discovered
here is that, Okay, if Christopher Steele's source was a
known Russia connected agent and known by and this was
(35:32):
something the FBI knew of for over a decade, and
you couple that with the earliest warnings that I've heard.
I heard there's as many as ten twelve instances of
people warning the DOJ and the FBI under Komei before
the first application was even put in. Then that goes
to what I've been saying, which is premeditated fraud on
(35:53):
a FISA court. But more importantly, that would mean that
there is there an odds here that the illusion really
happened with Hillary and Russia. And all I can say
is that we do know that the CIA was warning
the FBI about using the dossier. You're going to find
more about that. Where the CIA was pushing back against
(36:15):
including the dossier in the intelligence assessment provided to President
Trump in twenty seventeen. The CIA didn't believe it was reliable.
The FBI kept wanting to push it make it a
part of the body of the intelligence assessment of the
twenty sixteen election. They finally put it as an identum.
But there was a lot of warning signs coming from
(36:39):
the CIA, coming from the State Department. Bruce or within
the Department of Justice told the FBI team on Crossfire
Hurricane that still wanted Trump to lose, and you need
to watch this guy. So there's just so many stop
signs and they ran every one of them. Well, when
you look at that, or you look at now the
(37:00):
wide contacts of Hunter Biden, I mean, it's amazing the
very thing that the media was all outraged about and
Hunter Biden, you know, his contacts with Russian oligarchs and
Ukrainian oligarchs and Chinese national, Kazakh nationals, Ukrainian nationals, Russian nationals,
and the amount of money that we're talking about here,
and we impeach the president over the Democrats impeach the
(37:23):
president over these very issues, and yet they're silent when
all those news is breaking. Let me switch, because it's
your committee that will be navigating the nomination of Amy
Coney Barrett, who has gotten nothing but high praise from
anybody that knows knows her and has looked at her record,
which I have in detail. In spite of you know,
(37:48):
it doesn't seem to matter to Democrats because they are
saying civil rights are in jeopardy, voting rights are in jeopardy,
women's rights are in jeopardy, women's uteruses are in jeopardy.
I mean, these are actually real reports, and the the
next Cavanaugh is now here, just like Bourke and Clarence Thomas.
How do you see this process unfolding? Is there anything
(38:09):
Chuck Schumer can do and the Democrats to stop this
vote from happening before election day? Well, number one, I
think we have the votes to Confirmer before election day.
The committee will begin on October the twelfth and will
report her out of the committee October the twenty second.
And here's the problem. The Democratic senators on the committee
(38:32):
and then the body as a whole or under a
tremendous amount of pressure to how to stop this domination.
They've raised three hundred million dollars from Act Blue after
the passing of Justice Ginsburg within like three or four days.
So the Democratic base is going nuts. They're going crazy.
They're all over Democratic senators to do whatever they can
(38:53):
to destroy Judge Barrett. I think it will blow up
in their face. But the amount of money coming into
the coffers after the vacancy was created is mind boggling.
And where that money comes in expectation pressure will be applied.
But I would just say this, Sean Schumer and Harry
(39:13):
Reid Center, Schumer and Center and Reid have a lot
to blame themselves for when they decided to change the
rules in twenty thirteen to go to a simple majority.
They sit in motion for what you see today. So
I think is poetic in many ways that this is
happening on Schumer's watch. He called me the night before
(39:33):
they decided to change the rules to go to the
majority in twenty thirteen, and I said, well, Chuck, I
think you'll live to regret it. I think that statement
is coming true. Well, it's look at where the threats
are now going. They're threatening to and the legislative filibuster,
which would be a natural policy progression on their part.
They probably will come to regret that too. They're threatening
(39:55):
to stack the court or pack the court with liberal justices.
Everything's on the table. Keep hearing, that's writing to impeach
the president. We can impeach them every day, Nancy Pelosi says.
So my question though, is there and apparently they have
this ability to what go to a two hour rule?
Does that impact your ability to do what you need
(40:15):
to do before the twenty second I am confident that
I can conduct the hearings in a fashion to give
them an opportunity. Democrats to challenge Judge Barrett on her
qualifications or experience or temperament, whether or not she can
take her religious beliefs and put them aside when it
comes to judging. All the legitimate things that you would
(40:36):
want to do can be done. If they choose to
go another route, I will choose to go another route.
We will play this the way they choose to play it.
We're going to start on the twelve sixteen days from
the nomination. Over half the nomination hearings were conducted within
sixteen days. Justice Berker was confirmed within seventeen days and
(40:58):
Justice Stevens within night team days. So there's plenty of
present on our side here. So we'll play it anyway
they want to play it. If they want to have
a respectful challenge in hearing, they'll get one. If they
try to play games or the rules, they're going to lose.
So if they with the rules, they would have the
ability to stop debate after two hours every day. Is
(41:18):
that what they're in that rule? That can that's us
a standing procedure of the Senate. But here's one thing
you need to know about me and my colleagues on
the Senate Judiciary Committee. We are a majority and we
can set the terms of the debate. We have the ability,
working with Mitch McConnell, to make sure that Judge Barrett
(41:39):
will have a hearing and we'll receive a vote on
the floor of the United States Senate. All I can
say about our commitment center McConnell and mine is to
give the president nominee a respectful, challenging hearing and to
get a floor vote if Mitch chooses before the election.
I have the ability to do that. I have a
(41:59):
great Republican team on the Senate Judiciary Committee. It is
not a place for the fainthearted. I've got two great
women there, and Joni Ernest and Marshall Blackburn, and We've
got some talented people on our side, and I want
to do this respectfully, but my goal is to make
sure we're successful. And maybe that's why Rosie O'Donnell and
(42:22):
Barbara Streisan and all of these Liberals. Aren't they pouring
a fortune into the coffers of your opponent? I mean,
and I guess they think they're going to tell the
people of South Carolina how to vote this time. Well,
what they want to do is make South Carolina California.
And let's just look at this. In August is past August.
(42:42):
My opponent, Jamie Harrison, who's never held public office. He
was a Democratic staffer for Nancy Pelosi and Jim Clavern
and lobby lobby for the Pedesta Group, so that's sort
of his background. He raised more money than any candidate
on the Democratic side running for the United States Senate
for two reasons. I stood in the way of the
destruction of Kavanaugh and they want to pay me back.
(43:03):
And I was a Trump critic who's become a Trump ally.
I think Trump has done a great job as president.
I want him to get reelected. And they're going to
raise one hundred million dollars. Let me say that again,
one hundred billion dollars. But well it's more. It's more
than a raised. John McCain raised one hundred billion dollars
(43:26):
running for the president. So if people listening to this
program could send me five or ten bucks on Lindsaygram
dot com, I can. I can close the gap. But
after then, after the vacancy was was opened, the passing
Injustice Ginsburg, who lived an incredible life, and my opponent
raised like six million dollars in three days. So if
you're listening out there and you believe that the conservative
(43:48):
cause is worth pushing fighting for, and you got a
five or ten bucks to help me at lindsaygram dot com,
help me put it's all my colleagues. We're all getting
out raised three and four to one. In my case.
Only God knows how much money he does in all
these races matter. Georgia Purdue Tillis in North Carolina, Martha McSally,
Jonie Ernst, Mitch McConnell, even Susan Collins. I don't always
(44:12):
agree with her, but I mean that that second congressional
district means a lot in terms of the electoral college. Senator,
thanks for being with us. It sounds like you're going
to do your job. We appreciate it. Thank you if
you can. Graham dot com, God bless your okay. Have
a COVID update. Back in March, the CDC's estimates on
(44:35):
COVID fatality was three point four percent even In other words,
if we contracted the coronavirus, three point four percent chance
of dying. They have put out new numbers on Friday,
and I just noticed it today that put the fatality
rate at less than one half of one percent for
everybody under the age of seventy. So the one thing
(44:57):
that has held throughout all of this old people, underlying conditions,
and those with compromised immune systems are the most vulnerable. Now,
if you're under the age of nineteen, they say, and
you contract corona, your chances of survival are ninety nine
point ninety ninety seven percent. Which is that going to
(45:21):
be used to factor in when we discuss and debate
the issue of whether or not kids and we're going
to open schools? All right? Quick break our freedom Caucus?
Fred Andy Biggs and Congressman James Comer, and much much more.
James O'Keefe with his undercover video straight ahead twenty five
down to the top of the hour, thirty six days.
You are the ultimate jury. And we now have a
(45:43):
Republican party committed in the US Senate. The President officially
as we had suspected, picking Judge Amy Coney Barrett to
fill the vacancy left by Ruth Bader Ginsburg, mother of
seven including two adopted show from Haiti, practicing Catholic by
the way, just like Joe and just like Nancy, and
(46:05):
she's being an attack for it. And she is somebody
that is a textualist, as we describe them, originalist or
a constitutionalist. And she believes that the meaning in the
word and the the original intent of our framers and
founders means something. She does not believe in judicial activism.
(46:27):
She believes in coequal branches of government, separation of powers.
She is she's not trying to recreate precedent or settled law.
A big question that you will hear now in the
days to come. She's never ruled on an abortion case.
And you know, oh, he's gonna take away your healthcare
(46:48):
I mean the things that they have been saying. I
mean is it is beyond the pale, but predictable as
it can be. You know, she's an extremist monster. That's
all you're gonna hear. You have an article Yahoo News,
this is Amy Coomy Barrett Cony, Barrett the potential RGB replacement.
Who hate your uterus? Reuters openly wondering if this is
(47:09):
the beginning of the Handmaid's tale. Quote. US Supreme Court
candidates religious community under scrutiny. Well, Lancy Pelosi is a Catholic.
Did anyone ever ask about her faith? No? Should they? No?
It's between her church, her conscience, and God. It's none
of our business. But that doesn't stop people on the
(47:31):
left from being who they are and doing what they do.
What does the Constitution say, Article six, Clause three, No
religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to
any office or public trust under the United States. Twenty
nine times in election years there have been vacancies on
(47:54):
the US Supreme Court. All twenty nine times presidents have
fulfilled their constitutional oath and their duty, and that is
to replace or to nominate a replacement under the advice
and consent of the Senate. Now, when the party of
the Senate is the same party as the president, seventeen
of nineteen nominees were confirmed. When it is a president
(48:18):
of one party and the Senate majority is of another party,
only one in ten actually got confirmed. Yeah, Mitt Romney
got it right, actually, and he said, yeah, Republicans tend
to want to put originalists or conservatives on the bench,
and liberals they want judicial activists. That pretty much sums
it up up. But you know, by the way, is
(48:39):
you know, the White House is standing up for a fight.
You know. One of the things the President said. You know,
I thought, with the media's treatment of her Catholicism, I
thought we settled this with j F K. He's right.
And by the way, why is Biden silent on anti
Catholic bigotry aimed at Amy Coney Barrett. Doesn't matter what
her face, Nancy Pelosi won't condone attacks on what Amy
(49:05):
Cony Barrett's Catholic beliefs. She really mean that, I mean
her public positions on abortion or at odds with the church.
It's none of my business, nobody's business. That's between her church,
her conscience, and God, and it should be that way. Anyway,
here to weigh in on all of this. Well, first,
let me let me just play the mob in the media.
(49:25):
This is even before she was nominated, that the attacks began.
Amy Comey Well be saying this name a lot. I'm
sure she's not religion. I was right about that one too,
So I think the stakes of this domination are very
clear if if it is in fact Barrett, she is
(49:46):
someone who will implement Donald Trump's agenda across the board.
Forty eight year old Barrett is a mother of seven
who has won over religious conservatives for having anti abortion view.
But in some ways she would be the polar opposite
of Ruth Bader Ginsburg because she's a pretty clear opponent
(50:07):
of abortion, and that may be a key point for
the president. He'll want to nominate somebody who is determined
to overturn Roe v. Wade. There's civil rights and labor
union rights, and gay rights and women's rights. The right
to choose Roe v. Wade could be undone by a
court this extreme, and Joe her religion is immaterial. They
(50:27):
issue is whether she can separate her deeply held views
on issues like abortion LGBT rights. Whether she can separate
her deeply held views from her ability to be fair
and objective as a justice sitting there for years making
decisions that impact all of our lives, starting with the
Affordable Care Act. I have concerns about her willingness to overturn,
(50:53):
to overturn Supreme Court President, and she's written about that,
and so I'd like to know what kind of factors
would she applied and her determination that a previous Supreme
Court decision was wrong. All right there, that's only the
beginning anyway. Here joining us as Freedom Caucer's chair, our
friend Andy Biggs from California, Congressman, good to have you back. Also,
(51:14):
House the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, ranking Member
James Comers with us from Kentucky. Thank you both for
being with us. All of this predictable. I mean, I
can imagine that if mother Teresa Amy Coney Barrett has
never weighed in on abortion and said that she doesn't
think it's ever going to be overturned period. And by
the way, if it was, it doesn't make abortion illegal.
(51:38):
This is a red hairing art argument that the left makes.
She's gonna take away civil rights, she's gonna take away
your Obamacare. Well, how did it work out? Not too well,
Congressman Biggs. Yeah, no, is this is typical that we expected.
I mean, even last week before she was named. You
have a member of the House Judiciary Committee railing on
(51:58):
her Catholic religion, saying to president is appointed basically too
many Catholics and federal courts is despicable. They're attacking her
adoption of two children from Haiti, and you know, Sean,
this is exactly what we expected because they have nothing
to go on. She is a great pick who's qualified
(52:18):
legally as a judge as well, and she has virtually
no character flaws that are discernible. So they're going to
attack on the fringes, and they're the fringes attacking her.
It'll be a great justice. Congressman Comer, I mean, and
I gotta we have to point out here what the
Democrats now as a result of this, are threatening. They
(52:39):
are threatening to end in the Senate the legislative filibuster.
They are threatening to pack the courts. They are threatening
to eliminate the electoral College or begin the efforts through
a constitutional amendment to do such. They are saying that
they can impeach the president every day of the week.
They alllo impeach the Attorney general as well. They've absolutely
gone on hinged here. By the way, where's Joe Joe Biden.
(53:02):
He's been silent on the anti Catholic bigotry. He's a Catholic.
It doesn't he believe in religious liberty, choice, freedom. Where's
Joe on on stacking the Supreme Court. I don't want
to answer that question. Why not Joe? Everyone Trump answers
every question. How about you answer one. I don't know
where Joe Biden is on any issue because he's been
hiding in his basement. But the Democrats proved during the
(53:24):
Kavanaugh hearings they'll do anything, including make things up, to
try to block a good conservative who wants to do
the right thing on the on the bench. And you know,
I think that this is another example of how the
Democrats have no agenda. They simply want to disrupt America
and they're going to do it by, as you mentioned, Sean,
(53:45):
trying to end the filibuster. They want to create two
new states to try to get four new senators. They
want to end the electoral college, and it all begins
with the Supreme Court in this election November, which, by
the way, and they're doing everything in their best to
try to disrupt the integrity of our elections. Well, I mean,
at some point, does anybody And Alan Dershowitz was great
(54:06):
about this last week on my television show by saying
that can't be religious litmus tests in this country. They can't. No,
Sean absolutely right. That's a constitutional prescription. You cannot keep
somebody out because they have a certain faith in religion,
which is one of the reasons that Jamie and some
of us others have been advocating that if she's gonna,
(54:28):
if Pelosi is going to disrupt this by trying to
initiate new impeachment, she should be removed from office. Her
officers speaker. So I think we've the Republicans a Cole
Lester around that in the House. Well, you gotta wonder,
and this is all at stake, all right. We continue
our discussion with Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs, Congressman Arizona,
and House Oversight Committee and Reform ranking Member James Cohmer's
(54:51):
with us from Kentucky. Kevin McCarthy has laid out what
he's calling his commitments to America. He's saying all four
hundred and thirty five Republican candidates. They're all all of
you are up for election every two years, have pledged
and are signing a pledge as it relates to these commitments.
Have both of you signed this? We'll start with you,
(55:12):
Congressman Bigs. It's to restore our way of life with
very specific issues, rebuild the economy and renew the American dream.
And again a lot of subsections to all of that,
ten million new jobs, getting the vaccine and better therapeutics,
protecting pre existing conditions, you know, and it goes by millet,
I'm sorry. A law and order and safety security is
(55:34):
all part of it. Also, upholding freedom of speech, religious liberty,
the safeguarding the Second Amendment, defending the unborn. All of
it's in there. Do you believe all four hundred and
thirty five Republican candidates will sign this? I think I
think you'll get pretty close to all thirty five. Yes,
I think so well unified on this. Have you signed
(55:58):
it yourself, Chairman Biggs? Haven't. I haven't seen the actual
signature sheet, but I've talked to Kevin McCarthy about it,
so he knows where I stand. So when I see
that that magic paper, I'll sign it, and Congressman Comer
I will definitely sign it too. I mean, it just
clearly shows that we have an agenda. We're laying it
(56:20):
all out there. The Democrats, they have had two years
to govern in the House and all they focused on
is trying to impeach the president and embarrass every single
member of his administration. Yeah. Well, look, this election means
more than anything else. How do you see the Senate
race going down? You're in Arizona. We desperately need to
keep Bartha McSally in Arizona the president. It's according to
(56:44):
polls that's been close in Arizona for the President and
for Martha McSally. How do you see those two races
breaking down there? Congressman Biggs Well Sean, I think what
we're seeing is that the momentum has changed in the
last six or seven weeks. Six seven weeks, I was very,
very concerned, and I'm so concerned because it's so so
(57:05):
tight and so close. But it is now dead heat.
But both of them, both Martha and President Trump, are
actually up by a point or so, which had not
been the case six weeks ago. So the momentums in
the right direction. I think if we can get through
the deadline without the as Jamie talked about, without the
Democrats stealing the election or stealing ballots or committee fraud
(57:25):
in the election. I think fair and re election. We'll
have both of them as victorious when we get down
this And your take, how do you look at these
Senate races as we look at We got Journey Joni
arn stop. We got Lindsey Graham up, we gotta tell
us up, we got Perdue up, Martha McSally's ups, Susan
Collins and Maine is up. We got the Alabama seat
now hopefully that can be flipped back republican. What's your
(57:48):
take on the Senate, James Comer, And by the way,
Mitch McConnell, Well, I can tell you here in Kentucky,
McConnell's gonna win by double data. It's Kentucky's Trump country.
With respect to the overall map, I think the Senate
will remain Republican. I can see us definitely winning the
Alabama seat, and worst case scenario, I think we lose
(58:11):
two Republican seats so that that would still put us
at fifty two. So I feel good about the Senate. Yeah,
all right, Well, these are important, pivotal, transformative times thirty
six days. Guys, there's a lot hanging in the balance here.
I'll tell you that. Thank you, Congressman bigs Arizona. Thank you,
Congressman James Comer Kentucky. All right, eight hundred and ninety
(58:32):
four one, Shawn, if you want to be a part
of the program, will continue. Our source inside the Somali
community explains as soon as early voting occurs, that's when
ballot harvesting of the elderly happens. And one of the
places it happens is at Cedar Riverside apartments here in Minneapolis.
(58:54):
There's three one talent, okay, and it's all seniors. And
they took every ballot. Every take a single ballot. Knock
on the door and say your ballots, come, give it
to me, Give it to me. They just take, you know.
And the ones that didn't vote and ballots, the young
people and the women and stuff, they were paying cash
cash them. They were getting bags of money. The last
(59:15):
na Yeah, to drive people. And when you vote in
the market, your fan you get in the vanders. Based
upon or undercover reporting, US Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, also affectionately
known as a member of the squad and her campaign
maybe behind one of the biggest voter fraud scamps in
American history, but this time we have it on tape.
(59:37):
The person who's working in Ihan's campaign is the one
who's managing the voting place. They bring them, they line them,
they put the open ballots in and then they take
them in and say here and the people, Yeah, how
they have perfected this system. This is what they do.
They will tell you we are applying for your ballot.
They take a picture of your social security in your
(59:59):
driver's line. They have a database. When the ballot comes,
they track it. Sometimes they make fit emails, they track
the vallet. Then they come and pick up the ballot. Wow,
so open. So there's a vested interest, but we are
victims of the system. They don't give a shit about
any relationships. No, no, you're right, and the DFL wants
(01:00:22):
to win this thing at all costs. It's a mutually
beneficially and the victims system. There was a video, you
can see the video. There was a video out and
about that he has the ballots in his car right
and talking about the only way you can win is
with money. So he's basically saying that, admitting that, admitting right, yeah,
(01:00:43):
admitting that. So I saw that video. Yeah, he took
it down, said the video, and he took it down,
but I captured it out. What did you really see
the I captured the video, captured that video. It's a
beautiful video. I told you. I told though, that's what's
(01:01:07):
going on. He said, I have three hundred and he
had him in his hand, got it right here, like
I cash my cash. Little question, have you ever asked you?
You just don't gold? And like I was looking at
them and they were not filmed, were blank? Right? They were?
Some were open, yeah, in avelope. Still, it's an open secret.
(01:01:28):
It's not something that you know. They she will do
anything that she can to get elected, and she asked
hundreds of people on the streets doing that. Our sources
say that Ilhan Omar's voter fraud machine appears to be
much more than just a few foot soldiers like leve
on Mohammad's ballot harvesting. This appears to be an effort
(01:01:50):
that is very systemic and very coordinated. Hundreds of people
have come back, do not leave it, and then they
saying that it's only thirty days. They have to live it.
These people apply think benefits, counseway housing elsewhere, living in
other places, and the DFL knows everything. They just want
the numbers. Truck drivers are coming getting temporary addlesses. There
(01:02:10):
needs to be a database of where are these people coming.
They don't live in Minnesota. We don't have hundreds or
someone who's lining up every day for vanity. Now where
are they coming from? And as soon as the selection
is done that people will go back to their normal lives.
It doesn't matter, it's over, it's over. They're accepting temporary addresses,
they're accepting all kinds of shenetics because people are showing
(01:02:32):
that idea I moved threy days about my ideas not
to come back. Just give us the last four of
your social and tell us the address, and somebody else
will say yeah. There were the same people who are
helping them both as saying yeah, I can vouch for
these about things I saw that they're vouching out. Well,
they can have someone voucher aboard. That's what I'm talking about,
the person voucher form. Now where do I find out
(01:02:53):
who about for these people? These eight people that they
don't live in one house? You know that those people
are asked for there's the way eight people living at
one house. That's a little tiny house. All right, news
round up in information overload our well, in spite of
the fact that over a thousand people have been convicted
for voting fraud in some way, shape, matter or form.
(01:03:13):
If you listen to the Mob and the Median Democrats,
oh no, there's no problems whatsoever with mail in ballots
Project Veritas their latest project, maybe maybe even their most
revealing in their long history of revealing a lot of
things to us. They have gone undercover exposing what was
(01:03:34):
going on in the campaign of Congress Home and Omar
member of the squad, and how there is a cash
for ballots voter fraud scheme and what we heard from
there is one ballot what they call a ballot harvester
or will explain that in a minute. Le Bon Muhammad
quote moneys everything. Money is the king of the world.
(01:03:54):
If you got no money, well you shouldn't be here period.
You know what I'm saying. Money is everything in a
campaign managed by money. Then he goes on numbers don't lie,
numbers don't lie. You see you can see my car
is full all of these here are absentee ballots. Can't
you see look at all of these. My car is
full a paid voter. When we see the sign the
(01:04:17):
voting document and they fill it out is when they
give us the money. The minute we sign the thing,
the ballot for the election, that's when we get paid.
And then he talks. What you heard there is the
ballot harvesting Triangle, River Plaza Apartments, Horntower, Horntowers Seniors Community,
another place that they found Minneapolis. You know, one community insider,
(01:04:40):
it's an open secret that Congresswoman Omar will do anything
that she can do to get elected, and she has
hundreds of people on the street doing that. You have
seniors at these different housing projects. We request ballots for
the seniors and then we take them away. And now
Project Veritas is you know, their investigators received a ballot
(01:05:02):
harvesting scheme. They got a tip about all this and
more to come. Apparently James O'Keefe is the CEO and
founder of Project Veritas. This might be your most explosive
undercover operation ever. I mean, I don't even know how
how would anybody argue that this is not an organized
orchestrated effort to do the very thing that the President
(01:05:25):
has been warning about. Well, Sean, that's exactly right, you know.
And the director of the FBI, Chris Ray, said last
week that there's no evidence of voter fraud. So Project
Ratas has decided to do what the FBI refuses to do,
or by the way, is pathetic. And frankly, Director Ray
has shown no appetite whatsoever for cleaning up the world's
premier law enforcement agency. As far as I'm concerned, he
(01:05:47):
should be replaced too. Well, have you have the cederal
peer of investigation thing, This doesn't happen, the media thing
that doesn't happen, but the Attorney Jonal the United States
and the President says it does happen. And this is
the first time anyone has ever seen on video this
ballot harvesting criminal activity. The man is in a car.
I know we're on the radio, so I'm describing what
(01:06:08):
is happening. He's in a vehicle. His car is filled
with ballots, and he's bragging about all the absentee ballots
he's harvesting that apparently he is paid for. Many of
them are blank and the and he is the brother
of the city council candidate, and all of these people
are are in and around this ilhan Omar campaign there
(01:06:28):
in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Was this for the primary that recently
passed or is this for the general election? Both the
video you see in the tape there is recorded in
July and August, over the summer. That's the primary election.
And we were still undercover up until up until just yesterday.
And the general election ballots went out in Minnesota on
(01:06:49):
September nineteenth, so we do have material, some of it
forthcoming on the general election ballots. So the United States
Attorney General has jurisdiction to prosecute, as does the only
attorney and the Attorney general of Minnesota. And the real
question is when are these law enforcement agencies going to
Actually I wouldn't hold my breath with Keith Allison. Let's
just stop there. So probably the only hope is the
(01:07:11):
Attorney General, which would be Bill Barr. Yes, and and
Trump tweeted this five times last night. Trump has called
for an investigation. He's called on the US attorneys this
tape that we released last night, he's called for the
US attorneys to investigate Sean And again this is you
know Veritas, we confirm suspicions. People have been saying stuff
(01:07:35):
about voter fraud for years, but to actually see a
specific case of hundreds of ballots being harvested when you're
not even allowed You're not even allowed legally to hold
more than three. So finally we have the evidence, and
journalists have been contorting themselves all day trying to attack
me and claim that this is staged or fake. They
(01:07:58):
just can't accept it. Sean, Well, I mean you're not
taking anything out of context? Are you releasing as you
often do, the raw footage? Am I releasing the raw footage? Well,
it's tough. We release as much as we can. We've
gone so far as too. I've been attacked actually for
releasing too much footage that one of the women in
the community fears for her life right now in this tape,
(01:08:18):
and I've had to hire security guards for her and
put in a hotel room, so I have to. I mean,
nobody releases their raw footage. No Pulletzer Prize winning reporter
has ever released their raw footage. The notion that I'm
somehow not being trans not from you, but from other
people out there, that I've not been transparent enough. I
am trying to protect people in the Somalian community here,
(01:08:40):
many of whom have worn hidden cameras. So it's it's
very challenging for me to be more transparent. I've showed
most of the faces, I've blurred a couple of the phases.
It's very difficult for me to release raw foot. Nobody
can watch this tape and come to any other conclusion
is that this is orchestrated organized vote buying, vote harvesting,
(01:09:02):
as we call it, ballot harvesting. Explain the whole process
what you'd discovered, well, the ballot harvesting. Here is a
situation where they have riverside community apartments in Minneapolis. This
is in Ward five in Minneapolis, right in the heart
of a Somalian community there in Minnesota. And what they
do is they go door to door, They go around
(01:09:22):
many of the elderly people, and they quite literally do
what you'd suspect them of doing. They give them two
hundred dollars cash in exchange for their ballot, the blank ballot,
and they course them, intimidate them, tell them you must
vote for this person. In this case it's Jamal Osman,
who's a city council candidate. In other cases, it's Ilhan Omar,
(01:09:43):
and there's money that's coming from a source. A man
named Ali is a deputy of the campaign for Omar.
This is an open secret in Minneapolis. Nobody has done
anything about it, mostly because it's very difficult to go
under cover in the Somalian community. And I was asked,
you know, I'll tell you this openly. I was asked
(01:10:04):
to work with the FBI on this. Someone reached out
to me and frankly, Sean, I don't particularly trust the FBI.
What I said to those people is if the FBI
was really good, they would have done it before I did.
And we did it, and we got the tape, we
got the evidence, and we're taking it to the public.
And demand is on tape committing a crime. It's a
state crime, it's a federal crime. I've got more. I
(01:10:26):
will let the journalists call me a liar and say
that this isn't enough, and I'll just release more information
either tonight or tomorrow morning. So as always, and I've
known you now for Jeesus, oh, I guess a decade now.
You've been doing this at least, right, James, a long time,
and I know that you always take a lot of
heat for what you do. But it's clear what happened here.
(01:10:46):
It's clear what's going on here now. But you listen
to the Democrats, you listen to the media, they just
want to either attack you personally, but what about it.
But nobody wants to answer the information that they're saying here.
They're saying they're cheating, they're saying they're harvesting ballots. They're
saying that money is changing hands in exchange for ballots
the minute we signed the ballot for the election, that
(01:11:08):
is when we get paid. You know how much they
got paid, Yes, and in many cases it was two
hundred dollars. One guy says he was paid eight hundred dollars.
It appears to be two hundred dollars. Anywhere between one
hundred dollars and two hundred dollars per ballot. And that's
from multiple sources. And we have one of those exchanges
on tape in a forthcoming video. Sean, your point is
(01:11:33):
they're they're disputing the video. They're saying it's not real
because the whole system, I mean, this is not just
deep state conspiracy. The media and the government have both
told you that this is not actually possible or systemic,
and this video is it completely shreds I mean completely
shreds to pieces the notion that this is not possible,
(01:11:56):
because I'm telling I had fourteen lawyers, look at this
thing is real. I bet my career, I bet my reputation.
I and Sean I've won every lawsuit I've litigated for
the last ten years. So there they have a problem.
And that's why they're attacking me because in their with
their journals and they use anonymous sources, a circumstantial evidence,
and here I have a guy in a car and
(01:12:17):
his lap has ballots all over his lap, and he's saying,
money is there. Let me get a final thought because
I want to ask you the question I always ask you,
which is what else do you have? And give us
a preview more with James O'Keefe. Project Veritas will show
this video on Hannity tonight nine Eastern on the Fox
News Channel. Upreaded a battle. It's thirty six days. I
hope you feel the urgency that I feel, because if not,
(01:12:41):
this is the tipping point of all tipping point elections
that I can tell you. You know, you can see
the madness, the threats, the I mean it's actually shocking,
but it's not shocking anymore. And that is that. Okay, Yeah,
we're gonna change the rules. We're gonna end give us,
we get control of the Senate, will end the legislative filibuster.
If you think Joni earns reelection doesn't matter, think again.
(01:13:03):
If you think Martha McSally's reelection doesn't end, think again.
If you think Mitch McConnell's reelection doesn't matter, think again.
Or Senator per Due of Georgia, or till Us in
North Carolina, even Susan Collins. So I don't always agree
with you know, the second congressional districts of Maine and
(01:13:24):
Nebraska could actually tip the balance of power in the
electoral College. That's how important every vote is going to be,
you know, you see, So we'll end the filibuster, will
end the legislative filibuster, will will stack the Court with
more justices so we have a liberal majority and perpetuity.
(01:13:45):
Then we'll get rid of the electoral college, will begin
that process. I think a lot of these dopes don't
know that that would take a constitution constitutional amendment three
quarters of the states. Good luck. I don't think it's happening,
but they'll try impeach the president, impeach them any day
for anything. This is how radicalized this is, This democratic
(01:14:06):
Socialist Party has become. You know, and you want to
talk about hypocrisy, Let's take a trip down memory lane.
In twenty sixteen, I remember twenty nine times there's been
vacancies on the Supreme Court during presidential election year. All
twenty nine times the president would nominate a replacement when
it is the party of the president aligned with the
(01:14:29):
Senate majority, in other words, the same party if they're
in the majority. Seventeen of nineteen nominees have gone through
when it is a president of one party and the
Senate majority of another party, only one in ten, which
makes sense, doesn't it. But you know, the Democrats had
a very different tune. The mob and the media had
a very different tune back in twenty sixteen. Listen, the
(01:14:53):
Article two of the Constitution makes clear the President nominates,
the Senate advices and consents. It's and say, except not
an election year. It would be rare for the Senate
to turn the president down in an election year. Seventeen presidents,
including five in the twentieth century, successfully put justices on
the Court during an election year. Six Supreme Court justices
(01:15:16):
have been confirmed in presidential election years. The Senate voted
on seven Supreme Court nominees during election years, and a
critical seat on the Supreme Court for now held hostage
to presidential campaign politics. Refusing to hold a hearing on
a Supreme Court nominee takes the GOP's congressional dysfunction to
new lows. Just hold the hearing, Terry, just hold the hearing.
(01:15:37):
Do you think people look at this as another one
of those boots in the face to the president obstructionism
that I am not endorsing. I think it's outrageous. What
they want to say is he's got a three year term.
I mean, you're elected for four years and you get
to nominee for four years. It is all about politics
of the ugly variety. The people decided in two thousand
and twelve who was going to nominate Supreme Court justices.
Between January of twenty thirteen and Worry of two thousand
(01:16:02):
and seventeen, these people were elected and they're paid by
United States Treasury to do their job, and now they're saying,
we're not going to do our job. The US Senate
should do their job. They show up day in and data,
and they get a paycheck. They should do their job
and voted up or down. I thought the American people
decided to put President Obama in the White House, and
that the Constitution says. Now the president decides what name
(01:16:22):
to send to them, and they decide whether to vote
yes or no. What do they get wrong there? Oh,
now you change your position, So you kind of got
that part of it wrong. Whoopsie, Daisy, Why let the
truth get in a way. Listen to Senator Maizie Herono.
Democrats wondering and worried that Barrett's religious views will conflict
with her ability to be fair. Listen and Joe, her
(01:16:45):
religion is immaterial. They issue is whether she can separate
her deeply held views on issues like abortion LGBT, whether
she can separate her deeply held views from her ability
to be fair and objective as a justice sitting there
for years making decisions that impact all of our lives,
(01:17:06):
starting with a Affordable Care Act. I have concerns about
her willingness to to overturn, to overturn Supreme Court president,
and she's written about that, and so I'd like to
know what kind of factors would she apply and her
determination that a previous Supreme Court decision was wrong. Okay,
(01:17:30):
if there you have it. Eight hundred and nine for one, Shawn,
If you want to be a part of the program,
does anyone question Pelosi's Catholicism, I don't, or Joe Biden's Catholicism,
I don't. It's not you know, we constitutionally, I hate
to remind people. Article six, Clause three cannot be more clear.
No religious tests shall ever be required as a qualification
(01:17:53):
to any office or public trust under the United States. Well,
it's it's none of our business what Joe Biden's religion is.
To be frank or Nancy Pelosi's to be blunt or that.
The same goes for Amy Coney Barrett. It's that she's
not ruled the way they're saying and claiming. She hasn't
(01:18:16):
just anticipating what you will do, what she'll have fidelity
to the US Constitution. That's a threat, because that's all
she's pledging to do. Unbelievable. Eight hundred and nine for one, Shawn,
If you want to be a part of the program.
By the way, the New York State Attorney General has
now urged the police in New York to stop arresting criminals.
(01:18:40):
I'm not making this up, recommending the cops no longer
arrest people during traffic stops if they have certain open
warrants according to the age and you know they analyze
the death of one particular case, the guy by the
name of Alan Felize thirty one shop by a sergeant
October nineteen traffic stop. He refused to surrender, the police
(01:19:03):
continue to drive away, leading to the discharge of you know,
the weapon, and after his partner had been run over
by the person that was driving away. The ag found
no reason to charge Rivera, but did say the cops
meaning the police officer. But they said stop such as
the one here shouldn't be performed by police officers because
(01:19:26):
the vast majority of traffic stops, including this one, do
not involve criminal conduct. Yet the involvement of police and
situations can result in violent interactions. Well, they actually would
be enforcing the loft as an open warrant for somebody's arrest.
Kamala Harris this weekend, again claiming the group Black Lives
Matter and the protesters associated with the group are loud
(01:19:49):
but peaceful I who want us to believe what our
own eyes show us. As a matter of fact, even
ABC News were reported that a Black Lives Matter protesting
California now charged with attempted murder after deliberately plowing a
car into a crowd of Trump supporters. Unbelievable times we're
living in. Did you hear what happened in Chicago this weekend?
(01:20:11):
I don't know. Forty eight people shot this weekend? Well,
one case a five year old girl stabbed to death
in the early morning on Saturday morning during another bloody weekend.
Girls identified multiple stab wounds rushed to the hospital. She
died five years old. Our National Treasure Dead and the
(01:20:32):
Chicago Sun Times reporting that there have been at least
seven fatalities across the city and forty one others have
been wounded. Seventeen year old reportedly standing in an alley
on Saturday morning, approached by two men, shot in the
upper torso. Pronounced dead at the Sea. Nineteen year old
hit by gunfire on Friday, pronounced dead at Chicago Medical Center. Well,
(01:20:54):
there's no other way, but these are peaceful cities. There's
nothing peaceful here. We do know how to restore law
and order and safety and security, and you can't pursue
happiness without any of it. It's unbelievable. And now we
have people that are emboldened to fight police officers. NYPG
(01:21:15):
injury spikes forty seven percent since the billion dollars cut
by Comrade de Blasio hundred cent to the hospital after
responding to Kamala's peaceful protests. It's unreal. The LAPD officer
that was shot is in stable condition, thank god, Hopefully
(01:21:37):
we'll survive. Minneapolis City Council members may regret their pledge
now and vote to dismantle the police, and apparently some
of them are having regrets because they're beginning to see
the real life impact of their stupidity. Pretty unbelievable. You
have a Black Lives Matter leader arrested for allegedly spending
(01:21:58):
two hundred thousand dollars in donations on tailored suits, a house,
and guns. That was in the Washington Examiner. Unbelievable, sad,
these are sad times. This is not necessary, and Kamala
Harris promising us it's not going to end. They're not
going to end. We're not going to stop, nor should they.
(01:22:18):
She said, we had on Lindsey Graham earlier today. But
we're now finding reports that the Durham investigation there might
be more damning and more significant declassification, And my sources
are telling me that there might be direct evidence of
the very opposite narrative that we were told. As it
(01:22:40):
relates to collusion, we already know that there was collusion
with Russia. We know that dossier was a dirty Russian
misinformation dossier. We confirmed last week the FBI knew that
it was a guy that they identified the source for
Christopher Steele, was a Russian operative for They've known this
for over a decade and they still use the information.
(01:23:02):
It's unconscionable. But more information coming this week. Comey saying, oh,
I didn't read the recent report about the Steel dossier source.
You would have known, Jim, because the whole your whole
department new not buying anything. You're saying for a second, mister,
higher honor. And in the Flint case, the agent Muller
(01:23:22):
used prosecution as a means to get Trump. You had
big shocker here. Indictments were being told are coming, but
probably now not before the election. As it relates to
the Durham investigation, Sidney Powell rightly saying, you know what
Obama's fingerprints are all over this too, and why is
the media ignoring zero experience Hunter? With those revelations by
(01:23:45):
Ron Johnson and Senator Charles Grassley last week eighty seven page,
the most damning report I've ever seen. It wasn't just barisma.
Now we're learning, in fact that all the government agencies,
within Obama's government we're literally playing cover for Hunter knowing
(01:24:06):
the situation was untenable. I mean that they shouldn't have
been involved in any of this, and the conflict of
interest was clear. Now we're hearing about wire transfers with
Russian nationals, Chinese nationals, Ukrainian nationals, Kazakh nationals. You know,
the mayor of Moscow's wife, the first lady of Moscow.
(01:24:28):
You got financial dealings with Hunter, Biden and his group.
It's unbelievable. Imagine if this was Donald Trump and his kids.
Imagine the what outrage would be in existence here anyway?
Eight hundred and nine four one seawn. If you want
to be a part of the program, By the way,
Earth to God the new song by John Rich you
gotta see the video, Linda, Did you see the video yet?
(01:24:50):
It is. You know, I feel so lucky to call
John and Charlie Angels and that whole team friends of mine.
When he sent me that video last week, it was like, Linda,
it blew me away, and you know, we get so
much stuff, but it just was amazing. And for it
to be number one in the whole world, every genre
you gotta put by the way, even beating out Justin Bieber.
(01:25:11):
I noticed that everything, everything, everything, every sing Justin Bieber
had a god rap song that he put out that
actually was pretty good. Yeah he's having I mean, who
else Michael W. Smith put out a pretty powerful video
to have a conversation. It's like everybody's feeling the weight
of the moment every five year old loses their life.
(01:25:34):
We need to check when a woman who's raising seven children,
two of them from an impoverished country, and you're calling
her a colonizer, we need a moment. We need to
check in with somebody higher power. We need to look up.
You know, I appreciate that there are people that are
saying in these troubling times, they're troubling times. That's gonna
wrap things up with today. Hannaday Tonight, nine Eastern on
