where the girls are.

Speaker 6 (19:41):
Probably easier than you.

Speaker 2 (19:43):
That's where the party vote is.

Speaker 16 (19:44):
Leaving shore.

Speaker 15 (19:47):
While on board, you can enjoy getting hit on by
his random brothers.

Speaker 11 (19:52):
They're sexy, they got that sexy Bobby and everything, so
they're the ones you should get.

Speaker 15 (19:56):
Late tonight performances by Florida Ed Philly's Buddy Costa.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
That Buddy Costa. He's tiny party cruise, weightless only two
hundred dollars missed it my jaw is on the floor.

Speaker 6 (20:17):
Red food was there?

Speaker 4 (20:18):
Man?

Speaker 17 (20:19):
Yeah lmf A, oh yeah, I'm talking about but yeah, seriously,
Gronk one of the greatest receivers to ever play the
game of football.

Speaker 6 (20:29):
He really is the best tight end of all time.
And you know we might be biased to say that,
obviously we are Patriots fans, but yeah, I think there's
no no competing now.

Speaker 3 (20:38):
Hanging out with him a couple of weeks ago. By
the way, one of the nicest guys you can ever meet,
massive hands and feet and can help. But notice can
not help. But notice I don't know what that means.
I hear things. How about John Cena in Boston the
gd Garden last night for the w w E, his

(20:59):
last wrestling event ever in Boston.

Speaker 18 (21:02):
Ladies and gentlemen, for your hometown hero, for the one
for the only, the greatest of all time.

Speaker 3 (21:13):
Shoun oh yeah, classic American film John Cena is the
Marine and.

Speaker 6 (21:26):
It is Veterans Days, John Trity down. How many times
you seen that, Bill?

Speaker 3 (21:34):
I think a total of four.

Speaker 6 (21:36):
So Gianna Billy has this habit of rewatching the same
old movies over and over again. A lot of people
do I do that?

Speaker 2 (21:42):
As well.

Speaker 6 (21:43):
Yeah, but Billy does it a lot. Like we try
to get him to watch new TV shows, but he's
watching you know, House of Wax with Paris Hilton. Oh
yeah again, classic.

Speaker 3 (21:51):
Theme which he takes the spear in the face. I
actually finished the second season and if nobody wants this
last night good. So I'm ahead of all of you.
I think I didn't watch the first season. I think
it's a great show. It's really well written. It's creatively written.

Speaker 6 (22:09):
Okay, yeah, quick suggestion, real quick before you move on. Yeah,
the guy who made Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul
has a new show on Apple TV. It's debuting with
one hundred percent rotten Tomato score. It's supposed to be
a classic. It's called plurabys Plora blur Abyss. Okay, it's
about it's very hard to understand what it's about, but
it's supposed to be incredible. So they I need a

(22:30):
new show today, Plora Abyss Apple TV.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
Jonas Brothers on Mark and Kelly yesterday, promoting the Christmas
movie A very Jonas Christmas.

Speaker 6 (22:40):
The movie is so fun.

Speaker 13 (22:41):
We have a ton of cameos, obviously some iconic actors
and actresses in this film, and we cannot wait for
people to see this. We have the premiere tonight, but
it comes off Friday. We're like thrilled for people to
see it.

Speaker 4 (22:49):
You know.

Speaker 19 (22:49):
The fun part about this project as a whole was
that back in two thousand and six seven kind of period,
we we met with Disney about a couple different projects,
and the first things we did were Camp Rock and
our TV show. We always had a dream of doing
the Christmas film and it didn't materialize then, but then
cut to you know whatever it is now, like seventeen
years later, they brought it back up and we were
thrilled to get to open the conversation back up and

(23:11):
make this film.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
No nobody better to do a holiday film. Thannit.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
Yeah, they're on the move this week. They were also
on Good Morning America yesterday. Jason Kelsey was also on
the show, and they were asked about their long time
bond with each other and the secret there it is.

Speaker 13 (23:26):
For us, and I think it's similar knowing just enough
about you guys, is that it's just a healthy amount of.

Speaker 6 (23:33):
Bullying but not enough to.

Speaker 2 (23:36):
Create chaos in the family group text.

Speaker 6 (23:38):
Yeah, yeah, just enough. Fine line got to walk that Feline.

Speaker 3 (23:41):
Yeah, the movie comes out to November twentieth. And by
the way, if you go to the Kiss oneaway to Instagram,
get a chance to see the Jonas Brothers performing in Providence,
Rhode Island, November twentieth, call me the company man.

Speaker 6 (23:57):
That's a good cut right there. On the bullying. It's
true about siblings.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
Oh if you've got brothers, like in a house of
all boys especially.

Speaker 6 (24:05):
Yeah, I can give a shout out to Ashley A. Jamin.
It's her birthday today. Oh yeah, birthday. Ashley Feldman be
a friend of ours. But she has a video on
her Instagram two children that is currently going viral. It
has over half a million views, yea thousands of shares.
It's her two daughters and one you have to go
watch it. But one headbuts the other one and she
got it on camera. It's hilarious, amazing.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
Funniest video checking and it kind of goes along with
what you know they were saying. And I ran into
the birthday girl Ashley from jamming down the Hall a
couple of minutes ago, and I said, hey girl, happy birthday,
and she said, I got carded the other day.

Speaker 6 (24:40):
Oh okay, that's always a good feeling. It is about this.

Speaker 3 (24:45):
The trailer for the Michael Jackson biopic is smashing viewership
records one hundred and sixteen million views in the first
twenty four hours.

Speaker 6 (24:57):
Insane, insane, the most viewed trailer ever on lions Gate.
I just hope it's good, the movie's good. You know
how Gianna, these movies come out, they have amazing trailers
and then the movie's not that good.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
Such a disappointment.

Speaker 6 (25:12):
Yeah, I hope that doesn't happen.

Speaker 5 (25:14):
I felt that way with the Amy Winehouse biopic. Was
so disappointed, not good, so disappointed. They had so much
potential for what is an incredible story. Hmm, And I
just I think they drum them all.

Speaker 6 (25:27):
Well, okay, let's look at this, right. The Bruce Springsteen
that kind of flopped Christy this last weekend flopped big
time flopped. So yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
Did you mention Sidney Sweeney's movie.

Speaker 6 (25:40):
I did.

Speaker 3 (25:41):
That's in the news again this morning. Zendaya is refusing
to do any press events, refusing to sit alongside Sydney
Sweeney at anything any promoting events of the new season
of The Euphoria because of the gene ads scenes with
her little sense.

Speaker 6 (26:00):
I mean, you cannot agree with it, but it's just
your career, your profession, right, Jinna.

Speaker 5 (26:05):
Yeah, and I just feel like this season of Euphoria's
kind of cursed. I'm a big Euphoria fan, me do,
and after you know, Angus Cloud passing away, I just
feel like this season should not even happen period.

Speaker 6 (26:16):
Yeah. I don't know. I don't agree with that. I
don't know. You do the press, you cannot agree with it,
but you know, that's your career, that's your job, your
co host, it's your she's your castmates. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
I am looking forward to Euphoria though. China. I put
Billy onto Euphoria. Yeah. Well, I didn't know if it
was right.

Speaker 3 (26:35):
I mean, it's about high school kids, and I said,
I don't want to be the creepy uncle, you know,
and then your wife walks in and I'm watching Euphoria,
so I had to watch it privately.

Speaker 5 (26:43):
Ah.

Speaker 6 (26:44):
Yes, And then he became the creepy uncle because every
day he'd come in and be like, see that scene, unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
The new season of Euphoria will premiere on the HBO
in the spring of next year twenty six and Kim
Kardashian is saying something else about failing justin her law
bar exam.

Speaker 6 (27:03):
She says she asked four psychics if she was going
to pass the bar exam in all four said she
was one hundred percent going to pass, and she failed.

Speaker 20 (27:10):
I'm just letting you guys know that all of the
psychics that we have met with and that we're obsessed
with are all full of shit to that they all collectively,
maybe four of them, have told me I was going
to pass the bar. So they're all full pathological liars.
Don't believe anything they say.

Speaker 6 (27:27):
Was Kim dropping f bombs? Yeah, how about you just
study harder?

Speaker 15 (27:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (27:32):
Well, she pulls out the blame thrower. A couple of weeks.

Speaker 3 (27:35):
Ago, she was blaming Chad GBT, saying she used that
for the exam, which I think is kind of unethical
and wrong.

Speaker 6 (27:41):
Look, it's hard. I have a friend that's been trying
to pass the bar for ten years. Ten years.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
Anyway, we're brought to you by the ninety nine. They'd
like to thank our active military and veterans for their
service to the country with the Veterans Day Special. All
active military and or veterans will receive a free lunch
from a special menu with purchase of another at entree
today by the way, at all ninety nine restaurants. Let's
go to the phone. We've got Tim on the phone
from Walpole.

Speaker 6 (28:08):
Tim, good morning, Hey, good morning. What's up with you?

Speaker 3 (28:12):
Tim?

Speaker 5 (28:13):
Uh?

Speaker 6 (28:14):
Well, I'm a school teacher and I'm on my day off.
So my wife's scheduled me a dentist appointment for seven
thirty this morning.

Speaker 3 (28:21):
You take a day off, you go to the dentist
and have something yanked.

Speaker 6 (28:26):
But Tim, the good news.

Speaker 3 (28:28):
Is your caller twenty five, so you have a pair
of tickets for the jingle Ball and you qualify for
the grand prize.

Speaker 6 (28:34):
Front row tickets.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
Incredible, And how about this one hundred eight thousand dollars.
That's Tim, Now it's a good day.

Speaker 6 (28:41):
That would be nice. That'll get me a couple extra
teeth in the back for sure.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
Well you never know, maybe a couple of crowns. But Tim,
hold on, you'll talk to producer Riley and we'll see
you jingle Ball and good luck.

Speaker 6 (28:51):
On the jacket.

Speaker 12 (28:52):
Amazing, amazing, Thank you, Billy, Thanks do kiss one away.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
Yeah, buddy, Yeah, So you're a teacher, eh, Billy And
Lisa All morning. Yes, hey guys, so welcome back. It's
the Billy and Lisa Morning Show. It's the Tuesday edition.
It is Veterans Day today. It's biting cold. When I
left the house this morning, I'm like, boy, we're in it.
It's now full on winter. It was in the low

(29:17):
thirties when I left the house this morning.

Speaker 6 (29:19):
It's going to feel like twenties today. Yeah, And I
think the whole week.

Speaker 3 (29:23):
All week in the forties, and I think that includes
the upcoming weekend. But if you're just tuning in, maybe
you missed the show yesterday. Lisa Donovan has a few
vacation days she's enjoying this week, and by the way,
well deserved. If you listen to this show at all,
you know she's been working her butt off between the
book club and the Morning show and everything else. So
she's got a few days she's taken off this week.

(29:46):
And we've got Gianna from the v Bros. Sitting in studio.
And one of the good things about this when somebody
sits in is you get to know more about an individual.
So since Gianna got here yesterday, we've already learned that
her boyfriend has low blood platelest.

Speaker 2 (30:02):
He had low blood plateless.

Speaker 3 (30:04):
I don't know why we had to know that, but
now we do. And he is a veteran and he
have the coast guard. Yes, it was a medic.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
He was a medic.

Speaker 5 (30:12):
He's also raised tens of thousands of dollars for veterans.

Speaker 6 (30:16):
Yeah, actually, real quick, can you explain what he does
these fitness challenges that rages raises all this money? Yeah,
something crazy. Earlier this year we worked out every day
for how long?

Speaker 5 (30:24):
One hundred days? He did the Murph workout, which is goodness.
I got to remember one hundred pull ups, two hundred
push ups, three hundred squats, and you have to do
a mile run before and after.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
It's all that with low blood plate that's imagine. Actually
it's actually a medical miracle.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
Yeah, low blood plateless. He's listening.

Speaker 3 (30:43):
By the way, he shredded right. I haven't seen a
picture of him.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
He was gorgeous.

Speaker 6 (30:47):
Yeah, well, he's in great shape. And Gianna tried to
get me to go to the fitness challenge.

Speaker 2 (30:51):
Oh yeah, I invited you.

Speaker 6 (30:53):
Yeah, and then I looked at what it was.

Speaker 2 (30:56):
I did it. I did it four times.

Speaker 6 (30:58):
Good for you. I can't do it.

Speaker 2 (30:59):
I couldn't do it either, but I did it.

Speaker 3 (31:01):
So we learned something else about Gianna earlier this morning,
and that you've got some family drama going on between
you and your dad.

Speaker 2 (31:08):
I did. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (31:10):
I just rekindled with my dad this past weekend. We
hadn't talked for four ish months, so I've talked about
it on Kiss one O eight. I just got a
recent surgery. I got a breast augmentation with clarioplastic surgery.

Speaker 6 (31:25):
Sure you are a Partnerships press, by the way, and yeah,
very nice.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
Thanks. And it was something that he didn't agree with
in the beginning.

Speaker 3 (31:34):
Your father didn't want you getting your breast augmented.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Yeah, which is totally understandable.

Speaker 6 (31:39):
Can you stay your age?

Speaker 2 (31:41):
I am going to be twenty eight in two weeks.

Speaker 6 (31:43):
Okay, that's for reference there.

Speaker 5 (31:45):
So my issue was, I'm an adult. I'm going to
be thirty soon. I don't even live in the house anymore.
At what age do I really become an adult without
having a parent?

Speaker 2 (31:57):
Tell me what?

Speaker 3 (31:58):
But you did live in the house for extended time.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
I did.

Speaker 5 (32:01):
I did, And he's done. Oh I love my father
to death. He's done well, girl. Yeah, he's given me everything.
But it was a really bad fight. I'm glad we
rekindled things, but it was it was not good.

Speaker 6 (32:13):
Four months is a long time, very well. Was there
a big fight and then silence on both ends.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
Both ends.

Speaker 5 (32:18):
And my father and I are both probably the most
like stubborn people in the universe, So it was like
I kept comparing it to that Doctor Seuss book where
you had those little creatures like that met in the
middle of the road and they refused to go around
each other, and then like for all eternity, that was basically.

Speaker 3 (32:34):
So which one of you caved in?

Speaker 6 (32:35):
First? You were your dad.

Speaker 5 (32:37):
I went to my parents' house on Halloween and inevitably
saw him for the first time in three and a
half four months, you.

Speaker 3 (32:44):
Speak to him for four months, and you went to
the house on Halloween, it's.

Speaker 5 (32:47):
My favorite holiday. My sisters wanted me to take them
jrik or treating. You know, I have two little baby sisters,
eight and nine years old.

Speaker 6 (32:54):
So it all worked out well.

Speaker 5 (32:55):
On Halloween, it did, and we just said, you know,
let's chat, and we had our little dinner sit down discussion,
kind of agreed to disagree. He still doesn't he's not
happy about what I did.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
So you think you're too old to be a parent?

Speaker 6 (33:09):
Did right now? So to speak to have dad make
your decision, I.

Speaker 5 (33:12):
Would say so, especially if it's you know, I didn't
ask him to help me with the surgery in any way,
to ask him to help me financially. I did something
on my own as an almost thirty year old, and
I think it is what it is.

Speaker 6 (33:24):
Yeah, I'm trying to think of my own and for me,
I have a daughter. There's three, obviously much younger. But
I'm trying to put myself in that position. But twenty
eight just seems like you're not twenty one. Even twenty one,
you're an adult, right, but twenty eight, Yeah, well you're
a grown woman. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:41):
So see I can't identify because my dad and I
never had a single conversation. But that's another story for
some other show. Yeah, probably not this one. You learn
more and more about that exactly as time goes on, right, Yeah,
you talk to them more in death, if that makes
any sense.

Speaker 6 (33:55):
Yeah, So Jihanna did was he upset that you didn't
ask him first or that you didn't run and buy
him first?

Speaker 2 (34:01):
That was part of it.

Speaker 6 (34:02):
And then if you did, what would he upset?

Speaker 2 (34:04):
So it's it's a lot. I wanted to tell him
about it.

Speaker 5 (34:09):
Again, it was for a partnership, so it was kind
of inevitable that I had to post about it.

Speaker 2 (34:14):
He's not on Instagram.

Speaker 5 (34:15):
I posted somebody else told him about my surgery before
I did, which also made me.

Speaker 3 (34:21):
Probably, weren't you talking about it on the v Bros.

Speaker 6 (34:23):
Show?

Speaker 3 (34:24):
Yes, I was, Well, that's pretty much telling him.

Speaker 5 (34:26):
How do you tell your own father, Hey, dad, getting
my breasts done. It's a very awkward conversation. So that's
part of the reason I kind of delayed telling him.
It was also like no time in the day to
sit down with him and tell him because I didn't
want to tell him over text.

Speaker 2 (34:41):
And if I did tell him even.

Speaker 5 (34:43):
Before I had posted about it, he still would have been.

Speaker 3 (34:47):
Angry over Now, what did he say when he saw them?
I mean, saw you for the first time?

Speaker 5 (34:52):
My goodness, gracious, I knew was coming anyway.

Speaker 6 (35:02):
So awkward.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
So it's an awkward conversation.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
That's what this show, The Billion Lisa Morning Show is about.
You say what's on your mind?

Speaker 2 (35:10):
Talking about it?

Speaker 6 (35:11):
You know, something pops into your mind, you just go there.
I'm willing to everything's good.

Speaker 2 (35:15):
Now, everything's great. Now, I love my dad.

Speaker 6 (35:18):
Okay, so you cleared the air with him, He cleared
the air. Okay, Now did you say to him, you know,
I think that I'm an adult and that decisions that
I make I want to be treated as an adult.
Did say something?

Speaker 12 (35:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (35:29):
I did, and he said you are still my little girl.
So yeah, he doesn't want to acknowledge the adults.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
I think before the week is out, we should have
dad on Eddie.

Speaker 5 (35:40):
Come on with He's probably listening right now or getting
a million text messages from people.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
To hear his end of it. Why he thought the
way he thought, why his feelings were hurt.

Speaker 6 (35:51):
Yeah, because I've never met your father, but I've heard
nothing but great things about him. He's a great to
have a lot of people that know him in his circle.

Speaker 3 (36:00):
Eddie is your dad's name, Eddie G.

Speaker 6 (36:02):
Yeah, he's suppose like one of the best dudes ever. Yeah,
that's why I'm like, you know, I want to be critical,
but I'm like, I heard good things, but I don't know.

Speaker 2 (36:09):
I know, I love him.

Speaker 6 (36:10):
Focus on the good side. You and your dad are
back together.

Speaker 2 (36:13):
We're back together. We made up.

Speaker 3 (36:15):
But it does beg the question when is a parent
parenting too much or too long? Let which should be
the cutoff?

Speaker 6 (36:25):
Yeah, and this is good for people that have young children,
you know, for the future, Yes, you know, as your
kids grow up, when's that cut off going to be?

Speaker 10 (36:31):
Well?

Speaker 6 (36:32):
Shianna, your your mouth seems to get you.

Speaker 3 (36:34):
In trouble a lot. Oh god, she's so grave today
there's no filter with your dad and the v Bro
show and this and then this morning with your Jamee.

Speaker 2 (36:41):
We had low blood plate. I knew it was coming.

Speaker 3 (36:44):
You have a lot of explaining to do today when
you go home.

Speaker 20 (36:47):
Now it's topic time with Billy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 3 (36:51):
So a couple of minutes ago we found out that
Gianna didn't speak to her dad for four months because
she didn't consult him on well, augmental surgery of some sort.

Speaker 6 (37:03):
Am I allowed to say?

Speaker 2 (37:04):
Yeah, why not?

Speaker 6 (37:05):
What was it?

Speaker 2 (37:05):
It was a breast surgery, of course it was.

Speaker 6 (37:07):
She got a boob job. I got a boob job.
Oh that's right.

Speaker 3 (37:10):
But he lost his nipples in the boob job.

Speaker 6 (37:11):
So I got a breast reduction and gotta camassia surgery.
Oh yeah, the opposite of what you did, but similar
away I mean I had to wear a rap and everything.
I'm sure you had to wear like something.

Speaker 2 (37:22):
I'm wearing my faja right now. You're what my fa ha?

Speaker 6 (37:25):
You're what it's a rap. It's called taha maha. So
I identified love this.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
But anyway, the bottom line is you're twenty eight years
old and you're thinking. Your point was, Look, dad, I'm
twenty eight years old. I should be able to make
my own decisions. Yeah, your dad disagreed. So for four
months you didn't speak. So let's continue the conversation. We'll
go to Denise in Plymouth. Denise, good morning, what's your story?

Speaker 6 (37:51):
Good morning.

Speaker 21 (37:53):
I'm calling to let you know that when my daughter
was about ten eleven, she had a bunch of aologies.
We got her app got her tested for chemicals, and
when the results came back, I found a great opportunity
to like stick this in there and say, oh my god,
you are actually allergic tobacco and that drunk marijuana, Like

(38:17):
you can't touch that, you can't be around that. And
she took it to the green like she took it
like to college. Her friends around her, like everybody knew
not to smoke near Brittany. And sure, enough now, mind you.
My daughter is thirty two, nine months pregnant.

Speaker 4 (38:34):
It's going to be a mother herself.

Speaker 21 (38:36):
And a couple of years ago, we were at our
home having a family cookout and I was like, I
spilled the beatings and she's like, oh my god, and
the whole family was there and we were finally able
to tell her, well, you're really not allergic. But it
took her down a good path and she didn't touch
it in that car.

Speaker 3 (38:56):
Yeah, you lied to her about her allergies or not
analergies for.

Speaker 21 (39:02):
Non allergies, I was, yeah, I wouldn't get it. Two
drugs for crying out loud, yeah, and people, And so
here we.

Speaker 12 (39:10):
Are, and you know, not for nothing, Gianna.

Speaker 21 (39:14):
Like, my daughter has put me in my place a
couple of times when I've you know, spoken too much,
and I respect that because that's the woman I raised.
There you go, I don't want anybody tell you what
to do.

Speaker 3 (39:25):
All right, Thank you mom, good story, good way to
get us started. I want to tell a nut allergy
story if I can. When my son Chris was very young,
we took him to have him tested and the allergy said,
oh no, this is the worst I've ever seen like
he's got a severe nut allergy, like he could die right.
Ask me if he ate nuts for his entire life

(39:45):
and never had an allergic reaction, So he can eat
nuts no problem, his entire life, every nut on the planet,
not a single allergic reaction.

Speaker 6 (39:55):
I just wanted to share that little thing on allergies.
That's nuts. Yes, that's nuts, No pun intended.

Speaker 4 (40:02):
Oh, JOHNA, I completely sympathize with you. When I started
getting tattoos, my mom did not talk to me for
a month and she told me, you know, I brought
you into this world. You know how I feel about tattoos,
And I had to have the conversation with her that
you know, I am an adult now I can make
that decision whether or not I want to put something
on my body, how I want to change my body.
That is not your decision. So we've had this conversation

(40:26):
back and forth, but she will never get it. So
I completely like, ugh, it's a struggle.

Speaker 2 (40:32):
Yeah, exactly, say.

Speaker 3 (40:33):
How old your daughter was. I'm just thinking it's all
about a certain age. You should be able to.

Speaker 2 (40:38):
Make your own decision, Like what is that age?

Speaker 6 (40:40):
I know you would think twenty one? You wouldn adult it,
But you don't really an adulted twenty Not really.

Speaker 5 (40:46):
I thought it was when I moved out of his house.
I'm like, yes, I'm free from this sh twenty seven.

Speaker 3 (40:52):
Yeah, this was only like but that is a measuring
stick beyond the age once you move out, you know,
because they always say, while.

Speaker 2 (40:58):
You're under my room exactly, Well, you.

Speaker 6 (41:00):
Weren't under his roof anymore. Was under my own room,
under your own roof. Yeah, exactly. Good point.

Speaker 8 (41:05):
After having a breastfeeding both as my kids, I was
no longer with my axe and I could have surf
you pancakes, So I wanted implants. So for my thirtieth birthday,
I decided that's what I would get myself, and I
had my father drive me to and.

Speaker 7 (41:20):
From the appointment.

Speaker 5 (41:22):
At least I didn't ask Eddie to drive me anywhere.

Speaker 3 (41:26):
Yeah, by the way, has Eddie called in Gianna's dad.
We're hoping to get a call from Jiana's dad on
this is.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
Gonna sit him? He told me to give him a few.

Speaker 6 (41:35):
What does that mean.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
It's morning, he's booked and busy.

Speaker 6 (41:39):
Okay, we'll see if we can get them all.

Speaker 2 (41:40):
Let's try to get him.

Speaker 6 (41:41):
Is he going to go on and start yelling though.

Speaker 5 (41:43):
No, no, he won't yell again. We squat, we squashed
the beef.

Speaker 3 (41:46):
Let's know, he's a connected guy. Is he gonna like
come after me if we say the wrong thing?

Speaker 2 (41:51):
I can't confidently say yes or not.

Speaker 3 (41:53):
Okay, but hopefully we'll get Eddie on your dad because
a long time.

Speaker 6 (41:57):
I've always heard that her dad Eddie is the man,
nicest guy ever, will help anybody. But do not cross him.
That's what I've always heard about him.

Speaker 2 (42:07):
That's what happened.

Speaker 6 (42:09):
Don't cross. So I'm just happy that the show is
called the Billy and Lisa Show, that Justin's name is
not anywhere near. Well.

Speaker 3 (42:17):
I've also got I've always already have the super freak
Drake her boyfriend coming after me.

Speaker 6 (42:23):
Oh, he'll be coming soon.

Speaker 16 (42:25):
Pertaining to Gianna's conversation and the fight with her dad
about her augmentation, I get that I had a conversation
with my dad. I didn't even want to tell him
because it's it's daddy's little girl. He doesn't want to
know about my chest and what I'm going to do
with it, and he just looked at me like why,
And after explaining he sort of understood after babies and

(42:47):
losing weight and body fat and all that, but a
little girl telling her dad is never easy for.

Speaker 2 (42:53):
Either one exactly exactly.

Speaker 3 (42:55):
Well, because it's breasts, maybe it's different. But I think
with your dad it was just a you're having a
surgery and he wasn't consultant.

Speaker 5 (43:03):
Yeah, there was a lot of different factors, but I
think that was the biggest one. He was not consulted,
which you know, I definitely should have told him ahead
of time. I should have just brought my pride told him.

Speaker 6 (43:14):
But life's about learning, Gianna, Right, that's what we that's
what we've learned. It's about you know, getting better and improving.
So now next time you'll know my dad. Sorry Bill.

Speaker 3 (43:24):
My dad would always say, listen, I brought you into
this world and I can take you out. Yeah, okay,
dad loving comment speak when spoken to, I'll give you
something to cry.

Speaker 6 (43:36):
Yeah. Children are not meant to speak.

Speaker 7 (43:37):
So I had a medically necessary breast reduction due to
my back pain. I have arthritis. All my bad haid
eight pounds taken off my chest. My father would have
come upstairs to my bedroom for like a month. He
was like I'm not coming near you.

Speaker 21 (43:55):
I don't know what I don't.

Speaker 11 (43:56):
Want to know what's going on.

Speaker 7 (43:57):
You do your thing, use my insurance, but don't tell
me what's going on. And it worked out, but he
was traumatized.

Speaker 6 (44:06):
Yeah, it is an awkward thing.

Speaker 2 (44:08):
It's so awkward.

Speaker 5 (44:09):
It's so awkward, especially when you're doing it for cosmetic
purposes like myself and not medical.

Speaker 2 (44:14):
But even regardless, when.

Speaker 6 (44:16):
Are you gonna tell me you getting a BBL? You are,
I'm not.

Speaker 2 (44:20):
Getting a Bblillian, Lisa, I kiss want to wait.

Speaker 4 (44:24):
Hi there, I just wanted to say I went to
school with Eddie and Revere and he was no angel,
so you definitely have some the ground to stand on there, Gianna.

Speaker 3 (44:34):
Well that, speaking of Eddie, Gianna's dad, the dad that
she didn't speak to for four months because of her breasts.

Speaker 6 (44:43):
Dad is on the phone.

Speaker 22 (44:44):
Good morning, Eddie, Good morning guys.

Speaker 12 (44:46):
How you doing Edie?

Speaker 3 (44:48):
Well, yeah, I don't know if you've been listening, Eddie.
Is there anything you want to say before we start
grilling you with questions?

Speaker 22 (44:54):
No, you can kill me first and then I'll speak.

Speaker 6 (44:56):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (44:57):
So Gianna tells the story that she had a breastol
augmentation recently, and that caused a bit of a stir with.

Speaker 22 (45:06):
You guys, right, yeah, just a little bit.

Speaker 3 (45:09):
Yeah, well you didn't speak for four months, Eddie. We're
in your corner, Eddie.

Speaker 6 (45:13):
Listen.

Speaker 3 (45:13):
She already threw her boyfriend under the bus this morning.
He said he had liked more team Eddie. Eddie was
billying justin team Eddie.

Speaker 6 (45:20):
You should be. I appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (45:22):
Though, So for our listeners, Eddie, what's your statement? What
would you like to say in terms of this old drama?

Speaker 22 (45:30):
I mean, being a father, it's like, I think it's
kind of like common sense for me to be as
upset as I was, and you know how far I
took it. I mean, it's not it's not because we
didn't talk for four months or you know the time.

(45:51):
People will say, how can you not talk to your
daughter for four months and so on and so forth.
I don't think the time had anything to do with it.
I was very upset, you know, so many different circumstances
how I found out what she was doing, why she
was doing it, and someone and so forth, and being
a loving Karen father of my three beautiful children, I

(46:11):
think it was only natural for how I reacted and
how I acted upon as as we had our little
dinner and talked, and she explained a little more in
detail the reasons why she did it and why I
was a little more understanding. But my first initial reaction

(46:33):
was like kind of like anger, frustrated, and I didn't
really know again the purpose of why she was doing it,
Nor did I think she needed to do anything, Nor
do I think any girl should do anything to her body,
because I just think people are just naturally beautiful and
you shouldn't touch your body if you do have a problem.
There's so many natural things you can do to fix things.

(46:56):
That's my opinion.

Speaker 3 (46:58):
And Eddie, you were more upset or equally upset that
you had to hear it secondhand and it was your
daughter's breasts.

Speaker 22 (47:06):
Yeah, that really upset me also, but not as much
as the fact that she was doing it, whether like
you know, whether whether whatever I had to say about
it regardless seemed like you know, And that's another subject
in itself. You know, we talk about she's gonna she's
she's going to be twenty eight. She keeps saying, Oh,

(47:27):
I'm almost thirty, and you still had a lot of
time before you thirty. It's only going to be twenty eight.
So again, I'm her father. I don't care if she
was thirty. I don't care if she's twenty. You know,
I still feel because how much I care and love
my kids, it's only natural to react the way I did. Okay,

(47:48):
and that's my of course, and I would react if
she was forty.

Speaker 3 (47:52):
And again, part of your hurt, Dad, was that you
had to hear it secondhand. So Gianna, this might be
a perfect time to tell your dad about the Brazilian
But listen, Oh my.

Speaker 5 (48:03):
God, Dad, that's not happening. I love you, glad.

Speaker 3 (48:07):
We're all happy it all worked out and joining thanks Dad.
I wanted to ask, so, what did you think when
you saw the new Breasts? You know he's a connected guy, Bill.
You know you heard that talk about love you Eddie.

Speaker 6 (48:21):
Yeah,

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
