Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, it's the after show and welcome in. You

(00:02):
can do when we turn you down? Oh, how's that?

Speaker 2 (00:04):
I just turned it down. Now I can't hear anything.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
All right, testing testing one, two, after show, coming in
hot justin winne Hi. Everybody, welcome in. It's Tuesday. Yesterday.
We had our local legends, so we were out running,
running around. I was screaming at Winnie because well, it
was my fault because I took a wrong turn. You know.
What happened was producer Riley called me about something on

(00:28):
the show, so I was talking, not paying attention, and
so I took a wrong turn and got stuck in
the traffic of Mattapan, Dorchester, Roxbury and it was just
not a good time. I was very upset, screaming and yelling.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
It's funny because like you were, you know, about twenty
months behind the right. Because even Billy came shortly after
me and Lisa. We wait, like, Billy was there many
fifteen minuts before you got there, and we're like, well,
we understand, we understand. It's not the North Shore, but
he had the address he put in his GP.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
No, I took a wrong turn, That's what happened.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
And sometimes you get if you hit every light.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
That's that's what happened. I was on Blue Hill at
for about an hour. Yeah, I was so pissed, but
but but I was upset. Then we got to the
Local Legends and we did two and you'll have this
Friday next Friday. And I felt much better because they
were both very good.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
They are both great local legends, both.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Schools, both amazing people. So I really like the Local Legends.
It's really a good thing, makes you feel good about.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
So we're going to wrap it up before vacation. Yeah,
and then it'll be back in the spring.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Yeah, we'll take a break. So that's what we do.
We do like I think we do like six weeks
on some weeks. Yeah, it'll come back. So you can
nominate somebody and maybe we'll show up. You never know. Anyway,
it's uh, it's a Tuesday, Winnie, and I think it's
gonna be warmer today, so that's good.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
It's good for me. You know why, I'm going to
Nursiona after this?

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Oh nice? I was gonna text Nursiona. Actually why because
you know I'm getting my whole body laser. You know that.
And you got to understand the time that it would
take every Sunday to shave my entire body. It was
a two hour process, which was it was annoying for
my wife, it was annoying for my kids, and it
was annoying for me for doing it.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
And now it's taking poor Sam three hours.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
God bless her. But now I don't have to do
it anymore. Yeah, the only thing I have to shave
is my tattoos because they can't go over tattoos. So, yes,
Sunday night I had that thought. I'm like, man, thank god,
I should text her say thank you.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
I'm going to be there today.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
What are you getting done today?

Speaker 2 (02:35):
My legs?

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Oh, my under my legs are basically done, though, really
to do it again? I mean I technically recommend like four.
Is it like five to six sessions? I think I'm
on five or six. I don't know what I'm on four,
But it doesn't feel like after that many and it's gone,
something left, Like I don't you know.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
I saw an improvement after I think one on the
legs I did.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
You the legs were a really quick improvement. The underarm,
I'll do those. I'm doing a cool peel on my
face and then Sam's gonna touch up.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
I got laser on my face years ago.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
Uh, when I was like, I ran out of college
because I have I have facial hair. I have pcos
and I'm lebony, so I'm hairy, middle Eastern girly.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
So but it's because your your facial hair is more hormonal,
so it will.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Never go away like your like hair will. I mean
it's reduced a million times more.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
I love it. But you get a little touch up sometimes,
So she's gonna touch up my chin.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
So how long are you gonna be there?

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Probably?

Speaker 3 (03:32):
I'm pretty I'm quicker than you. I would say I'll
probably there until one. I'll get there at like eleven.
Because you know, by the way people need you can
DM me people. I know people have had questions about
the weight loss stuff. You can d m me for
any questions about that. But I uh, I mean it's

(03:55):
the best time to start right now. Well it's like
not summer yet.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Yeah, I mean, I'm I love it. I literally don't
even think about eating when I'm on it. It's like
the best. It's like so good.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
In the in the body building world, you have you
can either be cutting or bulking, right, so typically you
bulked in the winter, and right now is when you start.
You start cutting for summer. The summer body is made
in the winter.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Yeah, so I uh yeah, I am cutting right now.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
But it's you know, I go, I've been like these genes,
I need a belt, like they're so loose on me.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
Everything's like slipping off of me.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Well, that's how you know when you lose weight.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
So I'm loving the results.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
I just I you know, I've talked about this and
I keep talking about it because I don't really like to.
You know, weight loss is not We've talked about this before,
but I'll say it again. Weight loss is not linear,
and it's not and it's different for every person. Everyone's
journey is different. And I've taken a very slow approach
with this by design. You can take a faster one

(04:55):
if that's what you're looking to do, drop weight a
lot quicker. I took a slower one. I am so
happy with the results. So definitely look into that if
you are looking to get some help losing weight. And again,
it's an aid, it's not a fix.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
All summer body that's right made in the winter. So
on the show this morning, we had a match game
winner which was very good. Kaylee, that was a really
special giveaway. You know, her and her husband haven't been
on a trip. They you know, they're first responders and
they're going to the AZOR, So that was cool. We'll
do that tomorrow at seven ten and eight ten. Also
on the show this morning, we talked about my trip

(05:29):
to New Jersey East Rutherford. Yeah. I don't know what
you can deal is here. It's not me I'm concerned about.
It's I want my kids to have a good vacation.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
They're eight and two. They're eight and two. They're going
to the musement park in Nickelodeon.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Yeah, that's great.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
They're going to be fun.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Yeah, it's the hotel. It's honestly, once we're.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
At the mall, they have standard at two and eight
about what a nice hotel is.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
It's true, I said on the show. It's mainly me.
It's mainly just what I think.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
I know. That's what That's why I'm coming at you,
not your fucking children.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
I want it to be an American dream. Ha, that's
actually a movie, you know what it is? Actually, I
think I think it's more deep rooted. I think the
reason I'm stressed about it is because I know it's
going to be a great trip. But I think a
part of me is guilty that I chose that instead
of like a flyaway bro. They're eight, and I know,

(06:21):
but you know, I don't even like it's a money thing.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
I understand cheaper, I know, I get that, but you
do understand, gentlemen, I won't remember anything. And Abel's just
now starting to have memories that he might remember when
he's in his thirties.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
Like I think about my memories, I'm like, the things
I really remember were like middle school, right, you don't really,
I mean, you don't remember much of your life because
you were high, but like like a lot of your
memories don't, like you have like core memories alone like eight.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
You know, yeah, I think I remember eight.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
But like I don't, like my real like I remember
something is like middle school high school?

Speaker 2 (06:55):
Yeah, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
And honestly, the more that I think about it now,
I do feel dumb because we go to the Salem
Waterfront Hotel and they have a blast which is amazing place,
but that's in Salem. That's not like that that far.
So to go somewhere to another state, I think they'll
have a good time, have a good time.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
I did a lot of what you're doing. Growing up.
We did a lot of road trips. We did like
Herjie park.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
I think I've talked, probably because to save money, oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
To fly with four kids. We did a lot of driving.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
We had a lot of road trips.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
We we did it.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
With my aunts and my auntie. Winning would like back
in the day, we stilled CDs. She would burn CDs
and we would play like games like guessing music, Like
that's why I'm so good at these games. We would
guess music lyrics like all that stuff.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
What's the game when you're driving and you try to
find the letters on the license plate.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
For it?

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Yeah, yeah, find an a.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
Yeah, we would do all that time. We would we
would oh find oh why license plate five?

Speaker 1 (07:48):
Like yeah, oh we did the license plate once?

Speaker 3 (07:50):
Yeah, no, Like it's it's really fun at that age
and we had. Those are some of my best memories.
And that's when I was like, you know, middle school
or high school. I'm like, oh my god, I'm in
a fucking car for eight hours, like shoot me.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
But like it ended up being yeah, see that now
I feel kind of better now.

Speaker 3 (08:03):
Those are some of my best memories, as those are
all our memories as trips, as road trips. Yeah, you know,
we didn't go I didn't start like flying away more
until I was an adult.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
I just I think I feel like I want to
get to a place in life where ever vacation. I'm like, oh, yeah,
let's just fly to fucking Disneyland.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Okay, And being back to my childhood. We flew to
Disney when I was five, which I don't remember. We
went to California when I was thirteen, which I obviously
do remember. We went to Palm Desert, which is right
outside Palm Springs, and we went to Anaheim, went to
San Diego, so went to Disneyland, San Diego whatever.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Then I went My cousin got married in.

Speaker 3 (08:37):
Where did you get Oh he got married in Portland,
Oregon when I was like seventeen because his wife was
from there, so we went there. I want that, But
like those are like those were like before eighteen. I
can only think of it handful times on a plane,
they'll be fine.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
Yeah. I didn't go on planes either, Yeah, yeah, I didn't.
I went and never went on a plane until till
like ten years ago.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Yeah, able's been on just as many flights as you.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
He actually has. No we've been one more than him.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
That's crazy.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
Yeah, so it'll be a good trip. It'll be fine anyway.
What's you're going to nurse Fiona today? I don't have
any big plans today. I'm gonna do my usual stuff.
My daughter's in daycare, so I can go home and relax. Yeah,
a little bit, uh White lotus, how far are you?

Speaker 2 (09:16):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (09:17):
So last night I attempted to start season three and
I was so tired that, like, I only got through
the first five minutes and then my dog was barking.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
Tryed to take him out, and then I was.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
Like, I'm going and you got to pay attention. And
the first episode, Billy, oh No, I like it. He
thinks it's slow. It is a little bit slow, but
it's really building up. It's a slow burn.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
I know. That's why all the seasons are the same.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
Yeah, they're all the same. Yeah, yeah, I think he
just wants more action. But I think episode three was
this Sunday.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
Hey, I might since I had the luxury of biding
the last two episodes. I loke you want to wait
a month into singroom because it's it's season.

Speaker 2 (09:49):
It's gonna be episode four yea on Sunday?

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Yeah right, yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:52):
And then episode five is the week is episode five?
And six?

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Well we're on vacation, right, yes? And then seven is
the six or I mean there's seven this how many episodes?
Six in the first and seven in the second.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Oh no, there's gotta be more. There's gotta be ten.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
No, no, there were six for the first season, seven
for the second.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Oh. Then then Billy might be onto something because no way,
no way, there.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Was only six. And there's season one. I watched six episodes,
and season two I watched seven.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
Let's see, uh well okay, let's see, oh eight episodes.
So I went six, seven, eighth. Okay, so it's gonna
be episode four, all right, so next episode, some good
stuff should.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Happen before is this weekend? Five to six?

Speaker 3 (10:36):
I mean I could get to I mean, I'm like
five to five and six were on vacation.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
I could just yeah. Sorry, then I haven't decided.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
That's what happened with Severns is because SEVENS came out
in twenty twenty two. I watched it recently, so I
binged it. It was great. But now the season's on.
I gotta wait every week. It sucks.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
When's that? When's that season over? How many?

Speaker 1 (10:53):
I think they have three more episodes? It's super weird.
Now it's still good, but now it's getting into like, you,
what the fuck's going on? No one ever knew, no one,
I mean you just kind of got to put it together.
But it's it's a great show. And I'm watching Landman too.
You ever watched land Man?

Speaker 3 (11:07):
No?

Speaker 1 (11:08):
Yeah, it's pretty good. It's like in the Yellowstone World. Okay, yeah,
but I like Billy Bob Thornton, so that's good.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
Billy Bob Remember when he married Angelina? That was weird.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Yeah, And they drank each other's blood, or they wore
each other's blood.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Something like that. Would you drink blood if.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
She asked me to? Yeah, why not? I've tasted every
other part of her. All right. We got to go
to a meeting. Everybody bub
