Meet Sophie! She's coming on our Jay's Juniors trip with us!

Speaker 3 (00:09):
I am getting overstruck.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Oh no, well, Angelique, we're calling to talk about Sophie
and Jay's juniors. And am I right in saying it
sounds like Sophie was born with upper thigh bones and
hips like under underdeveloped?

Speaker 4 (00:26):
Right? I know?

Speaker 1 (00:26):
It has a very long, uh kind of name the condition.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Yes, sir, it's called bilateral proximal moral deficiency. Part of
her left hip businesssing and part of her last e
campus missing on her right side, part of her ankle bone.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
How does that happen?

Speaker 3 (00:47):
It just happens when you know the mon is pregnant,
so don't split like they're supposed to.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
And you've watched her be such a trooper. I mean
since she was born. How many surgeries have there been?

Speaker 2 (01:00):
She had two arthrograms on her hip. She had a
twelve hour surgery that reconstructed her right hip. But her
legs grow at a different length because we're both affected,
so we're looking at a lengthening for her last leg
and now it has affected her.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Back and she also has speech capability issues.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
She does. She does speech at school, and she does
go to occupational therapy in school and physical therapy.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
One of our favorite parts of her application was that
she is a huge Elvis Presley fan.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Yeah, we were saying, God, I wish to Jay's Junior.
We're like, we wish the Jay's Junior's trip went to Vegas,
but it doesn't.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Seriously loved that she loved Elvis Presley and we love this.
Michael Jackson, Oh wow, so funny.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
That's fantastic. I can guarantee you that the theme in
Disney World is not Michael Jackson or Elvis. However, we
have a group of you that I think would have
a really good time. We have Zoe and Sophie and Angelique.
So there's three of you. Well listen, the three of
you are going to join the three of us and
we're going to go to Disney World for Jay's Juniors

this year. Yes, all expenses paid. The three of you
will have the time of your life.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
My good, Thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
You are so welcome. We're really excited. I mean, everything's
paid for. You're going to go on the Jay's Junior's jersey,
Mike's jet. We are taking care of your hotel park
pass is spending money meals.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
We will patch you down, Angelie to make sure there's
not a dollar on you right.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Oh god, so excited.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
It was an asking to go to Florida, just in general,
and there's no way.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Possible to do it. You know, everything going on in
me kind of me and everything.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
How excited will Sophie be about this when you tell her?

Speaker 3 (03:00):
Absolutely excited.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
She can't wait to meet Mickey Mouse.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
She been basking and to meet the princess.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
All who's your favorite princess?

Speaker 2 (03:09):
I would say Cinderella or still White?

Speaker 4 (03:12):
Oh well she should go meet Cinderella with Allison. Alison
met her last year and freaked out.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
I doubt. Yeah, it was a good moment. And sometimes
if Cinderella's in a good mood, she'll sing love Me Tender.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
I know.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
I can't wait for that. That's gonna be so much fun. Well,
we couldn't do Jays Juniors without Jersey, Mike's and Planet Fitness,
Kroger Mascow, Canterbury Village, Imagine Theaters, glennlore Trail's Kinetic, the
Village of Rochester Hills and our charitable partner Angels of hope.
