I think the big story is that a coyote bit
a child's foot in Portland's Alameda neighborhood last Thursday, and
a nine year old child was playing hide and go
seek with a three year old in their yard when
the coyote just came up and went chump bit the
child's foot. They were only wearing a sock which came off,
and then the coyote tried to chase the child. Thankfully

treated at a hospital for minor injuries. The Oregon Department
