read it this far? I know, I know.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
So we're asking you about your speeding ticket or traffic
violation experience. And we've got Gearmo calling in from Channel
View working at a refinery.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
Have you gotten a speeding ticket?
Speaker 4 (04:44):
You know what I have? I have in Betown?
Speaker 2 (04:46):
Oh, Betown. You're blaming Baytown. So what was it? What
was it? What were you doing?
Speaker 4 (04:52):
It was speeding.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
I was doing fifty forty I not hand over.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Come on. Baytown got him some great you know ten miles.
So did you take a defensive driving or did you
just pay off that ticket?
Speaker 4 (05:05):
Actually it was defensive driving and I mean it's it's
out of the way, so it's good. Right.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
Did you do an online defensive driving or did you
go to one of those comedy club defensive drives?
Speaker 4 (05:14):
It was a comedy.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
My god, Kay, did you learn a lot? Ghirmo? I mean,
did you go wy me?
Speaker 4 (05:20):
I did? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Oh, and you got a discount on your insurance.
Speaker 4 (05:25):
Right, I did, Yeah, I did.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
I speak about defensive driving because I've taken it so
many multiple times. Yeah, I've never done the comedy club
thing well, and I'm my favorite is online honestly. Thing Well, Giermo,
thank you for sharing. And what was the lesson that
you learned in all of.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
This, Well, take your time, don't rush, all right, and
go just under ten over.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
That's the perfect advice for people trying to get to
work fast this morning.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
Ghirmo, Thank you so much for listening. Thank you have
a good day, you too, appreciate you. Girmo. Let's head
over to sugar Land and speak with Renji. Be honest. Now,
have you ever gotten a traffic to ticket? Oh? Yes,
what was it? And when did it happen?
Speaker 4 (06:03):
It happened way back in seven for speeding.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
Wait a minute, Ranjie, you right, it was back in seven, so.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
You remember it like you've only had one? And it
was in seven?
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Where were you?
Speaker 4 (06:17):
I was still here. I was here in sugar Land
while I was driving during night on West Airport Road. Yeah,
I got twice ticket twice.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
You got a ticket twice? So how fast were you going?
Speaker 4 (06:31):
I think I was going when it was the speed
limit was thirty five. I think I was going on
a fifty or sixty day.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
It was night though.
Speaker 1 (06:41):
Yeah, So how did you how did you repent for
your sin, Ranjie? Did you just pay off the ticket?
Did you do defensive driving? What did you do?
Speaker 4 (06:51):
Yeah? I did defend seed driving, and also I had
to pay for the ticket. I think the ticket charge
just got reduced by half inside of the Deferenca driving.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
Yeah, I'm sure it was still a huge ticket though,
right right, And so RANDI, what do we learn from
all of this?
Speaker 4 (07:13):
It's not advisible to overspeed. Just be on the be
safe your safety and the safety of others, to always
follow the speed limits.
Speaker 1 (07:24):
Ji see those defensive drivers very helpful. You are the best, Rendie. Well,
I'm glad that you listen. I hope that we keep
you calm driving to work when you're listening to the
music on sunny, calm and happy, so you don't get
angry and speed.
Speaker 2 (07:40):
And get a ticket.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
Right right, because think of all the money we're saving
you when you listen to Sonny right right, Okay, I'm
glad you listen, Randie. I hope you have an excellent day.
And drive safe.
Speaker 4 (07:51):
Thank you,
