They have fixed it. Classes are resuming today and Tuesday
and yesterday now tied the hottest days of the year

I love this story. It's incredible. The day May sixteenth,
the day of the durrayho or the Darret Show, depending
on how you pronounce it. So Brian Peterson headed home.
He's at a stoplight. A tree falls on his car.
Now there's all these cars around him and no one's
helping him. So a woman named Veronica gets out of
her car, on does his seatbelt, and somehow miraculously is
(01:53):
able to pull him out to safety. And just as
she appeared, she was gone. Well, Brian wanted to find
her to thank her, to say you saved my life.
He went to Facebook and he tracked her down and
her name Veronica. And now after he thanked her, he's
given her a helping hand. He learned a little bit
about her life. She's a single mom and her home
(02:13):
needs repairs. So he started a gofund me account and
they've got a goal of sixteen thousand. They've raised eight
thousand dollars so far. And if you want to help
her out, it's called Let's help Improve Veronica's life after
her brave Rescue. I love that funny, isn't that great
producer Anthony Day?
Speaker 2 (02:31):

Data in the Morning and Producer Anthony's twenty one On
a day where we might finally get a little respite
from the heat, but we still have heat advisories because
the heat is going to come roaring back.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
And the reason we might see some rain. I'm seeing
clouds this morning. We could see some showers today. Keeping
it in the mid nineties possible. Right now, it's eighty
five in Uptown. You go to a restaurant, it used
to be you just eat your food, tip the waiter
and then you leave. No, no, no, no, no, We've
got to stage it. We've got to take pictures of it.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Don't mess with any of that food. That's what just
told me one time before I put the four kits.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
She's like, well, what do you doing now? And I
was like, I got to take the picture for I
was like, what, you know, it might be kind of
embarrassing maybe if you do it a lot, but it's
actually a tribute to the chef.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
I was going to say, And a lot of the
people on our Facebook tean who responded did say they
like taking pics to support their local businesses.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
Exactly, I don't think about that. We're asking you about
taking pictures of food at a restaurant. Is that something
you do? And then you know food worthy or picture
worthy restaurants? Oh, I know what I'm asking you about.
And we've got Elliott calling in from Cyprus. Do you
take pictures of your food? Elliott?
Speaker 4 (05:28):
Totally all the time?

Really do yeah? Okay? And what do you Anthony and
I were talking about it, So what do you do
with those pictures?
Speaker 4 (05:35):
Well, normally I poast them on Facebook, or normally I
just keep them for reverence.

us your top three.

ending past. They're getting ready to give that a wig.
