here. Special Prosecutor Jack Smith,No, he's the guy that's prosecuting Trump,
who managed, he managed from dateformer President Trump on charges and retaining

classified documents. He boldly said this. He said, no one is above
the law. If this is true, then why just Trump? Why not
also Joe Biden, Mike Pence,former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, among
others. Smith charges that only Trumpviolated the law. Famous attorney Alan Dershon,

which says Smith's statement therefore rings hollowwhen he says that no one is
above the law, and he comparesit to a white prosecutor who only brings
charges against black people while ignoring thesame crime committed by a white person.
That's what Alan dersher would say.Moreover, says Dershowitz, Smith went further

than other prosecutors by violating lawyer clientprivilege, and so did other Democrat judges
who allowed They allowed this by forcingTrump's attorneys to testify against their client.
Dershowitz says that Trump's indictment also raisesissues of process and equal justice. Yeah,

they don't talk about that too much, do they. But they actually
went in there. They subpoenaed Trump'slawyers and they made them mud. They
made them testify against their client,Donald Trump. That is unheard of that
they're doing that. That on awakingup and smell the coffee a little bit

Trump and any other former president ispermitted to retain records from his administration.
So the sly special prosecutor Jack Smithclaimed Donald Trump only took records that didn't
belong to him. That's not trueeither, because from the start, this
entire episode is a miscarriage of justiceand should never have happened, says another

prosecutor, a fellow by the nameof Michael Pakesha, who lost the case
against Bill Clinton for keeping classified documentsin a drawer with his sucks. Je
Jamie Berman Jackson ruled in the BillClinton case, as he said, since
the president is entrusted with the managementof records while in office, it extends

to him after he has left office, and the Archives have no authority to
demand those records back. Did youknow? Did you know that they went
after Bill Clinton's records and the judgesaid no, he's allowed to keep them.
But they can ignore that ruling andgo after the records from Trump.

indictment. It should not have happenedin Washington, DC. It should have
been initiated and undertaken in Florida.But listen, listen, I'm gonna explain
this to you. But they wantedto initiate it in DC because they know
Republicans cannot get a fair trial there. And after presenting the case in Washington,

DC, the prosecutor, Jack Smith, sent it to another venue in
Florida. Now why did he dothat. He did it in anticipation that
Trump's attorneys would have attempted a changeof venue to move it to Florida to
delay the case going to trial.Right, Trump wants to run out the

clock and get reelected before the trialcan be undertaken. Well, so they
incriminated him, They indicted him inWashington. Then they sent it down to
Florida because they didn't want to giveTrump the opportunity to appeal to have it
sent to Florida and eat up timethat way. So the Smifth prosecutors moved

it to Florida to preempt and expectedvenue change that they anticipated that Trump would
do to delay the trial so asto destruct Trump's campaign by having the trial
suitors see how they played politics inthere. They wanted to present it in
DC because the jury pool there iscorrupt against Republicans. So we saw this

with think about this all everybody thathas been presented of trials that have been
presented in Washington that they have foundthem, they indict them, right.
We saw this with General Michael Flynn, Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, Paul
Manafort, and many others. TheWashington DC area and surrounding communities in the

DC suburbs nearly always find a Republicanguilty and a Democrat innocent, as was
the case with Hillary Clinton's attorney MichaelSussman, Remember him, Michael Sussman,
who was put on trial for lyingto the FBI. He was put on
trial by the prosecution. Now it'sa given anyone known to be a Republican

cannot get a fair trial in Washington, DC or as far as that goes,
New York City. And so whenSussman was put on trial in Washington
d C, was immediately found notguilty. So that is part of their
strategies. Last week, former PresidentTrump was indicted by a federal grand jury

conducted in Washington, d C.He entered to please, if not guilty,
in a federal court in Florida.Now I have a question. If
the Constitution requires juries to be madeup of a jury of the defendants peers,
then wouldn't it be fair in thesepolitical trials to have Americans, Americans

who've been charged with crimes emanating solelyon the basis of politics. Maybe they
should be judged in such a waythat Democrat defendants should have a jury made
up completely of Democrats, and Republicandefendants should have juries made up completely of
Republicans. This might sound facetious toyou by me suggesting something like that,

But if we know the outcome ofa trial, what you know, we
know before it even they even goto trial what the outcome is going to
be wall must turn out to bebased on the politics of the defendant and
the politics of the jury. Thenmaybe it's not as far affected as it
sounds. Maybe I've got something,maybe him on to something here. I

don't know. The point is I'mtrying to make is that we already know
a high profile Republican going on trialin either New York or Washington, DC,
or any other strong Democrat venue willprobably not get a fair trial.
When we argue the pros and consof what the Democrats are doing to Donald
Trump, it should be an objectlesson to serve as a warning to all

Americans of both political parties. IfDemocrats continue to pursue putting their Republican rivals
on frial, then we've already succumbedto tyring in injustice in the United States.
How can any of us, eitherDemocrat or a Republican cantone such a
