official duties. Good news for Trump, bad news for Democrat law. There

(02:44):
Today's dirty Little Secret reports that it'sbeen wailing. Listen to this whaling and
mashing of teeth for Democrats over Bidenfailed. He failed so badly during his
recent debate with Donald Trump. Andafter, of course, what their Supreme
Court ruled that presidents do have immunity. In Biden's special prosecutor Jack Smith wishes

(03:08):
he had involved the High Court tobegin with, proving the old adage of

cover, so we better get startedonce again. This is Gene Valerani reporting.
Well, in case you've missed it, the US Supreme Court ruled this

(04:38):
past week that the President of theUnited States has full immunity from prosecution in
carrying out his official duties. Thiswas the ruling regarding former President Trump's actions
on January sixth. As to anyother items involved on that fateful day,
it will be up to a lowercourt to contemplate what if anything Trump did

(05:01):
was outside of his duties. It'sif if they're going to be if it's
going to be pushed, if they'regoing to continue to try to carry this
on. This was a big winfor President Trump and his actions on January
the sixth, and also, forwhat it's worth, in a previous ruling
by the Supreme Court, those peoplesentenced the lengthy sentences for the part they

(05:25):
played in protesting at the US Capitolon January sixth. Well, the penalties
they received was too excessive, andit looks like the Bind administration will not
be able to lock up January sixthprotesters and throw the key away after all
the penalties were too excessive. Thelower DC courts will still be able to

(05:48):
pursue charges against Trump for what wasa lot official duties, but that will
be an exercise in threading the needleto find something, if anything, with
anything right, They're going to probablystill try to do something, but it's
probably gonna be harder for them todo it right now. Trump will never

(06:13):
will never the January sixth deal againstPresident Trump. They're not going to be
able to put him in jail onthat. That's just not going to happen
now, and Special Prosecutor Jack Smithis effectively out of work for the time
being at least. And still ahead, of course, is the sentencing of
Trump for his conviction in the ManhattanCourt regarding that questionable case involving Stormy Daniels.

(06:38):
But that event is also being questioned, and Judge Marshand has delayed any
sentencing in that case where the juryfound Trump guilty. They're delaying that until
September the eighteenth, I believe,So it'll be a while before that resurrects
itself, and then may never happenat all. So there's some things yet

(07:02):
to come to pass, but wehave to wait before we can find out,
Okay, Trump cannot be prosecuted orany president for that matter, for
their official duties. That's a bigwin for Trump because they were really going
after him and making up crimes andreally trying to put him in jail.

(07:25):
And depending on how the corrupt mediais reporting it, we will have it.
It's going to have a bearing onwhat's going to be happening going forward.
We have this this other problem ofBiden being unable to handle the job
of president due to his obvious dementia. So that's going to be another big
event as the Democrats come up withanother candidate. If that's what they're going

(07:46):
to do, they they they're they'rethey're they're they're ready to just uh,
the Democrats are ready to just telluh, mister Biden to just go home
and rest. You need a lotof rest. Go go home and take
a nap. There's there's no tellinghow that's going to turn out. For
his part, Biden still wants tostay in the race. But as I

(08:07):
understand it, there are two factionswithin the Democrat Party at odds with each
other as to whether or not tokeep or replace Joe Biden with another candidate.
Everything that's happening is due to renegadepoliticians who have taken over the Democrat
Party in its war with the Americanfree enterprise system. There that's the real

(08:28):
problem that we have. We havea stealth communist revolution occurring to plow under
the Constitution of the United States ofthe America and destroy our precious Bill of
Rights. It's manifesting itself and beingpartially carried out by the open borders policy
the Biden administration is exercising. Hewants to eliminate the American middle class.

(08:52):
The Democrats do. They don't wanta middle class. They want a society
of the haves and the have nots, where the haves rule over them have
not. This is a struggle, ladies and gentlemen, which, if they
succeed, will destroy the United Statesof America. That is, of course,
if we do, people don't stopit. If we did, people

(09:13):
don't stop it and regain control, then it will just continue on and on
until there's nothing left of what wasthe United States of America. Last week
we celebrated the Independence Day, thefourth of July, and as you know,
well, I wonder if we celebratedin vain. So the way it
looks, ladies and gentlemen, Trump'sconviction in the hush money case may be

(09:37):
thrown out altogether. We just don'tknow. Trump, of course has already
had already decided to appeal that recentconviction, but he's also asking that the
case be thrown out altogether due tohow Judge Marshand conducted the trial by not
allowing specific defense witnesses to speak.Trump's attorneys are saying the reason the decision

(10:03):
granting a president of the United Statesimmunity from prosecution can be applied to his
trial last month involving those alleged paymentsto Stormy Daniels, a misdemeanor turned into
a number of felodies by Manhattan VAMelvin Bragg by adding, you know,

(10:24):
just kept he potted on. Heturned what would have been a misdemeanor into
a felody by making adding just makingeach each check paid Stormy another crime.
Okay, So Trump has contended hedid not make those payments to miss Daniels.
You know that his then attorney,Michael Cohen, did it, not

(10:48):
Trump. So, whenever you takea look at the situation, Stormy Daniel
did receive the money out of paymentsthat Trump was making to Michael Cohen for
official business, and so that's thewhole point. You know, they don't
bring that up very much anymore. So we'll see what happens. Everything's been
postponed now till September the eighteenth becausethey need to, you know, put

(11:15):
about the eyes and crossed the t'sand what the US Supreme Court did this
past week. And that's basically wherewe are. But that situation meantime that
it now appears that President Trump willhave to President Biden will have to face
Trump once again. That's what Bidendidn't want to do. He didn't want

(11:35):
to have to face Trump in theupcoming of the twenty twenty four election this
November thought if he just brought upall these charges and put him in jail,
that he would be home free.I guess it didn't. It isn't
turning out that way. We'll beback with much more after these important messages.
We're just trying to turn a nickelinto a dime. That's the bottom

(11:58):
line. If you owe the IR S five thousand dollars or more,
don't call an unknown eight hundred numberinstead personally meet with us to review your
IRS problem and if you want topay the I R S nothing or less

(12:20):
than you owe, we can setup a fresh start agreement with the I
R S. We can help you. Ladies and gentlemen can call us whole
free at one eight six six seventwo eight three six nine seven. We're
just trying to turn a nippel intoone time. That's the bottom line.

(12:43):
We will move now, we willmove d D. People can't even free.

(13:09):
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen you'relistening to. That's the bottom line.
You're weekly broadcast on k LVII.That tells it like it is.
Now that it appears President Biden willhave to face Trump once again, and
at a time when many of hisfellow Democrats are turning on him not to
remain in office and seek another term, Biden is resurrecting another pack the Court

(13:35):
plan. Biden wants to pack theSupreme Court by adding more Democrats to the
President Court. Wants to put somemore left wingers on there. The Democrats
are divided as never before and arestriking out in many directions, and this
is why Biden suddenly wants to addmore judges to the Supreme Court and upset

(13:58):
the current bottles and then you know, give the High Court more left wing
members. I guess they can dothat because there's nothing in the Constitution about
how many Supreme Court judges could beon the bench at the same time right
now, you know, it's anuneven number. And well, not just
where it is as far as theUS Supreme Court goes, they're ruling to

(14:22):
protect presidential powers, as Democrat CongresswomanAlexia Octavia courtes seeking to start impeachment hearings
against Chief Justice John Roberts and otherconservative justices as well, that ruling by
the High Court giving more power tothe presidency help Donald Trump's candidacy, and

(14:45):
as such, she wants to startan impeachment process to rid the court of
conservative judges. You know, thepresident appoints members of the US Supreme Court,
and the appointments for life, soyou can't just right now, you
can't just throw one off and putanother one on. And you know,
when a new president comes in,and that's that's got the Democrats frustrated.

(15:11):
Liberal Democrats sarkof course, are havinga hissy fit over the US Supreme Court's
decision regarding presidential powers, and it'sruling that US presidents have immunity from prosecution
when carrying out official acts. Actually, the argument comes down to define what
is an official act. I guessif the president picks up a rock and

(15:33):
hits someone in the head, hecould be prosecuted. So it's now official
act versus unofficial act as to avoidprosecution. That's how they you know,
we have to know what they're officiallydoing and what they're officially doing. We
have to decide what is an officialact and what is not when a US

(15:54):
president is carrying out his duty. It's it's going to be very hard though,
that Democrats to come back and finda way to prosecute Trump. You
know, anything you or I wouldbe liable for to be prosecuted will also
should apply to the president. ButI'm sure the Democrats are going to begin

(16:15):
looking for some obscure law for whichto try and again prosecute Trump for.
But it won't be easy. Beingpresident of the United States. Well,
you know, you're kind of onduty twenty four hours a day. Of
course, based on everything we knowabout how the trial was carried out in

(16:36):
Martian's court recently, would seem tobe all that could be thrown out or
be thrown out if the Supreme Courtatn't ruled on anything. The trial itself
essentially was rigged to make sure theguilty plea was a foregone conclusion. The
conviction, the conviction of Trump bythat Manhattan jury will eventually get It was

(16:57):
going to be thrown out any well, because it wasn't conducted fairly. Meantime,
the Democrats remain in a They're ina real fix right now. Most
believe Joe Biden's days as President ofthe United States they're coming to a close.
Democrats are probably going to find areplacement candidate, and if they don't,

(17:18):
they might just as well hand overthe keys to the White House back
to Donald Trump on election Day.Now, will their next election be Gavin
Newsom? Or could it be Newsom'salready you know, he's already made a
mess of California, California, Sowhy would they want to put him into
that back as a candidate for theWhite House. Imagine how much dammage he

(17:42):
could do to the whole country. They keep talking about Michelle Obama. Maybe,
but she's already said she wasn't interestedin what experience would she have anyhow,
another attempt by Hillary Clinton. Iguess that's possible. I suppose that
not probable. They're in a fix, but they had their cants and put

(18:04):
Biden on the ticket and now haveto face the consequences of their actions.
It's really that simple, especially sinceso many Americans still don't believe Biden's election
was honest to begin with. Thefact is the Democrats have no bench,
So how will the Democrats force outJoe Biden. Biden's performance and the debate

(18:26):
against Trump was on all the cablenetworks, and millions of voters who watched
that debate saw with their own eyesand heard with their own ears how bad
Biden has grown, both mentally andphysically. But the Democrats really don't have
a bench, and they and Bidendoesn't want to retire personally. I believe

(18:49):
the odds of Trump retaking the WhiteHouse are as strong as ever, And
with poverty stalking the streets of workingclass America and hordes of foreign illegal storm
across our southern border, that dieis cast that the American people have had
had enough of the workings of workingsof Democrat politicians up We've patted up their

(19:11):
eyeballs. But of course that's justme that I certainly understand. My opinion
is just mine, and there aremany others out there who have no agreement
with me. Meantime, Democrats arevery, very worried about a major comeback
by the Trump juggernaut, especially sincemany Americans still believe that Trump was defeated,

(19:34):
defeated by overcounted Democrat votes four yearsago. You know, that was
part of the problem. That was, you know, they counted the votes
twice, three times in some jurisdictions. Well, we got a mess on
our hands, but it's gonna startlooks like it's going to start clearing up,
I hope. So we've just gota long way to go. You

(19:56):
know, we're working on this dealof trying to re I guess reinstalled the
proper procedure for putting the President ofthe United States in office. And that's
what it's all about. You can'tdo it by cheating. That doesn't work
too well. And anyhow, that'sthat's that's what's occurring right now. We're

(20:17):
trying to get get things squared away. So I think right now, the
way the winds are blowing, itlooks as if all this attempt to put
Trump in prison is failing. It'snot going to work, and we'll just
have to see how it how itall how it all turns out, the
Supreme Court decision to add more legalprotections to the president came at the right

(20:41):
moment for Donald Trump to regain theUS presidency. It sent Special Special Counsel
Jack Smith's rambling to look for anotherfor other items if he wants to keep
trying to prosecute Trump. But itdoesn't look like he's going to be able
to do that. So I guesshe'll be packing his bags and going back

(21:02):
to that court he was on backover in Europe somewhere he was never appointed
properly anyhow. They say so thatwe have all that to consider. But
it backfired on on Smith and backfiredon all of them. It looks like
it will be harder now for Democratsto ales Trump and harder for special counsels

(21:23):
to use their office for political hitjobs. So at least in that regard,
I believe we are making some progressof restoring the American way. I
really believe it. I think we'regoing through the hurdle. Trump still has
that hurdle with the Manhattan deal, but he may not have to face trouble

(21:45):
there either. Okay, folks,we'll be back. We have a lot
more to cover this morning. Ihope you had a safe and happy Fourth
of July. To be back rightafter this. We're just trying to turn

(24:02):
for this week's dirty little secret.Wailing and the gnashing of teeth sounds would
expect to be coming forth from thebowels of Hell, but instead or coming
forth from the modern Democrat Party. After Biden's desperate attempt to debate Donald Trump

(24:22):
has failed, and when Biden threwdown the gauntlet and challenged Trump to a
debate, any time anywhere. Itwas bold talk for a weak minded politician.
Trump accepted the challenge, giving Bidenno choice but to show up for
that memorable debate on CNN, whereinJoe Biden, for all intents and purposes,

(24:42):
met his waterloo. When Biden firstthrew up the challenge to debate Trump,
he slyly thought it would never happen. After all, Trump was supposed
to have been convicted by trials inFlorida and Washington, b Sen being jail
by now, but Old Joe wascounting his chickens before they hatched. So

(25:03):
far, Trump has spoiled the Bidenplot to have the US Justice Department brutally
destroy him by now. After all, Fannie Willis and Georgia didn't have Trump
behind bars yet. The Democrats inWashington, d C. Under Judge Tanya
Chuckman would have already had him triedand convicted. So far, Trump has

(25:25):
eluded the vicious Democrats except for histrial in Manhattan under Judge Juan Marshaw in
the trial involving those hush money paymentsthe Stormy Daniels, where the jury found
Trump guilty. In the trial wherethe judge Juan Marshaw a partisan Democrat broke
the rules and denied defense witnesses totestify on Trump's behalf and overruled just about

(25:49):
all the objections Trump's lawyers brought upto a prejudiced all Democrat jury against Trump
and a political trial that was moresimilar to a communist Chinese trial conducted by
former premier communists ahead Mount Saint Tung, perhaps Joseph Stalin himself in the communist

(26:11):
Soviet Union, and an American courtroom in the United States. Of course,
the trial was in New York Cityon the island of Manhattan, so
maybe it wasn't like an American trial. But the point of prime to make
is that this in their zeal, the Democrat zeal to destroy Trump and help

(26:33):
Biden get reelected, they have reallyblundered and have done so big time.
Reminds me of the old warning tobe careful what you really really want,
because you'll probably get it and thenwish you hadn't. The Democrats won the
Trump accused of crimes he did notcommit, to have him tied up in
jail and unable to campaign, andthen be locked up before the election could

(26:57):
begin. Well for that communist onesided trial in Manhattan under Judge one Marshaan.
It doesn't seem to be working forthem, doesn't anyhow, that's going
to probably be thrown out too.Now THESS Supreme Court, as I made
its ruling, that trial has beenpostponed until September. I think September the

(27:18):
eighteenth. Biden had no choice butto agree to the debate with Trump.
After Biden's it was Biden who foolishlysaid that Trump any time anywhere. So
when he did face Trump, hefailed miserably. And now, for all
intents and probabilities, has already beendefeated by Trump. The last obstacle Trump

(27:42):
has to overcome is when you knowthis this deal steal in Manhattan, that's
still ahead of him. But forthe time being, it looks as that's
been postponed till September. And maybeit's going to be and maybe it'll never
happen. Maybe Marshan will never havethe op opportunity to put Trump behind bars.

(28:03):
I think he would have if hehad the chance. If ever there
was a profile and courage to betold about the future Americans, it will
will be how Trump stood up toreckless and unjust Democrats. Of course,
the final chapter in the story hasyet to be written, but eventually it
will be. But so far,it looks as if Trump is continuing to

(28:25):
out maneuver the Biden regime and notto be forced to face Trump in the
November election, because that's really whatBiden was trying to do. He wanted
Trump in jail. He didn't wantto have to face Trump. But he's
gonna have to face him. Andand that is assuming that Biden is still
The Democrats don't when they have theirconvention that they don't just fire Biden.

(28:48):
Tell Biden, no, you can'tbe president. We're going to put another
guy in there to face Trump.Anyhow it looks now it appears that Biden
and the Democrats have been out maneuvered, at least through the time, alling
Trump to forge ahead in his campaignto retake the US presidency. And perhaps
they have done it against tremendous haunts. Think about that. You know,

(29:08):
I know it's not over until it'sit's over, But for now, the
pures Trump has moved ahead of Biden. And depending how the outcome of all
of the how the Democrats, youknow, they're gonna they're gonna regroup and
they're gonna, you know, triedonce again to pursue Trump with the lawsuits

(29:30):
and try to put them on trial. They're not going to give up on
that, But for right now,it looks like that's just just wishful,
wishful thinking on their part. Sowe'll see how this saga ends. It's
going to be one for the forthe history books. And you know,
like like they say, you know, be careful what you wish for,

(29:51):
because what you wish for is usuallyyou get. This time they wished,
they over wished the Democrats, andso now they've got themselves in a that
are real pickled. They don't evenknow who they want to run for president,
and they don't the Biden's not fitto be president. And Trump seems
to be regaining all his all hislost ground. So you got to give

(30:15):
the guy credit. He made agood comeback. And I guess they'll say,
well, that was just because ofhis friends on the Supreme Court.
But you know, they were theywere going to mess mess things up.
The Democrats are going to mess thingsup for anybody running for president in the
future. That was their whole goal. Now they they wouldn't have messed up

(30:36):
a fellow Democrat running for president. But that was their way that they wanted
to take complete control over succeeding andjust being a one party government in the
United States. The goal, ofcourse, is to eliminate the middle class.
They want to put them, getrid of the middle class. If
you're if you're a middle class Americanand you work by the sweat of your

(30:57):
brow, well they want to getrid of you, and they want to
replace you with some people from aforeign country that's going to come in and
work for for for pennies on thedollar, and you'll have a two class
system of an up of the upperclass and the lower class, just like
they have in these communist countries. And that's the whole that's the whole procedure
that they were doing. It wasthe stealth procedure that they were working on.

(31:19):
And it looks as if whenever theycame face to face with with Donald
Trump, he was able to outmaneuver them and survive it. And right
now they're the ones that are ondefense. They had him on defense for
ever since he announced he was runningfor president. But they're on defense now.
They got to figure out what's what'scoming next, how to do it

(31:42):
and what what's gonna what they're goingto be looking for and how to do
it Anyhow, we're living in timesthat really are odd. Back after this,
we're just trying to turn a nickelinto a dime. That's the bottom
line. This is Gene Valerati ofAscent Growth Associates. If you've been watching

(32:07):
recent news, a few banks havehad a run where customers panic and withdraw
all their money at once, causingthe banks to fail. If that isn't
worrying enough. On January first, twenty twenty three, the Federal Reserve set
a new low reserve trumpch for nettransaction accounts to six hundred and ninety one

(32:30):
point seven million dollars, meaning thatbanks with net transaction account balances up to
this amount are subject to a reserverequirement ratio of zero percent. You heard
me right, zero reserve requirements Forgetfractional reserve banking, how about zero reserve

(32:52):
banking? Why would the Federal Reservecreate this environment of uncertainty? If this
is a concerned to you, andit should be, we can show you
how to protect yourself and how tolocate and utilize financial institutions with very real
reserves, not zero reserves. Giveus a call an Asset Growth Associates one

(33:15):

seven two eight three six ninety seven. You can also reach us locally in
Beaumont, Texas by dialing four ohnine eight four oh sixty nine hundred.
Give us a call. You'll beglad that you did. We're just trying

(33:35):
to turn a nekel into a dime. That's the bottom line. Welcome back,
ladies and gentlemen you're listening to that'sthe bottom line. You're weekly broadcast
on k LVII. That tells itlike it is right now, you're I
want to give you a solution.I want to talk to you about plans

(33:57):
that are available that you can putsome into these accounts and secure your future
because you can have investments that don'tget exposed to losses. They return market
link returns without exposure to market linkedlosses. And that's a big deal.
Really it is. And for thoseof you listening to this morning's report who

(34:20):
are currently planning for retirement are alreadyretired, you should give yourself every possible
advantage, both while you're accumulating yoursavings or already receiving your retirement income,
Asset Growth Associates can help you.At Asset Growth Associates, we help our
clients plan every day with ideas onhow to accumulate money and offer ways to

(34:45):
consider building safety nets into their portfoliosso they don't risk running out of money
at an advanced age. Some ofsome of our clients prefer traditional investing methods,
which include elements risk. Others preferadding some principal protection elements as part
of a plan to avoid risk. The stock market can be a fickle mistress,

(35:08):
and losing money during a market downturnat at an advanced age is devastating.
